Vaccine oligarch Bill Gates expressed apathy in a CBS interview about the fact that his Moderna Coronavirus vaccine, which National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a financial stake in, is testing horribly in vaccine trials, with at least 80 percent of trial subjects reportedly suffering side effects.

This news comes on the heels of a major protest in Africa against the vaccine being tested on black people on the continent. Military insurer Tricare admitted that it wrongly told more than 600,000 U.S. military members that they had the virus.

Hospitals in Florida are showing massive problems with testing accuracy, with Orlando Health admitting that its 98 percent positive rate was actually 9.4 percent.

The CDC admitted that it is mixing antibody and viral test results to derive its case numbers and you can test positive on an antibody test if you have antibodies from a family of viruses that cause the common cold. Here is Gates responding to vaccine side effects:

No wonder people in Africa are protesting the vaccine tests.

‘US Dictionary Plans To Change The Definition Of Racism At One Woman’s Request’ – THERE GOES WEBSTER DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE!

Let’s be inordinately clear on this intrinsically “black and white” (btw, if you are unsure what “black and white” means, look it up before its definition goes down the rabbit hole) point: Yes, the accepted and qualified definition of any given word(s) matters. Simply put, it is how we communicate. Hence, the dictionary was born!

To be more precise, the definitions therein are the main lexicon within a common spoken and written language, that is, whether one is in (ideological) agreement or not. Too damn bad. Conversely, if this was not the case, well, each and every person could utter this and that gibberish and expect to be understood — not unlike trying to decipher the first words babbled by babies, adorable as they may be, through their baby talk!

With that as a basic point of understanding and agreement within any given civil society, one is forgiven for disbelieving the below report. But never mind. Believe it.

Still yet, what is left unspoken is how we came from there — the place many of us like to call reality — to here; a moment in time where one aggrieved person can demand, and expect, that the most acclaimed English dictionary of all, that is, Merriam-Webster, will change a word’s actual definition!

For more than 150 years, in print and now online, Merriam–Webster has been America’s leading and most-trusted provider of language information. All Merriam–Webster products and services are backed by the largest team of professional dictionary editors and writers in America, and one of the largest in the world.

Now, in brief: But for the fact that the temper tantrums of increasingly dangerous and continuously growing mobs have borne actual gains (instead of jail-time) for the fascists at America’s throat — by dint of the fact that they now control, yes, control, entire swaths of the country, and with the enabling hands of officialdom — a very smug and pouty 22-year-old would never have reason to believe that Merriam-Webster would cave in to her outrageous demand! Naturally, her initial “request” was couched and framed in the “color of change”, so to speak. But, as she expected, the DNC-controlled media fawned all over her. As such, she shot off like a rocket! Yes, without the tailwind of the fascist mob at her back and the fake news media as her echo chamber, well, let’s just admit that she understood that her “polite” request would have been tossed in the trash heap. Deservedly so.

Indeed, with every single cave-in by the so-called adults in the public and private square, the goal-posts are moved — as per what they can overturn from hereon in.

Know this: If not stopped in their tracks — by reining in the destructive mobs crisscrossing the nation, and through as much force as it takes — well, there will be nothing left to “change” for it will all be torn asunder!

Merriam-Webster announced it plans to change the definition of racism and that editors are currently working on a revised version that includes systematic racism and possibly other views. The decision to change the definition came as a Drake University student, Kennedy Mitchum, wrote in requesting the change. Mitchum, a 22-year-old black woman said that the current definition doesn’t accurately define racism.

New York Times:

“Racism is not only prejudice against a certain race due to the color of a persons skin, as it states in your dictionary,” she wrote. “It is both prejudice combined with social and institutional power. It is a system of advantage based on skin color.”

Alex Chambers, an editor at the dictionary, said that he and his colleagues revise definitions or add new ones “when we see large-scale changes happening in the language.”

After several more exchanges, in which Ms. Mitchum questioned whether their sources reflected a diverse society, Mr. Chambers confirmed that the dictionary would revise the entry after the editorial staff discussed it and agreed more nuance was needed. Ms. Mitchum’s exchange with the editor at the dictionary was reported by KMOV-TV on June 8.

Mr. Chambers said they are also planning to revise the entries of other words that are related to racism or have racial connotations.

“While our focus will always be on faithfully reflecting the real-world usage of a word, not on promoting any particular viewpoint, we have concluded that omitting any mention of the systemic aspects of racism promotes a certain viewpoint in itself,” he said. “It also does a disservice to readers of all races.”

Merriam-Webster’s current definition reads:

“1: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
2a: a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles
b: a political or social system founded on racism
3: racial prejudice or discrimination”

Mitchum contacting Merriam-Webster was reportedly her form of protest in the wake of recent protests following the death of George Floyd. Floyd died while in the custody of Minnesota police who attempted to arrest Floyd of suspected forgery charges after they say he tried to use counterfeit money. His death marked the beginning of the BLM protests as well as looting and rioting around the nation.

Following the State Department’s closing of China’s “spy center” consulate in Houston, a Chinese spy is reportedly now hiding in the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco. She is part of a much bigger Chinese spying effort.

As part of the FBI’s ongoing crackdown on the overwhelming number of Chinese spies in the U.S., Tang Juan, a Chinese scientist at UC-Davis was identified as tied to Chinese military intelligence.

She is accused of lying on her research visa by concealing her ties to the Chinese military, according to court filings reported by Time. After she was interviewed by the FBI she fled to the consulate where she is now hiding.

Axios earlier reported that “Tang Juan came to the U.S. on a J-1 visa and was a researcher at the University of California, Davis.” It further explained that on her visa application as part of her academic exchange program, Tang stated that she did not have any affiliation with the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

However, an FBI investigation and search of her home revealed that she worked at the Air Force Military Medical University (FMMU), a PLA-affiliated university in China, and is considered active Chinese military.

“We made the Chinese government aware that she is a charged individual, so it is unquestionable that they know the defendant is a fugitive from Justice,” a Department of Justice official told Axios. Because of this, Time reported, prosecutors say this case demonstrates that the Chinese consulate in San Francisco now “provides a potential safe harbor for a PLA official intent on avoiding prosecution in the United States.”

Accused Chinese academic spies in the U.S. face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted, according to the Justice Department (DOJ), reported the Sacramento Bee, adding that DOJ has investigated Chinese citizens suspected of undeclared ties to the Chinese military in more than 25 cities nationwide.

Time added that prosecutors said this spying case “appears to be part of a program conducted by the [Chinese army] … to send military scientists to the United States on false pretenses.”

Court filings show a much wider Chinese espionage effort, noting cases of three other Chinese operatives hiding their ties with the Chinese military to enter the U.S., with Time noting at least one “military scientist copying or stealing information from American institutions at the direction of military superiors in China.”

These cases are only the tip of the massive iceberg of Chinese espionage in the U.S. – senior counterintelligence officials have been highlighting the threat for years. Finally, the U.S. government is taking a decisive and forceful approach to rooting out clandestine Chinese operatives nationwide.

The question remains though, how U.S. officials will handle Chinese diplomatic posts in American cities hiding Chinese spies not under diplomatic cover and criminal fugitives fleeing from U.S. justice.

The America you grew up in is not the America we live in now.

The “criminalization of the law-abiding and innocent,” Francis expounded, is achieved in such a state through: “exorbitant taxation, bureaucratic regulation; the invasion of privacy, and the engineering of social institutions, such as the family and local schools; the imposition of thought control through ‘sensitivity training’ and multiculturalist curricula; ‘hate crime’ laws; gun-control laws that punish or disarm otherwise law-abiding citizens but have no impact on violent criminals who get guns illegally; and a vast labyrinth of other measures.”

The toxic combination of “pandemic panic” and “George Floyd derangement syndrome” has thoroughly destroyed the home of the brave. It is a paradise for the depraved and dictatorial.

Anarcho-tyranny is how hoodlums can toss statues into rivers with impunity, while citizens disgusted by Black Lives Matter street graffiti are charged with “hate crimes” – as David Nelson and Nicole Anderson in Martinez, California, were by a George Soros-funded district attorney two weeks ago.

The more things change, the more they stay the same

Over the years, time and time again, the above saying has come to the forefront, that is, in relation to the injustices meted out to the majority Jewish public within Israel. This is hardly an exaggeration, nor is it hyperbole.

For in point of fact — and coming from a place this address prefers to call reality — the evidentiary trails beat a straight path back to the aforementioned incendiary, yes, incendiary, statement. 

But before we segue to two (out of countless) recent outrages which underlie the above, the following should serve as a backgrounder; one which renders this American-Israeli investigative journalist a more than qualified assessor, so to speak. Consider:

Mind you, all of the above — some of which spans back to 15 plus years ago — should be deemed a mirror image of the many ways in which Jews are mistreated like second-class citizens — yes, you read that right — by Israel’s law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and up and down the legal fraternity via the hierarchy of a leftist, pro-Arabist bent Supreme Court!

In reality, this upside down, in-the-looking-glass tragic state of affairs — that which passes itself off as Israel’s justice system — is duly exposed within The Paradox of Israeli Politics: Vote Right, Get Left. None too incidentally, it was featured at American Thinker. Hmm.

Then as now, the injustices continue apace.

Today, the following was reported at Israel National News — which happens to be the repository of some of the above evidentiary trails:

‘We were almost lynched’ – Arab rioters in Jaffa attack Jewish youths who accidentally drove into the area during Sunday’s riots.

Four Jewish youths were attacked by Arab rioters in Jaffa, south of Tel Aviv, during the riots which broke out Sunday.

The four youths found themselves surrounded by rioters after they accidentally drove into the area.

The Arab rioters hurled epithets, spat at the four, vandalized their car, and tried to attack them physically.

The four victims have filed a police complaint over the attack, and Honenu attorney Haim Bleicher has called on police to bring the assailants to justice.

“There was a huge Arab protest,” said two of the young women who were in the car at the time. “They surrounded us with people and motorcycles. When we rolled up the windows so we wouldn’t get killed, they started to smash up the car, banged on the windows, smashed the side mirrors.”

Eventually, the four youths managed to escape.

“Miraculously, we were able to get a way. It is a miracle that nothing happened to us, only the car was damaged. We turned to one of the police officers to help us; we were in shock and traumatized but he was so apathetic towards us. He saw a group of people who had just survived a lynch, but he doesn’t even ask if we’re okay.”

“If things would have been the other way around, I’m sure this would be a big deal. We were received with scorn at every police station we turned to. We haven’t even gotten a basic response, just ‘Go somewhere else, we have no way of helping you.’”

By the way, the above outrage IS the norm, not the exception. More specifically, for readers who are unfamiliar with the landscape, Jaffa is an ancient port city which is part and parcel of Israel proper!
Not only that, Arabs are free to roam at will ALL over Israel and no one dares lay a hand on them — not the police, nor the majority Jewish public. They are afforded access to EVERY place within Israel, even communities which are majority Jewish!
But if the above doesn’t smack of a “double standard” meted out against Jews within their historical and biblical homeland, well, perhaps another one from today will clarify what’s going on. Again, a news brief at Israel National News….

Jews attacked by Arabs in Samaria arrested

About 100 Arabs attacked Jewish farmers between Etz Ephraim and Shaarei Tikva. The Jews responded by firing at the rioters – and were arrested about two weeks after the incident.

Alas, none of this Orwellian injustice would be possible without “winks and nods” from the powers that be — that which includes so-called right-wing PM Netanyahu!

In today’s upside down and Orwellian American (western) landscape, it is not only acceptable, but it is laudable to revise historical facts. Alas, the fact that the virulently anti-American and anti-semitic so-called “paper of record” a.k.a. The New York Times is the repository for the bastardization of America’s founding ala the “1619 Project” only makes sense. It is a natural fit.

Indeed, if anyone peeled back the mask from The New York Times, that is, by exposing its overall biases, black racism against whites, truly toxic environment and lock-step culture, trust, it is Bari Weiss. Yes, a real journalist and a truth-teller; words which haven’t been strung together in, well, like, forever.

So, let’s cut to the chase and refrain from pussyfooting around. Nicole Hannah-Jones, the author of the aforementioned inversion of history, can’t be allowed to jive-talk her way out of her vile writings from 1995 by pointing to having been 19 at the time. Poppycock. Hogwash. Nonsense.

For if this is her fall-back excuse, well, the very fact that she penned “1619” as she approached middle age puts paid to her youthful “mistake.” Inexorably, she not only built upon the core of what she wrote at said “tender” age, but she elaborated on its essence and managed to garner a Pulitzer Prize in the process! Intrinsically, her white-washed, tailor-made excuse should be flushed down the toilet akin to her historical fabrications.

Not only that, the most prolific anti-Americans (and the list is lenghty) on the scene today, many of whom spent their youth as domestic terrorists, are now well into their senior years.

But Nicole Hannah-Jones insists she doesn’t ‘hate them’

White people are “bloodsuckers” and “barbaric devils,” Nikole Hannah-Jones, the reporter behind the New York Times’ “1619 Project,” once wrote in a letter to the editor.

She confirmed Wednesday that in 1995, when she was 19, she wrote the letter to Notre Dame’s student newspaper The Observer, including a caveat that she does not “hate” white people.

But Hannah-Jones accused columnist Andrew Sullivan of attempting to “cancel” her by spotlighting a Federalist article that exposed her letter, Breitbart News reported.

“He has attacked and trolled every prominent Black writer,” she wrote on Twitter,  sharing a screenshot of Sullivan’s posting.

“The letter to the editor I wrote when I was NINETEEN [by the way] was in response to this screed written [against] my Indigenous friends who were protesting a Columbus mural,” Hannah-Jones said. “I tried to match the tone to make a point. Of course he had no interest in context or truth and so all this is so rich.”

Sullivan responded: “This is an outright lie. … Briefly noting someone’s past views is not trying to cancel them. I would hate to cancel you. It means I couldn’t criticize your work. No fun!”

In her 1995 letter, Hannah-Jones wrote that “the white race is the biggest murderer, rapist, pillager, and thief of the modern world.”

She insisted there was no difference between Christopher Columbus and Adolf Hitler and claimed African explorers reached the Americas before Columbus and were involved in the construction of Aztec temples.

“The difference is that Africans had the decency and respect for human life to learn from the Native Americans and trade technology with them,” she said. “The pyramids of the Aztecs and the great stone heads of the Olmecs are lasting monuments to the friendship of these two peoples.”

But the “lasting monument” of whites, she said, “was the destruction and enslavement of two races of people,” Native Americans and Africans.

She said modern white people are “the descendants of these savage people” and are similarly sabotaging black communities.

“The descendants of these savage people pump drugs and guns into the Black [sic] community, pack Black people into the squalor of segregated urban ghettos and continue to [sic] be bloodsuckers in our community,” she wrote.

She said white people feel a need to “constantly prove their superiority.”

“But after everything that those barbaric devils did, I do not hate them,” the she wrote. “I understand that because of some lacking, they needed to … constantly prove their superiority.”

Hannah-Jones was awarded a Pulitzer Prize this year for her work on the 1619 Project, which falsely claimed “one of the primary reasons the colonists decided to declare their independence from Britain was because they wanted to protect the institution of slavery.”

The New York Times has suffered a rough spate.

Opinion editor and columnist Bari Weiss resigned this week claiming they paper suppresses moderate and conservative voices. In June, an internal revolt over allowing an editorial arguing federal troops should be allowed as a last resort to quell rioting forced the resignation of editorial page editor James Bennet.

Liberty University filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against the Times for claiming the university’s policies had led to a coronavirus hotspot on the campus. In fact, there were no known cases.

In her resignation letter, Weiss described a “hostile work environment” in which she experienced “unlawful discrimination” from colleagues.

“My own forays into Wrongthink have made me the subject of constant bullying by colleagues who disagree with my views,” she said.

“I do not understand how you have allowed this kind of behavior to go on inside your company in full view of the paper’s entire staff and the public. And I certainly can’t square how you and other Times leaders have stood by while simultaneously praising me in private for my courage,” wrote Weiss. “Showing up for work as a centrist at an American newspaper should not require bravery.”

A dangerously radical terrorist is raising money for Black Lives Matter. Bill Clinton unleashed Susan Rosenberg on the world by letting her out of prison early. Rosenberg is not what one would consider a peaceful protester by any stretch of the imagination.

Susan Rosenberg is a dangerously free radical thanks to Bubba Clinton. She was arrested in 1984 as she helped Timothy Blunk unload “740 pounds of dynamite and weapons from a car into a storage locker in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.” Soon convicted of a group of connected explosions, Rosenberg was sentenced to 58 years in federal prison for bombings at he United States Capitol Building, the U.S. Naval War College, and the New York Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association. Bill Clinton let her out on his last day of office. By then she had served only 16 years.

Today, radical Susan Rosenberg is raising money for Black Lives Matter as a co-founder of non-profit Thousand Currents. According to Bernard Kerik, a former New York City police commissioner, BLM is clearly “a revolutionary Marxist group” and they want to “overthrow this government.”

As the Washington examiner relates, Alicia Garza, who is “one of three co-founders of the Black Lives Matter national organization,” loves to talk abut “how convicted cop killer and wanted domestic terrorist Joanne Chesimard, also known as Assata Shakur, is one of her main inspirations.” What a radical inspiration.

Guess what? “Susan Rosenberg, a member of the board of directors for the left-wing Thousand Currents group, which handles the intake of donations made to Black Lives Matter,” is a convicted radical terrorist who “was suspected of helping Shakur escape from prison.”

Rosenberg is also a well known member of the “May 19th Communist Organization, affiliated with the Weather Underground terrorist group” and other radical organizations. That means that the Black Lives Matter organization isn’t nearly as peaceful as they claim. It’s high time for the Attorney General to look into it.

Now that the movement has gained such power that they are issuing demands to disarm the police, its time for Attorney General William Barr to sick all the government watchdogs on the radical organization with it’s fanatical terrorist ties. New Strategies for Jewish Leaders in a Time of Surging Jew-Hatred

The Need for a National Jewish Discussion

Dear friends:

Years of neglect and misguided policies by mainstream Jewish leaders have failed to stem the shocking surge of Jew-hatred in America.

Practically every Jewish institution now needs significant security. Jews have been murdered in Pittsburgh, San Diego and Jersey City, beaten on the streets of Brooklyn, bullied and harassed in the universities, defamed by The New York Times and CNN, and now maligned in the U.S. Congress.

We believe the community needs strong leadership to respond effectively to the rise in Jew-hatred. For an in-depth analysis of the failures of Jewish leadership, please read Dr. Charles Jacobs’ and Avi Goldwasser’s December 23, 2019, Algemeiner op-ed here.

We propose a “10-Point Program” — as a roadmap, a starting point for a community discussion to mobilize and fight back against the assaults we face.

We intend this as a way to start a national Jewish conversation. You can help us launch it:

  1. Please disseminate and discuss this with your contacts, friends, and family.
  2. Please urge local and national Jewish leaders — including rabbis, why not your rabbi? — to engage in public discussions on how to respond to the assault on the Jewish community.
  3. Please join in the discussion — present your ideas, feedback, suggestions — on our Facebook page.
  4. Finally — remember: these recommendations are not written in stone. They can be debated, altered and tailored to local communities.

10-Point Program: Mobilizing the Community to Fight Back

  1. Declare a state of urgency: Signal the seriousness of the situation by making a public declaration that the Jewish community has been under assault and will no longer tolerate demonization of Jews which has always resulted in the murder of Jews.
  1. Increase physical security to protect the community. We need deterrents, as police response is sometimes late and insufficient. We need to change the risk/reward ratio for those who would assault us. These should include increased police presence, neighborhood security patrols, facilitation of legal gun ownership, and holding public officials accountable for indifference or willful inaction to confront Jew-hatred. 
  1. Reprioritize Jewish communal resources. As the sanctity of life is the highest Jewish value, allocate more resources for the defense of the Jewish community and less for projects of social justice. This will require enlisting local leaders, especially rabbis, to shift their focus from “social justice” to “Jewish lives matter.”
  1. Educate the community and the public about the nature and sources of Jew-hatred. For too long Jew-hatred has been distorted for political or ideological purposes by attempts to universalize it to the meaningless abstraction of “hate” in general. Hatred is part of human nature and will always exist. Like all hatred, Jew-hatred is in large measure based on envy and resentment and the tendency to blame others for the haters’ failures and inadequacies. Jew-hatred has always been aimed at the elimination of Judaism (forced conversion), or of Jews (the Final Solution), or of the Jewish State (anti-Zionism). Jew-hatred is promoted by lies and demonization, propelled by class warfare and now by identity politics.
  1. Educate the public about our narrative and our struggle to counter Jew-hatred. We need to update the Zionist narrative by including and emphasizing the history of Mizrahi Jews, their oppression and expulsion from Arab countries, and the related history of Islamic Jew-hatred. We cannot let Arab oil money and Marxist ideology dominate our high school and university curriculum about the Middle East conflict.
  1. Rethink Holocaust education, which is necessary but insufficient, and has become less effective as it has become universalized. Its lessons are not correctly identified. We need to implement mandatory sensitivity-training about Jews in schools, universities, government organizations as well as in private sector settings. Jews need to be a protected class. We need to launch PR campaigns to promote our narrative, enlisting Hollywood in this effort.
  1. Expose and deconstruct the social theories and rhetorical methods that result in the demonization of Jews, especially the post-modern view of the truth, moral relativism, intersectionality, and “diversity” that excludes Jews. Jew-hatred has always been based on lies. We have to fight the lies and liars, including those who use double standards and hypocrisy as political strategies.
  1. Expose and counter the threat of importing genocidal Jew-hatred from certain cultures. The vetting of immigrants about their beliefs concerning Jews must be a priority for the community. Political correctness and false historical analogies must not continue to blind us.
  1. Restructure Jewish education (and make it affordable) with an increased emphasis on Jewish pride, Jewish identity and the centrality and importance of Jewish peoplehood (Israel); Inoculate our young people, who are currently being hijacked by utopian cults and simplistic solutions to the human condition.
  1. Build alliances based on mutual interests and honest reciprocity, not virtue-signaling. Too often Jewish leaders engage in asymmetrical relationships. Jewish support has not been reciprocated. We need to reach out to alienated, neglected working-class Americans of all races; and build alliances with other victims of the Progressive-Islamist alliance including conservatives, Christians, and especially diaspora Christian communities from Egypt, Lebanon, Nigeria, and Sudan.

The Jewish community has enormous talents and significant resources which have often been used to benefit America and the world. We now need to direct the energy and inventiveness of the community to fight the epidemic of hate that is plaguing our community.

In a healthy society, there are certain events in a nation’s historical memory which should remain seared in the collective consciousness — 9/11/01 is one such moment in time!

So much so, it was after said devastating blow that the nation stood upright, proud and tall, and rallied around one another with great determination and pride.

This was the case, even though a preponderance were forced to recognize that Islamic jihadi terrorism had permeated America, and to an existential degree — even though its presence pre-dated the catastrophe of that fateful day. Indeed, it was not the opening shot of jihad on US soil, as most (mis)understood it to be. Rather…..

Black Lives Matter (BLM) rioters have targeted a 9/11 memorial in Washingtonville, N.Y. honoring fallen firefighters who lost their lives as first responders during the World Trade Center attacks.

Community members are outraged at the defacing of the monument, which occurred as part of a coordinated marxist movement to rape what’s left of America.

“The destroy everything & hate everyone culture has struck again last night as the Washingtonville NY Orange County 9/11 Memorial park was vandalized & AMERICAN FLAG CUT DOWN,” one enraged Tweet reads. “These individuals obviously don’t know what sacrificing everything to save a fellow human being really is.”

Washingtonville Mayor Joseph Bucco is taking the incident very seriously and is intent upon punishing the thugs responsible.

“Our police department is in the process of collecting evidence, and I promise you they will not leave any stone unturned to find the person or people responsible for theses damages. Please be assured that whoever is responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law,” Bucco wrote in a Facebook post, adding that there is a $3,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension of the assailants.

Big League Politics has reported on how BLM’s cultural desecration is spiraling out of control, going from toppling Confederate generals to destroying all symbols honoring American history and Christianity:

A group of Black Lives Matter (BLM) rioters terrorized a peaceful Catholic prayer group in St. Louis on Saturday.

“Yesterday, while praying for peace and unity in our city and the protection of the Saint Louis statue, Black Lives Matter protesters started to harass, berate, and assault the Catholics that were peacefully praying. We did nothing in retaliation,” Conor Martin wrote in a Twitter post documenting the violence from the left-wing thugs.

“We allowed them to spit on us, call us names, put their fingers in our faces, push us, and antagonize, but we did not retaliate. We continued to peacefully pray,” he added in a subsequent tweet.

There were pictures captured of the violent display by the BLM terrorists who showed up to demonstrate their hatred of Christianity and white people with violence.

Martin announced that he will be pressing charges against the thugs and hopes they are punished for the violent assault they committed against the peaceful Catholics.

He is calling for the government to take action before the BLM terror group assaults more Christians and white people, and the violence becomes deadly.

I recently interviewed Celeste Solum, a former FEMA camp administrator, who warns that FEMA has long been planning to enslave and then exterminate tens of millions of Americans.

This genocidal attack on Christians and conservatives is likely being unleashed this year, warns Celeste. And guillotines are already distributed across America, stored in FEMA camps, ready to deploy as mass murder machines. Why guillotines? They’re low-tech and have just one moving part. The plan all along has been to corral the masses into FEMA camps

The bottom line? The radical, terroristic Left is pursuing a playbook of mass murder targeting conservatives, Christians and Whites. Everything you’ve seen this year — COVID-19, the plandemic economic collapse, the false flag riots — was engineered and deployed in order to push people into starvation and destitution in order to drive the masses into FEMA camps by the end of this year. We have bombshell new intel to share with you today that connects some recent dots on the emerging violence (and civil war attempt) from Black Lives Matter, the militant terrorism wing of the Democrat party.

We begin with the recent news that China was caught attempting to smuggle “10,800 assault weapons parts” into Louisville, Kentucky. This news was announced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on June 26, 2020:

At the Express Consignment Operations hubs in Louisville U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized a shipment from China that contained over 10,000 Assault Weapons parts being smuggled into the country.

The shipment was seized on May 22. Officers inspected the item, which was arriving from Shenzhen, China, destined for a residence in Melbourne, Florida. The parcel was manifested as containing 100 Steel Pin Samples. This is a common practice of smugglers manifesting the contraband as a harmless or a legitimate commodity in hopes of eluding further examination.

The official CBP announcement did not offer any specifics on what exactly the “assault weapons parts” were, but we have since learned from another source that the parts were drop-in full-auto mods for AR-15 rifles.

Full auto drop-in parts are very simple but highly illegal parts which turn a semi-auto AR-15 into a full-auto AR-15, which is illegal for civilians to own. Such parts replace a small number of existing parts in the AR-15 trigger mechanism and safety selector. Because the parts are very small, a high number of them — such as 10,800 — can be hidden in shipments that claim to be other things such as machinery parts or samples.

This means China was sending 10,800 full-auto rifle mods to Melbourne, Florida, which no doubt serves as a distribution hub for moving those pieces nationwide.

You might reasonably wonder, then, why China would be sending full-auto rifle mods to the USA. The answer is that China supports the civil war attempt by Black Lives Matter, and China is coordinating with BLM terrorists to arm up their militant troops across the country, upgrading their legally-acquired AR-15 weapons to “full auto” status, which makes them far more formidable in a kinetic assault.

Melbourne, Florida, is known as a human trafficking, drug trafficking and weapons trafficking mecca, with smuggling routes that are well established across both land and water. With easy access to both Orlando and Miami airports, contraband that comes into Melbourne is easy to distribute across the USA within days. The human trafficking is so bad in Melbourne that every law enforcement officer working the area has had contact with human trafficking operations there.

We now believe that some of these full-auto weapons mods end up under the control of Democrat governors like Newsom, the California Governor who actively seeks to see America destroyed.

Weapons, ammo and gold storage: East End Complex – Block 174 – Capitol building, Sacramento, California

Several weeks ago, we learned from a source in California that the East End Complex – Block 174 – of the Capitol building in Sacramento, California, has a vast underground storage complex that consists of multiple floors, much like a giant underground parking garage. The construction alone cost a quarter of a billion dollars:

The Department of Health Services and General Services are housed in the second portion of the Capitol Area East End Complex, known as Blocks 171-174. This design-build team is made up of Clark Construction and Gruen Architects who completed this $225.6 million complex.

Our source, who served as an employee inside the building complex for several years, tells us that the underground storage facility in this building houses “vehicles, firearms, ammunition and gold bullion.” You’ll hear more from this source below…

Governor Newsom send half a billion dollars to China for completely fabricated “covid-19 mask” deal

Governor Newsom is fully aware of this operation and has been bought off by China, which is covertly providing loans to Newsom to keep him in power and prevent California from defaulting in an epic financial collapse. As Paul Preston reported on Agenda21Radio.news:

(Washington DC)-Sources in Washington DC speaking under condition of anonymity have revealed to AENN that California Governor Gavin Newsom has entered into discussions with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to loan the state of California $1 trillion dollars by way of a collateralized loan.

Newsom is making “payments” on the loans from China by funneling money to China through other corrupt means, such as this recent bombshell that finds Newsom helping communist China receive $1 billion in coronavirus aid. Via WesternJournal.com:

California announced a $1,000,000,000 outlay to purchase N95 respirator masks… “The governor’s advisors have so far declined requests for information about the agreement with BYD, the Chinese electric car manufacturer hired to produce the masks, though the state has already wired the company the first installment of $495 million,” the Times reported.

“Newsom, who has been praised for his efforts to slow the spread of the disease, bristled on Saturday at suggestions that his administration has been too slow to explain a deal that will cost California taxpayers 30% more than his January budget would spend on infectious disease prevention for an entire fiscal year.”

Furthermore, he hasn’t bothered to brief the California Legislature on what, exactly, he agreed to.

That’s because this isn’t a billion dollars for “masks.” It’s part of a massive money laundering operation to funnel money to China, so that China can funnel money and weapons back to Newsom in preparation for the civil war that they’re launching. (Nobody believes Gov. Newsom is spending a billion dollars on N95 masks… it’s absurd. Just a cover story.)

Even the Los Angeles Times was shocked by Gov. Newsom agreeing to send a billion dollars to China for N95 masks. As reported by the LA Times:

Gov. Gavin Newsom‘s decision to spend almost $1 billion in taxpayer funds to buy protective masks drew national attention as an aggressive move by California to solve one of the most nagging problems of the coronavirus crisis.

But almost two weeks after he announced the deal during a cable TV interview, very few details have been disclosed. The governor’s advisors have so far declined requests for information about the agreement with BYD, the Chinese electric car manufacturer hired to produce the masks, though the state has already wired the company the first installment of $495 million.

Seriously? An electric car company in China? Folks, this is as corrupt and dirty as it gets. But it’s all part of the money laundering operation that sends money to China, so that Chine can send “clean” money back to Newsom, which he diverts and uses to buy weapons, ammunition and gold.

Back to the Easy End Complex in Sacramento, our source says they personally witnessed “insane amounts” of ammunition — pallets at a time — being delivered and stored there, harkening back to the DOJ purchases of 2 billion rounds of ammunition under President Barack Obama, who also said that he wanted to build a civilian army that was just as powerful as the U.S. military, by the way. Obama called this his, “Civilian National Security Force,” as AmericanThinker.com explains, Barack Obama said:

We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set… We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

One pallet of 5.56 ammo is well over 50,000 rounds, by the way. So the ammo stockpiling by Gov. Newsom is off the charts, and it appears he got ammo from the DOJ under Obama as well as new ammo funded by communist China. Essentially, Gov. Newsom has been stockpiling weapons and ammo in preparation for a civil war that he’s been helping to make reality.

Back to Obama, how do you create a civilian military force? You stockpile weapons in Democrat-controlled cities like Sacramento. You work with communist China to import full-auto weapon mod parts to upgrade your civilian forces to military-grade automatic weapons. And you put more weapons into the hands of your loyalists through legalized gun-running operations like Operation Fast and Furious.

Obama’s “Fast and Furious” gun-running operation

Barack Obama, a “sleeper cell” president who had been meticulously plotting to see American overthrown and destroyed, launched Operation Fast and Furious in 2009, under the control of DOJ AG Eric Holder, a treasonous criminal who continues to work to undermine America today. Under operation Fast and Furious, the ATF was ordered to allow Mexican drug gangs to purchase high-caliber weapons from U.S. gun dealers in Arizona. These guns, Obama and Holder knew, would later be used in gun crimes in the United States, allowing President Obama to decry “gun violence” and call for new restrictions on the Second Amendment.

In essence, this operation was a way for Barack Obama to put heavy weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. We have since learned that the narcos are being trained by communist Chinese military instructors, completing the circle of anti-America warfare tactics that involve both China and Mexico.

Remember that China has, for many years, been engaged in chemical warfare against the United States of America through the manufacture and distribution of fentanyl, a highly toxic drug that is right now killing over 60,000 Americans a year (that’s more than all the U.S. casualties of the Vietnam War combined). But how is fentanyl brought into the United States? Mexican drug cartels and smuggling routes which are protected by Democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom as part of their “open borders” policies. (The narcos pay tens of millions of dollars each year to California Democrats to maintain the open borders policy for drug smuggling and human trafficking.)

Importantly, these same routes will be used by the communist Chinese to invade the United States of America once the civil war achieves sufficient destabilization.   • The likely deployment of EMP weapons against America, using stolen technology, unleashing a “Pearl Harbor” attack that could kill 90% of the American population. Not only that, the ammunition being used to separate the heretofore special bond between the U.S. and Israel is based on the mother of all lies, that is, that Israel is a usurper and an “illegal occupier” of another’s land!

But don’t take this word for setting the record straight towards the truth of all truths. Rather, read for yourselves what is enshrined in international law, as well as in historical fact. The preeminent expert in this legal arena is Howard Grief (deceased, June 2013).

Democrats Keep Pushing to Unravel U.S.–Israel Relationship

New letter from progressives to Pompeo brings harmful ideas to the forefront of American politics – By Steve Postal | July 9, 2020

The Lawfare Project sent House Speaker Nancy Pelosi a letter opposing progressive Democrats’ “uninformed and inaccurate” policy proposals towards Israel. The Lawfare Project, according to their website, provides legal counsel and services to, and protects the free speech of, members of the Jewish and pro-Israel community. According to the Lawfare Project, the progressive Democrats’ labeling Israel’s plans to establish control over parts of Judea and Samaria as “annexation” rather than “sovereignty” places the Democrats at odds with U.S. law, “which has long recognized the rights of the Jewish people to a national home in Palestine.”

The Lawfare Project’s letter to Speaker Pelosi was in response to another letter sent by progressive Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and others to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in late June. This progressive letter is the latest in a series of Democratic communications that serve to harm the U.S.–Israeli partnership. Democrats are now bringing harmful and false ideas, once considered taboo, to the forefront of American politics. Those ideas are the following:

The “settlements” in Judea and Samaria are illegitimate.

Contrary to popular wisdom, Israel has a right to build the “settlements,” which are Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, the heartland of the Land of Israel. (There are currently about 450,000 Israeli citizens living in Judea and Samaria, in addition to another 215,000 living in eastern Jerusalem.) The Trump administration, in the Pompeo Doctrine, stated that it does not recognize the “settlements” as illegal.

In contrast, the progressive Democrat letter mentioned above calls the “settlements” “illegal” under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Presidential candidate Joe Biden also recently said that continued “settlement” building “will choke off any hope for peace,” despite the Palestinians’ consistent rejection of any peace proposal regardless of the presence, absence, and number of “settlements.”

Israel’s claim to Judea and Samaria is an “occupation.”

Israel’s claim to Judea and Samaria is not one of “occupation,” and Republicans know this. I could not find any reference of the Trump administration referring to the “occupation.” Also, a letter addressed to Netanyahu in support of Israel, signed by 120 House Republicans in late June, does not mention “occupation.”

In contrast, Democrats are convinced otherwise. The progressive Democrat letter mentioned above refers to Judea and Samaria as “occupied Palestinian territory,” “Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967,” and “occupied West Bank,” with Israel being the “Occupying Power.” Biden is also on the record for opposing the so-called “occupation.”

Israel does not have a right to apply sovereignty to at least some of Judea and Samaria.

The Trump administration has recognized that right by allowing Israel to apply sovereignty to about 30 percent of Judea and Samaria. The House Republican letter, mentioned above, states that “Israel has the right to make sovereign decisions independent of outside pressure,” and “reaffirm[s] Israel’s right to sovereignty.”

In contrast, Democrats are convinced otherwise. Biden has stated, “I do not support annexation. The fact is, I will reverse Trump’s undercutting of peace.” Further, over 190 House Democrats signed a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Alternate Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benjamin Gantz, and Foreign Minister Gabriel Ashkenazi opposing any Israeli move of “unilateral annexation” to any part of Judea and Samaria. The progressive Democrat letter threatens “nonrecognition of annexed territories.” A letter signed by Senate Democrats, including Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, written to Netanyahu and Gantz in May also opposed “annexation” six times in four paragraphs.

The U.S. should condition aid to Israel on Israel not building in Judea and Samaria.

U.S. aid to Israel dates back to the 1973 Yom Kippur War and is money that Israel spends mostly in the United States. This aid has long been independent of Israel’s relationship with the Palestinians. Continuing this tradition, Biden said that he would not place conditions on military assistance to Israel. But the progressive Democrat letter threatens legislation that would cut U.S. aid to Israel if the latter moves forward with sovereignty. The progressives are thus “subordinating [the U.S.–Israel relationship] to the Palestinians or, more precisely … subordinating it to the extensive demands American progressives make on behalf of the Palestinians.” Bernie Sanders, IfNotNow, and 1,000 alums of J Street U, the student arm of J Street, supported such conditioning of aid to Israel in separate statements.

The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement is OK.

The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement is an anti-Semitic campaign to destroy Israel. President Trump signed an executive order, which in part threatens to withhold funding of universities that support BDS. To his credit, Biden “firmly reject[s]” BDS. But the progressive Democrat letter, while it does not expressly address BDS, is endorsed by multiple organizations that support BDS, including American Friends Service Committee, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), Churches for Middle East Peace, Defense for Children International — Palestine, and the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights. Each of these organizations is additionally problematic, as reported by the Washington Free Beacon. For example, AMP, Defense for Children International — Palestine and U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights have been connected with fundraising for terrorist organizations. In fact, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez purposefully sought support of the progressive Democrat letter from these groups.

Recent statements by Democrats is the latest in a push to continue to make Israel a partisan wedge in U.S. politics, one that I previously discussed in The American Spectator. It remains to be seen if moderate voices within the Democratic party will be able to reclaim the narrative. Until then, the Democratic party will continue to undermine the U.S.–Israel relationship.

The latest crop of terrorists arrested in Portland are about to learn that the feds are not going to placate to them like the city and county do. Seven antifa rioters were charged with a variety of federal crimes after the multiple attacks on Hatfield Federal Courthouse over the weekend. Unlike Multnomah county district attorneys, who have a penchant for dropping charges on violent protesters, these “suspects” will be facing federal prosecutors.

The official DOJ press release reads:

“PORTLAND, Ore.—U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams announced today that seven people have been arrested and face federal charges for their roles in weekend riots at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse in Portland.

ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS, SINCE MAY 26, 2020, PROTESTS IN DOWNTOWN PORTLAND HAVE REGULARLY BEEN FOLLOWED BY NIGHTLY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING ASSAULTS ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, LOOTING, ARSON, AND VANDALISM.
ROWAN OLSEN, 19, OF PORTLAND, IS CHARGED WITH DISORDERLY CONDUCT, CREATING A HAZARD ON FEDERAL PROPERTY, AND FAILING TO OBEY A LAWFUL ORDER; SHANT SINGH AHUJA, 28, OF OCEANSIDE, CALIFORNIA, IS CHARGED WITH DESTRUCTION OF FEDERAL PROPERTY; AND ANDREW STEVEN FAULKNER, 24, OF BEAVERTON, OREGON; GRETCHEN MARGARET BLANK, 29, OF SEATTLE, WASHINGTON; CHRISTOPHER FELLINI, 31, OF PORTLAND; CODY PORTER, 28, OF PORTLAND; AND TAIMANE JAME TEO, 24, OF EUGENE, OREGON, ARE CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING FEDERAL OFFICERS.”

The Hatfield Federal Courthouse has been a repeated target of vandalism, sustaining extensive damage. U.S. Marshals Service deputies and officers from the Federal Protective Service, Homeland Security Investigations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection working to protect the courthouse have been subjected to threats; aerial fireworks including mortars; high intensity lasers targeting officers’ eyes; thrown rocks, bottles, and balloons filled with paint from demonstrators while performing their duties.

On July 2-3, 2020, Olsen is accused of using his body to push on and hold a glass door at the Hatfield Courthouse closed, preventing officers from exiting the building and causing the door to shatter. With the door broken, a mortar firework entered the courthouse, detonating near the officers. The officers used shields and their bodies to block the open doorway for approximately six hours until demonstrators dispersed.

On July 4, 2020, Ahuja is accused of willfully destroying a closed-circuit video camera mounted on the exterior of the Hatfield Courthouse.

On July 5, 2020, Blank is accused of assaulting a federal officer with a shield while the officer was attempting to arrest another protestor.

On July 5-6, 2020, Faulkner, Fellini, Porter, and Teo are accused of assaulting federal officers with high intensity lasers. At the time of his arrest, Faulkner also possessed a sheathed machete.

All seven defendants made their first appearances in federal court on July 6, 2020 and were released pending trial.

A criminal complaint is only an accusation of a crime, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

“These cases are being investigated jointly by the U.S. Marshals Service; FBI; U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives; Federal Protective Service; U.S. Customs and Border Protection; and Homeland Security Investigations.“

At pro-Palestinian Black Lives Matter rallies in New York and Washington, chants were heard calling for “Death to Israel,” “Death to America” and “From Gaza to Minnesota, globalize the Intifada!”

Several hundred protesters attended the July 1 demonstration in Brooklyn dubbed as a “Day of Rage” event, set to coincide with the earliest date Israel could begin its plans to apply Israeli law over parts of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley.

Speakers issued inflammatory rallying cries that ran the gamut from anti-Semitic and anti-American to just plain absurd. One pro-North Korea activist called for the end of the United States of America and its “puppet governments,” the liberation of “Palestine,” and for Korea to “be one again.”

There were multiple attempts to connect the pro-Palestinian cause with Black Lives Matter.

Dequi Kioni Sadiki, the wife of former Black Panther Sekou Odinga, said: “The European Jews who occupy, slaughter and continue to force millions of Palestinians onto their killing fields called refugee and concentration camps, are the relatives of the Europeans… who kidnapped, slaughtered and forced millions of Africans and indigenous” into slavery.

Calls to “abolish the police” were joined with calls to eliminate “the Zionistic state of Israel.”

 

Speakers and organizers made it clear they were not interested in Israel arriving at a peace agreement with the Palestinians. Instead, they said the Palestinians deserve the entire land.

“The land that Israel exists on is still stolen. The 1948 lands are still stolen — Jaffa, Haifa, Tel Aviv… was stolen. We don’t want to go just back to our homes in Gaza and the West Bank. We Want all of it,” activist Nerdeen Kiswani, one of the organizers, said.

“We don’t want a fake Palestinian state that they give us while Israel still exists,” Kiswani added.

Chants of “Fuck your two states!” were later heard.

One speaker, known as Rob from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, led an Arabic-language chant shouting “Death to America!” “Death to Israel!”

 

Meanwhile, protesters at a separate“Day of Rage” march in Washington, DC, were heard chanting “Israel, we know you, you murder children, too.”

One of the march’s organizers, Harvard student Christian Tabash, read a poem about Israel’s alleged crimes against Palestinian Muslims according to the Washington Examiner. The poem, called Mr. War — an apparent reference to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — included the line “Curse thee, the corrupters of Zion. Fuck this occupation!” and referred to Israel as “puppet master of continents,” paying homage to the anti-Semitic trope that Jews control the world.

Tabash also paused several times during the march to remind protesters that the Palestinian movement is “intrinsically tied to Black Lives Matter,” the report said.

The Republican Jewish Coalition published a statement responding to the march saying it was “horrified by this vicious hatemongering by Black Lives Matter protesters.”

“The Black Lives Matter charter is filled with anti-Israel and anti-Semitic lies. It is deeply disturbing, but not surprising, to hear those sentiments chanted in the streets of Washington, DC,” the statement said.

The RJC further called Democratic hopeful Joe Biden, “as the standard bearer of the Democrat Party, to condemn these anti-Semitic chants by BLM protesters.”

Whereas this site (and another under these guiding hands) can never escape reporting on the chaos, mayhem, and terror engulfing the two, twin pillars of Western Civilization, respectively, America and Israel, it doesn’t mean that a personal lens isn’t taking it all in. If anything, these senses are heightened more than most, that is, to the nuances and knock-on effects of the crises at hand.

Indeed, while the long-term carnage of the WUHAN global pandemic —  incontestably, unleashed via the CHI-COM regime —  has yet to be calculated, its short-term effects are evident for all those willing to see.

More specifically, the veil has been unmasked from America’s totalitarian-bent leaders  — most of whom are Demsters, but others include Repubs a.k.a. RINOS. And as discomfiting as it is to witness their real plans for the nation, trust, there is an upside. From this end, it is always better to know the truth than not to, thus, to plan accordingly. For when the aforementioned dictators champion the “right” of rioters to run rampant within their streets, yet, they demand that law-abiding citizens remain in lock-down and not dare to celebrate a national holiday, nor worship freely, how much more transparent do they need to be?

Even so, despite the need to take common sense precautions in America and Israel (elsewhere, too) vis-à-vis corona, primarily, to “distance” oneself from overflowing crowds and related measures, the notion that the leadership has the right to force citizens into lock-downs, well, that smacks of dictatorial regimes. Mind you, it is even anti-scientific, going against hard data — not the Fauci-kind! Moreover, it contradicts  the advice of physicians who have treated corona after corona patient and disagree in the extreme. Naturally, big tech has to censor physicians who are ringing the alarm against lock-downs!

With all that said, life goes on, as it must — even for many who feel as if they have been dropped on their heads and find themselves in an Alice-in-Wonderland rabbit hole!

And, as it happens, this American-Israeli can attest to the truth of a very intrinsic axiom, that is, “whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” Universal. One of life’s most valuable lessons, too.

Purposefully, today’s post segues into other territory, in a manner of speaking.

In this respect, some readers may already be aware that there is much more to this author than what is regularly reported on within these pages and at other sites.

As such, for those who are newly on board and in need of a lighter note, here is the long and short of it: Approximately two years ago, an opportunity arose to go back in time to the number one passion within: Yes, music nourishes and soothes this soul! In fact, said “re-journey” was mentioned here and here.

Now, up until corona reached Israel (by the way….living here, since 2008), the aforementioned roots were more than humming (pun intended) along, and with one well-received performance after another. What fun! Alas, in mid-March, restrictions were placed on gatherings, be they musical or otherwise.

The rockin’ band in this orbit, in typical Israeli, laid-back style said: “No worries, Adina, we will rock again!” And after a two and a half month pause, the band was allowed to accept engagements — once more, with this author (singer) as their lead vocalist!

But wouldn’t you know, no sooner did our music crank up after several performances, PM Netanyahu a.k.a. “Bibi” announced (this week) another clamp-down on gatherings! Health concerns take precedence, of course.

The point being, despite this and that craziness enveloping all of us, time should be set aside to indulge in one’s passion(s), whatever they may be.

For if one who is as steeped in the darker side of life can do as much, so can others. Trust, whenever the next go-ahead is given, yes, we will rock on……how could we not?
