Occidental College transcripts provides concrete evidence to annul Obama presidency.
Registration transcript states ~ Name: Barry Soetoro – Religion: Islam – Nationality: Indonesian. The smoking gun evidence that annuls Obama’s presidency is Obama’s college transcripts regarding his application for and receiving of foreign student aid.
Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript from Occidental College shows that Obama (Barry Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship (scholarship) for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program – an international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government.
Grants are available for U.S. citizens to go abroad and for non-U.S. citizens with no U.S. permanent residence to come to the U.S. To qualify, for the non-US citizen scholarship to study in the U.S., a student applicant must claim and provide proof of foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.
The United States Constitution requires that Presidents (and Vice Presidents) of the United States be natural born citizens of the United States. “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Obama hasn’t met and doesn’t meet the basic qualifications for the presidency – must be natural born citizen.
Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with many filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud. The filed indictments disputes Obama’s eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution which requires that eligible candidates for the United States presidency be “natural born” citizens.
U.S. soldiers including a general refuse to recognize Obama as their Commander in Chief since he is not a U.S. citizen. The soldiers have challenged Obama’s legitimacy by filing federal lawsuits against Obama. One such soldier was U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook who was given orders to deploy to Afghanistan. Cook refused to deploy stating that he shouldn’t have to go because Obama is not a U.S. citizen and therefore not legally President and Commander in Chief. The military revoked the orders with no reason given. Speculation is that Obama would rather not see this thing go to court before a judge! “In the 20-page document — filed with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia — the California-based Taitz asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces,” the Ledger-Enquirer reported. Cook “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. … simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties,” Taitz stated.
Obama says he was born in Hawaii in 1961, just two years after it became a state. There are many lawsuits and claims that Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States. And there is credible evidence that suggests he is not legally eligible to serve as President of the United States.

A US citizen wouldn’t qualify for foreign exchange student funding) states Obama as Barry Soetoro from Indonesia. The first name of a child is always the same from birth. If throughout his childhood Obama went by the first name of Barry then legally his birth name would have to be Barry. In order to register any child for school an official birth certificate must be presented. To receive a government grant proof of citizenship and birth must also be submitted.
All of the evidence is stating that Barack Obama’s legal first name is Barry not Barrack. A biography of Obama’s Occidental College days states that when Obama was 18-19 he attended school as BARRY SOETORO. And it wasn’t until he met a girl by the name of Regina that Obama started using the name Barack. Regina was the first to start calling him Barack. There seems to be no record of Obama legally changing his first name from Barry to Barack. While being sworn in as an attorney in the State of Illinois, Mr Obama had to provide his personal information under oath. He was asked, if he had any other names, he responded none.
In reality, he used the name Barry Soetoro in an entry in the journal of the California assembly in reference to grants given to foreign exchange students. Mr. Soetoro/Obama clearly defrauded the State Bar of Illinois and perjured himself while concealing his identity. Anybody else would’ve been disbarred for this and the matter would’ve been forwarded to the district attorney for prosecution for perjury and fraud, however nothing was done to Mr. Obama.
More importantly, why did he conceal his identity? If Obama didn’t legally have his name changed from Barry to Barack then the birth certificate he passed to Congress is a fake, a forgery. If his name was registered as Barry Soetoro even though Obama claims his real name is Barack Obama then Obama defrauded the state of California in order to receive college funding. Obama knowingly presented a false document to the state wherein he claimed to be a foreign student in order to illegally acquire financial aid. U.S. Code TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47—FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS
(f) Whoever knowingly makes any false statement or claim that he is a citizen of the United States in order to register to vote or to vote in any Federal, State, or local election (including an initiative, recall, or referendum)— This evidence is sufficient to annul the presidency of Obama. Official Occidental College transcripts registered with the state declares that Obama is an impostor.
Significantly, none of the above would have come to fruition without the helping hands of the red/green alliance. So instead of saving the Republic from revolutionary designs, many of Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s co-conspirators mock and tar (calling them “birthers”…sticks and stones…) those who point out the obvious, terrified when patriots uncover crushing truths.
As a result, “BIRTHERS” are reaching critical mass & Congress will (soon) receive an earful & eyeful. What, if anything, will they do?

And Obama’s birth certificate is NOT forged, and the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed that they sent the short form birth certificate AND the long form birth certificate to Obama and that all the facts on the copy that the White House put online are exactly the same, repeat EXACTLY, that all the facts MATCH, the facts on the copy that they sent to Obama.

The evidence for Obama being born in Hawaii is:
(1) the two Hawaii birth certificates (of which the first, the short form, is the official birth certificate, used by thousands of people to get their passports every year);
(2) the repeated confirmations of them by the officials of both parties in Hawaii, including the former Republican governor;
(3) the public Index Data file;
(4) the birth notices sent to the “Health Bureau Statistics” section of the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (which, BTW, was under a REPUBLICAN governor in 1961, and which at the time sent out birth notices ONLY for children born in Hawaii);
(5) the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley;
(6) Kapiolani Hospital has confirmed that Obama was born there now—twice in fact (naturally birther sites do not show either of them);
(7) no evidence that Obama’s mother had a passport in 1961;
(8) it was rare for 18-year-olds to have passports or for women to travel abroad late in pregnancy at the time;
(9) the Kenyan government said that it investigated and that Obama certainly was NOT born there (birther sites did not show that either);
(10) birther sites LIED about what Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said (she never said that he was born in Kenya; she in fact said that he was born in HAWAII;
(11) Birther sites having lied about what Obama’s grandmother said, and other things too, makes it highly likely that their “document experts” are lying too—and numerous real document experts say that the birth certificate is not forged, and that is confirmed by the evidence of the Xerox WorkCentre (which shows how that product scans documents and compresses them using layers and pixillaton).

No there are plenty of CLAIMS online. But they are all published on anti-Obama sites, the same sites that LIED when they said that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—when she actually said repeatedly that he was born IN HAWAII, and they simply insisted that she had said “in Kenya” (Want to see the transcript???) Sites that lie like that have the motive and the ability to get people who hate Obama to claim that they are “experts” and to claim that the birth certificate is forged. But it isn’t.
Only birther “experts” have called Obama’s birth certificate forged, and they have not shown that they are even experts, much less fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why they are not believed by Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck or the National Review (or by Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan or Gingrich or Santorum or Huckabee).
One proof that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it? And it is especially unlikely since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time, and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
And birther sites have not shown you these real experts.
Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said:“The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”
Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it.… I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, who is a member of the Tea Party (who says that he hates Obama’s policies but found no evidence of forgery) said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily:“All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery.“I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.

Really, which organization accredited you? And why, if you are a DOCUMENT expert, are you commenting about a Web image of a document without actually seeing the paper copy. That’s not the way that document experts work. (And, BTW, no birther site has even asked to see the official paper copies of Obama’s short form or long form—-I wonder why not????)
