Commuters might have noticed something very different on a Sunday morning ride down the Drag — about a half-dozen red and white signs raised by University of Texas-area churches, proclaiming, “We stand with our Muslim neighbors.”
Penned “The Banner Project,” the campaign aims to diminish anti-Muslim attitudes in America, a national effort born right here in Austin, sponsored by the nonprofit Interfaith Action for Human Rights.
“These banners are something simple, concrete and visible, and we hope they will lead to many, many acts of mutual understanding and compassionate work among people of different religious faiths,” the Rev. John Elford said at the late April launch party for area churches when his congregation, University United Methodist Church, unveiled its banner.
The first banner went up at the Congregational Church of Austin, just off the Drag, when parishioners marched to the Nueces Mosque down the street for an open house, where they shared a meal next to rooms where Muslims wash and pray.
The most important thing was to be sure the Muslim community actually supported the project, said the Rev. Tom Vande Stadt, pastor at Congregational. “We didn’t want to be presumptuous,” he said. (oy, vey) With that blessing, 14 other churches and synagogues have since raised signs. (Gee, that’s funny, Muslims have no problem with being presumptuous)
Spearhead Bonnie Tamres-Moore said it couldn’t come at a better time, since anti-Muslim attitudes are on the rise. A February Pew Research poll found that more than 75 percent of Americans think discrimination against Muslims is increasing, something she attributes to a presidential campaign peppered with anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant rhetoric.
“It is very clear to me that being a bystander to hatred and intolerance makes it possible for hatred and intolerance to grow,” she said.
University-area churches are now working together to do more than just put out a public statement. University United Methodist will offer classes on Islam this fall. Three other area churches will join a local Muslim organization June 8, during the holy month of Ramadan, to break the fast by eating together (barbarically-slaughtered halal food only, of course).
Elford and VandeStadt predicted the signs will stay up through the election cycle and while classes are in session, to ensure that Muslim students feel welcome and supported. “Growing up, I kind of thought that was pretty much a noncontroversial statement and that anybody would accept that,” he said. “But you find that in the midst of all that we’re seeing around us, that we need to be reminded to love our neighbors.”

The “Sharia-compliant” financing means the deal complies with complex Islamic laws that govern lending and borrowing, including a prohibition against accepting interest or fees for loans.
Manhattan developer Sharif El-Gamal’s 2010 plan for a 15-story Islamic cultural center sparked protests from opponents who dubbed it the “Ground Zero Mosque,” although it was four blocks away.
He abandoned that plan in 2011 and there has been little apparent opposition to the smaller museum or the development itself.
The project now includes two multi-story penthouses on the top four floors along with a pool, gym and kids’ playroom.
The deal, finalized Tuesday, was funded by the London branch of Malayan Banking Berhad.
The project was designed by Michel Abboud of SOMA Architects, along with Ismael Leyva Architects, and will include a 2,821 square-foot public plaza, green space and a retail shop.

Pope Francis, in an interview with the French newspaper La Croix, suggested a likeness between ISIS and Jesus by explaining that while “the idea of conquest is inherent in the soul of Islam,” it was quite possible to interpret certain passages of the Gospels, particularly in Matthews, as a call for Christians to go forth with this “same idea of conquest” in their discipleship.
He also faulted the free market for driving poverty, saying economies need “a state to monitor and balance them;” gun manufacturers for fueling wars; and the failures of Christians in Europe to properly assimilate with Muslims as causing much of the tensions of recent times – ostensibly, to include acts of terror.
His specific words, according to an English interpretation of his comments: “Today, I don’t think that there is a fear of Islam as such but of ISIS and its war of conquest, which is partly drawn from Islam. It is true that the idea of conquest is inherent in the soul of Islam. However, it is also possible to interpret the objective in Matthew’s Gospel, where Jesus sends his disciples to all nations, in terms of the same idea of conquest.”
He also said “co-existence between Christians and Muslims is still possible,” citing his own growing years in a country “where they co-habit on good terms…read the whole disturbing apologia….
Al-Tayeb has shown himself over the years to be anything but a preacher of peace, cooperation and mercy: he has justified anti-Semitism on Qur’anic grounds; Al-Tayeb; called for the Islamic State murderers of the Jordanian pilot to be crucified or have their hands and feet amputated on opposite sides (as per the penalty in Qur’an 5:33 for those who make war against Allah and his messenger or spread “mischief” in the land); and broken off “dialogue”with the Vatican after Pope Benedict XVI dared to criticize the jihad massacre of 21 Christians in Alexandria on New Year’s Eve 2011. Al-Azhar was alsorevealed to be offering free copies of a book that called for the slaughter of Christians and other Infidels.
Will the Pope during this visit again affirm his respect for Islam and contempt for Christianity? Will he convert to Islam before al-Tayeb, or just offer his submission and a jizya payment?

ALONG this treacherous terrain, it is comforting (in an odd manner) that another major whistle blower is confirming what has been asserted at this site from its (2012) inception. Yup. The hope is that a million plus strong – and highly outraged – public will become a real force multiplier to turn things around before it is too late.
As a recently retired Department of Homeland Security officer, Philip Haney closely followed the investigation of the massacre in San Bernardino last December carried out by Syed Farook and his Saudi Arabian wife, Tashfeen Malik.
When the name of the Southern California mosque attended by Farook turned up in a news story days after the attack, Haney sat straight up in his chair and yelled at his computer screen: “That’s my case!”
The case drew the “concern” of the State Department and the DHS’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Office. Not because it alerted frontline officers to a threat to the nation’s security, but because the Obama administration believed it unfairly singled out Muslims.
To the astonishment of Haney and many of his colleagues at the National Targeting Center – which provides background and actionable intelligence to Customs and Border Protection agents – the Obama administration ultimately shut down the case.
The intelligence was ignoreddespite having been used to connect members of the movement to terrorist organizing and financing at the highest levels, including for Hamas and al-Qaida.
In addition, 67 records of individuals and organizations linked to the case that Haney had compiled were completely eliminated by orders from “upper management.”
But not only did the administration effectively quash the case, it launched the first of what turned out to be nine investigations against him.
The “adverse actions” culminated with a Justice Department probe into his handling of information related to the Boston Marathon bombing. (The episode, recounted in the book, casts astonishing, new light on the Boston attack, exposing the lengths the government will go to protect its narrative and relationships with dubious “allies.”)
While Haney eventually was exonerated, the repeated actions against him – all while he was receiving awards and commendations from his immediate superiors acknowledging his excellent work far beyond the call of duty – took a toll on him and his family, and he decided to honorably retire at the end of July 2015.
But as Haney says, the oath he took to defend the nation is still on active duty, and along with writing his book with co-author Art Moore, a WND news editor, he is now free to communicate his chief message: “Take the politically correct handcuffs off of law enforcement and military, and let us do our job.”
Shortly after the San Bernardino massacre, when it became clear that the information Haney compiled in the Tablighi Jamaat case might have prevented the attack, Haney had a telephone conversation with a former supervisor.
Recalling the administration’s handling of the case, which they worked on together, the supervisor said, “All I could think about were the families of the people who were killed by Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik.”
He is one of many of Haney’s colleagues who have thanked him for speaking out on their behalf through his new book, “See Something, Say Nothing,”which officially launches May 24 but is available now.
These DHS officers on the front lines contend that concern for the civil rights and civil liberties of foreigners and groups that are on record stating they intend to destroy Western civilization from within are taking precedent over national security. Law-enforcement officers who take their oath seriously are hindered and sometimes punished by a politically motivated administration, they say.
In short, they believe the nation’s security strategies and tactics are fundamentally flawed, allowing the enemy not only to come and go across its borders but also to help formulate its policies.
Whether it’s a case of deliberately ignoring the threat indicators or being blind to them because of ideological biases, ultimately, the consequences are lives lost, and if it continues, some fear, civilizational collapse.
The notion of any civilizational consequences seemed hyperbolic to many Europeans not long ago. But a new, sobering realization is settling in among the continent’s intelligentsia in the aftermath of the Paris and Brussels attacks as they try to cope with a mounting wave of immigrants who instead of integrating into Europe’s storied cultures seem bent on destroying them.

NOW, whereas Jewish references always spring to mind, Christians should rely on their own sources to propel them into doing the right thing. As to non-believers, well, it doesn’t take much foresight to realize, with or without a formal belief system, it is downright irrational – aside from being profoundly immoral – to allow the west’s destruction, regardless of all else.
The Orthodox Christian Church, which is reclaiming its traditional role in post-Soviet Russia, has just described its government’s fight against the Islamic State and other jihadi groups in Syria as a “holy war.”
According to Vsevolod Chaplin, head of the Church’s Public Affairs Department,
The fight with terrorism is a holy battle and today our country is perhaps the most active force in the world fighting it. The Russian Federation has made a responsible decision on the use of armed forces to defend the People of Syria from the sorrows caused by the arbitrariness of terrorists. Christians are suffering in the region with the kidnapping of clerics and the destruction of churches. Muslims are suffering no less.
This is not a pretext to justify intervention in Syria. For years, Russia’s Orthodox leaders have been voicing their concern for persecuted Christians. Back in February 2012, the Russian church described to Vladimir Putin the horrific treatment Christians are experiencing around the world, especially under Islam:
The head of External Church Relations, Metropolitan Illarion, said that every five minutes one Christian was dying for his or her faith in some part of the world, specifying that he was talking about such countries as Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan and India. The cleric asked Putin to make the protection of Christians one of the foreign policy directions in future.
“This is how it will be, have no doubt,” Putin answered.
Russian Patriarch Kirill once even wrote an impassioned letter to Obama, imploring him to stop empowering the murderers of Christians. That the patriarch said “I am deeply convinced that the countries which belong to the Christian civilization bear a special responsibility for the fate of Christians in the Middle East” must have only ensured that the letter ended up in the Oval Office’s trash can. After all, didn’t Obama make clear that America is “no longer a Christian nation“?
Of course, Russian concerns for Christian minorities will be cynically dismissed by the insufferable talking heads on both sides. While such dismissals once resonated with Americans, they are becoming less persuasive to those paying attention, as explained in “Putin’s Crusade—Is Russia the Last Defender of the Christian Faith?”
For those of us who grew up in America being told that the godless communist atheists in Russia were our enemies, the idea that America might give up on God and Christianity while Russia embraces religion might once have been difficult to accept. But by 2015, the everyday signs in America show a growing contempt for Christianity, under the first president whose very claims of being a Christian are questionable. The exact opposite trend is happening for Russia and its leaders—a return to Christian roots.
Indeed, growing numbers of Americans who have no special love for Russia or Orthodoxy—from billionaire capitalist Donald Trump to evangelical Christians—are being won over by Putin’s frank talk and actions.
How can they not? After one of his speeches praising the West’s Christian heritage—a thing few American politicians dare do—Putin concluded with something that must surely resonate with millions of traditional Americans: “We must protect Russia from that which has destroyed American society”—a reference to the anti-Christian liberalism and licentiousness that has run amok in the West.
Even the Rev. Franklin Graham’s response to Russia’s military intervention in Syria seems uncharacteristically positive, coming as it is from the head of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, which for decades spoke against the godless Soviets: “What Russia is doing may save the lives of Christians in the Middle East…. You understand that the Syrian government … have protected Christians, they have protected minorities from the Islamists.”
ALAS, it is unfathomable that well-known patriots in America and Israel – the twin pillars of western civilization – shouldn’t do the same, standing shoulder to shoulder, thus, PUBLICLY announcing a “holy” war charge of their own! To hell with the respective leaders. Let them rail.

Dozens of leading rabbis on Sunday evening took part in a special “Emergency Conference for the Security of the Nation of Israel in the Holy Land,” where they spoke about the scourge of the current Arab terror wave that has claimed 34 victims’ lives since last September.
The conference was held at the Bostoner Rebbe’s Torah study center in Jerusalem’s northwestern Har Nof neighborhood, and Arutz Sheva was on hand for exclusive coverage of the event.
Those taking part included the Bostoner Rebbe Rabbi Levi Yitzhak Horowitz, Tzfat (Safed) Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, Bnei Brak Chief Rabbi Moshe Landau, Temple Institute head Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, American-born Har Nof Rabbi and Torah lecturer Rabbi Sholom Goldand many others.
“The only way to uproot the Arab murderers’ wave of terror in the Holy Land is by the Israeli government standing firm that there will never be negotiations on territories of the Holy Land, (and giving) an expression of remorse over the previous withdrawals and ‘the wretched declaration’ of two states for two people’s,” wrote the rabbis in a summary after the conference.
They also addressed the “stupid” statements by senior politicians in the government and senior IDF brass that harm the honor of the nation of Israel and IDF soldiers. The statement is an apparent reference to IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot’s rejection of the Talmudic dictum of “when someone comes to kill you – kill him first” as a “slogan” in February, and his subsequent backing from leading ministers.
“Every Arab terrorist who goes out from his home with an intention to harm Jews loses the right to exist, and they should be shot without any superfluous considerations,” declared the rabbis.
Condemning the generals and politicians, they quoted Deuteronomy 20:8, saying, “those who don’t want to act in this way should not take on a role of responsibility for the security of Israel – ‘the man that is fearful and faint-hearted let him go and return unto his house.'”

EVEN so, it is hallucinatory to expect that America’s Rabbinical (and communal) leadership (including its Orthodox stream, one which is very familiar on this end…but never mind….) will stand upright and resolute. How can they possibly be part of the same cause? How does helping the refugees who are coming to Canada aid the cause of the caliphate? The obvious answer is that they’re coming as emigrants in the way of Allah, to whom Allah promises a reward for Islamizing a new land (see, for example, Qur’an 4:100). Abdul-Adhim, speaking in Hamilton, Ontario, says: “We’ve been sitting and not really doing very much for the application of Islam in society … We’re required to call for something — the full implementation of Islam — we’re not allowed to call for anything else or compromise in any other way.” The refugee increases Muslims’ political and societal clout and strengthens these calls for “the full implementation of Islam.”
Helping Syrian refugees coming to Canada and building an Islamic caliphate are part of the same cause, according to a pro-Shariah speaker at an Islamic conference in Hamilton.
And now Mohawk College, on whose property the event took place, says the group isn’t welcome back.
A YouTube video posted last month shows Mazin Abdul-Adhim delivering a speech entitled “The Truth Behind the Syrian Refugee Crisis” on Nov. 28.
The 40-minute English lecture shows Abdul-Adhim standing at a podium beside the flag and banner of Hizb ut-Tahrir, a global organization that promotes the unification of all Muslim countries as one caliphate — an Islamic government led by a religious authority considered a successor to Mohammed.
The speech begins addressing humanitarian matters such as aid and medical support. But the broader thesis is that much of the current conflict in Iraq and Syria is an attempt to stop Muslims from banding together to form their own Islamic government.
“The society (in Syria) has risen up as a society and says that we want Islam as our way of life,” the well-spoken Abdul-Adhim says, dressed in a checkered shirt. “And the West will not have it and this is what we are seeing.”
He later argues: “We’ve been sitting and not really doing very much for the application of Islam in society … We’re required to call for something — the full implementation of Islam — we’re not allowed to call for anything else or compromise in any other way.” However, he believes others are “trying to turn us away from our Deen (faith) by making us scared of even talking about the application of Islam.” He describes sharia as “the best system that exists on Earth” — claiming that it ends racism, has better currency and promotes “economic justice.”
According to Facebook, where he has more than 1,500 followers, Abdul-Adhim lives in London, Ont., and “was born in Canada and is originally from Iraq.”
“He has studied various sciences of Shariah for the past 16 years… and specializes in the societal Ahkam of Islam. He has given talks around Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., has been teaching for over 13 years.”
He identifies Mohammed’s arrival in Medina as “the symbol of the establishment of the political authority of Islam … How did he achieve it? He achieved it by spreading ideas.”
Spreading similar ideas, according to Abdul-Adhim, is integral to solving problems like the conflict in Syria: “The problem is that we don’t understand our own system — the Khilafa (caliphate). And therefore, how do we support the people of Syria? We must send money and help the refugees that are coming here in every way that we can.”
AND there you have it. But it is not as if he is the first to admit to what the “refugee (manufactured) crisis” is all about! Is anyone listening?

IN this regard, a quickfire method to shut down hot-button truth-telling conversations is to accuse the individual of being a conspiracy theorist. As such, most folks become duly reticent and cease talking. Finito.
INDEED, there are so many wild conspiracies flying around that it is hard to keep up. On the other hand, when proof after proof piles up in one definitive direction – plus other measurable quantifiers start to add up – well, ignoring said evidence is just plain crazy.
IN this regard, how shocking is it to find out that part of the silencing extends to incarceration, ala political prisoners akin to third world juntas? But in order to square the circle, so to speak, let’s review some recent backgrounder(s).
BACKGROUNDER ONE:
HOW many understand that Obama Inc.’s manipulative (echo chamber) narrative surrounding the recent assassination of Lavoy Finicum – and it was an assassination – resulted directly from FED overreach, and the need to shut down all dissent re the government’s land theft (not just re the Bundy Ranch) and related matters, setting up Finicum as an example? And isn’t said measure akin to a Mafia-like template too? If not, why not?
Various FBI agents involved in the January shooting and killing of LaVoy Finicum, one of the participants in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation, are under investigation for possible misconduct involving that killing,reports The Oregonian today.

The paper has some newly released video, appended at the end of this post, that syncs external video with video shot from inside the truck Finicum was driving with four other passengers, chronicling the last minutes of Finicum’s life.
We see and hear when first stopped by agents—both FBI and Oregon state troopers were involved—that Finicum wanted to continue on to the city of John Day in Grant County for a planned community meeting which he seemed to think would involve the sheriff there.
He tells the officers who first stopped them that that’s what he intends to do and invites them to either follow him there or to just kill him right now. “You want a bloodbath, it’s going to be on your hands…I’m either going to be laying down here on the ground with my blood on the street or I’m going to see the sheriff,” he said.
He drives off around 4:30 of the video below until hitting the roadblock that leads him to zoom off road to the left.
This newly released video, shot from inside Finicum’s vehicle, does indeed, for those who want to blame Finicum for what happened, literally show him telling the agents that they might as well “go ahead and shoot me” when he’s out of the car and right before they fire the shots that kill him.
But the most interesting and damning thing the video makes clear is that agents started shooting at him, twice, before any of the “appearing to reach in his pocket for a gun” that supposedly justified the kill shots. See starting around 5:30 of the video.
So, there is something for the “narrative” for everyone: those who insist Finicum basically wanted to be shot have his reckless behavior and his shouted goading to the agents.
Those who insist the cops were illegitimately out to kill him from the start have the evidence that they began shooting him just as he exited the vehicle and long before any apparent “reaching for a gun.”
If you want to hear frightened people praying for their life in a truck as cops keep shooting at them, both gas rounds and what seem to me to be bullets, watch/listen to the whole video below.
Recall these people knew they were being shot at from the start, and that their friend who left the truck was shot dead, if you ask why they didn’t just peacefully exit the truck.
And as the Oregonian reports, even Justice Department officials grant now there was very possibly something untoward about the whole process:
An FBI agent is suspected of lying about firing twice at Robert “LaVoy” Finicum and may have gotten help from four other FBI agents in covering up afterward, authorities revealed Tuesday.
The bullets didn’t hit Finicum and didn’t contribute to his death, but now all five unnamed agents, part of an elite national unit, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Inspector General Michael Horowitz is leading the independent inquiry….
Investigators gave no details to explain why the one FBI agent, a member of the Hostage Rescue Team, wouldn’t report the two shots. They also didn’t indicate what his four colleagues on the team did to warrant investigation other than saying it was related to conduct after the shooting.
NO doubt, a political based assassination. Period.
BACKGROUNDER TWO:

ASIDE from activist types – and the aforementioned journalist truth-tellers who are buried six feet under – what else is going on? Well, another journalist and conservative radio host, Peter Santilli, was arrested (on trumped up charges) for the “crime” of reporting on the stand-off!
Reporter Pete Santillihad his hearing in Nevada on Monday on trumped up charges he is facing for his reporting on the Bundy Ranch Siege in 2014. As he left the courtroom in chains, he cried out, “I’m a journalist. This is what they do in Communist China!”
Peter Santilli, a conservative Internet talk show host, lost another bid for freedom Monday while he faces felony charges in the criminal case stemming from the Bunkerville standoff.
Following a hearing, Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro said she did not buy Santilli’s argument that he was a journalist covering the April 12, 2014, armed confrontation between the Bundy family and law enforcement. He hosts the Internet-based “Pete Santilli Show” from Cincinnati on YouTube.
WOW, Obama Inc., the west’s most brazen regime, as it covers all bases to silence all forms of dissent; from patriotic activists to journalists! Yup, it’s now a “crime” to even report on issues of grave national consequence.
ALAS, the questions before us are multi-faceted:
When a regime feels brazen enough to permanently eliminate truth-tellers, what other lengths would they go to in order to silence like-minded dissenters?

The right to protest is a perceived human right arising out of a number of recognized human rights. While no human rights instrument or national constitution grants the absolute right to protest, such a right to protest may be a manifestation of the right to freedom of assembly, the right to freedom of association, and the right to freedom of speech.
WHEN a nation loses its moral compass, resultant, its center of gravity tilts off course. Intrinsically, it sheds its core basis. And akin to individuals who view no distinction nor (im)moral equivalence between good vs evil, up becomes down, and black becomes white. Inherently, all actions become “equal.” Thus, how can one claim that (heretofore designated) murderers are any less “righteous” than those who act to apprehend them, and so on and so forth? Topsy turvy-like.
SO it is into this Alice in Wonderland – through the looking-glass inverted prism – “reality” that patriots find themselves, when attempting to right wrongs undermining America’s Constitutional foundation. BE that as it may, out of the gate, featured commentaries (throughout 2012 and onward) revolved around Congress’s utter refusal to label the MB as a terror organization, despite volumes of documentary evidence given to Reps (mind you, by certain associates within), which shored up the inextricable linkage between the MB and worldwide terror. NOT only that, despite the aforementioned reams of supportive documentary evidence in their hands (much of it due to the herculean efforts of Dave Gaubatzand his team – during a six-month-long daring undercover operation from June-Dec. 2008 – which resulted in a 2009 explosive book, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America”), the consistent response from Congress was effectively: NO CAN DO!
The United Kingdom declared the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist group after an 18-month study ordered by British Prime Minister David Cameron — and the Obama administration slammed the document as flying in the face of the Brotherhood’s history as a “nonviolent Islamist group.”
SO what else is there to say? Plenty.
STILL yet, before the following positive news (keep your fingers crossed that it actually takes place) is noted, it must be perfectly understood: party politics, self-interest, is behind the recent sign-ons by certain Reps, rather than an “awakening” to the out-sized national dangers due to the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia’s influence peddling in Washington. For the record, the very same evidence has been ignored for years, so why are they jumping on board now? Exactly.
The number of House co-sponsors ofThe Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Acthas mushroomed from 28 in February to 49 as of the end of April. The legislation, introduced by Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart, R-Fla., now officially has bipartisan support, with two Democrats signing on as co-sponsors: Rep. Gene Green, D-Texas, and Rep. Collin Peterson, D-Minn.
In a key development, the House Judiciary Committee recently voted, 17-10, to send the bill to the House floor. Though it’s not clear when a full chamber vote will be held, the GOP leadership under House Speaker Paul Ryan supports the legislation.
Meanwhile, a companion bill introduced in the Senate by former presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, now has five key co-sponsors: Sens. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah; Ron Johnson, R-Wis.; James Inhofe, R-Okla.; Pat Roberts, R-Kan.; and Jerry Moran, R-Kan. Johnson chairs the Senate Homeland Security Committee and is a member of the Foreign Relations Committee.
Hatch and Cruz sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is expected to mark the bill up. It will also need support from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, chaired by Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., where it is currently stalled.
If enacted, the legislation would freeze Brotherhood assets and effectively outlaw its front groups, which number in the hundreds inside America.
U.S. organizations identified in the text of the bill as radical Muslim Brotherhood front groups, citing U.S. Justice Department criminal court documents, include: the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the Islamic Society of North America, the North American Islamic Trust and the Muslim American Society. In effect, CAIR, ISNA, NAIT and MAS would be designated as foreign terrorist organizations with enactment of the bill.
Already, the Muslim Brotherhood has been banned in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The UAE has specifically designated Washington-based CAIR and MAS as terrorist organizations.
Brotherhood entities in America have raised millions of dollars for the terrorist group Hamas. The most famous case involving Hamas terror-financing was the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial in 2008, which ended in convictions and imprisonment of several of its leaders.
FBI case agents across the country have found elements of the Brotherhood showing up in virtually every terrorism case they have worked, including the 9/11 attacks and the Boston Marathon bombings.
The pro-jihad Brotherhood gave rise to Hamas and al-Qaida, and shares ideology with ISIS.
Formally designating the Brotherhood a terrorist organization would not only deny U.S. admission to any foreign national tied to it, but force banks to block financial transactions related to it. What’s more, it would make it a crime for any person in the U.S. to provide material support to the Brotherhood.
This, in turn, would criminalize the hundreds of Brotherhood front groups – as well as mosques – in the U.S. that the FBI says secretly support and finance terrorism. It would allow the agency to use racketeering and conspiracy laws to put them all out of business, while turning off a major spigot of jihadi funding flowing in the American Muslim community.
The bill explicitly identifies several mainstream, supposedly “moderate” U.S. Muslim organizations as Brotherhood entities, and cites evidence tying them to the Brotherhood and its Palestinian terrorist wing Hamas.
“Federal prosecutors implicated a number of prominent United States-Islamic organizations in this conspiracy, including the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR),” the text of the Senate bill states.
“These groups and their leaders, among others, were named as unindicted co-conspirators. The Department of Justice told the court that these United States-Muslim Brotherhood affiliates acted at the direction of the international Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorism in a July 2008 court filing,” which revealed:
“ISNA and NAIT, in fact, shared more with (the Holy Land Foundation) than just a parent organization. They were intimately connected with (HLF, now a convicted terrorist front) and its assigned task of providing financial support to Hamas.
“CAIR was later added to these organizations. The mandate of these organizations, per the International Muslim Brotherhood, was to support Hamas.”
The FBI says the Brotherhood’s goal in the U.S., according to secret documents that agents uncovered after 9/11, is to carry out a “grand jihad in eliminating and destroying (America) from within.”
Former FBI Director Robert Mueller has testified that “elements of the Muslim Brotherhood both here and overseas have supported terrorism.”
Even so, the Obama administration continues to claim the Brotherhood is a “moderate” group and meet with its leaders, even inviting them to the White House.
As former FBI agent Mike Rolf acknowledges in “Muslim Mafia,” CAIR has had “a number of people in positions of power within the organization that have been directly connected to terrorism and have either been prosecuted or thrown out of the country.”

Carolyn Stewart had previously accused her superiors of changing reports on the Islamic State to fit the official White House line that the war against the self-proclaimed Caliphate is being won, according to The Daily Beast.
Officially, Stewart was transferred for cursing.
Last Wednesday, she brought her case before a Department of Defense appeals court against her civilian superior, Gregory Ryckman. The court attempted to determine whether Stewart’s swearing, which allegedly took place on two occasions, created a “hostile work environment” and therefore merited the transfer.
The Daily Beast’s senior national security correspondent Nancy Youssef writes “if cursing were really a fireable offense in the military, every soldier, sailor, Marine, and Defense Department civilian would have to be sent home.”
Ryckman and his military superior Major-General Steven Grove were accused by other analysts of tampering with intelligence reports in order to spin the war as positive and of pressuring analysts to suppress negative news and report positive news.
A leading Iraq analystidentified as Gregory Hooker filed a complaint against his superiors in September 2015, as reported by The New York Times.
His superior, William Rizzio had a meeting with Grove and Ryckman in which he reportedly supported claims made by Hooker and others. Following the meeting he was temporarily reassigned. Witnesses to the meeting told The New York Times he was punished for siding with the analysts.
More than50 intelligence analysts working for CENTCOM signed on to support Hooker’s complaint. “Many described a climate in which analysts felt they could not give a candid assessment of the situation in Iraq and Syria”The Daily Beast reported. “Some felt it was a product of commanders protecting their career advancement by putting the best spin on the war.”
ThePentagon’s inspector general is currently conducting an investigation into those claims, which is due to be released soon.

American Bikers United Against Jihad (ABUAJ) responds to four biased hit pieces about it and its ride by the radical left-wing newspaper, The Daily Star
Caution: You have just entered the Twilight Zone . . .
By turning reality on its head and brandishing ABUAJ— an educational, humanitarian group of concerned patriotic Americans from all walks of life that strives to raise public awareness about the very real threat of terrorist cells and jihad in our country — as the arbitrator of hate, public attention and scrutiny are diverted away from the real cause and threat, the true victims of violence and hate are easily silenced and dismissed, and the genuine sources of violence and hate emerge as both victors and victims, while risking the safety and lives of all Americans.
As purveyors of biased misinformation, hate, propaganda, and fear, rather than information and facts, the media, by and large, represents one of the greatest security threats we currently face in Western society. Such is the case with The Daily Star, a daily morning newspaper based out of Oneonta, New York, which has painted our group with broad sweeping strokes that warp the public’s view of reality to the extent that we as the messenger have become the news, the story itself, and the target of its attack.
Like MOA, Jamaat ul-Fuqra (or “Community of the Impoverished”) was founded by the terrorist and Pakistani cleric Sheikh Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani (aka “Jilani”), who the American journalist Daniel Pearl attempted to interview in Pakistan before he was abducted and later beheaded in 2002. Although he has vehemently and repeatedly denied any connection to it, he is irrefutably identified as the founder and leader of Jamaat ul-Fuqra in Appendix B of the 1999 U.S. Department of State report, Patterns of Global Terrorism, which describes it as a terrorist organization that “seeks to purify Islam through violence” and has ties to numerous terrorist cells located in North America and the Caribbean. Its members refer to themselves as “Soldiers of Allah.”Our initial contact with The Daily Star was with its staff writer Joe Mahoney, who emailed us for details about our May 15th “Ride for National Security” passedIslamberg, a 70-acre Muslim enclave or “settlement” in the Catskill Mountains of Hancock, New York. Headquarters to the Muslims of the Americas (MOA), it was the first of between 22 to 35 of its kind to operate under that umbrella in the U.S. It is also the headquarters of the International Qur’anic Open University (IQOU) and the United Muslim Christian Forum. By many accounts, the group is linked to the terrorist organizationJamaat ul-Fuqra in Pakistan (see here, here, here,here, here, here,here,here,here, here, here, here, here, here, andhere, to name just of few of many additional sources).

The report also links members of Jamaat ul-Fuqra to the purchase of isolated “rural compounds” in North America, to dozens of terrorist acts against those who they regard as enemies of Islam — including Muslim apostates and Hindus — and cites that U.S. members have been “convicted of crimes, including murder and fraud.” Other reports link ul-Fuqra and Gilani to a “network of 45 paramilitary training camps in the US and Canada,” as well as to Al Qaeda (see hereand here).
Instead, The Daily Star asserts the position to stand by the members of MOA at Islamberg, which is a mantra repeated again and again like a line of refrain from a poem, in “Islamberg Deserves Our Support,” its oped that oddly neglects to disclose the author:
We stand with Islamberg.
This is the message we would like American Bikers United Against Jihad to hear on May 15, if they bring their message of hate to the local area during what they are calling a ‘Ride for National Security.’
We do not stand with these people.
We stand with Islamberg. . . .
In attempting to silence discourse and advocacy for political action, The Daily Startakes an isolated incident against MOA members at Islamberg to portray them as victims and to unfairly pigeonhole ABUAJ as haters, when nothing is further than the truth. This is first conveyed by Mahoney’s following email to us but repeated again in all of The Daily Star’s pieces about us.

At first glance, it appears rather straightforward and benign, but we were immediately struck when we reached Mahoney’s last two lines about Robert Doggart as a glaring red flag of his own possible bias.
For those unfamiliar with Doggart, he ran for Tennessee’s fourth U.S. congressional district in 2014 as an independent candidate. He was later arrested in May of 2015 and indicted by a federal grand jury in July of 2015 for plotting to burn down buildings and kill Muslims in Islamberg, New York.
As we explicitly stressed to Mahoney in our emailed response below, there is absolutely no association between ABUAJ, the “criminal” case and conduct of Robert Doggart, and the purpose of our Ride for National Security passed Islamberg.
Dear Mr. Mahoney,
It immediately concerned us that you referenced the Robert Doggart et. al matter, when there is absolutely no comparable parallel between our peaceful objective for the ride and his criminal conduct. We have been extremely clear in our promotion of the ride that our sole purpose is educational only, and we do not condone infringing upon anyone’s rights whatsoever.
While we are more than glad to speak to you about our ride, we would appreciate your objectivity, journalist integrity, and assurance that you have not already cast us in the same negative light as was warranted by Robert Doggart’s actions.

Our effort was of little consequence. Although he went through the motions to contact both sides for a seemingly “balanced” approach, it is abundantly clear that Mr. Mahoney, who never replied, had little interest in communicating with us beyond our initial exchange. Nor has he shown a particular interest in reporting our comments with the objectivity, intellectual honesty, and journalistic integrity that we had requested from him.
That same day, April 4 (and without our consent to publish our email to him), Mahoney took creative liberty to exploit our message and intent and released his piece, “Biker Group Plans Rally Against Local Muslims.” Similarly, on May 6, 2016 he sent us the following email requesting our comments for another “news” story that he purportedly was still in the throws of “preparing” but had not yet sent to press.
The Problem with Mahoney’s request is that The Daily Star specifically promotesitself as a “daily morning newspaper,” but he asked us for our comments at 3:42 p.m. on May 6, presumably after his story already was printed. For this reason, we were slightly put off when we read in his piece that “[a] representative of American Bikers United Against Jihad did not respond to an email request from The Daily Star for comment on this story.” Neither did he to us.
The next day, May 7, 2016, we followed up with the email below to inquire about Mahoney’s deadline for press.
It is no wonder Mahoney failed to respond. Nor is his somewhat alarming title, “Local Police Brace for Biker Rally at Muslim Hamlet,” which he clarifies when he explains that police will be braced for potential problems from traffic but not for “public safety concerns.”
The organizers of the event,” Mahoney writes, “have been using Facebook and YouTube to spread information about the ride. Their postings repeat unsubstantiated reports by the Christian Action Network, a right-wing group, that residents of Islamberg and other Muslim settlements in this country are poised to wage ‘violent jihad against innocent Americans.’”
Does Mahoney even bother to fact check his sources, or does he rely solely upon the opinions and comments he requests by email but sometimes fails to obtain?
The April 12th oped is even further reaching when it states that ABUAJ’s claims are “tired” and derived from “arch-conservative videos and articles found online.” Does the fact that information may or may not be obtained from a conservative source or the “far-right-wing media,” as the oped implies, make it any less true and substantive?Mahoney’s statements above regurgitate the same talking points that are espoused by MOA and the April 12th oped. By labeling and demonizing the Christian Action Network (CAN) a “right-wing group,” he reduces our national security to no more than a partisan issue and discredits the veracity of our sourced information but without supporting his own claims with sourced information himself. This is an insult to our intelligence, as well as to his readers, and a typical tactic employed by the radical left-wing press (a term we use flippantly here to stress the flagrant hypocrisy) to marginalize and silence the truth. It is also discriminatory, hateful, and tremendously shoddy, irresponsible journalism that misleads the public with false information that could imperil the safety of the public he is supposed to serve and begs the question: What standard does Mahoney apply to substantiate his own reports?
“And it is our hope,” the oped contends, while lodging what could be perceived as a veiled threat at our group,
that anyone else who stands with Islamberg will be waiting for the American Bikers United Against Jihad when their ‘Ride for National Security’ pulls up to the gates of the hamlet.
It is our hope that this protest against what can only be described as a peaceful enclave is greeted with a counter-protest demonstrating that the people of our area, particularly those in Hancock and Deposit, stand with Islamberg.
There is still some good that could come from this whole thing. If the riders who might travel to Delaware County in May have the opportunity to see for themselves that Islamberg is not the bogeyman depicted by the far-right-wing media, perhaps they will leave with a more enlightened view of the whole thing.
Are the FBI and State and Justice Departments far right-wing, arch-conservative sources, since there is an abundance of primary source records from them that substantiates both CAN’s and our reports, but The Daily Star must not have bothered to check first.
Of course, the best defense is always a better offense, as is exhibited in a 2013 MOA propaganda video, Targeting Islam and Muslims in America, which accuses “front organizations” for Israel (a code word for Jews) — such as Martin Mawyer’s organization CAN and the Klu Klux Klan — of of spreading “Islamophobia” and conspiring to destroy Muslims, among other things.
It is also plausible to surmise that Mahoney’s false portrayal of us has unduly provoked the involvement of the NAACP, which will be busing protesters from Oneonta to Islamberg for our ride. According to Mahoney, a retired political science professor at the State University College at Oneonta, has been “working with the Oneonta chapter of the NAACP in countering the biker [ABUAJ’s] rally.”
This is further elaborated upon in The Daily Star’s May 1, 2016 “news” story, “Islamberg Spokesman: Stand Up Against Hate,” by Jessica Reynolds, who reported on an event that was held at the Unitarian Universalist Society in Oneonta and hosted by officials of the local chapter of the NAACP to “dispel” misconceptions about MOA and “show support for area Muslims.” Unlike Mahoney, she never approached us for comments, but — quoting Rashid (“Carl”) Clark, the mayor of the Muslim enclave, Islamberg, and the statements of NAACP officials — Reynolds echoes the same “tired” details about Doggart and unfounded claims about us and our ride . . .
The biker group has asserted that Islamberg is a training site for those aspiring to wage jihad, and says the rally is intended to be ‘educational.’
But people should not be singled out and targeted for who they are or what they believe in, according to Regina Betts, vice president of Oneonta’s chapter of the NAACP. Because of this, Betts said, plans are in the works for area supporters to assemble alongside members of Islamberg on May 15 so that the bikers will see a peaceful and united front as they drive by.
‘We’re doing this in order to assure our neighbors in Islamberg that we are not going to be silent, and that we are not going to tolerate hatred,’ Betts told the audience. ‘The main thing is that we fight discrimination and that we do it peacefully.’

‘There are more children than there are adults on Islamberg,’ Clark told the audience Sunday. ‘So when people [like Doggart] threaten to come and chop us up with machetes, they’re mainly threatening children. …On May 15, when the bikers claim they’re going to drive by, we hope to stand against hate.'”
It is important to note that our ride is not a “rally” or “protest,” as it has been improperly dubbed by The Daily Star. ABUAJ is comprised of law-abiding individual American bikers and citizens — most of whom are parents, veterans, and professionals with children, families, and jobs to uphold — and our message too is of peace through national security. Mahoney, Reynolds, and, respectively, The Daily Star have unnecessarily put them at risk by stoking the flames of hate, anger, and fear with their own glaring bias and propaganda.
Granted, Mahoney’s recent story is less inflammatory than his first, “Biker Group Plans Rally Against Local Muslims,” but both essentially cover the same erroneous grounds, and he misleads the public about the nature and goal of our ride by stating in both that “[t]he group has been . . . billing [emphasis added] it as a ‘Ride for National Security.’”
It first must be said that our group is not “against” Muslims, as the above title denotes, which sets the overall tone, once again suggesting Mahoney’s own inherent bias, not that of ABUAJ. Nowhere in any promotions about our ride do we subscribe to this view, and we are not merely “billing” it as a “Ride for National Security.” It is a ride for national security.
Although the MOA compounds are not identified by name in the Patterns of Global Terrorism report, a 2005 Homeland Security report directly links it and its compounds to Jamaat ul-Fuqra. This was further confirmed during the 1993 trial of Glen Ford, an ul-Fuqra terrorist involved in a 1991 bomb plot in Canada who testified that Gilani convinced the U.S. branch to change its name to MOA.
Similarly, a 2006 intelligence report by the Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC), which was funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, makes no distinction, stating that Jamaat ul -Fuqra receives significant funding for terrorist operations from MOA and its offshoot,IQOU, which, like MOA, was founded by Gilani as a U.S. nonprofit organization.
As illustrated by the ROCIC report tables above (click on the link at the end of article for exhibits), white-collar crimes, as well as drug trafficking of narcotics, are major sources of revenue for Jamaat ul-Fuqra’s terrorist activities, and front companies, such as Professional Securities International (PSI), are established to launder and transfer funds to Jilani in Pakistan.
When Gilani first formed Jamaat ul-Fuqra in 1980, he reportedly began “preaching against Western culture” at Al-Farooq Mosque in Brooklyn, New York, and “primarily targeted black American Muslim converts from the inner city, mostly those with criminal backgrounds.” According to the ROCIC report, there are currently at least 35 suspected Jamaat ul-Fuqra communes with over 3,000 members throughout the U.S. Islamberg in Hancock, New York, is identified as the first of them to be established by Gilani and his American recruits. Their structure is described as typical of “classically structured terrorist cells” and its members as terrorist extremist — but more on this later and back to our ride and Mahoney’s first hit piece on us . . .
Again, our May 15th Ride for National Security passed Islamberg is not a “protest” or “rally,” as it has been falsely and unfairly dubbed by The Daily Star. It is one of many other peaceful and lawful methods that ABUAJ has chosen to educate the American public about the ever-increasing threat of terrorism in America and abroad, and, in this particular case, to proactively advocate for the State Department to reclassify groups such as Jamaat al-Fuqra as foreign terrorist organizations to safeguard our homeland and Americans of all stripes — Muslims and non-Muslims included.
To be fair, it would be remiss not to mention that Mahoney included most of our initial email to him in his first story about our ride. Nevertheless, by taking our statements out of the proper context — juxtaposing them to his statements about Doggart, as is done in all four of The Daily Star pieces about us — he has distorted our genuine intentions, inflaming an undeserved climate of hate and fear. His titles alone connote bias, conjuring pejorative stereotypical images of American bikers and fueling the flames of animus for future relations between us, the Hancock community, and American Muslims in general. Obviously, our group and our ride are notagainst Muslims, local or otherwise. Rather, we stand in solidarity with American Muslims and non-Muslims alike against the very real threat of terrorism, which is an issue that should concern and unite every American.
Mahoney later contends that the organizer of the ride “sought to put distance between the organization and Doggart,” when, in reality, the need to do so would not even be an issue if Mahoney did not bring up the subject himself to begin with, most egregiously placing ABUAJ in the same context and light as Doggart. Like the gift that keeps giving, it is a theme that he and his newspaper resound each and every time the topic crops up. Suffice it to say, Mahoney and his colleagues and friends at The Daily Star seem to have had their own agenda in mind all along — to instill in the people of Hancock, New York, a sense of unwarranted fear with a fallacious, hate-filled message about ABUAJ and our ride and with a veiled association between us and Doggart, when no such connection exists.
“Muslims of America,” Mahoney goes on to write in his first story, “in announcing the lawsuit against Doggart, noted that 2015 was ‘a violent year for American Muslims amid increased Islamophobia.’” No doubt it was, but it had little to do with a rise in “Islamophobia.”
While the statistical verdict is still out for 2015, the latest FBI hate crime statistics from 2014 show that the largest group of victims from religiously motivated hate crimes was Jewish, making up 56.8 percent of the total victims compared to 16.1 percent of religiously motivated crimes against Muslim victims, which is a 40.7 percent difference. Unfortunately, MOA leaders have a long, documented history of promoting such hate against Jews themselves (also seehere and here). This is aptly conveyed in a September 2002 MOA propaganda video, which was written by Sheikh Gilani, produced by IQOU at Islamberg, New York, and Directorate of Information of the MOA, and later obtained by The Clarion Project.
As depicted below, MOA accuses the “Zionist media” of “releasing a reign of media terror to destroy the American Muslims” and of a conspiracy to destroy the world.In other MOA and IQOU literature and propaganda, which are documented in official law-enforcement reports, the Jews are compared to “Satan,” and Gilani has been caught on film at what was referred to in one official report as a “roundtable of terrorists,” which included Osama Bin Laden, chanting “down, down with the USA! Down, down with the CIA,” and “death to the Jews” (see here, here, and here for examples). The film now remains in the CIA’s possession as part of the dossier on bin Laden known as the “Alex File.”
Either way, violent Islamic terrorist attacks against Muslims and non-Muslims alike have risen exponentially throughout the world, and MOA is correct to point out that Muslims make up the majority of its victims. The National Counterterrorism Center found that in 2011 alone Muslims themselves suffered between 82 and 97 percent of the fatalities related to Islamic terrorism, but that figure is significantly higher than recorded in most other and more recent reports (see here, here, and here). Figures on Islamic terrorism against Muslims, or any other religious group for that matter, are somewhat sketchy, since reporting methodologies and data collection are generally based on news reports and aggregated according to geographical regions and terrorist groups rather than by religion.
We also are in full agreement with Mahoney when he relays a March 21 statement by MOA, noting that “Muslims of America declared: ‘We must use all legal means available to stop the terrorization of people based on their faiths for any reason.'” This is precisely the same reason ABUAJ is hosting a ride that focuses on national security — to improve upon law enforcement’s ability to uphold and enforce our nation’s laws. In fact, to assure the safety and peace of mind of everyone concerned — so that no faith or group from either ABUAJ or the community of Hancock at large feels the slightest bit threatened — we have been in direct communication with the local New York State Police department, who will be present during our ride passed Islamberg.
Even before the second hit piece about us was released by The Daily Star, we had already posted and promoted guidelines for our May 15th ride. As is illustrated below, our ride is not a rally or protest but for educational purposes only. ABUAJ will be riding passed Islamberg on a public state road that runs perpendicular to Muslim Lane, where the complex is located, but we will neither be stopping at its entrance nor trespassing on its property. We have instructed all participants that Islamberg is a private, gated commune and that women and children reside there and to be mindful and respectful of that.
Up to this point, Mahoney had a few validate points to make, but his argument goes sorely awry as he continues,
Muslims of America describes itself as a population of primarily African American Sunni Muslims. the group says it has a long history of fighting against disinformation about its activities.
Following the assault on various sites in Paris last November, the head of Muslims of America, Hussein Adams, issued a statement declaring his group has no affiliation with the Islamic State and condemned its activities.
‘Muslims are not terrorists, we are the No. 1 victims of terrorists,’ Adams said then.
‘Muslims are being slaughtered by these people who are perpetrating their devastation in the name of Islam in order to instigate chaos in the world. And yet, here at home in America, Islamophobes are wasting time harassing American Muslims who have not harmed anyone. The American Muslim community has co-existed here peacefully for decades.’
It is here where both Mahoney and the head of MOA,Hussein Adams — as well as MOA’s Mayor, who Reynolds’ quotes in her story — begin to whitewash some of the more painful realities of terrorism, jihad in America, and the history of MOA itself, which we cannot overlook without correcting the record.
First, as noted above, we understand and agree that Muslims are the primary victims of Islamic terrorism, which discredits the notion proclaimed by MOA that Muslims are not terrorists. Second, ABUAJ never once associated MOA with ISIS, which makes its above-quoted contention an irrelevant, mute issue. Third, we reject the entire premise of Islamophobia, which is akin to the pot calling the kettle black after MOA’s long, sordid history of hatred towards other groups.
In fact, MOA’s general counsel, Tahirah Amatul Wadud, was recently appointed to the board of the Massachusetts chapter of CAIR. As reported by Ryan Mauro, National Security Analyst for The Clarion Project,“Islamophobia” is a term that was first derived and promoted in the early 1990sby theInternational Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT), a front group of the Muslim Brotherhood. As the think tank Discover the Networks explains in “Politics of ‘Islamophobia,’” the term was expanded upon and promoted after 9/11 by groups such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist fundraising trial,U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development et al, in U.S. history and has been used “as a weaponto advance a totalitarian cause by stigmatizing critics and silencing them.” Its suffix, phobia, connotes an unwarranted, exaggerated sense of fear, but, in this instance, the realities of Islamic terrorism are not based on either unfounded fear or the discrimination of Muslims.
Wadud reportedly posted an article by MOA’s Pakistan-based leader, Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, on her Facebook claiming the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) is a puppet of the British government and a Jewish conspiracy perpetrated the attacks on Pearl Harbor and September 11, 2001 [sic] The Clarion Projectwas the first to report on the inflammatory article.”
‘There was no need for America to go to war against Hitler. Hitler was not the enemy of America or the American people. There was a mutual animosity between Hitler and the Jews. So, the American people paid a very heavy price for fighting someone else’s war,’ Gilani wrote.
It is unconscionable that MOA — with a Judeophobicleader who spews such inflammatory hatred, reducing the Holocaust to an anti-Semitic Jewish conspiracy, which is based on his own hatred and unrealistic fear of the Jewish people — would have the temerity to cast stones, when its own counsel and representative parrots this type of toxic venom at Jews.
Our group, on the other hand, does not discriminate on the basis of religion. The focus of our Ride for National Security passed Islamberg is not against Muslims. It is about Islamic terrorism, and we are against the actions of the individuals and groups who carry it out. Needless to say, not all Muslims are terrorists, and our focus would be exactly the same if Jamaat ul-Fuqra was a Nazi organization comprised of mainly Christians, Buddhists, and Jewish members, white supremacist members of the Klu Klux Klan, or, as it is in this case, Muslim members.
As a matter a fact, over a dozen North American Muslim organizations joined The Clarion Project to urge the U.S. Department of State to designate Jamaat ul-Fuqra a foreign terrorist organization, stating,
As Muslims concerned about Islamist terrorism, we urge the U.S. State Department to label the Pakistani militant group, Jamaat ul-Fuqra, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. We are alarmed that this group, operating under various names like Muslims of the Americas (MOA), says it has 22 “Islamic villages” in the U.S. and Canada.
We stand in solidarity with them. CONSEQUENTIALLY, doing so would have ensured that the following national besmirchment by IDF COS Yair Golan – indefensibly, defended by the Defense Minister “Boogie” Ya’alon – would have never passed his lips, nor anyone else’s, while serving the nation as a representative of Israel.
IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Yair Golan caused an uproar on Wednesday evening over comments he made in a speech during a Yom Hashoah ceremony at the Massuah Institute for Holocaust Studies.
Golan said in his remarks that he sees in Israel today evidence of the same processes that occurred in Europe before the Holocaust.
“If there is something that scares me about the memory of the Holocaust, it is the identification of horrifying processes that occurred in Europe in general and Germany in particular – 70, 80 and 90 years ago – and finding evidence of them here among us, today, in 2016,” he said.
The Deputy Chief of Staff went on to say that Holocaust Memorial Day is intended for national soul-searching.
“On Yom Hashoah we should consider our ability to uproot from our midst signs of impatience, signs of violence, self-destruction and moral decline,” said Golan, adding that the Holocaust “should lead us to a deeper reflection on the responsibility of leadership and about the quality of our society and must lead us to think thoroughly about how we, here and now, treat the stranger, the widow and the orphan, and those similar to them.”
Golan’s words caused a storm on social networks. MK Bezalel Smotrich (Jewish Home) tweeted, “What scares me are baseless and distorted comparisons in the name of the Holocaust, especially when they come from important people such as the Deputy Chief of Staff.”
“What ‘similar’ phenomena does he recognizes among us?! Is anybody here setting up gas chambers and seeking to destroy another nation just because it’s different?! Are you out of your mind?!” he asked.
Education Minister Naftali Bennett also criticized Golan and tweeted, “Before the Holocaust deniers flag those bad words. Before our soldiers will be compared to Nazis. The Deputy Chief of Staff made a mistake and must correct it immediately.”
But opposition leader MK Yitzhak Herzog expressed support for Golan and tweeted, “The Deputy Chief of Staff is a brave commander. Those disturbed people who are about to start screaming at him need to know: That’s how ethics and responsibility sound. We will not be afraid of shouting and of obscenities and will continue to back the IDF and its commanders. Always.”
BY the by, could it be that IDF higher-ups – angling for political positions post-retirement – are playing to other audiences? Former commander on Protective Edge report: ‘spineless leadership’ only plans ‘according to length of its term in office.’
In response to the revelations of the leaked state comptroller’s report on 2014 Operation Protective Edge, former IDF Southern Commander Maj. Gen. (res.) Yom-Tov Samia criticized the state for having no strategy vis-a-vis Hamas in Gaza.
The as-yet-unpublished report strongly condemns Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon (Likud), and then-IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz for their handling of the operation. Parts of the report that have been leaked point to misinformation, mistaken appraisals of the danger of the terror tunnels, and not fully sharing information with the Cabinet.
“The state of Israel has no serious, deep and long-term strategy,” appraised Samia in an interview with Walla! News on Sunday.
“There is no leadership with a backbone that is capable of making the other side understand we have a strategy. The entire nation of Israel sees there are no long-term plans, everything is according to the length of the term of the government or minister.”
According to Samia, whose post as Southern Commander had him tasked with operations in Gaza, not only does the state lack an overarching strategy but it also had no specific strategy in the 2014 operation.
“The army receives the goals of the operation from the political echelon,” he explained. “Generally, when there is no strategy, the goals of the operation are very vague and cannot be quantified or checked. In Protective Edge there were cloudy and unclear operational goals.”
Referencing previous wars launched by Hamas, he said, “it was completely clear from the start of the operation that its end would be like Cast Lead and Pillar of Defense, and the test was how long the ceasefire that would be obtained would last until ‘Protective Edge 2.'”
Samia assessed that the entire operation could have been avoided if Israel had dealt with the threat of Hamas’s terror tunnels breaching under the security border earlier, and indeed major tunnels were exposed as early as half-a-year before the operation.
The former commander noted how during the operation TV footage showed how the IDF pushed to deal with the tunnels using various technologies and vehicles, and their efforts showed results as 34 terror tunnels were destroyed in the operation.
“I ask the decision makers: why didn’t that take place two years ago? Why weren’t all those vehicles dispatched on the ground in April 2014? They knew about all the tunnels then, because everything was published in the media,” he noted.
“If those vehicles had been brought there earlier and the treatment of the tunnels had been preventative, ongoing and aggressive, Protective Edge might have been avoided or else we would have (at least) come to it prepared.”
Hamas used its extensive terror tunnel system during the war to lethal effect, surprising the troops and inflicting significant casualties.
Earlier on Sunday, Samia spoke to Army Radio where he condemned the “festival” of honorary citations handed out after the operation.
“Seventy-two honorary citations is a scandal in my eyes. I have a feeling that the way Protective Edge was summarized, the manner of the investigations, the citations, all came to cover up something,” he said.
He added that he was not surprised by the comptroller’s report, saying, “as serious as it (the report) may be, I’m not sure that it will be serious enough.”
Sources close to Netanyahu and Ya’alon have already rejected the report “out of hand,” saying, “this is a report which is not serious and was authored by a comptroller who is not serious.”
YES, Israel’s leaders are spineless, even as they saber-rattle and puff out their chests on a regular basis. Indeed, their so-called “strategic” planninghardly lasts as long as a spin-cycle, let along their term(s) in office. An Australian woman is suing a five-star UAE hotel after she was drugged and raped by co-workers – but ended up in jail for eight months for having sex outside marriage.
Alicia Gali, 29, had her drink spiked and was raped by four co-workers at the luxury Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in the United Arab Emirates in June 2008.
She is seeking compensation from her former employer for breaching its workplace duty of care after she reported the assault to authorities, only to be jailed for eight months on an adultery charge.
Ms Gali spent eight months in prison as it is illegal as having sex outside marriage in the UAE is illegal.
Australian embassy staff advised Ms Gali and her family not to go to the media during her time in custody, when she was locked in a cell with 30 other women.
She has since been pardoned and was released in March 2009.
AND if westerners are wondering if the legal system in Australiais emblematic of the cowing and bowing to Islam, when Allah’s Muslim Terrorists strike within their own borders, well, the following cautionary lesson serves as Exhibit Number Two:

An Afghan refugee would drive from his home in Tullamarine to nightclubs in Frankston late at night searching for drunk, vulnerable young woman to prey on, a court was told today.
He would pick them up in his white 1988 Honda Civic and rape them.
The victim was sitting on the footpath behind the 21st Century Dance Club when Esmatullah Sharifi approached her and offered to give her a lift to the Bay Hotel.
She accepted but became anxious and confused when they had been driving for an hour and she saw a road sign saying Sorrento.
Sharifi then pulled over into a dark side street and raped her in the front passenger seat.
“She began to scream and cry out for help,” Ms Dalziel said.
“The accused put his left hand over her mouth and his right hand around her neck, restricting her breathing. He said to her, ‘I’ll take you home after it, I’ll give you back your phone as well’.
In the rapist’s defense, his lawyer argued that he wasn’t at all clear about this whole “Women are human beings” thing.
Mr Regan said Esmatullah Sharifi was uneducated, illiterate, inexperienced in forming relationships with women, and was confused about the nature of consent. He is in Australia on a permanent protected visa.
The judge didn’t buy it then, but the usual lefty approach is to just keep appealing until you find a bleeding heart judge who accepts the horrible notion being put forward. And that didn’t take very long.
Granting leave to appeal, Court of Appeal Justice Robert Redlich said: “The sentencing judge rejected any suggestion (Esmatullah Sharifi) didn’t have a clear concept of consent in sexual relations.”
In April last year, a psychologist told the County Court that Sharifi had “an unclear concept of what constitutes consent in sexual relationships” in Australia.
“It proves, in my view, an adequate basis for most grounds of appeal that (Sharifi) wishes to pursue,” the judge said.
We’re not just dealing with ignorance of the law. We have Western judges setting out the notion that if a Muslim settler in Europe, America or Australia does not understand the concept that women can refuse sexual contact, that this is a mitigating circumstance.
Ms Dalziel said Esmatullah Sharifi claimed he did not have a great understanding of sexual mores in Australia but Judge Mark Dean disagreed.
“These are acts of violence,” the judge said. “Serious acts of violence against women, nothing to do with sexual mores. They’re brutal acts of violence.”
But they do. In Muslim sexual mores, serious acts of violence being committed against women are not a problem because the women do not belong to themselves. They belong to their family.
Islam does not recognize the same concept of individual rights as civilized jurisprudence does. Furthermore Muslims from tribal societies like Afghanistan bring those same tribal attitudes along.
If Afghan men have a culture which leaves them more likely to rape, and our courts have a culture of being more lenient as a consequence, I suggest Australian women have an interest in stopping the boats until we get this sorted out:
And that doesn’t just go only for Australia. Stop the boats. Stop the planes. Stop the trains.
The left cannot have it both ways.
Either Esmatullah Sharifi is responsible for his own actions. Or he isn’t. Either rape is cultural or it’s individual. Either Esmatullah Sharifi should be hit with the full force of the law or the Afghan culture of rape represents a threat to non-Muslim countries.
INCONTROVERTIBLY, as to the west’s falling in line with another of Shariah Law’s dictates, blasphemy, well, America has already nailed that one down – and not in a good way!
BUT most significantly for Americans (westerners alike), they must consider the facts at hand on multiple levels, that is, if they value their own safety.

The mainstream media abandoned their obligations to investigate and fully vet anyone running for president and became the propaganda wing of the Obama campaign, and later, the Obama Administration.
Even then, I went on the record to say that before he was done with his destructive agenda, he would betray Israel in the United Nations and vote yes or abstain on a Security Council resolution to unilaterally establish the state of Palestine without a peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians, while declaring Israel’s borders to be based on the 1948 armistice lines, and giving half of Jerusalem, including the 3200 year old Jewish Old City and the Western Wall of the Holy Temple of the Jewish people, to Palestinians for their capital. Israel would be only eight kilometers wide at its narrowest, and the holy city of the Jewish people would once again be divided. The Palestinians have already published their plans to demolish the Western Wall and the Jewish Old City, and replace all the Jewish Holy sites with apartments and stores. An official PA video announcing this plan is even available online.
Under the rules of the UN, a vote to establish Palestine in the Security Council is binding on UN member nations, unlike a General Assembly vote, which is only a recommendation, not law. When Israel refuses to remove more than a million Jewish Israelis from their homes in Judea and Samaria, ordering them to live inside the 1948 “Auschwitz” boundaries and turn half of Jerusalem over to the Palestinian state, the Jewish nation would be denounced as a rogue, criminal state.
While Israel would forcefully declare the UN was in violation of the UN Charter, and the Palestinians were in violation of the Oslo Accords, and the Jewish state would refuse to obey one word of the Security Council resolution, Israel would then be expelled from the UN and subjected to complete isolation. The UN would use the dozens of resolutions that condemn only Israel, while ignoring the hideous crimes against humanity by a vast majority of the UN’s members.The UN would declare a blockade of Israel’s coastline and ports, establish a shoot to kill and no-fly zone over Israel, ban all trade with Israel, seize Israeli property and assets anywhere they could be found outside of Israel, forbid any financial transactions with the Jewish state, forbid any and all investment by Israel or in Israel by other nations. There would a complete ban on cultural exchanges with Israeli institutions, international education programs and institutions would expel every single Israeli Jew, scientific research with Israel would end, and the UN would cut off all military aid and supplies to the Jewish state. Even the USA, Israel’s only real ally for the last 68 years, would follow every one of the sanctions.
Israel would soon be unable to defend herself from the 300 Million Muslims who surround her, and 6.5 million Israeli Jews would be slowly starved to death if they were not slaughtered first by Jihadi terrorists,and the military forces of 23 Arab nations with unlimited arms shipments from Iran. Personally, I believe that within minutes of Israel being sanctioned by the UN and expelled, ISIS, Hamas, Fatah, The PLO, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and even the Iranian Revolutionary Guard would launch an all out attack against Israel.
The last weapon of the UN against Israel is another Security Council resolution to send UN troops to force Israel to comply, including US military forces wearing UN uniforms and using all the latest American weapons. I have no doubt that Obama would welcome the opportunity to join the UN military coalition against Israel.
Now, there are many folks who are inclined to call anyone who writes the words I just typed a lunatic, but for the last six months, Obama has repeatedly threatened to abandon 68 years of US policy and the alliance with Israel, and for the first time ever, America may vote in favor of a Security Council resolution that establishes a Palestinian state without successful peace negotiations between Israel and the Arabs.
Just yesterday, an insistent journalist got into a heated back and forth with a State Department spokesperson, who, when asked if Obama would continue to follow long standing US policy to veto any Security Council resolution that unilaterally established a Palestinian state, refused to make any promise to protect Israel, and said that all cards were on the table if Israel continues to refuse to negotiate a treaty with the Palestinians.
I won’t bother to go into a lengthy rebuttal of the last seven years of Obama’s non-stop statements blaming everything on Israel because Obama’s every word against Israel is a LIE. The Arabs and the 56 Islamic nations want Israel wiped off the map, and all 6.5 million Israeli Jews dead or stateless, doomed to wander the earth without a nation of their own. The Jews would once again be the only previously existing nations in the history of nations to be denied the right of a homeland and self-determination as they were from 72 CE until 1948.
In 2007, Obama said he supported Jerusalem as the undivided, eternal capital of Israel and the Jewish people. When he spit those words from his lips, I said he was lying to our faces, and I called him a Jew-hater and an enemy of the nation of Israel. He has proven me correct, and he is one step away from ordering Samantha Powers to vote yes to a UN Security Council resolution that will lead to an all-out war in the Middle East, and perhaps, World War Three.
I wonder how many of the people who read this are aware that only the US and Russia have more nukes than Israel. China doesn’t, Britain doesn’t, and France does not have more nukes than the Jewish state. Israel is the world’s number three nuclear power. I would suggest that anyone who is either influenced by Jew-hate or delusional enough to think the IDF and the IAF or the Israeli government or the 6.5 million Israel Jews and those of us around the world who are from Israel or support Israel are going to cower in fear and beg the UN for mercy.
When the Nazis tried to exterminate every Jew on earth and killed six million of my people, the rest of the world did nothing to help the Jews of Europe. Britain refused to allow Jews to enter England or the Middle East and the US refused to offer the Jewish people even temporary safe haven.
We will never know how many lives might have been saved if the British and the American leaders could have set aside humanity’s 2000 year-long epidemic of Jew-hate to provide shelter to the Jews of Europe; even if it was only until the end of the war. Would the population of Israeli Jews still be 6.5 million in 2016 or would there be eight or ten million Jews living in Israel?
Two thirds of all the Jews living in Europe died during the Shoah, yet we were not exterminated. We rose again from the ashes to build one of the most successful and powerful nations on earth. The nation of Israel, reestablished on our ancestral lands, was renewed as the homeland of the Jewish people. Islamic law requires a 2.5% tax called zakat which is imposed on income and accumulated wealth of all devout Muslims.
ie. the muslims that are involved in the halal industry – the imams, slaughtermen, workers, business & shop owners etc.
Halal certification is done on a fee for service basis, with the fees varying with the scope and scale of the services.
Certification is provided by Islamic organizations, and would not be halal if the required zakat was not paid on the fees.
What you may not know is that there are eight classes of zakat recipients, each of which gets a 1/8 share of the gross.
One of those classifications is fighters in Allah’s cause aka Mudihideen, aka terrorists.
When you purchase a product which is certified Halal, you are indirectly contributing to terrorism.

The seventh category is those fighting for Allah, meaning people engaged in Islamic military operations for whom no salary has been allotted in the army roster, but who are volunteers for jihad without remuneration.
They are given enough to suffice them for the operation, even if affluent; of weapons, mounts, clothing, and expenses for the duration of the journey, round trip, and the time they spend there, even if prolonged.
Though nothing has been mentioned here of the expense involved in supporting such people’s families during this period, it seems clear that they should also be given it.

If your restaurant is serving you ‘Creekstone Farms’ Beef, you are eating meat that has been inhumanely slaughtered by Muslim halal butchers. If it’s not indicated on the menu, be sure to ask the waiter or manager if their beef is from Creekstone. If it is, what you do next is up to you.
What if I told you that the high-quality beef served top restaurants across America was actually Halal? Impossible, right? Well, guess what? It’s actually true. Creekstone Farms, one of the top choices of beef for restaurants across America, just so happens to be a fully Halal beef processing company. As in ZABIHAHHalal.
That means you can walk into any restaurant that serves items with Creekstone Farms beef, and know that the animal from which your tasty steak came from was forced to suffer agonizing pain while he slowly bled out because Muslims think this makes the meat taste better.
According to Rich Swearingen, head of international sales for Creekstone, the company has already received backlash from people in the Kansas area who are outraged by halal slaughter for posting the job ad to hire Muslim employees.
But this didn’t stop Creekstone from keeping Halal. They continued their Halal certification through the Halal Transactions of Omaha despite the Islamophobic backlash and still only hire Muslim slaughtermen. In a way, they fought against it during a time when xenophobes go as far as document meat suppliers that go Halal on their blogs.
There are probably people who so are against Halal meat but end up eating Creekstone beef at a high end restaurant only they have no idea it’s actually Halal,” Rich laughed.
So, what would drive a company like Creekstone to convert to a fully Halal process? According to to Rich Swearingen, head of international sales for Creekstone that Dr. Alabsy routed me to, the answer lies in the Middle East.
Apparently, within the past decade or so, the company decided to expand their business to the Middle East by getting into the meat export business. Restaurants in rich Gulf countries like the UAE or metropolitan cities like Cairo would probably pay top dollar for high quality fatty juicy American Angus beef which is in abundance over the leaner, scarcer local grass-fed stuff. Dr. Alabsy proposed the idea himself, the company went for it, and the rest is, as they say, history.
How I Found Out: A good friend of mine sent me an email with a list of high-end restaurants in downtown Chicago that serve dishes made with Creekstone Farms beef with the words, “LET’S GO!”
I was confused. I knew her and her family only eat Halal meat so why was she linking me to restaurants with meat from that company. But that’s when the thought came to mind. “Is Creekstone Halal?” I wondered.
A quick Google search for “Creekstone + Halal” found me at Creekstone’s website which states that their premium Angus beef is Halal certified through the Halal Transactions of Omaha.
Apparently, this is known for those familiar with Creekstone. In fact, my friend found out from another mutual friend who follows the scholarly opinion that conventional meat in America is Halal. While he was dining at one of the top steak restaurants in New York, Minetta Tavern, he met with the head chef at the time, Nasr Ahmed, a Muslim. Chef Nasr informed him the steaks and burgers he had been eating that he thought were from cattle conventionally slaughtered were actually made from barbarically-slaughtered Halal beef.
That means all of those high-end restaurants from the Chicago list sent to me also had beef dishes that were made with Halal meat. And the same goes for cities all across the country that carry Creekstone. The crazy thing about this? Creekstone Farms’ is considered some of the best beef in America. It’s not standard stuff that gets sourced to fast food joints.
It is extremely high quality beef. According to Creekstone’s website, they produce all Angus beef. The cattle are all-American from the Midwest. No antibiotics or hormones, so effectively the same as organic. According to other sources online, the cattle are given a special proprietary feed to make them extra fatty and flavorful unlike any other cattle in the nation.
(And they are slaughtered unlike any other cattle in the nation. They have their throats cut while they are fully conscious but the spinal cord is left in tact (cutting the spinal cord eliminates all pain for the animal. The animals writhe in agony while they bleed out which can take up to 5 minutes or more. The screaming and moaning sounds coming from the animals are too much for anyone but Muslims to bear)
Its touted by top food authorities: The New York Times wrote a huge article praising Creekstone Farms beef. Pat LaFreida, the famous meat purveyor of New York, sources a lot of Creekston.
The name is such a big deal it’s printed on menus. Top steakhouses order Creekstone Farms’ beef for their menus. In fact, many of them even list the name “Creekstone” next to their respective dishes, as in “24 oz. dry aged Creekstone Farms ribeye steak,” because it’s a big deal.
I began by reaching out to Creekstone Farms themselves, asking if they indeed do perform Halal slaughter. I also wanted to know if all of their beef is processed Halal or just a portion of it. I assumed, at first, that they must have a Halal program that slaughters just a portion of their beef according to Islamic law.
Turns out that not only was Creekstone able to confirm that they perform Halal slaughter, their entire operation was actually Halal.
“All Creekstone Farms cattle are processed in a manner that meets the religious qualifications of Halal,” Courtney Every, Marketing Coordinator for Creekstone Farms, responded via email. “However, we only certify it as Halal if it is requested by the customer.”
So every one of the cattle at Creekstone Farms was being slaughtered in a Halal manner. But not every supplier ordering from the company would know that since they were ordering the beef because of its quality, not its Halal status. This means that there are probably a ton of restaurants all over America with Halal meat and they don’t even know it.
Directly contacting the Halal certifier, Halal Transactions of Omaha, was the only way to know exactly how the cattle at Creekstone are slaughtered.
“We do certify the Halal beef of Creekstone Farms and all their beef is hand slaughtered,” wrote Dr. Ahmad Alabsy, director of HTO, in an email. “All the beef that we certify is hand slaughtered by trained Muslim slaughtermen. The Muslim slaughterman pronounces the Tasmiah, Bismillah Allahu Akbar, and the knife is used by hand to perform the slaughtering of animals.”
Holy cow. So the beef at Creekstone is slaughtered in a fully Halal manner: hand slaughtered (zabihah), by a Muslim, in God’s name.

ALAS, for those who are more inclined to say, so what, who the hell cares which way the animal is slaughtered as long as it is tasty, well, the next time an Islamic terror attack explodes in America – rest assured, there will be an uptick in the near future – just internalize that each and every attack is funded – in one way or another – by the monies collected via zakat, of which halal slaughter is a BIG funder!
MOST significantly, that makes said indifference more in line with being an absolute ENABLER to Islamic jihad. Yes, if one knows what’s at stake….steak…. yet, and chooses to ignore its knock-on ramifications, what else is left to say?
