Our second request is directed at the American Civil Liberties Union itself and we would like to receive a documented response from the ACLU as to whether the ACLU condones or condemns, agrees or disagrees with Religious defamation by linking religion to militant activities. We are asking that Media Outlets refrain from linking Militant activities with a religious undertone. This kind of religious undertones to militant/ terrorist activities are unacceptable and unjustifiable. Such linkages with religion we do not find in the reports concerning Militants/ Terrorists from other faiths such as the case with Anders Breivick a Christian who is a Terrorist, he set off explosives at Government Installations in Norway and killed scores of Civilians with Automatic Rifles due to his perceived Crusade against Muslims. The very man made reference to known Right-Wing Think Tanks and Islamophobic Bloggers in his online manifesto known for their Campaign of Fear mongering to fan fear of Muslims in America and abroad. We believe those whom he mentioned in his manifesto should be questioned by Law Enforcement for inciting violence and acts of terrorism both domestically and foreign. More information on this can be obtained from the Centre for American Progress (CAP) who conducted a full scale investigation and released a 130 or 140 paged report thereon called Fear inc: The Roots of Islamophobia in America. You may also request for more information from the Security Sector namely the CIA’s Specialists on Terrorism who would gladly advise that Religion plays no role in Middle Eastern conflicts nor anywhere else in the world.
We also don’t find news media labelling Buddhists as terrorists for their acts of violence and ethnic cleansing of the hundreds of thousands of Muslims in Burma, or Christians as Terrorists for their ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Central African Republic, nor illegal Jewish settlers for their daily killings of Palestinians in Palestine, nor do we hear the same religious connotations for the killing of the ethnic Huihui (Muslims of China) by the Haan Chinese and other parts of the world.
Media outlets have made it a common trend to single out Islam through bias reporting standards which are not accurate nor fair. We suggest that the Media outlets refrain from the use of the phrases “Islamist Militants or Militant Islam” when they are reporting on militant/ terrorist activities, but rather use the names of the militant groups such as Al Qaeda or al Shabaab or Boko Haram and say al Qaeda militants instead of defaming Islam as they do for all other faiths.
There is no such thing as Militant Islam there is only Islam as taught and practiced by the noble prophet Mohammed SallallahuAlaihiWa’salaam (peace be upon him). We want to solidify a ban on such religious defamation so that in future no people’s religious beliefs will be placed under such a vicious and unacceptable attack and this is a request for the protection of the religious liberty for peoples of all faiths.
Now the reasons for why the ACLU needs to take up this matter with the utmost urgency.
Our Organization the UMN Intl holds some Media outlets responsible for the rise in Islamophobic Violence within America and abroad, the ACLU we believe needs to take a serious look at the following facts.
Islamophobic Violence has reached alarming rates on a Global Scale where many of these attacks on Muslims (as well as non-Muslims) have led to a number of deaths within America and elsewhere. Some of these attacks are more than what some term as hate crimes but are in fact Terrorist attacks on Muslims and others who are not part of the Islamophobic Network. The Islamophobic Network seeks a clash of Civilizations. The ACLU need to at least try and place pressure on News Media outlets to refrain from the use of such defamatory terms and instead be accurate and fair. We expect News Media to use the names of the persons or groups responsible for acts of violenceand not blame religion. We are asking that the ACLU defend the religious liberty of all Americans
The main factor apart from this being a case of highly offensive Religious Defamation this is in fact something to be probed due to the fact that it has been a cause of deaths within America and elsewhere.
In Germany a pregnant Muslim woman took an Islamophobe to court for harassment, inside the court of law the Islamophobe Stabbed her to death and when her husband tried to defend her he was the one who got shot by the cops.
In South Africa a young Muslim Man named FayazKazi was beaten to death by two Islamophobes just because he was a Muslim and had a beard. Other cases in South Africa are of Somali’s having been stoned to death by Islamophobes and their businesses ransacked.
In America there have been reports of attacks on perceived Muslims, namely indianShikhs and some of these attacks have resulted in deaths. Muslims in America also face religious and racial profiling.
The list of Islamophobic Violence which has resulted in a number of deaths from all over the world is mounting, we are fighting an Islamophobic Pandemic of some sort and are dealing with Organizations just like the ACLU and others in a number of countries, if the ACLU could bring this to the attention of the National Security Agencies and the Justice Department as well then perhaps we would achieve a great stride in securing the safety of American Muslims as well as non-Muslim Americans and avoid any reprisal attacks due to Islamophobic Violence. It is only natural for a people who face attacks and persecution to respond on a defensive and in some cases it may lead to armed confrontations. This is what we’re trying to prevent. We ask that the ACLU grant the Islamophobic Networks the freedom to express their standing freely as we believe this will only expose their sinister plans further. Any opposition should have the right to voice their views for us this is an easy way for you to identify truth from falsehood so that justice may prevail. Sheikh Rachid al-Ghannouchi, the head of Tunisia’s controversial Islamist Ennahda Movement, is scheduled to head a lecture Tuesday afternoon Yale’s Law School, according to the school’s website.

Al-Ghannouchi’s upcoming appearance at the Ivy League school could become controversial given the sheik’s longtime support for radical terror groups and his past calls for Muslims to wage “unceasing war against the Americans.”

The sheik’s violent rhetoric, radical leanings, and endorsement of Hamas led him to be banned from entering the United States for a time.

Genocidal Ghannouchi goes even further than that.

Sheikh Rashid Ghannouchi, of Tunisia’s equally moderate Islamist Ennahda Movement, said, “There are no civilians in Israel. The population—males, females and children—are the army reserve soldiers, and thus can be killed.”

I’m sure that an honest lecture from GG on Islamic law would be enlightening, but like his Muslim Brotherhood pals, the Sheik knows how to modify his rhetoric now that he and his murderous Islamist party are in power in Tunisia.
