WHILE red, white and blue Americans are overcome with a renewed sense of optimism – a real transformative moment in time – “hoping for change” due to The Donald’s ascension (never mind his landslide victory over crooked Hill), relative to the other side – not so much!

BUT before we head to the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia’s overriding “reaction” – ala the domestic and global fronts – it is equally intrinsic to monitor what their radical counterparts are up to, be they generalized leftists, Marxists, socialists, communists, and otherwise aligned shock troops. As repeatedly reported at these pages, the reds and greens operate hand-in-fist.

MORE specifically, their immediate and frenzied meltdown is an outgrowth of hard-core anti-American ideology, ignited and exacerbated by Trump’s stunning triumph. Yes, domestic leftists, anarchists, illegals and assorted anti-American Americans are on a literal tear. Foaming. That’s a vast understatement.

NOT only that, countless death threats on social media are exhorting to assassinate Trump, and who knows how many more are in active stages of planning. As to the codified illegal aspect of intent to murder, let alone inciting others to do the same, well, said criminal behavior tells us what we need to know about crooked Hill’s supporters. No doubt, they are, for the most part, uncivilized animals. Unhinged. They are world’s apart, a far cry, from those who recognize the absolute democratic right to peacefully protest and voice their discontent.

YES, the above (and so much more) proofs are manifestly clear. Resultant, said criminals must be charged with actual intent, incitement, to assassinate Trump. Extrapolating further, they must be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.

WHICH leads us directly to their comrade-in-arms, the Brotherhood Mafia. From their deep entrenchment inside America, as well as outside the nation’s borders, their intention to upend the nation has been proven, as is said, six ways to Sunday. Still yet, despite their decades-long vast worldwide operational apparatus, in a quest for global dominance, it is their embedded tentacles throughout the nation’s power centers which must be swiftly declawed. Forthwith.

EVEN so, while the continuously burgeoning list of Islamist subversives throughout America’s epicenter is book-worthy, the fact remains, as always, “cutting off the head of the snake” is where it’s at.

IN this regard, only those of us who are experts (the few and far between) in the Brotherhood Mafia’s hydra-like apparatus understand the underlying bases and dangers, the urgency, of today’s commentary.

ENTER, Huma Abedin, the Brotherhood Mafia’s top-tier agent in America!

WHICH brings us to a most intrinsic backgrounder, vis-a-vis the “reaction” of the hydra-like monster continuously plotting to destroy America.

The terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group — praised by Democrats, President Barack Obama, and presidential nominee Hillary Clinton — has reportedly denounced “racist” Republican Donald Trump’s victory over the former secretary of state as a “disaster” for the Arab and Muslim world.

On Wednesday, a day after Trump won the U.S. presidential election, Mamdouh Al-Muneer, a spokesperson for MB who also serves as a member of the supreme body of the Egyptian Islamist Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), reportedly wrote on social media that the results of the elections were a catastrophe and a “racist” has ascended to the White House, according to the Middle East Monitor (MEMO).

“Goliath is coming himself, with his horses and men… what our nation has witnessed in the last period is something and what is to come is something different,” he added. “God willing it will be for us not against us.”

The MB was founded in Egypt and has expanded into the West — namely the United States, Europe, and Australia — in addition to other countries across the world.

Although various nations have deemed the group a terrorist organization, including Muslim-majority Egypt……the Obama administration has refused to join those countries and has blocked Republican lawmakers from designating MB a terrorist group.

The Washington Free Beacon has obtained a declassified U.S. State Department document that shows that, as secretary of state, Clinton supported Muslim Brotherhood member and former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.

Obama invited Morsi to the White House and has met with other party representatives there.

Current Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, as military chief, led the public movement to overthrow Morsi in July 2013.

(The dream is over: Abedin, who has only ever worked for Hillary Clinton, was back at the campaign headquarters for the first time. She was its vice-chair and seen as the most important of her personal retinue)

ALAS, Humala, the poor dear, has been seen crying throughout NYC, as if she deserves any sympathy for having let down the Clinton machine, never mind, her closest gal pal, Hill. Boo hoo.

INDEED, all is not as it seems. Not by a long shot. Her tears and anguished expressions are more about the distance placed between her – which would have been just a heart beat away – and the nation’s nuclear suitcase. O M G !!

IN reality, the crux of her misery reflects the level of intel she can pass DIRECTLY onto al-Qaeda, ISIS and every manner of top-tier jihadi, whether in Saudi Arabia, America, Europe, or the vast expanse of Islamic nations. Believe it.

MOST significantly, it is incontestably urgent for President-elect Trump to drain the Islamic swamp, so to speak. In effect, legal provisions are already on the books to rid the nation of their infestation.

IN other words, how many understand that the Smith Act is a main ticket to do so?

Title I. Subversive activities. The Smith Act set federal criminal penalties that included fines or imprisonment for as long as twenty years and denied all employment by the federal government for five years following a conviction for anyone who:

…with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or…organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof.

The Smith Act’s prohibition of proselytizing on behalf of revolution repeated language found in previous statutes. It went beyond earlier legislation in outlawing action to “organize any society, group, or assembly” that works toward that end and then extended that prohibition to “membership” or “affiliation”—a term it did not define—with such a group.

THUS, the very fact that the Brotherhood Mafia’s stated mission is ominously clear, as.compiled within an 18-page document listed the Brotherhood’s 29 “organizations of our friends” shared the common goal of dismantling American institutions and turning the U.S. into a Muslim nation. These “friends” were identified by Akram and the Brotherhood as groups that could help convince Muslims “that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands … so that … God’s religion [Islam] is made victorious over all other religions”……, it more than meets the absolute standard, the test, for subversive and treasonous conduct.

AND this is the case, irrespective of the fact that HUSSEIN’s subversive admin refused to label the Brotherhood a terrorist organization, despite the fact that al-Sisi’s Egypt has done so, as have others. Mind you, it has been reported that Trump and al-Sisi are in sync, in so far as internalizing the grave threats posed by the Brotherhood Mafia to their respective nations and the west at large.

CONSEQUENTLY, couple the above with more indicting proofs – literally!

SIMPLY put, some of the Brotherhood Mafia’s highest ranking terrorist masterminds have been put down, as a result of the Holy Land Foundation Terror Trial, the largest terrorism trial in U.S. history. But let’s not bring out the bubbly, there are scores more who must meet the same treasonous fate.

SO aside from a list of core and urgent imperatives atop the incoming administration’s to-do list (immigration, health care, job growth, education, taxes and energy, to name a few), it would be a grave oversight to ignore the Brotherhood Mafia within America, and in all its permutations.

AND while there is much chatter about HUSSEIN “pardoning” crooked Hill and her cadre of law-breaking surrogates, it must be understood that Huma Abedin cannot be allowed to get away scot-free. If jail is not an option, deportation, as a subversive citizen, must be (more than) considered.

NOT unlike the U.S., where judicial activism AKA social engineering has become synonymous with “justice”, similarly, Israel’s Supreme Court comports itself.

IN the main, a democracy can’t be deemed healthy and robust without adhering to a very basic principle, that is, the separation of powers. In effect, the final interpreters of the “law(s) of the land” dare not overstep their mandate by usurping the legislative branch, be it Congress or Israel’s Knesset.

THAT being said, the following via Israel Institute for Strategic Studies is more than instructive, as to what underlies the rot, as well as what is at stake.

The brouhaha that has erupted over the Minister of Justices’ proposed reform to the, nomination and selection process for Supreme Court Justices, has once again thrust the question of the relationship between the judiciary and the political establishment into the headlines. The result has been that Israel’s entrenched civil society elites have hurriedly begun to “circle their wagons” to protect their holiest sacred cow from the allegedly grievous harm, if the current judicial selection system is in any way changed. Incredibly, elite outrage focuses on an attempt in the proposed legislation to break the veto power sitting justices have in determining who will be their successors, an arrangement unheard of in any major democratic country. So rather than defending democracy, appalled critics of the proposed legislation are perpetuating judicial tyranny.

Israel, like any vibrant functioning democracy, needs a strong, independent judiciary – to interpret the law, not to make it.

“In Israel, the negative impact of the judicialization of politics on the Supreme Court’s legitimacy is already beginning to show its mark. Over the past decade, the public image of the Supreme Court as an autonomous and impartial arbiter has been increasingly eroded… the court and its judges are increasingly viewed by a considerable portion of the Israeli public as pushing forward their own political agenda…” – Prof. Ran Hirschl, Towards Juristocracy: The Origins and Consequences of the New Constitutionalism, Harvard University Press, 2004.

The unelected judiciary will not be answerable to anyone for outcomes that result from imposing on the elected branches of government, measures that it was not elected to implement – or were elected not to implement. This then is the grave danger involved in the usurpation of authority by the courts.

By exceeding its authority, by its arrogance and self-important elitism, Israel’s judiciary is placing itself in jeopardy. With the mounting loss of public trust, the judicial system cannot for long remain credible and the public will resort to settling its disputes by alternative methods. Without the legitimacy of the legal system, non-democratic authoritarian and tyrannical regimes inevitably take root.

In Israel, the rule of law has been superseded by the “rule of lawyers”, who may well be perceived as undermining the very rule of law that they pledge to uphold. Drawn from the ranks of lawyers, judges are appointed at a relatively early age and typically remain in their positions up until the mandatory retirement age of 70. They therefore have many years in which to shape the court’s agenda and influence the appointment of future justices.

Judges in the mold of ex Supreme Court president Aharon Barak have left an indelible “activist” stamp on the legal establishment. Indeed Barak is a prime example of such “activism” although he professed he did not have an agenda. It became clear however that most judges who served with him and subsequently after him, adopted his activist prescriptions and Justice Bork said “it is highly unlikely that they would rule according to beliefs other than their own”. Justice Bork described activist justices “as those who enact their own beliefs” however Justice Barak is quoted as writing, that “None of us may turn our personal beliefs into the law of the land.” http://azure.org.il/download/magazine/1119AZ_27_bork_review.pdf

In effect judicial activism is an efficient way to promote a re-engineering of the social order of the day. It’s no surprise then, that NGO’s, Human Rights crusaders and the like, turn to the courts for their stamp of approval to further their social activism in order to affect government policy, rather than through the legislative process in the Knesset. Social, familial and community values of Jewish/Israeli culture are routinely being challenged before the Supreme Court as are indeed political, economic and security matters. The Justices have vested themselves with the agency to carry out broad cultural changes, on the pronouncements of (unelected) lawyers, who have been upgraded to serve as Supreme Court justices.

To be sure, the original architects of Israel’s Supreme Court never intended for the Justices to exercise this type of excessive power. The envisaged purpose was not for them to formulate laws, or create social policy—their allotted function was to make judgments on laws legislated by the democratically elected parliament. Supreme Court justices are not intrinsically more moral or less imperfect than others, they too are simply individuals, like the rest of the citizenry, with biases, prejudices and the like. Yet this “select” group of individuals is attempting to effect cultural and policy choices that have profound importance for all Israelis, in many instances in opposition to the will of the people and its democratically elected parliament. Judicial activism’s detrimental effect on the democratic process must be curtailed, whether it reflects Conservative or Progressive Liberal agendas, it is every bit as deplorable.

The elected Legislature’s majority decisions may or may not accord with the Supreme Court’s, worldview, its standards and moral codes. But judicial interdict of those majority outcomes is not at all democratic – in fact are clearly undemocratic.

According to Justice Robert Bork, an eminent American legal authority, once characterized the situation as follows; “ Supreme Court President Barak’s judicial vetoes of majority decisions’ “may or may not be proper in a given case, but one thing they are not, is a form of democracy, indeed they are a check on democracy”. (1987)

Barak’s assertion that both the people’s decisions and the frustration of those decisions are “democracy” eliminates the distinction between rule by elected representatives and rule by judges. As a result this leads to ever-increasing judicial power and the unelected judges assume the role of a supra- legislative body. The arrogated powers of the Judges to override both legislative and executive decisions is no less than a “constitutional revolution”. Ironically in stark contradiction to Barak’s pronouncement that “the court is authorized to interpret the constitution, but it is not authorized to create a constitution”.

The troubling question is, if the legal system is supposed to reflect society’s’ norms i.e. current cultural conventions, moral values, traditions and ethical principles that people cherish, why do the judges regularly issue legal edicts and laws that in too many instances do not accord with the wishes of the people?. It would seem rather, that the Judges defer to the opinions dominant within the “self-appointed” intellectual elites. These elites, comprised of the legal establishment, main stream media and voices in academia who allegedly personify the wisdom to know what justice is, what truth is, what morality is and what standards and norms should be adopted.

The courts have adroitly expanded their legal authority by intervening in political matters. In stark contradiction to his previously cited position that: “the court … is not authorized to create a constitution” Barak declared elsewhere “I reject the contention that the judge merely states the law and does not create it” (“A Judge on Judging”, The Role of a Supreme Court in a Democracy Yale Law School 1-1-2002)

Thomas Jefferson expressed his fears of judicial overreach when he wrote:

“the germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal judiciary: an irresponsible body, working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little to-day and a little tomorrow, and advancing it’s noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction until all shall be usurped from the States, and the government of all be consolidated into one. To this I am opposed; because, when all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.” – Letter to Charles Hammond, August 18, 1821

Israel’s Supreme Court, acts as “Supreme Law Giver,” with its relentless creep of increasing powers that erode the very fabric of society by overriding the democratically elected legislature, usurping powers that were neither granted, envisaged nor approved by the democratically elected legislative body. Where are the “checks and balances” that should exist between the judiciary, legislative and executive bodies when the final arbiters are the Judges who can nullify the other branches of government?

In this sense Judicial activism becomes a means to promote socio-political and economic objectives to rearrange the social order of the day. This clearly could well precipitate and become a devastatingly divisive development within Israeli society.

The Supreme Court is on many occasions the embodiment of judicial autocracy in our everyday lives and if left unchallenged could endanger everyone’s liberty and freedom. Accordingly the question that must be asked is, in order to restore credibility and confidence in the highest court in the land, the process of appointing Supreme Court Justices has to be reformed. The justice’s nepotism that is reflected in their veto powers over candidates to Supreme Court is an unacceptable practice and unquestionably undemocratic.

Transparency is imperative, prospective nominees for the Supreme Court should appear before a bi-partisan parliamentary committee for ratification comparable to the US congressional hearings.

Our democratically elected representatives are not without blame for the diminution of their legislative powers. By and large, when challenged by Lawyers turned Judges, Israeli parliamentarians have, more often than not deferred to the Courts rulings, thus surrendering much of their legislative prerogatives.

Sadly this has produced a vacuum for activist Judges to insert themselves into and replace “The Rule of Law for the “Rule of lawyers”.

LET’s just pray that Israel’s Minister of Justice, the Honorable Ayelet Shaked, succeeds in her righteous national mission. Trust, it will be one huge leap forward toward Jewish justice in Israel, as opposed to advancing and protecting those who seek little more than eviscerating the nation’s Jewish character and raison d’etre. The Inextricable Linkage Between Islamic “Refugees” (Immigrants) And Jihad. Americans (Westerners), You Are Forewarned. Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

REGARDLESS of this or that period in time, an Islamic “refugee” (immigrant) is still a potential soldier for Allah. Simple as that. This is irrespective of all the jibber-jabber from jive-talkers and apologists.

EFFECTIVELY, while a majority are followers of the barbaric practices of Sharia Law which uphold jihad, concomitantly, they are expected to lend safe haven or material support to effectuate Islam’s triumph. And that is that.

UNLIKE in Judaism or Christianity, there is NO middle ground. Thus, there are no ifs, ands, or buts. And while a small segment do not align with the underpinnings of Sharia, the fact remains they are considered apostates. In other words, they are deemed traitors and worthy of death. Inherently, they are targeted akin to infidels.

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called ‘hypocrites’ and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.

Unlike nearly all of the Old Testament verses of violence, the verses of violence in the Quran are mostly open-ended, meaning that they are not restrained by historical context contained in the surrounding text (although many Muslims choose to think of them that way). They are part of the eternal, unchanging word of Allah, and just as relevant or subject to interpretation as anything else in the Quran.

The context of violent passages is more ambiguous than might be expected of a perfect book from a loving God. Most contemporary Muslims exercise a personal choice to interpret their holy book’s call to arms according to their own moral preconceptions about justifiable violence. Their apologists cater to these preferences with tenuous arguments that gloss over historical fact and generally do not stand up to scrutiny. Still, it is important to note that the problem is not bad people, but bad ideology.

Unfortunately, there are very few verses of tolerance and peace to balance out the many that call for nonbelievers to be fought and subdued until they either accept humiliation, convert to Islam, or are killed. IN this regard, with Islam’s soldiers for Allah waging jihad under the sword of Allah world over, patriots are alarmed about tens of thousands (and counting) entering the U.S. (all over the west alike) as “refugees” under the Resettlement Program. Know this: it is just the tip of a million plus followers of Islam that HUSSEIN brought into the U.S. during his two-term reign of domestic and foreign terror.

EVEN so, despite a growing list of Islamic “refugees” (immigrants) – many of whom harbor killing Americans as their religious duty – their infiltration continues unabated.

ALAS, how surprising is it that another jihadi “refugee” got caught pledging allegiance to ISIS AKA ISIL, despite all of the largess offered as an “asylum” seeker in 2009?

A Houston man plead guilty to charges of conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL). Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, 24 (a Palestinian-Iraqi), was accused of plotting to bomb the Galleria and Sharpston malls in Houston.

He has been in the US since 2009 and was granted permanent residency in 2011.

Hardan was on the track to citizenship before he became involved with terrorist activity. He now faces a sentence of up to 20 years in federal prison.

The news follows the indictment of a Baltimore man on unrelated charges of conspiring to kill an American serviceman on behalf of ISIS. Federal prosecutors allege that Nelash Mohammed Das believed himself to be in contact with Islamic State operatives in Iraq and Syria whom he thought would send him $80,000 to carry out the attack.

Originally from Bangladesh, Das has been in America since 1995 and is a legal permanent resident….

MOST alarmingly, it behooves repeating the out-sized danger from the ballooning Somali-American jihadi-infused community. UNDER rational and patriotic U.S. security parameters, it would be impossible for Islam’s soldiers for Allah to gain “student” (for that matter, tourist) visas for any reason, let alone flying lessons!

DEAR readers, please let the above sink in, and as a stand-alone charge. It meets all the critical base-line criteria when evaluating standard security practices. Just take this elementary assessment to the bank. Not only that, if a separate list of Islam’s kamikaze pilots who exploded on U.S. soil (atop those who took down the Twin Towers on 9/11/01 – hitting the Pentagon too – on the most infamous day in modern U.S. history) haven’t caused officialdom to reverse course re further entry, what else will? Rhetorical.

FEW can argue – aside from the willfully blind and the ideologically malignant – that certain ISLAMIC explosions have more “bang for the buck”, so to speak. In 1999, a Muslim Kamikaze Jihad pilot named Gamil el-Batouty killed 217 people when he commandeered EgyptAir Flight 990 which crashed off the coast of New England. El-Batouty was heard saying several times during the plane’s descent, “I rely on Allah” in Arabic. A 2002 report from the Guardian didn’t point out the possibility that el-Batouty’s religion may have played a role, only that he was seeking revenge for being reprimanded for sexual misconduct.

Like Iriyanto, el-Batouty had also been an Air Force pilot for his country. A 2012 article that was published in the Atlantic included the following excerpt:

Experts informed viewers of Egyptian television that it was impossible for el Batouty to have taken his own life because he was a good Muslim and suicide is haram (forbidden) in Islam.

For the record, all 19 hijackers on 9/11 considered themselves “good” Muslims who were committing suicide while killing infidels. As we have learned, the fundamentalist tactic known as Muruna even permits the killing of other Muslims in the process if it serves a greater “good”……

SO it is along said dangerous trajectory that rational onlookers must conclude: Muslim students – particularly those from hotbeds of jihadi terror – should never gain access to U.S. soil, let alone to train at flight schools, nor have any ability to fly within the nation. Now, it is not as if officialdom can feign to be clueless about certain 9/11/01 jihadis and their U.S. flight schooling!

Two months before the suicide hijackings, an FBI agent in Arizona alerted Washington headquarters that several Middle Easterners were training at a U.S. aviation school and recommended contacting other schools nationwide where Arabs might be studying.

“FBIHQ should discuss this matter with other elements of the U.S. intelligence community and task the community for any information that supports Phoenix’s suspicions,” the agent recommended in the memo obtained by The Associated Press.

The FBI sent the intelligence to its terrorism experts in Washington and New York for analysis and had begun discussing conducting a nationwide canvass of flight schools when the Sept. 11 tragedies occurred, officials told AP.

EVEN more so, what about 6,000 plus Islamic “students” who are already “missing” within the vast expanse of the nation? Don’t they present enough of a danger? Therefore, isn’t it reasonable to question: why import more?

WHY, indeed.

AND it is under said Orwellian prism that the most recent act of kamikaze terror – via a Jordanian-Palestinian – should be judged, even though officialdom is not admitting to any jihadi connection. The fact that the Islamic “student” missed his intended target, Pratt & Whitney – a United Technologies Corp., a major military design manufacturer of aircraft engines and related services – well, that was not for lack of trying! Readers, ignore all the mainstream so-called media jibber-jabber that veers into escapist territory.

HERE is where it’s at, as if it wasn’t already clear as a bell to some of us.

The National Transportation Safety Board’s initial investigation of a Tuesday’s aircraft crash in East Hartford, Connecticut should be a serious concern as it was a possible attempt to destroy one major US military defense contractor. As it seems, Muslims are possibly attempting to carry out an attack by using airplanes again.

The investigation by The National Transportation Safety Board also indicates the crash is the result of an intentional act, which means the likelihood this involves an act of terrorism. FBI and police have also raided the pilot’s apartment and are questioning three of the associates of Feras M. Freitekh, the pilot. The Jordanian students were also studying to become pilots. What is strange about this story is the ring of Muslim student pilots and the testimony of the co-pilot stating that the suicide pilot did “an altercation in the cockpit during their training flight, and the instructor was unable to regain control of the plane from the [Muslim] student pilot.”

Freitekh, a Muslim homosexual, who was killed on impact is a 28-year-old Jordanian national from a Palestinian background who was studying to become a pilot died after crashing a small plane Tuesday afternoon in Connecticut, and the instructor pilot who survived the crash said it was intentional. Family and friends of Freitekh are already writing about him on Facebook with oodles of praises from “good man” “hero” to “Allah be with him” in Arabic. Click and check it out for yourself. Rafeek Zabian comments “Our old friend, Feras Freitekh, is with Allah, after he fulfilled his dream to fly, he died as a pilot, yes, and he accomplished his dream, may Allah be with you”.

People see him kissing the tip of the propeller and they do not think. The kiss is a kiss for the tip of his missile he is using. He and the Muslims and relatives commenting know why he came to the U.S. The argument with the co-pilot that he “does not want to fly anymore” is an excuse to land early because his intention is likely to swerve at the US defense contractor facility. It would take hours to include all the other praises from folks who would seem normal to the naked eye, yet they harbor ill for the United States.

What is alarming about this crash is that the crash occurred near Pratt & Whitney, a defense contractor that makes jet engines for the military. Pratt & Whitney is a major defense contractor which manufactures military and commercial jet engines. East Hartford Police Chief called the company’s plant “critical infrastructure,” the Hartford Courant reports. Police said the FBI was contacted because of the proximity to Pratt & Whitney.

A high-ranking law enforcement source told the Hartford Courant there was an argument between the student pilot and the instructor prior to the crash. “Terrorism is a criminal act,” East Hartford Police spokesman Lieutenant Joshua Litwin said at a press conference. “There is a lot of criminal investigators on scene. Nothing has been ruled out.”

The surviving flight instructor, identified by the Courant as Arian Prevalla, was able to get out of the plane after the crash and is expected to survive. Freitekh came to the United States from Jordan in 2012 on a temporary M-1 visa for flight school. The FBI and local police raided an apartment on Annawan Street as part of the investigation, WVIT-TV reports. Neighbors told WTIC-TV that four men lived together in the apartment targeted by police. Sources told the Hartford Courant the three other men who lived there were also foreign nationals studying to become pilots.

And don’t be fooled, the pilot, Feras M. Freitekh also has another Facebook as Rafael Majdi Freitekh and he is gay with all the rainbow flags. He was not a ‘peaceful Muslim’ and neither was he a ‘peaceful gay’ after all, as society tries to arm-twist us to believe about Muslims and gays.

When on June 27th, 2015 the supreme court ruled that same-sex couples can marry nationwide, Freitekh was elated and posted the photo above on his Facebook on the same day. He then shortly after stops writing anything on his timeline for a year is perhaps the man decided to go dark becoming a lone-wolf. Freitekh’s two best buddies are also pilots and seem to be homosexuals: Omar Daher and Omar Salameh.

Shoebat.com contributor Andrew Bieszad tells us that his father works at the Hartford Grainer Airport and he has witnessed many Muslims going to that aviation flight school. “They come in, Arabs, with little english, and they pay cash and leave, never to be seen again” says Mr. Bieszad.

The suicidal Freitekh before his intentional crash, writes his other friend Hamad Yousuf Sabboubeh, another student pilot, all the friends use Arabic in English letters, he tells him “first I need to fly more before I get to the Airbus”.

DESPITE all of the above – and so much more – patriots are painfully aware that they are not dealing with leaders whose interests lie in securing the nation. Rather, said anti-Americans are working toward overturning its basis into the Shariah States of America. This is where the truth lies. The catastrophic dangers.

AND it is frighteningly the case that NYC’s latest jihad (September 17, 2016) also involved Islamic pilots, albeit while on the ground! Mind you, they absconded post haste, and right under the “watchful” eyes of the FEDS.

AS is said in Israel, sach ha’kol ….סך הכל….all in all….at the end of the day….a leadership which trains jihadi-driven soldiers at U.S. bases – regardless of their “reasoning” in doing so – surely can’t be entrusted to take care of cats and dogs, let alone the national interest. Yes, their judgment is dangerously and sorely impaired.

MORE conclusively, the very fact that this investigative journalist (with a distinguished group of others) proved via the “House of Bribes” (and with heavy-weights in agreement) that Obama Inc. is absolutely responsible for funding the largest sponsor of world jihadism, the mastermind terrorist mullahs, dovetails with the “reasoning” as to why Islam’s soldiers for Allah are given entry to “train” as pilots and gifted so many goodies.

The Washington Free Beacon reports that lawmakers led by Senators Ted Cruz and Kelly Ayotte have raised the issue with the Pentagon – which was blindsided by Team Obama’s decision to give the Iranians $1.7 billion in cash. The legislators want to know whether some of that ransom money has, predictably, fueled the mullahs’ increasingly well-armed and aggressive behavior towards American naval forces and personnel.

Either way, worse will be forthcoming from Obama’s Iran “legacy.”

MIND you, the above doesn’t even factor in the very grave national security damage accrued through HUSSEIN’s open sesame borders, entry, to tens of thousands of Islamic-infused “refugees.”

IT is a known fact, a dirty “secret”, that countless foreigners overstay their visas, many of whom should have been barred from entering the U.S. to begin with, be they students, tourists, or up to no good business types. But this is a pressing subtopic on its own merits, that which requires one commentary after another to flush out its dangerous toxins. And never mind the millions of illegals who are otherwise “lost in action”, ensconced inside America due to open sesame so-called borders.

THAT being established, when it comes to those of the Mohammedan persuasion, a particular danger accrues to the nation at large when they “go missing.” This well-informed assessment hardly requires further edification. Disinfectant.

STILL yet, before we segue to the “lost” Afghanis, it is instructive to hark back to the IED explosion at the Boston Marathon – perpetrated by Allah’s Muslim Terrorists – on April 15, 2013. Say whaaat?

WELL, when it comes to “lost” Muslims within America, it matters not a whit what their purported occupational interests are. More specifically, they are, in one way or another, above all else, soldiers for Allah. Therefore, look no further than to 6,000 plus “students” who magically “disappeared” within America, as reported at this site on September 4, 2014. In fact, some have footprints to Boston’s jihad! Incontrovertibly, many of these “students” are linked to the Muslim Brotherhood’s MSA (Muslim Student Association), whose epicenter operates from within Boston’s prominent university quads, including MIT! More indicting, several Al-Qaeda plotters were part and parcel thereof. Not only that, Huma Abedin, Clinton’s joined-at-the-hip mate, is one of the MSA’s “illustrious” Board Members!

BUT let’s get back to the Pentagon’s Afghanis….

Forty-four Afghan troops visiting the United States for military training have gone missing in less than two years, presumably in an effort to live and work illegally in America, Pentagon officials said.

Although the number of disappearances is relatively small — some 2,200 Afghan troops have received military training in the United States since 2007 — the incidents raise questions about security and screening procedures for the programs.

They are also potentially embarrassing for U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration, which has spent billions of dollars training Afghan troops as Washington seeks to extricate itself from the costly, 15-year-old war. The disclosure could fuel criticism by supporters of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, who has accused the Obama administration of failing to properly vet immigrants from Muslim-majority countries and has pledged a much tougher stance if he wins.

While other foreign troops on U.S. military training visits have sometimes run away, a U.S. defense official said that the frequency of Afghan troops going missing was concerning and “out of the ordinary.”

Since September alone, eight Afghan troops have left military bases without authorization, Pentagon spokesman Adam Stump told Reuters. He said the total number of Afghan troops who have gone missing since January 2015 is 44, a number that has not previously been disclosed.

“The Defense Department is assessing ways to strengthen eligibility criteria for training in ways that will reduce the likelihood of an individual Afghan willingly absconding from training in the U.S. and going AWOL (absent without leave),” Stump said.

Afghans in the U.S. training program are vetted to ensure they have not participated in human rights abuses and are not affiliated with militant groups before being allowed into the United States, Stump said.

The defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added there was no evidence any of those who had absconded had carried out crimes or posed a threat to the United States.

The Afghan army has occasionally been infiltrated by Taliban militants who have carried out attacks on Afghan and U.S. troops, but such incidents have become less frequent due to tougher security measures.

Trump, whose other signature immigration plan is to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, has proposed a temporary ban on Muslims seeking to enter the country, and has said that law enforcement officers should engage in more racial profiling to curb the threat of attacks on American soil.

After Omar Mateen, whose father was born in Afghanistan, killed 49 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando in June, Trump said an immigration ban would last until “we are in a position to properly screen these people coming into our country.”

BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TRAINING

Washington has allocated more than $60 billion since 2002 to train and equip Afghan troops, but security remains precarious and the Taliban are estimated to control more territory in Afghanistan than at any time since 2001 when the U.S. invaded.

Earlier this year Obama shelved plans to cut the U.S. force in Afghanistan nearly in half by year’s end, opting instead to keep 8,400 troops there through the end of his presidency in January.

The military training program brings troops to the United States from around the world in order to build on military relations and improve capabilities for joint operations.

In some cases, officials said, the Afghan students who went missing were in the United States for elite Army Ranger School and intelligence-gathering training. The officials did not identify the missing troops or their rank.

Even though the troops were in the United States for military training, they were not necessarily always on a military base.

If students under the military program are absent from training for more than 24 hours, they are considered to be “absent without leave” (AWOL) and the Department of Homeland Security is notified.

In one case the Pentagon confirmed that an Afghan student had been detained by Canadian police while attempting to enter Canada from the United States.

It was unclear how many others have been located by U.S. authorities, and the Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Nidal Hasan, the convicted shooter in the Fort Hood attack that left 13 dead and more than 30 injured, has written a letter to the head of the Islamic State, requesting to become a “citizen” of the terrorist organization.

“I formally and humbly request to be made a citizen of the Islamic State,” Hasan wrote in the letter to “Ameer, Mujahad Dr. Abu Bakr al-Baghadadi,” Fox News reported. “It would be an honor for any believer to be an obedient citizen soldier to a people and its leader who don’t compromise the religion of All-Mighty Allah to get along with the disbelievers.”

Hasan signs his letter with his name and the abbreviation SoA — Soldier of Allah.

John Galligan, the attorney for Hasan, said the letter “underscores how much of his life, actions and mental thought process are driven by religious zeal. And it also reinforces my belief that the military judge committed reversible error by prohibiting Major Hasan from both testifying and arguing … how his religious beliefs” motivate his shooting,” Fox News reported.

The court trial of Hasan generated great controversy because he was not prosecuted for a terrorist attack, but rather for an act of workplace violence.

IN other words, devoted followers of Islam, Sharia Law, are incapable of upholding a sworn allegiance to the Constitution, America. The proofs are manifest, at least for those whose eyes and ears are functioning properly.

Shariah: Under dhimmi laws enforced in modern Shariah states, Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims are not equal to Muslims before the law. Under Shariah law, women, girls, apostates, homosexuals and “blasphemers” are all denied equality under the law.

AND it is this diametrically opposed worldview, this grave internal conflict, which renders it impossible for (a preponderance of) Muslim-Americans to be loyal citizens, let alone trusted to serve in ANY military capacity.

THUS, as previously asserted, has officialdom learned anything, even as the bodies of dead and maimed Americans pile up at the hands of soldiers for Allah? Besides, how far down the rabbit hole have America’s leaders gone, that they continuously engage in risky and deadly behavior by bringing over Islamic infused soldiers to not only learn the nation’s latest military tactics, but to have the freedom to “get lost” within its vast expanse?

AS always, investigations are only as reliable as corroborative evidence brought to the fore, that which inevitably leads to a truthful conclusion, regardless of where it lands. That being said, sans proper backgrounder information, little makes sense or falls into place for the average onlooker.

RESULTANT, as a first-tier backgrounder, know that every airplane which “mysteriously” exploded or disappeared over the years, in one way or another, had causal links to Islamic terrorism. And it would take writing another book to catalog the volumes of evidence. Heavy lifting. Believe it – or not. It’s your call.

SPECIFICALLY, re the continuous cover up of Islamic terrorism within America, it is more than instructive to cite a key and main exhibit which officialdom actively buried, and continues to lie about to date. Not only that, its many moving parts involved a truck bomb-like load of evidence, as opposed to the examination of fragments from a plane’s explosion. The point being, whichever instrument of death is used is beside the point. Yes, the truth (most) always can be found in the cover up.

SO it is along this continuum of fiery trajectories deployed by Allah’s Muslim Terrorists that Americans (in general, Israelis and westerners alike) must never become pre-occupied with, that is, by allowing officialdom to distract via this and that jihadi-named hydra, nor their method of delivery. Six of one, half a dozen of another.

EFFECTIVELY, whether they operate under the sword and banner of one or another jihadi group – for instance, those who blew apart the Murrah Federal Building in 1995 in Oklahoma City, or Islamists who imploded the Twin Towers and executed every other attack in between – is beside the point. In other words, their main emphasis has nothing to do with any group allegiance, rather, their missions have everything to do with Mohammedan teachings, the roots, of Islam. Simple as that. Critical. Core.

BACK to the cover ups. To wit, 21 years after the fact, countless still believe that two anti-government domestic terrorists were solely responsible for the gravest domestic act of terror pre 9/11/01. Not by a long shot.

And, for the record, had Bubba Clinton not been in financial bed with Arab/Muslim regimes, well, 9/11/01 could have been stopped. Suffice to state, it was officialdom’s cover-ups – starting with the opening of jihad on U.S. soil in 1990, via the brazen Islamic assassination of Rabbi Meir Kahane in NYC – which opened up the door to Allah’s Muslim Terrorists on U.S. soil.

NOW that that is settled and in plain view, let’s revert back to the present. More specifically, and most recently, let’s segue to NYC as one specific exemplar. As an aside, it is this (American-Israeli) investigative journalist’s hometown ‘hood.

STILL yet, where do Mid East pilots fit into the purposefully misreported, hence, misdirected, IED pressure cooker attack on September 17, 2016 in NYC, as if it was the work of a so-called lone wolf jihadi? Everywhere.

BUT before we get to that, let’s examine just one mainstream report via US Today:

At a news conference before the discovery of a second device, Mayor Bill de Blasio said the explosion injured at least 29 people. He said the blast was intentional, but there was no specific terrorist threat.

A device believed to be a pressure cooker was subsequently found on West 27th Street, four blocks from the initial blast on West 23rd, according to the New York Police Department. “The suspicious device on West 27 Street in Chelsea has been safely removed by the NYPD Bomb Squad,” the police department tweeted at 2:24 a.m. ET Sunday.

“There is no specific and credible threat to New York City from any terror organization,” de Blasio said late Saturday at the news conference….

THEN, let’s segue to this site’s excerpted reportage:

LET’s take a brief look-back into some critical backgrounder. They will help to clarify why bombs – whatever variant – are blowing up, back-to-back, in America’s streets.

CONSEQUENTIALLY, since 2013, this site has placed heavy emphasis on said incendiary terrain. Readers, is anyone listening??

MORE specifically, the eventual (and inevitable) usage of IED’s – as a stepped-up method to jihad in America – was repeatedly noted. Basically, its flooring includes variants of pipe-bombs, pressure cookers, and the like. Said prognostication, prediction of sorts, pre-dated the jihadi blow up during Boston’s Marathon on April 15, 2013. However, the following was even more explicit, and it was dated June 2014….

TRENCHANTLY, how many patriots even heard about the aforementioned WMD dangers implanted by Allah’s Muslim Terrorists on U.S. soil, aside from this site’s publication in June 2014? And where is the reporting from the MSM on such an existential danger? Besides, don’t they possess their own counter terror and counterintelligence sources? After all, how much heavy-lifting is this investigative journalist supposed to exert? Moreover, what is the (Islamic-captured) DHS doing about it?

ALAS, fast forward to yesterday (September 17, 2016), whereby twin pipe-bomb attacks exploded. And the past being prologue, indeed, (one of) yesterday’s Islamic attack contained a pressure cooker connection, which is akin to Boston’s carnage in April 2013. Coincidence? Moreover, a bomb factory element was also an under-reported factor of the jihadi shooting in San Bernardino, CA (December 2015), perpetrated by Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik. Hmm.

ONTO jihad in New Jersey…..a targeted attack on U.S. Marines and their supporters! Incontestably, a hop, skip and a short ride to NYC, their next coordinated attack….

ONTO the jihadi pilots at hand….

A “duo came across the airline tote bag on the sidewalk between 8 and 9 p.m. on W. 27th St. between 6th and 7th Aves. They removed the pressure cooker containing the explosives and walked away with the luggage, leaving the unexploded device behind.”

The media initially told us that these duo were homeless bums. Now what is the chances of these “duo” being rather well off two Muslims and not homeless as the media told us?

This is exactly what happened. And it even gets worse, the two were not bums as we are told, but civilian Muslim PILOTS from Egypt.

ABC News stated that the two men who came across a travel bag containing an undetonated pressure cooker bomb in Chelsea have been identified as Egyptian pilots who have returned to their native country, according to the report. Law enforcement sources told ABC News the two men seen pulling the bomb from a bag on W. 27th St. on Sept. 17 — then walking off with the bag — are Egypt Air pilots.

This is what they are telling us so far.

But how about the more logical scenario. These two EgyptAir pilots were very likely also Muslim terrorists. They came with the bomb which was in the bag. They took the pressure cooker bomb out of the bag, placed the bomb, took the bag and left.

How can the scenario by the FBI make any sense? Why would two seasoned pilots accidentally find a bag, open it, see a wired pressure cooker, not know its a bomb, rob the bag (without the pressure cooker) and then cut and run? Would any logical mind buy this scenario? A bomb in a bag accidentally found by two Muslims from Egypt?

They must have known it’s a bomb because they were part of the cell.

How does this media version make any sense? Here is a photo of both, the Muslim pilots and the pressure cooker. Would anyone believe that these two pilots not know what this is all about after they see this specific pressure cooker with wires dangling from it? How can anyone believe that these two had no training being pilots about recognizing explosives? Or is it that the FBI does not want to alarm us?

If they announced suspicion that these EgyptAir pilots are possible terrorists, now we must deal with all the flights coming out of the Middle East into the U.S. This would make a huge ruckus, especially in the midst of an election.

And how far-fetched is our theory here? It is not unlikely, but possibly is the case.

For example, when Shoebat.com in May reported that EgyptAir Flight 804 which crashed into the Mediterranean Sea while traveling from Paris to Cairo, we reported that the possibility of foul-play was extremely high. First of all, the pilot was Muslim Brotherhood. Now investigators just found explosive residue (TNT) on the wreckage. We were correct. French news outlet Le Figaro reported that:

“French investigators have found traces of TNT on the plane’s debris. This could potentially support the theory that there was an explosion aboard the plane prior to the crash. The origin of the traces isn’t immediately clear, but their discovery seems to be inciting a disagreement between the French and Egyptian authorities. Egyptian officials didn’t let the French investigators examine the debris in greater detail, according to Reuters:

Egypt wishes to write a joint report with France to validate the presence of TNT on the debris. France has refused to do this because the investigators were not able to carry out an adequate inspection to determine how the traces could have got there, Le Figaro said.

Responding to Le Figaro’s report, sources on the Egyptian-led investigation committee denied the French team’s work had been obstructed.

“None of the investigators were prevented from participating in investigations, but rather the work is being done jointly according to the conduct of the investigative process,” one of the committee sources said.

Fears are growing that EgyptAir Flight 804 was downed by a ‘laptop bomb’ device similar to one which blew a man out the side of a passenger jet. Such a device could explain the reports of multiple smoke detectors going off inside the jet before it crashed. If this is the case, it could mean that terrorists have discovered a way of evading airport security checks.

And besides being able to smuggle explosives into a plane. When it comes to even the pilots of EgyptAir, there is one who influenced the pilot of MS804. Shoebat.com in May reported on Flight MS804 pilot Captain Ahmad Shukeir was an Islamist involved with Amr Khaled a well-known Muslim Brotherhood Jihadi of the first class known in Egypt.

Amr Khaled: “I was with Captain Ahmad Shukeir in the plane that is missing in one of my journeys. He is the kindest of pilots whom I travelled with. May Allah have mercy on him and give patience to his family. I hope who reads my words to pray for him and the rest of the passenger”

Amr Khaled is a Jihadi who lent material support to Jihadists in Benghazi that killed Americans. Ahmad Musa, a well-known journalist and TV personality correctly exposes Amr Khaled showing from his own voice of sending young men to Libya and Benghazi for Jihad. Khaled is an Islamic tele evangelist who runs a TV show called “The Makers of Life” and in the video link which Ahmad Musa exposes when Khaled sent material support to Libya during the attacks in Benghazi which killed Americans. Here is Khaled’s own words from the video [translated by Shoebat]:

“This is a message to our brothers in Mistrata, Tripoli and Benghazi. May Allah get vengeance from the evil doers (West). Allah will give you victory. We pray for you day and night. We sent young men to aid you [from Egypt] from our program Makers of Life to Benghazi. We sen you doctors. I dispatched a team and will communicate with you continually with the team in Benghazi and we will do our efforts and continue communicating via Youtub. We want [Islam’s] justice to be established through your hands in Libya.” (see video link in the article)

Here Khaled (the same guy you see on the photo) is calling for victory for the Jihadists against the west in Libya (May 2nd, 2011)

In the above video, it is almost identical message “we have sent aid to you in Benghazi, we will aid you… pray for you …” with the youth saying “Amen”.

We also provided the testimony of Osama Abdel Basset, the captain in charge of the air hospitality in Egyptian Air says it all: “The Captain Mohammed Shakeir, the pilot of that fateful flight” had organized a “last supper” knowing he is “about to die”:

he called on his colleagues before the incident a few days to lunch at his house hinting that the end is near, the end of his life that is and that he is ready to meet his maker and gave his farewell. He was bidding them [his friends] farewell with words that came out of his mouth for the first time in his life“

This was from Al-Hurra News which titled its article “The Call Of Death Embrace The Pilot Of The Egyptian Plane During His Last Supper”.

WOW…just calculate the fact that a recent U.S. census report noted: Record 42.4 million immigrants, 23% of school kids, Muslims biggest jump. You got that? Extrapolate the upcoming dangers!

ABOVE all else, America and Israel – its twin rooted western spearhead – must survive to save the west. And this survival depends upon the most significant two-prong volte-face: mental toughening and practical applications.

THAT being established, when it comes to shielding, aiding, abetting, or otherwise apologizing for Allah’s Muslim Terrorists, those who understand what’s what must never grant the aforementioned any – emphasis placed – quarter. This is a no-brainer.

The Board of Trustees of Oak Street Chapel in Brainerd plans to ask Pastor Todd Wooden (right) to resign in the wake of a controversial speaker coming to the church Thursday to speak against Islam. Board President Dace Julifs said Friday that Islam-expert Usama Dakdok’s presentation didn’t reflect any of the congregation’s misguided views about Islam.

“That was a pastor gone rogue,” Julifs said. “Oak Street Chapel, we are a kind and caring and open people.”Wooden has been a member of the non-denominational Christian church since 2000 and has pastored the church since 2013.

Julifs denounced both the presentation and comments Wooden made in a Dispatch article that ran Friday. Although Julifs did know about the presentation in advance, he said, he was under the impression it would be an ~~informative~~ deceptive meeting about the Muslim community and how non-Muslims could co-exist with them (they can’t).

The presentation wasn’t sanctioned, he said. Wooden is supposed to represent all of the congregation, but instead he looked out for the needs of just one member: Daryl Bahma, whose “Defenders of the Constitution” sponsored the event in the first place. “They took it upon themselves to use our facilities,” Julifs said. “(The) people at Oak Street Chapel are such good people. It’s tearing me up to know that they got ran through the mud like this.” (No, they were confronted with the truth about Islam)

The church was forced to take down its website because of all the negative messages they received in response to the presentation, Julifs said. He said the church’s web administrator was reduced to tears after she read some of them.(Oh, please, save your crocodile tears. Those negative comments were coerced by a twitter post from designated terrorist group CAIR)

Contacted by the Dispatch and informed the board wanted him to resign, Wooden laughed. He said he didn’t regret Dakdok speaking in the church and that he wouldn’t resign. “Why would I?” he said.

Wooden said a screaming match between Dakdok and several protesters was “unnecessary.” He also took issue with Dakdok repeatedly calling Americans “stupid” for their acquiescence to the spread of Muslims. Whether Dakdok’s presentation was Islamophobic, though, Wooden couldn’t say for sure.

“I don’t know how to answer that, really, because I really don’t understand all the elements of Islam at this point,” he said and later added “that would be like calling a Muslim-American America-phobi(c), wouldn’t it? Because they’re so passionate about Islam being the only way to bring peace to this world.”

Now, the congregation will decide whether Wooden stays on as a pastor. Wooden said the board doesn’t have the authority to ask for his resignation. None of the board members were at Dakdok’s presentation, he said. Asked whether he contacted the board directly about the presentation, Wooden said there were flyers distributed at the church that announced it.

He said he talked to the chair of the church’s ministry and several members of the church who gave him positive feedback about the presentation. Asked to specifically name people, Wooden said that would be a breach of pastor-parishioner confidentiality.

EVEN more so, what about the brazen, in-your-face Muslim-American “activists”, you know, those who openly proclaim their jihadi aspirations while under the proverbial wings of officialdom, be it in NYC or elsewhere? In a video posted on her Facebook page on September 21, New York-based Egyptian-American activist Ayat Oraby called the Coptic church “a gang, striving to establish a Coptic mini-state,” and “a full-fledged mafia,” and described Pope Tawadros as “a criminal.” Oraby called upon Muslims to participate in an economic boycott of Copts, saying that: “They must be made to understand that the crescent must be on top of the cross.”

ACCORDING to public consumption, the FBI is designated the most effective domestic law enforcement arm in the west, and perhaps in the world. Yes and no.

YES, it is, if said ranking is judged by the following yardstick: which agency possesses an endless list of highly advanced tech tools, coupled with the most rigorous training available to solve major crimes, whatever the category within the criminal or civil arena? Indeed, under the aforementioned rubric, the FBI is certainly in the lead. On the other hand, NO, it is not, when the measurement falls under preventative action, notably, vis-à-vis domestic militant Islamic jihadi terror.

ADVISEDLY, this assessment is not smack-talk, nor judged without authoritative basis. If only.

IN reality, there are two parallel tracks which render said ominous verdict.

First, let’s examine the politically tainted realm: consequentially, when it comes to pre-emptive round ups of jihadis (aside from scooping up some low-level Islamists via entrapment), the fact is that field agents have their hands tied into knots.This is the case due to the instructions handed down from top brass, so ordered ala HUSSEIN and surrogates. The proofs are manifest. Resultant, it is absolutely impossible to pre-empt attacks before they blow up. Simple as that.
In a nutshell, the FBI has become an Islamic captured and neutered agency. In reality, Director James Comey has become an unconscionable political hack, thus, Islamists and political criminality run amok. Incontestably, emailgate tells the dangerously high-stakes tale.
Second, in parallel, a piggy-backed tier rests with the purposeful bastardized misinformation taught to FBI agents (incoming and seasoned) re Islam and its inextricable relationship to jihad. In effect, time and again, those who are often interrogated are let off the hook, only to commit massive acts of jihad!

ON the other hand, it is the case that the FBI (with assistance from local law enforcement, particularly, the NYPD) is adept at (what is known as) “mop-up” operations, that which includes tracking, tracing, and subsequently arresting jihadi perpetrators AFTER the fact. In real terms, they must execute their terror plot(s), before they can be brought to heel! Yes, the FBI has been reduced to being a reactive agency, in juxtaposition to an offensive domestic intelligence force.

IN this regard, it is instructive to take a look-back (September 2014) at an excerpted threat analysis entitled, ISIS, Islam And Obama: Understanding The Threat To The Free World, that which foretold the inability of the Federal and State policing agencies to prevent Islamic jihadis from exploding within America.

Wolff Bachner: Since Obama took office in 2009, U.S. law enforcement has been under constant pressure from the White House to restrict their efforts to examine Islam as a source of terrorism.

How has Obama changed law enforcement’s ability to detect and control Islamic terrorism and why on earth would our President try to restrict law enforcement’s ability to get to the root of terrorist activity?

Are the American people properly protected from a potential terrorist attack under Obama’s new rules and regulations?

Why are Obama and his administration so unwilling and / or unable to acknowledge the absolutely unavoidable connection between Islam and the vast majority of the violence in the world today?

David Gaubatz: U.S. law enforcement are not properly trained to conduct adequate Islamic based counter-terrorism operations. Obama and his staff have restricted the training our law enforcement receives. The training can never discuss the Islamic ideology itself. The trainers can only discuss individual terrorist organizations such as Al Qaeda, ISIS and Hamas. Their training does not focus on Islamic groups only; they must equally discuss U.S. militia (non-Muslim) groups.

I think most Americans believe Obama although maybe not a full-fledged Muslim, but a man who puts Islam and Shariah law ahead of the U.S. Constitution. Our national security is more vulnerable in 2014 than it has ever been in history. Obama and his senior Muslim leaders whom he has appointed to important government positions are destroying America from within.

Our first line defenders (U.S. law enforcement) are not protecting our country. They are great at reacting to terrorists attacks, but fail at conducting proactive terrorist investigations before an attack. Our liberal media will hype a FBI investigation involving a couple of very low-level Muslims threatening America, but they can never stop major attacks like 9-11. Americans are becoming tiresome when it comes to our law enforcement responding to terrorist attacks, they demand protection that prevents attacks. If our law enforcement and military had the same rigorous and valuable training the Israeli police and military receive we would be able to protect our country……

MORE specifically, two years onward, the sobering threat analysis from September 2014 is that much more terrifying. Not only have Allah’s Muslim Terrorists become more deeply entrenched within officialdom, but their battle- hardened brothers and sisters are coming in as force multipliers through HUSSEIN’s open-door “refugee” resettlement program.

THUS, the following threat analysis from the very same counter terror/counter intelligence expert, Dave Gaubatz, should be considered as a last chance clarion call to the patriotic community in America. The threat is that dire. Listen up. Pay heed.

UPDATES: I have focused on collecting first-hand counter-terrorism intelligence from various mosques across America. Recently, I was in Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama. It is apparent the influence of ISIS and the other Islamic terrorist groups are making a major influence in the mosques. They are controlled primarily by Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and the materials they have inside are violent, anti-America/Israel, and anti-Christianity/Judaism. Of course, and they still have materials calling for killing innocent people all over the world, yes, my friends right here in America. They still advocate child marriages and slavery, especially young girls. There is something important we must keep in mind: Not all people who pray in mosques will commit violent acts, but all Muslims who have committed violent acts have worshiped at a mosque.

Mosques in America are safe havens for Islamic terrorists and are the breeding grounds for future terrorists. Our law enforcement are ignoring the mosques for two reasons. First they have their hands tied by the federal government led by Obama. Second, they have no idea on how to investigate a mosque or what to even look for inside the mosque.

There are over 2300 mosques in America. I have been inside over 280. Unless our government completely closes down each and every mosque we will never be safe from Islamic terrorism.

OUR FBI

The pic on the right is from an Islamic manual that is prevalent in mosque Sunni mosques. The manual discusses the hatred the Muslim community has for our law enforcement and encourages violence against them.

The role of our FBI must be changed. They are poor at being proactive. They are not trained to prevent Islamic terrorist acts. Our FBI are the greatest investigators in the world at resolving a crime once it has been committed, but are failures at preventing the violent acts. The majority of cases the FBI claims to have prevented are actually instances in which they entrapped low level Muslims with anti-American sentiment. Americans no longer are satisfied with our law enforcement showing up at Islamic terrorist events such as recently in NY and NJ, and blasting their sirens, taping off crime scenes, and then boasting on all the media networks at how fast they responded. Responding to a terrorist scene is not defeating Islamic terrorism. Responding is a failure of our security system. Our FBI needs to be restructured so they simply solve crimes and not proactively tries to prevent them.

America needs a separate department to work solely on stopping Islamic terrorism before it happens. They must be properly trained by American counter-terrorism professionals who understand that the Islamic ideology itself is the enemy we are facing and not individual terror groups.

I continually watch our inadequate news networks inform Americans to report all suspicious activity involving possible terrorism to our FBI. In reality this is how it works. Americans across our lands report suspicious activity to Law enforcement on a daily basis about Muslims suspected in criminal activity. In the vast majority of cases the FBI makes the American feel as though he/she is an Islamaphobe, bigot, and hater of all Muslims. I get letters of frustration from Americans on a regular basis who have tried to do their civic duty. Just as with the recent Muslim terrorist in NY, his father had informed the FBI he was involved in terrorist activity and was a bad person with anti-American feelings. The FBI ignored the father! If the FBI will ignore the father of a suspected terrorist, do you honestly believe they will listen to an American citizen with no connection to the alleged suspect? Of course not.

A POINT TO PONDER: As parents we have enough common sense to warn our children not to talk with strangers, get into a car with a stranger, or invite a stranger into our homes. Our law enforcement emphasize this as well. It is common knowledge many of our children have been raped and murdered by the hands of strangers. On the other hand the government of Obama informs the American people to do just the opposite. They tell parents and our children to welcome strangers from a part of the world and from a religion (Islam) that has tried to destroy non-Muslim countries for 1500 years and who to this day advocate the destruction of Israel and America. These strangers (refugees) are invited into our neighborhoods with no vetting and no supervision and Obama wants our children to open the doors of their sacred homes and allow the strangers in. Advice: Listen to your parents and not Obama’s government.

WITH the above life and death analysis out in the open, to wit, is it inaccurate to finally assess: truth dare be told, FBI training more than falls short, misses the mark, when it comes to protecting Americans from jihadi terror. If not, why not?

EXTRAPOLATING further, if the evidence presented is brought to its most logical and rational end-point, the question becomes: how long will it take before the following takes place within America, and on a more than intermittent basis?

A gunman killed Sunday the prominent Christian Jordanian writer Nahed Hattar outside a court where he was facing charges for sharing a cartoon deemed to be offensive to Islam.
Mr Hattar died after being shot three times and the gunman was reportedly arrested. Witnesses said that the shooting took place in front of the court-house in Amman, the Jordanian capital.
The 56-year-old writer was arrested in August after posting a cartoon mocking jihadists on his Facebook account.

CONCLUSIVELY, if there are still Americans, you know, the doubting Thomas types, who believe that the FEDS wouldn’t dare to ignore reports on active jihadi planning, well, they would be wrong!

AS previously stated for the record, this investigative journalist possesses first-hand knowledge re a long-standing, currently active, mega jihadi operation, that which was reported to the FEDS, but willfully ignored. In fact, the amount of intelligence handed over was enough to catch them red-handed. No doubt.

AS is said, every dog has its day. The urgent question is: Will the following (national) criminally-bent dogs be brought to heel, that is, before they bring America to her knees? Well, from this highly informed perch, the assessment is: Ominously, much more damage will accrue – due to their (and others) corrosive and collusive treachery – before any measure of justice is meted out. Effectively, any semblance of righting said wrongs will emanate via the public – ala a massive groundswell of wrath – as opposed to from the thoroughly compromised “justice” system. As if. Trenchantly, the crook’s are in charge of “law and order.”

CONSEQUENTIALLY, with a bought and paid for FBI Director at the helm – yes, he is – who exactly is going to bring him to heel, thus, rounding up the rest of the suspects, other than millions of patriots demanding his removal and more? Huh and duh?

IT is along this nation-shattering trajectory that countless have been asking some very pressing questions. Inestimably, they are of national (and international) import.

ONE such query is: Why did James Comey, the Director of the FBI, exonerate Hillary Clinton from the (legal) hook? Mind you, he knows full well that she (more than) meets the legal threshold for indictment, to the point of laying out a bullet-proof prosecutorial case in his testimony before Congress!

SO, what the hell is going? As an aside, forget the following spin: Haven’t you heard, he is reported to be an “honest” man. In a word: Hogwash.

INDEED, he possesses all the requisite proofs for Clinton’s indictment. Most are found within a treasure trove of emails. Trails. In tandem, as a result, a host of additional indictable offenses seep to the fore.

NOW, even though he affiliates with the Republican Party, one (of several) nonsensical mantra spins like this: Indeed, he would never “take a hit” for Hill, after all, he is a Republican and she is a Democrat! Stipulated, he served under Bush as deputy attorney general under John Ashcroft for two years, but so what? Never mind. Republican slush and hush (read: criminal) money is a mirror image of their Demster counterparts. Not only that, he was appointed FBI Director (in 2013) under Obama Inc., and that’s not an inconsequential factor. Think: Quid pro quo. We will get to that. Incontestably, both parties are up to their necks in pay-for-play dirty dealings.

When President Obama nominated Comey to become FBI director in 2013, Comey promised the United States Senate that he would recuse himself on all cases involving former employers.

But Comey earned $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed Martin. Lockheed Martin became a Clinton Foundation donor that very year.

Comey served as deputy attorney general under John Ashcroft for two years of the Bush administration. When he left the Bush administration, he went directly to Lockheed Martin and became vice president, acting as a general counsel.

How much money did James Comey make from Lockheed Martin in his last year with the company, which he left in 2010? More than $6 million in compensation.

Lockheed Martin is a Clinton Foundation donor. The company admitted to becoming a Clinton Global Initiative member in 2010.

WITH the above build-up of indictable offenses (against the obvious email suspect(s), and those who shield themselves under “legal” umbrellas), let’s flesh the case out by encircling the triad; Obama Inc., Clinton Inc., and Director Comey to HSBC launderers!

HSBC enabled thousands of Americans and others – including drug traffickers, arms dealers and “wealthy power players” around the world – to avoid taxes by hiding their money in a Swiss bank they owned.

These are unscrupulous people.

So, of course, Hillary Clinton is tied to them.

However, not just Hillary, Loretta Lynch, James Comey and even Barack Obama, has ties to the criminal organization at HSBC.

Loretta Lynch’s Ties:

Loretta Lynch – then the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Manhattan – reportedly brokered the deal with Holder, that allowed HSBC to pay fines instead of being criminally charged. The settlement was highly criticized, and Lynch and Holder were accused of acting as if the bank was “too big to prosecute,” and people likened the fine (without criminal charges) to a parking ticket.

James Comey’s Ties:

James Comey was nominated by Obama for a post on HSBC’s Board of Directors in June 2012, and he was subsequently appointed to the board on March 4, 2013. He served on the HSBC’s Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee. Comey’s appointment was for three years, however, he resigned effective Sept. 4, 2013, following his confirmation to serve as FBI Director.

Hillary Clinton’s Ties:

Hillary Clinton also benefited from HSBC’s Swiss bank account division during the same time period – leaked files revealed the identities of at least seven donors who were HSBC clients and contributed to the Clinton Foundation – to the tune of $81 million in total contributions.

It seems like every time you turn around Hillary is tied to another scandal or unscrupulous organization.

INESTIMABLY, the above is just the tip of their criminal spear!

BUT not to forgotten in the aforementioned indictments, countless are still unaware of Obama Inc.’s and Clinton Inc.’s propensity for piling up “mysterious” deaths. As always, whistleblowers who go up against their Mafia-like syndicates “coincidentally” die, just as they are about to expose all manner of criminal dealings. Adding insult to grievous injury, what are the chances that AG Lynch’s Justice Department, or Comey’s FBI, would have prosecuted, even had they survived to publicly record this and that? Do pigs fly? Nevertheless, death is a permanent state, hence, no (murderous) stone is left unturned.

EVEN so, that shouldn’t stop the rest of us from sounding national alarms. Once again, let’s just place more of the same on the record, but this time via Wikileaks and its explosive (murder-laden) email trails!

The source of the leaks was all but confirmed by Wikileaks to have been a DNC insider and not a Russian operative. Said insider, Seth Rich, was shot and murdered in a senseless crime that many suspect was a politically-motivated homicide. The murder of a Wikileaks’ lawyer also followed a few days later.

MOST significantly, it has become increasingly apparent that those in charge of America’s power centers (in countless countries alike, but let’s stick to U.S. hyper-bases) are criminally corrupt, never mind morally compromised. No doubt, they are gangsters in professional and political garb.

IN this regard, this investigative journalist’s charge-sheet is beyond dispute. Such is the case, even first-year law students and fledgling investigative journalists can pick up their trails. Scents. They are that transparent.

CONCOMITANTLY, co-conspirators are always on hand to cover up their crimes, as well as to mislead the public in the opposite direction. Yet, there are none more dangerous than collusive media whores, many of whom are bought and paid for. This too is beyond dispute.

STILL yet, not to veer too far off course, who recalls the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 during Clinton Inc.’s, aka Murder Inc., reign of criminal terror? Oh yeah. Just hark-back to the fabricated tales re the Murrah building’s incineration (that which had so many jive-talking holes in it), and know that a fully loaded truck could have been rammed through it, with barely making a dent in the process! Mind you, countless lies were uncovered through exhaustive investigative work, much of which was conducted by Jayna Davis via The Third Terrorist. Not only that, Obama Inc. had a (cover-up) hand in it too! Indeed, less than six degrees separated.

THE point being, if someone truly wants to get to the bottom of officialdom’s cesspool, there is no better place to start wading through, other than into Obama and Clinton Inc.’s cesspool of muck. Of course, expect that the FBI’s higher-ups will execute their “due diligence”, as they perpetrate the requisite cover-ups!

AND the very fact that HSBC banksters – a veritable jacked-up laundering financial conglomerate, a slush house – are part and parcel of the aforementioned, it tells us that America’s power brokers are wholly and irredeemably compromised. So much so, even the head of the FBI has no compunction about ignoring his sworn duty to uphold the Constitution, the laws of the land. His lies, Obama and Clinton Inc.’s alike, are akin to what transpires under third world juntas, reaching to the point of criminal misconduct which would land average folks in jail for many decades to come. No parole.

WHEN it comes to internalizing what lies in wait, there is little more resonant and indicative, other than what has already taken place. As is said, past is prologue.

THAT being established, one needn’t be steeped in the jihadi muck, nor an expert in Islamic terrorism, to understand that Allah’s Muslim terrorists are continuously on the march. Upswing.

AS a matter of record, an increasing amount of Mohammedans have stepped up their attack-modes within America (Europe alike), most recently at Orlando’s Pulse Nightclub in June 2016. In fact, its carnage was the largest since 9/11/01. Indeed, a prevailing indicator.

EVEN more so, a foreshadowing to the awaiting carnage must be viewed through the cumulative, overriding, and overarching evidence housed at this site. Impenetrable. Bullet-proof.

IN this regard, even if one is delusional enough to believe that Orlando’s Islamic- inspired carnage was a fluke, well, the non-comatose should wade through more than a few jihadi rife states to figure out what’s what.

BUT if one exhibit stands out as a pre-indicator – that is, without even factoring in the awaiting, stepped-up, jihad due to upwards of 110,00 ! thousand of hijrah-driven “refugees” on tap from Islam’s hotbed(s) in the Mid East – look no further than to the years of infestation and penetration of Somalis in America!!

DEMONSTRABLY, the following should be considered this site’s short list:

Minnesota has already bowed to Islam, concomitantly, non-Muslims are exhorted: go to hell!
Indeed, Somalis top the FBI’s Most Wanted List, and they are hiding in plain sight!
Yes, America is in grave danger, and Somalis are part and parcel to the jihadi peril. Encirclement.

SO, how shocking is it to find out that Somali jihadis are terrorizing to rape women within Minnesotastan?

A mob of around 30 young Somali Muslim men terrorized an upscale community near the Lake Calhoun area earlier last week. “They were screaming at the house that they were going to kidnap you and they were going to rape you,” said one Minneapolis resident, “It was a very traumatizing experience.”

Most of the Somali Muslims who live in Minnesota are Sunni Muslim and residents say this is not the first time mobs have showed up to frighten the town, which is filled with million dollar homes. The U.S. State Department, working with the United Nations, has permanently resettled more than 132,000 Somali ”refugees” into dozens of American cities since 1983, according to federal data collected by the State Department.

HOW much clearer can it get?? But we are not done yet.

AS oft analyzed at these pages, within interviews, and a recently released book on the subject matter of militant Islamic jihad, without a clear understanding of Islam’s “prophet”, Muhammad, it is impossible to truly recognize the impending dangers at bay.

FOR when one accepts that the core problem of Islam lies in the absolute belief that God talked to Muhammad and dictated the contents of the Koran to him, intrinsically, that the Koran is God’s word, it becomes clear as to why countless, millions upon millions, Muslims act on the many incitements to violence within its pages.

NOT only that, Europe’s rapid fall to Islam should not only serve as a primary foreshadowing to America’s freedom-based demise, but it should scare the hell out of those who would rather die, than to fall under the banner of Sharia Law! Yes, Islam’s boot and sword.

BOTTOM LINE

THUS, a primary and take-away guide-post, a lesson learned, must be stated for the record: the Second Amendment’s value is only as relevant as those who “cling” to its basis. Whereby, law-abiding citizens recognize that they have a right, an obligation, to protect themselves from an out of control leadership, as well as from clear and present dangers. Assuredly, Islam’s encirclement more than qualifies as such.

AS oft stated, mosques are the epicenter of jihad, resultant, they must be countered.

BUT what exactly can turn the tide, so to speak?

A local militia is planning an armed protest Tuesday evening at the historic Newton County courthouse after local law enforcement launched an investigation into the group.

The protest is scheduled to take place at the same time as a planned Board of Commissioners meeting that was cancelled due to security concerns. Commissioners were expected to lift a temporary moratorium on new places of worship at that meeting, paving the way for a proposed Muslim burial ground and mosque, which the militia opposes.

The investigation was opened after several members of Georgia Security Force III% made a video of themselves over the weekend protesting the presence of Muslims in the county and allegedly trespassing on the site of the proposed cemetery and mosque.

TRENCHANTLY, as far as the PC captured, left-ward and Islamic-bent media is concerned, the nation’s axis is turned topsy-turvy. Effectively, it is Allah’s Muslim terrorists who “deserve” to be heard, even as they abuse democracy to attain their Sharia Law goals, that which are diametrically opposed to America’s Constitutional basis! On the other hand, non-Muslims, patriots at large, are told by Islam’s barbarians and officialdom across the nation: go to hell!

CONSEQUENTIALLY, it is with this knowledge base firmly implanted in mind that patriots within America – by extension, throughout the west – must come to the most urgent, realistic, and ominous conclusion: America will submit to Islam without armed protests, at the very least. Incontestably, demos, per se, are useless and toothless, when up against Mohammedans whose belief system is steeped in nihilism and a unique form of paganism, albeit, cloaked in monotheism.

CONCLUSIVELY, by continuing to behave in a PC captured and addled manner, countless dead Americans will – sooner than later – pile up. It will render what took place on 9/11/01 as a mere sideshow, footnote, to jihad in America!

Imminent and Ominous: The Facebook-Jihadi Nexus (REVIEW)

For most Americans, Israelis and other Westerners, Facebook is a benign and useful forum through which to catch up with old friends, make new ones, connect with relatives and engage in virtual exchanges of information.

There is, however, a much darker side to the picture. An increasing number of Islamist terrorists, well-versed in modern technology and its usage for jihad-related tasks, are exploiting the world-wide reach of social networking for their own nefarious purposes – despite the fact that, paradoxically, their principal mission is to recreate, on a global scale, anachronist and oppressive realties from centuries ago.

It is precisely to exposing this disturbing development that the hard-hitting and disconcerting book Banned: How Facebook Enables Militant Islamic Jihad is devoted.

Written by Israeli-American Adina Kutnicki, a widely-read investigative blogger, and Joe Newby, a veteran of the US Marines and, today, an IT expert and conservative columnist — in unabashedly earthy language, replete with robust and unapologetic, politically-incorrect depictions of militant Islam — it raises an increasingly grave problem, which, as the title suggests, is both imminent and ominous: The growing confluence between the world’s largest and most influential public forum, the social network giant Facebook, and the world’s most menacing purveyor of global terror – militant Jihadist Islam.

Kutnicki and Newby could have wished for no greater affirmation of the urgency and gravity of the subject they focus on than the somber caveat issued by the Left-leaning, former head of Israeli military intelligence, Maj. Gen. (res.) Amos Yadlin, to which the authors refer in the course of their threat analysis.

Speaking in January at an international CyberTech Conference at Tel Aviv University on what comprised the major threat facing Israel today, Yadlin warned: “The most dangerous nation in the Middle East acting against Israel is the state of Facebook.”

Pointedly, he added, “It has a lot more power than someone operating a military force.”

Testifying to the severity of the impact of social networking on the physical security of every day citizens, the well-known Hebrew news website NRG wrote, “The social networks on the web are constantly feeding hate to young Palestinians and encouraging them to commit acts of terror.”

Government ministers in Israel have been even more explicit in pointing accusing fingers at Facebook as a tool of terror, strongly substantiating the central message of Kutnicki and Newby. Thus, after the horrific murder last June of 13-year-old Hallel Jaffa Ariel, Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan and Education Minister Naftali Bennett expressly assigned blame to Facebook for the ongoing spate of killings that had afflicted Israeli society for months.

Erdan was particularly harsh in his censure, asserting that the Palestinian terrorist who stabbed to death the Israeli-American teenager Hallel Yaffa Ariel, in her bedroom, announced his intentions on the website before committing the murder.

He continued:

I have no doubt that Facebook, today, which brought a positive revolution to the world, unfortunately since the rise of ISIS, has simply become a monster… The young generation in the Palestinian Authority suckles all of its incitement against Israel from Facebook and, in the end, goes and commits murders…Some of the blood of the victims of the recent attacks, including that of Hallel, may her memory be blessed, is unfortunately on the hands of Mark Zuckerberg…

However, although Kutnicki and Newby recognize that Israel has long been at the epicenter of the battle against militant Jihadi Islam, they do not limit the focus to the Israeli sphere alone. They expand their study to the pernicious impact of this radical ideology world-wide, with particular emphasis on the West in general, and the US in particular.

But the real crux of Banned is the exposure of the divergent and discriminatory standards that Facebook appears to employ in its attitude towards posts, pages and groups that are sympathetic towards militant Islam on the one hand, and those critical of it, on the other.

Kutnicki and Newby catalogue numerous cases in which Facebook groups that opposed, or warn of, the malevolent aspects have been removed — often without reason or explanation. By contrast, posts that expound venomous — even violent — pro-Jihadi content have been allowed to continue to spread their hateful message, despite complaints as to their objectionable and intimidating nature.

Similar bias prevails against pro-Israeli postings and in favor of anti-Israel ones. Indeed the authors relate in accurate detail a case which I personally experienced, when a fast growing pro-Israel group page I established, “Support Israel’s Intellectual Warriors,” was subjected to a late night barrage of hard-core porn and repulsive horror images from Muslim sources.

As Kutnicki and Newby report, I immediately expunged the offending material, but Facebook removed the group stating I had violated its standards. Explanations from me and numerous outraged protests from angry members were all to no avail. The group was never reinstated — thus punishing the victim of the actions of the transgressors.

In summary then, Banned should be seen as a timely clarion call to all lovers of liberty, tolerance and diversity — and a jarring wake up call for action by the West, before it is too late .

BE that as it may, those with their faculties intact – let alone who possess a modicum of political clarity and moral integrity- surely intuit that HUSSEIN’s administration did everything to empower ISIS ala the Sunni Brotherhood Mafia, at the same time that he brought Iran’s mullah masterminds to (“legally” sanctioned) nuclear-armed status. What an overachiever! No doubt.

BUT before we get to the heart of the matter, the meat, so to speak, it is imperative to internalize the underlining basis of the most dangerous “deal” ever made between the leadership of the Free World and Islam’s terrorist masterminds.

IN other words, the question becomes: Why would any western leadership get in bed with anti-American, nihilistic, genocidal mullahs, regardless of anything else? Well, in a nutshell, the smoke begins to clear when the money trails are followed. Thus, the MEGA financial deals are revealed. Inextricably, for a certain subset, said collusion is a combination of greed and ideological kinship. Indeed, this is particularly the case for HUSSEIN and his main surrogates, namely, Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett, John Kerry, a few others within his administration, and his key puppeteer, George-the devil incarnate-Soros. Two-fers.

LIKE it or not, the above charges have been proven via the thoroughly documented exposé, the “House of Bribes.” Incontrovertibly, this evidentiary trail was amassed more than a year before the Washington Times confirmed as much, just this past week.

The Obama administration and its allies cut a “secret” agreement allowing Iran to evade key restrictions under last year’s nuclear deal so Tehran would be able to receive major sanctions relief by the deal’s deadline, according to a report Thursday that put the White House on the defensive again about the controversial deal.

The report from the Institute for Science and International Security — a think tank run by a prominent former U.N. weapons inspector — said loopholes have been created to allow Iran to exceed limits set by the actual deal on the amount of uranium it can keep on hand in its various nuclear facilities.

Republicans were quick to jump on the report from the respected think tank, which comes as Iran’s military has staged a series of aggressive challenges to the U.S. Navy in the Persian Gulf and Mr. Obama was already under fire for his handling of a prisoner swap with Tehran in January that coincided with the payment of a major settlement to Iran.

“The exemptions or loopholes are happening in secret, and it appears that they favor Iran,” David Albright, the former inspector, told Reuters, which first reported on Thursday’s report, the claims of which have not been officially verified.

Clearly stung, administration officials pushed back hard Thursday, claiming the assertions were baseless and that lawmakers on Capitol Hill were briefed on both the public and classified parts of the deal.

The notion that some sort of secret deal undercut the nuclear agreement is simply “not founded,” said State Department spokesman John Kirby, who said a team now overseeing the accord’s implementation “has not and will not loosen any of the commitments, and has not provided any exceptions that would allow Iran to retain or process material in excess of its [the agreement’s] limits.”

“There’s been no moving of the goalposts,” Mr. Kirby said. “Any suggestion to the contrary is just false.”

But critics were already pouncing. The report “will deepen concerns the administration is hiding damaging information about concessions it’s made to Iran,” said Omri Ceren, a managing director at the Washington-based Israel Project.

“ISIS confirmed the U.S. and its partners gave Iran exemptions,” Mr. Ceren wrote in an email blasted out to news organizations, using an acronym for the Islamic State. “As with past concessions, Congress was only briefed on the details ‘in a confidential manner,’ and so the details were kept from the public.”

The report is likely to deepen frustration among Republicans, whose presidential nominee, Donald Trump, has vowed to overturn the deal if elected in November.

The agreement, signed by Iran with the U.S., Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany, eases a series of international economic sanctions on Tehran in exchange for curbs of up to 15 years on Iran’s suspect nuclear programs.

Several GOP lawmakers have accused Mr. Obama of intentionally keeping Congress in the dark on critical details of the deal reached last summer.

“This is yet another example of the administration’s false choice it presented to the American people in selling the flawed Iranian deal that provides the mullahs a patient pathway to the bomb,” Sen. Corey Gardner, Colorado Republican, said Thursday.

The administration was already under fire for a $400 million cash payment in January to Iran on the same day five Americans held prisoner by Iran were freed. The money was part of a settlement for a failed U.S. military sale to Iran dating back decades.

Mr. Obama had vigorously denied the payment was a kind of “ransom,” but the ransom payment’s timing was sensitive. It came just as the so-called “joint commission” of international officials assigned to oversee the implementation of the Iran nuclear deal were finalizing the accord’s final terms with Tehran. Mr. Kirby later acknowledged the payment was held up as “leverage” to make sure the American prisoners were allowed to leave Iran.

The two most striking exemptions, according to the Islamic State report, relate to Iran’s uranium stockpiles. The report said commission members secretly agreed to allow Iran to exceed the nuclear deal’s publicly stated limits on how much low-enriched uranium it can possess — material that, if purified into highly enriched uranium, could be used to develop a nuclear weapon.

It also cites a “knowledgeable” but unidentified senior official saying that some of Iran’s nuclear facilities would not have been in compliance with the deal by Jan. 16, the deadline for the beginning of sanctions relief, if the exemptions weren’t granted.

The Islamic State analysts say Obama administration officials actually informed Congress of the exemptions in a confidential report on that very day, the so-called “Implementation Day” of the nuclear accord. But Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, a leading critic of the Iran deal and a senior member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, told Reuters that he “was not aware, nor did I receive any briefing [on the exemptions].”

Committee Chairman Bob Corker, Tennessee Republican, told wire services that the Obama administration was “willing to accommodate Iran at every turn to implement a flawed agreement that granted Tehran billions in sanctions relief and paved the way for the industrialization of its nuclear program.”

AUDACIOUSLY, Ben Rhodes, the administration’s masterful storyteller, spin-meister and propagandist, admitted that their goal was “to spin the f-ck out of” the so-called “deal”, that which had been in the bag all along!

Ben Rhodes, President Obama’s Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications, is highlighted in a recent piece by the New York Times which quotes Rhodes as admitting the Obama administration lied to the American people, Congress, and our allies in how they “spun” the Iran deal.

The revelations are simply astonishing but not surprising. It seems the goal behind the Iran deal was to extricate the United States from long-standing alliances in the Middle East, including Israel. This was done to be able to close the Iran nuclear agreement.

The Soviet Union would have been proud. This disclosure shows that anything the Obama administration puts out is nothing short of sheer propaganda and cannot be trusted; but, we knew that already didn’t we.

The reaction to the NYT piece by David Samuels has been swift and fierce. Hudson Institute adjunct fellow Michael Pregent opined: “Dude thinks he’s on ‘House of Cards’ – Rhodes lied to sell Iran Deal and is proud of it.”

ASIDE from all else, it is incontestably the case that the knock-on effects from a leadership’s appeasement of an avowed enemy – regardless of the impetus behind it – will inevitably endanger national security, and to the nth degree.

AND it is this supine behavior which underlined the payment of 400 mil in ransom, despite HUSSEIN’s jive-talk and his surrogate mouthpieces alike. If it looks like a duck….

Republicans have charged that the initial $400 million was nothing more than a “ransom” payment as it coincided with the release of the prisoners, including Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian. They say the new revelations about the administration’s interest payments are more of the same.

“What’s worse than a $400 million cash ransom to Iran? A $1.7 billion cash ransom to Iran,” House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.) said in a statement late Tuesday. “This cash bonanza has emboldened Iran’s radical regime, and undermined America’s national security.”

House GOP leaders are putting a new Iran measure from Royce to prevent such cash payments at the top of their to-do list during the four weeks they are back in session before the November election, with a vote expected in the full House this month.

WHICH leads us straight to the continual harassment of U.S. ships from Iran’s fleets, upon orders emanating from Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Hosseini Khamenei, the Grand Ayatollah, the terror mastermind of all masterminds!

MIND you, despite all the geo-political hyper-layers – that which underline how the U.S. came from there to here – the fact remains that in relationship to Obama Inc.’s embrace of the world’s largest sponsor of terrorism (alongside Saudi Arabia’s Sunni terror apparatus…but never mind), Americans must internalize the core factor of humiliation. STIPULATED, this investigative journalist and Muslim Brotherhood expert knows the ins and outs of Islamic jihad, to a degree that chapter and verse is more apropos a descriptor.

THAT being established, this arena includes keeping abreast of where an increasing amount of non-publicized – emphasis placed – jihadis are hiding (some of whom are in plain sight) within America. Now, it is not as if the desire isn’t there to publicly name them. To the contrary. But having alerted the authorities (on multiple occasions) to this and that plot – with the understanding that they are tasked to see no Islamic evil and hear no Islamic evil – well, “others” are forced to step in to rattle some cages. And it is these “others” who are the real American heroes. Patriots. That’s all you need to know about that.

MIND you, when given the go-ahead to out them, it’s always a top priority within these pages. Be that as it may, as will be seen (and in the overall scheme of the dangers at hand), the fact that the FBI raids this and that home/business means squat. In fact, the case agents aren’t the issue. For the most part, they too are furious over their hands being hog-tied. On the other hand, their superiors are hamstrung by an Islamic captured DHS. This is beyond dispute. As noted above, the FBI may raid – from time to time – this and that Islamic home/business, but it’s hardly the tip of the jihadi spear. This is the G-d’s honest truth, as discomfiting as it is. Still, those which are reported must be examined by the patriotic public (the rest couldn’t care less), and with a discerning eye. Nevertheless, know that media spinmeisters have hardly pierced to the heart of the jihad. They too are captured; scribblers who are feckless and clueless to boot.

Interviews found in court records portray Sebastian Gregerson, aka Abdurrahman Bin Mikaayl, as a “homegrown violent extremist” who amassed an arsenal to carry out an attack while cheering mass killings in Paris and Orlando, the Detroit News reported.

Both the FBI and the Detroit newspaper parroted the language of the Obama administration, referring repeatedly to Gregerson as a “home-grown violent extremist” who seemingly just randomly fell into a state of allegiance to the Islamic State, also called ISIS.

Near the end of the Detroit News article the newspaper finally gets around to telling its readers that Gregerson, 29, converted to Islam after high school and worked as an employee of the Minneapolis-based Target store chain.

The FBI obtained a search warrant July 31 listing probable cause to search Gregerson’s home and vehicle following 16 months of taped discussions Gregerson had with an undercover FBI agent who he thought was a fellow ISIS supporter. Agents were reportedly looking for evidence Gregerson was providing material support to ISIS, a designated foreign terrorist organization.

They raided Gregerson’s Detroit home after he allegedly bought five illegal grenades that same day from the undercover FBI agent.

MOST significantly, Dearborn is the eighth largest city in the state. In fact, it is part of the Detroit metropolitan area. Hmm. But the full truth is far more dangerous than is being reported by the so-called mainstream media. And this is precisely why Dearbornistan, repeatedly, has been featured at this site.

MORE specifically, Michigan is the tenth most populous state in the U.S., having the eleventh largest area of land mass. And this is relevant because it is hardly an anomaly in relation to the infiltration and penetration of Islamic jihadis throughout America.

EVEN so, the national nightmare has been raised to the nth degree. Unequivocally, all “credit” should be given to HUSSEIN – the anti-American traitor – Obama! Mind you, Michigan and left-ward California are vying for top stops for Syrian “refugees”, you know, those who are flooding America (and Europe) via the Islamic hijrah, the migration for Allah!

PATRIOTS, pay no attention to the sob stories presented by officialdom and its mouthpieces, yarn-like, as they evoke enough gobbledygook via a “humanitarian” lens. Never mind the fact that Islamic, oil rich, nations are refusing them entry, fellow brethren beside the point. Understood?

The top destination for Syrian refugees arriving in the U.S. is the state of Michigan.

More than a 10th of the 10,000 Syrians admitted this fiscal year at the urging of the Obama administration are headed there, according to State Department figures.

Most of the 1,036 new arrivals are likely to settle in and around Detroit, which has long been a magnet for Arab immigrants.

This despite the fact that Michigan’s Republican Gov. Rick Snyder suspended efforts last November to bring more long-suffering Syrians to his state after the deadly terrorist attacks in Paris.

Snyder spokeswoman Anna Heaton told NBC News the governor “never suspended refugee resettlement” and is not opposed to more Syrian refugees settling in Michigan.

Close on Michigan’s heels is California, which has taken in 1,030 Syrians between Oct. 1 of last year and Aug. 29, the federal figures show.

Arizona and Texas, two red states led by Republican governors who have flat-out said they don’t want Syrian refugees because they supposedly pose a security risk, are next on the list having taken in 766 and 735 people, respectively, the figures show.

Those states were followed by Pennsylvania (600), Illinois (569), Florida (542) and New York (538), the figures show.

Several states have not taken any. Those include Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming.

AGAIN, ignore the spin, and see the (jihadi) forest from the trees. Yes, your very lives depend on it. No ifs, ands, or buts.

WHETHER or not one is pro or against open borders and unfettered immigration for so-called “humanitarian” reasons, the fact remains that said open sesame allows those who want to cause irreparable and exponential harm to the nation carte blanche to do so. Ain’t that convenient.

RESULTANT, it must also be internalized: as to blow back, there are varying gradations and levels. In other words, all situations dare not be considered equal, just like all people shouldn’t be. It is what it is. Get over it.

INTRINSICALLY, civilized folks – regardless of race, color, sex or creed – must be deemed superior over those who execute Islam’s barbaric tenets. Similarly, the criminally bent, aka parasites, can never be treated equally to those who are law-abiding and contributing members of society. For heavens sake. And anyone who can’t – or won’t – recognize this (western) fact of life and lends aid or cover, de facto, they become part of the problem. Hence, they must be, one way or another, pushed aside. Btw, whatever gets the job done works on this end, and no apologies are necessary.

THAT being established, it has already been proven that militant Islamic jihadis – be they Sunni or Shia – have been huge beneficiaries of said immoral border-less largess. And then some. Hill’s domain too. Not only that, Congress (yes, the erstwhile “august” body) koshered a mega weapons airlift (Oct. 2014) into the bloody Syrian war, ostensibly to supply the so-called “rebels”, those who had already been proven to align with ISIS! Hmm.

NOW that that is settled, as promised….

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), tells Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM that countries that are known to support radical Islamic terrorism are “cutting deals” with Mexican cartels for access to human smuggling routes into the United States.

Citing photos from the U.S. Border Patrol component of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency on Friday, Gen. Flynn also told Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle, host of Breitbart News Daily, that there are signs in Arabic posted along human smuggling routes at the section of the border that lies in Texas providing directions for how to sneak into the United States.

Moreover, the former DIA chief said that the Shiite Lebanese narco-terrorist group Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy, is illegally trafficking humans, drugs, and other contraband into the United States.

His comments echo recent warnings from the U.S. military, suggesting that criminal groups in Latin America may be collaborating with Islamic extremist organizations.

Gen. Flynn’s remarks came while he was discussing his new book The Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies during Friday’s edition of Breitbart News Daily.

He told the host:

I talk about this in the book — about the threat in Central and South America from countries like Iran who have organizations like Hezbollah who run a large transnational organized criminal organization which move narcotics and other commodities as well as humans into our country…

I know from my friends in the Border Patrol in CBP that there are… radical Islamist countries, state-sponsored, that are cutting deals with Mexican drug cartels for some of what they call the lanes of entry into our country. And I have personally seen the photos of the signage along those paths that are in Arabic… they’re like way points along that path as you come in. Primarily in this case the one that I saw was in Texas and it’s literally… signs in Arabic… [that say] ‘this way, move to this point’…

This rise of Muslims and radicalized Muslims coming into our country illegally is something that we should pay very, very close attention to.

Gen. Flynn’s remarks came in response to Boyle asking for his reaction to Breitbart News’ recent analysis of CBP data showing that the U.S. border authorities apprehended 916 illegals from terrorism-linked countries, officially known as Special Interest Aliens (SIAs), in 2015 (454) and 2015 (462).

The number of SIA arrests along the U.S.-Mexico border has nearly doubled since 2011 (255). According to a U.S. government estimate of successful entries known as “gotaways,” an estimated 370 SIAs may have infiltrated the United States since 2014.

The number of estimated SIA “gotaways” has also nearly doubled from 102 in 2011 to 192 in 2015.

Gen. Flynn’s comments are consistent with warnings from the top U.S. military official in Latin America, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) chief Navy Adm. Kurt Tidd, indicating that criminal organizations in the region are collaborating with violent Islamic extremist groups.

SOUTHCOM has also noted that there are criminal networks in Latin America and the Caribbean that focus on trafficking individuals from terrorism-linked countries, officially known as Special Interest Aliens (SIAs), into the United States.

Both SOUTHCOM and the U.S. State Department have sounded the alarm on Shiite Iran’s increasing influence in the region as well as operations by Hezbollah and the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) there.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has determined that Mexican drug cartels “control access to the U.S.-Mexico border” and the “smuggling routes across” it.

Mexican drug cartels are increasingly participating in human smuggling activities along the Southwest border and have taken control of the routes that are used.

In recent years, illegal cross-border activity along the U.S.-Mexico border has been concentrated in Texas. Breitbart News analysis show that most of the illegals from countries linked to terrorism are attempting to enter the United States through the section of the border that lies in Texas.

Texas accounts for more than half of the entire U.S.-Mexico border.

SIAs are immigrants from a list of “specially designated countries” that “have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members,” explains the U.S. government.

Syria, Sudan, and Iran, which have been officially deemed state-sponsors of terrorism, are on that list.

In an annual report to Congress issued earlier this year, SOUTHCOM explains:

Whether Sunni or Shi’a extremists would wittingly collaborate with criminal groups to accomplish their goals is up for debate. Many people are quick to dismiss the possibility of these groups working together in this part of the world [Latin America, Caribbean]. They believe the absence of evidence of a relationship is evidence of its absence…we at U.S. Southern Command can’t be that certain.

STILL yet, a few clarifying notes are in order:

As to the Hezbollah/Shia/Tehran axis, incontestably, they are neck-deep with narco-terror Latin American/Mexican smuggling rings, as the criminal cartel gangs ferry them across the non-existent U.S. southern border.
And as to the query, whether or not Sunni and Shia would “cooperate” with Latin American or other criminal cartels, well, THAT ship has sailed – years ago!
Adding to the mix, it is more than gratifying that a valiant patriot such as retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has confirmed that which this investigative journalist has proven to be the case – over and over….and over and over…again.

IT is hardly an accident that for every teeny, tiny step taken by the heretofore superpower of the world to counter ISIS and the explosion of Islamic terrorism – Sunni or Shia – three steps backward just “happen” to occur. Hmm. And while there are countless proofs evidencing to the same, suffice to point to the most recent: the absolute betrayal of Kurdish forces, as HUSSEIN hooks up, once again, with his Brotherhood Mafia BFF, Erdogan, to thwart anti-terror efforts.

In Iraq, there is word of a Kurdish Peshmerga mutiny against US instructors at the bases where they are training for the offensive to recapture Mosul from the ISIS.
However, the events of this week around northern Syria have dealt a major setback to the US-led war on ISIS.

Just a few days ago, the Americans were speaking highly of Kurds as the sharpest sword in the coalition’s arsenal for vanquishing the jihadists. Since Biden’s deal with Erdogan on Wednesday, Washington can forget about the Syrian Kurdish PYG or the Iraqi Kurdish Pershmerga as spearheads of the campaigns to liberate Raqqa in Syria and Mosul in Iraq for ISIS…..

INDEED, betraying U.S. allies has become HUSSEIN’s modus operandi. Norm.

STILL yet, before we segue to the “art” of how to kill the infidel Islamic style, it must be internalized: those tasked with meting out justice American style have abdicated their mandates. No doubt.

SO, recognizing that America’s “top cop” at DOJ, AG L O R E T T A Lynch, is “in sympathy“ with Islamic jihadists and all manner of anti-American radicals, well, (un)holy hell must always be considered part of the equation at the Department of Justice! How could it not?

The Attorney General then attempted to justify the fact that the FBI, apparently, could have acted preemptively by arresting Mateen when he attempted to buy body armor at a gun shop in Jensen Beach, Florida, by arguing that “we can’t go around arresting people because they happen to be Muslim and happen to be visiting a gun shop at any given time. That’s not what the FBI does, and quite frankly, that’s not what anybody should be doing in this country.”

“If we were to start doing that,” she said, “then we might as well start arresting people left and right, because Americans, even ones who happen to believe in Islam, love guns.” But then came the pièce the rèsistance of her rhetoric: “This country was built on the notion that all men were created equal, and more importantly, that all men share the same, God-given right to be whatever they choose to be. And I know that most people don’t like this, but unfortunately for them, that also means that Omar Mateen had every right to be a radical Muslim. And he was able to be that because he was born in this country, which made him just as American as any Christian.”

MORE than indicting. Mind-blowing.

AND it is this (and countless others) betrayal from officialdom which leads straight to open season ala the “recipes” cooked up via ISIS or any other – emphasis placed – Islamic hydra. Never forget this. Moreover, it matters not a whit if said killing tools are via chemical compounds, garden variety bullets, decapitation objects, IED’s, and so on and so forth. Dead is dead.

An Islamic State-supported group of hackers has used an encrypted app to encourage Daesh followers to carry out attacks on Westerners using poisons.

Hackers posted a step-by-step guide on how to poison unbelievers, which has already been downloaded by dozens of brainwashed followers.

The group, called Cyber Kahilafah, uploaded the guide onto the Telegram app describing how to make the home-made poisons and kill non-Muslims.

The manual, titled “The Mujahideen Poisons Handbook,” details how to make dangerous poisons and gases along with listing lethal substances such as chlorine, phosphorus and carbon monoxide and where to get them.

Jihadi Abel Aziz authored the deadly guide, which is being used by ISIS terrorists.

The guide claims to have tested the lethal substances on animals, and details how a rabbit “shrieked immediately” and died with blood spilling from its mouth after being given poison by a wannabe jihadi.

Along with the detailed instructions and diagrams, the manual cautions would-be jihadis to be careful when preparing the concoctions.

It warns: “Be very careful when preparing poisons. It is much, much more dangerous than preparing explosives!

“I know several Mujahids whose bodies are finished due to poor protection etc.

“On the positive side, you can be confident that the poisons have actually been tried and tested (successfully, he he!).”

In the past, the Cyber Kahilafah group has targeted ISIS enemies on the Telegram app.

Guides on how to make IED bombs have been posted on the app by the group, which can be accessed by any follower from around the world.

The app is said to encrypt messages from users to help jihadis avoid detection from security services.

Terror expert Neil Doyle said: “The emergence of such guides on Telegram is a cause for great concern, as they can be distributed far and wide in a very short time.

“There is great danger in the proliferation of this type of material, as would-be terrorists may seek to use them to cause mayhem in so-called lone wolf attacks.

“Also, the use of encryption potentially make tracing the people receiving these documents more difficult for the authorities.

“There is evidence to suggest that this guide may have been used in one suspected failed attack in London some years ago.”

Adel Kermiche, who slaughtered an elderly priest in Normandy last month, boasted on the app “you take a knife, you go into a church, you cause carnage” before the savage killing.

The Justice Department’s Community Relations Service released a new video this week explaining to the law enforcement community the proper way to handle encounters with transgender people.

Amid an uptick in reports of discrimination by police toward the transgender community, the CRS has released a 12-minute training video discouraging officers from stereotyping people and telling them to “keep their questions relevant” to the situation at hand.

Throughout the course of the video, viewers see several staged scenarios, including how an officer should address a transgender person during a routine traffic stop, following an assault report and what they should do if they’re called to a bathroom situation due to a transgender user.

“I don’t have to be in the room to know what just happened. Someone snickered, laughed or made, a joke,” Sgt. Brett Parson said at the start of the video. “Trust me, I know, I’m a cop too. As police officers, we use humor to deal with things that make us feel uncomfortable or afraid. … To outsiders, it’s perceived as unprofessional and disrespectful.”

When a law enforcement official first encounters a transgender person, and is unsure how to address the individual, officers are encouraged to ask, “Do you prefer if I call you ma’am or sir?”

In one of the scenarios, a transgender woman calls the police to report an assault. Upon arriving, the two officers — a man and a woman — begin asking the individual about the incident. When the male officer sees the person’s driver’s license, he refers to the person by the unpreferred pronoun.

YES, HUSSEIN’s hatchet woman at DOJ is not only – as cited above – “in sympathy” with those who have the “right” to adhere to radical Islam within America, but is mindful of the delicate “sensibilities” of transgenders, regardless of the massive encircling dangers – cookbooks and what not be damned.
