MOST especially, whenever a highly volatile situation arises, it is always prudent to listen to your gut instincts and to proceed from there. To wit, tune out the ‘white noise’, ‘mainstream’ media, political deflections and jibber jabber, then start looking at what makes the most sense. Of course, the damnable facts will seep forward, albeit without the help – even as they actively hinder the truth from coming out – of those who should be upfront from the get go. No matter.

Now, bear in mind that the shock factor always takes time to wear off, and this is why it is easier for media denizens/politicians/leftists to bob, weave and punt from sticky ‘areas of concern’. Again, tune the bastards out.

So, where does one commence the ‘process’? If one has the ears of reliable contacts – those who have yet to steer wrong – it is prudent to listen up. As such, this blogger/investigative journalist has been apprised of some interesting tidbits. One such dropping came from a highly reliable contact in NYC, the other from a ‘birdie’ in Washington, D.C. Hmm. It was hinted – on both ends – there was much chatter among the jihadi subset, concentrated in the Brooklyn, NY ‘nabe alongside Atlantic Avenue. Makes sense. This section of Brooklyn produced/groomed (in tandem with other neighborhoods too) the 1993 World Trade Center bombers, plus lent their (jihadi) hands to other ‘events’. This is a fact. In addition, Jersey City was pointed out as well – as an ‘area of interest/concern’ – as a font of info, and those chattering reached the ears of the aforementioned Washington, D.C. contact. But this by no means indicates that other Muslim-concentrated cities/communities didn’t pitch in. Not at all.

Clearly, the biggest agencies/guns are working the case 24/7 and know what’s what. Yet, if past is prologue, you may not want to rely on them to offer up the truth. Just a suggestion.

In relation to the above, it is imperative to study The Opening of Jihad on U.S. Soil for several reasons, least of which is to understand how the so-called ‘big guns’ often fail to do their due diligence, for ‘this or that’ (political/ideological) reason. So, even though we are being told that the FBI and all relevant agencies are ‘on the case’, well, it depends what the meaning of ‘on’ is. The following is a section from the above link. Extrapolate within.

        “Immediately, Mr. Taylor approached the local New York office of the FBI and the US Attorney General’s office with sources of information. Acclaimed terror investigator Steve Emerson produced a documentary,Jihad in America, that exposed that the FBI had buried moles and spies deep within some of the Islamic terror cells. However, no tangible results on Rabbi Kahane’s murder were forthcoming from the FBI. Coincidentally, Mr. Taylor had the occasion to speak with the newly retired CIA head, William Sessions. Mr. Taylor was flabbergasted to learn that Mr. Sessions never saw the crime scene pictures taken of Rabbi Kahane’s murder. This should have been the first order of business, to hand over the pictures to the head of the CIA. After all, that was a logical conclusion to make when Islamic terrorists were being pursued. What was later revealed, though, managed to fill in the blanks as to why no results were forthcoming in Rabbi Kahane’s assassination investigation. 

          In a nutshell, the FBI was not only taken off Rabbi Kahane’s case, but all Islamic “infiltrating” was halted. President Clinton ordered the CIA, and the CIA then demanded that the FBI cease and desist. The Congress also put the squeeze on the FBI. Why? The true motives are anyone’s guess. However, from 1990 until the 1993 first World Trade Center bombing, these groups were not monitored…..”

As a result, the following is more than germane and must be taken seriously, much more so than what the general ‘news’ agencies/political mouthpieces are positing. But do recognize the oh so close timing of the attack to the anniversary of 9/11/01, MIRRORING the terror attack in Benghazi (Sept 2012), and the criminal cover up proferred up by Obama Inc. AND the lying media!

Authorities in Washington say their investigation so far gives them no reason to believe Navy Yard shooting suspect Aaron Alexis, 34, is linked to organized terror even though just two days earlier, al-Qaida’s leader had called for a “lone wolf” attack on Washington.

The attack Monday at the Washington Navy Yard left 13 dead, including Alexis, a military contractor, authorities said. Authorities said the motive was unclear and authorities even still wondered whether the gunman was alone, or whether there were others involved.

At the Debkafile intelligence report, a submission Monday said, “Two days ago al-Qaida leader Ayman Zawahiri issued a videotaped call for an adherent to carry out a ‘lone wolf attack’ inside the United States.”

And at the Washington Free Beacon, a report from Bill Gertz confirmed that several online jihadists were linking Islamists to the violence.

He reported, “Several jihadists wrote in Arabic on Twitter shortly after the shooting began around 8:20 a.m. ET that it appeared to be motivated by Islamist extremism. Some used the hashtag ‘Al Qaeda’ to report news of the shooting.”

He continued, “Some jihadists said the shooting was part of global jihad but none indicated inside knowledge of the killings, suggesting the comments are probably speculation or propaganda.”

He reported one jihadist on Twitter “said the attacks took place close to the 12th anniversary of the al-Qaida attacks on New York and Washington and thus appeared to be linked to Islamism.”

District of Columbia Mayor Vincent C. Gray affirmed that there is no evidence to link the attack to Islamist terror, but he told the Washington Post he could not rule it out.

While Gertz noted there was no immediate claim of responsibility from known terror groups, he reported a jihadist named Idaat Amniyah (@abdallahsaker) who claimed to be part of the Middle East group Fatah al-Islam stated that the shooting showed “we have moved from the defensive to the offensive stage” of global jihad.

Gertz identified another jihadist, Abu-Osama al-Muwahhid (@ab_osama1), who tweeted praise for the attack.

Washington Police Chief Cathy Lanier said for a time police were seeking two others as possible suspects, but one was found and ruled out. The third person still remained of interest to authorities.

She reported “multiple pieces of information” raised the prospect of more than one suspect involved.

The Debkafile further said that the participation of more than one gunman would point to a coordinated attack.

The target was a base where about 3,000 service members are assigned, and it’s only a couple of miles from the Capitol.

Larry O’Daniel, a member of the 250,000-strong National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans Coalition’s Counter Terror Committee, said his group concluded that Zawahiri has great influence on al-Qaida’s tactics.

Noting that Gertz had reported as early as January that an al-Qaida website was lobbying for attacks on the U.S., O’Daniel said the warning was “strikingly similar” to Zawahiri’s statements.

“In February, WND reported that CIA asset ‘Reza Kahlili’ alleged Iran was targeting American utilities including cell towers, power utilities, water supplies, high voltage towers, and public transportation,” O’Daniel’s report said.

“Also in January, Mohammad al Zawahiri, younger brother to Ayman, echoed the jihadist call for action against a number of countries, roughly equivalent to those mentioned later in August 2013, who helped France as outlined in the Gertz article. Zawahiri asked for help from ‘all Muslim brothers’ as part of Quranic duty,” he said.

The report noted Zawahiri did give specific instructions.

O’Daniel’s report said while some interpreted Zawahiri’s call for lone wolf attacks as a sign of weakness, his coalition found that al-Qaida’s forte is a decentralized leadership group “providing aid, resources, guidance, and other assets for localized allied groups who carry out reconnaissance and actual attacks.”

“History shows that 19 well-trained men killed almost 3000 persons on 9/11/01. A small well-trained group came close to killing many times that number in the first WTC attack in early 1993. Al Qaida uses well-trained small groups. They are good in putting in place sleeper cells with no prior law enforcement exposure to slip under security radar,” the report said.

For good measure, let our memories meander back to the shooting at Fort Hood, you know, by the ‘soldier for Allah’ – currently given a death sentence – even though the motive (by the media, pols and the courts too) is still ascribed as ‘workplace violence’! Mind you, this is even after Islamist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan shouted “Allahu akbar!” (“Allah is greater!”) and brutally murdered 14 people (including an unborn baby) and injured 30 others at Fort Hood, Texas. 

It gets worse. Obama Inc. has been – and still is – paying jizya to the ‘soldier for Allah’. In effect, with the above as rock solid background info, why would anyone believe the ‘official’ reports on this (more than likely)  jihadi massacre? Can’t think of a valid reason.

Oh yeah, and ‘the voices’ – in the captured shooter’s head – made him do it, as the narrative starts to spin. Never mind the fact that he wasn’t declared ‘unfit for duty’, even as they start to blame the ‘event’ on his mental illness. You got that?

NBC News quoting law enforcement officials revealed Thursday that Aaron Alexis, who murdered 12 people in the Washington Navy Yard this week, created a webpage in the name of “Mohammed Salem.” The officials said “he never did anything with it” and they found nothing else that “might indicate any interest in violent jihad or even Islam.” So how would they describe the deadly attack on the Navy facility – if not “violent jihad?”

There are certain moments in time whereby silence is not an option, unlike others when ‘silence is golden’. Not only that, said self-muting can be deadly, and this statement is neither hyperbole nor hysteria. It is, tragically, fact-based.

But in order to fully comprehend the above underlying calculus it becomes imperative to digest certain constructs; a knowledge base inherent to Islamic teachings.

First and foremost, the thrust of stealth jihad (in tandem with frontal jihad, at the most auspicious time), mainly through taqiyya and kitman, is paramount. This Koranic-based weapon is enhanced through a deep understanding of the western ‘infidel’s’ mindset and their allergy to certain bugaboos, most essentially the ‘racist’ canard. Petrified to ‘offend’ ‘the other’, the west is left defenseless and exposed. Hence, ‘Islamophobia’ is their (stealth) weapon of choice (enabled through the red/green alliance), as it allows for the penetration/infiltration of taqiyya and kitman! Their jihadi death dance around westerners is bringing the west to its knees – no pun intended. (Near) submission.

Alas, it is not as if their plans are secret (despite the stealth appellation), at least for readers familiar with this blog – The Muslim Brotherhood Mafia has a bullet by bullet PLAN. 

And so Americans – and all freedom loving people – watch aghast, with mouths agape, as the ‘holy’ ground from 9/11/01 jihadi terror becomes defiled. YET, no one should dare feign shock…shock…for their plan, all along, was to submit the west to Islam, which literally means submission. Hoisting mosques atop America’s ruins is the BIGGEST symbol of their triumph: Insha’Allah, Allah reigns supreme!

Regular Atlas readers are familiar with the vile shrine being built at the site of the crash of the 911 flight 93. That flight went down when a group of heroic Americans saved the Capitol and/or White House from Muslim terrorists after the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were attacked and destroyed.

Please read the following plea from the father of Thomas Burnett. Thomas was the ringleader of the small group of courageous men who fought back against the Muslim terrorists on United Flight 93 on September 11, 2001, that crashed in the fields in Pennsylvania. He made four now-famous cell phone calls to his wife from the plane, making a quick assessment of the Muslims’ suicidal flight plan, and made a decision to “do something.” He gave his life to ensure that the plane would not reach its intended destination in Washington.

This was the email from Thomas Burnett’s father after I told him in no uncertain terms that I would be honored to post his letter:

Dear PamelaThank you for posting my letter on your blogs.

We thank you for speaking out against the planned mosque in New York.

We too need your help; we need to stop the National Park Service building another mosque in Shanksville. PA.

I served on the 2005 2nd jury that was commissioned to select a design honoring the passengers and crew on Flight 93. The public submitted over 1100 designs. The first jury went through those 1100 designs and selected 5 designs that were presented to the 2nd jury.

When I saw Crescent of Embrace, I immediately saw the Islamic symbols. I spoke out against the design and explained my reasons to the other members of the jury. The vote was taken, 9 for the Crescent of Embrace and 6 against that design. That vote was not unanimous.

There were 4 excellent designs left; there was absolutely no reason to select a design that even suggested Islamic symbols.

I knew that the public would agree with me when they saw the Crescent of Embrace design. They did, but our government would not listen or investigate our claims. All of our letters ended up in the same hands, the National Park Service. We can’t give up; we must stop this mosque being built in Shanksville, as well as the one in New York.

Ground zero mosque is the SECOND mosque being built on a 9/11 site

To our fellow 9/11 families and to all who are concerned about the Ground Zero mega-mosque in New York:

We want everyone to know that the Park Service is right now building an even larger Islamic victory mosque atop the Flight 93 crash site. Many of you were outraged in 2005 when the Crescent of Embrace design was unveiled to be a half-mile wide Islamic shaped crescent:

Few people know that this giant crescent actually points to Mecca, or understand the religious significance of this orientation. A crescent that points the direction to Mecca is a very familiar construct in the Islamic world. Because Muslims face Mecca for prayer, every mosque is built around a Mecca direction indicator called a mihrab. The classic mihrab is crescent shaped. Here are the two most famous mihrabs in the world:

Face into the crescent to face Mecca

As with the Medina and Cordoba mihrabs, a person facing into the Crescent of Embrace will be facing Mecca. In the image below, superimposed red lines show the orientation of the Flight 93 crescent. The green qibla circle is from an nline Mecca-direction calculator:

A person standing between the tips of the crescent and facing into the center of the crescent (red arrow) will be facing almost exactly in “qibla” direction (the Muslim prayer direction). You can verify the qibla direction from Somerset PA using any number of on-line Mecca-direction calculators.

To be precise, the Crescent of Embrace points 1.8° north of Mecca, ± a tenth of a degree. The final construction drawings alter this orientation slightly, so that instead of pointing a little less than two degrees north of Mecca, the actual crescent will point less than three degrees south of Mecca. Such small deviations from Mecca are insignificant by Islamic standards, which developed over a period of more than a thousand years during which far flung Muslims had no accurate way to determine the direction to Mecca.

The Park Service does not call the Crescent of Embrace a crescent anymore. Now they call it Circle of Embrace, but the only actual change was to add an extra arc of trees (planted to the rear of a person facing into the giant crescent) that explicitly represents a broken off part of the circle. The unbroken part of the circle, what symbolically remains standing in the wake of 9/11, is just the original Crescent of Embrace. It is still a giant Islamic shaped crescent, still pointing at Mecca.

This is the Park Service’s official explanation for the design: the terrorist attacks are depicted as smashing our peaceful circle and turning it into a giant crescent. A clearer depiction of Islamic victory is hard to imagine, so no one should be too surprised that the damned thing points to Mecca, and actually turns out to be a mosque.

Other mosque features:

Mosque design is based on a dozen typical mosque features, every one of which is realized in the Crescent/Circle design, all on the same epic scale as the half mile wide crescent-mihrab. Note, for instance, that the 93 foot tall minaret-like Tower of Voices is topped with another Islamic-shaped crescent, akin to the crescent-topped minarets seen in many Islamic countries:

An Islamic shaped crescent, soaring in the sky above the symbolic lives of the 40 heroes, which literally dangle down below. In Islam, there is only heaven and hell. Symbolic damnation?

The Flight 93 mosque needs to be stopped, along with the Islamic victory mosque at ground zero in Manhattan. May the fight against these two desecrations strengthen each other.

IN light of the above, just imagine how outraged a subset of Jews are – in both Israel and the diaspora – when sensing the very same Islamic infiltration/penetration, regardless which jihadi group is in the forefront, Turkish supremacists included. Believe it – or not.

But for those (Jews and others) who seek reality over dream-like fantasies, the following is offered, once again, for viewing/learning, but is not up for debate:

The Jewish Press has mega explaining to do is a veritable feast of Jewish submission, humiliation and bowing down to the cult of Adnan Oktar…demonstrated through sex, flies and videotapes, regardless of Yori Yanover’s (and others) shrill denials. Never mind…they will come around to realistic thinking, even if we have to drag their top leadership, albeit kicking and screaming.

Next, jump aboard the target of another penetration, but this one had a better outcome: Israel Hayom (a well respected Israeli/Zionist daily) listened to reason, yet we have no intention of placing aside our guard. HOT on the heels of a recent commentary, The Islamist-in-Chief Jaw-Jaws Iran To The Finish Line In A Side Deal With Syria: Allah’s/Devil’s Bargain With America’s Foes (9/13/2013), its basic thesis was confirmed through various strategic analysts, as well as (inadvertently) through Sec of State Kerry’s sprint to ‘reassure’ PM Netanyahu, yes, America has Israel’s back. In a pig’s eye.

And herein lies a force multiplier of evidence: one only has to sift through Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s doublespeak, as he claims to have Israel’s back, thus, recognizing its taquiyya spewing content and intent. Yet, if one requires a top level pile of evidence, what should one discern from the Islamist-in-Chief’s TOTAL abandonment of Iran’s true democracy seekers, you know, the patriots he left to die, in 2009, as they tried to throw off the Iranian boot from their necks, even as they pleaded for America’s help? Asked and answered. 

To further the indictment, the abandonment and the betrayal, there are no ifs, ands or buts as to Obama’s intentions, all the while tightening the screws on America’s ally, every ‘reassuring’ step of the way. Liar, liar pants on fire! His actions should lead any rational observer (not even necessarily a supporter of Israel) to conclude: the Obama White House is a clear and present danger to Israel, regardless of ones political/ideological persuasion.

Indeed, geo-political maneuverings are always a ‘game’ of high stakes poker, yet some moves are more incendiary than others. Now, if one wants to measure in terms of lowest to highest, in relation to global blow back, look no further than the push to tie Israel’s (mighty, highly capable) hands: keep them off Iran’s nuclear program!

Kerry briefs Netanyahu on Syria chemical deal

US President Barack Obama did not wait for the Kerry-Lavrov agreement of Saturday, Sept. 14, for the eradication of Syria’s chemical weapons, to demonstrate its feasibility. The next day, he jumped in to tell Tehran that “there’s the potential for diplomatic solutions to arms standoffs,” in an interview with ABC TV.

“The Iranians understand that their pursuit of a nuclear weapon is a far larger issue for us than the use of chemical weapons in Syria,” he said. “My suspicion is that the Iranians recognize they shouldn’t draw a lesson that we haven’t struck [Syria] to think we won’t strike Iran.”
But that is exactly what they have understood from the way he backed out of a US military strike on Syria – and so have Moscow and Damascus.

Obama also revealed that he has exchanged letters with the new Iranian president Hassan Rouhani, but did not reveal their content. He added: He (Rouhani) understands the potential for a diplomatic solution to his country’s disputed nuclear program but will not “suddenly make it easy.”
In Jerusalem, US Secretary of State John Kerry was mindful of the torrent of criticism landing on the deal he struck with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Geneva Saturday – both at home and in the Middle East. The Syrian rebels and their backers accuse the US of betraying and ditching them in mid-war.

After meeting Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for four hours, Kerry came out with a statement that Syrian violations of its commitment under the chemical weapons convention and its reuse of this weapon of mass destruction would make its government liable for a UN Security Council action under Chapter 7 of the UN Charter, which allows military force.
DEBKAfile’s sources note that this phrasing does not appear in the text of the US-Russian accord concluded Saturday or Geneva; not does it match the version of the accord presented by the Russian foreign minister. So a rejoinder from Moscow will likely not be long coming.

In reply to complaints that the chemical accord has done nothing to stop the Syrian civil war and the massive bloodshed now in its third year, Kerry said it was only the first step and diplomacy would continue to be pursued to bring the war to an end.
The US Secretary, who left for Paris after his long meeting with Nentanyahu, said he would be updating four allied foreign ministers on his accord with Lavrov – his British and French and also his Saudi and Turkish opposite numbers. Riyadh and Ankara, like Jerusalem, have so far chosen to keep their doubts and objections quiet.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said alongside Kerry that Syria must be stripped of chemical weapons to make region safer. But for diplomacy to have a chance to work it must be coupled with a credible military threat.

Avigdor Lieberman, Chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, commented that after Damascus submits its inventory of chemical stockpiles and other sites next week, as Kerry has promised, it should be compared with the lists drawn up by Israeli intelligence.

DEBKAfile: This suggestion is naïve. The Syrian inventory will first go to Moscow and after it is confirmed, referred to Washington. The Obama administration will refrain from any action that might torpedo the deal with Moscow at this early stage by questioning Syrian and Russian veracity.

Despite all the words of assurance pouring out of Washington about the credible military option in place both for Syria and Iran, the Obama administration is determined not to let Israel or any other Middle East critic upset its diplomatic momentum – either for Syria’s chemical weapons or Iran’s nuclear drive.

Most intrinsically, the Islamist-in-Chief bared his fangs via a poison pill, having purposefully (through his surrogates) revealed Israel’s ‘secret base’!

Leftists, mainly (mis)schooled in academia, have a hard time gauging what Conservative Middle America – the true pulse of the nation – holds dear, and this is because they live encased in their own internal (mental and physical) bubbles. In plain English, since the left’s hegemony exerts almost exclusive control over the ‘mainstream’ media (and attendant power centers), it gives them the raw confidence to believe, yes, they are above obeying the law. Hence, the gutting of the Second Amendment, the Constitutional law of the land, is nothing short of obligatory. Who do they think they are? Consequently, since the ascension of the Radical/Islamist-in-Chief to the People’s House, they have become incontestably brazen in their assaults – verbal and otherwise.

A volume of supportive evidence, attesting to the above, renders it a Herculean effort to keep up with their frontal efforts, but try we must. What’s the alternative? So, let us commence detailing their destructive anti-American trail (and hopefully it will  lead to their trials!), with an understanding of their real designs, as they charge forth from Eric Holder’s lair at DOJ  – ‘Fast & Furious‘, with links to gun control. But to internalize why gun control is such a highly valued target, consider Obama Inc’s real aims via their trap back doors. 

As always, when radicals grab the helm, expect more than one motive to animate their illegal behavior, duly demonstrated within ‘DHS Insider’ reveals, Congressman Louis Gohmert too: disarming Americans empowers the red/green alliance. Simply put, reds/leftists and greens/Islamists will be the winners in this high stakes Constitutional battle. The losers will be patriots and all the values they believe in, if battle plans are not drawn up.

VOTERS SEND EXPLOSIVE MESSAGE ON GUN CONTROL

Colorado citizens take major action in recall election

DENVER – In a powerful message to lawmakers considering passing gun-control measures advocated by President Obama, voters in Colorado have recalled a pair of Democratic senators who helped  push through a series of gun measures Obama had hoped to use as model legislation.

State Sen. John Morse gave his concession speech after he was trailing by four percentage points with 83 percent of the precincts reporting in.

  • Morse, along with Sen. Angela Giron, were both targeted for recall following a series of party-line votes over a series of gun-control bills that were among the strictest in the nation.

When it became evident a recall of some Democratic lawmakers was a distinct possibility, the Democrats, who control both chambers in the state legislature quickly changed an election-reform bill to allow Colorado residents from outside the district to vote in the recall and other elections by providing and address and stating they were intending to move into the district.

In Pueblo, it now appears that Giron will also be recalled. Early results showed her winning 58 to 42 percent; however with over half of the ballots counted 57 percent are in favor of recalling Giron. The numbers are especially significant as Democrats in Giron’s district represent 43 percent of the registered voters compared to 23 percent for the Republican Party.

The election has seen its share of irregularities. Victor Head, who helped organize the recall said he observed one instance where a person came in with a yellow voter card that was mailed out to every registered voter in the district.

Secretary of State Scott Gessler’s office issued a rule saying the cards in and of themselves were not a sufficient form of identification; however, his office was overruled by Denver District Judge Robert McGahey.

The judge ruled the cards are a valid form of voter ID saying, “With all due respect, this has got to be more valid than a bill from Public Service Co., a copy of a bank statement, a paycheck. This is a government-issued document based on information contained in the secretary of state’s own database.”

However, Head observed an incident that made it clear why Gessler attempted to require a form of ID besides the card.

“The election judge asked him what his birthdate was and it didn’t match what was on the card,” Head said. “It quickly became obvious that he was not that voter. While they caught this person, in many instances the election judges never questioned the cardholder.”

He went on to say Pueblo has also had incidents with election judges who were taking people’s ballots and feeding them into the machine without using the secrecy sleeve, enabling them to see how the individual voted.

“We would point this out to the election supervisor at the polling place and he told us it wasn’t a problem, and we told him yes it was. We then had to call the Secretary of State’s office and they would send someone down to show them how to use the secrecy sleeve. Then after a couple of days they would begin to look at the ballots again and we had to go through the same thing all over again. This is how it has been this whole election.”

Throughout the recall process, Democratic supporters of Morse and Giron attempted to thwart the recall process at every step.

After petition gatherers turned their signatures into Gessler’s office, petition signers found themselves the subject of a series of intimidating tactics attempting to get them to recant their signatures for recalling Giron and Morse.

“People who signed the petition received a phone call from a live person asking them if they wanted to remove their signatures from the petition,” Head explained. “This was followed up by two different mailers which contained a postcard that people could send back asking for the removal of their signatures from the petition and then after that they sent people to go door-to-door to visit the people who signed the petition.”

Head said the pressure by Giron supporters was approaching harassment.

“I had one woman who told me she had nine missed phone calls from Pueblo United For Angela while another woman said she had four phone calls and two door knocks in a single day,” he said. “While they are not technically breaking any laws, the constant follow-ups is almost borderline harassment.”

Head said with Morse’s defeat, even a close race in Pueblo would equal a victory for the rights of the people.

“We were outspent nearly 20 to one and the election rules were changed by Democrats to make it easier to commit voter fraud. In spite of all this Morse lost his seat,” Head said. “Regardless of what happens with Giron, the fact we were able to get this far is in and of itself a victory for the people of this state.”

“This sends a powerful message that elected officials can still be held accountable by the people. This should send a message to other politicians who favor gun control that they will be in for the fight of their life for going against the will of the people.”

NOTHING enrages the left more than challenging their ‘authority’. In the ultimate sense they are quintessential bullies, both in the mental and physical realm. Thus, is anyone surprised to learn that leftists ‘going postal’, literally, is their norm?

The notion that clandestine agencies are not necessary to protect a nation’s interests is exceedingly naive and dangerously deluded. As a matter of record, if not for the ‘off the charts’ operations from Israel’s Mossad and Sayeret Matkal, rest assured, the Islamic assassins of Israel’s athletes in Munich would still be breathing. A highly recommended visual aid is embedded herein. In fact, its message should be: this is how it’s done. Jewish justice, Israeli-style.

While most of their operations are unknown – as well they should be, hence, the clandestine part – for whatever reason, some do make it into the public domain. Besides, having had a ‘blood brother’ who was involved with clandestine operations, aside from knowing about his participation in the raid on Entebbe, the rest of his work was never spoken about. With a smile on his face, he remained as tight lipped as a sphinx (not that prodding wasn’t attempted!), regardless of our closeness.

Mossad’s double down mission, hunting down ‘soldiers for Allah, when they struck down Jews in Bulgaria (July 2012), weaves some threads for those unfamiliar with said netherworld.

But even though most operations are eventually taken to the graves of these warriors, some become known. Almost to a perfect hit score, the PLO’s Munich terrorists (by the bye, the same outfit of terrorists – currently incarnated into the PA/Fatah regime – are dressed up/koshered as ‘peace’ partners, yet they never stopped killing Jews/Israelis!) have been duly dispatched to their pagan, Allah. Now, that’s quite a feat of Jewish justice! For some ‘delicious’ tidbits on the ‘eliminations’:

In the aftermath of this massacre, Golda Meir, the country’s grandmotherly, Wisconsin-raised prime minister, ordered the military to hunt down the members of Black September—a mission undertaken as a matter of deterrence and as a statement of resolve. In those weeks of planning, much of the mission was turned over to Sayeret Matkal, a highly classified special-ops outfit, which is known as “the Unit…..”

But the recounting of this magnificent, brilliantly planned and executed mission is not to suggest that some agents (from whichever intelligence agency, though for this discussion the reference is to western agencies) haven’t turned on their own, if tasked to do so. However, one would think/hope that every person should set (im)moral boundaries they would never cross. Yet, to believe said lines aren’t crossed… Now, onto the CIA and its netherworld….

CIA authors ‘secret key’ unlocks CIA redactions

Hagmann 23 August 2013: “I was in the belly of the beast.  I began to see the lengths to which the CIA will go to conceal unconstitutional operations, hide information from Congress and silence anyone inside who challenges it.”  Those are the words of Kevin M. Shipp, a former category 1, highly decorated CIA agent who held positions as an agent on the protective detail of the director and deputy director of the CIA, a manager of ongoing operations, an internal Security Officer, a counterintelligence investigator tasked to ferret moles out of the CIA, a Counter Terrorism Center (CTC) officer, a protective operations team leader and a polygraph examiner.

While working to identify moles inside the agency in the wake of the 1994 Aldrich Ames spy scandal, Mr. Shipp uncovered a significant global vulnerability that if left uncorrected, allowed the personal identities of  CIA agents working undercover to be disclosed to our enemies. Every day, every hour that this vulnerability was allowed to remain, the lives of countless undercover agents were in real jeopardy. “The more I looked into this, the worse it became.” Upon concluding his lengthy investigation, he submitted an extremely detailed report of his findings to the top channels of the CIA. In fact, he submitted his explosive findings three times, only to learn that each time the report was “lost” or destroyed, with no record of it existing anywhere within the internal system. It was then he realized that something was terribly wrong. The third time he submitted his findings, he hand carried the report to the highest levels of the CIA. Yet, the hole remained unplugged and the lives of his fellow agents working undercover remained at risk.

At this point, the Inspector General for the Department of State was provided with a copy of his investigative findings. Their investigation concluded that the situation was even worsethan initially believed. After an immediate investigation, the findings of Kevin Shipp were verified and the CIA was publicly rebuked for putting lives of its agents at risk. Unfortunately, that’s not the end of the story, but merely the beginning. Kevin M. Shipp, the highly decorated veteran of the CIA who was loyal to the oath he took to the U.S. Constitution to serve and protect his country from enemies, foreign and domestic, and for his efforts to protect the lives of his fellow agents, never anticipated the events that would follow.

As a result of his actions to protect the lives of his fellow agents working undercover throughout the world, he began to receive threatening phone calls from his superiors within the CIA. He was harassed, followed, and his communications were tapped. His professional life was turning into a private hell, and the situation was about to get much worse. It was about to get very personal, and very ugly. Kevin Shipp and his family were relocated to another location within the U.S., and was provided a house for he and his family to reside with this reassignment. After living at this new residence for a few months, his wife and three young children began to become very ill. His son began to bleed from his nose and mouth. Strange bruises and rashes appeared and lingered on his body, symptoms that affected each member of his family. The physical health of his wife and children gradually declined, leaving his wife nearly with severe short term memory loss, bedridden and his children debilitated. Mr. Shipp reported the problem to his superiors, asking… pleading that something be done to identify whatever was causing this sudden sickness. Mr. Shipp asserted that something in the house was making them sick, and asked for an investigation. The CIA refused.

As any loving husband and father would do, Kevin Shipp took his family to several doctors and immunologists for their diagnosis and treatment at his own expense to avoid discovery by the CIA. Once, he flew his son to a specialist, and was shaken by what he was told. He learned that his son and his entire family was exposed to some significant toxin that was damaging their immune systems. Continued exposure would certainly be fatal.

It was at this point that he contacted the FBI, an agency where he had made contacts and friendships. Their investigation, in tandem with biohazard teams inspecting Mr. Shipp’s family home, discovered that the house contained toxic substances that would slowly kill them. In fact, the situation was so bad that a HAZMAT team in full gear emptied their home of all of its furnishings, including every personal item once owed by their family. The contamination was so severe that all of the items, from their memorabilia to the children’s toys had to be removed, contained and destroyed as they watched from a safe distance. They lost everything, including their health.

During this investigation independent of the CIA, the family home remained vacant and closed up, pending further tests and analysis. However, Mr. Shipp was notified by an individual in close proximity to the residence of unusual activity at the house – of a break-in. Using his skills as an agent, Mr. Shipp took measures to record activities inside the residence while the house remained vacant. From those measures, he learned that unidentified individuals gained access to the house again, this time painting a chemical substance on the ceiling of one of the rooms over an area identified as one of the toxic ‘hot spots.’ Somebody, it seemed, wanted Mr. Shipp and his family to die a slow and painful death.

After being professionally marginalized, personally harassed and having his wife and children exposed to lethal levels of toxic substances, Mr. Shipp had enough. He resigned his position within the CIA and decided to fight this from the outside. Upon meeting menacing supervisory agents in Washington, DC when he resigned, he looked them in the eyes and offered this prophetic warning: “The same courage that made me a good CIA agent is the same courage I’m going to use to bring you to justice for what you’ve done to me and my family.” Mr. Shipp retained “a courageous attorney from Texas” who filed suit against the agency to expose the truth of what was taking place.

The harassment, however, did not stop. Mr. Shipp was initially denied his retirement funds, only to have them released  after making it known that their actions constituted a felony. The interest rates on his car loans were raised and the payments skyrocketed, making it all but impossible to keep financially viable. The CIA set out to destroy Mr. Shipp’s reputation, finances and family. Like David facing Goliath, however, Mr. Shipp fought back.

He wrote a book about what happened to his family, only to have the entire book redacted by the CIA prepublications review board to ridiculous levels. Then, he wrote another book, this time about his experiences within the CIA. Titled From the Company of Shadows, the manuscript went back and forth between the author, publisher and the CIA until it was finally approved, with redactions, of course, after a two-year battle. The most heavily redacted portion of the book is chapter 26, titled ‘Tyranny, The Story of an American Family.’ It was the personal story of everything that he and his family had been forced to endure at the hands of the CIA. The manuscript was approved by the CIA, although they must have forgotten just how well they trained Mr. Shipp.

Although the book was first published in October 2012, it was not until Wednesday, August 21, 2013 that Mr. Shipp publicly disclosed for the first time anywhere on The Hagmann & Hagmann Report that he embedded a code within the book – a code that exposes the redacted information in chapter 26. “The CIA examined every word in every sentence.  After a two year battle, they approved [it] for release.  Unknown to them I built a code into book – exposing the black outs in Chapter 26.  The CIA missed it,” stated Mr. Shipp. “The code exposes the CIA’s use of the State Secrets Privilege to conceal the illness of my wife and children.

There have been other cases in the CIA and cases in the US military where people have been injured or killed because of government negligence, and it has been covered up using secrecy.” “Originally I built the code into the book as a legacy to my wife and children.  I was going to leave the key to them after I was gone, so someday they would have justice for what was done to them.  But, they have been pleading with me for help.  So, I have decided to release it now.  I am taking a significant personal risk to do this.  But they did this to my children.  You don’t mess with a man’s children.”

This author was provided the key to the embedded code – one of a handful of individuals to possess it. Indeed, what is revealed is exactly what has been stated by Mr. Shipp, from what happened to him and his family to every American citizen.  The current intelligence apparatus that was implemented under President George Bush and expanded exponentially under Obama is monitoring virtually all of our activities.

We live in a surveillance state where we now have 1,271 sites located inside the U.S. with a domestic mission, contrary to the charter of the CIA and the United States Constitution. CIA operatives have been inserted into all of the fusion centers to collect information about U.S. citizens. And now, they are exploiting the use using of the States Secrets Privilege operate in the shadows, outside of any oversight, and to silence any inquiry, any lawsuit, anyone in Congress, or any citizen from learning just how expansive their operations are. “The NSA is using the State Secrets Privilege right now to block lawsuits and Congressional inquiry into the NSA spying scandal.  The CIA secrecy agreement and the State Secrets Privilege are being used to silence Benghazi witnesses,” stated Mr. Shipp. We are living in a “post-Constitutional” government.

WHEN this period in time is recorded for all posterity, rest assured, the anti-American, pro Islamic actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama will become manifestly visible. Clear as a bell. Not because revisionists (via historicism) won’t try and whitewash/Allah-wash his crimes, but they will be unable to. The results will be too stark for any (historical) cover up.

But before we seep into the muck, please recall these ominous, chilling words from America’s Islamist-in-Chief, and do take a moment to let them sink in – for time immemorial: In his book he stated without guile: “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction….The quote comes from page 261 of the paperback edition of “The Audacity of Hope.”  Now that that is settled, much of what passes for ‘mismanagement’, ill conceived winds, inept advisers, and so called parsing, is no such thing. His malfeasance, throughout his entire stewardship, is nothing short of premeditated. 

Still, in order to accomplish his ultimate goal, bringing down America, economic chaos has to unfold, resulting in the deconstruction of the military, ostensibly due to a lack of funds. Yup. As such, his first order of business, back in 2008, targeted the economic edifice: DHS and America’s Deconstruction Via Valerie Jarrett: Domestically and Foreign Police-Wise. 

In tandem, almost as a well orchestrated American death dance, Barack HUSSEIN Obama set out on an unprecedented Muslim outreach tour in Cairo, back in 2009. Consequently, he acted as a shield for Islamic regimes, more as a Muslim Caliph, as opposed to the leader of the free world. In an effort to diminish America, via apologies, his emphasis targeted its (non)exceptional status, making sure to let the Muslim world internalize: the U.S. is no better than even third world countries.

Mind you, despite a volte face, he currently opines during the Syrian crisis: yes, America has to lead the world in demonstrating that chemical weapons can never be tolerated! All of a sudden the opposite is the case. Isn’t that peachy. But his patriotic sentiments are utter gall and rubbish, for the kiddies are just gum under his shoes, his infamous ‘red line’ be damned. Alas, his Brotherhood Mafia, the ‘rebels’, need assists. 

But never mind, despite braying leftists – and with the Jewish left cheering him on – the Islamist-in-Chief is not only gunning for America, but Israel too, as he boxes in the only stable nation in the fiery Mid East – pincer-like. More than a pyromaniac.This acute assessment was blared at the inception of this blog and again, back in November 2012, before the fateful election.

So, here we stand, transfixed, as the leader of the free world throws off the ‘yoke’ of America’s leadership (commencing in his first term), and its poisonous fruits will soon blow back via WMD’s; gifted through the POTUS’s jaw-jaw! Obama-Putin deal didn’t stop at chemical Syria: US eases sanctions on nuclear Iran

Iran, and not just Russia and Syria, is taking advantage of President Barack Obama’s decision to refrain from military force against Syria to collect a shower of diplomatic and political dividends.

The new Iranian president Hassan Rouhani announced Tuesday that the coming meeting of the General Assembly opening in New York later this month “may prove the perfect setting to reignite talks about the nation’s nuclear program.“ The US Treasury Department accordingly lifted a string of sanctions restricting humanitarian and athletic exchanges between US and Iranian NGOs and environmental projects, as a counter-gesture of good will.
Washington was not put off when that comment proved to be an exercise in image-burnishing for the benefit of the West. That same day, the Iranian president declared his country would not give up “one iota of its nuclear capabilities.”

DEBKAfile’s Iranian sources disclose that the posturing on all sides provided the façade for the secret exchange of messages between Washington, Tehran, Moscow and Damascus. They focused first on a Russian pledge to bring Assad’s chemical arsenal under international control and destroyed. This was followed by Tehran consenting to engage in direct dialogue with Washington when the next UN General Assembly session opens in New York on September 23.
Rouhani, who has consistently refused to enter into direct talks with Washington on his government’s nuclear program, said Friday, Sept. 6: “Initial steps in the future of nuclear talks may be taken in New York and then these talks will be pursued by the Group 5 + 1.”

Concomitantly, while Islam’s shock troops are laser-targeted on lulling westerners to sleep with sharpened knives at their throats/necks, they added another equally lethal twist: grabbing a hold – mostly ala honey-laced lullabies – of Jewish/Israeli audiences, as well as those who support them. How so? Let’s count the ways.

Through a concerted media blitz – via all mediums, and most noticeably at social web sites – they fully demonstrate that their guile is off the charts. Confidence galore. They know their (‘peace’ at all costs) Jewish audience well.

It must be asked: is the Editorial board at The Jewish Press sitting on their brains; do they have wax in their ears; are they being blackmailed; or are their gatekeepers just plain terrified, forced to act as Islam’s promotional/propaganda agents? Got to be one of them…pick your poison. In fact, they have upped the ante, and this is going to get nasty, at least for their bottom line. See what else these Jewish media denizens let loose, all on behalf of their ‘benefactors’, attempting to convince their worldwide Jewish readership (and other supporters) that Islamic rule was a most benign period. This American-Israeli is spitting bullets, so to speak.

Intrinsically, this is KEY at the above Islamic website “It is a website to present Islam to the Christian, agnostic and atheist readers, in a user friendly fashion:” In other words, the goal therein is to uphold the main principle – alongside jihad – of da’wa, ‘submission ala outreach’. By the bye, have more than a tad of experience with their proselytizing, evidenced within The Muslim Student Association: Islamic Student Arm Of The Muslim Brotherhood Mafia, but this is just the tip of said experience/exposure. So, let us give a round of applause to The Jewish Press for fulfilling Allah’s mission. To be sure, many advertisers will be giddy with delight – or not.

Okay now, we can’t forget about Exhibit Number Two, as Israel Hayom also became ensnared, but apparently learned its lesson via some prodding and nudging. Let’s hope so. A dozen years after the most horrific terror attack on U.S. soil since Pearl Harbor, the anti-American crew (mis)steering America’s ship of state is doing everything to bring it down. To destroy its edifice. To chop off its moorings. For the record, little galls more than bearing witness to their travesties, as those who feign patriotic stewardship opine, yes, we too care about the national interest. Worse than liars. Reprobates. 

But sometimes the good guys do receive their just due in court – even though few and far between – under the intimidating, criminally-led reign of Obama Inc.

Few can argue, indeed, it becomes ever more egregious when a patriot is silenced, especially after risking life and limb to protect said bedrock of freedoms and liberties. Their hard fought efforts, on every citizen’s behalf, should be heralded, not targeted by those under whose command they operate! How dastardly.

Judge refuses to dismiss law enforcement officers from false-detention lawsuit

A federal judge in Richmond, Va., has refused to dismiss from a lawsuit several FBI and Secret Service agents as well as local police officers who arrested a military veteran based on an opinion from a counselor who had never met him that he might be a danger.

The officers had confronted the veteran, Brandon Raub, after he expressed criticism of the U.S. government on a social networking page.

  •  They arrested Raub and kept him in custody for an evaluation based on the long-distance opinion from Michael Campbell, a psychotherapist hired by the local county. But when the case came before a judge, his ruling found the concerns raised by the officers were “so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.”

Raub then sued the officers for taking him into custody.

The latest ruling rejected a request by the officers to end the case.

“Brandon Raub’s case exposes the seedy underbelly of a governmental system that continues to target military veterans for expressing their discontent over America’s rapid transition to a police state,” said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute.

“While such targeting of veterans and dissidents is problematic enough, for any government official to suggest that they shouldn’t be held accountable for violating a citizen’s rights on the grounds that they were unaware of the Constitution’s prohibitions makes a mockery of our so-called system of representative government. Thankfully, Judge Hudson has recognized this imbalance and ensured that Brandon Raub will get his day in court,” he said.

The decision came from U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson, who essentially said there is not enough information at this point in the case to dismiss the law enforcement defendants. He ordered limited discovery.

The Rutherford Institute called the decision a victory for free speech and the right to be free from wrongful arrest.

Raub, a decorated Marine, had been taken into custody by “a swarm” of FBI, Secret Service agents and local police and forcibly detained in a psychiatric ward for a week because of controversial song lyrics and political views posted on his Facebook page, Rutherford reported.

Hudson said the Rutherford Institute, which is representing Raub, had alleged sufficient facts to indicate that the involuntary commitment violated his rights under the U.S. Constitution’s First and Fourth Amendments.

Institute attorneys had filed the civil rights lawsuit in federal court on behalf of Raub, alleging that his seizure and detention were the result of a federal government program code-named “Operation Vigilant Eagle” that involves the systematic surveillance of military veterans who express views critical of the government.

The complaint alleges that the attempt to label Raub as “mentally ill” and his subsequent involuntary commitment was a pretext designed to silence speech critical of the government.

It was Aug. 16, 2012, when Chesterfield police, Secret Service and FBI agents arrived at Raub’s home, asking to speak with him about his Facebook posts. Like many Facebook users, Raub, a Marine who has served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, uses his Facebook page to post song lyrics and air his political opinions.

Without providing any explanation, levying any charges against Raub or reading him his rights, law enforcement officials handcuffed Raub and transported him to police headquarters, then to John Randolph Medical Center, where he was held against his will.

The Institute reported in a hearing on Aug. 20, government officials pointed to Raub’s Facebook posts as the reason for his incarceration. While Raub stated that the Facebook posts were being read out of context, a special justice ordered Raub be held up to 30 more days for psychological evaluation and treatment.

But Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett ordered Raub’s immediate release a short time later, and the lawsuit was initiated.

The pressing question becomes: what’s their end game? Well, extrapolating within ObamaCare one will find – hidden deep within its underbelly – the reconstituted ‘definition’ of ‘mentally ill’. So, if one can intimidate enough of America’s returning warriors, then the rest will fall into line. Ahh…Obamacare fits the ‘medical’ bill!

In the midst of war drums blaring in Syria and throughout the Mid East, let us dare not forget about another war – the war on America’s borders. Yes, it is a pitched battle. But, this one involves a myriad of attempts by Obama Inc to brazenly circumvent the laws of the land, thus, cementing the hollow core of immigration ‘reform’. Obama Inc., every step of the way, ties the hands of those in charge of securing the borders, plus guts laws already on the books against illegal aliens. How much clearer can it get, demonstrating, Obama and gang operate as ‘legal’ outlaws? 

Consider: there are, for all intents and purposes, ties that bind the hands of border agents, as they are ordered NOT to profile. In other words, they are mandated to treat those whose actual profile fits illegal aliens – to the Orwellian point that even though acting suspiciously – yet, they must be treated as average Joe’s and Jane’s from Middle America. Really now, you can’t make this crap up, even in your most horrific nightmares. The same irrational behavior is displayed when dealing with Islamic terrorists, taken to such an extreme that law enforcement – judges too – are ordered to delete any mention of Islam + terror + jihad, even as jihadis scream Allahu Akbar !

So, why is anyone still shocked that border agents are further castrated in their quest to ‘detain’ illegal aliens, regardless of ‘this or that’? Well, perhaps Obama Inc. prefers its border agents to hand out a WELCOME mat with flowers and chocolates to lawbreakers who manage to evade their net – not too hard to do, since ‘profiling’ is a NO GO – further demanding agents to hoist high fives, as Washington’s goons encourage illegals to give them the finger. New Obama policy warns agents not to detain illegal immigrant parents – August 2013

The Obama administration issued a new policy Friday that says immigration agents should try not to arrest and deport illegal immigrant parents of minor children. The move adds to the categories of people the administration is trying not to deport.

In a nine-page memo, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said agents should use “prosecutorial discretion” to try to avoid detaining parents and, if parents are detained, agents should make sure they have the ability to visit with their children or participate in family court proceedings.

The move won praise from immigrant-rights groups who said it’s a step toward a less harsh detention policy. But a top Republican blasted the memo as another effort by the Obama administration to circumvent the law.

“President Obama has once again abused his authority and unilaterally refused to enforce our current immigration laws by directing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to stop removing broad categories of unlawful immigrants,” said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Robert W. Goodlatte, Virginia Republican.

Mr. Goodlatte, whose committee is in charge of many of the immigration bills the House could consider later this year and who is working on a legalization bill for young illegal immigrants, said the Obama administration move “poisons the debate” and shows the president is trying to “politicize the issue” rather than work for a compromise bill.

The memo is the latest in a series of directives issued by ICE and by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano that try to lay out priorities for who the government will detain and try to deport.

Ms. Napolitano says her department is only funded to deport about 400,000 immigrants a year, out of a total population of about 11 million. She said it makes sense to focus those deportation efforts on immigrants with serious criminal records or who have repeatedly violated immigration laws.

A year ago, she issued a policy granting tentative legal status to young illegal immigrants brought to the country as children, who call themselves Dreamers. That policy began accepting applications in August 2012 and as of the end of this July had approved legal status for more than 430,000 illegal immigrants.

The new memo instructs ICE agents to give special consideration when they encounter an illegal immigrant who is a parent or legal guardian of a child.

“FODs shall continue to weigh whether an exercise of prosecutorial discretion may be warranted for a given alien and shall consider all relevant factors in this determination, including whether the alien is a parent or legal guardian of a USC or LPR minor, or is a primary caretaker of a minor,” said the new memo, known as the “Family Interest Directive.” FODs are field operations directors, LPRs are legal permanent residents and USCs are U.S. citizens.

Bruce Lesley, president of the First Focus Campaign for Children, said the only long-term solution is for Congress to pass a law, but said in the meantime the new policy helps.

“The Family Interest Directive is a major victory for children, reducing the likelihood that immigration enforcement will tear families apart and reducing the harm to kids when separation is unavoidable,” he said in a statement.

ICE agents and officers sued to try to block the policies, but a federal judge in Texas last month turned down their case. The judge said they were probably correct in arguing that the law requires them to arrest illegal immigrants, but he said he didn’t have jurisdiction since it was a matter for collective bargaining, not for the courts.

The horrifying pictures of dead children being used by the Obama administration to justify an attack on Syria, with the claim that the Assad regime carried out the chemical attacks that killed those children, while emotionally heartbreaking, do not tell the story of those children and do not tell you the main point the Obama administration is trying to cover up.

Those children were kidnapped over a week earlier, before they were slaughtered……. by the Obama backed Syrian rebels.

August 11, 2013 a report discussed the rebels attacking the Latakia village and Sheikh Mohammed Reda Hatem, an Alawite religious leader in Latakia said  ”Until now 150 Alawites from the villages have been kidnapped. There are women and children among them. We have lost all contact with them.”

Some of those children were found less than two weeks later, in Ghouta, photos below:

The wide distribution of satellite channel images of victims allowed Alawite families near Latakia to recognize their children who had been abducted two weeks prior by the “rebels.” This identification was long in coming because there are few survivors of the massacre by the allies of the United States, the United Kingdom and France in loyalist villages where more than a thousand bodies of civilians were discovered in mass graves.

The children do not correspond to a sample of the population: they are all almost of the same age and have light hair. They are not accompanied by their grieving families.

They are in fact children who were abducted by jihadists two weeks before in Alawite villages in the surroundings of Latakia, 200km away from Ghouta.

Barack Obama’s narrative is unraveling as the truth of who murdered these children is being exposed.

The Obama backed Syrian rebels are slaughtering these children, pretending it was Assad that did it, so Obama can claim justification in attacking the Assad regime.

NOT to be lost in the discussion is a more than compelling point: due to the actions of a feckless, reckless and anti-American leadership, the stature of the U.S. – as a global leader – has become little more than a laughingstock. As such, whichever way this plays out, rest assured America’s bitter foes are watching very intently, gleeful that the heretofore super power has been brought to its knees. After all, let’s be honest, when the biggest, baddest becomes weak kneed – whether by design or default – those who should be afraid hardly quake in their sandals. Why should they. 

At the end of this death dance one truth remains: there is little more egregious – at least at this site – than messing with the kiddies, whatever the reasons, be they political or personal. So, just as the red (socialist, Marxist, communist) side of the POTUS – via the (mis)educational system, etc – abuses the children to bring down America, so too his green (Islamist) side is upending the Mid East, all the while pulling on the heartstrings, as pics of gassed kiddies are displayed worldwide to justify military action in Syria!

The facts herein bespeak of an evil only a rabid Islamic mind can conjure up: to be sure, there would NOT be any victims to parade, before the world’s horrified eyes, IF Obama Inc’s backed ‘rebels’ hadn’t kidnapped them, all in order to gas them for their twisted goals! These are the monsters the leadership of the free world wants to eventually hand the reins of Syria to. From the devil we know – Assad – to the devil incarnate, but at least one side comprises Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s Brotherhood Mafia!

A Florida-based organization of black Republicans is calling for Barack Obama’s impeachment, releasing “Articles” that charge him with “egregious acts of despotism that constitute high crimes and misdemeanors.”

According to the Florida WatchdogWire, there are 10 articles including obstruction of the investigation into the Benghazi, Libya, murder of four Americans; the scandal of the administration’s running guns to drug ring lords in Mexico and the Internal Revenue Service’s campaign to obstruct the operations of conservative and Christian organizations.

The National Black Republican Association is an organization that is dedicated to returning “black Americans to their Republican Party roots by enlightening them about how Republicans fought for their freedom and civil rights, and are now fighting for their educational and economic advancement.”

The organization said the articles were delivered to Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker John Boehner, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives.

“On July 4, 1776, the founders of our nation declared their independence from governmental tyranny and reaffirmed their faith in independence with the ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1791. Asserting their right to break free from the tyranny of a nation that denied them the civil liberties that are our birthright, the founders declared: ‘When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government…”

Brand new! “Impeachable Offenses” reveals the evidence of the crimes Barack Obama has committed against the United States.

The Constitution also requires that a president or vice president “Shall be removed from office” for treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

The challenge to Obama lists Benghazi, his disclosure of secret grand jury material about Benghazi, the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal, his authorization of the provision of confidential income tax returns to outside interests, the IRS audits of conservatives, the electronic surveillance by the National Security Agency of innocent Americans, the Department of Justice’s wiretaps on journalists, the thwarting of the will of the people over the Defense of Marriage Act, his unconstitutional appointments of three members of the National Labor Relations Board and his intimidation of whistleblowers.

“Barack H. Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office,” the articles finish.

Just a few days earlier, a member of Congress said there likely would be votes enough in the House to impeach.

But Rep. Blake Farenthold, R-Texas, said it would be ineffectual because the Democrats in control in the Senate never would take any action.

Buzzfeed reported Farenthold responded to a question from a constituent at an open house.

The Constitution also requires a president to be a natural-born citizen, which the Founders apparently defined as the offspring of two citizens of the nation. Obama’s father never was a U.S. citizen.

The issue got so much attention during Obama’s first term that he presented a document he claimed was his birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.

Since then, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse investigative team have concluded the document is a fraud.

WND has reported that members of Congress are expressing interest in the dispute.

Farenthold said at the open house Saturday that it’s probably too late to address the matter.

“I think unfortunately the horse is already out of the barn on this, on the whole birth certificate issue,” said the congressman. “The original Congress, when his eligibility came up, should have looked into it, and they didn’t. I’m not sure how we fix it.”

Farenthold told the audience in Luling, Texas: “You tie into a question I get a lot: ‘If everyone’s so unhappy with what the president’s done, why don’t you impeach him?’ I’ll give you a real frank answer about that: If we were to impeach the president tomorrow, you could probably get the votes in the House of Representatives to do it. But it would go to the Senate and he wouldn’t be convicted.”

He cited the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, who was not convicted by the Senate.

That episode, he said, “redefined sex” for a lot of young people.

“What message do we sent to America if we impeach Obama and he gets away with what he’s impeached for and he is found innocent? What then do we say is OK?” Farenthold asked.

There already is a grass roots movement called Overpasses For Obama’s Impeachment, and members are staging protests on freeway overpasses, calling for impeachment.

WND also has reported Watergate investigator Bob Woodward of the Washington Post compares Obama to Richard Nixon. And there’s a national petition that calls on Congress to immediately investigate the “unconstitutional and impeachable offenses” of Obama.

The latest American group to seek formal congressional action against Obama says on its website that its goal is simple: “The removal of the corrupt and criminal president of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama.”

“His actions go unimpeded, our pleas through petitions unanswered. Our calls and letters to Congress are left ignored and unopened,” the group’s online post explains. “Our only peaceful recourse is to take to the streets and overpasses of America and DEMAND that our nation be returned to We the People, and that Barack Hussein Obama be impeached, removed from office, and held accountable for his actions while serving as president.”

The overpass protest group says America “is in its greatest time of peril in since the Founding Fathers bravely fought in the Revolutionary War.”

“Lady Liberty is calling YOU to stand up, to speak out, to take to the streets and DEMAND that the corrupt tyrant be removed from the White House, and all of those who colluded with him in his crimes against the United States be held accountable to the full extent of the law, with the maximum sentences handed down upon them.”

WND has reported previously on many calls for Obama’s impeachment, which would put him in the company of Nixon and Bill Clinton.

The petition states: “Therefore, we the undersigned urge Congress to immediately undertake a full and impartial investigation into the many blatantly unconstitutional actions of Barack Obama. For members of Congress, each of whom has also sworn a solemn oath to uphold the Constitution, to allow a president to routinely flout the Supreme Law of the land without being held accountable is equally repugnant to a free country and a free press.”

Tens of thousands already are on board with the effort, which is just the latest in a long string of calls for impeachment or an investigation.

Impeachment has been brought up by several WND columnists, too.

Nat Hentoff wrote that Obama, “since taking office, has continually limited the First Amendment, the most singular and powerful right that distinctly identifies Americans from residents in all other countries on Earth.”

Columnist Bert Prelutsky took it further.

“I want Obama to go through the process because he has it coming. In totalitarian states, after all, the people have no other recourse except to take to the streets and spill blood. But we have available the process of impeachment, and Obama should be forced to defend his contemptible lies and actions,” he wrote. “If for no other reason than his unbearable arrogance, the schmuck should have to pay a penalty. For instance, when a White House reporter asked him to justify spying on the Associated Press, Obama said, ‘I’ve still got 60,000-plus troops in Afghanistan and I still have a bunch of intelligence officers around the world.’ No, sir, the United States has 60,000-plus troops in Afghanistan and a bunch of intelligence officers around the world.”

A panel of top constitutional experts convened by WND blasted Obama’s actions in office. Bruce Fein, the legal scholar who is best known for having drafted articles of impeachment against former President Clinton for perjury after he lied under oath, said Obama’s orders to drone-kill a terror suspect were “tantamount to murder.”

“You can’t have democracy and the rule of law if you never get to know what the facts are and you just have to accept what the government says they are. If you don’t have a trial, that’s the definition of tyranny.”

Louis Fisher, a scholar in residence at the Constitution Project, said of Obama’s appointment of “czars”: “That is a big deal. A lot of people say, ‘Well, that’s been going on a long time.’ In our form of government, citizens vote for representatives and representatives pass laws. You have people heading departments, and they’re confirmed. There’s an understanding that we will call you up whenever we need to. … Congress passed legislation saying there’d be no funds for three czars, and they were named in the bill. Obama signed it into the law, but in the signing statement, he said that’s unconstitutional because he has the ‘prerogative’ to get the advice he needs to implement statutes. Well, c’mon Obama. You don’t have a prerogative to bring into the White House anybody you want at any salary. It’s all done by law. It goes back to 1978 where Congress passed legislation saying you have this number of people and these are their salaries and Congress can increase or decrease that at any time.”

And Herbert Titus, counsel to the law firm William J. Olson who previously taught constitutional law, common law and other subjects for 30 years at five different American Bar Association-approved law schools, said Obama’s military actions in Libya are a strong argument for impeachment.

“That’s the one that stands out. It’s unprecedented. It doesn’t even fit within any of the precedents that have been set since Korea.”

Obama should have seen such a move coming. A recent poll earlier this year said half of Americans say he should be impeached.

“It may be early in the process for members of Congress to start planning for impeachment of Barack Obama, but the American public is building a serious appetite for it,” said Fritz Wenzel of Wenzel Strategies, which did the telephone poll.

Half or nearly half of those surveyed said they believed Obama should be impeached for the multitude of scandals now consuming Washington.

On the issue of the Benghazi scandal, in which four Americans were killed after terror threats were ignored, 50.1 percent of Americans said Obama should be impeached. That included 27.6 percent of the responding Democrats.

On the IRS harassment of conservative and Christian organizations? Forty-nine percent said they agree that impeachment is appropriate, including 24.4 percent of the Democrats.

And on the fishing trip the Obama administration took into AP reporters’ telephone records in search of a security breach that may have been done by his own administration, 48.6 percent said impeachment is appropriate. That included 26.1 percent of the Democrats.

Former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan wrote that the country is in the midst of the worst Washington scandal since Watergate.

“The reputation of the Obama White House has, among conservatives, gone from sketchy to sinister, and, among liberals, from unsatisfying to dangerous<” she said. “No one likes what they’re seeing. The Justice Department assault on the Associated Press and the ugly politicization of the Internal Revenue Service have left the administration’s credibility deeply, probably irretrievably damaged. They don’t look jerky now, they look dirty. The patina of high-mindedness the president enjoyed is gone.

Noonan said Obama, “as usual, acts as if all of this is totally unconnected to him.”

“He’s shocked, it’s unacceptable, he’ll get to the bottom of it. He read about it in the papers, just like you. But he is not unconnected, he is not a bystander. This is his administration. Those are his executive agencies. He runs the IRS and the Justice Department,” she continued. “A president sets a mood, a tone. He establishes an atmosphere. If he is arrogant, arrogance spreads. If he is too partisan, too disrespecting of political adversaries, that spreads too. Presidents always undo themselves and then blame it on the third guy in the last row in the sleepy agency across town.”

It’s even being compared to Watergate, the break-in that ultimately led to the resignation of President Nixon.

That was the assessment of no less than Woodward, whose reporting on Watergate eventually snared the sitting president.

Woodward said recently: “If you read through all these emails, you see that everyone in the government is saying, ‘Oh, let’s not tell the public that terrorists were involved, people connected to al Qaeda. Let’s not tell the public that there were warnings.’ And I have to go back 40 years to Watergate when Nixon put out his edited transcripts to the conversations, and he personally went through them and said, ‘Oh, let’s not tell this, let’s not show this.’ I would not dismiss Benghazi. It’s a very serious issue.”

A Republican congressman also recently brought up the subject.

“I would say yes. I’m not willing to take it [impeachment] off to take it off the table, but that’s certainly not what we’re striving for,” Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told CNN.

“We want truth, we want to bring the people who perpetrated the terrorism in Benghazi to be brought to justice, and we want to have the president do what he has said he would always do. And that is be open and transparent. Thus far, the White House has not done that.”

Earlier, Chaffetz, in an interview with the Salt Lake Tribune, was asked if impeachment was within the realm of possibility.

“It’s certainly a possibility,” he told the paper. “That’s not the goal but given the continued lies perpetrated by this administration, I don’t know where it’s going to go. … I’m not taking it off the table. I’m not out there touting that but I think this gets to the highest levels of our government and integrity and honesty are paramount.”

Chaffetz has been championing the call to probe the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the Benghazi compound that left four Americans dead, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., said impeachment was possible over the “most egregious cover-up in American history.

“People may be starting to use the I-word before too long,” Inhofe told radio host Rusty Humphries, according to The Hill.

“The I-word meaning impeachment?” Humphries asked.

“Yeah,” Inhofe responded.

Additionally, radio host Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor and one-time presidential candidate, predicted Obama won’t serve out his second term because of his complicity in a cover-up over Benghazi.

Other members of Congress who have suggested impeachment for a variety of reasons in recent years include Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C.; Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn.; Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas; Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas; Rep. Trey Radel, R-Fla.; and Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa.

Others who have raised the subject include rock legend and gun-rights defender Ted Nugent, who said there’s “no question” Obama should be impeached.

He blasted “the criminality of this government, the unprecedented abuse of power, corruption, fraud and deceit by the Chicago gangster-scammer-ACORN-in-chief.”

“It’s so diabolical,” he said.

Even Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin called for the impeachment of Obama over his policy of permitting drone strikes on American citizens overseas who are members of terrorist organizations.

On WABC Radio’s “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” Benjamin affirmed she believes the drone warfare is an impeachable offense.

The following commentary, Syria’s Chemical Warfare Not What It Appears: ‘Rebels’ Fingerprints Too, elicited genuine shock from many readers, prompting countless IM’s to this blogger’s FB – termed an ‘eye opening’ – as well as tsk, tsks from others who preferred to attach a fantastical appellation, rather than consider that Assad’s thugs weren’t the main culprits. Yet, they more than likely responded in kind and their bloody hands can never be washed clean.

Internalize: BOTH sides are barbarians ! Repeat: this war (like all the others) involves inter-Arab Muslim warfare, a continuation of centuries of bloodshed! Nevertheless, some wars are nudged along by outside forces, but it takes little incentive to get them to slaughter one another. This is a historical fact. Deal with it.

Alas, it is still too hard (for dreamers/naysayers) to comprehend that ‘rebels’ are not always the ‘good’ guys, as reported in Brutality of Syrian ‘Rebels’ Posing Dilemma In West, and evidenced at this site. Folks, time to get over the fanciful thinking. But to rationally understand why we are where we are, on the brink of a regional, soon to be, global war, a straight line must be drawn from there to here: from Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s direct support for the Brotherhood Mafia in Cairo; as he jumped into Libya/Benghazigate (ever wonder why witnesses are hidden/identities changed/missing/?); pulling the strings of a pre-planned World War – having warned as much at this site back in Dec 2012 – to rearrange the ‘global order’ (“Western naval sources reported Friday that a Chinese landing craft, the Jinggangshan, with a 1,000-strong marine battalion had reached the Red Sea en route for the Mediterranean off Syria.  According to DEBKAfile, Beijing has already deployed a number of warships opposite Syria in secret. If the latest report is confirmed, this will be the largest Chinese deployment in the Middle East in its naval history.”), under the auspices of banksters, George Soros and Euro elites, and aided by their main hatchet woman – via cover of her dastardly R2P – Samantha Powers.  Her appointment, to rep Obama’s America at the UN, was not for nothing. The geo-chessboard is duly aligning, as ‘predicted’ throughout several commentaries.

Onto the referenced fingerprints, essentially laid out in today’s title commentary. Revealingly, from the onset of this American-Israeli’s ‘hunting and digging’ – spanning over a decade – a main/valued contact gifted this blogger (goodies sent this way are not unusual) The Secret History Of The Iraq War by Yossef Bodansky. Mind you, this ‘helper’ is tangentially associated with Bodansky, a former “director of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare for more than a decade. Bodansky is a long time director of research at the International Strategic Studies Association and senior editor for the Defense and Foreign Affairs group of publications…..former senior consultant for the U.S. departments of Defense and State”. Surely, more than qualified to be lent an airing. Taken seriously too.

The point being, this ‘gift’ (among others) was meant to open up some related investigatory avenues and insights for this address. Enough said.

Mounting evidence raises questions about Syrian chemical weapon attack

There is a growing volume of new evidence from numerous sources in the Middle East — mostly affiliated with the Syrian opposition and its sponsors and supporters — which makes a very strong case, based on solid circumstantial evidence, that the Aug. 21 chemical strike in the Damascus suburbs was indeed a premeditated provocation by the Syrian opposition.

The extent of U.S. foreknowledge of this provocation needs further investigation because available data puts the “horror” of the Barack Obama White House in a different and disturbing light.

On Aug. 13-14, Western-sponsored opposition forces in Turkey started advance preparations for a major and irregular military surge. Initial meetings between senior opposition military commanders and representatives of Qatari, Turkish, and U.S. Intelligence [“Mukhabarat Amriki”] took place at the converted Turkish military garrison in Antakya, Hatay Province, used as the command center and headquarters of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and their foreign sponsors. Very senior opposition commanders who had arrived from Istanbul briefed the regional commanders of an imminent escalation in the fighting due to “a war-changing development” which would, in turn, lead to a U.S.-led bombing of Syria.

The opposition forces had to quickly prepare their forces for exploiting the U.S.-led bombing in order to march on Damascus and topple the Bashar al-Assad government, the senior commanders explained. The Qatari and Turkish intelligence officials assured the Syrian regional commanders that they would be provided with plenty of weapons for the coming offensive.

Indeed, unprecedented weapons distribution started in all opposition camps in Hatay Province on Aug. 21-23.{blog note: think: weapons running in Libya!} In the Reyhanli area alone, opposition forces received well in excess of 400 tons of weapons, mainly anti-aircraft weaponry from shoulder-fired missiles to ammunition for light-guns and machine guns. The weapons were distributed from storehouses controlled by Qatari and Turkish Intelligence under the tight supervision of U.S. Intelligence.

These weapons were loaded on more than 20 trailer-trucks which crossed into northern Syria and distributed the weapons to several depots. Followup weapon shipments, also several hundred tons, took place over the weekend of Aug. 24-25, and included mainly sophisticated anti-tank guided missiles and rockets. Opposition officials in Hatay said that these weapon shipments were “the biggest” they had received “since the beginning of the turmoil more than two years ago”. The deliveries from Hatay went to all the rebel forces operating in the Idlibto-Aleppo area, including the Al Qaida affiliated jihadists (who constitute the largest rebel forces in the area).

Several senior officials from both the Syrian opposition and sponsoring Arab states stressed that these weapon deliveries were specifically in anticipation for exploiting the impact of imminent bombing of Syria by the U.S. and the Western allies. The latest strategy formulation and coordination meetings took place on Aug. 26. The political coordination meeting took place in Istanbul and was attended by U.S. Amb. Robert Ford.

More important were the military and operational coordination meetings at the Antakya garrison. Senior Turkish, Qatari, and U.S. Intelligence officials attended in addition to the Syrian senior (opposition) commanders. The Syrians were informed that bombing would start in a few days. “The opposition was told in clear terms that action to deter further use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime could come as early as in the next few days,” a Syrian participant in the meeting said. Another Syrian participant said that he was convinced U.S. bombing was scheduled to begin on Thursday, Aug. 29. Several participants — both Syrian and Arab — stressed that the assurances of forthcoming bombing were most explicit even as formally Obama is still undecided.

The descriptions of these meetings raise the question of the extent of foreknowledge of U.S. intelligence, and therefore, the Obama White House. All the sources consulted — both Syrian and Arab — stressed that officials of the “Mukhabarat Amriki” actively participated in the meetings and briefings in Turkey. Therefore, at the very least, they should have known that the opposition leaders were anticipating “a war-changing development”: that is, a dramatic event which would provoke a U.S.-led military intervention.

The mere fact that weapon storage sites under the tight supervision of U.S. intelligence were opened up and about a thousand tons of high-quality weapons were distributed to the opposition indicates that U.S. intelligence anticipated such a provocation and the opportunity for the Syrian opposition to exploit the impact of the ensuing U.S. and allied bombing. Hence, even if the Obama White House did not know in advance of the chemical provocation, they should have concluded, or at the very least suspected, that the chemical attack was most likely the “war-changing development” anticipated by the opposition leaders as provocation of U.S.-led bombing. Under such circumstances, the Obama White House should have refrained from rushing head-on to accuse Assad’s Damascus and threaten retaliation, thus making the Obama White House at the very least complicit after the act.

Meanwhile, additional data from Damascus about the actual chemical attack increases the doubts about Washington’s version of events. Immediately after the attack, three hospitals of Doctors Without Borders (MSF: médecins sans frontières) in the greater Damascus area treated more than 3,600 Syrians affected by the chemical attack, and 355 of them died. MSF performed tests on the vast majority of those treated.

MSF director of operations Bart Janssens summed up the findings: “MSF can neither scientifically confirm the cause of these symptoms nor establish who is responsible for the attack. However, the reported symptoms of the patients, in addition to the epidemiological pattern of the events — characterized by the massive influx of patients in a short period of time, the origin of the patients, and the contamination of medical and first aid workers — strongly indicate mass exposure to a neurotoxic agent.” Simply put, even after testing some 3,600 patients, MSF failed to confirm that sarin was the cause of the injuries. According to MSF, the cause could have been nerve agents like sarin, concentrated riot control gas, or even high-concentration pesticides. Moreover, opposition reports that there was distinct stench during the attack suggest that it could have come from the “kitchen sarin” used by jihadist groups (as distinct from the odorless military-type sarin) or improvised agents like pesticides.

Some of the evidence touted by the Obama White House is questionable at best.

A small incident in Beirut raises big questions. A day after the chemical attack, Lebanese fixers working for the “Mukhabarat Amriki” succeeded to convince a Syrian male who claimed to have been injured in the chemical attack to seek medical aid in Beirut in return for a hefty sum that would effectively settle him for life. The man was put into an ambulance and transferred overnight to the Farhat Hospital in Jib Janine, Beirut. The Obama White House immediately leaked friendly media that “the Lebanese Red Cross announced that test results found traces of sarin gas in his blood.” However, this was news to Lebanese intelligence and Red Cross officials. According to senior intelligence officials, “Red Cross Operations Director George Kettaneh told [them] that the injured Syrian fled the hospital before doctors were able to test for traces of toxic gas in his blood.” Apparently, the patient declared that he had recovered from his nausea and no longer needed medical treatment. The Lebanese security forces are still searching for the Syrian patient and his honorarium.

On Aug. 24, Syrian Commando forces acted on intelligence about the possible perpetrators of the chemical attack and raided a cluster of rebel tunnels in the Damascus suburb of Jobar. Canisters of toxic material were hit in the fierce fire-fight as several Syrian soldiers suffered from suffocation and “some of the injured are in a critical condition”.

The Commando eventually seized an opposition warehouse containing barrels full of chemicals required for mixing “kitchen sarin”, laboratory equipment, as well as a large number of protective masks. The Syrian Commando also captured several improvised explosive devices, RPG rounds, and mortar shells. The same day, at least four HizbAllah fighters operating in Damascus near Ghouta were hit by chemical agents at the very same time the Syrian Commando unit was hit while searching a group of rebel tunnels in Jobar.

Both the Syrian and the HizbAllah forces were acting on intelligence information about the real perpetrators of the chemical attack. Damascus told Moscow the Syrian troops were hit by some form of a nerve agent and sent samples (blood, tissues, and soil) and captured equipment to Russia.

Several Syrian leaders, many of whom are not Bashar al-Assad supporters and are even his sworn enemies, are now convinced that the Syrian opposition is responsible for the Aug. 21, chemical attack in the Damascus area in order to provoke the U.S. and the allies into bombing Assad’s Syria. Most explicit and eloquent is Saleh Muslim, the head of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) which has been fighting the Syrian Government.

Muslim doubts Assad would have used chemical weapons when he was winning the civil war.

“The regime in Syria … has chemical weapons, but they wouldn’t use them around Damascus, five km from the [UN] committee which is investigating chemical weapons. Of course they are not so stupid as to do so,” Muslim told Reuters on Aug. 27. He believes the attack was “aimed at framing Assad and provoking an international reaction”. Muslim is convinced that “some other sides who want to blame the Syrian regime, who want to show them as guilty and then see action” is responsible for the chemical attack. The U.S. was exploiting the attack to further its own anti-Assad policies and should the UN inspectors find evidence that the rebels were behind the attack, then “everybody would forget it”, Muslim shrugged. “Who is the side who would be punished? Are they are going to punish the Emir of Qatar or the King of Saudi Arabia, or Mr Erdogan of Turkey?”

And there remain the questions: Given the extent of the involvement of the “Mukhabarat Amriki” in opposition activities, how is it that U.S. intelligence did not know in advance about the opposition’s planned use of chemical weapons in Damascus?

And if they did know and warned the Obama White House, why then the sanctimonious rush to blame the Assad Administration? Moreover, how can the Obama Administration continue to support and seek to empower the opposition which had just intentionally killed some 1,300 innocent civilians in order to provoke a U.S. military intervention?

Undeniably, the blasted Pyromaniac-in-Chief set the stage for the unleashing of Assad’s chemical arsenal, in his bid to shore up his Brotherhood Mafia  – through his fingerprints in Benghazigate – by providing them with heavy weapons, which in turn helped to pry loose chemicals, arsenals that had been under lock and key for decades. Less than six degrees separated.

Regardless of the global necessity to smash the Iranian axis (no convincing required for this American-Israeli…living in their cross hairs !) the rational way forward would be to attack the head of the snake – Iran’s genocidal WMD program! But no, the Islamist-in-Chief gave Iran’s Hitlerite regime the biggest gift of all: close to 6 years of breathing room, as he offered the back end of his boot, in 2009, to its true freedom fighters. Whether in leadership positions or not, some instinctively understand when things aren’t as they seem. They also intuit the dangers lying in wait and can cut through the bull crap shoveling their way. This parsing is no easy feat and can become manifestly dangerous, especially since smoke and mirrors now passes for ‘good’ governance. Truth is no longer a valued commodity. A guidepost. As a result, history, coined ‘historicism’, is irrelevant and considered non fact-based. Fungible. Nevertheless – and despite all the naysayers – certain triggers enable many of us to see from point A to point B. All the while, a dogged attempt to attach ‘paranoia’ to said realistic thinking continues apace. So what…sticks and stones.

In this regard, some positive news is coming down the (Texas) pipeline (and this is aside from their highly tangible progress, as a number one leader in energy independence, a DIRECT consequence of eschewing Washington’s dictates…cause and effect), but before patriots celebrate, let’s recall two previously penned hopeful commentaries: yes, the once rumblings for secession are reaching higher pitch. Not only that, but intelligence insiders are giving more than enough food for thought, as to why secession may be the only path left for freedom seekers.

Sets strategy ‘regardless of what happens outside borders’

Barry Smitherman, head of the powerful Texas Railroad Commission, is making waves for his comments about economic collapse, energy policy and the future.

But don’t a lot of officials address those same issues?

Yes, but not the same way Smitherman does.

He talks about economic collapse as what will happen to the rest of the United States, not Texas. And he talks about energy policy as a way to make sure Texas commerce will continue, without the rest of the United States. And when he talks about the future, he focuses on Texas, because he believes there might not be the rest of the United States.

See a pattern?

“One of the things I’ve focused on in the last 10 years of my public sector life is preparing Texas to be a prosperous and safe place to work, regardless of what happens outside our borders,” he said.

“We are uniquely situated because we have energy resources, fossil and otherwise, and our own independent electrical grid. Generally speaking, we have made great progress in becoming an independent nation, an ‘island nation’ if you will, and I think we want to continue down that path so that if the rest of the country falls apart, Texas can operate as a stand-alone entity with energy, food, water and roads as if we were a closed-loop system.”

Smitherman said he feels Texas officials must do what they can to prepare the state.

“This was one of my goals at the Utility Commission and it is one my goals currently as chairman of the Railroad Commission. That’s why I stress so vehemently oil and gas production, permitting turnaround times, and everything that enables the industry to produce as much as it can, as quickly as it can,” he said.

In the last year, big names in energy began moving their headquarters to Texas, quietly and without fanfare, including credit affiliates long based in New York. Some have speculated that a coming economic crisis has precipitated the move, and that these companies must have assurances from Texas.

Smitherman does not believe this relocation is accidental.

When asked about the energy climate, possible energy independence, and the place of Texas in the energy landscape of the future, Smitherman remarked, “Today we are producing over 1.7 million barrels of oil per day, number one in the country by a wide margin. These numbers put us in league with many OPEC nations. We are a bigger contributor to the country than Saudi Arabia. We have about a third of all the natural gas production in the nation, and these numbers are going vertical.”

Smitherman has been credited with keeping the EPA’s influence nominal in Texas and stopping attempts by the Obama administration to ban hydraulic fracturing, colloquially referred to as “fracking,” which has demonstrably resulted in an unprecedented energy boom in Texas – recently causing Saudi Arabia to express public concern.

On the Obama administration’s exercise of power and what Smitherman calls an “assault” on the U.S. Constitution, he had the following comments:

“We’ve been very strong in leading the charge against the Obama administration. Our challenge against the Obama administration’s EPA air pollution regulation which attempted to shut down our coal plants before their life ended naturally, is a great example of taking them to task. We won at the U.S. Court of Appeals of D.C. The ruling said that the EPA air pollution rule was not grounded in science and was arbitrary and capricious.”

He continued, “It’s laborious, but when we take them on, we have a fair chance of winning. We don’t take these regulations seriously.”

Smitherman also recounted the “endangerment finding” from the EPA that attempted to implement cap and trade legislation via regulation. The case was appealed by Texas and is currently under review by the Supreme Court.

Cap and trade is estimated to potentially cost million jobs, reduce U.S. GDP by $9 trillion and is projected to increase the energy costs per U.S. household by $1,200 per year.

In the course of his remarks to WND, Smitherman commented on the unique legal difference in Texas covering exploitation of resources under the ground.

“Our established body of law here is that the mineral interest owner has priority over the surface interest owner,” explained Smitherman, adding that, “the state of Texas has very little land owned by the federal government. Because we are a private land ownership state, private land owners and mineral owners are incentivized to recover and allow drilling on their property. The federal government, for whatever reason, makes it difficult to recover oil on federal land.”

Permits in Texas take weeks to process, not years, as with the federal government, according to Smitherman. The second presidential debate of 2012 saw candidate Mitt Romney challenge Obama’s claim that permit approval had been cut in half under his first term. Obama denied permit reduction repeatedly and then later admitted that the claim was accurate.

In 2008, Obama promised to “bankrupt” the coal industry, which supports over 80,000 jobs:

“So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted,” he threatened.

During his 2008 campaign, Obama also remarked, “We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK.”

After the BP oil spill, when all offshore rigs passed new inspections, the Obama administration implemented a “drilling moratorium,” which reportedly threatened 20,000 jobs in Louisiana alone. Three versions were re-instituted, after federal courts ruled each moratorium illegal, and ordered permits to be granted. Permits were later granted after long delays.

Smitherman is running to succeed Attorney General Greg Abbott, who many believe gave Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, his start in politics by appointing him as solicitor general. Cruz and Abbott argued several landmark cases together before the Supreme Court, including a case challenging the intrusion of the World Court into a state murder conviction, and a case protecting the Ten Commandments display on Texas capitol grounds.

Speaking about his campaign for attorney general, Smitherman contrasted himself from other candidates, saying,

“I know my chief competitors. There is a difference between having a conservative legislative record and having a record of conservative leadership. I have led two big state agencies – the Public Utilities Commission and the Railroad Commission as well as roles in the private sector – and these have prepared me to now lead the attorney general’s office, which has over 4,000 employees.

There is an underlying reason why Texas is considered a ‘larger than life’ state, and the old show, Dallas, is not the reason. At its core, Texas (despite the assiduous efforts of Demsters within, who seek to turn it ‘blue’ ala much mischief making) emits a healthy respect for individual liberties and small government.

It is for this reason that a solid respect, a heads up, is given to the Lone Star State (what an appropriate nickname) all the way from Israel.

Memo to Texans: don’t let anyone stand in your way, and do push forward with your ‘open carry’ efforts. Lead the charge for the rest of the states, as they sink further under the death boot of Washington.

ANYTHING smacking of patriotic ethos is a ‘legitimate’ target for Obama Inc.’s goon squads at the IRS, you know, those same guys and gals who will soon be in charge of ‘monitoring’ compliance with Obamacare! As such, if one wanted to whip up a more nightmarish point of combustion for average, patriotic Americans, as opposed to the ‘protected’ classes under their purview (be they illegals, Muslim Americans, gays and garden variety radical leftist NO GO zones), one would be hard pressed to find a more mischief- making recipe. Could it get any worse?

As is said, the proofs are in the pudding, so consider their animus ALREADY displayed: ‘Mama Janet’ did resign, yet DHS and their fixation on vets will continue. Indeed, bulls eyes are painted on the backs of vets. How dare they! Never mind, they have their (political/ideological) ‘reasons’.

YET, one group of vets – their pets – free from persecution…you guessed right…are Muslim vets. Not only that, but Obama Inc. goes so far as to pay jizya to ‘soldiers for Allah’, even while committing jihad wearing an American uniform! When, and where, will this nightmare end? Who knows.

IRS is targeting the American Legion with new set of guidelines

  • The Internal Revenue Service is targeting the veterans’ organization the American Legion, and a U.S. senator believes that Lois Lerner — a key figure in the IRS scandal – is to blame.

“The IRS now requires American Legion posts to maintain dates of service and character of service records for all members… The penalty for not having the required proof of eligibility is, apparently, $1,000 per day,” the American Legion stated.

The American Legion was referring to a 13-part section of Part 4, Chapter 76 of the Internal Revenue Manual pertaining to “veterans’ organizations.”

The section falls under “Exempt Organizations Examination Guidelines,” which is the jurisdiction of Exempt Organizations head Lois Lerner, who apologized for improperly targeting tea party groups and tried to plead the Fifth Amendment in a congressional hearing.

“The American Legion has recently learned of the so-called IRS ‘audit manual’ and is concerned that portions of it attempt to amend statutes passed by Congress and approved by the president,” American Legion legal counsel Philip Onderdonk, Jr. told The Daily Caller.

“Resolutions recommending action by the Legion’s legislative division on two of the most egregious sections of the IRS document are being presented for a vote by members at The American Legion’s annual national convention in Houston [this] week. If the resolutions are adopted, the Legion will be empowered as a body to urge correction of the veterans service organization-related portion(s) of the IRS manual and suggest congressional review of the entire 38 section IRS document,” Onderdonk said.

“On the heels of Americans’ anger over revelations that the IRS intentionally targeted certain groups, it has been brought to my attention that the IRS is now turning their sights toward our nation’s veterans,” Kansas Sen. Jerry Moran said. “The IRS seems to be auditing veteran service organizations by requiring private member military service forms.”

“If a post is unable or not willing to turn over this personal information, it’s possible they could face a fine of $1,000 per day,” Moran continued.

“I am deeply concerned about this revelation and will insist on answers. This policy seems to be crafted with the oversight of Lois Lerner and deserves, at a minimum, a thorough look to make certain the IRS is not overstepping bounds of privacy and respect for our nation’s heroes,” Moran added.

The American Legion, headquartered in Indianapolis, was founded in 1919 as a social and support group for veterans returning from World War I. It is now one of the leading nonpartisan forces lobbying for veterans rights.

Significantly, Americans have witnessed a myriad of violations of the law by the IRS, therefore, why would anyone – in their right, left, or center-brain mind – trust them with anything, let alone to follow the rule of law? Even more to the point, one can find below a partial indictment (listing it in its entirety will leave no room for ‘play time’!) against the IRS behemoth: 

Smokin’ hot e-mails lead the charge sheet; followed up by an indictment against the Lawbreaker-in-Chief; as the IRS’s Chief Counsel comes too close to the White House’s door. In effect, a lawless regime is tasking a rogue Federal Agency to act as its ‘legal’ enforcer, even as IRS Enforcement Agents will soon be armed with shotguns to get the job done.

Say it ain’t so…as liberty disappears further down the rabbit hole!

NOT unlike a slowly metastasizing tumor, or a lethal parasite, the Mid East is always a cauldron of regional menaces. At certain junctures in time the fires are on a slow burn and can simmer slowly, without evincing too much damage. Flash points. But rational folks also realize, if one pours gasoline into an open fire, well, MEGA explosions ensue. Such is the case when it comes to ‘managing’ the delicate storms in the Mid East. A high wire balancing act. A tightrope.  But just as there are maintenance regimens for some late stage diseases – thank G-d for that – so too are most of the region’s firestorms ‘manageable’, at least with proper hyper-muscle and deterrence factors.

That being said, one must possess intellectual awareness and integrity – from the get go – political posturing aside, to assert: sans interference from the Pyromaniac-in-Chief, certain fires would still be on the slow-burn, instead of engulfing the region. How so? Let this blog point the way:

Simply put, the Islamist-in-Chief lit the fuse via his frontal embrace of the Brotherhood Mafia. As such, the overthrow of strong-arm dictator Mubarak (hardly a ‘democrat’, yet, for decades, he kept the Islamists at bay) sent Egypt into a tailspin, with reverberations felt throughout the region and beyond.

In tandem, plans to overthrow Qadaffi were afoot, back in 2010, having nothing to do with protecting civilians, ala ‘R2P’ (a concept cooked up by leftist, pro Islamist, vile anti-semite, UN ensconced, Samantha Powers), but everything to do with weapons running to aid the Syrian ‘rebels’; a hybrid of Brotherhood/Al Qaeda/Al-Nusra terror fronts. True, a smattering of coalitions, who seek to just live their lives without Islamists giving them the boot, are in the mix. Nevertheless, they are the proverbial needle in the haystack and will be overrun by the jihadists, before they can say – boo. Devoured alive. Literally. Meanwhile, the release of the Blind terror Sheikh was an inherent factor to the Libyan operation, yet the (Islamist) devil is always in the details. It didn’t pan out. Enter: Benghazigate.

It is into this veritable Devil’s cauldron one finds Iran, not only as the patron/sponsor of the Shiite terror axis, but as the beneficiary of all the wildfires – Sunni and Shia alike. Hence, the centrifuges, the plutonium track and every other aspect of Iran’s genocidal program continues – uninterrupted – at warp speed. Catastrophic.

Syria war, US reprisals, Israeli vulnerabilities, and the Iran nuke threat

Oddly enough, with events spiraling out of control in Syria, no one is paying much attention to the puppet master: Iran. As a result, Tehran manages to proceed unhindered with its development of nuclear weapons. In a few years, the strategic shortsightedness of both Washington and Jerusalem could become explosively apparent.

What will happen next? Inevitably, the United States and Israel, more or less cooperatively, will seek a dependable regional system of nuclear deterrence. But could such a last ditch security effort succeed?

Before it can work, any system of deterrence must be based on an assumption of rationality. This means that each side must believe the other will value its continued national survival more highly than any other preference, or combination of preferences.

To be sure, it is at least possible that pertinent decision-makers in Tehran would be rational. Still, it is entirely plausible that, at some point, this core assumption would no longer remain valid. Moreover, even a fully rational Iranian adversary could sometime decide to launch against Israel, because of: (1) incorrect information used in its vital decisional calculations; (2) mechanical, electronic, or computer malfunctions; (3) unauthorized decisions to fire, in the national decisional command authority; or (4) coup d’état.

Probably, in the aftermath of an Iranian nuclear attack upon Israel, the Jewish State would not disappear. Should this be taken as “reassuring?” After all, and at a minimum,  tens of thousands of  Israelis, Arabs as well as Jews, would be crushed, torn apart, and severely burned.

Large numbers would fall victim to raging firestorms. Fallout injuries would include whole-body radiation injury, produced by penetrating, hard gamma radiations; superficial radiation burns, produced by soft radiations; and assorted injuries produced by deposits of radioactive substances within the body.

After an Iranian nuclear attack, even a “small” one, those few medical facilities that might still exist in Israel would be taxed beyond capacity. Water supplies would quickly become unusable. Housing and shelter could be unavailable for hundreds of thousands (in principle, at least, perhaps even millions) of survivors. Transportation would break down to rudimentary levels. Food shortages would be crippling, critical, and forseeably, very long-term. All normal mechanisms of economic exchange would be shattered.

Emergency police and fire services would be decimated. Most systems dependent upon electrical power could stop functioning, perhaps for months, or even longer. Severe trauma would produce widespread disorientation and psychiatric disorders, pathologies for which there would be no available therapeutic services.

After an Iranian nuclear attack, many Israeli survivors could expect an increase in serious and degenerative pathologies. They could also expect premature death, impaired vision, and sterility. Following what we know about atomic bomb effects upon Hiroshima and Nagasaki, an increased incidence of leukemia and cancers of the lung, stomach, breast, ovary and uterine cervix would be indicated.

Extensive fallout would leave its mark upon Israel. Over time, it would upset many delicately balanced relationships in nature. Those Israelis who had survived the nuclear attack would still have to deal with enlarged insect populations. Like the locusts of biblical times, mushrooming insect hordes could spread widely beyond the radiation-damaged areas in which they first arose.

Insects are generally more resistant to radiation than humans. This fact, coupled with the prevalence of unburied corpses, uncontrolled waste, and untreated sewage, would generate tens of trillions of flies and mosquitoes. Breeding in the dead bodies, these insects would make it utterly impossible to control typhus, malaria, dengue fever, and encephalitis.

Throughout Israel, tens or even hundreds of thousands of rotting human corpses would pose the single largest health threat.   Simply to bury the bodies would prove to be a staggering and conceivably impossible task. Then, unceremonious mass cremations could prove to be the only viable “final solution.”

These same catastrophic effects, possibly even more expansive and destructive, could  be wreaked upon Iran by Israel. With near absolute certainty, an immediate Israeli nuclear retaliation for any Iranian nuclear aggression would be initiated. In both Israel and Iran, legions of battered survivors would envy the dead.

None of this strategic scenario would need to be considered if Iran could still be kept distant from nuclear weapons. Barring the very unlikely prospect of an eleventh-hour preemption against Iranian hard targets, however, it will become necessary to implement a broadly stable program for regional nuclear deterrence. Within this historically familiar threat system, Israel might still be able to identify certain remaining deterrence options.

These options would pertain to both rational and irrational decision-makers in Tehran.

By definition, irrational Iranian adversaries would not value their own national survival most highly. Nonetheless, they could still maintain a determinable and potentially manipulable ordering of preferences. Washington and Jerusalem, therefore, should promptly undertake a meticulous effort (1) to adequately anticipate this prospective ordering; and  (2)  to fashion deterrent threats accordingly.

Future Iranian preference-orderings would not be created in a vacuum. Among other things, assorted strategic developments in already-nuclear Pakistan, and (eventually) “Palestine,” could impact such orderings. This impact could manifest itself in the form of certain game-changing “synergies,” or, in more narrowly military parlance, as significant “force multipliers.”

The preference orderings of a nuclearizing Iran will be effected, especially in the short term, by whatever happens to Tehran’s surrogate in Damascus. If an American missile strike is launched against certain hard targets of the Assad regime, US President Barack Obama may, however unintentionally, also be declaring a de facto war against Iran.

In such increasingly likely circumstances, Washington’s jurisprudential motives would not include a wider conflict, but these high-sounding presidential motives could prove irrelevant. Here, Tehran would almost certainly choose to accelerate the pace of its nuclear weapons program. In part, this acceleration would represent the result of  an increased fear of becoming the object of  an American and/or Israeli  preemptive attack itself.

Over time, Iran’s cumulative response to any impending American attacks on Syrian regime targets could trigger a reduced willingness to abide by the logic of deterrence. It follows that any such American attacks, especially if they did not remain expectedly “tailored” or “limited,” could actually hasten the outbreak of a more-or-less region-wide war, ultimately involving nuclear arms. This is not to suggest that a suitably proportionate American military response to Syrian regime crimes against humanity would be inherently law-violating or “wrong,” but only that there might also be various unintended yet grievously substantial nuclear consequences.

Now, the ever patient Prof has access to many ears – ever so grateful he lends me his! – both within Israel’s leadership, as well as the U.S. It remains to be seen if his warnings, evinced to top leadership back in 2003, as well as in 2009, are now falling on deaf ears. But this much is for sure: if Iran breaks out into a nuclear power, despite all the clarion calls emitted herein, future generations will hold this generation of leaders wholly responsible. Indictable. History will crucify them, in a manner of speaking!

In comparison, Chamberlain will come off as a capable leader. A reasonably good guy.
