‘Tehran presses Assad to send Hizballah sophisticated anti-air interceptors’

Israeli Air Force jets were reported flying over Damascus in the last few hours by foreign sources. According to debkafile’s Iranian and intelligence sources, Iran has been pushing Bashar Assad hard to let Hizballah have sophisticated weapons, including self-propelled SA-17 interceptor missile systems. Tehran is reminding the Syrian ruler of the debt he owes Hizballah’s leader Hassan Nasrallah who was ready to deploy 5,000 out of Hizballah’s 8,000 combat-ready fighters to Syrian battlefields to fight rebel forces and keep the Assad regime in power.
Assad is therefore in no position to spurn Tehran’s demand.
And so, preparations for sending those weapons systems across to Lebanon have been sighted in the last few days at Syrian military bases. Israeli Air Force are said to be overhead monitoring these movements after Israel repeatedly warned Damascus any attempts to make such transfers would draw a reaction.
On Jan. 30, Israel bombed a convoy passing through Jamraya near Damascus on its way to Lebanon with a consignment of sophisticated weapons systems for Hizballah.
The drone launched on April 25 from Lebanon, which Israeli fighter planes shot down opposite Haifa, is seen now as a counter-warning from Tehran that if Israel strikes another arms convoy on its way from Syria to Lebanon, the next drones flying over Israel would be armed and come in numbers.

The Israeli security cabinet held a long session on the Syrian question Sunday, April 28, headed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon. They reached a number of decisions on how to handle the latest developments on the Syrian front, including evidence of the use of chemical weapons.

Israel and Turkey agreed last week to start pooling their incoming intelligence on the Syrian civil war, debkafile’s intelligence sources report exclusively. Exchanges will take place at the highest level between Mossad Director Tamir Pardo and Hakan Fidan, head of Turkey’s MIT.

The United States will also provide additional security for Syria’s southern neighbor by the relocation of US Patriot missile interceptors from West Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to northern Jordan opposite the Syrian border.

US Patriots were deployed on the Turkish-Syrian border last year.

The new Patriot deployment indicates that the Obama administration is now treating the peril to its allies from Syria as greater than the Iranian menace.
Things are also on the move in the Turkish-Israeli arena.
Advantage was taken of the Israeli delegation’s visit to Istanbul Monday, April 22, for negotiations on the amount of compensation to be paid out to the families of the nine Turks who died in a clash of arms with Israeli naval commandoes in May 2010, when their ship, the Mavi Marmara, was stopped from completing its mission to break Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip.
As first reported by the last DEBKA-Net-Weekly, the negotiating session was brief. Criteria for determining the amounts of the payouts were settled in less than an hour. A joint Israeli-Turkish group is to calculate the sums and refer their estimates back to the delegations for approval.

The two delegations then got down to the brass tacks of the most pressing issues of interest to them both.

A day earlier, US Secretary of State John Kerry had urged Turkey to hurry up and restore its relations with Israel because of the urgent security interests they shared with one another and the United States in the Middle East:

The delegations responded by launching into an intense discussion of ways to further their military and intelligence cooperation for the common benefit.

One immediate decision was for Turkey and Israel to set up a joint mechanism for sharing intelligence on the Syrian conflict.

Turkey and Israel are reputed to have the best Syrian intelligence in the business, but their methods of gathering information, its content and their sources vary.

The Turks use Syrian rebels and Lebanese informants operating in Syria. They don’t command the electronic resources which Israel possesses. The two agencies also maintain contact with different rebel militias.
It was quickly recognized that both agencies have much to gain from a arrangement for sharing their input without further delay.

While one of America’s iconic cities exploded due to the Satan-like handiwork of Islamic jihad – as Islamic terror placed a “welcome” mat out for urban America – one can be forgiven for having placed Benghazigate (Fast & Furious too) and the general hell fire emanating from the Mid East on the (mental) back burner. There is only so much horrific news most can process. Nevertheless, while alternative media is diligently executing the digging, it is incumbent upon others to follow the linkage of events, as closely as humanly possible, even if it frays your nerves.

Most significantly, if not for Obama Inc’s tailwind to Islamic jihad – through an omerta imposed on America’s governing agencies and civil society elitists which prohibits the utterance of Islam + terror, thereby vitiating its linkage – the requisite agencies would be waging war against Islamic jihad, as opposed to whitewashing it, and outrageously placing “bitter clingers” on the DHS’s radar. ‘Benghazi report: Trinkets of treason’

25 April 2013: We are witnessing one of the biggest government cover-ups since Watergate. A cover-up that involves murder, arms trafficking, and lies by high ranking officials under oath. It involves the murderous attacks in Benghazi, and congressional investigators just released a 46-page interim progress report that at least exposes Hillary Rodham Clinton and the White House lying under oath. Where’s the accountability? Where’s the outrage? Where’s the media?

A 46-page interim progress report of an ongoing investigation across five House Committees by the U.S. House of Representatives was released on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. The executive summary states that former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton signed off on a reduction of diplomatic security forces suggesting that this reduction of security was, in large part, to blame for the attack in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. The report emphasizes that this is “inconsistent” with her sworn testimony of January 23, 2013. Simply stated, Hillary Rodham Clinton lied under oath to congressional investigators.

Additionally, the interim report states thatofficial press talking points issued by the U.S. intelligence community were altered by the White House and Senior State Department officials on Saturday, September 15, 2012 for the sole purpose of protecting the State Department. It was emphasized that these alterations were not for protecting any classified information whatsoever.

For those of us heavily involved in investigating and reporting the events in Benghazi, the interim report merely confirms what we’ve long known. But what isn’t being addressed by this report or elsewhere? Here is what you are not being told.

The security issue is a diversion

Much like blaming some obscure internet video for the motivation behind the attacks, everyone, including government investigators, is citing insufficient pre-attack diplomatic security for the deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. While such security for the American embassy in Tripoli was indeed a concern, it is not the key issue, but a diversion from the real issue. The real issue will open up a Pandora’s box of criminal activity the likes of which that would rock our nation to its very core.

As I have written in past investigative reports, there was never an embassy or consulate in Benghazi. Now innocuously referenced in this report as the “Benghazi mission,” the facilities in Benghazi served as a logistics center for arms and weapons transfers from Libya ultimately destined for the anti-Assad terrorists in Syria. It was used by the “State Department’s CIA,” which is quite different than the actual CIA known by Americans. It is here that I am providing a little known fact, albeit one that creates angst among those seventh floor occupants of the official CIA headquarters and in the uppermost echelons of the U.S. State Department.

In actuality, there are two Central Intelligence Agencies – unofficially, of course. The most “unofficial” agency works under the diplomatic cover of the U.S. State Department. It is in this venue where we will find the trinkets of treason inside Pandora’s box. It is here that the components of treason exist, covered by a cache of weapons and the bodies of the dead. It is from this covert intelligence operation directed by the highest levels of our government where we will find the truth about Benghazi and the expose the lies about Libya and the globalist plans that has ignited the fuse for World War III.

The survivors of Benghazi

We know that not everyone involved in the attack at Benghazi was killed. According to all official reports and verified by this author, there were at least 31 survivors of the Benghazi attack evacuated from the Benghazi “mission” about 90 minutes after the attack began. The 31 survivors and the bodies of Ambassador Stevens, Mr. Smith, Mr. Woods, and Mr. Doherty ultimately transported from Tripoli to Ramstein, Germany, on a U.S. C-17, touching down at Ramstein at 10:19 PM on September 12, 2012.

So, who are they, where are they, and why haven’t we seen or heard any testimony from them?

On Wednesday, April 17, 2013, newly appointed Secretary of State John Kerry testified before the House Foreign Affairs Committee regarding his knowledge of Benghazi. In one specific 90 second exchange between Congressman Dana Rorhabacher and Kerry as shown in this video, Kerry perpetuated the lie that there is nothing being withheld from congress of the American people about Benghazi, including any information that could be offered by the survivors.

What is evident from that exchange, however, is that Kerry is following the lead from former Secretary of State Clinton. His reticence to answer specific questions became quite clear by this one particular statement: “We’ve got a lot more important things to move on to and get done.” If one listens closely, the bluster from Hillary Rodham Clinton and her shrill cries of “what difference does it make” is still faintly audible in chambers.

What appears to be eluding most is the real reason the survivors have yet to speak to investigators. The Obama regime cannot allow the witnesses to be interviewed, as they are witnesses or operatives to illegal international arms trafficking coordinated by the U.S. Department of State.

Weapons warehouses

Testimony from the witnesses might disclose the existence of five warehouses located in Benghazi, Misratah and Derna having direct connections to… Saudi Arabia. Their testimony might reveal that the U.S. State Department’s CIA was using the American taxpayer’s money, budgeted through congress, to collect arms under the auspices of taking them from the terrorists to make post-Qaddafi’s Libya a safer place.

In reality, however, the operational weapons were being collected and transported to these five warehouses in preparation of their transport to points north, to Jordan and Turkey for their ultimate use in Syria to destabilize the Assad government. For the inquiring minds, it is important to note that this process continues, although now the weapons are originating from Croatia, which happens to be where American personnel were busy training the anti-Assad terrorists on that fateful September day last year.

The witnesses cannot be allowed to talk freely for they might reveal that the U.S. is working directly with Saudi Arabia, through the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egypt, to provide our servicemen and women and our military assets to expand their pan-Islamic kingdom to the backdoor of Iran and the front door of Russia, a situation that is unacceptable to Russia’s Vladimir Putin.

The biggest lie

The report as well as the feigned cooperation of officials from the Obama regime does not address the biggest lies of all. The U.S., by direct orders of Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, are working closely with the Saudis to destroy and remake nations for a larger plan drafted by larger global interests.

It’s about vying for position at the table of the globalists. It’s about oil and energy, wealth and power, but the lie is so big that few can comprehend the larger picture. This larger picture, by the way, is disturbing on many levels, and involves decades of history rich in deception by both political parties. Its roots can be traced back to the creation of ARAMCO in the 1930′s, followed through the years of the twentieth century as the incestuous relationship between the Saudi Royals and the U.S., its leaders and elected officials, forged clandestine deals that existed on September 11, 2001, the infamous meeting on the Truman balcony, and the election of a Saudi “cutout” in the person of Barack Hussein Obama in 2008. It’s about the voluminous influx of campaign contributions to Obama in 2008, in amounts small enough to avoid reporting their origins. It’s about a takeover of America.

Whether it’s hand holding or a slobbering kiss on the lips between U.S. presidents and the Royal family, or a bow so deep that all Americans can see is the backside of leader, the view is the same. Whether sealed with a kiss or a bow, the lies continue. Regarding the latter, the attack in Benghazi and even the bombings in Boston occurred under a full moon, at least for all Americans. And I’m not talking about the celestial body.

With many Americans reeling from Boston’s jihad – understanding full well that there is more to come – rest assured the situation could be worse. No kidding. In fact, imagine the angst of Jews in Israel as they witness – once again – their leadership’s latest penchant for Islamic appeasement. In the main, regardless of a family’s anguish, a nation does not operate for the benefit of one family, even though the army has an absolute duty – to the best of its ability – to retrieve soldiers. Not only that, but there is good reason to believe that extricating him from his captors in Gaza (and the “eyes in the sky” must have known where he was, Hamasnicks can’t fart without the IDF knowing) would have elicited “collateral” civilian damage. Significantly, the leadership placed the safety of enemy Gazans above its own soldier and its civilians alike. They do it all the time.

Why is this being brought up at this juncture? Well, like all dedicated jihadists, many of the released terrorists revert “back to business”. Sort of like Tourette’s syndrome… Specifically, they return to their jihadi ways and eventually get sent back to prison. This much is true: Israel’s security services are aces when it comes to tracking them down, it’s keeping them in jail which is a challenge, albeit they are mandated to carry out political dictates.

But don’t worry about the cat and mouse game with “captured and released” jihadists because they have a new weapon of choice – hunger strikes. For sure, if Israel’s leadership were rational thinkers they would conclude: go right ahead, starve yourself…it will save Israel the cost of housing and feeding our people’s killers. Alas, this is not the case.

‘Israel Reaches a Deal with Hunger-Striking Terrorist’

Terrorist Samer Issawi has reportedly agreed to end a hunger strike which lasted for more than eight months in exchange for early release.

Israel has reached a deal with a Palestinian Authority Arab terrorist prisoner who has been on a long-term hunger strike, officials in the PA said on Monday night.

The terrorist, Samer Issawi, has reportedly agreed to end an on-off hunger strike which lasted for more than eight months in exchange for an early release, the officials told Reuters.

Issawi agreed to a deal brokered byIsraeli and PA officials to serve eight months for violating bail conditions, after which he will be freed to his Jerusalem home, according to Qadura Fares, head of the Palestinian prisoner organization.

Issawi’s attorney told Kol Yisrael radio on Monday night that the agreement with his clienthad been signed in principle and would be brought to the Ofer Military Court for approval on Tuesday. An official Israeli source has yet to confirm the reports.

Issawi was first arrested in 2002 and sentenced to 26 years for terrorist activity. He was released in the Shalit deal in October 2011, but rearrested in July for violating the terms of the release agreement.

Israel has ordered that he serve the remainder of his original sentence.

Israel has said it was willing to deport Issawi to any EU member country or any UN member country, but an EU spokesman had claimed that “Israel has not formally approached the EU on this subject.”

Issawi is the last of four Palestinian Authority Arab terrorist prisoners who were on extended hunger strikes in Israeli prisons, after two ended their fast in February and a thirdwas exiled to Gaza for 10 years.

Palestinian Authority Arab terrorist prisoners have turned hunger striking into a pressure tactic aimed at forcing Israel to release them out of fear for their lives. Israel has several times in the past caved to the pressure and released some hunger strikers.

Earlier on Monday, Issawi told an Israeli judge that he will not take liquids and will boycott future court sessions at a hearing in Kaplan Medical Center, where he has been hospitalized after his health deteriorated.

“I was sentenced by a Jerusalem court to eight months which ended in March, so I don’t see any reason to be detained. Your detention is malicious and I don’t recognize your committee, nor the procedures you take against me,” Issawi told the judge, according to a report in the Bethlehem-based Ma’an news agency.

Issawi’s doctor reportedly told the court that medics were very concerned as the prisoner has stopped taking vitamins and supplements and refuses to undergo any medical tests.

The judge asked the doctor why Issawi was not being forced to eat, to which the doctor replied, “This would be inhumane, and as doctors we ethically can’t do it.”

‘Mosque that Boston suspects attended has radical ties’

Terror suspects, fugitives and radical speakers have passed through the Cambridge mosque that the Tsarnaev brothers are known to have visited.

BOSTON — The mosque attended by the two brothers accused in the Boston Marathon double bombing has been associated with other terrorism suspects, has invited radical speakers to a sister mosque in Boston and is affiliated with a Muslim group that critics say nurses grievances that can lead to extremism.

Several people who attended the Islamic Society of Boston mosque in Cambridge, Mass., have been investigated for Islamic terrorism, including a conviction of the mosque’s first president, Abdulrahman Alamoudi, in connection with an assassination plot against a Saudi prince.

Its sister mosque in Boston, known as the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, has invited guests who have defended terrorism suspects. A former trustee appears in a series of videos in which he advocates treating gays as criminals, says husbands should sometimes beat their wives and calls on Allah (God) to kill Zionists and Jews, according to Americans for Peace and Tolerance, an interfaith group that has investigated the mosques.

The head of the group is among critics who say the two mosques teach a brand of Islamic thought that encourages grievances against the West, distrust of law enforcement and opposition to Western forms of government, dress and social values.

“We don’t know where these boys were radicalized, but this mosque has a curriculum that radicalizes people. Other people have been radicalized there,” said the head of the group, Charles Jacobs.

Yusufi Vali, executive director at the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, insists his mosque does not spread radical ideology and cannot be blamed for the acts of a few worshipers.

“If there were really any worry about us being extreme,” Vali said, U.S. law enforcement agencies such as the FBI and Departments of Justice and Homeland Security would not partner with the Muslim American Society and the Boston mosque in conducting monthly meetings that have been ongoing for four years, he said, in an apparent reference to U.S. government outreach programs in the Muslim community.

The Cambridge and Boston mosques, separated by the Charles River, are owned by the same entity but managed individually. The imam of the Cambridge mosque, Sheik Basyouny Nehela, is on the board of directors of the Boston mosque.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, attended the Cambridge mosque for services and are accused of setting two bombs that killed three people and injured at least 264 others at the April 15 Boston Marathon.

The FBI has not indicated that either mosque was involved in any criminal activity, but mosque attendees and officials have been implicated in terrorist activity:

• Alamoudi, who signed the articles of incorporation as the Cambridge mosque’s president, was sentenced to 23 years in federal court in Alexandria, Va., in 2004 for his role as a facilitator in what federal prosecutors called a Libyan assassination plot against then-crown prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Abdullah is now the Saudi king.

• Aafia Siddiqui, who occasionally prayed at the Cambridge mosque, was arrested in Afghanistan in 2008 while in possession of cyanide canisters and plans for a chemical attack in New York City. She tried to grab a rifle while in detention and shot at military officers and FBI agents, for which she was convicted in New York in 2010 and is serving an 86-year sentence.

• Tarek Mehanna, who worshiped at the Cambridge mosque, was sentenced in 2012 to 17 years in prison for conspiring to aid al-Qaeda. Mehanna had traveled to Yemen to seek terrorist training and plotted to use automatic weapons to shoot up a mall in the Boston suburbs, federal investigators in Boston alleged.

• Ahmad Abousamra, the son of a former vice president of the Muslim American Society Boston Abdul-Badi Abousamra, was identified by the FBI as Mehanna’s co-conspirator. He fled to Syria and is wanted by the FBI on charges of providing support to terrorists and conspiracy to kill Americans in a foreign country.

• Jamal Badawi of Canada, a former trustee of the Islamic Society of Boston Trust, which owns both mosques, was named as a non-indicted co-conspirator in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorism trial in Texas over the funneling of money to Hamas, which is the Palestinian wing of the Muslim Brotherhood.

What both mosques have in common is an affiliation with the Muslim American Society, an organization founded in 1993 that describes itself as an American Islamic revival movement. It has also been described by federal prosecutors in court as the “overt arm” of the Muslim Brotherhood, which calls for Islamic law and is the parent organization of Hamas, a U.S.-designated terrorist group.

Critics say the Muslim American Society promotes a fraught relationship with the United States, expressed in part by the pattern discussed by Americans for Progress and Tolerance in which adherents are made to feel cut off from their home country and to identify with a global Islamist political community rather than with America.

Zuhdi Jasser, president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, said the radical teachings often follow a theme of recitation of grievances that Islam has with the West, advocacy against U.S. foreign policy and terrorism prosecutions, and efforts “to evangelize Islam in order to improve Western society that is secularized,” he says.

Jasser, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and author of the 2012 book A Battle for the Soul of Islam: An American Muslim Patriot Fights to Save His Faith, says the teachings make some followers feel “like their national identity is completely absent and hollow, and that vacuum can be filled by (radical) Islamic ideology, which is supremacist and looks upon the West as evil.”

The Cambridge mosque was founded in 1982 by students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard and several other Boston-area schools, according to a profile by the Pluralism Project at Harvard University. Its members founded the sister mosque in Boston in 2009.

The leadership of the two mosques is intertwined, and the ideology they teach is the same, Jacobs said. Ilya Feoktistov, director of research at Americans for Peace and Tolerance, said much of the money to create the Boston mosque came not from local Muslims but from foreign sources.

More than half of the $15.5 million used to found the Boston mosque came from Saudi sources, Feoktistov said, who cites financial documents that Jacobs’ group obtained when the mosque sued it for defamation. The lawsuit was later dropped.

Vali said that the vast majority of total donors were in the United States and that “no donations were accepted if the donor wanted to have any decision-making influence (even if benign).”

Vali characterized Americans for Peace and Tolerance and its founder, Jacobs, as anti-Muslim activists who spread “lies and half-truths in order to attack and marginalize much of the local Muslim community and many of its institutions.”

“It’s the new McCarthyism in full swing,” he said.

Sheik Basyouny Nehela, the imam of the Cambridge mosque, which is located across the Charles River from Boston, is on the board of directors for the Muslim American Society of Boston, which runs the Boston mosque. The Tsarnaevs attended the Cambridge mosque.

A statement issued by the Cambridge mosque said the Tsarnaev brothers were “occasional visitors.” The mosque’s office manager, Nichole Mossalam, said neither brother expressed radical views. “They never exhibited any violent sentiments or behaviors. Otherwise, they would have been reported,” Mossalam said.

The Cambridge mosque said Tsarnaev, 26, who died Thursday night in a shootout with police, “disagreed with the moderate American-Islamic theology” of the mosque. Tsarnaev challenged an imam who said in his sermon that it was appropriate to celebrate U.S. national holidays and was told to stop such outbursts, the mosque said in a statement.

Talal Eid, a Muslim chaplain at Brandeis University, said focusing on individual radicals that prayed in a building is unfair.

“In 2011, the two brothers were right under the nose of the FBI and they didn’t find anything,” Eid said, who never met the Tsarnaevs. “How do you want me as an imam to know enough to tell them they are not welcome here? How can I figure out those people have that kind of criminal intent?”

The Muslim American Society says on its website that it is independent of the Muslim Brotherhood. However, early Brotherhood literature is considered “the foundational texts for the intellectual component for Islamic work in America,” the website states.

Jacobs says claims of moderate Islam do not square with the mosque’s classic jihadi texts in its library and its hosting of radical speakers.

Jacobs said Ahmed Mansour, his co-director at Americans for Peace and Tolerance, found writings by Syed Qutb, the former leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and other jihadi texts at the Cambridge mosque’s library when Mansour went there in 2003. Qutb pioneered the radical violent ideology espoused by al-Qaeda.

Yusuf al Qaradawi, the Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader who espouses radical views in videos collected by Jacobs’ group, was listed as a trustee on the Cambridge mosque’s IRS filings until 2000, and on the mosque’s website until 2003, when he addressed congregants via recorded video message to raise money for the Boston mosque, according to a screenshot of the announcement that Feoktistov provided.

Vali said Qaradawi was listed as an honorary trustee years ago only because his scholarship and high esteem in Muslim circles would help with fundraising.

Yasir Qadhi, who lectured at the Boston mosque in April 2009, has advocated replacing U.S. democracy with Islamic rule and called Christians “filthy” polytheists whose “life and prosperity … holds no value in the state of Jihad,” according to a video obtained by Jacobs’ group.

Vali said Qadhi was a guest of a non-profit organization that was renting space at the Boston mosque and has changed his views since that video was made.

Jacobs and others say it is not only renters who express sympathetic views for terrorists. Leaders of the Boston and Cambridge mosques, and invited guests, have advocated on behalf of convicted terrorists, urging followers to seek their release or lenient sentences.

Imam Abdullah Faaruuq, sometimes a spokesman for the Boston mosque, used Siddiqui’s case to speak against the USA Patriot Act, the anti-terrorism law passed under the George W. Bush administration. “After they’re done with (Siddiqui), they are going to come to your door if they feel like it,” he said, according to a video obtained by Americans for Peace and Tolerance.

Anwar Kazmi, a member of the Cambridge mosque’s board of trustees, called for leniency for Mehanna and Siddiqui at a Boston rally in February 2012, in a video posted to YouTube. He characterized Siddiqui’s 86-year sentence as excessive.

In an interview with USA TODAY, Kazmi insisted that the Cambridge mosque is moderate and condemns the marathon bombings. On Monday, the mosque e-mailed members to caution them that the FBI may question them and that they may want to seek representation.

“This kind of violence, terrorism, it’s just completely contrary to the spirit of Islam,” Kasmi said. “The words in the Quran say if anybody kills even a single human being without just cause, it’s as if you’ve killed all of humanity.”

In a letter confiscated in the raid, written by bin Laden and addressed to his “Chief of Staff” Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, bin Laden mentions his desire that Hamza would be educated in Qatar as a religious scholar so that he could “refute the wrong and the suspicions raised around Jihad.”[14] The same letter revealed that Hamza did not escape the raid because he was not even present in Abbottabad.[15][16] Letters from the compound also confirmed that Osama was grooming Hamza to be his heir apparent following the death of Hamza’s older brother Saad in a 2009 US drone strike.[17][18]

The congressional source told TheBlaze it was unclear as to why representatives from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be unaware of this information. Earlier on Thursday, an official with ICE said it was “categorically false” that Alharbi had ever been considered for deportation.

The congressional source, however, said the information sent to Congress showed that a file was created on “Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harby” at 4 p.m. on Tuesday by an official with the National Targeting Center, a counterterrorism sub-agency of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security. The mosque attended by the two suspects in the Boston marathon bombings “has a curriculum that radicalizes people,” according to the interfaith group Americans for Peace and Tolerance.

The mosque has reportedly been associated with other suspected terrorists and is affiliated with the controversial Muslim American Society, APT says.

Among the former attendees of the mosque, the Islamic Society of Boston mosque in Cambridge, Massachusetts, are Aafia Siddiqui, who was arrested for planning a chemical attack on New York City and Tarek Mehanna, who conspired to aid al-Qaeda.

The mosque’s first president, Abdulrahman Alamoudi, was jailed in 2004 for his role in a Libyan assassination plot against then-crown prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

APT reports that the Cambridge mosque’s sister mosque in Boston, the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, has hosted speakers who have defended terrorism. A former mosque trustee was seen on video calling on Allah to kill Zionists and Jews, the group says.

APT head Charles Jacobs says both mosques teach an anti-Western brand of Islam that includes mistrust of law enforcement and opposition to the American style of government.

APT’s director of research, Ilya Feoktistov, said funding for the Boston mosque came primarily from Saudi sources.

Yusufi Vali, executive director of the Boston mosque, rejected APT’s accusations. Speaking to USA Today, Vali accused APT of spreading “lies and half-truths in order to attack and marginalize much of the local Muslim community and many of its institutions.”

A statement from the Cambridge mosque confirmed that the Boston bombing suspects, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, were “occasional visitors” but said neither expressed radical Islamic views.

“They never exhibited any violent sentiments or behaviors. Otherwise, they would have been reported,” said manager Nichole Mossalam.

Board of trustees member Anwar Kazmi told USA Today that the mosque condemns the marathon bombings. “This kind of violence, terrorism, it’s just completely contrary to the spirit of Islam,” he said.

‘Iran planned Boston bombings for 2 years’ – WND, April 22, 2013

Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran’s Quds Forces, ordered reconnaissance and intelligence gathering on various events and public gatherings in the United States years ago, culminating in the bombings at the Boston Marathon one week ago, WND has learned.

According to a source within Iran’s intelligence services, the Islamic regime’s Quds Forces, a special unit of the Revolutionary Guards in charge of extraterritorial operations, have done extensive planning on gatherings, events and high-value targets in the United States for some time, but for two years focused on events such as the Boston Marathon.

The source had earlier provided information that tied the Islamic regime to the Boston attack and pointed to the collaboration of the regime’s Quds Forces with the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah and elements of al-Qaida with links to an operational center in South Asia. He said that under Quds Force guidance, Hezbollah recruited sympathizers through collaborators connected to South Asia for terrorist activities in the U.S.

Another source in December told WND that the Quds Forces had drawn up plans for terrorist attacks in the U.S. starting within six months and that an operational team was in the United States to prepare for the attacks. He also said then that suicide bombers and potential terrorists were ready to attack Canada and European countries, including France and England.

In Canada, police said today they had foiled a terror plot. They reported that the two accused in the case were getting “direction and guidance” from al-Qaida elements in Iran.

The plan was to be automatically launched if America did not accept Iran’s nuclear program, if sanctions increased or a military confrontation took place. The regime felt it must act because current sanctions, which have already devastated Iran’s economy, could spark civilian rioting.

Another worry for the regime, the December source said, was that the push to oust Syrian President Bashar Assad would be a big blow to the Islamic regime and its activities in the region.

Editor’s note: Because of its importance, this writer immediately contacted Congressman Peter King at home and informed the New York Republican of the imminent threat. He urged that I contact his office the next day. The conversation was held with his aide, Kevin Caroll, who was not receptive and mostly dismissive.

Ultimately the information was shared with two U.S. agencies, which took the warning seriously. However, despite weeks of extensive work with the agencies, the informant could not provide accurate details of any specific operation.

But days before the Boston bombing, the source said, “My words will be proven.”

The new source in the Guards intelligence unit said the regime’s Quds Forces collaborated with Hezbollah and their operational centers in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The operational support teams on the Boston bombings can be linked to those centers, he said.

He also said those centers are actively recruiting a new wave of terrorists from non-Arabs and from Islam’s Sunni sect to avoid any trace back to Shiite Iran and Hezbollah and to either present an apparent link to al-Qaida or individuals acting on their own.

Their goal, he said, is to divert attention to Saudi Arabia and other Sunni countries that are in a proxy war with Iran over leadership in the region. As Iran is trying to destabilize Bahrain, Yemen and Saudi Arabia itself, those countries are trying to destabilize Syria, where Saudi Arabia and other Sunni states hope to oust Assad and confront Hezbollah.

Iran is prepared to continue such attacks within the U.S. homeland to create fear and uncertainty and divert America’s push to stop Iran’s nuclear program and oust Assad, he said.

In that regard, Iran extended its recruitment operations to the Caucasus, Dagestan and Chechnya, a move that Russia has denounced. Iran also has a major operational center in Azerbaijan, where tensions between that government and the Islamic regime remain high. Many terrorists have been arrested within Azerbaijan.

As previously reported, the two brothers who set off the bombs at the Boston Marathon were assets of a bigger network and were set up to be burned so there would be no link back to their handlers – and Iran. The source added that in the view of the Islamic regime, the terrorist attack in Boston was a success because U.S. homeland security was breached, much fear was created, and international media spread details of the attack — all with no direct link to the regime itself.

Based on information from a former member of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards intelligence unit who defected to a Scandinavian country, it was reported last year that the Islamic regime’s agents were active in the U.S. and were working to acquire intelligence that might be useful in terror attacks. The agents work on Americans who have converted to Islam with offers of a trip to the Iranian city of Qom, the site of hotbed seminaries and the center of Shia theology, where they are brainwashed and offered collaboration. The agents also use Islamic centers and mosques in the U.S. and other countries to recruit assets. The information was shared with U.S. officials.

An Iranian media site connected to the Quds Forces today reacted to WND’s exclusive report on April 16 that blamed the regime for the Boston attack, without denying the connection between the Chechen brothers to networks related to Hezbollah and the Quds Forces. Americans are overjoyed with law enforcement’s lighting speed response in hunting down the Boston jihadists. For the record, this blog salutes their tactical efforts. The big questions buzzing over Boston Bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have a single answer: It emerged in the 102 tense hours between the twin Boston Marathon bombings Monday, April 15 – which left three dead, 180 injured and a police officer killed at MIT – and Dzohkhar’s capture Friday, April 19 in Watertown.

The conclusion reached by DEBKAfile’s counterterrorism and intelligence sources is that the brothers were double agents, hired by US and Saudi intelligence to penetrate the Wahhabi jihadist networks which, helped by Saudi financial institutions, had spread across the restive Russian Caucasian.

Instead, the two former Chechens betrayed their mission and went secretly over to the radical Islamist networks.

By this tortuous path, the brothers earned the dubious distinction of being the first terrorist operatives to import al Qaeda terror to the United States through a winding route outside the Middle East – the Caucasus.

This broad region encompasses the autonomous or semi-autonomous Muslim republics of Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, North Ossetia and Karachyevo-Cherkesiya, most of which the West has never heard of.

Moscow however keeps these republics on a tight military and intelligence leash, constantly putting down violent resistance by the Wahhabist cells, which draw support from certain Saudi sources and funds from the Riyadh government for building Wahhabist mosques and schools to disseminate the state religion of Saudi Arabia.
The Saudis feared that their convoluted involvement in the Caucasus would come embarrassingly to light when a Saudi student was questioned about his involvement in the bombng attacks while in a Boston hospital with badly burned hands.

They were concerned to enough to send Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saudi al-Faisal to Washington Wednesday, April 17, in the middle of the Boston Marathon bombing crisis, for a private conversation with President Barack Obama and his national security adviser Tom Donilon on how to handle the Saudi angle of the bombing attack.
That day too, official Saudi domestic media launched an extraordinary three-day campaign. National and religious figures stood up and maintained that authentic Saudi Wahhabism does not espouse any form of terrorism or suicide jihadism and the national Saudi religion had nothing to do with the violence in Boston. “No matter what the nationality and religious of the perpetrators, they are terrorists and deviants who represent no one but themselves.”

Prince Saud was on a mission to clear the 30,000 Saudi students in America of suspicion of engaging in terrorism for their country or religion, a taint which still lingers twelve years after 9/11. He was concerned that exposure of the Tsarnaev brothers’ connections with Wahhabist groups in the Caucasus would revive the stigma.

The Tsarnaevs’ recruitment by US intelligence as penetration agents against terrorist networks in southern Russia explains some otherwise baffling features of the event:
1. An elite American college in Cambridge admitted younger brother Dzhokhar and granted him a $2,500 scholarship, without subjecting him to the exceptionally stiff standard conditions of admission. This may be explained by his older brother Tamerlan demanding this privilege for his kid brother in part payment for recruitment.
2. When in 2011, a “foreign government” (Russian intelligence) asked the FBI to screen Tamerlan for suspected ties to Caucasian Wahhabist cells during a period in which they had begun pledging allegiance to al Qaeda, the agency, it was officially revealed, found nothing incriminating against him and let him go after a short interview.

He was not placed under surveillance. Neither was there any attempt to hide the fact that he paid a long visit to Russia last year and on his return began promoting radical Islam on social media.
Yet even after the Boston marathon bombings, when law enforcement agencies, heavily reinforced by federal and state personnel, desperately hunted the perpetrators, Tamerlan Tsarnaev was never mentioned as a possible suspect

3. Friday, four days after the twin explosions at the marathon finishing line, the FBI released footage of Suspect No. 1 in a black hat and Suspect No. 2 in a white hat walking briskly away from the crime scene, and appealed to the public to help the authorities identify the pair.
We now know this was a charade. The authorities knew exactly who they were. Suddenly, during the police pursuit of their getaway car from the MIT campus on Friday, they were fully identified. The brother who was killed in the chase was named Tamerlan, aged 26, and the one who escaped, only to be hunted down Saturday night hiding in a boat, was 19-year old Dzhokhar.

Our intelligence sources say that we may never know more than we do today about the Boston terrorist outrage which shook America – and most strikingly, Washington – this week. We may not have the full story of when and how the Chechen brothers were recruited by US intelligence as penetration agents – any more than we have got to the bottom of tales of other American double agents who turned coat and bit their recruiters.

Here is just a short list of some of the Chechen brothers’ two-faced predecessors:

In the 1980s, an Egyptian called Ali Abdul Saoud Mohamed offered his services as a spy to the CIA residence in Cairo. He was hired, even though he was at the time the official interpreter of Ayman al-Zuwahiri, then Osama bin Laden’s senior lieutenant and currently his successor.

He accounted for this by posing as a defector. But then, he turned out to be feeding al Qaeda US military secrets. Later, he was charged with Al Qaeda’s 1998 bombings of US embassies in Nairobi and Dar es-Salaam.
On Dec. 30, 2009, the Jordanian physician Humam Khalil al-Balawi, having gained the trust of US intelligence in Afghanistan as an agent capable of penetrating al Qaeda’s top ranks, detonated a bomb at a prearranged rendezvous in Kost, killing the four top CIA agents in the country.
Then, there was the French Muslim Mohamed Merah. He was recruited by French intelligence to penetrate Islamist terror cells in at least eight countries, including the Caucasus. At the end of last year, he revealed his true spots in deadly attacks on a Jewish school in Toulouse and a group of French military commandoes.

The debate has begun over the interrogation of the captured Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarmayev when he is fit for questioning after surgery for two bullet wounds and loss of blood. The first was inflicted during the police chase in which his brother Tamerlan was killed.

An ordinary suspect would be read his rights (Miranda) and be permitted a lawyer. In his case, the “public safety exemption” option may be invoked, permitting him to be questioned without those rights, provided the interrogation is restricted to immediate public safety concerns. President Barack Obama is also entitled to rule him an “enemy combatant” and so refer him to a military tribunal and unrestricted grilling.

According to DEBKAfile’s counter terror sources, four questions should top the interrogators’ agenda:

a) At what date did the Tsarnaev brothers turn coat and decide to work for Caucasian Wahhabi networks?

b) Did they round up recruits for those networks in the United States – particularly, among the Caucasian and Saudi communities?
c) What was the exact purpose of the Boston Marathon bombings and their aftermath at MIT in Watertown?
d) Are any more terrorist attacks in the works in other American cities?

Yet in spite of the FBI’s and security services initial efforts, once they understood the brothers burned them and became double agents – plus “Archangel’s” warnings – security at the Marathon should have been tighter than a drum. Clearly the above demonstrates that the FBI (and most law enforcement) is at its best on a reactive level. Proactive – not so much. So instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop, perhaps a rational way to move forward is for each community to assess where the mosques/Islamic schools are, what they are teaching and who is on their Board of Directors etc. A thorough background check, on each and every name, must be undertaken. Yes, it is time consuming and backbreaking, but ones safety demands no less. This is life and death – yours!

Yes, this is at its heart a law enforcement issue, but it doesn’t have to remain this way. In other words, now that Islamic jihadists have “branched” out to the next level of terror tactics – exploding in “any city USA”, exactly as this blog addressed at its inception – surely local mayors, city councils etc have a duty to lead the charge and ensure that citizens have a right to glean whatever information is attached to Islamic entities, regardless of their “religious” veneer. If not, step over them, around them, whatever it takes. ONLY TAKE YES FOR AN ANSWER. Develop a citizen’s/communal task force. Surely this blog’s readership came across the lie of all lies exhorted by the Liar-in-Chief, way back when he catapulted – seemingly out of nowhere – onto the world stage. He intoned, oh so smugly: Ayers was just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood.” Oh yeah, and this blogger is a leftist in rightist garb…never and never…(www.wnd.com/2013/04/bill-ayers-confirms-what-obama-has-denied/) We can readily assume his nose was in the air, his chin tilted too, as he spun another bold-faced tale. His lies are like tics, they just go on and on.

Back in the day (a mere 6 years ago), on May 2, 2007, when Barack HUSSEIN Obama announced his candidacy (a day which will live in infamy) many “knuckle-dragger” types were less than smitten, to say the least. And it was not as if his charisma was lost on us, but there was certainly something “off” about the guy. As such, what tack can inquiring minds take, other than to investigate, especially when one’s gut feeling is so strong, almost to the point of knocking the questioner to the ground?

Which brings us to the present, as well as this blogger/op-ed writer’s non-stop truth telling, relative to the intersection of the POTUS & Ayers. ‘BILL AYERS CONFIRMS WHAT OBAMA HAS DENIED’

Weatherman domestic terrorist finally spills the beans

Weatherman domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is now confirming what the White House has previously denied – that he held a fundraiser in his living room for Barack Obama.

That 1995 meeting was said to have launched Obama’s political career.

In an October 2008 interview on MSNBC host Chris Matthews’ show, Robert Gibbs, a spokesman for Obama’s presidential campaign, categorically denied the fundraiser was ever held.

Matthews asked Gibbs: “Did [Ayers] have a fundraiser for [Obama], or not?”

Gibbs, who would become the White House spokesman, replied: “No, he did not have a fundraiser for our candidate as he said ten seconds ago.”

However, in an interview last week with the Daily Beast, Ayers recalled that fundraiser.

Stated Ayers of his relationship with Obama: “We were friendly, that was true; we served on a couple of boards together, that was true; he held a fundraiser in our living room, that was true; Michelle [Obama] and Bernardine were at the law firm together, that was true. Hyde Park in Chicago is a tiny neighborhood, so when he said I was ‘a guy around the neighborhood,’ that was true.”

Does this explain infamous Ayers living-room meeting?

Is the socialist-oriented New Party the missing link at the center of that now infamous 1995 Obama fundraiser in Ayers living room in Chicago?

It was at that meeting that New Party member Alice Palmer announced she wanted Obama as her successor as state senator since she was stepping down to run for Congress.

WND has found that in the July 1996 edition of the New Party’s newsletter, the New Party news, the controversial party announced “the Illinois New Party capped off a month-long house party drive in Chicago.”

Further review of New Party literature from 1995 and 1996 finds that so-called house parties were regularly utilized by the New Party to introduce candidates to leading party activists as well as to raise money and recruit new members.

It is known that single-payer activist Quentin Young, who advised Obama on healthcare when the politician was a state senator, was present at the parlor meeting at the Ayers’ residence.

WND reported that Young was listed by the New Party as an early party founder and builder.

“I can remember being one of a small group of people who came to Bill Ayers’ house to learn that Alice Palmer was stepping down from the senate and running for Congress,” Young was quoted as saying. “[Palmer] identified [Obama] as her successor.”

Chicago-based blogger Maria Warren was also present. She wrote that she remembered watching Obama give a “standard, innocuous little talk” in the Ayers’ home.

“They were launching him,” Warren wrote, “introducing him to the Hyde Park community as the best thing since sliced bread.”

It would make sense that the New Party sponsored the get-together in Ayers’ living room for Palmer’s announcement.

Palmer was the New Party’s signed candidate for office. The New Party, which had partnered closely with ACORN, was mobilizing support for Palmer among its constituents and the larger Chicago progressive community.

New Party founder and Marxist activist Carl Davidson recalled screening Palmer and signing her up to the party.

Wrote Davidson:

In the next two elections in the city … the New Party has taken a slightly different approach. It organized a citywide candidates forum and invited a number of progressive candidates. Of those responding, two were of special interest, Alice Palmer and Willie Delgado … Both Palmer and Delgado attended the [New Party] forum and were thoroughly questioned by 70 or so New Party members. At the close, both publicly signed a “contract” with the New Party … Two weeks later, the New Party formally endorsed them and is now mobilizing support.

How was the New Party mobilizing the stated support for Palmer at the time, an effort that Palmer wanted transferred to Obama?

WND reported the New Party had such a close relationship with ACORN that at one point the two shared an office address, fax lines and email addresses.

ACORN led the New Party’s mobilization and voter drive efforts. In progressive circles at the time, the New Party was considered the de facto political wing of ACORN, a group with which Obama long maintained a close relationship.

Ayers and Dohrn, meanwhile, traveled in the same political circles as New Party leaders, making it even more likely the duo could have hosted a New Party house meeting. The duo were key supporters of Palmer.

In 1994 Dohrn and Bill Ayers were listed on a “Membership, Subscription and Mailing List” for the Chicago Committees of Correspondence, which was co-chaired by New Party founder Davidson.

WND found that Chicago activists Joe Iosbaker and Stephanie Weiner were also listed as New Party leaders.

Iosbaker is a University of Illinois-Chicago office worker and a union steward for his SEIU local. His home was raided by the FBI in September 2010 reportedly as part of a terror probe investigating material support for jihadist groups.

Together with other activists raided in the same probe, Iosbaker and Weiner are founders of the so-called Committee to Stop FBI Repression, which protested the FBI raids.

Another founder of the committee whose home was part of the same raid is Hatem Abudayyeh, the executive director of the Arab American Action Network, or AAAN.

WND was first to report that Obama, while serving as a paid director of the far-left nonprofit Chicago Woods Fund, provided two grants to the AAAN. Obama served at the Woods Fund alongside Ayers.

AAAN was founded by a longtime Obama associate, Columbia University Professor Rashid Khalidi. Khalidi’s wife, Mona, is president of the Arab American Action Network.

The New Party, meanwhile, is coming under increased scrutiny after new information emerged further indicating Obama was a member of the party in the 1990s.

The New Party was a 1990s party that sought to elect members to public office with the aim of moving the Democratic Party far leftward to ultimately form a new political party with a socialist agenda.

In 2008, Obama’s campaign denied the president was ever a member amid reports, including from WND, citing the New Party’s own literature listing Obama as a member.

Information uncovered in recent weeks, including Obama’s signed contract with the New Party, further establishes the president’s membership with the controversial organization.

Socialist goals

The New Party, established in 1992, took advantage of what was known as electoral “fusion,” which enabled candidates to run on two tickets simultaneously, attracting voters from both parties. But the New Party disbanded in 1998, one year after fusion was halted by the Supreme Court.

The socialist-oriented goals of the New Party were enumerated on its old website.

Among the New Party’s stated objectives were “full employment, a shorter work week and a guaranteed minimum income for all adults; a universal ‘social wage’ to include such basic benefits as health care, child care, vacation time and lifelong access to education and training; a systematic phase-in of comparable worth; and like programs to ensure gender equity.”

The New Party stated it also sought “the democratization of our banking and financial system – including popular election of those charged with public stewardship of our banking system, worker-owner control over their pension assets [and] community-controlled alternative financial institutions.”

Many of the New Party’s founding members were Democratic Socialists of America leaders and members of Committees of Correspondence, a breakaway of the Communist Party USA.

Last month, WND reported on a 1996 print advertisement in a local Chicago newspaper that shows Obama was the speaker at an event sponsored and presented by the Democratic Socialists of America, the DSA.

In 2009, WND reported on newspaper evidence from the New Party’s own literature listing several new members of the New Party, including Obama.

Earlier this month, Kurtz, writing at National Review Online, reported Obama signed a “contract” promising to publicly support and associate himself with the New Party while in office.

In 2008, Obama’s Fight the Smears campaign website quoted Carol Harwell, who managed Obama’s 1996 campaign for the Illinois Senate, as stating: “Barack did not solicit or seek the New Party endorsement for state senator in 1995.”

Fight the Smears conceded the New Party did support Obama in 1996 but denied that Obama had ever joined.

But when it comes to jihadi terror, well, most rational folks shouldn’t take their dictates lying down, even if the gangsters in charge demand that Americans remain silent and prostrate.

More specifically, the so called “person of interest” is deeply embedded in the terror plot, to the degree that Saudi henchmen confabbed with the Islamist-in-Chief and his like-minded surrogate, Kerry. Not only that, but said person became so interesting to the authorities that boxes of material were hauled out of his house, even though media mouthpieces insisted that he had nothing to do with the bombing. More to the point, how can one be “cleared” before complete due diligence is executed? One can’t. Alas, he is still a “person of interest” for a multiplicity of reasons, despite their whitewash. But never mind, the POTUS has other allegiances and they are diametrically opposed to America’s welfare.

Nevertheless, Walid Shoebat isn’t having any of their bald-faced lies, and neither should you! Shout it from the rooftops…

“Innocent” Saudi Spotted With Two Other Saudis at Marathon?

First, a few things that are undisputed. We know that federal, state, and local authorities took interest in a Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi after the Boston marathon bombings. We also know that he was injured and that those authorities searched his apartment and hauled away bags of stuff.

Add to that the fact that not long after Secretary of State John Kerry secretly met with the Saudi Foreign Minister after an open meeting with a photo spray was abruptly changed to a closed-door meeting. Not long after this meeting, Alharbi was no longer a person of interest.

Ok, so authorities are not denying that Alharbi was injured in the blast and they are not denying that he is a Saudi national (don’t look for them to even acknowledge that six members of the Alharbi clan are with Al-Qaeda and five were detained at Gitmo, to include one on the list of six). These authorities are, however, denying that Alharbi had anything to do with the bombings.

That leads to what appears to be three Saudis being spotted near the scene of the explosions. Note that one has what appears to be a backpack over his shoulder, via Asian Week:

According to Asian Week, the man in the middle (wearing jacket and who is also seen with a pen clipped to his shirt) was standing over a baby stroller.

A Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi – who has six relatives belonging to Al Qaeda and five that were detained at Gitmo – was injured at the scene of terrorist bombings at the Boston marathon. The bombings had certain characteristics that indicate they were the work of Al Qaeda.

Certain subjects hit closer to the gut than others. And this one qualifies as one such direct hit.

To be sure, one doesn’t wake up one morning and decide, yes, let’s start “following the money”. Not at all. But certain things do have to fall into place to bring one aboard.

Some background: in the aftermath of 9/11/01, a concerted sense of personal outrage prevailed, akin to one’s blood boiling. While Americans were literally incinerated due to Islamic jihadists, fellow Jews, in Israel, were blown to bits on buses, at shopping malls and everywhere in between. Said scenario was certainly not conducive to sitting on the sidelines….with many other pressure points in the mix, duly explained within.

On March 19, 2002, Attorney General John Ashcroft went on to say: “Terrorism and drugs go together like rats and the bubonic plague…. They thrive in the same conditions, support each other, and feed off each other.”

Alas, the water flowing through the Potomac seems to have swept this acknowledgement down to Chesapeake Bay, off to the Atlantic Ocean.

Incredibly, twenty-one years later, on March 20, 2013, Marine Corps Gen. John F. Kelly, commander of U.S. Southern Command, gave a press conference at the Pentagonto voice his concern about “A potentialconnection between crime syndicates and terrorists in Latin America.” (Emphasis added.)

Contradicting himself, Kelly added, “We do know that some terrorist organizations are able to skim off fairly substantial sums of money from the drug profits…. And so there has to be kind of a network for that to happen.”

Kelly explained, “Drugs are the basis for this wealth and the drug-related money coming out of the United States.” A criminal network (which one?) “transports tons of drugs into the United States and Europe and moves bales of money back out.”

The sums are “astronomical…. I mean palettes of money,” he said. “For a buck, anything can get on the [drug transport] network.” Kelly concluded, “The point of it all is the network is a very dangerous thing to have working as effectively as it does, because anything can get on it.”

Already in 2002, twelve of the thirty-six groups on the U.S. Department of State’s ForeignTerrorist Organizations List were identified as being involvedin drug trafficking.In October 2002, a Colombian courier for the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC), which is funded mostly by drug trafficking, was arrested in the U.S. for having attempted to transport €182,000 (Euros) into the country. The money was confiscated.

In another case, U.S. law enforcement derailed an al-Qaeda plot to exchange “9,000 assault weapons, suchas AK-47 rifles, submachine guns and sniper rifles; 300 pistols; rocket-propelled grenade launchers; 300,000 grenades; shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles and 60 million rounds of ammunition,”for $25 million dollars in cash and cocaine.

Since then, the cooperation between international drug trafficking has been cemented to share the “astronomical” amounts of money generated by drug trafficking, arms and people smuggling the worldover.

If Kelly’s worry about such a “potential” link strikes you as odd, it should.

At the same press conference Kelly was arguing that “The reality on the ground [Latin America] is that Iran is struggling to maintain influence in the region, and that its efforts to cooperate with a small set of countries with interests that are inimical to the United States are waning.”

He went on to explain that Iran have increased its “attempt to evade international sanctions and cultivate anti-U.S. sentiment,” Iran succeeded in establishing relations with “Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Argentina.” However, he noted, “This outreach has only been marginally successful…and the region as a whole has not been receptive to Iranian efforts.”

Kelly seemed oblivious to Iranian proxy Hezbollah’s longstanding involvement in drug trafficking and many other criminal activities criminal fundraising efforts in Latin America.

What to think of this? It was surely an example of both the current administration’s humoring of Iran (Kelly paraphrased: I’m not saying that Iran is sponsoring terrorism in Latin America. I’m only talking about ‘potential’) and an expression of just how far behind the curve the U.S. military will be when it comes to handling future events.

The fact that Hezbollah is Iran’s principal agent both in Latin America and a good number of other places worldwide was established decades ago. Since 9/11 Hezbollah’s activities and partnership with drug cartels in pursuing criminal activity of all sorts in the tri-border region have been documented in “Funding Evil; How terrorism is Financed – and How to Stop it,” and in many congressional hearings, by the Congressional Research Service, reports by the Drug Enforcement Administration, and many studies, reports and media accounts.

On March 17, 2009,a former commander of U.S. Southern Command, Navy Adm. James G. Stavridistestified before the House Armed Services Committee

“He noted the direct link between the illicit drug trade and the terrorist groups it bankrolls, noting the threat posed by Islamic radical terrorism, and emphasized that “Identifying, monitoring and dismantling the financial, logistical and communication linkages between illicit trafficking groups and terrorist sponsors are critical to not only ensuring early indications and warnings of potential terrorist attacks directed at the United States and our partners, but also in generating a global appreciation and acceptance of this tremendous threat to security.” Strangely, Gen. Kelly knows nothing about this.

Former assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs Roger Noriega recently testified before Congress on the Iran/Hezbollah/ Venezuela nexus. Noriega noted the Iran has laundered billions of dollars through the Venezuelan financial sector and is currently stashing “hundreds of millions” in “virtually every Venezuelan bank,” some of which have corresponding branches in the U.S.

In addition to Venezuela, where Hezbollah has close ties to Chavez’s likely successor, Vice President Nicolas Maduro, there are credible reports of Hezbollah’s presence in Nicaragua, Belize and Mexico.

In April 2010, U.S. defense officials were cited by the U.S. Boarder Control website, saying that “Hezbollah is working with Mexican narcotics syndicates that control access to transit routes into the U.S, [and] …to smuggle drugs and people into the United States.” Moreover, he “warned that al Qaeda also could use trafficking routes to infiltrate operatives into the U.S.” ( see the map above).

One can only wonder why the Administration is considering Iran’s penetration of Latin America, as well as Hezbollah’s and other terrorist groups involvement in the narco-terrorism nexus, a matter of “potential.” It has long been a fait accompli.

“Innocent” Saudi has ties to several Al-Qaeda Terrorists

A couple of weeks ago we warned America about the very serious problem of Saudi infiltration; many of these Saudi nationals criminals and terrorists.

After the bombings, a Saudi by the name of Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi was hospitalized and became a ‘suspect’, then a ‘person of interest’. His apartment was searched by federal and local authorities. No confirmation has been given so far to his involvement. The Media were quick to claim his innocence, of course.

This brings us to the Boston marathon bombings. Foreign Policy is reporting that he’s ‘no longer a person of interest’, which means he’s “innocent”, right?

Perhaps a quick look at the Arabic sources should raise the eyebrows of every American relative to the extent of the problem at hand. There are specific Saudi clans that are rife with members of Al-Qaeda, which makes it quite alarming as to why nearly a hundred thousand student visas are issued to these. Americans are clueless as to clan ties when it comes to terrorism.

Lesson one: Terrorism and crime by the Saudis is interlinked extensively within families, as we see in the Harbi clan.

Let me explain. Americans will never find the Kaczynski Clan official website supporting Ted Kaczynski.

Saudi Arabia is a far different story.

Take Khalid Aldawsari, a Saudi national. He is a student and an Al-Qaeda terrorist who planned to use weapons of mass destruction in the U.S., to include an attempted assassination of president Bush. Aldawsari was not a lone wolf; he was backed by an entire system. The wealthy and powerful Aldawsari clan, which includes the powerful Sheik Saud Bin Mut’ab whohosted a support group for the terrorist defending him publicly while funding his legal team.

Just translate “We are all Khalid Dawsari” into Arabic and see how much support the terrorist gets. The Aldawsari clan’s main website (alduwasser.net) keeps track of everything that goes with every comment in support for the terrorist linking to other supporting groups.

There are several “Aldawsari” troublemakers. Mohammad al-Wada’ani Aldawsari openly calls for the removal of the Saudi Kingdom and Khalid Aldawsari does not mind relying on the help of his enemies, stating (see page 10) that he was admitted into the United States with the help of what he termed “the traitor of the two holy places”. This would be a reference to the King of Saudi Arabia himself, which sends a hundred thousand of his students to the United States, Aldawsari’s favorite target.

Another Aldawsari, the Saudi poet and well-known preacher Hafiz bin ‘Ajab Aldawsari who – on March 14, 2012 – devoted a sermon to Filiz Gelowicz, an imprisoned German jihad supporter and wife of Fritz Gelowicz, a German convert from the “Sauerland Cell,” which allegedly plotted attacks in Germany on behalf of the Islamic Jihad Union in 2007. Hafiz Aldawsari urged Muslims to come to her aid – with donations and weapons stating that freeing Muslim prisoners held by the “infidels” is a supreme religious duty.

Take the Ghamdi clan (which has so many in the U.S.). It once responded to the following question that circulates the Middle East:

“Why does the Ghamdi clan produce so many terrorists?”

The Clan Ghamdi, on its official website (Ghamid.com), proudly responded to the question with a long martyrs list titled “Ghamdis the Mujahideen” priding themselves for having given two of their young men #3 Ahmed Ghamdi and #4 Hamza Saleh Ghamdi, who destroyed the South Tower in Manhattan on 9/11/01.

They are listed as “martyrs” and “heroes” with comments like “definitely, sons to be proud of”. The Ghamdi martyrs list too lengthy to include here but perhaps we can include a few from the official al-Qaeda martyrs list of the Muslims fallen in Afghanistan by the hands of the “American Crusaders”; #25 is Abdul-Rahman Ghamdi and #61 is Saeed Ghamdi and #134, Abu Zubayr Ghamdi. It even includes a relative of Khalid Aldawsari #130 Faisal Aldawsari killed in Torah Bora while serving Al-Qaeda. Another Ghamdi (Sa’d al-Ghamdi) even sings for al-Qaeda:

The parents of the Ghamdi’s who participated in 9/11 were proud of him.Countless Muslim websites describes them as “the lions of Manhattan. May Allah house them in paradise”.

Both Aldawsari clan as well as Ghamdi clan official websites openly supports terrorism. The support for Mohammad al-Wada’ani Aldawsari is in the open while firing machine guns:

You can even watch Aldawsari clan’s love of fireworks (clansmen style) using AK47s day [here] or night [here] or even communicating with each other on lonely nights, right from their courtyards as if it were Morse code:

Songs and poetry are dedicated for Khalid Aldawsari.

Several operations involving weapons of mass destruction were thwarted in the U.S. but all it takes is one success. Bombers in Boston experienced such a success, at least a partial one.

In addition to terrorists, the release of some of the most notorious criminals who hail from Saudi Arabia is demanded by the Saudi government. Take the case of theft, human trafficking, owning and raping a slave in the U.S. Illegal, right? It should be but special treatments are provided so long as the slave owner is a Saudi national.

One viral video in the Middle East sent out by Saudi Arabia calls for President “Barack Hussein Obama” to release a convicted slave owner and Saudi national named Homaidan Al-Turki, who briefly became a person of interest after the murder of Colorado’s Department of Corrections chief, Tom Clements last month. Here is the video calling for Al-Turki’s release:

And while the Saudi government appeals to one president to release Al-Turki, there is no remorse over another one of their countrymen (Aldawsari) having the gall to plan an assassination of Obama’s predecessor, George W. Bush! [story here] [see full story here]

The stories of demands that Saudi terrorists and criminals be released from U.S. custody by the Saudi royals should spark much more interest than it is, at the level of arrogance coming from the Saudi government.

The American media and its people are to blame for this apathy.

Saudi national Homaidan Al-Turki, was found guilty and sentenced to 28 years for holding an Indonesian woman as a “sex slave” while living in Colorado. Yet, he is “innocent” according to the king of Saudi Arabia and the general public there.

According to court records in the United States, Al-Turki…

“would go to her room in the basement at night and sexually molest her, including digitally penetrating her and forcing her to perform oral sex on him (Record 19:21- 22, 26, 65, 97, 99, 102; 21:41)… During the last incident of sexual abuse, which occurred approximately two weeks before Z.A.’s arrest, Mr. Al-Turki, for the first time, had sexual intercourse with Z.A., who was still a virgin (Record 21:44-46).”

Turki even gets special treatment and is allowed to call the Saudi media for on the air interviews right from his prison cell to give the nation the state of his affairs:

Even entire documentary is made in his defense while allowing the filming in prison. Introductions by the host include: “Why should he pay 28 years of his life to hire an Indonesian servant?” (see 1:18-1:36):

There is absolutely zero remorse. Even when Al-Turki got sentenced his last statements were:

“Your honor, I am not here to apologize, for I cannot apologize for things I did not do and for crimes I did not commit. The state has criminalized these basic Muslim behaviors. Attacking traditional Muslim behaviors was the focal point of the prosecution.”

According to Al-Turki a Muslim has a right to own a slave, penetrate them as they wish while living in the United States.

Even in the United States, he gets airtime and is even allowed by the Muslim community to lead the Iftar since he was free on bond courtesy of the Saudi government:

Take another case of another Saudi national, Al-Turki’s prison mate Nayef Al-Yousef, whom Homaidan praised as a “consoling friend” who was sentenced to 300 years for the kidnap and murder in 2001 in the United States. We obtained from Arabic sources that his two accomplices in crime – Mash’al Al-Suwaidi and Tareq Dawsari – escaped to Saudi Arabia and obtained “pardon” through influence in the upper echelons of the Saudi system and received zero prison time. And while the Saudis ask president Obama to pardon Al-Turki they refused to extradite the two back to the United States. Al-Ryadh Newspapereven praised Allah for their safe escape since the two “repented and grew their beards”.

Al-Yousef’s influential father at the time announced that he is working on getting president Bush to pardon his son and thanked the Saudi government. In fact, Wikileaks included exchanged demands by the Saudi government requesting the United States to release these as well as a litany of Saudi criminals imprisoned in the United States.

One of the demands was to release Dr. Nabil Al-Ruwais, a Saudi psychiatrist who was imprisoned for attempting to sexually molest a two-year old girl in California. His emails indicated that Al Ruwais had previously molested 2- and 10-year-old girls in Saudi Arabia. The man’s conduct according to U.S. investigators “absolutely shocks the conscience”, yet was also included on the Wikileaks document.

What is little known about Al-Ruwais, which we obtained from Arabic sourcesis that he is well connected. The Ruwais clan governs the region of Yamama in Najd and takes pride in that they pledged allegiance to Muhammad Abdul Wahhab, the founder of Wahhabism. Nabil is also student of Muhammad Bin Ibrahim, once Mufti of Saudi Arabia, an accomplished Muslim author on Islamic Hadith and Unitarianism who authored a volume on Islamic studies entitled “The Harvest of The Times”.

So important are Saudi criminals that Colorado Attorney General John Suthers traveled to Saudi Arabia to meet the King Abdullah for 3 days regarding the case of Al-Turkie as to appease the king.

And then you have Prince Khalid Bin Talal visiting Al-Turki’s family and even receiving calls from him directly from the prison cell in which the prince assured him that he would get him released soon.

Unknown in the West is even an announcement by his brother Ahmad Al-Turki that the prison in Clorado has “agreed to do a prisoner exchange”.

But the public support for Al-Turki in Saudi Arabia goes hand-in-hand with their support for terrorist Khalid Dawsari who wanted Bush dead while western media is oblivious to the deception by the general Muslim population. With Dawsari’s case, Imam Samer al-Tabaa of the Islamic Center of South Plains acted surprised as he stated to The Lubbock Avalanche Journal his first lie that “no one in the Saudi Community seemed to know Aldawsari,” which into the circulating myth that Muslim terrorists are lone wolves and isolated Unabombers. “Dawsari is an alien to Islam… he is an enemy to humanity,” he said.

Aldawsari had friends: “my friends Rayif and A. Al-Ghamdi” he wrote in his journal. Yet, the irresponsible journalist from the Lubbock Avalanche Journal, Irie Price, failed to even remind Tabaa that Sheikh Mohamed El-Moctar El-Shinqiti – who ran the Islamic Center of South Plains before him – recruited Muslims to join Hamas. Will Tabaa say that El-Shinqiti was a Una-Jihadist “alien to Islam” and an “enemy to humanity”?

Attempting to murder a United States President (Bush) while demanding pardon from another (Obama) should be a top serious concern, not only to Homeland Security, but to all of us; Saudis should never be above the law, even including their own.

The prospect of covering up a mass bombing for similar reasons is equally just as maddening.

As events rapidly unfold in Boston, and with the White House veering back and forth to decide whether to term it an “act of terror”, well, not being a prophet and all, this blog will shout it: yes, this is “Islamic-fueled terror”! Its hallmarks are typical.

Tragically, flying body parts are a familiar sight on the streets of Israel, with lulls in between. Ball bearings are invariably found as they inflict maximum damage. Islamic-inspired bombings are a “fact of life” within any of its cities, large or small. And let me be very clear: the only shock is that Islamists haven’t exploded before in “any city U.S.A.”, especially since 9/11/01 was so “successful”! By the way, what happened in Boston is much more likely to be replicated, regardless of this or that dhimmified behavior, as multi-culti leftists wonder: what can we do to “understand” their outrage! Islamists are adept at this type of urban terror and their planning is down to a science. They will not cease and desist, until the price for them becomes inordinately high, whether they are deported en mass or whatever shakes out.

For the record, the fact that this terror attack occurred in Boston – even though I am now living in Israel – really hits close to home. Having a son who spent 4 years at MIT, knowing full well that he spent much time in Boston proper, brings the terror full circle.

‘Boston Marathon Blasts: Doctors Credit Israelis With helping Set Up Disaster Team’ – Video embedded

Hours following a pair of blasts at the Boston Marathon that left 2 dead and up to 100 wounded according to reports, a chief doctor at the hospital where many of the patients are being treated credited Israelis with teaching his team how to respond to such disastrous attacks.

“About two years ago in actual fact we asked the Israelis to come across and they helped us set up our disaster team so that we could respond in this kind of manner,” said Alastair Conn, Chief of Emergency Services at Massachusetts General Hospital, responding to a question about the preparedness of his staff to handle trauma on this scale.

Earlier in the interview Conn was asked, “Would you characterize these as almost something you would see in a military setting?”

“Oh absolutely, absolutely this is like a bomb explosion that we hear about in the news in Baghdad, or Israel or some other tragic place in the world,” he responded.

The doctor updated reporters on the horrific nature of the injuries sustained by the victims and the steps his team was taking to treat them.

While little concrete information is available about who was responsible for the attack, the New York Post is reporting that, “Law enforcement sources confirmed to The Post that authorities have a identified a suspect, a Saudi national.”
