U.S. “Liberal” Arts College Stifles Islamic Truth-Telling:Dean’s Heavy-Hand At Marymount Manhattan College…Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

OUT of the gate it must be stated clearly: this site is no stranger to the ins and outs of leftist academia. Mind you, relative to American and Israeli academia, it is impossible to blow smoke in this direction. Don’t even try. Yes, more than up to speed, to say the least. A very familiar terrain. Minefields galore.

IN tandem, being an expert in the Muslim Brotherhood and its attendant Islamic jihadi arms, this investigative journalist is called upon for many things, some of which reaches these pages, while others must fly (for sundry reasons) under the radar. Regardless, a documented trail can be found to some of what has been uncovered.

THUS, it was hardly surprising when a recent request indirectly landed herein from “Two Million Bikers” (https://www.facebook.com/2MillionBikersDC?fref=nf ) , a deeply patriotic organization. It was related to a shout out they received from a prof at Marymount Manhattan College, a liberal arts college in the heart of left-wing NYC. Don’t fall off your chair, yes, there are still some profs who aren’t drinking the kool aid, and they are seeking to teach requisite lessons from experts in Islam + jihad. And, as a tidbit, the college’s location hits close to (a previous) home, though currently living in Israel and across the world. Its locale, the upper east side of NYC, is more than familiar; a personal and professional stomping ground for years.

BACK to the prof’s request…

IN this regard, while Marymount’s prof turned to the Two Million Bikers, they, in turn, (through another party) were sent to this investigative journalist, hoping to line up the expert of all experts on Islam + jihad, Dave Gaubatz. A circuitous route, but that’s the way it shook out. No matter.

THE following is the original request from the prof, who shall remain nameless, in order to avoid any additional blow back accrued in said direction:

“I know of your strong anti-Islamist extremism and patriotic stance exemplified by your yearly ride to Washington by the Patriotic Biker army that some have joined, and by your efforts to stop illegal immigration with its strong links to ISIS and the threat of Islamic violence from the Shariah and jihad for our societies, the risks that these pose for our freedom. Can I ask if you have someone who could come to my college to give a talk on this with power point slides?. But most of all what matters is the patriotism. I will give a brief introduction….and the work of Pamela Geller and other intellectuals….”

AS anticipated – having yet to say no to any request made from these quarters – Dave Gaubatz graciously agreed to present a two-session seminar, traveling from Virginia to NYC to accommodate. Most significantly, the prof was given his full-blown bio (a true American hero), as well as the bonafides of his sponsors. Absolutely, approval was granted to discuss the (urgent and non PC) materials presented. In other words, nothing was left to chance, since all involved knew very well what it meant to enter the academic (so-called) lion’s den. Similarly, upon arrival on campus, the prof was apprised that a video would be taken. In essence, the program was set…or so they believed.

NOT so fast…

IN any case, Dave Gaubatz, in tandem with a top leader from the Biker organization, as well as 2 Board members from Israel’s Voice (who happen to be the co-creators of Islam Exposed), traveled to Marymount Manhattan College on December 11, 2014.

BUT before we proceed any further, again, it is intrinsic to note that the prof approved of the program and set up. It was understood that a video would be filmed (and utilized) at the behest (and discretion) of the 2 organizations cited above.

REPORTEDLY, as the event progressed, a particular Dean was seen pacing in front of the classroom window, and he was visibly agitated over this and that. Pray tell, what was his problem? Well, obviously, the hot topic of Islam, its relationship to worldwide jihad – plus attendant western dangers – was just too much for his liberal bias to “tolerate”. So what did he do? Instead of directly addressing his colleague, the aforementioned prof, he called out the seminar’s sponsors and remonstrated (read: bullied) them, as if they were delinquent children! Can you imagine the utter chutzpah? Please do.

NOW, per their own official record, the following are Marymount’s video guidelines. But this is aside from the fact that permission had already been granted (to videotape) by the prof, hence, she operated as the school’s representative and fiduciary. The protocol should have been clear, even for an outraged and heavy-handed Dean. You think?

“GENERAL CAMPUS AND EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO: It is not generally necessary to obtain a prior release for any individual or group photographed or recorded in video in a public venue or while attending a public event. This includes all public spaces across campus from exterior walkways, entry ways,” atriums, sports fields and CLASSROOMS [emphasis added].”

“If, however, an individual is photographed and/or recorded in video while in a public space and is recognizable in the photograph or video, a Release Form should be obtained if the photograph or video will be distributed or published to organizations outside MMC or posted on the Internet.

It is important to obtain a Release Form from all individuals that are clearly depicted in any photograph or video that will be used in any form of advertising, including but not limited to use on a publicly available MMC website or in any development materials.

Please note that MMC’s policy is to restrict the use of any photograph or video to the representation, marketing, or promotion of MMC only. As a general matter, MMC also requests that, to the extent practicable, any request to cease in the use of a photograph or video SHOULD be RESPECTED [Emphasis added], but isn’t required to be by law.”

EGREGIOUSLY, the above guidelines were ignored by the Dean. Hmm. At the same token, it became obvious – at least to the invited guests – that his behavior was not only outrageous, but selectively biased. To top it off, as mentioned, he went against the institution’s own (standard) video policies! Understood?

CONCOMITANTLY, the query becomes: could there be one set of rules for PC speakers, but another for topics designated “out-of-bounds”, even when a resident prof invites the speaker and sets the topic? Rhetorical.

MOREOVER, one has to wonder: CAIR, the propaganda arm of the Muslim Brotherhood, touts the politically savvy bonafides of a poli sci professor at Marymount, Ghassan Shabaneh. More info on the fella can be found here and here. So, knowing a thing or two about the extreme bullying tactics used by CAIR, what are the possibilities that 1 + 1 does equal two? Essentially, more than likely, additional pressure was applied to an already pliable Dean, when Shabaneh (or another from the Mid East Studies Dept…departments that are notorious hotbeds of anti-American and anti-Israel agitrop) got wind of the event and asked for CAIR’s “assistance”. Wouldn’t be a first…

BOTTOM LINE: tragically, too many campuses can no longer be considered places of free inquiry. Indeed, when certain restrictions – on topics too hot to handle – are speciously (mis)handled by the PC “police”, the closing of the American mind is not far behind.

SIMILARLY, what else can one conclude, when a college admin not only embarrasses his own prof and invited guests, but engages in heavy-handed tactics, almost as if spoiling for a fight in a bar room brawl? To add insult to unforgivable injury, he excoriated, threatened, a Board of Director from Israel’s Voice: if any video surfaces of the event, yes, the college will sue and that is that! Besides, the out of control Dean went so far as to get in the Board of Director’s face, so to speak. To what end?

RATIONAL folks can agree to disagree on the merits of this and that “peace” treaty. Besides, uniformity in thought would herd citizens into robot-like “thinking”, only to be held captive to the whims of PC police. Agreed? However, one cannot argue with certain geo-strategic facts, whether one hails from the left or right. Yes, some “laws of war”, their results, are intractable. Like it or not.

IN this regard, strategic depth always involves land mass – or the lack thereof -among other battle lines. That’s a geo-political and military fact. Therefore, in the history of warfare, has the victor ever given up the spoils…aka the fruits…of war, and, no less, for a piece of worthless paper? Bull’s eye.

SPECIFICALLY, bar none, Israel’s victory in the “Six-Day War” was the most judicious and righteous pre-emptive battle fought in modern warfare. But for those who are unfamiliar with its nation-saving outcome, please refer to its specifics:

The Six-Day War (Hebrew: מלחמת ששת הימים, Milhemet Sheshet Ha Yamim; Arabic: النكسة, an-Naksah, “The Setback” or حرب ۱۹٦۷, Ḥarb 1967, “War of 1967”), also known as the June War,1967 Arab–Israeli War, or Third Arab–Israeli War, was fought between June 5 and 10, 1967 by Israel and the neighboring states of Egypt (known at the time as the United Arab Republic), Jordan, and Syria.

Relations between Israel and its neighbors had never fully normalized following the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, and in the period leading up to June 1967 tensions became dangerously heightened. As a result, Israel launched a series of preemptive airstrikes against Egyptian airfields on June 5 following the mobilisation of Egyptian forces along the Israeli border in the Sinai Peninsula. The Egyptians, whose defensive infrastructure was in a poor state, were caught by surprise and virtually the entire Egyptian air force was destroyed with few Israeli losses, giving the Israelis air superiority. Simultaneously, the Israelis launched a ground offensive into the Gaza strip and through the northern and central routes of the Sinai, which again caught the Egyptians by surprise. After some initial resistance, the Egyptian leader,Gamal Abdel Nasser, ordered the evacuation of the Sinai. On June 6 and 7, Israeli forces rushed westward in pursuit of the Egyptians whose retreat was disorganized and chaotic. The Israelis inflicted heavy losses on the retreating Egyptian forces. By June 7 the Israelis had reached the Suez canal and had taken Sharm el Sheikh in the south of the peninsula. Conquest of the Sinai was completed on June 8 when Israeli forces reached the peninsula’s western coast.

On June 5, Nasser had induced Syria and Jordan to begin attacks on Israel by using the initially confused situation to claim that Egypt had defeated the Israeli air strike. In the afternoon of June 5, Israel retaliated against Jordan by launching an offensive to encircle East Jerusalem. Initially, Israeli forces held back from moving into the Old City for a number of reasons including potentially negative international reaction. However on June 7 the Israeli Minister of Defense, Moshe Dayan, gave the order to attack. After heavy fighting, the Israelis completed the conquest of the city later that day. Also on June 7, Israeli forces seized the West Bank cities of Nablus and Bethlehem from the Jordanians. When King Hussein ordered the Jordanian forces to retreat across the River Jordan, the Israeli forces occupied the rest of the West Bank unopposed. Israel’s retaliation against Syria on June 5 took the form of an air strike in the evening which destroyed two-thirds of the Syrian air force, giving the Israelis air superiority over the Syrians. On June 9, Dayan ordered a ground invasion of the Golan Heights. Despite an extensive fortifications system and heavy fighting, the Israelis broke through the Syrian first line of defense. By June 10, Israeli forces had taken the Golan plateau and the Syrians had retreated eastward behind the ceasefire “purple line“.

On June 11, a ceasefire was signed. Arab casualties were far heavier than that of Israel: less than a thousand Israelis had been killed compared to over 20,000 from the Arab forces. Israel’s military success was attributable to the element of surprise, an innovative and well executed battle plan and the poor quality and poor leadership of the Arab forces. Israel was left in control of the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula (taken from Egypt), the West Bank and East Jerusalem (taken from Jordan) and the Golan Heights (taken from Syria). The area of Israeli control had increased by a factor of three, significantly contributing to the country’s defensibility, as would be shown in the subsequent Yom Kippur War. Although Israeli morale and international prestige was greatly increased by the outcome of the war, the resulting displacement of civilian populations would have long-term consequences. 300,000Palestinians fled the West Bank and about 100,000 Syrians left the Golan to become refugees. Across the Arab world Jewish minority communities were expelled. Israel made peace with Egypt following the Camp David Accords of 1978 and completed a staged withdrawal from the Sinai in 1982. However, the position of the other occupied territories became a long-standing and bitter cause of conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, and the Arab world in general.

NOW, any logical and non-indoctrinated individual would learn a few nation-saving lessons from the above pre-emption. Firstly, had Egypt not been bent on Israel’s destruction, the capture of Sinai would have been moot. Moreover, if surrounding Arab nations hadn’t joined in the gang bang, they too would not have lost their conquered territory; land which historically belonged to the Jewish nation before the rebirth of modern Israel. Nevertheless, let’s not digress by bringing up some uncomfortable truths. Historical facts.

CONSEQUENTLY, as a result of the IDF’s lightening speed (and miraculous) 1967 victory, the captured Sinai afforded Israel a guaranteed land mass to buffer its southern flank. So, aside from Israel’s leaders – whose “strategies” generally reflect “policies” of appeasement, believing they can, in effect, buy off their enemies with “gestures” – no rational leadership would ever, under any given circumstances, return conquered land which served as a defensive shield.

BUT never mind. All it took was the ubiquitous waving of “peace” (some NEVER learn their lessons) and the rest is history. Sinai was forfeited, if only for a few decades of illusory “peace”.

IN point of fact, even after Israel was forced to pre-empt an unprecedented formation of Egyptian tanks in 1967, thankfully, coming out the indisputable victor – and atop another Egyptian and Syrian aggressive assault during the Yom Kippur War in October 1973 – one would hope that trusting Arab “peace” overtures for the long-term (strategic thinkers don’t plan short-term !) would be considered less than rational thinking, nor strategically feasible. Right?

FURTHERMORE, despite the much ballyhooed “cold peace” (resulting from the signing of the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty in March 1979, up until Mubarak was deposed and the Brotherhood’s Morsi took over…subsequently, Abdel Fatah el-Sisi grabbed the reins), the fact of the matter is that the Mid East is the most unstable region in the world. Tenderhooks. Forever shifting sands. Yes, little stands between Israel and her Arab neighbors, other than amassing dangers on all fronts. Not only that, but 35 years is not even a blip on the historical radar – here today, gone tomorrow – and the encirclement of Israel has never been graver, notwithstanding the dangers amassing northward from Hezbollah, ISIS and offshoots!

Enter: ISIS at Israel’s southern flank…gaining at warped speed.

A group of at least ten ISIS operations and intelligence officers, led by a senior commander, has arrived in Sinai and taken charge of the local Ansar Beit al-Maqdas jihadis, thereby opening up a dangerous new front against Egypt and Israel, in proximity to the Suez Canal, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, DEBKAfile’s exclusive counter-terror sources report.

Their identities are not known, but their relocation from Iraq to the Egyptian peninsula was carefully arranged. They came posing as tourists coming for a holiday at the Sinai resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, arriving on charter flights from Middle East and European locations on fake passports. This enabled them to evade the strict security checks at Cairo international airport.
By assuming command of the local Ansar Beit al-Maqdas terrorist group, which last month pledged allegiance to the Islamic State, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has moved to add Sinai as a new province to the caliphate he established in parts of Iraq and Syria.

In recent weeks, our counter-terror sources reveal, Islamic State tacticians have provided the Sinai outfit in with a strategic reserve by posting 300 combatants from Iraq to eastern Libya. This group also supplies the Egyptian contingent with arms.

Egypt therefore finds itself encircled by IS forces on its western border from Libya and deeply threatened from the northeast in Sinai; whereas Israel faces the same jihadi menace in the southwest from Sinai and in the north from Syria.
On arrival in Sinai, Islamic State commanders announced their movement’s mission had been overhauled and redirected from Egypt alone to the “Egyptian-Zionist alliance.”

One of their first tasks will be to counteract recent Egyptian military successes in broadening their penetration of the peninsula’s Bedouin tribes and so inflicting heavy losses on Ansar Beit al Maqdas.

Israel finds itself outflanked by the new IS deployment in Sinai. The IDF heavily built up its northern strength to meet any Al Qaeda menace from Syria to the Golan, creating the Bashan Division to fight off jihadist incursions. In the event, the IS’s Syrian units have given the Israeli border a wide berth and are focusing on fighting in northern and eastern Syria.

And so, while preparing to tackle Islamist encroachment from the north, Israel finds them cropping up along its southern border, where no comparable military buildup is in place.

Abu Bakr’s Sinai move contradicts the claims of senior US commanders that IS is on the run in Iraq after being badly hurt by US and coalition air strikes. (Last week there were no more than 31 air raids over Iraq and 15 in Syria.) All that the light US-led air campaign has achieved so far is to induce the Islamic State’s leaders to shift ground tactically from territorial expansion to defense and entrenchment.

AS an aside, and in addition to everything you thought you knew about the savagery of ISIS, they are as cruel to the captives they let live, as those they slaughter. Americans/ westerners, this is a warning to you too.

RESULTANT, regardless of all the Jewish blood spilled on behalf of Israel’s (the buck stops with them…their onus) “never say no to peace” fetishist leaders, one tragic fact remains constant: Israel’s current crop of misfit leaders haven’t learned their lessons, irrespective of who wins the March 2015 elections. The proofs are manifest. Yet, as bleak as Israel’s electoral prospects seem, there ARE alternatives, and a Jewish patriot, an authentic warrior-princess, can be heard speaking at this linked Diplomatic Conference. Hear her roar!

TO wit, with ISIS lying in wait – the knock-on effects of Israel’s aforementioned gifting of Sinai for “peace” – the huge land mass is now overrun with ISIS and offshoots, courtesy of the open sesame given during Mursi’s tenure! Absolutely, a strategic disaster is in the making. You read it here…

IRONICALLY, with Egypt now in the hands of Abdel Fatah el-Sisi and out of the Brotherhood’s grip, ISIS wants to destroy the nation’s central command. As such, Egypt finds itself in the cross hairs too! Imagine that….what a conundrum. Be that as it may, they are hardly in a position to get the job done, and few can argue otherwise. However, even though they ostensibly “control” the lawless expanse of Sinai – due to the “peace” treaty – this is a far cry from the actual facts on the ground.

IN light of Israel’s short-sighted leaders, the nation is operating from a distinct disadvantage, both from a strategic depth point of view, as well as other factors. Ultimately, handing over Sinai to Egypt allowed ISIS to go from strength to strength, and they will pounce when ready. Israel’s leaders are now stuck with all the blow back.

IN a nutshell, once land is lost, gifted, or however you want to parse it, the ensuing battle will cost many more lives. This go around, how many Jewish lives will be sacrificed on the “peace” altar? And with elections looming, the choices are from bad to worse; those who can’t run fast enough to hand over Israel’s remaining strategic ground, Judea and Samaria, the Jewish people’s historical heartland, to those who want a few more “promises” before they make “peace”!

CAN anyone dare imagine the outcome, if ISIS (Hamas et al.) reigns supreme within Judea and Samaria, if Israel’s peace-obsessed leaders get their way? Could it become any more dire?

OBAMA regime’s CIA, led by John Brennan, is gunning to endanger the U.S. by tying the hands of its field agents, as revealed within a recent commentary. Indeed, many fronts/routes have been utilized to bore within and bring down America. This is beyond dispute.

IN tandem, as is said, there is more than one way to skin a cat. AGREED, to average ears it would seem that FEMA, America’s Federal Emergency Management Agency, is all about safety and welfare. Not so fast. Now, exactly when it got co-opted – into eschewing its original mandate – is up for debate. But that hardly matters at this critical national juncture. What does matter is what they have in store moving forward…march.

IN this regard, in one’s wildest nightmares, who would believe that clergy, Pastors, would team up with FEMA to upend America and act as Obama Inc.’s “front-line” soldiers? How so, you inquire? Bribery and more…

By now most of you are aware of the infamous group formed by FEMA and DHS who recruited 28,000 pastors to be part of the Clergy Response Team—a team of pastors who duty it will be in the event of any beck and call from the Government to round up citizens—be it for a catastrophe, an outbreak, or whatever them deem necessary. These pastors have sold not only their congregations out but also left God at the doorstep by doing so.

Recently Pastor Walt Mansfield, one of the first to be recruited by FEMA, boldly shares with Dave Hodges The Common Sense Show, all the devious workings the government is attempting to do through this organization. Everything from rounding up dissidents, to promoting servitude to the government, to forcing people into camps is involved.

AS documented on a multiplicity of occasions, Obama Inc.’s DHS is in definite league with targeting patriots, but leaving anti-Americans intact, including terrorists. Representative Jason Chaffetz pressed Secretary Johnson on the matter but appears either to have run out of time or not known what to ask. He and the committee should follow up promptly.…

MORE specifically, in relation to the topic of FEMA and captured Pastors, many readers are already familiar with the Jewish background of this investigative journalist, hence, references are (sometimes) made to the Old Testament. At the same time, it is recognized that many millions in America (and elsewhere) use the New Testament as their path. So it is more than appropriate to cite the following, as back up for what is certainly planned to go down, whenever the time is ripe. But before you lose hope in America’s clergy, there are those who can’t be bought, or fooled, as demonstrated within this revealing video! Yes, Pastors who know that Barack HUSSEIN Obama is a Muslim and that is that.

Many people in the independent media have reported that an estimated 28,000 pastors were recruited by FEMA/DHS, as part of the Clergy Response Team, and that their initial and primary training was to tell their flock to obey the DHS version of Romans 13. Romans 13, in the King James version of the Bible, begins:

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” Romans 13:1

Many of us have been quick to point that this bastardization of the Romans 13 is designed to force compliance to government edicts who might not otherwise comply.

Certainly all governments are not established by God. Were the governments of Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, all ordained by God? What about George the III? Most people in the independent media think that this is the extent of the threat posed by the existence of the Clergy Response Teams.

I have discovered that the Clergy Response Teams are taking on much more nefarious duties and it can be accurately stated that the pastors associated with the DHS/FEMA/Clergy Response Teams are going to be doing a whole lot more than encouraging their flock to obey the government.

On December 9, 2014, I conducted a telephonic interview with Pastor Walt Mansfield. Pastor Mansfield was among the first of the pastors recruited to become a part of the Clergy Response Team. The revelations he conveyed to me about this program had pastors doing a whole lot more than preaching Romans 13. But before going to the disturbing contents of the interview, let’s take a look at relevant legislation which helps to legitimize Pastor Mansfield’s outrageous claims.

Background Legislation

On December 31, 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law which in addition to allocating $662 billion to the Pentagon also contains a measure which allows U.S. citizens to be taken into custody and held indefinitely without ever being charged with a crime.

Not only can any citizen deemed a threat to “national security interests of the United States,” be held forever without receiving a trial, but the military will be the ones arresting those citizens.

NDAA Section 1022, subsection c allows “(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.”

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.

The bill also provides that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs”, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security. This a carte blanche mandate that many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting following a national emergency or a total economic collapse.

Pastor Mansfield’s “Insider” Revelations

Pastor Mansfield was recruited to become a member of the Clergy Response Team which would operate under the control of NOVAD and DHS. Mansfield’s revelations about his experiences are stunning and concerning at the same time.

Pastor Mansfield attended several briefings and he could barely believe his ears. He learned of the government’s plan to enact martial law as well as to implement forced population relocations. Mansfield emphasized that when martial law is enacted, the enforcement would be immediate. In other words, family members will be separated from each other and part of the training that the clergy received was how to comfort separated family members.

Pastor Mansfield emphasized that the FEMA/DHS drills were predicated on bioterrorism. The pastors were trained to go to homes were people refused to be relocated by the authorities and their immediate job was to convince the reluctant to willingly go to the relocation camps. Ostensibly, this was to be done in lieu of sending in the SWAT teams.

I asked Mansfield if FEMA camps were real and he stated that much of the clergy training focused around this scenario of pastors operating within the forced relocation centers. The main goal of a pastor assigned to a FEMA was to bring order and encourage compliance with DHS requests, hence, the emphasis on Romans 13.

The pastors were forced to sign non-disclosure. Interesting, the pastors were told not to quote Scripture. The DHS document which was prepared for the pastors clearly stated that Scripture had been used to “oppress” people in the past and the presenters strongly discouraged the its use. Please see the following excerpt from one of the DHS training manuals:

Healing Scripture and Prayer In the Pastoral Crisis Intervention

“During a time of crisis people do go through a “crisis of faith.”

Sometime quick mention of God and scripture may not be helpful. As we all know the Scripture has been used to oppress, dominate and at the same time used for healing and reconciliation- renewing of relationship with God and people. If the pastor senses it is appropriate to use the scripture and prayer, it must carefully be done for healing of victims not to uphold pastoral authority.” (Page 14)

In other words, all legitimate pastoral authority was abrogated by the pastors who participated in the roundup of American citizens.

Also on page 14 of the same training document, pastors were admonished to avoid“Unhealthy God talk….” Specifically pastors are ordered to avoid using references to God when helping people cope with the loss of a loved one:

“4. God must have needed him/her more than you.”

“5. God never gives more than we can handle.“

Pastor Mansfield also revealed that pastors will be issued badges under the Clergy Response Team program. Any pastor not displaying the badge, indicating that they have been trained under these guidelines, will not be permitted into the established and designated “DHS safety zones”. This reminds me of the banishment of religious figures from Plymouth Colony who, in good conscience, refused to go along with some of the extremism of that day. Along these lines, the Clergy Response Team is also a “Kool-Aid drinking program”. Pastors are absolutely forbidden to publicly to speak about any aspect of the program. If you were to ask your pastor if they are a FEMA trained pastor, they will not likely tell you.

Disturbingly, Pastor Mansfield reiterated several times that the number one job of these pastors is to calm down people and encourage their compliance within the people’s new surroundings.

Pastor Mansfield also stated that pastors will be utilized as informants. This violates the legal privilege of confidentiality between pastor and church-goer, that is currently recognized by law. All church-goers can no longer trust the sanctity of personal confessions and revelations made to pastors, priests or rabbis’. This one illegal act by DHS completely undermines the Christian Church in America!

Summary

What pastor could, in good conscience, participate in this heinous program? Mansfield told me that there are an estimated 28,000 FEMA trained pastors. The pastors in America are being coerced to participate because when an emergency is declared, no pastor, who does not have the “FEMA-trained government badge” will be allowed to be in a declared “emergency” area. Pastor Mansfield felt strongly this was the government’s way of removing Jesus from America’s landscape and set the stage for the ushering in of a new-age religion.

It is mindboggling to fathom how so many reporters and media types deny the existence of FEMA camps under these circumstances. It is also disturbing that any pastor would agree to participate in a program in which Jesus and the Bible end up on the cutting room floor.

Since interviewing Pastor Mansfield, I have been contemplating the potential wisdom of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn in which made the following quote:

Solzhenitsyn once said that
“We should have resisted the KGB at the front door. If the KGB thought that they might not go home that night, the Russian people might have had a different fate”.

IN light of the above, many rightfully posit: how can it be that Barack HUSSEIN Obama is giving cover to both Islamists, as well as Marxists, communists, socialists, who want nothing more than to purge religion from America, thus breaking its foundation and roots? Yes, while seemingly divergent in their ultimate goals, one must internalize where their symbiosis lies; the complete destruction of America. And in the worldview of committed anti-Americans, the ends, whatever they are, justify the means. Their alliance. This is precisely why reds and greens lock arms throughout the west and beyond.

AD infinitum, like a broken record, this site hammers home the same relentless theme: Obama Inc. is Allah-bent on foisting Islam onto America, and primarily via the kiddies! Yes, they are.

BUT before we segue to the proofs – and the reasoning behind the constant alarm bells – the best barometer for what is in store can be found in Europe, and most glaringly in Britain. Yes, Eurabia is America’s fate, its forerunner, if not beaten back in time. And those who believe that Eurabia is a “conspiracy theory”, well, good luck with that fantasy. If anything, its prognosis (re Europe) is very much on schedule. Deal with it.

BE that as it may, the following horror show will be played out in the public schools in America, if nothing is done to stop their thrust. Guaranteed.

As a Sikh and second-generation Briton running a public school made up mostly of Muslim students, Balwant Bains was at the center of the issues facing multicultural Britain, including the perennial question of balancing religious precepts and cultural identity against assimilation.

But in January, Mr. Bains stepped down as the principal of the Saltley School and Specialist Science College, saying he could no longer do the job in the face of relentless criticism from the Muslim-dominated school board. It had pressed him, unsuccessfully, to replace some courses with Islamic and Arabic studies, segregate girls and boys and drop a citizenship class on tolerance and democracy in Britain.

“I suppose I was a threat, giving these children more British values, for them to be integrated into society,” Mr. Bains said in his first interview since the controversy over his departure.

His experience has helped bring to life the often deeply emotional and highly contentious conflicts unearthed by a British government investigation this year into whether organized groups of conservative Muslims were having undue influence on public schools.

The topic has become especially sensitive at a time when Britain is concerned about the radicalization of young Muslims in the country and their involvement with jihadis in Syria and Iraq. The investigation was prompted by an anonymous letter, sent last year to local officials in Birmingham, alleging an organized Islamic takeover of British schools in Muslim neighborhoods.

Conducted by the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills, or Ofsted, the inquiry found the allegations to be overstated. But the agency found much that was troubling about Muslim efforts to promote changes in secular public schools, and it has recently widened its investigation to 46 schools across the country.

The investigation found that five schools in Birmingham, including Mr. Bains’s, shared a pattern of behavior similar to what was described in the anonymous letter. The letter also cited Mr. Bains’s impending resignation, a month before it was made official and which only a few knew about, suggesting that the author was someone with detailed knowledge of the schools.

“The Sikh head running a Muslim school,” the letter said, “will soon be sacked and we will move in.”

The investigation found that some teachers and school board governors at the other schools were encouraging homophobia, anti-Semitism and support for Al Qaeda, sometimes inviting speakers who endorsed the establishment of a state run under Sharia law.

One school stopped music and drama lessons as well as Christmas and Diwali celebrations, and subsidized trips to Saudi Arabia for Muslim students.

In another school, the report found, girls and female teachers were discriminated against, and compulsory sex education, including discussions about forced marriage, was banned. Girls and boys seen talking for too long or considered flirtatious were reprimanded, while boys were given worksheets that said a wife had to obey her husband.

The report, released in July, highlighted Mr. Bains’s case and concluded that there had been a “coordinated, deliberate and sustained action, carried out by a number of associated individuals, to introduce an intolerant and aggressive Islamic ethos into a few schools in Birmingham.”

Muhammad Khan, the chairman of the board of governors at the time, who is no longer at the school, did not respond to repeated requests for comment. Three governors who were also present at meetings with Mr. Bains also refused to comment on his allegations.

Muslim leaders in Britain have condemned the report’s findings, saying it was wrong to conflate conservative Muslim practices with an alleged agenda to Islamicize school systems.

Mr. Bains, 47, was born to Indian immigrants in a suburb of Coventry notorious for prostitution and violent crime. He grew up listening to stories of how his father, a teacher in Punjab State, walked 30 miles each day to and from school. He would study by candlelight because his village had no electricity. After arriving in Britain and securing work as a laborer, he put his son and daughters through college.

“It made me value education more, and because it is free in this country,” Mr. Bains said. “I lifted myself out of poverty because of education. If I could do it, if I could break the cycle, other children could, too….”

In 2012, he became head teacher of Saltley, a school where grades were falling behind the national average. In spite of his ordeal throughout 2013, the school achieved its best General Certificate of Secondary Education grades ever — roughly equivalent to the high school diploma in America. Britain’s school inspectorate judged the school as one of the most improved state schools that year.

“But I never got a single congratulation” from the school’s governing board, a mix of elected parents and other people from the community and members appointed to represent the staff and the local government, Mr. Bains said. “It was emotional harassment.”

The chairman of the governing board took to challenging his day-to-day decision making, Mr. Bains said. In one instance he was required to justify every decision he made during a three-month period, Mr. Bains said, including why he had students walk on the right side of the corridor instead of the left, what he said at assemblies and why he made changes to the school website. He had to print and distribute the resulting 300-page document to each of the 15 members of the governing board.

When a student threatened six classmates with a knife, he expelled the boy, a Muslim, in a decision supported by parents and the local authority. But governors reinstated the boy. Because Mr. Bains did not suspend another student, a white boy who had surrendered the weapon, talk spread among staff that he was racist and Islamophobic. He discovered a Facebook post and text messages calling on parents and students to protest against him, he said, and later learned that the message had even been circulated among local mosques.

“Some of the children would come in and tell me, ‘Mr. Bains, they’re going to egg your car today, so you better move your car,’ ” he said. “I felt very isolated, I was despondent. I was a head teacher going into work without any power.”

The treatment, he said, lasted 11 months, beginning just two months after he was appointed head teacher, until he resigned.

By then, all non-Muslim governors except one at his school had left. He was immediately replaced by a friend of the chairman of the board of governors. A number of staff members at other schools cited in the government investigation also resigned because they disagreed with the attitudes taken by some administrators. They also claimed that teachers had been appointed based on their religious zeal, not their teaching qualifications.

The government report partly vindicated him, Mr. Bains said. But if nothing changes, he said, “then it means anyone can just go in and destroy a school and get away with it.”

AS to whether or not Islamists mean what they say, please understand that the following video clip, by leading British Islamist Anjem Choudhary, is the same jihadist who was cited in an intelligence analysis this investigative journalist was part of. It was not for nothing. In other words, when one is less than 6 degrees separated from “43 Islamists on trial for a Euro-terror plot” (for starters), well, others would do well to hear what he (they) have to say. Indeed, they mean (Shariah law) business.

BACK to America’s kiddies…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s (his Brotherhood’s) plans for them, and why some parents (but not nearly enough) are finally awakening to the public school’s menace – Islam.

Menace One:

ONCE again, this time in California, Islam reigns supreme, at least in its public schools. Mind you, separation of church and state means squat when Islamists are controlling school boards, even as they opine that it is just a cultural lesson! In a pig’s eye…as if Judaism and Christianity would ever be taught within the same contextual lesson plan…or if Merry Christmas or Happy Chanukah is, heaven forfend, uttered within public school premises. Hell hath no fury like a leftist and Islamist “offended” by anyone who refuses to bow to their dogmas.

It happened again. A parent saw a child’s assignment regarding Islam and the parent objected to what is being taught in a public school – the faith tenets of Islam. This time in California and this time with more details as to what parents objected to in a school assignment.

The father continued, “What I saw written in these bubbles was, ‘The one true God, Allah’ in one of the bubbles. In one of the other bubbles was ‘All people must submit to Allah,’ in another bubble. The I turned the page over and I see the five pillars of Islam.”….

Menace Two:

NOT only that, but taxpayer funds are used to indoctrinate the kiddies, both near and far!

Menace Three:

AND wouldn’t you know it, DOJ is right in the thick of said indoctrination, infiltration and penetration!

Menace Four:

STILL, yet, if any more proof in the pudding is required, perhaps the following recitation at Joe For America will be convincing enough.

BOTTOM LINE: it can no longer be explained away that Islam is being taught as a worldwide religion…blah, blah, blah…so why the fuss and angst. For once the kiddies are taught the shahada and the five (lying) pillars of Islam, well, let’s just call it what it is: outright indoctrination, and with a dose of subliminal/brainwashing messaging in between. Damn them all to hell and back.

PATRIOTS, what are you gonna do about it? When is enough really enough? Or, would you prefer to wait until anonymous letters start circulating among school districts all over America, as cited above re the Islamization of Britain’s schools, already a done deal – “The Sikh head running a Muslim school,” the letter said, “will soon be sacked and we will move in.”

Why Did Obama & CIA’s Brennan, A Muslim Covert, Gift “Torture” Report To The Ummah?Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

FOR the record, this site is not going to waste time debating the merits/effectiveness of reported tactics used by the CIA to elicit life-saving counter-terror intel. More to the point, as to whether said methods were filtered for approval through specific branches of gov’t, is neither here nor there. Oh please, as if permission slips are required to choose “techniques” from “Menu A”(okay) or “Menu B” (no go)! Outrageous. Rest assured, the enemy would just as easily behead each and every American championing soft-shoeing interrogations, as they would those who support “whatever it takes to get the job done”. Besides, are delicate methods an effective way to run intelligence operations? Whom are the leaders kidding?

IN fact, we can all agree that rogue agents (those who “turn”) must be uprooted and severely punished. We get that. But those who are risking their lives in the field dare not be hampered through “supervision” by a battery of legal suits – sitting in the Dept. of Justice – sipping their lattes! Regardless, why should they be forbidden from “improvising” (using water boarding etc.), just as long as intel is gleaned? Alas, are they intelligence operatives or boy scouts? Have mercy. But let’s leave all that aside for now and get to the heart of the matter.

YET in order to conceptualize why Obama Inc. would push for the release of such sensitive material – and despite pleas from cooperating nations – is to internalize, once and for all, that an enemy agent is sitting in the White House.

KNOW this: yes, Senate Demsters, the Anti-American-in-Chief’s lackeys and water boys, officially released the hit job and they too will be held responsible for resultant worldwide Muslim mayhem. In fact, how can they feign – when the sh-t hits the fan – “it ain’t their fault”, knowing that even cartoons of Muhammad and related videos drive them into murderous rampages. Come on…

NEVERTHELESS, don’t be fooled, Brennan was four square behind the release, regardless of any spin put forth that he has the agency’s back and was betwixt and between. Hogwash.

BUT to understand why he (his boss & crew) would place America’s security in the cross hairs, is to understand John Brennan’s true background.

Background One:

AS always, a background check is requisite due diligence, especially for the Director of the CIA. Thus, of primary importance is the intersection between Brennan and a “mysterious” death during Obama’s first term. Skeletons.

Background Two:

NOT only that, but his fingerprints are all over the cover-up of the assassination of investigative journalist, Michael Hastings. Oh boy.

Background Three:

BESIDES, how can one trust a man who eschews the Bill of Rights, all in order to effectuate another agenda?

White House on Monday backed the release of a long-anticipated report on the CIA’s interrogation techniques, despite warnings from within the administration and from lawmakers that it could lead to a backlash against Americans around the world.

Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the administration has been preparing “for months” for the report’s release, which is expected late Tuesday morning.

“There are some indications … that the release of the report could lead to a greater risk that is posed to U.S. facilities and individuals all around the world,” Earnest acknowledged. “So, the administration has taken the prudent steps to ensure that the proper security precautions are in place at U.S. facilities around the globe.”

Earnest said the administration still “strongly supports the release of this declassified summary of the report.”

Nevertheless, Secretary of State John Kerry last week asked the Senate Intelligence Committee to “consider” the timing of the release.

The administration’s stance was criticized by GOP Sen. Richard Burr, the prospective new chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Burr, R-N.C., said that Kerry’s request that the report be delayed doesn’t jibe with Earnest’s comments.

“It’s dumbfounding they can call and ask for it to be delayed and then say they want it out. You can’t have it both ways,” Burr told Fox News.

On Sunday, a top Republican lawmaker warned the release could cause “violence and deaths.”

And U.S. officials separately confirmed to Fox News that an advisory has been sent urging U.S. personnel overseas to reassess security measures in anticipation of the release. The message directs all overseas posts, including those used by CIA personnel, to “review their security posture” for a “range of reactions that might occur.”

A similar statement was being sent to military combatant commands to assess their readiness. Pentagon spokesman Col. Steve Warren said Monday the combatant commands have been urged to “take appropriate force protection measures within their areas of responsibility.”

Asked whether the CIA report ought to be released, Warren said that is a “higher-level policy decision,” but added “there is certainly the possibility the release of this report could cause unrest.”

In Washington, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., said America’s allies are predicting “this will cause violence and deaths.” He said U.S. intelligence agencies and foreign governments have said privately that the release of the Senate intelligence panel report on CIA interrogations a decade ago will be used by extremists to incite violence that is likely to cost lives.

“I think this is a terrible idea,” Rogers said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “Foreign leaders have approached the government and said, ‘You do this, this will cause violence and deaths.’ Our own intelligence community has assessed that this will cause violence and deaths.”

Rogers is regularly briefed on intelligence assessments. He questioned why the report needed to become public, given that the Justice Department investigated and filed no criminal charges.

The comments by Rogers came after Kerry on Friday urged Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the senator in charge of the report on CIA interrogations, to reconsider the timing of the release.

In addition, a U.S. intelligence official, who was not authorized to be quoted discussing classified intelligence assessments, told the Associated Press that Congress had been warned “of the heightened potential that the release could stimulate a violent response.”

The 480-page report, a summary of a still-classified 6,000 page study, amounts to the first public accounting of the CIA’s alleged use of torture on suspected Al Qaeda detainees held in secret facilities in Europe and Asia in the years after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

CBS News reported Sunday that the report contains evidence that the CIA went beyond what was “legally allowable,” and that the agency lied to the White House, the Department of Justice and Congress about the effectiveness of the program.

The CIA told Fox News it would not comment until the report is released, but former agency officials have told Fox News that the agency’s program provided it with foundational intelligence about the Al Qaeda network after the Sept. 11 attacks. Former CIA Director Michael Hayden has previously told Fox News that it is not feasible to believe that three different CIA directors and three different deputy directors of the agency conspired over a seven-year period to lie about the program’s effectiveness. Hayden and former CIA General Counsel John Rizzo also have claimed that the program provided evidence that helped direct the 2011 raid that killed Usama bin Laden.

U.S. officials who have read the report say it includes disturbing new details about the CIA’s use of such techniques as sleep deprivation, confinement in small spaces, humiliation and the simulated drowning process known as waterboarding. {blogger’s note: perhaps these same officials would rather they had been treated to cushy accommodations….oh yeah…they got them at Guantanamo!}

President Obama has previously acknowledged, “We tortured some folks.” The report also says the alleged torture failed to produce life-saving intelligence, a conclusion disputed by current and former intelligence officials, including CIA director John Brennan.

A congressional aide noted to the Associated Press that the White House has led negotiations to declassify the report since April, and that both the president and his director of national intelligence have endorsed its release.

Feinstein has not responded to reports of the Kerry call, though she told the Los Angeles Times in a story published Sunday that “We have to get this report out.”

She told the Los Angeles Times that the harsh interrogations undermined “societal and constitutional values that we are very proud of. Anybody who reads this is going to never let this happen again.” {Hey schmucky Feinstein, what about the right of Americans to live free from terror attacks??}

Security raised at US embassies ahead of CIA “torture report” release

The report from the Senate Intelligence Committee will be the first public accounting of the CIA’s use after 9/11 of what critics call torture on al Qaeda detainees held at “black” sites in Europe and Asia. The committee on Tuesday was expected to release a 480-page redacted executive summary of the 6,000-plus-page report compiled by Democrats on the panel. The report refers specifically to three detainees who are described as undergoing torture, including “waterboarding” and sleep deprivation, for several years.

Security has been tightened at US military bases and embassies worldwide in case damning information about CIA interrogations triggers attacks. The Senate panel alleges that the harsh interrogations failed to produce unique and life-saving intelligence — a conclusion disputed by current and former intelligence officials, including CIA Director John Brennan. It is also expected to accuse the CIA of repeatedly lying to Congress, the White House and the public. A Republican minority report is also set to be released, as well as a rebuttal from the CIA.

The Senate report cites the involvement of 54 countries in CIA rendition tactics. Fears are raised that the exposure of foreign bodies and individuals associated with those tactics may place them at risk of revenge attacks by Muslim extremists, including al Qaeda. Former CIA heads warn that publication of the report will irreversibly damage America’s reputation and world influence and deter former collaborators from ties with US intelligence.

SO the urgent question becomes: who but Barack HUSSEIN Obama and John Brennan (and surrogates), enemy agents, would compromise and endanger America’s security, as well as the west at large?

WITH the above implanted in mind, there is an expression in Israel (where this investigative journalist lives) which evokes high levels of frustration and ire; chaval…חבל…loosely translated into “what a freakin’ waste”. Assuredly, many others feel the same, especially when realizing the depths the U.S. has sunk to; a once powerful, highly respected – consequently feared – leader of the free world, a shell of itself. Beyond tragic. Heartbreaking.

INDEED, this western disaster is, for the most part, due to traitors running the nation. In other words, instead of parlaying CIA’s assets into a win-win for America and her allies, Obama and gang placed bull’s-eyes on them and sent signals to their ranks: elicit intel at your own risk, America will not back you up!

MANY have heard about the IAF’s lighting strikes into Syria, especially over the last few years. As always, they are not for nothing, irrespective of the whining from assorted (near and far) foes. Guaranteed, they are not training exercises to prove their mettle. That ship has sailed. SO with the above understanding in mind, readers must recognize that nations are operating, as they should, in their own national interests. But it is equally intrinsic to realize when it is prudent to work together and when to go it alone, even parting company with an ally. This is a lesson PM Netanyahu too often shuns. In fact, the 2014 summer-long fiery war with Hamas should become EXHIBIT NUMBER ONE; it demonstrated that tying Israel’s strings to Obama Inc. evinced incalculable knock-on effects. Adina Kutnicki: Wolff, before we review the dangers associated with the newly-formed Muslim-American party, it must be reiterated: traditional American allies are caught up in a horrifying spider’s web through their association with the Obama administration. Poisonous.

Illustrative of said entangling, one has to internalize when it is in a nation’s best interests to align with a “best friend” and when prudence demands a “trial” separation, at least for the time being.

Basically, PM Netanyahu, MIT smartie that he is, hasn’t figured out this seemingly simple calculus. Trenchantly, there is a “quiet” war being fought on the Syrian side of Israel’s northern Golan border to capture key sites. It may very well blow up Israel’s Golan front. Currently, the struggle is between Assad’s henchmen and the aforementioned Sunni jihadists. These are the same “rebels” whom Obama Inc. has “surreptitiously” armed, ever since the administration entered into an absolutely illegal war in Libya. Its (hidden) basis was to arm Sunni terrorists to take over the region for the Muslim Brotherhood! Full circle.

Resultant, instead of PM Netanyahu opting out of choosing between one Islamic devil over another (Assad’s forces are inseparable from Iran’s proxy pawns), thereby, reacting to whichever side illegally fires from Syria into Israel with resolute IDF firepower, Israel is now – like it or not – aiding those who abet Hamas. Ditto, Assad/Iran have been doing likewise.

Assuredly, there are times when NOT choosing sides makes the most strategic sense. However, this is definitely not the case with the Kurdish issue. Alas, it was a relief that PM Netanyahu publicly stated his support for Kurdish independence from Iraq. As is said, even a broken clock can be right once in a while.

Stipulated, sans a scintilla of a doubt, under PM Netanyahu’s missteps, the dangers to Israel have never been greater….

IN this regard, this week’s Israeli airstrike into Syria wielded a two-edge sword; a dual track. Yes, as critical as this investigative journalist is of PM Netanyahu’s penchant for spinelessness, this go around he exerted proper hyper-muscle and secured Israel’s national interests – finally.

High-ranking American military sources revealed Monday, Dec. 8, that Israel’s air strikes near Damascus the day before wiped out newly-arrived Russian hardware including missiles that were dispatched post haste to help Syria and Hizballah frustrate a US plan for a no-fly zone over northern Syria.

The advanced weapons were sent over, as DEBKAfile reported exclusively Sunday, after Russian President Vladimir Putin learned that the Obama administration and the Erdogan government were close to a final draft on a joint effort to activate a no-fly zone that would bar Syrian air force traffic over northern Syria.

The Kremlin has repeatedly warned – of late in strong messages through back channels – that the establishment of a no-fly or buffer zone in any part of Syria would be treated as direct American intervention in the Syria war and result in Russian military intervention for defending the Assad regime.
According to the US-Turkish draft, American warplanes would be allowed to take off from the Turkish airbase of Incirlik in the south for operations against Syrian warplanes, assault helicopters or drones entering the no-go zone. Thus far, Ankara has only permitted US surveillance aircraft and drones the use of Incirlik for tracking the movements of Islamic State fighters in northern Syria.
The Obama administration was long deterred from implementing a no-fly zone plan by the wish to avoid riling Moscow or facing the hazards of Syria’s world-class air defense system.

But Washington was recently won over to the plan by a tacit deal with Damascus for American jets to be allowed entry to help Kurdish fighters defend their northern Syrian enclave of Kobani against capture by al Qaeda’s IS invaders.

However, the US administration turned down a Turkish demand to extend the no-fly zone from their border as far as Aleppo, Syria’s largest city, over which Syrian army forces are battling rebels and advancing slowly into the town.
The no-fly zone planned by US strategists would be narrow – between a kilometer and half a kilometer deep inside Syria. However Moscow is standing fast against any such plan and objects to US planes making free of Syrian airspace, a freedom they are now afforded over Kobani.
To drive this point home, the Russians delivered a supply of advanced anti-air missiles and radar, whose use by the Syrian army and transfer to Hizballah in Lebanon were thwarted by the Israeli air strikes Sunday.

Moscow reacted swiftly and angrily with a Note to the United Nations Monday accusing Israel of “aggressive action” and demanding “that such attacks should not happen again… Moscow is deeply worried by this dangerous development, the circumstances of which demand an explanation.”

The Assad regime has held back from reacting to past Israeli air raids for preventing advanced weaponry from reaching Hizballah. This time, spokesmen in Damascus warned that their government’s response would be clandestine and cause Israel “unimaginable harm.”

EXTRAPOLATING further – and despite the warning that Syria’s response would be clandestine and cause Israel “unimaginable harm” – the fact of the matter is that they never cease plotting to exert “unimaginable harm”. Israel is, as is said, damned if it does and damned if it doesn’t. But never mind. Its PRIMARY vested interest (by striking Syria, the transit route to Lebanon’s Hezbollah) is to ALWAYS keep advanced anti-missile hardware out of Hezbollah’s hands. In essence, these air strikes (and other clandestine operations) frustrate Iran’s proxy arm from causing grave damage to Israel. Significantly, said pre-emptive actions should be a no-brainer, even for Israel’s appeasement-oriented political leaders. Not only that, they are manifestly legal under international law, despite Russia’s (and Syria’s) shrill pronouncements before the U.N.’s anti-Israel gaggle of kleptocrats.

AS detailed by this site‘s close and valued contact, Professor Louis Rene Beres, in his joint analysis with U.S. Admiral Leon “Bud” Edney & General Thomas G. McInerney at Oxford’s University Press, anticipatory self-defense is codified:

Enter international law. Designed, inter alia, to ensure the survival of states in a persistently anarchic world – a world originally fashioned after the Thirty Years War and the Peace of Westphalia in 1648 – this law includes the “inherent” right of national self-defense. Such right may be exercised not only after an attack has already been suffered, but, sometimes, also, in advance of an expected attack.

What can now be done, lawfully, about relentless Iranian nuclear weapons development? Do individual states, especially those in greatest prospective danger from any expressions of Iranian nuclear aggression, have a legal right to strike first defensively? In short, could such a preemption ever be permissible under international law?

For the United States, preemption remains a part of codified American military doctrine. But is this national doctrine necessarily consistent with the legal and complex international expectations of anticipatory self-defense?

To begin, international law derives from multiple authoritative sources, including international custom. Although written law of the UN Charter (treaty law) reserves the right of self-defense only to those states that have already suffered an attack (Article 51), equally valid customary law still permits a first use of force if the particular danger posed is “instant, overwhelming, leaving no choice of means and no moment for deliberation.” Stemming from an 1837 event in jurisprudential history known as the Caroline, which concerned the unsuccessful rebellion in Upper Canada against British rule, this doctrine builds purposefully upon a seventeenth-century formulation of Hugo Grotius.

Self-defense, says the classical Dutch scholar in, The Law of War and Peace (1625), may be permitted “not only after an attack has already been suffered, but also in advance, where the deed may be anticipated.” In his later text of 1758, The Right of Self-Protection and the Effects of Sovereignty and Independence of Nations, Swiss jurist Emmerich de Vattel affirmed: “A nation has the right to resist the injury another seeks to inflict upon it, and to use force and every other just means of resistance against the aggressor.”

Article 51 of the UN Charter, limiting self-defense to circumstances following an attack, does not override the customary right of anticipatory self-defense. Interestingly, especially for Americans, the works of Grotius and Vattel were favorite readings of Thomas Jefferson, who relied heavily upon them for crafting the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America.

We should also recall Article VI of the US Constitution, and assorted US Supreme Court decisions. These proclaim, straightforwardly, that international law is necessarily part of the law of the United States.

The Caroline notes an implicit distinction between preventive war (which is never legal), and preemptive war. The latter is not permitted merely to protect oneself against an emerging threat, but only when the danger posed is “instant” and “overwhelming.” Using such a literal framework, it could first appear doubtful that the United States may now construct a persuasive legal argument for preemption against Iran. This would be the case even if the planned American defense operation were carefully limited to exclusively nuclear military targets.

Nonetheless, we live in very different times. Grotius, Vattel and those later jurists who were focused on the Caroline could never have anticipated the genuinely existential risks soon to be posed by a nuclear Iran. Understandably, the permissibility of anticipatory self-defense is far greater in the nuclear age than in prior centuries. Today, after all, it is easy to imagine, simply waiting impotently to suffer an enemy nuclear attack could be entirely irrational. Even suicidal.

A special danger is posed by terrorist group surrogates. If not prevented from receiving nuclear weapons or fissile materials from patron states, such proxies (e.g., Hezbollah, Hamas, al-Qaeda) could inflict enormous harms upon targets that would be out of range of nuclear-tipped missiles.

The United States is not the only country at risk from Iranian nuclear weapons. Israel is at greater risk. There is, however, a long and respected international legal tradition that Great Powers have proportionately great responsibilities. This would suggest, from a management of world power standpoint, that America must remain ever-mindful of a potential nuclear threat to other, far smaller states.

MOREOVER, the international precepts outlined above are doubly applicable for distinct genocidal foes. Thus, how many times, how many ways, do Israel’s foes have to declare: it is their intent to destroy her, before pre-emption (against Iran, its proxy arms or others) becomes the only nation-saving option? Ten….50….100…

NOT to be lost in the discussion, this week’s strike assisted the U.S. military in its quest to block Russia from imposing a “no-fly” zone over Syrian airspace, and all that it entails. Resultant, it became a win-win to strike.

CONCOMITANTLY, Israel’s leaders must steer clear of Obama Inc.’s “relationship” with ISIS and its attendant terror arms, thus, knowing when to “part company”!

IT is nigh impossible for a civilized society to wrap its conscience around continuous Islamic barbarism; whether it involves mass executions, hangings, beheading or related tortures of innocent…after innocent….and sans ANY let up!

BUT let’s cut to the chase: Muhammad, Islam’s messenger and prophet, was not exactly a good role model. You think? A wild and dangerous understatement.

NOW, whichever way Muslims attempt to Allah-wash his barbarism and criminality, rest assured, those who know better aren’t buying their pig-in-a-poke fairy tale. Yes, Muslims have zero interest in hearing the truth from anyone, let alone from a despised Jew, a female AND a Zionist to boot. A triple whammy. Too bad. Regardless, don’t blame the (truthful) messenger!

To know why Islam is a mortal danger one must not only consider the Koran but also the character of Muhammad, who conceived the Koran and the entirety of Islam.

The Koran is not just a book. Muslims believe that Allah himself wrote it and that it was dictated to Muhammad in the original version, the Umm al-Kitab, which is kept on a table in heaven. Consequently one cannot argue with the contents. Who would dare to disagree with what Allah himself has written? This explains much of Muhammadan behaviour, from the violence of jihad to the hatred and persecution of Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims and apostates. What we in the West regard as abnormal, is perfectly normal for Islam.

A second insuperable problem with Islam is the figure of Muhammad. He is not just anyone. He is al-insan al-kamil, the perfect man. To become a Muslim one must pronounce the Shahada (the Muslim creed). By pronouncing the Shahada one testifies that there is no god that can be worshipped except Allah, and one testifies that Muhammad is his servant and messenger.

The Koran, and hence Allah, lays down that Muhammad’s life must be imitated. The consequences of this are horrendous and can be witnessed on a daily basis.

There has been much analysis of Muhammad’s mental sanity. In spite of all the available research, it is rarely mentioned or debated. It is a taboo to discuss the true nature of the man whom one and a half billion Muslims around the world regard as a holy prophet and example to be followed. That taboo must be breached in the West, and here in the Netherlands.

Ali Sina is an Iranian ex-Muslim who established the organisation for apostates of Islam Faith Freedom International. In his latest book he posits that Muhammad is a narcissist, a pedophile, a mass murderer, a terrorist, a misogynist, a lecher, a cult leader, a madman, a rapist, a torturer, an assassin and a looter. Sina has offered 50,000 dollars for the one who can prove otherwise. Nobody has claimed the reward as yet. And no wonder, as the description is based on the Islamic texts themselves, such as the hadiths, the descriptions of Muhammad’s life from testimonies of contemporaries.

The historical Muhammad was the savage leader of a gang of robbers from Medina. Without scruples they looted, raped and murdered. The sources describe orgies of savagery where hundreds of people’s throats were cut, hands and feet chopped off, eyes cut out, entire tribes massacred. An example is the extinction of the Jewish Kurayza tribe in Medina in 627. One of those who chopped off their heads was Muhammad. The women and children were sold as slaves. Confronted with the lunacy of Islamic terrorists today, it is not hard to find out where the lunacy comes from.

In Vienna the women’s rights activist Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff was recently sentenced to paying a fine for insulting a religion by calling Muhammad a pedophile. However, that is the truth. Numerous hadiths contain testimonies by Muhammad’s favorite wife, the child wife Aisha. Aisha literally says: “The prophet married me when I was six years old, and had intercourse with me when I was nine.”{read the whole thing}

YET, it is imperative to stick to the truth meter, as discomfiting as it may be. As such, you all need to understand where the situation lies, particularly in relation to the kiddies. Did you know there are many across the Islamic world – but coming to a western venue, sooner than later – who are being groomed as “beheaders”? Pray tell, what parent(s) wouldn’t be proud to have a son/daughter capable of executing the “art” of decapitation? Alas, so stop obsessing…dreaming about your little ones growing up to become doctors, lawyers, accountants or (a personal favorite) engineers…there’s a new “vocation” to add to your parental wish list – head chopper! Moreover, think of all the tuition you will save, if you just switch your priorities eastward.

Amid cries of ‘Allah o Akbar’ (god is great), a young boy, barely 12 years old, lifts his machete and strikes at his victim who is lying on the ground, all tied up for the kill.

Waving a ‘V’ for victory sign with his right hand, the boy picks up the severed head and shows it around to the chants of applause from an audience gathered in a remote part of the region straddling the mountainous range which divides Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The performance in this chilling episode which may simply shock most people around the world, is the case of militant justice meted out to supposed traitors. It involves Al Qaeda and the Taliban slapping exemplary punishment to an individual suspected to be a spy for the government.

“This (boy) is a killing machine who has been indoctrinated from age nine and prepared for his act by the time he is 12″ says a Pakistani intelligence official who showed the video clip to CBS News as just one piece of evidence of Al Qaeda and the Taliban training young boys to become accomplished killers, even before they become teen-agers.

ADDING heft to the above, along comes a former ISIS monster (who knows why he gave this interview…who cares…) and he backed up the aforementioned:

A former Islamic State [IS] bodyguard of a notorious militant has revealed the depravity of the group’s actions in their battle to expand their self-proclaimed caliphate in Iraq and Syria.

The bodyguard of Saddam Jamal, named only as Abu Abdullah, told The Daily Telegraph about his time guarding Jamal in an exclusive interview.

The IS militant was formerly a drug dealer before joining the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and then defecting to IS.

His bodyguard spoke of a series of shocking incidents, including when Jamal forced a mother and father to watch as a fellow jihadist killed their children one at a time.

“Starting with a thirteen-year-old boy, they lined up the sons according to their height and beheaded them in that order,” said the bodyguard.

“Afterwards, they hung the boys’ heads on the door of the school the family had been hiding in.”

Abdullah was clear that, for Jamal, being a militant of IS was not about a higher calling but to obtain more power.

“There are, of course, some who really believe that killing and whipping is the correct way to spread Islam,” he told The Daily Telegraph.

“But for Jamal, he doesn’t really care if the mission spreads Islam. All he cares about is becoming more powerful. Now, if a stronger organisation emerges, he will join it. And there are lots of men in Isil just like him.”

Force, fear and hypocrisy

Abdullah said that Jamal would copy his fellow “emirs” in IS and control their territory through force, fear and hypocrisy.

“They kidnap and carry out assassinations,” he said. “They think nothing of bringing down a whole building with women and children inside, just to kill one person.

“A lot of their local and foreign fighters smoke but if they ever catch a civilian doing the same they lock him up, whip him and force them into community service. Why the double standards?”

It is now believed that Jamal is second in command for IS’ military affairs, only behind the Chechen “Ginger Jihadist” Abu Omar al-Shishani.

When Jamal was a member of the FSA and the Supreme Military Council that was receiving US funding in Syria, his base in the Deir al-Zour province was attacked by IS, which sent him into hiding.

He next appeared in a video where he pledged allegiance to IS and denounced the FSA fighters as “apostates”.

“Isil blew up Jamal’s house killing one of his brothers. They kidnapped another brother and killed him too. After that Jamal disappeared,” said Abdullah.

The bodyguard’s final, shocking tale was of another “emir”, named Abu Abdullah al-Qahtani, who used his eight-year-old son to slit the throat of a rival captured by the group.

“He [al-Qahtani] held his son’s hand with a knife in it and made him cut the head of an FSA fighter accused of organising attacks on Isil [another name for IS],” he said.

“It would take days to recount to you the violence I witnessed.”

EARTH shaking. Mind blowing. Numbing…and all the rest…

AGREED, there are Muslims who are horrified by the slaughters committed in the name of their religion, but they are hardly in the majority. At the very least, they are, for the most part, complicit in their silence. Not only that, but their end goal is the same; the resurrection of the Caliphate.

IN this regard, whether Sunni, Shia or another minority Islamic tribe/sect, the fact of the matter is that they will join hands (even though they historically war against each other for hegemony) when the Caliphate is “at the ready”. As such, Iran’s Shia, now battling ISIS, will lay down its arms for their Islamic dream to come true. Don’t ever doubt this.

SIMILARLY, as the Caliphate comes closer to fruition, the blood letting against the west will reach its apex, and this juncture in time will appear as a “tranquil” period. But if you don’t believe this investigative journalist, suit yourself. However, what should be considered more than food for thought is offered up from a recent speech given by Brig. Gen. (ret.) Ken Chrosniak, a former member of the USA Joint Chiefs of Staff. He noted that Iran already has nuclear capability – but not on a large scale – and went on to add:

“In the future, Iran will be complicit with ISIS […] to establish, or re-establish, the Caliphate,” he added. “That’s their goal: to re-establish the Caliphate and take out all infidels.”

Wolff Bachner: Adina, the Jewish people and Israel have been vilified as enemies of Islam for 1400 years. Since this is a centuries old conflict, why should Americans care about Israel’s problems, the Muslim Brotherhood or Adnan Oktar?

LESSONS LEARNED: every time you hear Muslims and their apologists wax poetic, yes, Islam is a “religion of peace”, keep uppermost in mind two symbiotic factors: the barbarism they wage across the world (in the name of Islam) is endemic to the life and dictates of Muhammad; Muhammadanism. There is no betwixt and between. Muslims worship and emulate Muhammad as Islam’s prophet and role model. Only by understanding him can one know what makes them explode; as they rape, pillage, plunder and awash the world in oceans of blood to satiate Muhammad’s directives to “honor” Allah!

The White House appears to have engaged in administrative sleight of hand, changing U.S. immigration law not by executive order but by a memorandum “exercising prosecutorial discretion” Johnson signed the day of Obama’s Nov. 20 nationwide address that so far has not been filed in the Federal Register.

Tom Fitton, president of Washington-based watchdog institution Judicial Watch, told WND in an interview the legal status of Johnson’s memo is a serious constitutional question that deserves to be adjudicated.

“The entire implementing authority involves a memorandum published by DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson that changes the immigration law, directing federal money to be spent that has not been appropriated by Congress,” he said.

“In my view, there is a serious question whether Jeh Johnson should be impeached for taking this action, and a criminal investigation should be initiated to determine how and why federal funds are being misappropriated,” he declared….

NOW, why does this matter, other than the fact that Johnson is willing to fall on his sword for Obama? Indeed, in order to create a fait accompli – to permanently destroy the fabric of America with the flooding of millions of illegals, while bleeding the coffers dry too – creating facts on the ground are mandatory to effectuate the permanent erasure of America’s border! More specifically, what does the above have to do with DHS and their penchant for lying, while they hide terrorists too? A whole lot.

IF 1 + 1 still equals two, assuredly, those willing to lie to the maximum extreme must be considered outright liars in all arenas under their purview, bar none. If their lips are moving they are lying. Simple as that.

IN this regard, DHS is up to their eyeballs in criminal cover ups, and this is the case whether Jeh Johnson is at the helm or his “feminine” predecessor, “Mama Janet”.

MORE specifically, how safe would Americans feel, if they knew that the litmus test for military commanders (to keep their jobs) entailed: are you willing, or not, to shoot fellow Americans on U.S. soil who refuse to give up their legal guns? Huh?

Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson gave some peculiar testimony in a House hearing Tuesday about two men tied to a designated terrorist organization who, he says, fled to Canada after “they were released by the judge” in an immigration hearing. Representative Jason Chaffetz pressed Secretary Johnson on the matter but appears either to have run out of time or not known what to ask. He and the committee should follow up promptly.

The story begins back in September when the pair, along with two other companions, were caught attempting to enter the United States through Mexico. It was quickly reported that four terrorists had tried to enter the country, igniting concerns that Islamic State cells were taking root here. Johnson quickly moved to ease those concerns by revealing that the four men were, in fact, Kurds associated with the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).

The PKK is a delicate subject for the Obama administration at the moment. In Iraq and Syria, the Kurds are fighting our enemy, the Islamic State, and PKKforces are among their most effective fighters. The PKK, however, is itself adesignated terrorist organization under American law. The administration thus faces a problem similar to that which hamstrings its support for the so-called moderate Syrian opposition: aiding the enemy of our enemy is material support to terrorism — a serious federal crime. (As I’ve noted time and again, the “moderate” Syrian opposition is rife with anti-Western Muslim Brotherhood elements and its most effective fighters are al-Qaeda affiliates.)

At the time of their detention, Secretary Johnson vowed that DHS would deport the four Kurds. But at yesterday’s hearing, he admitted that two were still detained and, worse, the other two had been released and had fled to Canada. Regarding the latter pair, the secretary claimed that their release was:

Not my preference. They were released by the judge, and they fled to Canada and they are seeking asylum in Canada.

Emphasizing that the two released Kurds “have terrorist ties,” RepresentativeChaffetz later asked Johnson, “Doesn’t that beg a lot of questions about what you’re doing in deporting criminals?”

Well, yes, it does raise questions . . . and Representative Chaffetz should press for answers.

As frequently happens in immigration matters, the administration is banking on the fact that most Americans, including, it seems, many members of Congress, do not realize that immigration judges are not real judges — meaning, judges who are members of the independent federal judiciary under Article III of the Constitution. To the contrary, immigration judges are merely mid-level officials of the executive branch.

Johnson’s testimony suggested that there was nothing much DHS could have done because a “judge” had released the two PKK-tied Kurds. But the bail decision was actually made by an immigration judge, who works for the Justice Department not the federal judiciary. The decisions of an immigration judge can be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which is also part of the Justice Department. Those decisions, in turn, can be reviewed by the BIA’s superior, the attorney general.

That is to say, any decision an immigration judge makes can be reversed by Eric Holder.

IN addition, the Terrorist-in-Chief’s deputies freed over 30,862 foreign criminals/terrorists onto the hapless public!

President Barack Obama’s immigration deputies released 30,862 foreign criminals into the United States cities and neighborhoods, according to a federal document.

Officials also repatriated only 8,805 of the roughly 180,000 unskilled Central American migrants who flooded across the border since 2011, according to the “Fiscal Year 2014 ICE Enforcement and Removal Operation Report.”

The document also showed that Obama repatriated less than 1 percent of the 12 million illegals living in the United States during the 12 months up to October 2014….

BUT if you believe that State reps aren’t guilty of the same liar’s disease, think again. Ominously, some cover Obama and gang’s backside, so they too can no longer be trusted. As to why, who the hell knows, perhaps they were threatened or bribed.

An aide to Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., and the government watchdog group Judicial Watch strongly disputed a statement by a government official that there is “no credible information that a terrorist has crossed or will cross” the border between Texas and Mexico.

Texas Public Safety Director Steve McCraw made that claim during a hearing before the Texas Legislature Thursday.

Hunter aide Joe Kasper told WND, “In all due respect to Mr. McCraw, he’s wrong – flat out wrong. His statement that he has no credible information is absolutely confounding. But to speak candidly, if we are looking to determine what’s really happening along the border, we have not and don’t intend on asking Mr. McCraw.”

Kasper noted, by the Department of Homeland Security’s own admission, an estimated 150,000 illegal border-crossers eluded apprehension in the last fiscal year without any knowledge by the DHS of where they went or where they came from, “So for him to say he knows who is entering and who isn’t – he must have some magic power that nobody else has.”

As for McCraw’s claim there is no information terrorists will enter the country, Chris Farrell, director of investigations for Judicial Watch, told WND, “Given that they (DHS) only apprehend a third of all those crossing, how would they ever know? They don’t even know who’s in the country. How can they possibly ever make a statement like that? How can they make a statement about who’s here and who isn’t?”…

DUE to the above – and so much more – interpret the facts as they are, not what you wish them to be. Most significantly, Islam’s basis is the reason why Muslims commit barbarism under its banner. This is reality. And this is why an administration which is in bed with Islamic terror groups – yes, they are – is a clear and present danger to the citizens of America. No doubt.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was one of 82 groups around the world designated terrorist organizations by the United Arab Emirates, placing it in the company of Al Qaeda, Islamic State and others. While CAIR has previously been linked to Hamas, it has held hundreds of meetings with White House officials on a wide range of community issues and has sought to present itself as a mainstream Muslim organization….

BEFORE today’s analysis comes full circle, some may need to relieve themselves of what has increasingly become a highly toxic PC-obsessed state. Mind numbing.

INDEED, multi-culti infused “guilt-ridden” feelings invariably interfere with rational thinking. Get over it. As such, the (mental) bugaboo would be along these lines: what’s the big deal, other ethnic groups have their own advocacy groups and attendant arms, so why shouldn’t Muslims? Okay, sounds reasonable.

NEVERTHELESS, said thought processes would be logical, only if the questioner had been living in a bubble and hadn’t been exposed to worldwide jihad under the banner of Islam. Yes, you know, the pervasive, incessant screams after each slaughter, Allahu Akbar! Pray tell, whom are Islam’s followers referring to, other than their pagan and blood-thirsty diety? Bull’s-eye.

MORE specifically, any American/westerner who believes that the recent jihad in Nigeria, for example, is none of their business and an anomaly, agreed, they are in need of psychiatric treatment. You think?

Boko Haram Muslim jihadists in Nigeria attacked the Lassa town area, where the massacred people and burned down churches. A local vigilante group prevented the villagers from fleeing and told them to stand their ground and fight. Ali Mamza, a member of the militia, said:

If we flee today, tomorrow, we will continue to flee and these murderer would continue to kill. If we had fled, they would have killed many people. I think our decision to fight yielded result as it is better that six people are killed than for hundred to be killed. We will continue to encourage ourselves, because they will keep coming. We cannot run any longer.

The Jihadists also attacked the Christian village of Shani where killed scores of people and brought havoc throughout the area. One resident named Mallam Babayo Ardo said:

They came on about 10 motorcycles from Gwaskara axis, well armed with Ak47 rifles, Improvised Explosive Devices and petrol bombs, wrecking havoc without confrontation as there was no military operatives, nor police to assist the armless civilians who were running for dear lives. …As I am talking to you now, I left my people running towards Pakaina village for safety. It is only God that will know what is happening with the sporadic gunshots that engulfed the entire council area

Ishaya Brimah, another resident, said:

They rode on motorcycles and were more than 30 men. They started throwing bombs into houses… then the Boko Haram fired shots at people fleeing. …They set ablaze the police station, houses and a telecom mast… I saw people fleeing… some bodies on the ground.

A shopkeeper in Shani, Shuabu Lawal, explained the horror that took place:

A boy ran into my shop and said his father and elder brother had been shot. He was only wearing shorts, no top and sweating, despite the wintry weather. I shut down my shop immediately, leaving some items outside

They also attacked the city of Damaturu, with gunfire and explosions as they made their onslaught against the police. One resident, who survived the attack, recounted the chaos:

I was awoken by huge blasts and the sound of heavy gunfire around the mobile police barracks… The gunmen came in numbers. They have burnt down the police barracks. They are now advancing towards two housing estates… We have left our home. We are now in the bush. We don’t know what’s going to happen.

Another resident described the horror:

It’s chaos all over the town. …All I can hear is explosions and gunfire from my house. I couldn’t go out for morning prayers because this started before dawn and I’m afraid to leave in case I get caught up in it.

TO wit, it is under this clear-eyed prism that readers must view the entire spectrum of Islamic infiltration/penetration, and its attendant earth shattering consequences for America and the west at large.

Expected to draw hundreds of Muslim delegates from across the nation, this one-day event is open to representatives of all national, state and local Muslim organizations and communities.

The event is designed to connect national, regional and state Muslim organizations, community members with more than one third of the U.S. House of Representatives and a half of the Senate. Advocacy day issues will focus on the domestic priorities of the American Muslim community.

“We encourage the Muslim American community to participate in this unique opportunity to meet with their legislatures and experience the democratic process first hand,” said Oussama Jammal, Secretary General of USCMO.

“Muslim communities frequently host state advocacy days in state capitols nationwide, but American Muslims have never held a unified national event in Washington, D.C.,” said Robert McCaw, chairman of the USCMO Advocacy Day Steering Committee.

THIS investigative journalist’s expertise is well known among dedicated readers, but those who are newly on board must judge for themselves, whether or not this claim is warranted.

THAT being said, when commenting on geo-politics and Islamic jihad (Muslim Brotherhood), millions are fed a steady diet of interweaving themes, as this site is re-blogged all over the web. And, more often than not, the conclusions drawn are on the mark. Not only that, but said connected dots are inevitably backed up by world class experts. Remember that. Strategic assessments at this site are not plucked from thin air, nor from political bias. They are what they are.

YET, before we proceed, it is more than germane to note: yes, racial/domestic unrest is nothing new to America, nor to other western countries. Agreed. BRINGING DOWN AMERICA: An FBI Informant with the Weathermen, by Larry Grathwohl and Frank Reagan, originally published in 1976, is being reintroduced in 2013. Its introduction is written by Dr. Tina Trent.

During a dangerously volatile period of domestic terrorism, young anarchists were plotting the upending of America. In the vanguard stood the Weather Underground and the Black Panthers. In tandem, the Weathermen conspired with the KGB and attendant communist regimes. The war being waged against the U.S. by the radical left and Islamist jihadis is premised on the U.S. as the Western spear and Israel as its twin “imperialistic” cousin. It has been playing out for decades, in one form or another. Nothing has changed other than the fact that many escaped justice and are entering their senior years. Despite their advancing age, they are as dangerous as ever — perhaps more so. Bill Ayers, the foremost leader of the Weathermen “is in his third decade as a national leader in the movement to radicalize the educational training of schoolteachers”. His wife, Bernardine Dohrn, a top leader too “is a professor of law at Northwestern and a high-ranking officer in the American Bar Association.” Eleanor Raskin (ne Stein) “is a law professor at S.U.N.Y Albany and, astonishingly, a NYS administrative law judge”. Jeff Jones “currently heads the New York-based Apollo Alliance, a highly influential coalition of labor leaders and environmentalists, and was responsible for drafting President Obama’s 2009 Recovery Act.”

The list of “respectable” cover, of other “notables” in the Weathermen, is equally impressive. Through a stringently planned operational “stealth jihad”, yesteryear’s Weathermen have returned, fully primed to carry out their original goal — the “transformation” of Amerika. Most significantly, they subvert the national interest from a distinctly dangerous vantage point. They are currently ensconced in some of the most powerful positions in academia and political life. The only difference is, this time they are dressed in “capitalist” garb, not only in their clothing choices, but in the wealth they have accumulated, paradoxically, through joining the “establishment”. Who said one can’t enrich oneself, but at the same time deny the masses/proletariat said wealth potential? Highly dangerous in their bomb-making days, their capacity to cripple America, sans firing actual weaponry is that much greater at this critical juncture in time. Deeply involved in the “transformation” process, as promised by President Obama, many of them working inside the executive branch, while others operate through progressive think tanks, they want nothing more than to distance themselves from their bloody past. Therefore, an omerta has descended from the denizens of the leftist media and their powerful organs.

So the timing of this book release couldn’t be more prescient. Although the mainstream media will surely attempt to shield the aforementioned from the facts borne out by the record, they are nothing more than “koshered” domestic terrorists.

Many westerners believe that history is behind them and therefore has no relevance to their lives. Nothing could be further removed from reality, or more deadly. In this regard, stepping back in time to the late 1960s and into the 1970s couldn’t be more imperative or instructive.

THE point being, the stage was set, decades ago, to upend “Amerika”. Bear uppermost in mind: none of the wildfires, domestic or foreign, were/are happenstance. They were pre-designed. The Pyromaniac-in-Chief was brought in to light the fatal match.

Amid the stage preparations, the stifled conversation of the audience offers many possibilities, including an orchestrated economic collapse, racial tensions and race baiting, growing ideological differences that have been exacerbated by covert means, identifiable to those with spiritual discernment, or to those having the eyes to see and ears to hear.

This brings us to another pair to compare and contrast: Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, self-proclaimed caliph over the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, newly elected president of Turkey seen by an Islamist current in Egypt and elsewhere in the region as the Muslim who most merits the caliphate. So argues that Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader, the Egyptian/ Qatari Sheikh Youssef Al-Qaradawi who points out that Turkey was the seat of the caliphate. The rise of the Muslim Brothers in most countries of the Arab region following the Arab Spring revolutions was to be the step that preceded Erdogan’s rise to that throne. Erdogan and his clique couched this in different terms to his friends in Washington and other Western capitals. By means of the Muslim Brotherhood regimes in the Arab region he would be able to keep this region under control, curb the reach of the Iranian ogre, promote democratic transformation in a way that would not harm Western interests and that would draw Islamist extremists back from European countries.

When confronted with the Baghdadi image next to the Erdogan one, the observer abroad and the citizen at home is certain to leap for the latter as the lesser of two evils if not as the model for spearheading development, the fight against corruption and the drive for economic growth. When faced with a choice like that, how easy it becomes to turn a blind eye to Erdogan’s dictatorial tendencies, to his repression of civic freedoms and suppression of all opposing voices, to the corruption of his family and political party, to his designs to craft the law and the constitution in ways to augment his personal powers and promote his neo-Ottoman imperial project….

THEREFORE, is it any wonder that ISIS feels right at home plotting their barbarism under the protective arms of Erdogan’s Turkey, in tandem with all the rest of the Brotherhood’s ensconced organs? And what about Turkey’s embrace of Hamas’s ousted leaders? Is there no there there?

ATOP all the rising dangers, many of which are supported under Turkey’s Brotherhood umbrella, is there any doubt what Erdogan and Barack HUSSEIN Obama have in store for Israel?

NOW, hardly a nitpicker, but isn’t it noteworthy that Barack HUSSEIN Obama (and surrogates) refuses to label the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist org, even after the UAE (and other Mid East actors) are begging him to hop on board??

SO in light of this earth shattering development – whereby certain regional (though hardly all) players in the Mid East finally understand the grave dangers presented by the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood Mafia – there must no longer be any doubt what’s what.

SIMPLY put, the most dangerous man in the world is at the helm of the free world. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. Surely there are enumerable others who rate inclusion on this nefarious listing/ranking, however, none of them have the same assets at their disposal which Barack HUSSEIN Obama commands.

ABOVE all else, Americans/westerners must keep a laser-eyed focus on where the most pressing dangers are amassing. Indeed, there are so many it is increasingly hard to keep up, but there is little choice. Buck up. Regardless, juxtapose the top ones against what, if anything, America’s system of justice is doing to mitigate said threat levels.

NOW, many are already aware of the illegal parts played by Obama Inc. and his radical provocateurs, and this is the case whether the dangers hail from leftist or Islamist origins. In the forefront stands the Dept. of (in)Justice, even if Holder doesn’t sit at the helm. Know this: all of the Anti-American-in-Chief’s appointments/surrogates are part of the same red/green milieu. They are in lockstep to a tee.

SO consider who the leaders are, when placing into perspective the political roles played by too many justices, as a result of said toxic environment. As such, a pox on all the so-called gatekeepers; those who have sworn to guard America’s front lines of liberty and freedom, but continuously fail to execute their due diligence.

AGREED, in point of fact, judicial activism is a no-no within America’s court system. Yes, interpreting the law is their only mandate via the separation of powers directive. While U.S. judges (Israel’s too, but that’s a whole other cesspool!) veer from one ideological spectrum to another, many have overstepped all legal boundaries, since the ascension of the Dictator-in-Chief. Concomitantly, the fact that ObamaCare was deemed Constitutional by Supreme Court Justice Roberts – even though countless legal concepts had to be vitiated – tells the derelict tale. But if you are a masochist and require additional agita, take a peek at how DHS’s head, Jeh Johnson, responded to questions at a recent Homeland Security hearing, as to whether illegal immigrants will have to comply – or not – with ObamaCare. Beyond the (judicious) pale.

INTO the mix, the upending of America’s founding principles, along comes U.S. District Court Judge Michael Shipp via his recent legal rendering concerning a N.J. mosque. His ruling brings the danger(s) full circle. Yet before this site renders its own verdict, consider the fact that Shipp is a die-hard (Black) liberal and Obama hearts with his leftist leanings. You get the picture.

Reid, D-Nev., took the step after Rand Paul, R-Ky., threatened to block the nomination of Michael A. Shipp to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey unless Reid allows a floor vote on a measure to cut off U.S. aid to Pakistan until an incarcerated informant who helped American forces find and kill Osama bin Laden last year is released.

By threatening to block Shipp’s nomination, Paul has stirred fear among liberals that the increasingly bitter fight over judicial nominees — previously confined to appellate judges — now may be shifting to noncontroversial, lower-court judges, who traditionally do not face filibuster threats….

THUS, in light of the encirclement cited above, Islamic thrusts into America have become all too commonplace. To wit, their “hiding” in plain sight is accomplished through stealth jihad. INTRODUCING, Judge Michael Shipp, via the gravely dangerous precedent he set through his bastardized and twisted ruling. Consequentially, those of us who have a background in law also understand what America’s (legal) future portends; the opening of a pandora’s box through Shipp’s verdict. Yes, he paved the way for the building of MANY more Brotherhood mosques throughout America, despite the growing opposition from an increasingly informed public about the exponential dangers from Islam! Simply put, the weight given to stare decisis (let the decision stand), a grounding (and foreshadowing) legal principle, enjoys a firm basis in U.S. jurisprudence.

The Al Falah case is being watched closely across the nation, as mosques from New York to Tennessee face opposition. In the decade after the September 11th attack, the Justice Department opened more than 28 investigations into efforts to interfere with the construction of mosques and Islamic centers.

The Al-Falah Islamic Center has agreed not to build a mosque on Mountaintop Road, a residential area in Bridgewater, and will instead build one on a $2.75 million 15-acre lot the township will buy for it under the terms of a settlement, MyCentralJersey.com reports.NJ.com

The township’s insurance carrier will also pay the center $5 million for alleged damages, costs and attorney fees to end the years-long lawsuit, according to the report. The township will be given the Mountaintop Road property in exchange for the 15-acre site between Routes 202-206 and Route 287 it will purchase for the mosque.

According to the report, the settlement was approved Monday by the township council, ending a federal court fight that has cost the township hundreds of thousands of dollars n legal fees so far.The township planning board dismissed the mosque proposal in 2011, citing an ordinance that limited houses of worship to major roads. Township officials said they didn’t mind the mosque — only its proposed location.

But a decision by U.S. District Judge Michael Shipp last year, overruling the application of the ordinance, said after the center applied to build a mosque at the former Redwood Inn site, the project faced “anti-Muslim prejudice within the community, including Internet postings and e-mail correspondence.” In one instance, center members were accused of being terrorists, the decision states.

Large crowds against the mosque turned out for every meeting

Municipal officials argued that the purpose of the ordinance was to “preserve the residential character of its various neighborhoods,” last year’s decision states. But the judge found the township had “rendered it nearly impossible for Al Falah and its individual members to adhere to the tenets of their religion.” The judge sent the matter back to the planning board for further review, which has continued up until the settlement.

MOST significantly, aside from Judge Shipp’s Islamic imprint upon American communities, he has also ensured that jizya is paid to the Brotherhood mosque’s umbrella.

Simply put, conquered non-Muslims were to purchase their lives, which were otherwise forfeit to their Muslim conquerors, with money. Instead of taking their lives, they took their money. As one medieval jurist succinctly puts it, “their lives and their possessions are only protected by reason of payment of jizya” (Crucified Again, p. 22).

Interestingly, just as the mafia rationalizes its collection of “protection money” by portraying it as money paid to buy mafia protection against “outsiders”—when, as mentioned, the money/tribute serves only to protect the client from the mafia itself—so too do Islam’s apologists portray the collection of jizya as money meant to buy Muslim protection from outsiders, when in fact the money/jizya buys protection from Muslims themselves.

YES, Bill Maher correctly noted (and this was indeed shocking, coming from leftist Hollywood) “Islam is the only religion that acts like the mafia, that will f***ing kill you if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong picture, or write the wrong book.”

IN this regard, lo and behold, unlike in most cases – whereby legal fees and court costs are paid by the loser of the suit – Al-Falah made sure to extract “protection money”, and this was why the Township’s insurer was forced to agree to pay the mosque $5 million to drop the suit! Unholy jihad….

Western’s longest-serving chaplain, along with four of his colleagues, has resigned in protest over the recently announced move of the Chaplains’ Services offices and a dedicated Muslim prayer space in the University Community Centre.

Rev. Michael Bechard, Western’s Roman Catholic chaplain, submitted his resignation and those of Janet Loo, Annette Donovan Panchaud, Melissa Page Nichols and Maija Wilson from the UWO Chaplains’ Association, to University President Amit Chakma on Friday.

The University announced last week that the current Muslim prayer room in University College would be moved along with the Chaplains’ Services offices to one space in the basement of the UCC. In addition, the current multi-faith space in the UCC will no longer be used.

“I am uneasy with the fact that the university is providing a dedicated space to the Muslim community when such privileges are not being granted to any other body,” he said.

Rev. Karen Low, United Church Chaplain, said in an email that the chaplains were concerned with the allocation of space that was available for the entire community.

“With the current situation — a designated Muslim prayer space and no space available for the prayer and reflection needs of others — we are presented with an issue of justice and equality.”

Equality is against the Islamic religion. So is justice.

The whole point of Islam is to impose inferiority on other religions. That affirms the specialness of Muslims or Muslim privilege. So no they aren’t willing to share.

Police authorities, in collaboration with the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Taif have uncovered over fifty copies of the Holy Quran discarded in the street drainage system in Al-Salama district of Taif.

The service of a company that specializes in opening grated drainage inlets was availed, and dozens of copies of the Holy Scripture were retrieved from the drain water.

Akhbaar24 reported that close to several copies of the scared book were found from within different storm water inlets in the area. While authorities are conducting further search and recovery, Taif police has launched an investigation into the incident.

ANY American who believes that Obama Inc. will come to their aid when threatened by jihadists and revolutionary leftists is simply delusional. Off their rocker. This is the case, regardless of any public pronouncements that they are “on the job”. Oh yeah.

AS a matter of absolute record, this investigative journalist knows from first hand experience that America’s domestic front arm, the FBI, is ignoring Islamic threats to those who are reporting them in FULL detail. This is a fact. Defy anyone to argue otherwise. Indeed, Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s FBI and DHS are captured (Brotherhood) operations. This is not smack talk.

SO the inherent question for Americans relying on the aforementioned agencies is: if said contacts (mind you, they have all come back with the same reports) are forced to act on their own – due to a NEGATIVE deaf, dumb and blind response from the so-called front arm agencies – then what chance does the average citizen have of gaining their assistance/cooperation? Is this clear enough?

BUT back to ISIS and their threats against U.S. military and their families, and on American soil too. And in light of the above, read the following alert with a more nuanced eye:

The FBI has delivered its strongest warning about ISIS to date, warning military members in the US about potential terrorist attacks against them.

A government bulletin Sunday night warned of attacks against the military where they live, stating fresh intelligence: “The FBI recently received reporting indicating individuals overseas are spotting and assessing like-minded individuals who are willing and capable of conducting attacks against current and former U.S.-based members of the United States military.”

How are military members to respond? They are to respond by scrubbing their social media accounts of references to their military service.

The federal bulletin said:

“The FBI and DHS recommend that current and former members of the military review their online social media accounts for any information that might serve to attract the attention of ISIL [ISIS] and its supporters.”

What has officials concerned is a repeat of attacks in Canada from last month, when two Canadian soldiers were killed in separate incidents by ISIS followers.

The FBI and DHS believe that such attacks may “embolden” and “motivate” ISIS supporters.

ISIS spokesman Abu Mohammad al-Adnani said in late September: “Do not ask for anyone’s advice and do not seek anyone’s verdict. Kill the disbeliever whether he is civilian or military, for they have the same ruling. Both of them are disbelievers. Both of them are considered to be waging war.”

Some in special operations and other parts of the US military have already scrubbed or deleted social media accounts beginning last August, when the bombing of ISIS began.

MOST significantly, Americans should not confuse the warnings being issued by the FBI and DHS with actual ! protection. In other words, view it as covering their backsides from what they know is being planned on the ground from this and that intelligence gathering. But reality is a far cry from both preventative measures and paying heed to those who are already being threatened!

BASICALLY, the following linked interview spells out the ISIS threat level, regardless of the warnings from the FBI/DHS. And from the same counter terror security expert, here is some practical advice, relative to what must be done in light of the overall threats heading America’s way:

It is my professional opinion and analysis that Americans be prepared for dirty radioactive bombs to be set off in various cities simultaneously in the near future. You must have sufficient food, water, emergency supplies, and of course firearms and ammunition stored. Paper money and credit cards will become useless. The commodities that will be valuable are items needed for basic survival. Guns, ammo, food, water, gasoline, gold and silver are what you should be stockpiling.

ASSUREDLY, these agencies are efficient at “mop ups” after the fact, but that’s the extent of it. Above all else, they have been ordered to “stand down” by Brotherhood infiltrators within the top agencies.

A report from Joe Biggs in early September indicated that a terror threat had been identified on the Southern U.S. border just outside of El Paso, TX. According to Biggs, the Vice President of the Border Patrol Council was reportedly silenced by Federal administrators and told to keep quiet about the possibility of Islamic State militants organizing for an attack within the domestic United States.

For their part, the Obama Administration completely denied the reports. On Tuesday DHS issued the following statement:

“There is no credible intelligence to suggest that there is an active plot by ISIL to attempt to cross the southern border”

But less than 48 hours later the Gateway Pundit reports that the U.S. government did, in fact, apprehend four suspected terrorists with ties to the IS organization on the border.

Congressman Jason Chaffetz broke this shocking news Wednesday that four known terrorists were apprehended at the US border in Texas on September 10 – the day before the 13th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks.

Chaffetz questioned Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on whether he is “aware of any apprehensions of suspected or known terrorists.”

Johnson dodged the question.

Tonight, Rep. Chaffetz told Megyn Kelly there were four terrorists arrested crossing the US border in Texas on September 10.

“There were actually four individuals trying to cross through the Texas border, who were apprehended at two different stations, that do have ties to known terrorist organizations in the Middle East.”

According to a report from Fox News on Wednesday evening, additional credible threats have been identified and they are looking to strike Americans inside of the U.S. The report says that IS related terror cells have been given instructions to identify and slaughter American military personnel by locating them via social media networks:

A law enforcement bulletin obtained by FoxNews.com warned that Islamic State fighters have increased calls for “lone wolves” to attack U.S. soldiers in America in recent months, citing one tweet that called for jihadists to find service members’ addresses online and then “show up and slaughter them.”

In one example cited in the bulletin, a British jihadist encouraged radicals still living in the West to use Facebook and LinkedIn to find and target soldiers.

“You could literally search for soldiers, find their town, photos of them, look for address in Yellowbook or something,” the tweet read. “Then show up and slaughter them.”

Apparently, terrorist threats from lone wolves only matter if they are born and raised in the United States.

Local sheriffs and Border Patrol officials have been warning of terror threats on the Southern border for quite some time. Reports that individuals from Afghanistan, Iran and other hotbeds of terrorism have been captured crossing into the United States via Mexico have been circulating for quite some time.

The United States is still facing a major threat. You might be surprised to learn who agents are catching trying to cross the border from Mexico.

The above report was from May of 2010, so “credible threats” of terrorists attempting to use the southern border as an entry point into the U.S. is nothing new.

We now have confirmation from a U.S. Congressman who says that four people with suspected ties to terrorism have been apprehended in the United States on our southern border.

How is it, then, that DHS and the Obama Administration refuse to admit that a credible threat to America’s security exists?

All of this begs the question: What the hell is really going on here?

Is this a politically motivated denial in an attempt to downplay the gaping security hole the Obama administration has left in the Southern United States as a result of their immigration policies?

SO as ISIS burrows inside America, is it far-fetched to posit: are dirty bombs heading in America’s direction? Of course they are. As such, failure to heed Dave Gaubatz’s warnings will have dire consequences for all Americans, and ultimately for the west.

We have a hard time imagining a radioactive dirty bomb being exploded in an American school, church, synagogue, sports stadium, or shopping mall. The sad thing is Islamic terrorists have been imagining this for years. They have radioactive dirty bombs already in place in America.

There has been some speculation that the American government has been provided proof by Islamic terrorists that they have dirty bombs readily available in America. While a U.S. Federal Agent after 9/11, we were informed the Islamic terrorists do have this capability and would use them when they the feel it is in their best interest. After all it does not take a genius to make a dirty radioactive bomb.

Is there anyone aside from Al Sharpton (CAIR Supporter) and his ignorant followers and MSNBC’s Chris Matthews who do not believe members of the Islamic faith would hesitate to explode a dirty bomb in an American public school? Islam promotes terror and there is no better way to serve Allah than to kill non Islamic believers and to sacrifice their own life as needed.

Islamic based terrorists have provided ample evidence the world over that they have no problem behaving like rabid animals. They have killed thousands upon thousands of innocent women and children.

Islam teaches it’s followers that to please Allah, you must destroy the Jewish and Christian enemies of Islam. Evidence has been obtained that reveals Islamic terrorists desire to go after the hearts of the American people. The hearts of course of the American people are our children.

If one of Satan’s followers set off a dirty bomb at an American sports stadium what would be the reactions of our government and law enforcement? You could count on our government and law enforcement to overreact, and of course they are no more prepared to protect America from these acts of violence than they are to protect the innocent business owners in Ferguson, Missouri.

You could bet that martial law would be instituted. There would be an attempt to disarm American citizens. It is my analysis that this action will trigger a civil war in America. The war will be a fight pitting patriotic Americans against the rogue U.S. government, law enforcement, and Islamic terrorists (and their supporters).

When Americans realize their country and their rights are being destroyed in front of their eyes, they will act. No patriotic American desires this, but they will not allow America to be taken from their children by power-hungry government leaders and the satanic animals of Islam.

It is my professional opinion and analysis that Americans be prepared for dirty radioactive bombs to be set off in various cities simultaneously in the near future. You must have sufficient food, water, emergency supplies, and of course firearms and ammunition stored. Paper money and credit cards will become useless. The commodities that will be valuable are items needed for basic survival. Guns, ammo, food, water, gasoline, gold and silver are what you should be stockpiling.

Do not expect your government to be able to or have the will to protect you and your family after dirty bombs are exploded in America. Senior leaders of our government already have predestined safe areas to run to when they will be needed most. They will be hiding in safe havens when you and your families are fighting for your survival.
What can be done now to hopefully get our government into serious action against Islam and it’s terrorists? Obama, Holder, and Sharpton have stepped forward and advocated protests, marches, and riots to advance civil rights in America. We should follow their advise and organize millions of patriotic Americans to march on DC and demand our country be secured.

Of course Obama and his cronies did not mean for middle class white Americans to stage any type of protests, he only meant for ghetto thugs to gather and fight to destroy the very fabric of America.

THE above is hardly scare-mongering, if only. It is in the offing and it is only a matter of time.

Adding to the whirlwind, guess what just cropped up out of Ferguson’s pre-planned chaos, courtesy of the Race-Baiter-in-Chief and assorted hench people? As expected, Muslims were arrested in Ferguson in a plot to bomb and kill the Saint Louis County Prosecutor and Police Chief!

LET’S just place all our western cards on the table, regardless of which G-d you believe in, or don’t believe in. Just view one side as a desperate, ravaged dish rag; a pathetic and jilted lover. See the other as its predatory and abusive bed mate. Pushing the analogy a step further, one side was never faithful to begin with, yet kept up the charade long enough to bleed the compliant and pining partner dry. Still, the browbeaten side is clinging to a fantastical “reconciliation”. Where is the west’s pride, honor and belief in their civilization? Hide nor hare.

NOT only that, but Erdogan’s Turkey (this is NOT Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s Turkey, for heavens sake) is the last place that Christian leaders should submit! Again, have they no shame? Besides, haven’t they heard about Turkey’s role in the global Brotherhood Mafia’s quest for world domination? FIRST and foremost, there is an absolute moral line between evil and good. Those who refuse to demarcate said paths are in for a whirlwind of trouble, so much so that they will rue the day. Besides, they have zero right to drag the rest of us down into the depths of their hellish vortex.

SIMILARLY, when a person (or group) takes a defensive (or offensive) posture against those who are attempting to murder them, well, there is little more righteous than such a pre-emptive kill. Not only that, but international law is very clear on this legal issue, though it addresses the matter on a macro scale:

The imminent threat is a standard criterion in international law, developed by Daniel Webster as he litigated the Caroline affair, described as being “instant, overwhelming, and leaving no choice of means, and no moment for deliberation.” The criteria are used in the international law justification of preemptive self-defense: self-defense without being physically attacked first (see Caroline test). This concept was introduced to compensate the strict, classical and inefficient^[how?] definition of self-defense used by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, which states that sovereign nations may fend off an armed attack until the Security Council has adopted measures under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.

The Caroline affair has been used to establish the principle of “anticipatory self-defense” and is also now invoked frequently in the course of the dispute around preemptive strike (or preemption doctrine).

Along these same lines, this is why self defense is considered a non-criminal act, and victims vs. criminals/terrorists are judged accordingly. Yes, this should be the case in a civilized society, unless abiding by the laws of the jungle. Besides, it is the height of immoral equivalence, a byproduct of blurred (im)morality, not to understand the distinction between Islamic barbarians, who are Allah-bent on killing all those who refuse to submit to their pagan, as opposed to those who fight back against them.

RESULTANT, when a leadership fails to take direct aim at the dangers encircling their citizens they must be removed from office, as a very first recourse. You think?

AND for more reasons than this investigative journalist has time to enumerate, isn’t the fact that Barack HUSSEIN Obama is Islam’s best friend, as opposed to America’s, indicative that his bony behind must be booted from the People’s House and hauled into a jail cell? The estimated 50 Al Shabaab militants attacked two hotels, a police station and other buildings in Mpeketoni, in Lamu County, about 100 kilometers (60 miles) from the Somali border, in a five-hour assault with guns and grenades that began after 8 p.m. Al Shabaab reportedly took responsibility for the attack, saying it was to avenge Kenya’s military involvement in Somalia and the killing of Muslims.

THEREFORE, Kenya’s leaders executed their sworn duty to protect their citizens, when they sent in their forces to strike down Islamic jihadists before they slaughtered again.

The vice president said that the troops caused “more than 100 fatalities”, that is, they killed 100 terrorists. According to another report:
