FROM the get-go, know this: sans the full-on indoctrination and penetration of radical, left-wing ideologies within U.S. academia, well, the above video would not have come to pass. Shiver the west timbers!

ALAS, it is beyond a shadow of a doubt, “woke-ism” is a mental illness — albeit, couched in touch-feely packaging. Not only that, every which way one peers through this Orwellian looking-glass, out pops a so-called progressive with the most dangerous, regressive and repressive demands.

IT is along this twisted trajectory of teachings that much of the craziness enveloping public discourse emerges. Ask yourselves: how can it be that so-called rational human beings, male or female, refuse to define “what a woman is!”

BUT never mind. There are some who will defy the PC, braying, censoring mobs to state the truth, regardless of the costs.

‘Code of conduct’ also could result in ban on treatments

Are you “non-woke,” not particularly politically correct and certainly not on board with the extreme ideology of contemporary America where men can simply say they are women and you are supposed to call them “Miss”?

One hospital system is kicking you to the curb.

A report at Just the News documents how Mass General Brigham, a “wealthy” health-care system in Massachusetts, is imposing a “code of conduct” on patients.

The code covers not only “verbal threats” and “vulgar words” but also threatens patients with action for “offensive comments about others’ race, accent, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal traits.”

“Unwelcome words” are not allowed.

“MGB warns that it may ask [patients] to ‘make other plans for their care’ in response to some violations,” the report confirmed.

They also might be banned from any future care that is not an emergency.

The hospital declares, “Words or actions that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile, or harassing are not welcome.”

Just the News revealed that the code “gives no minimum number of violations before a patient would be kicked out or banned…”

The bull’s-eye is on a wide range of patients now, according to Do No Harm, an advocacy group that fights “wokism.”

The group warned failing to use preferred pronouns could be considered to be harassment and disputing the existence of systemic racism could, in fact, be determined to be “racist.”

“Do No Harm noted that one of MGB’s founding members and Harvard Med’s training hospital, Brigham and Women’s, launched a pilot last year that explicitly granted ‘preferential care based on race’ to redress past wrongs, even while acknowledging it might be illegal,” Just the News reported.

Officials, however, refused to reveal whether “misgendering,” or using a person’s legal name instead of a “transgender” identifier they have chosen, would count as a violation.

“The code of conduct is an internal framework that will be used to evaluate each potential incident,” spokesman Mark Murphy told Just the News by email.

“Patients who repeatedly act in disrespectful or discriminatory ways may be asked to make other arrangements for care,” he said. He said there could be considered “extenuating circumstances, such as emotional distress or severe pain.”

EVERY so often, a subject comes up that warrants further exploration.

AS such, if the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, and before it is too late (most especially, with an adult sibling), pay proper attention. No shame in doing so. After all, it can’t hurt, and it may even help the relationship. Basically, this is so because the closest family members are those who have been there from the get-go and should have each other’s backs. At the very least, if harboring simmering resentment, they should keep their distance.

MORE specifically, sibling relationships formed during childhood often set the stage far into the future. For good and not so good. But when the relationship goes awry, toxicity often takes its place. This can occur publicly or in the recesses of the family unit.

AT this end, much food for thought often occurs at Shabbat dinners — no pun intended. This is due to the depth and breath of topics discussed by the most interesting and well-informed guests.

MOST recently, a senior trauma surgeon (in the leading trauma hospital in Israel) relayed disturbing information about a little known topic, that is, sibling violence leading to increased admissions to the trauma unit! That week, a middle-aged male presented with injuries inflicted by his brother. It led to intubation due to traumatic brain injury, commonly referred to as TBI. Holy smokes.

WITH a mouth agape (and still full of food…not a pretty sight!), this investigative journalist peppered him with question after question. Primarily, what are the stats? And, overall, which age grouping is most prominent?

WITHOUT hesitation, he provided both — of course, sans any personal data — and it became even more shocking. Mind you, expecting the victims to be mostly testosterone-fueled males was an erroneous assumption.

APPARENTLY, sisters have been known to beat the crap out of sisters, even pummeling blind-sided brothers! Yes, unbridled rage can afflict both sexes. But it was senior-aged victims/perpetrators that shocked the most. How can this be?

THIS senior surgeon elaborated: tragically, since the above is not an anomaly, top psychological/psychiatric researchers were given the task to examine the stats; with a main emphasis on family dynamics. Most of the victims and their immediate family members cooperated with the study, while some refused to respond. In the near future, their peer-reviewed results will be published at reputable journals.

MOST significantly, two results became abundantly clear: firstly, unresolved sibling jealously from childhood can explode at any time, that is, even decades later! Secondly, for the most part, the blind-sided aspect is hidden beneath passive-aggressive behavior — overwhelmingly, a trait found in female aggressors!

ALAS, once the dinner guests digested the above, all eyes turned towards this writer — and not just because of being a gracious co-host, hopefully.

APPARENTLY, some are familiar with the investigative work within. As such, one guest wanted further clarification on a certain investigation she found very disturbing at this site. And due to the in-depth discussion at hand, she posited that a tie-in may exist to said investigation. Incontestably, what a sharp lady to connect these dots!

IN a nutshell: a trusted American-Israeli contact — a highly connected criminal investigator, having worked for a Florida-based Prosecutor’s office for years, as well as being a licensed investigator in Israel — asked for assistance with an on-going investigation (and ensuing trials) of a murderous clan: the Adelson family from south Florida!

WHEREAS the below investigative report sets the stage, the aforementioned tie-in attests to what can transpire when family dynamics — with siblings in the deadly mix — are poisonous in the extreme.

INDEED, while siblings can turn on each other with rage-filled fury, it is also the case that unnatural enmeshment within nuclear families can lead some to commit the most heinous crimes imaginable, of course, on behalf of the family “good!”

This website has spent considerable time reporting on vaccine-related aircraft fatalities and injuries; until now, though, a murky haze and government coverup have shrouded equally depressing statistics: the number of vaccinated motorists who either died or fell ill behind the wheel, and accidents which caused significant loss of life or property damage.

The U.S. military began investigating these figures in mid-2022, after several recently vaccinated servicemembers perished in car accidents. White Hats had tasked their compatriots at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and at the Womack Army Medical Hospital, Fort Bragg, with reviewing seven wrecks—in each instance the driver died and was the sole occupant in the vehicle—that occurred between January-March 2022. While the Corps of Engineers examined vehicle accident reports, medical staff at Fort Bragg sifted through the medical logs and death certificates of the deceased servicemembers.

Preliminary reports revealed the following: the mean age of the drivers was 23; six were male; importantly, all took a Covid-19 vaccination within 10 days of death; none had illnesses or comorbidities that precluded their ability to enlist in the armed forces; postmortem toxicology screenings came back negative; all fatalities were attributed to “loss of vehicular control due to sudden onset myocardial infarction,” or heart attacks.

In four of the six male victims, medical examiners found “garter snake-size blood clots” in the femoral artery, as well as enlarged hearts, both known side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine.

This worrisome news caused White Hats to wonder whether the federal government was deceptively concealing vaccine-induced vehicle accidents on our nation’s highways. In October, White Hats sought U.S. Army Cyber Command’s help in penetrating a database maintained by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which is overseen by Deep State operative and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg.

Cyber Command’s probe uncovered glaring inconsistencies: NHTSA’s computer held two disparate data sets, authored on September 15th and 19th, respectively, with each record listing both the number of accidents and fatalities from Jan-June 2022. The latter, or revised, spreadsheet was posted to NHTSA’s website and identified 20,175 fatalities—this figure includes drivers, occupants, and collateral casualties. In other words, if a driver swerved off the road and struck and killed three pedestrians, their deaths are tallied.

The unpublished spreadsheet had markedly different numbers. According to it, 39,465 accidents caused 41,970 deaths in the first half of 2022—more than twice the number disclosed to the public.

“We can’t conclusively prove deceit, but it’s damn peculiar that two reports written days apart have such a big difference in figures. If someone miscounted by 10, 100, or even 1000, yeah, that might seem a reasonable reason to remake a report. It’s our opinion, and just opinion, NHTSA falsified the published data to match data before the vaccines were publicly available,” a Cyber Command source told Real Raw News.

He added that Cyber Command had neither the manpower nor capability to dig deep into 39,465 accident reports.

“It looks like the transportation department is removing reports where vaccines were a contributing cause,” he said.

Cyber Command also scrutinized railway accidents. During the week of October 20, six trains derailed over a 36-hour period across the United States. An accident in Orneville, Maine, was particularly dangerous, with multiple cars piling up on the track. The Federal Railway Administration (FRA) said a faulty track punctured a freight car. Cyber Command, however, says it has audio of the engineer communicating with the crew seconds before the derailment. “I’m not feeling too well, I got vaccinated this morning,” the engineer said as the 76-car Canadian Pacific train listed to the left and derailed.

“These vaccines are killing people in droves,” our Cyber Command source said. “It’s only going to get worse until the majority of the population wakes up and rejects them absolutely.”

Black students given sole access to first batch of “Wakanda Forever” movie tickets, bus rides to off-campus screenings, email shows.

Stanford University’s Graduate Student Council gave black students preference for tickets and a bus ride to a screening of the second “Black Panther” movie, prompting a federal civil rights complaint by a former senior Trump administration official.

Adam Kissel’s onetime employer, the Department of Education, won’t acknowledge it received a complaint about the incident, however, or commit to investigating it.

Stanford is on the hook under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act because the GSC is part of the student government, which is recognized by the university, Kissel told the department’s Office for Civil Rights San Francisco division in a Nov. 18 complaint shared with Just the News. (Complainants don’t have to be victims themselves.)

The GSC has “discriminated on the basis of race in a program or activity and emailed students about this discrimination,” he wrote, pointing the feds to the email reprinted by The Stanford Review, the independent campus newspaper cofounded by then-student Peter Thiel, the Trump-supporting venture capitalist.

Tasked with supporting graduate student organizations and “providing community events,” the GSC informed students it had organized back-to-back Nov. 10 private off-campus screenings of “Wakanda Forever,” with 450 tickets available.

The first 100 tickets would be reserved for black students via online lottery, however, and the rest would be available first-come, first-serve for all races right before the first screening, the email said. Black students with lottery tickets would also get priority seating on bus rides to the theater.

“All Asian, non-Black Hispanic, white, and other non-Black graduate students at Stanford have been harmed by this discrimination,” according to the complaint by Kissel, former deputy assistant secretary for higher education programs. “Please investigate and resolve this matter.”

According to a Review editorial, 4% of Stanford’s 9,000 graduate students are black. GSC funding comes from the $141 annual Graduate Student Activities Fee, which is being used to “discriminate against 96% of the grad student population.”

The editors said they filed an “Act of Intolerance” complaint against GSC via the university’s Protected Identity Harm Reporting Form, but also called on non-black students to “channel their inner Rosa Parks: get on the buses and refuse to give up your seats.”

It’s not clear whether the civil rights protest materialized. The Review did not respond to queries and has not posted evidence of activism from that night to its social media. The only Stanford Daily reference to the screening appears to be a Nov. 16 report on a GSC meeting where co-social chair Leslie Luqueno said the event “received positive feedback from students.”

Currently a visiting fellow in higher education reform at the Heritage Foundation, Kissel told Just the News he had received a case number from OCR San Francisco “and a request that I sign a release form, which I did.”

A Department of Education spokesperson told Just the News it can’t acknowledge receipt of complaints and pointed to its public list of pending OCR investigations, which was last updated a week before the screening.

A frequent filer of OCR complaints about reverse discrimination in higher education under Title VI and Title IX, University of Michigan Flint economist Mark Perry previously cited OCR San Francisco’s quick work on his complaint to shame OCR Denver when it still hadn’t told him whether it would investigate his complaint a year and a half later.

When the American Enterprise Institute scholar last provided an update on his crusade in March, he said OCR had opened investigations into about half his 400-plus complaints against roughly 300 colleges, resolving 133, “mostly in my favor.”

He told Just the News those figures were now 715 complaints, 306 federal investigations and 227 resolutions mostly in his favor, including some partial  victories with “legal fig leafs” that let universities publicly portray a program as “open to all, when it’s obvious they’ll continue operating the program for women (or BIPOCs)” — black, indigenous or people or color.

Kissel emphasized the same slow pace, noting that “cases take from weeks to years for OCR regional offices to evaluate.”

“SF OCR has been about average lately for response times, but they definitely have their thumbs on the scale in favor of allowing universities to continue to discriminate,” Perry said, with common fig leafs including the addition of “allies” or “male advocates” to a program explicitly restricted by race or sex.

He’s noticed “lately” that providing a courtesy copy of the complaint and explanatory email to a college’s general counsel “often yields immediate results,” as happened when Ithaca College removed a BIPOC-only event from its website a day after Perry’s note to its in-house counsel.

Stanford did not respond to queries on whether the GSC’s racial preferences violated the university’s Title VI obligations and, if so, how it would remedy the situation, and if not, why.

One of these fig leafs came in a Stanford resolution. OCR San Francisco let the university keep its Executive Program in Women’s Leadership, which it still describes as “an incredible opportunity for women eight to 12 years into their careers” but now specifies in small print at the bottom is “open to all participants regardless” of sex.

“It’s been a little ‘hit or miss’ with all of the 12 OCRs,” taking anywhere from a month to a year or more for a regional office to open an investigation, Perry wrote in an email.

Background: The Brazilian people have flooded the streets in protest at an allegedly rigged and stolen election. Truckers are blocking all highways. Farmers have blocked all ports from exporting agriculture. Bolsonaro has exhausted his legal options, with his election appeal being rejected by a corrupt, opposition-appointed Chief Supreme Court justice.

Bolsonaro is now huddling with the military to plot his next moves.

Many of the protesters said their demands for intervention were supported by Article 142 of the Brazilian Constitution, which says that the military has the role of “guaranteeing constitutional powers” under the “supreme authority of the president.”

They go on to pooh-pooh it citing “experts”:

According to constitutional lawyers and past court rulings, the article does not allow the military to take control of the government.

Many of his followers saw that as a stamp of approval. “What he said yesterday, that gave me more energy to come,” said Larissa Oliveira da Silva, 22, who was sitting on a beach chair in the protest in São Paulo, propping up her broken foot. “After his comments, I saw that he is on our side.”

United States Marines Thanksgiving Day arrested Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona on charges of treason and child endangerment, JAG sources told Real Raw News.

The arrest took place at Cardona’s Connecticut home, one of several properties he and his wife Marissa Pérez, a former beauty pageant winner, sometimes share with their two children, Miguel, Jr., and Celine.

At around noon, Marines stormed the Cardona residence as Mr. Cardona and his wife were putting a turkey in the oven and preparing a green bean casserole. Specifics of the arrest are unclear, but JAG sources told RRN the couple shrieked when they found themselves staring down the business end of the Marines’ M27 rifles. Perez, too, was apprehended, and will remain in military custody while JAG investigates whether she played a role in her husband’s crimes. The couple’s adult children were not home at the time of the arrest, sources said.

Cardona became a target of opportunity in September, after White Hats at U.S. Army Cyber Command “obtained” disturbing, confidential letters Cardona had authored and sent to school district superintendents in Arizona, California, Michigan, and New York. In the correspondence, Cardona brazenly encouraged districts to hire non-binary teachers, writing, “Modern youth must adopt the principles of a modern world, at an early age. Not every boy is a boy and not every girl is a girl. Exposure to non-binary faculty will help today’s students—tomorrow’s leaders—understand gender is a choice and not mandated at birth.”

Cardona’s dispatch also mentioned hiring transvestites to increase diversity.

But the madness did not stop there.

He sent school districts additional memos the following month, reaffirming his position that cisgender faculty be weeded out and replaced by staff espousing “progressive” values. Moreover, a Faustian Cardona promoted the notion that children as young as ten—4th graders—be taught about gender-reassignment surgery and puberty blockers, which prevent the development of organic, biological sex characteristics. Additionally, Cardona said he had petitioned HHS to pressure insurance companies to fund “gender-affirming care” for school kids.

“As educators we have a responsibility to make sure students have sexual options. We must accept our role. Cisgender parents are not qualified to instruct their children of sexuality in today’s evolving world,” Cardona wrote.

JAG says Cardona, in pushing a radical agenda endangering the lives of children, exceeded his purview and must be held to account.

“His framework has nothing to do with education. It’s indoctrination. It’s corrupting the minds of malleable, impressionable children. If an adult wants a sex change, so be it. No foul. Cardona’s guilty of treason against the country and against every child and parent in the country,” a JAG source said.

As President Biden continues to pour billions of dollars into “renewable” energy while curbing U.S. oil and natural gas production, Europe’s green transition has come to an emergency halt.

Germany are other nations are reopening coal plants and rationing energy to avoid winter blackouts, as former CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson reports in her upcoming episode of “Full Measure.” 

She asked a European leader in London what the U.S. could learn from Europe.

“Europe is much further ahead” on the green transition, he said in an excerpt from the interview to be run Sunday. “We’ve spent much more, we’ve learned much more.

“The experiment has been disastrous.”

Since about 2008, Europe has spent nearly $800 billion subsidizing renewable energy.

“The costs have not fallen, we’ve not got a green industry,” he said. “All we’ve done is increased consumer costs dramatically.”

On Friday, Reuters reported the German government plans to impose a 90% levy on the windfall profits of electricity companies from Dec. 1. Economic ministry sources said the revenue will partly finance a cap on energy prices that will come into force next year.

The Wall Street Journal reported earlier this week that governments across Europe have announced $696 billion in handouts and subsidies to alleviate the burden of skyrocketing energy prices, according to Bruegel, the Brussels-based think tank.

Last month, veteran international journalist Michael Yon warned that the European energy crisis – which he attributed to the globalist agenda to rapidly transition from oil and natural gas to green energy – will lead to famine and freezing across the continent.

In August, a survey found that with energy bills set to spike by 80% in October, nearly one quarter of adults in Britain said they would not turn on their heating this winter.

The British government energy regulator Ofgem announced that month that the average household’s yearly heating bill would rise in October from 1,971 pounds to 3,549 pounds. In U.S. dollars, that’s an increase of from about $2,300 to $4,140.

In May, two European leaders at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, described the record gas prices as part of a “painful” period of “transition” to alternative energy that should not be resisted. They echoed the words of President Biden, who said just prior to Davos that the pain at the pump was part of “an incredible transition” of the American economy away from oil and natural gas.

“[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” Biden told reporters.

One year ago, a Reuters analysis concluded that lower-than-expected wind power generation was a major factor sending prices higher and forcing suppliers to turn back to coal and natural gas.

“The word that comes to mind is nihilism,” Michael Shellenberger, an energy expert and founder of the group Environmental Progress, told FOX Business in an interview in September.

“You have people that are openly demanding to do more of the same things that actually made the crisis possible,” he said.

“That’s what you’re seeing. They’re saying, ‘let’s go do more unreliable energy.’ It’s a sign of a disturbed person that keeps engaging in irrational activities that are obviously self-destructive, and that we’re seeing that behavior at a mass level.”

Shellenberger said Europe should be “a warning to the U.S. that we should not go down their path.”

A recently boosted pilot for WBTV, a CNN affiliate, died Tuesday afternoon when the helicopter he was piloting spiraled out of control and crashed in a field near Interstate 77, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Passenger Jason Myers, a meteorologist, also perished in the  wreck.

Although the National Transportation Safety Board has yet to release a preliminary accident report, two sources at WBTV told Real Raw News that pilot Chip Tayag had received a fourth Covid-19 vaccination four hours ahead of the fateful flight. They would only comment under condition of anonymity because, they said, WBTV legal issued a directive to all employees—avoid mentioning vaccines when discussing the crash, or don’t discuss it at all, on or off air.

Many employees at WBTV’s Charlotte Studio knew that Tayag was freshly vaxxed because he openly bragged about his vaccine status and beseeched coworkers to stay current on their vaccine regimens.

“Chip loved his vaccines,” one source said. “If he heard someone wasn’t up on their boosters, he’d say something. That morning he was at the studio to grab Jason. Chip was smiling and pointing to little band aid on his arm and telling folks he got another shot per CDC recommendations. He was fine then, looked healthy and was cracking jokes.

A second source affirmed the story, adding that Tayag was a skilled and competent pilot with 20 years of flight experience and thousands of hours of flight time on the station’s Robinson R44 chopper, the world’s best-selling general aviation helicopter since 1999. Built by Robinson Helicopter Company, the R44 has an excellent safety record; pilots say it’s reliable, dependable, quick, and easy to maintain.

RRN has been unable to get the maintenance records of WBTV’s R-44.

“We’ll wait and hear what NTSB has to say, but I’m having a hard time believing Chip lost control of the bird. He was too good for that. I hate to think the vaccine did him in; I got a couple of shots myself,” a source said.

Real Raw News is not ascribing WBTV’s fatalities to the clot shot, as substantive evidence is needed. However, there is an undeniable correlation between the vaccines and pilots falling ill or dropping dead midflight.

A U.S. military investigation into the depth of midterm election fraud found that 160 former illegal immigrants who voted Democrat were given U.S. citizenship only weeks ahead of the election.

Many illegals eventually earn the right to live and work in the country. The United States has a path to legal citizenship. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a division of Homeland Security, stipulates any person seeking to become a U.S. citizen must meet the following conditions: (a) Have been a lawful permanent resident for the past three or five years; (b) Have continuous residence and physical presence in the United States; (c) Be able to read, write, and speak basic English; (d) Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of U.S. history and government; (e) Demonstrate a loyalty to the principles of the U.S. Constitution; and (f) Be willing to take the Oath of Allegiance.

The ones identified by the military, however, met few, if any, of the requirements, and appeared to have received their citizenship under dubious circumstances. At the time, the White Hat partition of the military was already probing unrelated allegations of election fraud.

On November 14, U.S. Army Cyber Command heard a tip claiming that the criminal Biden regime, and specifically DHS/ USCIS had unlawfully granted illegals full U.S. citizenship, and that the newly minted citizens promised to vote Democrat for life in exchange for their new status. Pure, undiluted proof of the crime, the tipster said, was sitting almost in plain sight on INS’ computer servers at the agency’s headquarters in Camp Spring, Maryland.

A day later, Cyber Command effortlessly hacked the USCIS cloud and found a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet holding the names(?) addresses, birthdates, and citizenship status of persons who had submitted citizenship applications on 7 September. What is more concerning is that USCIS approved all applications on October 8, a month in advance of the midterms. Even more alarming, all 160 were named “Jose Lopez,” “Joaquin Lopez,” or “Jesus Lopez,” leading White Hats to conclude that the DHS/USCIS had for reasons unknown altered the identities of or assigned new legal names to 160 individuals.

“The odds that 160 applicants, all on the same day, had identical surnames—well, that’s remarkably small,” said our source at Cyber Command. “And whoever made the spreadsheet also made a big mistake. The entries specified how long they were in the U.S., and not a one, based on what was on the page, had been in the U.S. more than two years. It also gave what looked like valid addresses, something for us to follow up on.”

Cyber Command relayed its findings to White Hats at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS,) which, though short-staffed due to ongoing investigations on Deep State provocateurs, said it would pursue leads as time and manpower permitted. Within a week, though, NCIS investigators had tracked down 17 of the “Lopezes” and elicited from each a similar confession.

All had applied for fast-track citizenship or amnesty after illegally entering the United States. Some claimed they were victims of political persecution; others said they were looking for a better life and wanted to be Americans so they could work in the country and send money back to their families in Mexico or Guatemala. All said they had been contacted by a USCIS official who promised them a favor in return for a favor—guaranteed U.S. citizenship in return for voting for Democrats in the midterms and a Democrat candidate in the 2024 presidential election. They told NCIS investigators they had fulfilled their part of the agreement, at least as far as the midterms went. Of the 17, 12 lived in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the other five had residence in Pennsylvania.

On 17 November, U.S. Marines under Gen. David H. Berger’s Command apprehended the 17 “Lopezes,” and are now holding them at an unknown location. Our source said a debate had ensued over whether to deport the illegals or hold them to later testify against their Deep State controllers. Ultimately, a decision was made to revoke their U.S. citizenship and remand them into custody.

“We know 17 or 160 votes don’t make or break an election, but this is a tip of an iceberg. We can’t explain why USCIS didn’t better doctor the records—it’s crazy. The Deep State is usually damn meticulous. It’s our belief, and, no, we can’t prove it yet, that it’s much more pervasive. And efforts will be made to not only find the other 143, but the spreadsheets we didn’t find,” our source said.

Tax Preparers ‘Quietly Transmitting Sensitive Financial Info To Facebook’

Tax records contain some of the most personal details that a person has. Alimony? Income? Spending on medicine? Many of those items and more are there.

So what is creating concern is a report from The Verge that tax preparers, including TaxAct, TaxSlayer, H&R Block and more, “have been quietly transmitting sensitive financial information to Facebook.”

The Verge cites the documentation from The Markup that explains data, “sent through widely used code called the Meta Pixel,” lists names, email addresses and a vast range of private financial information, even to include dependents’ college scholarship amounts.

The Verge report noted its article was copublished with The Markup, which is a “nonprofit newsroom” investigating powerful institutions.

“The information sent to Facebook can be used by the company to power its advertising algorithms and is gathered regardless of whether the person using the tax filing service has an account on Facebook or other platforms operated by its owner Meta,” The Verge explained.

The Markup investigation discovered that the Internal Revenue Service handles about 150 million individual returns that are filed electronically each year, and some of the common services use the secret information sharing program.

The Verge said, “When users sign up to file their taxes with the popular service TaxAct, for example, they’re asked to provide personal information to calculate their returns, including how much money they make and their investments. A pixel on TaxAct’s website then sent some of that data to Facebook, including users’ filing status, their adjusted gross income, and the amount of their refund, according to a review by The Markup. Income was rounded to the nearest thousand and refunds to the nearest hundred. The pixel also sent the names of dependents in an obfuscated — but generally reversible — format.”

Some of the services also send information to Google, the report confirmed.

“Tax preparation giant H&R Block, which also offers an online filing option that attracts millions of customers per year, embedded a pixel on its site that gathered information on filers’ health savings account usage and dependents’ college tuition grants and expenses,” the report confirmed.

The details forwarded by TaxSlayer included phone numbers, names, dependents and more.

The report explained, “The Markup also found the pixel code on a tax preparation site operated by a financial advice and software company called Ramsey Solutions, which uses a version of TaxSlayer’s service. That pixel gathered even more personal data from a tax return summary page, including information on income and refund amounts. This information was not sent immediately upon visiting the page but only when visitors clicked drop-down headings to see more details of their report.”

The report said TaxAct spokeswoman Nicole Coburn said the company takes its customers’ privacy seriously, and tries to meet all IRS requirements.

A statement from Megan McConnell, of Ramsey Solutions, said, “We did NOT know and were never notified that personal tax information was being collected by Facebook from the Pixel. As soon as we found out, we immediately informed TaxSlayer to deactivate the Pixel from Ramsey SmartTax.”

Jon Collins of the Electronic Frontier Foundation said the practice of embedding secret monitors to collect information about people who visit or use a site is “ubiquitous.”

Just the News reported on the situation that the scheme is used by companies “to power” their advertising.

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy used FTX funding to sway GOP primaries away from Trump supporters.

Of course, it is widely know that the now bankrupt FTX US funded millions into Democrat campaigns through Ukraine.

But at least one FTX player funded hundreds of thousands of dollars to Kevin McCarthy to take out MAGA lawmakers.

Top allies of Kevin McCarthy, the House Republican leader, worked this spring to deny Cawthorn a second term in office, after the Donald Trump-endorsed lawmaker made controversial comments about cocaine use and sex parties in Washington that led McCarthy to announce he had “lost my trust,” according to multiple Republicans briefed on the effort, which has not been previously reported.

GOP lobbyist Jeff Miller, one of McCarthy’s closest friends and biggest fundraisers, and Brian O. Walsh, a Republican strategist who works for multiple McCarthy-backed groups, were both involved in an independent effort to oppose Cawthorn as part of a broader project to create a more functioning GOP caucus next year, said the Republicans, who like others spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.

Targeting Cawthorn was part of a larger behind-the-scenes effort by top GOP donors and senior strategists to purge the influence of Republican factions that seek disruption and grandstanding, often at the expense of their GOP colleagues. The political machine around McCarthy has spent millions of dollars this year in a sometimes secretive effort to systematically weed out GOP candidates who could either cause McCarthy trouble if he becomes House speaker or jeopardize GOP victories in districts where a more moderate candidate might have a better chance at winning.

The allies close to McCarthy have sometimes taken steps to conceal their efforts, as they did in the Cawthorn case, with money passing from top GOP donors through organizations that do not disclose their donors or have limited public records, federal disclosures show…

…In the weeks before his primary, a group called Results for N.C. spent $1.7 million to defeat him and support his opponent. The National Association of Realtors, which gave $600,000 to CLF, gave $300,000 to the cause. A nonprofit that does not disclose its donors, Americans for a Balanced Budget, gave $830,000.

Most of the rest of the money, $700,000, came from Ryan Salame, an executive at crypto currency exchange FTX U.S., a major donor both to McCarthy’s own operation and to other groups backing McCarthy’s favored candidates. West Realm Shires Services, the corporate name used by FTX U.S., gave $750,000 to CLF in August. Advisers to Salame and FTX declined to comment.

The Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra Fairbanks reported earlier on McCarthy’s efforts to take out Madison Cawthorn.

THOSE who expose political corruption in plain view are, in effect, placing bulls-eyes on their backs. In fact, deep state forces – be they on the Fed or State level – will take out anyone they perceive as a threat. Sooner or later. This has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

NOW, it matters not a whit who the defendants are, even if  scumbags. The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution provides everyone with a fair and impartial defense. Period.

BUT when it comes to the defense of patriots, well, hell hath no fury akin to deep state operators who will never tolerate said “inconveniences”; the Constitution, be damned. Even more so, those who vigorously defend them are in their cross-hairs.

AND herein lies their latest casualty, John Meringolo.

The attorney who represented “We Build the Wall” member Tim Shea in a New York court has suddenly died. 

The Daily News reports:

John Meringolo, a longtime Manhattan defense attorney who earned a reputation for besting federal prosecutors in high-profile cases, died Thursday. He was 48.

The veteran litigator’s father, Richard Meringolo, confirmed his death to the Daily News. His cause of death was not immediately apparent, though his father said it was unexpected. Meringolo is survived by his twin 1-year-old sons, his wife, and his parents.

Meringolo became a thorn in the side of federal prosecutors after winning streaks defending notorious clients in several prominent mafia, RICO, and large-scale narcotics cases.

In 2018, he scored a mistrial in the racketeering case of Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino, the reputed head of the Philadelphia crime family.

He convinced a Manhattan jury to acquit former NYPD deputy inspector James “Jimmy” Grant of charges alleging he took bribes from corrupt Brooklyn businessman Jeremy Reichberg in January 2019.

A couple months later, he scored an acquittal for John “Porky” Zancocchio, the alleged lieutenant of the reputed head of the Bonanno crime family. Meringolo argued his client was a victim of ethnic profiling by the NYPD based on his Italian heritage.

He notched another win in the form of a mistrial earlier this year of Steve Bannon associate Timothy Shea in the federal “We Build the Wall” crowdfunding case. He also represented Shea at his second trial, which ended in a conviction last month.

The We Build the Wall case in New York was a total sham by the DOJ.  The government claimed the individuals who built miles of wall on the Southern Border abused those who gave donations by spending a very small percent of the donations on their expenses.

Unfortunately, the case against them was in New York, a northern state, miles from the Southern Border.  Despite having no chance of a fair verdict, Meringolo defended Shea and in the trial, at least one member of the jury believed that the DOJ was on a witch hunt resulting in a mistrial.

But the DOJ wasn’t about to give up.  They went back to court and were refused to provide evidence in the first trial that helped exonerate Shea.  He was then found guilty.

Shea never had a chance in the second trial with an Obama judge overseeing the case in a New York City courtroom.

After being so successful in multiple cases against the government, attorney Meringolo is dead at age 48.

The Shabak Jewish Section Has Lost Its Way

NO one familiar with this investigative journalist, be it professionally or personally, will claim that naivete is ever an operating factor at this end. Quite the opposite. At times, brutally frank.

AS such, it wasn’t until an urgent request was made in 2010 by HONENU, that is, to work on their behalf (pro bono, as a non-profit), that the truth was revealed at this end about The Shabak Jewish Section. While its existence was known, gaining access to its “inner sanctum” was heretofore a no-go zone.

BUT before this jaw-dropper goes any further, and for those who are unfamiliar, the Shabak a/k/a Shin Bet/ISA, is the equivalent of the FBI as Israel’s domestic intelligence arm. It has a worldwide reach. Well and good.

THAT being understood, when leftism became endemic within Israel’s top echelons (with the rise of Peres of “we are tired of fighting, tired of winning” infamy, and, alongside, the reign of leftist, pro-Arabist “narratives” via Aharon Barak, the late head of the Supreme Court), yes, with its security arms in the mix, a section within the Shabak became totally infected. While hunting down Islamic terrorists is business as usual and life-saving, when it comes to protecting the lives and rights of Jewish nationalists, all for the “crime” of saving the Jewish patrimony, well, they are the hunted. The prey. Indeed, The Jewish Section are their hunters.

ALAS, when this writer moved to Israel in 2008, HONENU took notice. Hence, the urgent shout-out. It was understood that megaphones within this reach can access many corners within a worldwide Anglo readership.

The Shabak’s Jewish Section, which should really be closed forthwith, must be investigated. It has lost its way.

Well known Israeli investigative journalist Kalman Liebeskind’s investigation of the Shin Bet’s interrogation of A is shocking for the senselessness and insensitivity it exposed.

A., the father of three children, protected and saved a group of children from a bloodthirsty Arab mob near the town of Ariel in the Shomron.

Before continuing, we want it to be clear that we do not doubt A’s words and say to him : “We believe you, A. We believe your harsh descriptions of the unjustified treatment and false accusations you suffered. And no, we do not believe the Shabak Jewish Section, the part of that organization created to infiltrate Jewish communities, the rest of which organization we adulate as the good guys who save our country. We are ashamed of that section when they use their power to despicably hound innocent people.”

The Shin Bet Jewish Section’s intoxication with power has caused this revered body to decline to a morass of irrational ruthlessness. The sole goal of their investigations is to bring the results they desire at any cost, via any means, without real regard for truth. They have lost their humanity, their credibility, and their ability to conduct fair investigations. They have no hesitations about abusing an innocent person such a A., whose crime in the view of the left-leaning Shabak was saving a group of children from a brutal Arab attack.

When a national agency such as the Shabak stoops to this level, we can only be silent. Despite being an honorable agency which investigates terrorists and prevents countless terror attacks, they have allowed the Jewish Section to become an agency which tortures innocent people to force them to confess to false accusations. Instead of providing support to victims of traumatic attacks such as A, they reverse reality, pounce on those who defend themselves, and treat them as if they were the perpetrators.

The Shabak Jewish Section seems to operate from a distorted world view. They try to force their victims to fit into their skewed perspectives, conducting skewed investigations, viewing the victims as the criminals, and forcing them to conform to this narrative.. The objective is not truth, but eliciting confessions to fit their preconceptions.

The investigations that led Amiram Ben Uliel to confess to the arson in Duma were based on weeks of torture. That he was tortured is a fact, accepted as truth by the court. His confession contradicts so many facts, that his innocence was clear to anyone who read the story carefully .The torture of Amiram was much more cruel than that of A, of course. For two weeks, the Shin Bet interrogated Amiram in a similar manner as A. When they didn’t get the results they were looking for, the Shin Bet moved up to levels of actual torture to force Amiram to confess to a crime he did not commit. His later denials were ignored.

It is important to note that not only do the investigations of the Jewish Section have zero credibility, they should invalidate the confessions which result from torture, as is the case in democratic societies, and create a complete lack of trust in this agency’s tactics and results.

The Shin Bet Jewish Section needs a total overhaul or needs to be abolished, but there is no point in demanding that either the Shin Bet or the Israel Police investigate their own. What we need is a civilian committee vested with full investigative powers, to which the Shin Bet will have to answer with full transparency on its problematic Jewish Section.

Perhaps a new quality body should be created that will be run in a lawful manner, manned by moral and professional staff, free of the leftist and distorted world views which have permeated the Jewish Section as a result of the Oslo Accords. .

JAG to Prosecute Deep Staters In-Absentia…About Time!

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and Office of Military Commissions will begin prosecuting Deep Staters in-absentia, meaning they can be indicted, charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced without setting foot in a courtroom, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

JAG made this decision upon confirming reports that Deep Staters named on sealed indictments were fleeing the country en masse to avoid military arrest, and specifically after CDC Director Rochelle Walensky eluded capture and hotfooted to a foreign country.

As reported on 7 November, the military had hoped to simultaneously grab Moderna CEO Stephen Bancel and Walensky at a posh Virginia eatery where they had scheduled a business dinner, but Walensky ghosted Bancel. JAG now says that while Bancel was feasting on baked stuffed clams, Walensky was at the Port of Miami boarding a cruise ship bound for the Bahamas, from where she hopped a flight to Heathrow, from where she caught another flight to Brussels.

“She is now running the CDC remotely on foreign soil,” our source said. “The nefarious types are evil, but not stupid, or have friends that aren’t stupid. They have considerable resources.”

Other Deep Staters to have fled the country include AG Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

On November 13, Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall convened a meeting of his senior staff to discuss the legalities of holding trials in-absentia. In common law legal systems, the phrase is more than a spatial description. In these systems, it suggests a recognition of a violation to a defendant’s right to be present in court proceedings in a criminal trial. In 1884, the Supreme Court held that “the legislature has deemed it essential to the protection of one whose life or liberty is involved in a prosecution for felony, that he shall be personally present at the trial, that is, at every stage of the trial when his substantial rights may be affected by the proceedings against him. If he be deprived of his life or liberty without being so present, such deprivation would be without that due process of law required by the Constitution.” Exceptions exist in situations where a defendant, in writing, authorizes a court to conduct a trial in-absentia should he, for whatever reason, voluntarily not show up.

Vice Adm. Crandall opined that military tribunals were not bound by common law constraints and that Trump’s invoking of the Insurrection Act of 1807 authorized JAG to take any and all necessary action to bring traitors to justice. He also said fleeing the country to avoid arrest was tantamount to skipping bail, a voluntary action.

Legality and the Insurrection Act aside, we asked our source about the ethics of holding trials on persons not present to defend themselves.

“Since when has a Deep State operative defended himself? All they do is pound their fists and shout into the air ‘You can’t do this to me! Do you know who I am? You’ll pay for this.’ No Deep State agent has ever mounted a real defense. Why? Because the empirical evidence against them is so damn irrefutable all they can do is scream and shout. Admiral Crandall determined it’s within the scope of his abilities to do this,” our source said.

The in-absentia trials, he added, will not be held in a formal courtroom setting. Instead, either Vice Adm. Crandall or a delegate on his behalf will sit down with empaneled jurors in a conference room, where JAG will present its evidence and ask the panel to deliver a verdict, and, if proper, recommend punishment.

“The belief is Deep Staters eventually get sloppy. They get homesick. Eventually they’ll try to reenter the country, and we’ll get them. We can then avoid a lengthy courtroom trial and escort them straight to the gallows,” our source said.

In closing, he said JAG will still hold conventional trials in addition to those held in-absentia.
