TOP hydra for Islamic terror in North America, Islamic Society of North America, a 501 (3) (c) too! Yes, taxpayers are helping to fund terror!

BY any authoritative qualifier, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is the Capo di tutti of the Brotherhood Mafia. In essence, it is TOP terror dog. Moreover, it is joined-at-the-hip with CAIR, the notorious Brotherhood propaganda arm which the fearless Brooke Goldstein decimated on FOX News. Essentially, she stripped them naked. She proved, one hundred percent, CAIR operates DEEP inside America’s power centers, in the quest to stealthily install Shariah law to “sabotage the miserable house from within”.

Written sometime in 1987 but not formally published until May 22, 1991, Akram’s 18-page document listed the Brotherhood’s 29 like-minded “organizations of our friends” that shared the common goal of dismantling American institutions and turning the U.S. into a Muslim nation. These “friends” were identified by Akram and the Brotherhood as groups that could help convince Muslims “that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands … so that … God’s religion [Islam] is made victorious over all other religions.”

Them’s fighting words. War-like.

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is the largest and most influential Muslim advocacy group in the United States. Its annual conference draws tens of thousands of people and, in 2009, was honored with a speech by Valerie Jarrett, a top advisor to President Barack Obama.

President Ingrid Mattson is Director of the Macdonald Center for the Study of Islam and Christian-Muslim Relations at the Hartford Seminary and active in interfaith dialogue.

ISNA has a troubling history, however, and its leadership ranks beyond Mattson include people who date back to the group’s foundation by Muslim Brotherhood members. The organization grew out of the Muslim Students Association (MSA), which also was founded by Brotherhood members.

The Brotherhood is an 80-year-old Egyptian movement that seeks to spread Shariah, or Islamic law, far and wide.

Federal prosecutors included ISNA on a list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Hamas-financing prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF). ISNA is listed among “individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood.” The trial ended with guilty verdicts on 108 counts in November 2008.

Its conferences have featured rhetoric in support of terrorist groups and other radicalism. This continued at the 2009 convention, where panelists expressed extreme anti-Semitism and support for the terrorist group Hizballah.

AS such, anything that smacks of Brotherhood infiltration and penetration, whatever acronyms they operate under, rest assured, will have no relief from this site. For that matter, neither will their willful collaborators, whether Demsters or Repubs.

The trial, which begins on February 16th, will determine if Muslim Brotherhood Deputy Khairat Al-Shater and ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Mursi will be convicted. Much of the case rests on their dealings with Aleiba, who sent emails in his capacity as a U.S. embassy employee. One of those emails, originated on June 6, 2012 – prior to Mohammed Mursi’s election – implicates a Republican U.S. Congressman.

Rep. David Dreier (R-CA) – The email was sent to al-Shater. On June 10th, Aleiba – using an official U.S. State Department email address – forwarded that same email to al-Shater again with additional information. Al-Shater then forwarded the email to what appears to be Mursi adviser Essam el-Haddad (eelhaddad@gmail.com). It is important to note that el-Haddad was an adviser to Mursi anddocuments we published last month showed that he was in secret meetings with representatives of Sudan’s Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO). Essam’s son – Gehad el-Haddad – has a history that includes five years as an employee of the Clintons.

Republican Governor of Michigan Rick Snyder will be giving the opening remarks for the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) conference on Friday, August 29. ISNA has Muslim Brotherhoodorigins and a lineup of Islamist speakers. Former President Carter is the keynote speaker.

Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) and former U.S. ambassador to Syria Robert Ford are also slated to speak.

In 2007, the Justice Department designated ISNA as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism-financing trial in American history and listed the group as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity. The prosecuted organization, the Holy Land Foundation, was found guilty and “operated from within” ISNA, according to a 2009 ruling by a federal judge.

The Clarion Project has reached out to Governor Snyder’s office for comment and will post any response here if a comment is forthcoming.

A 1991 U.S. Muslim Brotherhood memo explicitly identifies ISNA and its various components among its fronts. The memo states the Brotherhood network’s “work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within.” Another Brotherhood document from 1988 states ISNA is part of its “apparatus.”

A Clarion Project analysis in March showed that ISNA’s religious leadership is mostly extremist. For example, Imam Muhammad Qatanani sits on ISNA’s fiqh (or sharia) council. Qatanani’s deportation is sought by the Department of Homeland Security because of his links to Hamas.

Sayyid Syeed, former ISNA Secretary-General and current national director of its Office of Interfaith and Community Alliances, was videotaped in 2006 declaring, “Our job is to change the constitution of America.” Syeed’s interfaith ties have resulted in Bishop Elizabeth Eaton, leader of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, to also speak.

Governor Snyder and former President Carter are just another example of ISNA’s influence on both political parties in the U.S. ISNA and other American Islamists were also embraced by the Bush Administration following the September 11, 2001 attacks. Last year, President Obama delivered a videotaped address for ISNA’s convention, praising the group despite that event’s extremist lecturers.

Political leaders that embrace ISNA are given the impression that it is the leader of the Muslim-American community. However, a 2011 Gallup poll found that only 4% of Muslim-American males and 7% of females see ISNA as the group that “most represents their interests.”

Tariq Ramadan, the grandson of the Muslim Brotherhood’s founder and the son of a top Brotherhood leader in Europe canceledhis appearance and publicly admonished ISNA for being too soft in its approach. ISNA publicly replied.

The extremist records of the convention’s speakers were covered in our previous article about the event. For your convenience, we have reposted them below along with speakers that have been added recently (including speakers for the Muslim Students Association convention that is happening within the ISNA event):

Imam Siraj Wahhaj, whose history of extremist and anti-American incitement is too long to review. For example, in 1992, he said, “If only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with aCaliphate. If we were united and strong, we’d elect our own emir and give allegiance to him. Take my word, if eight million Muslims unite in America, the country will come to us.”

His rhetoric became more cautious after the 9/11 attacks. In 2011, he preached, “The trap we fall into is having a premature discussion about Sharia when we are not there yet.” In November, the New York Police Department disclosed frightening information about his mosque’s activity to defend its intelligence-gathering practices.

Zaid Shakir, an imam with a history of radicalism and a founder ofZaytuna College. Last year, Shakir preached that the U.S. Constitution is inferior to sharia because it grants equality to Muslims and non-Muslims. His writings depict the U.S. military in the worst of ways and the New York Times reported in 2006 that “he said he still hoped that one day the United States will be ruled by Islamic law.”

Hatem Bazian, a founder of Zaytuna College and chairman ofAmerican Muslims for Palestine. Bazian teaches students that U.S. policy is driven by an “Islamophobic production industry” created by the military-industrial complex to provoke wars against Muslims. In 2004, he called for an intifada in America to “change fundamentally the political dynamics here” modeled after the “uprising” against U.S. troops in Iraq.

Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Like ISNA, CAIR was branded an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial of the Holy Land Foundation. During the trial, the Justice Department said CAIR is an entity of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee, a secret body set up to support Hamas. A 1994 Muslim Brotherhood Palestine Committee meeting agenda organized a discussion to “future suggestions to develop the work of” CAIR.

Awad publicly supported the terrorist group Hamas as far back as 1994 and referred to Hamas as well as Hezbollah as “liberation movements” in an Arabic interview with Al-Jazeera in 2004. The FBImonitored his emails from 2006 to 2008.

Corey Saylor, national legislative director of CAIR. In The Third Jihad, he is seen awkwardly dodging a question about whether CAIR condemns Hamas and Hezbollah.

Dawud Walid, the executive director of the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). He most recentlydisparaged Independence Day and questioned whether fallen U.S. soldiers should be honored on Memorial Day. He has also expressed support of the Muslim Brotherhood and vilifies the U.S. government.

Zahra Billoo, the executive director of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of CAIR. She joined Walid in questioning Memorial Day anddefaming the U.S. military. She’s also defended the terrorism of Hamas against Israel.

Billoo will be speaking about the work of the youth activists. The ISNA program bills her as one of the “most remarkable young Muslim leaders and activists who are elevating Muslim American culture in the new millennium.”

Jamal Badawi, formerly listed on ISNA’s website as a member of its Board of Directors. Badawi is personally listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land trial and is a founder of the Muslim American Society, another U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity. His name is listed as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood official in an internal document from 1992.

Badawi’s history includes endorsing suicide bombings and “combative jihad” and praising Hamas as “martyrs.” He is also close to Brotherhood spiritual leader Yousef al-Qaradawi.

Muzzamil Siddiqui, a founder of ISNA and its president from 1997 to 2000. He preaches that Muslims must institute sharia using astrategy of gradualism. He said in 1996:

“[Muslims] should participate in the [U.S. political] system to safeguard our interest and try to bring gradual change for the right cause … We must not forget that Allah’s rules have to be established in all lands, and all our efforts should lead to that direction.”

Siddiqi was more specific in a 2001 speech, where he said thatsharia’s penal system must also be eventually established:

“The criminal law of the sharia is not practiced here, and it is not even required for Muslims to practice the criminal law in a non-Islamic state…Once more people accept Islam, insha’allah[God willing], this will lead to the implementation of sharia in all areas.”

Hassan Qazwini, imam of the Islamic Center of America in Michigan. The mosque has had Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam as a guest speaker. Qazwini has boasted that Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, a spiritual leader of Hezbollah, “considered me his son” and the two met whenever he traveled to Lebanon. Qazwini’s mosque held a memorial service for him when Fadlallah died in 2010.

Ihsan Bagby, the executive director of the Kentucky chapter of CAIR. He was also a national board member for CAIR from 1995 to 2013. Bagby is also the General-Secretary of the radical Muslim Alliance in North America, which is led by Wahhaj.

A 1991 publication quoted him as saying, “Ultimately, we [Muslims] can never be full citizens of this country … because there is no way we can be fully committed to the institutions and ideologies of this country.”

Linda Sarsour, executive director of the Arab-American Association of New York. The organization lists a Muslim Brotherhood entity in Qatar as one of its main supporters.

In 2004, she told a reporter that the American authorities had also questioned her and that her Palestinian husband, Maher Judh, was threatened with deportation after living in the U.S. for seven years.

In the same interview, she identified two men in an Arabic newspaper that were telling Muslims to die in jihad against Israel. One was her cousin who has spent 25 years in prison in Israel; another was a family friend sentenced to 99 years. She added that her brother-in-law was also serving a 12-year sentence for being a member of Hamas.

The NYPD opened a “terrorism enterprise investigation” on Sarsour’s organization and tried to get an informant on its board. Her group’s president, Dr. Ahmad Jaber, used to be the president of the Dawood Mosque, also known as the Islamic Mission of America, which was also the subject of a “terrorism enterprise investigation.”

Sarsour regularly claims that Islamic terror plots are “manufactured” by the U.S. government.

Salam al-Marayati, president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, a group founded by Muslim Brotherhood supporters. In 1999, al-Marayati said Hezbollah’s attacks on Israeli soldiers qualify as “legitimate resistance.” The group has suggested the Brotherhood as a moderate alternative to Al-Qaeda. It has become less extreme over the years and congratulated the Egyptian people when President Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood’s candidate, was overthrown.

Waleed Basyouni, a leader of the extremist Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America and vice president of the Al-Maghrib Institute. He recently preached that Hamas is not a terrorist group.

Saffet Catovic, former New York representative of Benevolence International, a charity shut down for its involvement with Al-Qaeda. In 1992, he spoke at an Islamic Association for Palestine conference, a pro-Hamas front for the Muslim Brotherhood. He stated in his address that the “long-range” goal is resurrecting the Islamic caliphate. He also spoke at a military-themed “Jihad Camp” in 2001.

Ghulam Nabi Fai, executive director of the Kashmiri American Center. He has admitted to acting as a spy and agent of influence for Pakistani intelligence. He has close ties to ISNA leaders.

Iqbal Unus, the headquarters director of the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity in Virginia that had its offices raided by federal agents in 2002. IIIT was embraced by former Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi when he ran Egypt for the Muslim Brotherhood. Unus’home was alsosearched.

Unus is also a former secretary-general of ISNA and president of theMuslim Students Association.

Yaqub Mirza, an instructor for IIIT’s education division and co-founder of IIIT. He met with former Egyptian President and Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammed Morsi, in 2012. He is an associate of senior Muslim Brother Yousef al-Nada.

A 1988 FBI document states that Mirza has been “previously characterized as” a member and leader “of the IKHWAN [Muslim Brotherhood].”

Suhaib Webb, the imam of the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center. His mosque is run by the Muslim American Society, which federal prosecutors say was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.”

The Center’s parent organization, the Islamic Society of Boston, hassignificant Muslim Brotherhood ties and was attended by the Boston bombers. There is video of Webb preaching that homosexuals are cursed.

Yasir Qadhi, a Salafist preacher from the Al-Maghrib Institute. Hesays that “Allah destroys this [American] version of capitalism” and that the U.S. economic system enslaves millions. He also preaches against man-made law and in favor of sharia law. There is adisturbing audio from him justifying the persecution of Christians and Jews under an Islamic State.

Jihad Saleh, the government affairs representative for Islamic Relief USA(IRUSA), a group with Muslim Brotherhood ties. In 2006, Israel arrested its Gaza director for financing Hamas. The Israeli government reportedly banned IRUSA’s parent organization in July because of his links to Hamas, but it says it still operates.

Ingrid Mattson, a former president of ISNA. She is on the Council of Scholars of IIIT. Zaid Shakir’s website has an endorsement of his theology from Mattson.

Imam Mohamed Magid, ISNA president and executive director of the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Center, which had its offices raided as part of a terrorism-financing investigation in 2002.

In 2004, Magid reacted to the U.S. government’s investigation into U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entities, including the Holy Land Foundation, by accusing elements of the U.S. government of being “intent on dismantling Muslim organizations and bringing them down.”

REPUB Governor Rick Snyder, not unlike his fellow betrayers, is pandering and prostrating before ISNA – as mentioned, the Capo di tutti – in order to make sure that Michigan’s explosive Muslim/Islamist population stays on his side, since he announced his plans for a second-term on January 30, 2014. His “due” date at the helm is about to expire on November 2, 2014. Naked vote trolling.

THE proof of Islamists taking over America, and the attendant submission to Allah by American leaders – Demsters and Repubs alike – couldn’t be any clearer. Any more dangerous.

In a surprise weekend vote, the city council of Dearborn, Michigan voted 4-3 to became the first US city to officially implement all aspects of Sharia Law. The tough new law, slated to go into effect January 1st, addresses secular law including crime, politics and economics as well as personal matters such as sexual intercourse, fasting, prayer, diet and hygiene.

The new law could see citizens stoned for adultery or having a limb amputated for theft. Lesser offenses, such as drinking alcohol or abortion, could result in flogging and/or caning. In addition, the law imposes harsh laws with regards to women and allows for child marriage.

Some in town seem to welcome the new legislation while others have denounced the move as “abhorrent”, a threat to freedom and incompatible with the Constitution. When asked by National Report about the need for such a law, local resident Jeremy Ahmed stated:

“It is because of our need that Allah the Almighty, in all his generosity, has created laws for us, so that we can utilize them to obtain justice. We hope to see other cities taking this action in the face of the governments inaction of passing such legislation”.

A patriot’s “fatwa” should be on their heads!

WITHOUT a shadow of a doubt, U.S. mosques (and their attendant “cultural” centers) are every bit epicenters of jihad – frontal and stealth – as those found in Muslim countries. No one should be fooled otherwise. Mirror images. Most – but not all – of their violent materials are imported from Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

AS previously explained:

First and foremost, the thrust of stealth jihad (in tandem with frontal jihad, at the most auspicious time), mainly through taqiyya and kitman, is paramount. This Koranic-based weapon is enhanced through a deep understanding of the western‘infidel’s’ mindset and their allergy to certain bugaboos, most essentially the‘racist’ canard. Petrified to ‘offend’ ‘the other’, the west is left defenseless and exposed. Hence, ‘Islamophobia’ is their (stealth) weapon of choice (enabled through the red/green alliance), as it allows for the penetration/infiltration oftaqiyya and kitman! Their jihadi death dance around westerners is bringing the west to its knees – no pun intended. (Near) submission.

And so Americans – and all freedom loving people – watch aghast, with mouths agape, as the ‘holy’ ground from 9/11/01 jihadi terror becomes defiled. YET, no one should dare feign shock…shock…for their plan, all along, was to submit the west to Islam, which literally means submission. Hoisting mosques atop America’s ruins is the BIGGEST symbol of their triumph: Insha’Allah, Allah reigns supreme!

WHO can forget all the resultant mayhem and bloodshed, whenever pics of Muhammad enters the public sphere or some such Islamic “offense”? Is it just spontaneous combustion, over and over again, or is it something inherent in Islamic teachings via Sharia law? In fact, the Pyromaniac-in-Chief blamed a related video of the “prophet” for the slaughter of Americans in Libya. Islamist lying knows no bounds. Literally.

During his address to the United Nations today in New York City, President Obama again blamed violent Islamic riots in the Middle East on a video….six times.

In every country, there are those who find different religious beliefs threatening; in every culture, those who love freedom for themselves must ask how much they are willing to tolerate freedom for others.

That is what we saw play out the last two weeks, as a crude and disgusting video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world. I have made it clear that the United States government had nothing to do with this video, and I believe its message must be rejected by all who respect our common humanity.

The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.

KICKING it up a notch, what about the murder of Theo van Gogh, all for the “crime” of creating the film Submission.

“Education by murder” describes the slow and painful way people wake up to the problem of radical Islam. It took 3,000 deaths to wake up Americans, or at least to wake up the half of them who are conservative. Likewise, it took hundreds of deaths in the Bali explosion to semi-wake up Australians; it took the Madrid assault for Spaniards, and the Beslan atrocity for Russians. Twelve workers murdered in Iraq awoke the Nepalese.

But it took just one death to wake up many Dutch. Indeed, one gruesome killing may have done more to arouse the Netherlands than September 11, 2001, did for Americans.

The reason for this lies in the identity of the victim and the nature of the crime. He was Theo van Gogh, 47, a well-known radical libertarian, a filmmaker, television producer, talk show host, newspaper columnist, and all-around mischief-maker who enjoyed the distinction of being a relative of one of Holland’s most renowned artists, Vincent van Gogh. In recent years, Theo garnered attention by critiquing Islam (in a 2003 book Allah Knows Best and a 2004 film Submission).

He was murdered at 8:40 a.m. on November 2 in his hometown of Amsterdam while bicycling down a busy street to work. In the course of being shot repeatedly, Van Gogh beseeched his killer, “Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Have mercy. Have mercy!” Then the killer stabbed his chest with one knife and slit his throat with another, nearly decapitating van Gogh.

The presumed murderer, Mohammed Bouyeri, 26, a Dutch-born dual Moroccan-Dutch citizen, left a five-page note in both Arabic and Dutch attached to Van Gogh’s body with a knife. In it he threatened jihad against the West in general, (“I surely know that you, Oh Europe, will be destroyed”), and specifically against five prominent Dutch political figures.

Police investigators quickly realized that the assassin was an Islamist whom they knew well and had been following until just two weeks earlier; they also placed him in the “Hofstadgroep” network and charged him and six of his associates with “conspiracy with a terrorist intent.” The authorities additionally asserted that these had possible connections to the Takfir wa’l-Hijra and Al Qaeda terrorist groups.

That a non-Muslim critic of Islam was ritually murdered for artistically expressing his views was something without precedent, not just in Holland but anywhere in the West. Dutch revulsion at the deed shook the deep complacency of what is perhaps the world’s most tolerant society. The immigration minister, Rita Verdonk, one of the five persons threatened, publicly rued the country’s having long ignored the presence of radical Islam. “For too long we have said we had a multicultural society and everyone would simply find each other. We were too naïve in thinking people would exist in society together.”

YOU tell me, is the above normal in a civilized society? Is it remotely acceptable?

But back to U.S. mosques and their leaders who exhort to silence ANY criticism of Islam, as if they are ALREADY living under Shariah law! Not only that, who has their backs?

Enter, the latest in a long list of Islamic jihadis within America…who have bully pulpits to match!

An Imam in Tennessee named Yasir Qadhi is using the ban on images of James Foley’s beheading to argue for the ban of speech critical of Islam. This is exactly what the purpose behind the Innocence of Muslims video was. It was designed to gin up Muslim protests in order to pressure western governments to enact laws making criticism of Islam criminal; it’s all part of the Istanbul Process as Shoebat.com has reported.

In the case of Foley, Qadhi’s twisted logic is as follows: If the U.S. finds it appropriate to censor graphic images of Foley out of respect for his family, it should also find it appropriate to censor images critical of Islam, like the Danish Muhammad cartoons and presumably, Innocence of Muslims.

Here is what Qadhi posted on his facebook page:

Twitter recently announced that they would delete any tweets that showed images of the execution of the American journalist James Foley, and ban the account of the user who posted such images. Facebook as well announced a strict policy in this regard. This was done to respect the memory of the deceased and honor his family’s request.

Now, I actually sympathize with this type of censoring, mainly because I don’t feel that such gruesome images should become commonplace and be seen by millions of men, women and children (and I mean ALL gruesome images, not just of this journalist).

However, what was interesting was the fact that this news wasn’t given that much national attention, nor was there any outcry regarding ‘censorship’ or ‘freedom of speech’ or ‘infringing on rights’. In fact, quite the opposite: most people who commented were supportive. People in the Western world, by and large, are sympathetic to such a ban, and appreciate the respect that Twitter and FB are showing to the families of the bereaved.

This proves my point that I made in a lecture many years ago, when the controversy over the blasphemous images of the Prophet (SAW) erupted. I claimed back then that the issue of the cartoons had nothing to do with ‘freedom of speech’, but rather with each society’s own views on what is acceptable and unacceptable to show.

Each society has a self-imposed and ever-changing red-line of taboos that it will not cross, in speech or in images. For this society, respect should be shown to the deceased’s family; for us Muslims, an infinitely more amount of respect should be shown to our religious symbols and especially to our Prophet (SAW).

Here we have a moral equivalency argument that says posting photos of Foley’s beheading is as taboo in America as posting cartoons depicting Muhammad is in Islam.

On that note, Qadhi has also referred to Jews and Christians as “filthy” and that they may be killed if they don’t convert to Islam in this video:

Qadhi is a highly educated Imam. It shouldn’t take a degree to understand that most Americans would find those words worse than taboo.

Based on his own logic, perhaps Qadhi should censor himself.

ISIS has crossed into U.S!

IT is not for nothing that a major interview – regarding ISIS, its relationship to Islam and Obama, plus other knock-on effects – will be featured at Inquisitr.com in the beginning of this week. It is, in effect, Part Two, to a more than (globally) well received Part One interview which shone a spotlight on the Muslim Brotherhood’s quest for global dominance, of which ISIS is part and parcel thereof.

IN this regard, before ISIS became a household jihadi name, several close counter intelligence contacts – within the U.S. and Israel – alerted this site: start focusing on ISIS aka ISIL! Yes, “marching orders” received.

SO in light of all the above factoids, is anyone shocked that a strike is poised to occur, sooner than later?

The U.S. government is warning a terrorist attack is imminent on the border between Texas and Mexico, according to the government watchdog group Judicial Watch.

The group said its sources say the Mideast terrorist army ISIS is now operating in the Mexican city of Juarez, the narcotics-trafficking center just across the border from El Paso, Texas. ISIS, the sources say, is planning to attack the U.S. with car bombs or improvised explosive devices carried by vehicles.

Judicial Watch said high-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources have confirmed that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border was issued. The organization said agents for the Departments of Defense, Justice and Homeland Security have been put on alert and told to aggressively work all sources and potential leads.

One source told Judicial Watch intelligence officials “picked up radio talk and chatter” pointing to an attack on the border.

The source said both ISIS and al-Qaida were planning plots and told Judicial Watch an attack “is coming very soon.”

Another source told the group the attack is so imminent the commanding general at the U.S. Army’s Fort Bliss in El Paso is being briefed.

A Texas law enforcement bulletin sent out this week reportedly shows ISIS is keenly aware of the porous border in the area, and social media chatter shows it has expressed “an increased interest” in crossing the border to conduct an attack.

The three-page bulletin, obtained by Fox News, was titled “ISIS Interest on the US Southwest Border” and distributed to law enforcement Thursday.

The bulletin coincides with WND’s report three days ago that the FBI and Department of Homeland Security were so worried airstrikes in Iraq could cause ISIS to retaliate in American, the agencies sent warnings to local law enforcement officials.

Friday’s reported threat from ISIS comes a day after WND reported President Obama acknowledged he has no strategy to deal with the terrorist army.

Obama was blasted for the admission.

Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., said the strategy should be simply “to finish them off.”

“Not to contain them … but to fundamentally finish them off. And I don’t think the president sees this moment for what it is,” he said.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., tweeted: “#ISIS is largest, richest terrorist group in history & 192,000 dead in #Syria.”

Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., lamented, “I’m not sure the severity of the problem has really sunk in to the administration just yet.”

However, Rogers said Obama had plenty of warning, because, “Even the president said he was talking about this to Iraqi officials over a year ago.”

He maintained the administration could have attacked ISIS targets long before it gained momentum.

“When a terrorist organization acts like an army, they present military targets the way any other army would do,” Rogers said.

Friday’s threat also comes as Britain has raised its terror-threat level to “severe” ahead of the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

A White House spokesman said Friday the U.S. has no plans to raise the threat level.

However, U.S. intelligence sources told WND just last week ISIS was training jihadis to attack targets in the U.S.

Also last week, Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., warned ISIS is “rapidly developing a method of blowing up a major U.S. city.” The ranking Republican on the Armed Services Committee in the U.S. Senate said the U.S. now is in “the most dangerous position we’ve ever been in.”

And, as WND also reported last week, Republican Gov. Rick Perry of Texas warned terrorists from the Islamic State could be sneaking into Texas across the Southwest border at any time, due to the Obama administration’s failures in Iraq and in securing the border.

Pentagon press secretary Navy Rear Adm. John Kirby immediately denied any evidence of Perry’s claims.

“I’ve seen no indication that they are coming across the border with Mexico. We have no information that leads us to believe that. That said, we do know they have aspirations to hit Western targets and that we’ve got to take that seriously and have to try to be ready for it,” Kirby told CNN.

Mexican officials also quickly rejected the governor’s warnings.

“Mexican authorities have no record of the presence of Islamist extremist groups or individuals in Mexico,” said Ariel Moutsatsos, minister for public affairs at the embassy in Washington. “We take all possible measures to impede any terrorist activity in our territory.”

But Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, backed-up Perry’s warning of terror threats from the largely unsecured U.S.-Mexico border.

“The FBI director previously said … that there were people from terrorist countries who were assuming Hispanic names, and learning a few words of Spanish, and coming in,” Gohmert said. “The FBI director himself testified to that before Congress. So we know that this kind of thing has been going on. Gov. Perry isn’t saying anything that’s new, it just takes a little while for the mainstream to catch up.”

The congressman added that more recently, Marine Gen. John Kelly, the commander of South Command, testified before the House and Senate this year “that the penetration of our Southern border by criminal cartels, as well as terrorist organizations, poses, in his words, an ‘existential threat the United States.’”

Just two days ago, an terrorism expert who advises the Iraqi intelligence services said there are 100,000 ISIS recruits, much higher than the 20,000-to-30,000 estimated by most foreign observers.

Hisham al-Hashimi also said the number of recruits is growing rapidly, because ISIS “is an extension of groups that existed before – historically and ideologically.”

He said recruitment has never been easier, because the organization’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, “carries now the flag of the jihadi against the crusader.”

Another intelligence officer, Ibrahim al-Sumaidei, gave another reason for the rise of ISIS, saying its “members have multiplied in a very dangerous way.”

“Having plenty of arms and funding has made the Islamic State swallow the fighters of the other Sunni insurgent groups.”

And ISIS’ firepower is growing.

On Monday, the Washington Post reported ISIS fighters had stormed a Syrian airbase over the weekend and captured a stockpile of shoulder-fired, surface-to-air missiles.

The missiles, known as MANPADS, or Man Portable Air Defense Systems, are highly advanced and can hit aircraft flying at up to 20,000 feet.

POINTEDLY, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a well done video is worth its weight in gold.

WHEN it comes to matters of grave national import (security, first and foremost), it should be a given that leaders of high moral character and outstanding patriotic ethos must stand at the helm. This should be a non-negotiable criteria.

HOWEVER, much to America’s and Israel’s national shame, this is currently not the case. And if anyone believes that the following indictment is mostly reserved for the Islamist-in-Chief, think again.

ABSOLUTELY, Israel’s top leadership is gravely lacking in national responsibility. They will (eventually) be held culpable for major malfeasance against the majority Zionist public, especially due to their “negotiating” illegal “cease-fires” with a designated terror group, Hamas. Indeed, this deleterious, craven outgrowth is a direct result of serving “foreign masters” (especially Obama, Egypt’s El Sisi & a PA/Hamas terror tag-team), to the detriment of the majority of citizens who ushered them into power. Unconscionable. Unforgivable. As an American-Israeli, well, let’s just say that this is a sad nadir within both nation’s histories. A crying shame and stain. An actual blight.

THAT being out in the open, one recognizes that America’s leaders have gone over to the dark side, championing evil, even when not readily apparent. One just has to juxtapose their “order of priorities” in least expected arenas – to honor the dead, or not.

NOW, regardless of which side one came down on (when wading into the circus-like spectacle surrounding the Ferguson case…as if White boys never get shot…oh yeah), the fact of the matter was that Obama Inc’s reps came to pay their respects at his funeral as if he was a national treasure! What made his death so noteworthy, other than the fact that it was abused, Trayvon-like, by Obama and crew’s race-baiters?

Then, jump on over to the death of the highest ranking military official to die in Afghanistan, and take note of his funeral: hide nor hare!

BUT why the fuss? Well, again, it attests to the character, or the lack thereof, of the Commander-in-Chief and whether or not he is capable of having America’s back. And, if so, why aren’t the following national warnings in place?

LEST there be any misunderstandings, if not for the knock-on effects of Benghazigate, Sunni Brotherhood jihadists – of which ISIS are part and parcel of, on whose behalf Barack HUSSEIN Obama ordered the largest weapons-running operation in Mid East history – would not be knocking on America’s door, nor Israel’s. Others as well. Nevertheless, as an American-Israeli, both nations are my top priorities. Hands down.

OMINOUSLY, a major outgrowth to Obama’s illegal war in Libya (the main goal of the weapons running was to destabilize Syria for the benefit of Syria’s Brotherhood Mafia) allowed countless man-pads to awash Syria and beyond. In this regard, isn’t it likely that this is how ISIS got their hands on said weapons and then some?

Islamic State militants stormed a Syrian airbase over the weekend, routing the remaining elements of the country’s army from northern Raqqah province and reportedly seizing a cache of shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles.

The seizure of Tabqa air base, while not the first installation of its type to fall to militants, highlights the Islamic State’s gains in the region and the group’s continued pilfering of advanced military equipment, particularly the surface-to-air missile systems known as MANPADS, short for Man Portable Air Defense Systems.

Matt Schroeder, a senior researcher at the Switzerland-based research group Small Arms Survey and author of a recent report on MANPADS in Syria, believes that the takeover of Tabqa airbase could mark a “significant proliferation” of the weapons across the region.

EQUALLY culpable is the disgraceful dinosaur-like Senator John McCain, as he championed the “rebels”, now terrorizing Tripoli on behalf of the ISIS! He too has much to answer for, as this site already noted.

So here’s a heck of a thing: Back in May 2013, Forever Warmonger John McCain was really excited about the prospects of arming the Syrian “moderates” who were fighting to free that country from the iron grip of Bashar al-Assad. He even sneaked into the country to meet with the head of the Free Syrian Army, Gen. Salim Idris, the fellow in the striped shirt there (Idris was ousted in February of this year).

Only one small problem with the little photo-op: In addition to Idris, some of the other guys in the pic are apparently members of a slightly less “moderate” group: ISIS, the guys who are currently bringing down Iraq, and the photo is reportedly being circulated by ISIS as proof of their legitimacy. Oops.

RESOLVED, the best result would be the impeachment of the Islamist-in-Chief. Tried for treason is more than supportable too.

ATOP all of his crimes against the American people, consorting with the enemy takes on special significance. Resonance. It reaches the HIGHEST bar in national crimes. So if operating under the premise that ISIS/ISIL/Hamas (and the entire Brotherhood Mafia…their Shia helpmates in toto) are avowed enemies of the U.S. (by extension, the entire west), surely treason is more than supportable. It rises to the occasion – on steroids!

BUT to connect the Jihadi-in-Chief to ISIS one must resurrect the roots of his Mid East wildfires. Upheavals. Alas, from the moment that he PLANNED the ouster of Egypt’s Mubarak all hell broke loose, as intended. Say what?

WELL, as a result of his “meddling” and his championing of the Brotherhood Mafia, Egypt’s leaders filed an indictment against Barack HUSSEIN Obama and Hill too. Interesting. Congress has yet to do the same. Orwellian.

The underlying theme of the trial seems to be a case being made against the Obama administration. Testimony by Mubarak administration officials is that the Obama administration had a direct hand in the 2011 revolution in Egypt. In reality, according to testimony, it wasn’t a revolution at all but a conspiracy.

KNOW this to the nth degree: Egypt’s toppling was designed as a knock-on effect to lead into Libya; ipso facto as a gateway to topple Syria via MASSIVE weapons-running – MAN-PADS as prime booty – resulting in Benghazigate. The operational end point involved transfers to the “rebels” in Syria. Basically, said fires were meant to assist the “rebels” – via the Islamist-in-Chief’s mischief – to install the Brotherhood Mafia into power, even though Obama Inc.’s thrust into Egypt didn’t go as planned. Machiavellian.

MORE specifically, ISIS is an outgrowth of said “rebels” and Obama Inc. helped to arm and train them! Sounds like conspiracy-talk, but no less true.

Agreed, having Joe-foot-in-the-mouth-Biden as his stand-in hardly sounds appealing. But one has to look beyond the obvious.

TO wit, at the very least, the shock of his impeachment (or charge of treason) would have a rippling and cascading effect. So much so that Biden – or any other miscreant from Obama Inc’s malignant crew – would be deeply traumatized, basically halting their behind-the-scenes machinations. Don’t underestimate the self preservation factor. It has a way of kicking in, when unexpected.

NOT only that, but certain crimes committed under his anti-American leadership would be up for reversal, through whichever mechanism is provided for under the Constitution. Let’s leave that to the experts. Isn’t the above enough reason to push for impeachment, a trial for treason, among countless other factors?

NOW, whether or not one chooses to believe as much, that’s an individual’s prerogative. One is reminded of the saying, you can lead a horse to water….

MOREOVER, since the inception of this site (end of June 2012) this investigative journalist has never wavered from sharing with readers the truth, come what may. No wishy washy fence-sitting. As such, on Sept. 20, 2012 it was noted:

RESULTANT, the threats to this site started to pour in…not an auspicious beginning to a blog venture. Be that as it may, that was then and this is now. So along comes today’s assessment from Claire Lopez, an experienced CIA expert/operative whose credentials require little introduction to many of this blog’s readership:

It’s an explosive charge, one that practically accuses the president of treason.

A former CIA agent bluntly told WND, America has switched sides in the war on terror under President Obama.

Clare Lopez was willing to say what a few members of Congress have confided to WND in private, but declined to say on-the-record.

She said the global war on terror had been an effort to “stay free of Shariah,” or repressive Islamic law, until the Obama administration began siding with such jihadist groups as the Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliates.

Why the switch?

Lopez explained, when the so-called Arab Spring appeared in late 2010, “It was time to bring down the secular Muslim rulers who did not enforce Islamic law. And America helped.”

And why would Obama want to do that?

As she told WND earlier this month, Lopez believed the Muslim Brotherhood has thoroughly infiltrated the Obama administration and other branches of the federal government.

She also came to the conclusion Obama had essentially the same goals in the Mideast as the late Osama bin Laden: “to remove American power and influence, including military forces, from Islamic lands.”

Why would Obama order the killing of bin Laden?

Because the president “couldn’t delay any longer,” once the opportunity was presented, Lopez told WND.

There were “no more excuses” available to avoid it and he “thought it might look good,” she mused.

The former CIA operative’s perspective affects her prescription for what the U.S. should do about the terror army ISIS, as she called for caution and restraint…..

INTERESTINGLY, this site proposed the same charge sheet five days ago: a case can be made to charge Barack HUSSEIN Obama with treason!

STILL, it is gratifying to know that well respected heavy-weights are jumping on board.

WITH the above in mind, recognize that the following is offered as a basic analogy. The image of President Obama hitting a Martha’s Vineyard golf course only moments after addressing the nation on the horrific beheading of American journalist James Foley has not only drawn widespread condemnation from the press, it has those closest to the photojournalist dismayed.

Matthew VanDyke, an award-winning filmmaker who grew a bond with Foley while covering war zones, said it was “irritating” to see the pictures of Obama laughing with fellow duffers astride a golf cart even as Foley’s parents tearfully discussed their son’s murder in a news conference of their own, which was preempted briefly by the president’s address.

“It wasn’t helpful to see,” he said. “Especially when a lot of us who disagree with his foreign policy already have issues with the fact that he seems disconnected.…..”

Although some supporters of the president defended the move as showing Obama does not allow his schedule to be dictated by terrorists, British Prime Minister David Cameron cut his own vacation short over the incident. And Obama has been taken to task for golfing in the face of terror and tragedy by The New York Times’ Maureen Dowd as well as others who are typically supportive.

Rick Ungar, a senior political writer for Forbes who often sides with Obama’s policies, wrote that his decision to go golfing so soon after the press conference shows a president who is “sadly” capable of “showing a stunning inability to grasp the nation’s collective pain and respond accordingly.”

Okey dokey…

REGARDLESS of the above, many are still pointing to “issues with the fact that he seems disconnected “ (yes and no, there ARE reasons why he “appears disconnected”) in order to explain his “odd” behavior, domestically and foreign-wise.

As the world continues to descend deeper into chaos, the most stinging criticisms of President Barack Obama are that he is detached, disinterested, uninvolved, etc. The logic is that the reason things are getting worse is because the President isn’t leading and that a checked out American President leads to disaster around the world and domestically.

However, if the White House is to be taken at its word (don’t laugh) – that Obama is fully engaged – another logical conclusion is that Obama must be destroying the country on purpose.

The White House is bristling at suggestions President Obama is disconnected, checked out or out of touch.

White House allies maintain that the storyline of a checked-out president is a myth drummed up by the media during the summer doldrums.

“It’s bullshit,” said one former senior administration official. “This is a guy who reads 10 letters a day simply to keep in touch with the American people. He spends all his time thinking about the economy and improving lives of the American people. He’s constantly in touch.”

Obama has been criticized as out of touch by critics and supporters, with the subject discussed at length by the media.

The criticism has been underlined by Obama’s decision to repeatedly golf over his two-week vacation, including minutes after giving a statement to the media about the execution of journalist James Foley.

There are only a few explanations for Obama’s refusal to confront America’s enemies (to include leaving the southern border wide open) or otherwise preside over the decline of the country: 1.) ~~he is detached / checked out~~ (White House maintains this is not the case); 2.) it’s all by design because he hates this country or is in league with America’s enemies or 3.) cowardice.

He cannot have the perception that it’s by design take hold because that would carry with it severe consequences for him personally; ditto the issue of being fearful. Therefore, he must go the extra mile to create the perception that he’s just detached.

Perhaps the White House would do better to keep the “checked out” narrative going.

The alternative – if made known to the American people – could be far more disastrous for the administration (but better for the country).

CLEAR as a bell.

BESIDES, as to the “no” part of the “yes and no” qualifier above, re “issues with the fact that he seems disconnected“, one also has to understand the following: the fact that he is a clinical narcissist does not obviate his COMPLETE CONNECTION to swirling domestic and foreign fires. ● President Obama appointed as CIA Director John Brennan, a convert to Islam who refused to put his hand on a Bible when sworn into office,

● President Obama appointed six members of the Muslim Brotherhood to his Administration, including the Department of Homeland Security, even though it is common knowledge that the Muslim Brotherhood is dedicated to the annihilation of the United States of America.

● President Obama has prohibited members of his Administration from making statements associating Muslims with terrorism, despite the fact that Muslims are unequalled in their worldwide acts of killing innocent men, women and children. These acts oblige Mr. Obama to cease obfuscating Muslim terrorism, since this contradicts his oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

I invite experts in American Constitutional Law to specify other acts of President Obama, such as abuses of executive power, which justify his impeachment.

The federal government is spending nearly $1 million to create an online database that will track “misinformation” and hate speech on Twitter.

The National Science Foundation is financing the creation of a web service that will monitor “suspicious memes” and what it considers “false and misleading ideas,” with a major focus on political activity online.

The “Truthy” database, created by researchers at Indiana University, is designed to “detect political smears, astroturfing, misinformation, and other social pollution.”

The university has received $919,917 so far for the project.

“The project stands to benefit both the research community and the public significantly,” the grant states. “Our data will be made available via [application programming interfaces] APIs and include information on meme propagation networks, statistical data, and relevant user and content features.”

“The open-source platform we develop will be made publicly available and will be extensible to ever more research areas as a greater preponderance of human activities are replicated online,” it continues. “Additionally, we will create a web service open to the public for monitoring trends, bursts, and suspicious memes.”

“This service could mitigate the diffusion of false and misleading ideas, detect hate speech and subversive propaganda, and assist in the preservation of open debate,” the grant said.

“Truthy,” which gets its name from Stephen Colbert, will catalog how information is spread on Twitter, including political campaigns.

“While the vast majority of memes arise in a perfectly organic manner, driven by the complex mechanisms of life on the Web, some are engineered by the shady machinery of high-profile congressional campaigns,” according to the website.

“Truthy” claims to be non-partisan. However, the project’s lead investigator Filippo Menczer proclaims his support for numerous progressive advocacy groups, including President Barack Obama’s Organizing for Action, Moveon.org, Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, Amnesty International, and True Majority.

Menczer, a professor of informatics and computer science at Indiana University, links to each of the organizations on his personal page from his bio at the Center for Complex Networks and Systems Research.

MID EAST wildfires are catapulting from bad to worse, if one can dare to imagine raised levels of magnitude. Said flames are purposeful, and they are threatening to engulf the region and beyond. Anyone who believes Islamic savagery will halt at the Mid East’s borders is, frankly, mentally “out to lunch”. More than a few screws loose. Two sheets to the wind too.

UNCONSCIONABLY, (mis) educational ties with Qatar & related Arab fiefdoms (ahh…the leftist/Arabist much-heralded/hyped “Doha Debates”…sheesh) are promoted by leftist-driven American university heads, as they prostitute their institutions by accepting mega (blood-soaked) oil funds to expand their horizons, Lawrence of Arabia-like. Of course, co-opting western academia has always been in the cross-hairs of leftists and Arabists, the red-green alliance. Yes, once the next generation is softened up, well, the infiltration and penetration is complete. Assuredly, the death – or the survival – of the west runs through academia. Islamists have been capitalizing on this truth for decades.

FURTHERING the Muslim Brotherhood’s stranglehold, Qatar’s (and Turkey’s) rulers are able to procure top flight military hardware from U.S. defense contractors, as if they are reliable western partners!

Washington and Doha (July 14, 2014) have signed the largest arms deal of the year, preparing to enhance Qatar’s military capabilities with $11 billion-worth of Apache assault helicopters, PAC-2 missile defense complexes and Javelin man-portable anti-tank missiles.

The deal has been signed on Monday in Pentagon by US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Qatari Defense Minister Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah. Altogether Qatar is buying 10 batteries of Patriot missile defense systems and 500 Javelin anti-tank missiles manufactured by US defense industry giants Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, and 24 Apache helicopters made by Boeing, an anonymous US official told the AFP.

Consequently, in a very tangible sense, Washington has been in bed with Brotherhood butchers/paymasters for decades. Nevertheless, they were “somewhat” leashed before the Jihadi-in-Chief took over. Not anymore.

Almost a year ago, back in Aug 2012, this blog asserted that a disaster-in-the-making – relative to Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s championing of the Brotherhood Mafia over Mubarak and Morsi’s expected electoral triumph in Egypt, the Arab world’s most populous nation – would set the region into cataclysmic spasms. Egypt is the region’s bell weather. And less than a year later, it was further diagnosed through an interview with this writer that the indecorous unseating of Mubarak upended the Mid East. It did.

There is no claim to prophetic powers, but there is a deep knowledge basis of regional and world events. And access to world class “prognosticators” doesn’t hurt. Hence, events are playing out as expected, to the point of shoring up a decade of Brotherhood research. The regional explosions are not for nothing. Simply put, from the moment the leader of the free world embraced the Brothers, it became obvious that it would be the trigger point (albeit 2 years later, a blip on the historical radar) for the most malignant, anti-American, anti-western forces – ala the Brotherhood Mafia – to set the region on fire. And this diagnosis still stands, even though Iran’s mullahs have been terrorizing the region and the west, since their Islamic revolution in 1979.

Most significantly, the attendant fires engulfing Egypt and Syria, (though seemingly unrelated, one Sunni backed, the other Shia but entirely linked), will result in a World War, its place markers set by the Commander-in-Chief!

As is said, a picture is worth a thousand words, and multiply that by many thousands more. While there had been a small faction of democracy seekers, vying to unseat Mubarak in 2011, the fact of the matter remains, sans the Islamist-in-Chief’s meddling – on behalf of the Brotherhood – the results would have played out less explosively. The embedded pics from Egypt reveal a vile distaste and distrust of the POTUS. In this regard, no one can blame them, even though many equally hate the west and Israel. The question becomes: What are they seeking? For the most part, a return to Nasserism, pan Arabism and a mix of socialism is rearing its head. And while the choice is between two western devils, there is little doubt that Obama Inc’s backing of Brotherhood Islamists has brought the region to the brink.

Even though Morsi has now been unceremoniously deposed by the military, this struggle is far from over. If anyone believes the Brotherhood Mafia is going to allow this result to stand, think again. The general populace are basically on the verge of starvation, and this is hardly a recipe for reconciliation between factions. Regardless, since Obama Inc. implanted the Brothers into power, for the first time in their history, their dumping is not to be taken lightly. They won’t pick up their marbles and go home. Nor will they sulk. They will pounce, when fully primed for retribution.

Now any sudden moves can bring the entire Mid East into a MASSIVE war with major world players. Israel’s forces are readying on all fronts, duly aware of the historical part they will play.

HISTORICALLY-speaking, Qatar and Turkey have been aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia for decades. Said nexus was delineated throughout this blogger’s global interview. Overall, Washington tied its strategic interests to the Arab world with one anchor into Saudi Arabia (up until 2003) and the other rooted inside Qatar. However, over time, both Wahabbist (terror sponsoring) nations went in different directions in relation to the Brotherhood. Basically, Saudi Arabia views it as a strategic threat to the Kingdom, Qatar sees it as its protector.

REGARDLESS of their internal Islamist squabbling, what matters most is where the Islamist-in-Chief enters the fray, the supposed leader of the free world :

The fighting between Israel and Hamas has brought a rare spotlight to Qatar’s duplicity. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) explained in a recent interview that the Qatari government has “told me over and over again that Hamas is a humanitarian organization,” even though the State Department labels Hamas a Foreign Terrorist Organization……

When Khaled Mashaal and other Hamas officials lived in Syria, it contributed to the State Department’s designation of Syria as a State Sponsor of Terrorism. Qatar is now harboring and funding them lavishly and hasn’t even received a slap on the wrist. Instead, Qatar was awarded with America’s largest arms sales of 2014: $11 billion worth of Apache helicopters and Patriot defense systems.

Qatar’ actions have been defended by none other than Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan, another leader who is ostensibly a U.S. ally butbacks Hamas. The ISIS unit in Jordan is led by Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi and Abu Qatada, considered to be Salafi jihadist.

ONE needn’t be a military genius, nor a clandestine operative, to understand certain underpinnings: wherever leftist group-think embeds itself (within the upper echelons), strategic-thinking is no longer a priori. In fact, under said paradigm shift, strategic calculi no longer rate as a focal point. They are generally tossed aside for immediate action plans, as intrinsic as they are. And the rest is, as is said, history.

NOW, to understand what this means in national (practical life and death) terms, one also has to appreciate the value of strategic-thinking. Its essence is not akin to a “hit and run” operation (that’s the job description for stealthy tacticians, almost cat-like…have known more than a few who operated as such…), but one which develops and evolves over time. Its inherent value lies within the operational agent’s ability to piece together rapidly moving and seemingly disparate pieces within any regional or global theater. This job descriptor involves explicit skill-sets, one which combines prized attributes, especially critical thinking – aka logical and analytical. Deductive and inductive reasoning top the list. However, a highly well-rounded understanding of history, specific cultures/religious underpinnings, current events – and a combination thereof – are keenly requisite. All of these skills, at their base, are necessary ingredients to be able to outmaneuver any enemy. Inherently, the top political and military echelons must be able to rely upon the deeply intrinsic linkages found through said strategic moving parts, involving fast-paced regional and global dynamics.

PRE OSLO, covering Israel’s strategic (overarching) picture went from being an asset – which is ABSOLUTELY critical – to being chucked out the window. Instead, the Mossad (yes, they “wag the dog” of the rest of Israel’s intelligence agencies) now relies upon “tacticians” to get the job done. Incredibly dangerous and short-sighted. How did this happen? what are the immediate consequences? and what does this (mistaken) calculus portend?

The How:

WITH the infection of the Oslo “Peace” Death Accords into the political and diplo arena in 1993 (whereby powerful leftists in Israel & America bestowed statesman-like status upon Arafat, the godfather of suicide terrorism), it is no wonder that Israel’s attendant security agencies, with Mossad as its headliner, became duly compromised.

IT took a decade, to be exact, before a volte-face policy shift took place under Meir Dagan, Mossad’s previous Director. While known for putting together many daring feats (many more are surely buried, as they should be), it is also the case that he tilts (politically) left.

IN this regard, like night follows day, closing down operational desks – which specialized in incisive strategic research of international events – effectively shut down any associated “taint” which smacked of criticizing Islamists and their leftist champions. By doing so, it allowed the Mossad (הַמוֹסָד) to distance itself from any “moral” judgments which naturally surface to the fore, when cultural differences are deeply examined. It is these otherwise underlying directional and operational markers which cause grave angst among cultural relativists. Resultant, timely shifting dynamics are missed, therefore, said agencies are incapable of warning the leadership of encroaching dangers. Shifting winds are no longer caught. In other words, though malignant intent is not a factor, the fact of the matter is that leftist prisms are an outgrowth of said leadership. Indeed, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

When Israeli troops entered Gaza in July, 2014, they were armed with superb tactical intelligence as well as superior weaponry and training. The soldiers on the ground were supplied at every level with astonishing detail which saved lives.

But thanks to the a radical shift in Israel’s intelligence focus, initiated 10 years ago and followed through since, those calling the shots in the IDF’s war on Hamas were short of a deeper picture and insights into the enemy’s mindset and guiding motives, data that transcends tactical knowledge

This revision of Israel’s operational intelligence orientation began in 2003 under Meir Dagan, with the approval of the late prime minister Ariel Sharon. It refocused the work of Israel’s clandestine agencies on collecting tactical intelligence and giving up on digging for strategic data on the dynamics of the region and world and their key players. This revolution affected the short and long term operations of of Israel’s external and internal security and counterterrorism arms, the Mossad and Shin Bet, as well as military intelligence AMAN.

The Mossad shut down stations world wide, sacking or sidelining agents who disputed the Dagan overhaul.. The desks specializing in the strategic research of international events were streamlined out of the organization. The new entity began to resemble the US Central Intelligence Agency’s Special Operations Division (SAD), a covert paramilitary unit that focuses on gathering tactical intelligence for the use of operatives serving on foreign soil, especially in the Mid East….

SIGNIFICANTLY, those of us who operate in the strategic-analysis realm are not shocked by the outcome described above. Heck, it would have been a surprise had they got it right! Agreed, pinpointed strikes take care of immediate and impending threats. NO doubt. Consequently, few champion their liquidation as heartily as this American-Israeli. However, this does not obviate the other “messiness” delineated above; one which “offends” leftist and Islamist-driven sensibilities. Moreover, if ones post Mossad career goals include currying favor from leftist heavy hitters, the strategic-analysis arena is fraught with land-mines. Don’t believe this was not an influence on purging this and that operational desk!

SO, just like with Mossad’s previous Director Meir Dagan, Tamir Pardo (current Director) is similarly inclined.

It’s unclear if Pardo knew when he was being invited to a meeting of the group that it is not a group of volunteers but rather an incorporated company for all intents and purposes. According to an investigative report by economic paper Kalkalist, the company’s profits in 2010 stood at 400,000 shekels (currently worth $117,000). Moreover, it is unclear why Pardo decided to make one of his rare appearances before such a group that reeks of ties between business and politics.

Hmm…what kind of Director of Intelligence would he be, if he didn’t know “when he was being invited to a meeting of the group that it is not a group of volunteers but rather an incorporated company for all intents and purposes”?? Ridiculous. Hogwash.

As the Islamic State (formerly ISIS) continues its bloody conquest of Iraq and Syria and begins invading Lebanon, all in the name of establishing a global Sunni Muslim caliphate system, signs of support for the extremist are being seen among Israel’s Arab citizens.Channel 10 exposed on Sunday that in recent months black ISIS flags have been commonly seen in Arab-Israeli towns in northern and coastal Israel, notably in the cities of Nazareth and Akko.The flags have been seen flying among both Muslim and Christian Arab citizens of Israel, an ironic move given that ISIS in Iraq has emptied cities of their Christian populations by issuing them an ultimatum either to convert to Islam, pay non-Muslim jhizya taxes – or die.In response to the widespread photos of ISIS flags flying in Nazareth, Ali Salem, mayor of the city, claimed “there are no things like that in Nazareth, and whoever sends (photos) is a deceiver and liar.”The report also exposed a wide-reaching trend on Facebook, in which Arab-Israeli youths take pictures of themselves bearing ISIS flags, sometimes wearing the flags draped around their shoulders.

IN no way incidental, but as a DIRECT consequence thereof – re the above clearly defined lack of strategic calculi – the following is more than enough (dastardly) proof:

The collapse of the Israeli line outside Gaza is analogous in strategic terms to the fall of the Bar Lev line 41 years ago which permitted the Egyptian artillery and tank assault across the Suez Canal, some veteran reservists said.

Others pointed out that, whereas the IDF should have carved out a sterile security zone inside the Gaza Strip, Hamas had managed to depopulate a strip of territory on the Israeli side of the border by relentless cross-border short-range rockets and mortar fire, and was now dictating events in southern Israel.
On the 50th day of Operation Defense Edge, people living in the south were outspokenly critical of Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz and his deputy, Maj. Gen. Gadi Eisenkott, in contrast to the early days of the operation. They are now blamed for failing to present the security cabinet with “creative military solutions” for combating Hamas tactics.

SIGNIFICANTLY, Israel, for all its techno-prowess (a behemoth, by any global yardstick), has surrendered the strategic initiative to Hamas, and it will eventually do the same with ISIS, if Pardo and Co. do not recognize their grave miscalculations. Post haste. As a result, Hamas is running circles around Israel’s top political leaders and war-planners.

IN the main, Islamic enemies understand Israel’s echelon on a base strategic level, whereas the opposite isn’t the case. Essentially, Hamas has no qualms about making “value” judgments, whereas Israel’s security heads have decided to chuck strategy for quick-fire tactics. This is precisely why KEY regional assessments were TOTALLY missed by Israel’s spy agencies. After all, “tactics”, per se, have little to do with UNDERLYING regional and global events, plus their burgeoning alliances.

YES, there is absolutely no doubt that the Mossad, during the years between 2003 to date, have accomplished some outstanding targeted hits. Their agents are the best of the best.

Jihadi warriors on the (westward) march…and the damnable silence of their co-religionists…the so-called “moderates”!

ASSUMPTION ONE: even if one believes that “moderate” Muslims can be a force for “temperance” upon Islamists – their counterweights – by extrapolation, a version of “moderate” Islam would have to exist. Essentially, it would have to be its counterpart. Indubitably. RESOLVED: the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Misdiagnoses.

BACK to reality…have we learned nothing – particularly since 9/11/01 – about what Islamic doctrine mandates, especially through witnessing their bloody path, time and again? Historically, said barbarism has not ceased from time immemorial. Never will.

WHAT does come to mind when trying to understand how fictions are conjured up out of whole cloth – only to be spun into “truths” – is the intro work of Baruch Spinoza. This American-Israeli prefers to coin him the Philosophical “father of (im)moral relativism”. His construct, “nothing is inherently good or evil”, even though dated from 1632-1677, is wrecking havoc till this day. Much of the “enlightened” set consider him to be the great rationalist of all times. Perhaps, but his rationalism morphed into what we are witnessing today, “(im)moral relativism“. This is a fact – with bloody results world over – philosophical meanderings aside. “Normless” democracy has overtaken “normative” democracy as an outgrowth of his (and others) “rationalist”, wholly assumed, postulations. Whoa.

Bugaboos and ignorance tend to go hand in hand, as such, the appellation democracy is bandied about by many who haven’t a clue, as well as by those who abuse it for mendacious ends.

Such is the case whenever its essence is heralded as the sine qua non, held aloft for whatever political/ideological ends requires its halo. Its burnishing.

But just because its meaning has been bastardized doesn’t excuse sane folks from understanding the damage accrued. And for a clearer portrait, as to how this weaponized term imperils western civilization – let alone Israel – the following should suffice:

For if the above is not obvious enough, examine how dangerous the catch-all of“democracy” is – without its requisite understanding – to the west: yes, leftism is lethal to Jews & their overall health: others too, and most are loath to admit that “normless” democracy sets the stage.

No More Sympathy For So Called Moderate Muslims – Paul “Dave” Gaubatz

Christians and Jews the world over are being slaughtered in the name of Islam. Do the so-called “moderate” Muslims denounce Hamas, ISIS, Al Qaeda, etc…? No. Instead they call for Israel and America to stop the oppression of Muslims and for them to stop the violence against Muslims. These “moderates” believe Israel and America are the problems (terrorists) and not Islamic terrorist groups.

Right now a Caliphate is building in Iraq. The “moderate” Muslims in America are not denouncing the building of a Caliphate. Why? Because this is a basic tenet of Islam. Any Muslim who has even a mild to firm belief in Islam, believes in Islam taking over the world. Christians in Iraq are being told to leave, revert to Islam, pay taxes, or face death. Remember this is the tolerant and peaceful Islamic ideology dictating this.

There will still be many Americans who say the actions of Al Qaeda and ISIS are not what is being taught in mosques around the world. I have now visited over 275 mosques in America, and dozens around the world. The very same mosques the alleged moderate Muslims attend have the very materials that ISIS uses. Murdering and forcing Christians to accept Islam is not a new tactic. This idea came directly from the pseudo Prophet Mohammed.

To save America, Israel, and all peace loving and innocent people around the world, we must now demand the so-called “moderate” Muslims to choose. They can either support Islam and it’s violence, or they can convert to Christianity or Judaism. To not convert means they prefer Hamas and other terrorists instead of Israel and America’s right to exist.

It seems harsh, but we are living in a time that requires allegiance to the non-Muslim countries of the world. So many times I go to lectures and am told there are many Muslims who work side by side with non Muslims, and are “moderate” Muslims. There is no definition for a “moderate” Muslim in the Islamic dictionary. The closest definition for a “moderate” is an Apostate of Islam.

When you meet Muslims who say they do not like what ISIS and Hamas are doing to Christians, then tell them to put up or shut up. In other words tell them to leave Islam if they feel it is evil, or stay with Islam and stop the deceit about Islam being peaceful. We no longer want to hear their lies.

The Christians and Jews do not have an obligation to show any support of Muslims at any level who believe in an ideology that calls for the destruction of Israel and America.

THUS, if one is still ! inclined to replace tangible (patriotic) action plans with flights from fancy, preferring to attach oneself to the appellation “moderate” Muslims/Islam, one may as well be honest about it – both the so-called “moderate” Muslims and their non-Muslim cheerleaders.

IT is nigh (surgically) impossible to separate Barack HUSSEIN Obama from the death and destruction swathing across the Mid East & beyond. Like a pig to its sh-t. Coming to an explosive theater near you!

STILL, if one insists on indulging via flights from fancy into varying shades of gray, well, go right ahead. But don’t dare drag others down this danger-filled rabbit hole. Most significantly, some things ARE black and white, as discomfiting as it may seem. You just gotta buck up. As is said, “man up”…women alike…good vs evil…right from wrong. Far too many operate ala mental and intellectual disconnects/gymnastics, those which defy all rational logic. So-called smarties too. Simple as that. Besides, associated meandering obviates ones integrity – personal or professional – to pretend what is isn’t. It is no longer an “opinion” or subjective question: is the POTUS operating in the interests of America? That (leaky) ship has long since sailed.

DESPITE all of the above it is intrinsic to separate various groupings: individuals who are truly malignant and adhere to Islamic jihadi tenets; from bedazzled Obamabots – those who stubbornly refuse to believe said malignant intent – irrespective of all evidence; to individuals who are absolutely confused as to what’s what. A motley crew. Be that as it may, it is this site’s core mission to educate. Forewarn.

Hopefully, my small effort will enlighten Israelis and Americans (and the west in general) to the dangers posed by our common foes. These dangers are fueled exponentially by the morphing of the Red/Green alliance-radical leftists and Islamic jihadists.

IN line with said mission statement truth-telling is not optional. It is obligatory. So while it was also the case that a slight smattering of “rebels” aligned with principles of some variant of democratic views, the fact of the matter was that said actors were NOT the ones the Islamist-in-Chief set out to arm. The proofs are manifest. They are laid out, in all their ignominy, at this site and elsewhere.

GOING a step further, consider said exhibits akin to those used by law enforcement. Inherently, when deciding whether it is legal to seize certain evidence via the criminal law tenet, Plain View Doctrine, one cannot make it up as one goes along, unless living by the laws of the jungle, or within an Islamic 7th century “law of the sword” mandate. This bears repeating over and over. In other words, some evidence is so weighty – so obviously in “plain view” – it is impossible not to (mentally) seize upon it!

The plain view doctrine is a concept in criminal law that allows a law enforcement officer to make a search and seizure without obtaining a search warrant if evidence of criminal activity or the product of a crime can be seen without entry or search.

AGREED, the charge of treason is separate (and apart) from criminal law. In fact, it is duly delineated within the Constitution:

To avoid the abuses of the English law (including executions by Henry VIII of those who criticized his repeated marriages), treason was specifically defined in the United States Constitution, the only crime so defined. Article III Section 3 delineates treason as follows:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

ATOP all of his crimes against the American people, consorting with the enemy takes on special significance. Resonance. It reaches the HIGHEST bar in national crimes. So if operating under the premise that ISIS/ISIL/Hamas (and the entire Brotherhood Mafia…their Shia helpmates in toto) are avowed enemies of the U.S. (by extension, the entire west), surely treason is more than supportable. It rises to the occasion – on steroids!

MORE specifically, ISIS is an outgrowth of said “rebels” and Obama Inc. helped to arm and train them! Sounds like conspiracy-talk, but no less true.

DEFY anyone to counter said charge sheet…

The Muslim President of the U.S. Barack Obama lied about ISIL. We know this because as a Muslim, he would know the truth about who ISIL is. We also know this because he has access to far more intelligence than those of us who knew who ISIL was with far less information at our disposal.

Obama’s Muslim brother Malik Obama runs a foundation given illegal tax exempt status by Lois Lerner and is connected to Sudan’s terrorist regime as well as Hamas through his boss Suar al-Dahab. Barack Obama’s Muslim grandmother Mama Sarah Obama runs a foundation that Barack Obama’s Muslim cousin Musa Ismail Obama says uses funds to send Kenyan students to virulent Wahhabist schools in Saudi Arabia. Barack Obama’s Muslim uncle Sayyid was caught on video saying that the entire family is Muslim.

Yet, Muslim Barack Obama didn’t see ISIL coming?

Even if you’re of the persuasion that believes Barack Obama is the only non-Muslim member of his clan, wouldn’t you think with all his familial Muslim resources, he’d pick up the phone and get their take on ISIL before calling it “JV” (assuming he didn’t trust his own intelligence committee)?

WHEREVER Islamic terror embeds, rest assured, the Brotherhood Mafia’s quest for global dominance is front and center. REGARDLESS, it must be understood: beheading is hardly an anomaly for committed Islamists, that’s for sure. Who recalls the 2002 Al-Qaeda beheading of Daniel Pearl, a Wall Street Journal reporter? BTW, ISIS is merely the latest outgrowth of Al-Qaeda; its updated incarnation. BOTH are part and parcel of the Brotherhood Mafia. Don’t ever forget this. Keeping your head atop your shoulders may depend on this verily lesson learned, especially if Shariah law enters your western sphere! Footnote: parts of America have effectively “introduced” Shariah law. Oh yeah, they have.

Two verses from the Koran are used by terrorists to justify the practice.

“When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks,” says an ayah, or verse in Sura (chapter) 47.

Sura 8:12 reads: “I will cast dread into the hearts of the unbelievers. Strike off their heads, then, and strike off all of their fingertips.”

Decapitations are also described in some of the earliest histories of Islam.

Muhammad’s earliest biographer, Ibn-Ishaq, describes how the prophet approved the beheadings of between 600 and 900 men from the Jewish Banu Qurayza tribe following the Battle of the Trench.

It was a common form of execution under the Ottoman Empire, where it was the “primary form of symbolic aggression among Ottoman soldiers”, according to historian James J Reid.

In Saudi Arabia, where a strict interpretation of Sharia law is enforced, beheading is the form of punishment for a range of crimes, including drug running and apostasy, with approximately 80 people believed to have been beheaded by the kingdom last year.

Though there are no calls for beheading as punishment for specific crimes in sharia law, it is one of a range of executions that may be used, along with stoning or hanging.

NOW that that’s settled, let’s concentrate on ISIS and their (all of a sudden) prominence, mainly due to their barbaric video depicting the beheading of James Foley, an American photojournalist. Not content with one head on a platter, what makes them think they can threaten Americans and that they will get away with it? Oh, they know that the Islamist-in-Chief has their backs! Otherwise, they wouldn’t dare to go up against many millions of Americans, enough of whom are (legally) armed to boot. ASK yourselves: what are the basic pillars which prop up a nation’s viability? More specifically, to lead on a global scale what rises to mandatory criteria? Bingo.

ESSENTIALLY, a nation’s front-running edge must be underpinned by a strong, growing economy. Without said economic foundation (not via invented stats…smoke and mirrors…garbage in, garbage out) it becomes impossible to maintain a qualitative thrust in all areas of hi-tech, as well as the military sphere. Moreover, these two arenas are requisite to remain in the forefront of the free world. In fact, they are overlapping, overriding spheres of national interest!

THAT being the case, when a nation’s military is significantly gutted what’s the upshot, regardless of the reasons given, balderdash aside? Not only that, when the U.S. Commander-in-Chief is anti-American to boot what is the possibility that military hyper-power is atop his priority list? Slim to none…pointedly, in a pig’s eye.

BUT before we can link the nexus between U.S. military deconstruction (purportedly, due to an economic downturn…yet, monies are found to fully support millions of illegal immigrants, MS-13 gangsters included) and the sell-out of America’s hi-tech secrets to China and Russia, coupled with China’s U.S. buy-out, well, certain proofs are required to persuade the readers.

ANOTHER major act of jihad targeted the soldiers at Fort Hood – 5 years after Major Hassan, a “soldier for Allah” , perpetrated an Islamic terror attack – and mowed down its personnel. In no uncertain terms, said terrorist acts shine a spot light on intersecting and pernicious failures within the Pentagon. And since the Pentagon is subservient to the Commander-in-Chief, well, the buck stops at his derelict, anti-American door. Damn these leaders to hell. And back.

In this regard, it is all too convenient to point to PTSD, albeit a serious disorder which effects countless others. This illness is commonly attributed to war veterans and high risk law enforcement personnel, but they are hardly the only grouping prone to said affliction. ANY serious stress factor, including drug and alcohol addiction, can trigger it.

A “welcome” mat laid out…the sentiments of these words…piercing into the heart of America: Dearbornistan!

Dearbornistan, aka Hezbollahland, is never far from these pages. There is every good reason why this locale – within America’s heartland – is considered “ground zero” in relation to Islamic jihad, mainly (though NOT exclusively) on the Shia side. Know thy jihadi hydras well.

HOWEVER, as a gift for newbie readers, this blogger will recap Hezbollah’s “special” status. Trust…its American center of gravity is in Dearbornistan. Yes, they have successfully branched out into many other U.S. cities too…entrepreneur-like… but their American hub is in Dearbornistan. Well informed “birdies” keep this investigative journalist apprised!

WORKING alongside some of the most accomplished counter-terror experts, info has a way of coming full circle, so to speak. So, even before the general public finds out what’s what, certain matters reach these ears.

No matter. We came, we saw, we went…..hearing constant sounds of gun popping, and intermittent shouts of “allahu akbar” – god is great – in broad daylight !! Roaming guards dressed in (Islamic) combat fatigues, and watch towers on each side, were clearly visible.

Normal folks surely are wondering – how is it possible that terror compounds can exist in the land of the free, the home of the brave? What is going on here?

To add insult, to grievous (US & Canadian) injury, Islamberg is one of 35 ! jihadi compounds in the US. All of this “entrepreneurial” activity centers around Iran’s (eventual) orders to pounce.

And it is not as if government officials haven’t been aware of the looming dangers. To the contrary. Yet…the Islamist-in-Chief (and his surrogates) favors a “hands off approach” to the illegal alien issue.

In point of fact, the infamous ‘Fast & Furious’, which not only killed American agents but Mexicans too, in turn allowed for an unprecedented weapons flow into the hands of these same cartels, now arming Iranian agents! Talk about coming full circle…almost like a necklace of death.

You got that? Though quite a few sleeper agents have been picked up crossing the border, it is a pittance, especially when juxtaposed against those who slipped through.

“This is a great victory for the Arab-American community and its children to become contributing citizens in our country,” said Shereef Akeel, a Troy attorney who filed a federal complaint in 2011 on behalf of Hiam Brinjikji, a counselor in the school district who complained about the district’s neglect of Arab immigrant students.

District officials could not be immediately reached for comment.

Brinjikji, who is of Arab descent, said in the federal complaint that she complained about the lack of attention to Arab-American students who didn’t know English well. She also said the district wasn’t hiring enough Arab-Americans and said she was retaliated against for complaining.

AS a native New Yorker – now living in Israel – the following thought experiment is highly germane. Apropo.

IMAGINE, if you will, living nearby the border between the east and west sides of NYC, somewhere in mid-Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue range, but your actual address is west of Fifth. Then, picture heavy-duty missiles flying out of the eastern demarcation into your western sphere, and for well over a decade. Hmm. Yet, in your mind’s eye, go a step further. Situate yourselves in another scenario: “wild west” east siders have upped the ante; digging tunnels into west side buildings, ever ready to cause more explosive terror! Which leader(s) in their rational mind would allow their citizens to “live” under such terrorizing conditions, ever fearful of becoming cannon fodder? Rhetorical.

Hamas’s Missiles.

NOW, as previously demonstrated, Israel’s top leadership – the buck stops with “Bibi” – commit double crimes. The first tier deals with an absolute ILLEGALITY; negotiating – thus legitimizing – with Hamas, a designated terror group, even within Washington’s listing of terror groups! This is beyond dispute. Beyond the pale, even if masking such negotiations under political/diplo cover. Whom are they fooling? NOT the majority Zionist public, that’s for sure.

SIGNIFICANTLY, time and again, Israel’s leaders negotiate “ceasefires/deathfires” with terror groups, be they Hamas, Fatah or Hezbollah. It makes no diff. And while said “ceasefires” aren’t worth the price of bupkes, the fact of the matter is not only are they worthless and exponentially dangerous – whetting their appetites for more of the same – they are ILLEGAL. Plain and simple….

International Law Precludes Ceasefires With Terror Groups

Any time there is an announced “cease fire” between Israel and Hamas, it wrongly and foolishly bestows upon that terror organization

(1) an expressly legitimate status under international law; and

(2) a clear and newly incontestable condition of legal symmetry between the parties.

This is never a tolerable jurisprudential arrangement for Israel.

Moreover, no proper system of law can ever permit any sort of compromise or accommodation by a government with criminal organizations, even, in the case of Israel and Hamas, one that might involve a somewhat less formal arrangement than the currently proposed cease-fire.

It follows that Israel ought never to unwittingly prop up its criminal adversary in Gaza by agreeing to a cease-fire or similar “armistice”; instead, it should proceed immediately to do whatever is needed operationally, while simultaneously reminding the world that the pertinent conflict is between a fully legitimate sovereign state (one that meets all criteria of the Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, 1934) and an inherently illegal insurgent organization that meets none of these criteria, and that routinely violates all vital precepts of the law of armed conflict….

IN contravention of said illegality, Israel’s mentally besieged leadership charges forward; one “cease-fire” after another, in fact, feeding, fueling and supplying the enemy!

NEVER ENDING, like drunken sailors on a sinking ship they lumber hither and on, attempting to find a life raft to latch themselves onto, instead of executing what must be done – SMASHING Hamas’s top leadership and command centers!! Alas, here they go again, even as Netanyahu yanks Jerusalem’s negotiating team – like yo-yos – back and forth from Cairo.

BUT never mind…Hamasnicks have measured the mettle (tragically, quite correctly) of Israel’s leaders, as they barrage Israel with more missiles, even before the last “cease-fire” is due to expire at midnight on 8/19…and the next “cease-fire” is surely not far behind.

G-d have mercy…save us from our derelict leaders! You may rightfully inquire: are Israel’s leaders irrational? have they truly lost their minds?

DEBKAfile’s sources report an attempt by some Israeli officials to present the draft as incorporating a process which separates the humanitarian and security issues.
However, it may be that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ya’alon are looking for a pretext to explain the concessions that were made for the sake of a ceasefire for an indefinite period – or else they are trying to ward off Egyptian-Palestinian browbeating for a deal.

According to the disclosures so far, the draft agreement – if it is approved by the cabinet – will embody four major Israeli concessions:
— Waiving demilitarization of the Gaza Strip and disarmament of Hamas’s rockets and terror tunnels at this point.
— Lifting the blockade of the Gaza Strip – economically and by the establishment of ports.
— Reversal of a government decision to abstain from negotiating the release of convicted Palestinian terrorists from jail, which the Israeli public will never accept.
— Rehabilitation of the Gaza Strip before any steps are taken towards disarming Hamas.

The danger of this waiver is already apparent in the announcement by the radical Popular Committees faction that it is not bound by any Hamas commitment to suspend rocket attacks. In any case, according to a Egyptian foreign ministry statement late Monday: Israel and the Palestinians have only agreed to a 24-hour ceasefire extension – i.e., until Tuesday midnight, for further negotiations.

SO, now that the legalities are squared away, as well as their Pavlovian responses to “cease-fires”, Israelis (this blogger included) and onlookers are left in a dizzying state of suspension, incessantly wondering: when will their madness end?and where are they leading the nation of Israel? To PROLONGED war, that’s where!

Most Israelis were stunned Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 19, when rocket fire suddenly erupted from the Gaza Strip against Beersheba and Netivot, after they had been lulled into a sense of false security by the suspension of Hamas attacks for 135 hours. By midnight Hamas had fired around 50 rockets in a steady stream across most of Israel, including Greater Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

So what went wrong?
DEBKAfile reports that, as recently as Monday, Aug. 18, a senior intelligence source asserted that Netanyahu and Ya’alon were satisfied with the Cairo talks, because their outcome would refute their critics, ministers and security chiefs alike, by bringing Hamas to its knees.
Asked how this would come about, the source repeated the mantra heard day after day during the fighting: Hamas is looking for a way out of the conflict and wants to end hostilities, he explained. That is what we are banking on.

AMAN chief Maj.Gen. Aviv Kochavi is believed by some cabinet sources to be the author of this prescription, to which the prime minister and defense minister have stubbornly adhered, against all the evidence to the contrary. They therefore held back from inflicting a final defeat on the Palestinian fundamentalists.

BE that as it may, that was then and this is now. Now that tunnels are under some of their bedrooms, kindergartens and what not…hmm…their patience has worn thin, to say the least. In this regard, over 60% of said residents FLED the area, declaring that they won’t return, unless the leaders SMASH Hamas’s terror apparatus for good!

DEAR readers, juxtapose the spectacle of many thousands of Jewish residents of Israel’s southern belt fleeing for their lives – within the Jewish homeland, no less! – to the return of the scourge of anti-semitism throughout Europe (Islamic-Nazis gaining the aid of radical leftists and far-right fascists…video linked), as Europe’s Jews flee for their lives! Is this American-Israeli the only one who sees the craziness, the irony, of said dual flights?

IN other words, while France’s Jews (and others) are running for their lives into the arms of the Jewish homeland – a land this blogger would give her life for – Israel’s leaders not only fail to protect Jews already living here, but, by dint of odds, will fail those who are fleeing into her arms! Orwellian. For the record, some of these French Jews (and other new immigrants) are encouraged by Israel’s Absorption Ministry to move to areas not far from Gaza!

France’s politicians and community leaders have criticised the “intolerable” violence against Paris’ Jewish community, after a pro-Palestinian rally led to the vandalizing and looting of Jewish businesses and the burning of cars.

It is the third time in a week where pro-Palestinian activists have clashed with the city’s Jewish residents. On Sunday, locals reported chats of “Gas the Jews” and “Kill the Jews”, as rioters attacked businesses in the Sarcelles district, known as “little Jerusalem”.

More than a thousand Jews have made aliyah (the term used when Jews immigrate to Israel) in the past 10 days, according to the Israeli government.

“I came because of anti-Semitism,” said teary-eyed Veronique Rivka Buzaglo, one of 430 immigrants who arrived from France the day before. “You see it in the eyes of people. I see it in everything,” she told HuffPost.

Buzaglo says nothing would have stopped her from becoming an Israeli citizen this week – not even the rocket sirens frequently blaring in the south of the country, where she plans to live.

BASICALLY, one has to peer into ones heart of hearts and decide: are the words of Israel’s leaders meaningful, or just over-bloated hot air? Moreover, it must be recognized that not all bullsh-t is equal. Life and death.
