Much has been written at this site regarding Islamic mandates, particularly in relation to jihad. Terms are bandied about by others, some of whom have little understanding of their depth and breath.

In this regard, a mission herein is to enlighten and duly inform, with the goal being action-oriented, as opposed to throwing up ones hands.

And just because Islamic leaders lie to their citizens (on a regular basis) regarding other matters, it doesn’t mean that the collective Arab/Muslim goal to destroy Israel isn’t full of truth telling. Say what? But first things first.

Islamic imperatives dictate submission to Allah – Islam LITERALLY means to submit – and this is not up for debate. It is obligatory. Besides, unlike other religions, there are no squishy areas in ones adherence to Islam, if one seeks to stay in the fold, or even remain alive in Muslim-ruled countries. And it is this all or nothing ideology which renders the world awash in jihadist bloodletting.

On the other side of the spectrum, Israel’s leaders lie on a regular basis too, but from the opposite side of the spectrum. They (for the most part) understand full well that “peace” (as defined by their enemies, with the unbearable price tag to be extracted) is unattainable, as it will literally destroy the nation – through every “peace” process and by every piece of land they surrender. This is not rocket science. Their “peace” at all costs obsession/quest has left a trail of thousands of dead and maimed Jewish bodies. In fact, one only has to peer through a PA officer’s binoculars to realize how attainable their end goal is. Easy as pie.

Few Israeli intellectuals have the integrity to admit as much, but Professor Paul Eidelberg is not among the liars and fraudsters.

When Yasser Arafat said, “Peace means the destruction of Israel,” that’s speaking as it is.

When Benjamin Netanyahu said (at his most recent speech at Bar-Ilan University), “For peace, the Palestinian Authority must recognize the Jewish homeland,” that’s speaking as it ain’t.

Arafat, an accomplished liar, was telling the truth—to his audience, an Arab audience that possessed understanding, not fools.

Netanyahu, a less accomplished liar, was obscuring the truth—to his audience—an audience that lacked understanding, an audience of fools.

Translate Netanyahu’s Bar-Ilan remark into Arabs terms. “For peace, the Palestinian Authority must renounce Islam, jettison the Qur’an and 1,400 years of Islamic history and theology.”

What would be the audience of such a remark? Obviously not an audience of fools. The audience would be one that understood the true nature of the conflict. Such an audience would recognize that the democratic or ethnocentric and “value-free” idea of conflict resolution does not apply to the anti-democratic world of totalitarian Islam.

Such an audience would understand—as did Alexis de Tocqueville—that nations devoted to Islam have much in common with the pagan nations mentioned in the Bible. Such nations which, like the Canaanites, sacrificed their children as burnt offerings to Baal, are comparable to Muslims nations that use their children as human bombs.

Since such nations do not recognize the Biblical concept of man’s creation in the Image of God, they reject the idea of the inviolable dignity of the human personality. This Islamic denial of Genesis 1:26 prompts Muslims to call Jews “pigs” and “dogs.” Hence, the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians of which Netanyahu speaks is a conflict between good and evil, and this is beyond the ken of the “value-free” political science that has either influenced Israel’s Prime Minister or that induces him to speak of the conflict as it aint and not as it is.

Here’s another way of rendering Netanyahu’s Bar-Ilan remark into Arab terms. “For peace, the Muslim world must change its power structure. Its leaders must cease being autocrats and become democrats.”

The above renderings of Netanyahu’s Bar-Ilan remark means that the conflict in question is not resolvable in peaceful terms. However, to make such a “politically incorrect” statement is beyond the capacity of politicians like Mr. Netanyahu, who dare not speak of the conflict as it is, but only as it aint.

Similarly, Prof Eidelberg’s rendering of Oslo’s Authentic Truth makes nonsense of Israel’s leadership’s “promises”, and exposes what the enemy has in store for her. Would Israel’s leaders ever be so truthful? NOT if they want the powerful, non-elected leftist “elites” to back them.

However, there are some duly doable prescriptions for the onset of long-standing “peace and quiet”, thus, promising to usher in decades of calm and without surrendering an inch of the Jewish homeland! It has yet to be tried: Kill For Peace. Hell, it worked for the U.S. (when they had leaders who understood how to take care of business) and allied powers during WW 2.

In tandem with the above insights and recommendations, Dr. Martin Sherman is another such intellectual giant who stands above the fray of Israel’s braying “peace” jackals. His weekly Jerusalem Post column skewers the leadership’s mendacity, and it can be found within Into The Fray. MORE than worth the read, if truthfulness is your barometer. His recent interview at Inquisitr.com, Confronting Israel’s Precarious Future: An Interview With Dr. Martin Sherman, is a devastating indictment of Israel’s leadership, most trenchantly, their lack of strategic policy making, which, by default, has led to many “peace” disasters.

The point being, it doesn’t have to end this way, as there are intellectual warriors at the ready. They just need more support.

Heed the valiant profs and their dire, but sober, warnings.

Exclusive: Matt Barber exposes ‘progressive’ effort to roll-back laws against pedophilia

So much for the left’s “consenting adults” rhetoric on sex. Forever the consummate conservationists, our self-described “progressive” friends at the ACLU, MSNBC and elsewhere have been ramping-up efforts to downsize from “consenting adults” to merely “consenting” – a far less cumbersome qualifier in the noble struggle for unrestrained sexual license.

Tolerating “intergenerational romance” for “minor-attracted” adults is all the rage these days.

Ever hear of Kaitlyn Hunt? Over the past year or so this poor, misunderstood lesbian woman’s “anti-gay persecution” has become a cause célèbre among “gay rights” activists and other left-wing purveyors of perversion.

Despite mass rallies and online petitions signed by hundreds-of-thousands of the uber-”tolerant,” the clearly “homophobic” Florida criminal justice system has, nonetheless, convicted Ms. Hunt of multiple felonies for sexually assaulting – repeatedly – a 14-year-old girl.

Puritans.

Oh, sure, her minor victim allegedly “consented” to what the “Free Kate” crowd has portrayed as a harmless tryst – but, of course, by law children below the age of consent cannot consent to sex with adults. Period.

Still, the “progressive” establishment evidently felt that, for whatever reason, this was their hill to die on – this was the case that might help them realize the historical “gay rights” goal of rolling-back most, if not all, age of consent laws – statutes designed to protect children from adult sexual predators like, well, Kate.

Veteran journalist Robert Stacy McCain has covered the Hunt case extensively. In a recent piece for the American Spectator headlined “Kaitlyn Hunt is guilty and, yes, there is a movement to ‘normalize pedophilia,’” McCain writes: “Kaitlyn Hunt is a criminal. We can state that as a Neutral Objective Fact, now that the 19-year-old former cheerleader has pleaded ‘no contest’ to multiple felonies related to her sexual affair with a minor. What remains is the question of what her plea in a Florida courtroom Thursday means for what Rush Limbaugh has called the movement to ‘normalize pedophilia.”‘

Here’s the answer: There is no question. There is categorically a movement to normalize pedophilia. I’ve witnessed it firsthand and, despite “progressive” protestations to the contrary, the “pedophile rights” movement is inexorably linked to the so-called “gay rights” movement.

Two years ago I – along with the venerable child advocate Dr. Judith Reisman – attended a Maryland conference hosted by the pedophile group B4U-ACT. Around 50 individuals were in attendance, including a number of admitted pedophiles (or “minor-attracted persons,” as they euphemistically prefer).

Also present were a few self-described “gay activists” and several supportive mental-health professionals. World renowned “sexologist” Dr. Fred Berlin of Johns Hopkins University gave the keynote address, opening with: “I want to completely support the goal of B4U-ACT.”

Here are some highlights from the conference:

Pedophiles are “unfairly stigmatized and demonized” by society.
“We are not required to interfere with or inhibit our child’s sexuality.”
“Children are not inherently unable to consent” to sex with an adult.
An adult’s desire to have sex with children is “normative.”
“These things are not black and white; there are various shades of gray.”
A consensus belief by both speakers and pedophiles in attendance was that, because it vilifies MAPs, pedophilia should be removed as a mental disorder from the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM, in the same manner homosexuality was removed in 1973.
Dr. Fred Berlin acknowledged that it was political activism, similar to the incremental strategy witnessed at the conference, rather than a scientific calculus that successfully led to the declassification of homosexuality as a mental disorder: The reason “homosexuality was taken out of DSM is that people didn’t want the government in the bedroom,” he said.
The DSM ignores that pedophiles “have feelings of love and romance for children” in the same way adults love one another.
The DSM should “focus on the needs” of the pedophile, and should have “a minimal focus on social control,” rather than obsessing about the “need to protect children.”
Self-described “gay activist” and speaker Jacob Breslow said that children can properly be “the object of our attraction.” He further objectified children, suggesting that pedophiles needn’t gain consent from a child to have sex with “it” any more than we need consent from a shoe to wear it. He then used graphic, slang language to favorably describe the act of climaxing (ejaculating) “on or with” a child. No one in attendance objected to this explicit depiction of child sexual assault. There was even laughter.

You may think that such abject evil simply represents the fringe of today’s sexual “progressivism.” It doesn’t. It represents the honest.

Consider, for instance, that during Obama’s first term, the official website for the Department of Health and Human Services linked to “parenting tips” that referenced children as “sexual beings” and suggested that they should experiment with homosexuality and masturbation.

You may also recall that Mr. Obama appointed Kevin Jennings, founder of the “Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network,” or GLSEN, to the post of “safe schools czar.” The position is now defunct, ostensibly due to national outrage over Jennings’ appointment.

In keeping with the thinly veiled goals of B4U-ACT, GLSEN seems to be “running interference” for pedophiles, having tacitly advocated adult-child sex through its “recommended reading list” for kids.

This of no surprise when you consider that one of Jennings’ ideological heroes was Harry Hay, the “founding father” of homosexual activism. “One of the people that’s always inspired me is Harry Hay,” he has said glowingly.

Was Harry Hay fringe? No, not among “gay” activists. He’s an icon. Again, he was just honest. In 1983, while addressing the pedophile North American Man/Boy Love Association, or NAM/BLA, Hay said the following:

“It seems to me that in the gay community the people who should be running interference for NAM/BLA are the parents and friends of gays. Because if the parents and friends of gays are truly friends of gays, they would know from their gay kids that the relationship with an older man is precisely what 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old kids need more than anything else in the world. And they would be welcoming this, and welcoming the opportunity for young gay kids to have the kind of experience that they would need.”

If he were alive today, Harry Hay would likely have led the movement to “free Kate.”

And by “free Kate,” he would have meant – and they actually mean – “free us.”

And by “free us,” of course, what they really mean is “free children.”

Recall the oft repeated angst – over the future of the kiddies at this site – as alarm bells pierce like bloody screams. But before we go straight for the left’s jugular, let us recognize the DIRECT part played by Barack HUSSEIN Obama, both a red/green devotee!

As an alternative lifestyle aficionado, the Gay-in-Chief made time to call an NBA player who “came out”, never mind the weight of the free world on his shoulders. Precious. Excited…tingly too. FINALLY, the “puritanical” DOMA was knocked down and the POTUS was front and center in this life-style changing “coming out” party. He sort of, kind of, gave it a good housekeeping seal of approval. And as the gay agenda and its militancy marches forward, he/they still insist they LOVE the kiddies, and are only concerned for their welfare! Well, they can shove their love….

Oh boy…with man-boy “lover” Kevin Jennings in a high level position to swoop down, even though skulking in the shadows…and with a domestic terrorist, Billy Boy Ayers, in charge of America’s national curriculum, the bringing down of America is in place.

As such, the aforementioned plans for “inter generational romance” is absolutely doable. OMG!!

This site’s main converging theses involving Benghazigate are akin to jigsaw puzzle pieces, yet they possess several moving parts. And while regular puzzle parts have to fit neatly into their designated board, such is not the case in the high stakes “game” of geo-politics, whereby moving parts are often more valuable than static ones.

Now, readers surely recall the insane concoction from Obama Inc’s mouthpieces: yes, the video made the jihadis kill Americans in Benghazi…as believable as “the dog ate the homework” fib, yet this was no grade school tall tale. But once the above lie lost its legs, tidbits of truth started seeping through.

Let us recap some of the essential charges, and then the reader will understand why Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood Mafia are the main culprits, of which Al Qaeda is an offshoot. The lessons learned will then illuminate the trail, highlighting why he has fought so hard to protect his Brothers from the long-arm of (what was once) American justice.

Enter the Blind Sheikh…and the Egyptian Brotherhood’s die hard push to release him from U.S. imprisonment. Mind you, this terrorist is so important to their pyramid that he is also front and center at this American-Israeli’s op-ed, The Opening of Jihad On U.S. Soil, written back in November 2005. Ironclad: Egypt Involved in Benghazi Attacks – videos embedded

A Libyan intelligence document has been produced that directly implicates Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood president Mohammed Mursi in the attacks on American installations in Benghazi on 9/11/12. Those who attempt to discredit this document run into trouble when it is coupled with real-time video we uncovered on 9/13/12. In that video, gunmen at the scene of the attack can be heard declaring that they were sent by Mursi. After weeks of attempting to push the narrative that a video was responsible, the Obama administration ultimately had to concede that the attacks in Benghazi were terrorist in nature.

A few months after 9/11/12, the top lawyer for the Pentagon stated that the war on terror should be wagedby “law enforcement and intelligence agencies”.Based on the Obama administration’s standard, the Benghazi attacks should be treated as a crimeinstead of as an act of war.

Therefore, let us bring forth the evidence, which implicates the leader of a nation state (Egypt) in the attack and warrants a grand jury (House of Representatives) investigation to decide if administration officials should be indicted (impeached).Since we’re deciding who to indict, we must look at evidence of involvement in the attack. Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood President – Mohammed Mursi – is a good place to start. Our first two exhibits are both damning but when taken together, may just constitute a ‘smoking gun’.

EXHIBIT A is a video shot from a cell phone at the scene of the attacks. In this video, gunmen are seen running toward the camera, toward other gunmen. At one point – in Arabic which we have confirmed – one approaching gunman says, “Don’t Shoot us! We were sent by Mursi!”. Even though the video is in Arabic, you can discern the word “Mursi”.A Libyan Intelligence document

(EXHIBIT B) has now been brought forward by credible Arabic translator Raymond Ibrahim. This document discusses the confessions of six members of an Egyptian Ansar al-Sharia cell who were arrested and found to be involved in the Benghazi attacks. Ibrahim reported the following about this document:

It discusses the preliminary findings of the investigation, specifically concerning an “Egyptian cell” which was involved in the consulate attack. “Based on confessions derived from some of those arrested at the scene” six people, “all of them Egyptians” from the jihad group Ansar al-Sharia (“Supporters of Islamic Law), were arrested.

According to the report, during interrogations, these Egyptian jihadi cell members “confessed to very serious and important information concerning the financial sources of the group and the planners of the event and the storming and burning of the U.S. consulate in Benghazi…. And among the more prominent figures whose names were mentioned by cell members during confessions were: Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi…

Upon doing even further analysis of this document, we found that it aligned with even more evidence we uncovered back in September.

For example, in addition to mentioning Egypt, Mursi, and Ansar al-Sharia, the document also mentions Al-Nas TV and Dar Al-Hekma, both of which we raised red flags about in the days and weeks after the Benghazi attacks.

Let’s consider the timeline of events leading up to and including 9/11/12:

Thursday, September 6th: According to the Wall Street Journal, this was the day that the 14-minute Innocence of Muslims video trailer was sent to “journalists around the world”. Some of the video was translated into Arabic.

Friday, September 7th: Egypt’s Wisam Abdul Waris of Dar Al-Hekma (yes, the same Dar Al-Hekma identified in the Libyan Intelligence document) publicly denounces Innocence of Muslims. He does so while calling for the criminalization of any defamation of Islam, even in non-Muslim countries.

Saturday, September 8th: Al-Nas (yes, the same Al-Nas identified in the Libyan Intelligence document) talk show host Khalid Abdallah, who is sympathetic to the more fundamentalist, Salafi Muslims, interviewed a Muslim activist named Mohammad Hamdy and aired translated portions of the Innocence of Muslims video that for weeks, Obama administration officials attempted to blame for the Benghazi attacks. Reuters reported days later that the airing of these clips from the video was “the flashpoint” for the protests in Cairo and attacks in Benghazi. Here is the video of the exchange. Portions of the Innocence of Muslims video are aired beginning at the 5:46 mark:

Sunday, September 9th: An interview with Wisam Abdul Waris is uploaded to YouTube. A translated excerpt of what Waris said is beneath the video:

“We have moved to review with Mr. Rifai all the legal procedures today by which we created The Voice of Wisdom Coalition (I’itilaf Sawt al-Hekma); it will hold accountable everyone who insults Islam locally and internationally, in accordance with every country’s laws. We all know the problems Yasser Al-Habib had in London and after that in Berlin… in Germany, an extremist group was allowed to publicize cartoons that insult the prophet in front of the Salafist Mosque in Berlin, through a legal decision. So what we did was to ask Sharabi Mahmoud to reject this legal decision on behalf of the Egyptian people who are Muslim; for this reason, we created this coalition. We also made an official request from the Church in Egypt to issue a public announcement, to state it has nothing to do with this deed.”

At this point, let’s introduce the YouTube channel of Sam Bacile. It is later learned that Bacile is actually Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man behind the Innocence of Muslims video. At one time, two videos appeared on the Feed tab of Bacile’s channel. Sometime between September 9th – 11th, the administrator commented on the Waris video.

About one week earlier, Bacile identified the other video that appeared on his channel as one of his favorites; it is a video of Nader Bakkar, the official spokesman of the Salafist Nour Party. Bakkar and Waris joined forces in the effort expressed by Waris on September 7th. Here is a screenshot:

Also at one time, Bacile had one video “Like”. It’s curious that this video featured an interview with a British female convert to Islam:

Though the video is no longer associated with the Sam Bacile YouTube channel, it is still posted:

The New York Times reported that the Sam Bacile YouTube account was actually opened and maintained by Bakoula’s son, Abanob Nakoula.

Monday, September 10th: One day prior to the anniversary of the 9/11/01 attacks, U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens – the highest ranking State Department official in Libya – arrives in Benghazi from Tripoli and is due to return to Tripoli on the 14th. Despite warnings and previous attacks, the U.S. Special Mission Compound (SMC) in Benghazi was woefully insecure and not equipped to protect Stevens.

As an aside, the State Department didn’t just drop Stevens inside a compound that wasn’t sufficiently secured. It hired the February 17th Martyrs Brigade to provide security. The F17MB has allegiances to both Al-Qaeda and one of the groups identified in that Libyan Intelligence document mentioned earlier.

Several entries on the militia’s Facebook page openly profess sympathy for Ansar al-Sharia, the hardline Islamist extremist group widely blamed for the deadly attack on the mission. The State Department did not respond to a Newsmax request for an explanation as to why the February 17th Martyrs Brigade was hired to protect the mission.

An Interim Progress Report released by the House Oversight Committee stated the following about F17MB:

Numerous reports have indicated that the Brigade had extremist connections, and it had been implicated in the kidnapping of American citizens as well as in the threats against U.S. military assets.

It should be noted that Almogaz News reported that Ansar Al-Sharia of Egypt is a “Salafist group” (keep in mind that Al-Nas is also Salafist). The mission of Ansar al-Sharia – according to Almogaz – is to “release Islamist prisoners”.

Tuesday, September 11th: The itinerary for Ambassador Stevens says that he is to meet with F7MB at 11:00am but next to this are the handwritten words, “Another day”.

The itinerary was drafted on September 8th, which is also the same day that F7MB made it knownthey would be pulling back on support:

…on September 8, 2012, just days before Ambassador Stevens arrived in Benghazi, the February 17 Martyrs Brigade told State Department officials that the group would no longer support U.S. movements in the city, including the Ambassador’s visit.

The attack on the SMC is launched later that evening. Sean Smith is killed in the attack but the body of Christopher Stevens could not be located and was later removed by Libyans and taken to a hospital under the control of Ansar al-Sharia, according to the testimony of Gregory Hicks, who became the highest-ranking State Department official in Libya after Stevens passed away.

At the Washington Free Beacon, (EXHIBIT B-1) Bill Gertz reported on the shocking but unconfirmed claim made by an al-Qaeda terrorist named Abdallah Dhu-al-Bajadin:

An al Qaeda terrorist stated in a recent online posting that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens was killed by lethal injection after plans to kidnap him during the Sept. 11, 2012 terror attack in Benghazi went bad.

While the charge that Stevens was killed by lethal injection is unsubstantiated, evidence that the attack on the Benghazi SMC was about kidnapping, not murder, is corroborated by multiple pieces of evidence. If true, what would be the motive behind the kidnapping of the top State Department official in Libya?

That the attack was planned and involved foreigners (Egyptians) corroborates what Libyan President Mohamed Yousef el-Magariaf told CBS News’ Bob Scheiffer on Face the Nation on Sunday, September 16th (EXHIBIT C):

BOB SCHIEFFER: And you believe that this was the work of al Qaeda and you believe that it was led by foreigners. Is that– is that what you are telling us?

MOHAMED YOUSEF EL-MAGARIAF: It was planned– definitely, it was planned by foreigners, by people who– who entered the country a few months ago, and they were planning this criminal act since their– since their arrival.

Relative to Mursi’s alleged involvement, El-Magariaf provided only circumstantial evidence by identifying attackers as being “foreigners” but in retrospect, the Libyan president’s claims that day are corroborated by the Libyan Intelligence document and the real-time video.

Also on September 16, 2012, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice appeared on five Sunday talk shows and asserted the attack was the result of a spontaneous demonstration in response to a video. Here are quotes from Rice’s appearance on ABC This Week, during which she said the following (EXHIBIT D):

“What happened this week in Cairo, in Benghazi, in many other parts of the region was a result, a direct result of a heinous and offensive video that was widely disseminated, that the U.S. Government had nothing to do with, which we have made clear is reprehensible and disgusting.”

At a minimum, Rice was directing attention away from Mursi’s involvement with this demonstrably false statement. A short time later, she went as far as directly defending Mursi…………(continue reading all the evidence at the initial article, Ironclad….)

Just because one is an inveterate monster (read: Iran’s Hitlerite, Mahdi-driven leadership) does not obviate their capacity to see other evil-doers for what they are. In fact, it takes an incomparable, monstrous liar to often spot ones opponent’s inner core, so just consider it to be an inherent “liar’s radar”.

But, what does this have to do with those who are causing chaos world over? Everything. You see, the most dangerous killers in Iran, the Quds Forces, are not off target as they posit the truth: yes, the leader of the free world has surrendered to Iran’s will. Yet, they are wrong in their underlying assessment, accusing Washington of bending to their will. Well, if one side is in sync with the other’s end goals, then surely one cannot be accused of surrendering, even if it appears as such to the outside world.

So, in effect, Iran’s lying regime is doing what they do best, as they spin a narrative of surrender to the world. However, Barack HUSSEIN Obama surely knows that Iran’s genocidal regime sees through his mask, as he does theirs. Besides, Valerie Jarrett, his Iranian alter ego, is guiding him all the way with many surrogates in tow – to Iran’s success!

It’s fair to point out that American officials have spent the last five years persuading those who are worried about the nuclear threat reassuring us that there is plenty of time to talk about it and that the “window of diplomacy” was still open. To that end, the Obama administration has wasted years on laughable attempts to engage the Islamist regime and on diplomacy aimed at assembling a weak international coalition willing to impose sanctions on Iran and a diplomatic process that consistently flopped. Thus, if Iran is so much closer to realizing its dream of obtaining a genocidal weapon and making diplomacy difficult it is only because they have successfully manipulated a U.S. administration that wanted to be deceived. That’s something to be taken into consideration as we observe the ability of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to persuade the West to restart diplomacy almost as if the past decade of talks had never occurred.

Quds Forces chief: President’s remark acknowledged inability to change regime

President Obama’s statement to the United Nations last week that America is not seeking regime change in Iran is not merely a kind remark, but a recognition of U.S. inability to bring change to Iran, the head of Iran’s Quds Forces, Gen. Qasem Soleimani, said.

Joining in that view, an outlet of the Quds cyber forces officers posted an image of a surrendering Obama in military uniform under the title “In a not too distant future.”

The image has Soleimani on top overlooking the defeat of America with a note at the bottom: “One Qasem Soleimani is enough for all the enemies of this country (Iran).”

That claim was underscored this week by Seyed Hossein Naqavi Hosseini, a member of Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, who said that while “Iran complies with the Non-Proliferation Treaty rules and regulations and cooperates within that framework, it will never accept the Additional Protocol.”

That protocol allows the IAEA to verify whether countries are complying with nuclear regulations.

“Tehran will not accept any kind of suspension or halt, and all Iranian nuclear facilities will continue their operation,” Hosseini said.

Soleimani, in a Thursday speech to the Congress of Martyrs of the Holy Defense, said Obama was not after regime change only because the United States can’t topple Iran, adding that “America in the last 35 years has committed the most cowardly and worst practices against the … Islamic Republic.”

His remarks were reported by Fars News Agency, an outlet run by the Revolutionary Guards.

Soleimani, called by a former CIA officer the “most powerful operative in the Middle East today,” directs all terrorist activities of the Islamic regime throughout the world and commands much of the behind-the-scenes operations in Syria to protect the Assad regime.

Another Iranian general,Yahya Safavi, former chief commander of the guards and special adviser to the supreme leader, said that the United States has clearly retreated and has chosen a soft approach on Iran.

“It seems that the Americans have reached a conclusion that Iran is a powerful and stable power in the region that maintains a logical and smart method in conflict with its enemies,” Safavi said. “Americans now see that they can’t confront the powerful Iran. Of course Iran will remain aggressive with its demands against America, because the reality is that there is much to demand from the Americans.”

In his U.N. speech, Obama reiterated his desire to continue negotiations with Iran and stated that Iran has a right to peaceful nuclear energy. He cited a fatwa (religious edict) by the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, against nuclear weapons and President Hasan Rouhani’s earlier statement to the U.N. that the Islamic Republic will never develop a nuclear weapon.

But the Islamic regime recently paraded a new line of ballistic missiles that have a range of 1,250 miles and bragged that its power will change the geopolitics of the region and the world. It also announced the production of hundreds of small submarines to add to its ability to threaten the flow of oil from the Persian Gulf. And last month it announced the completion of the installation of 18,000 centrifuges at its nuclear enrichment sites.

In emphasizing America’s “surrender,” Gen. Hossein Salami, the deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guards, said in a speech at Friday prayers in Qom that, “The enemy only understands the logic of power and nothing else. … The jihadist groups (Hezbollah and others), in defeating the Israeli army, planted a seed that has grown to a strong tree with its branches visible throughout the world, and the threats by the oppressive powers no longer frighten the Muslims as the apparent posture of America has collapsed,” Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported Friday.

“Today our vision of America’s power is realistic,” Salami said. “The Americans, in a time when their president sneezed a storm [that] would form in another part of the world, today are incapable of a military operation in a country that suffers under three years of war (Syria).

“America’s power has been damaged and you can see its weakness in their own land in front of the Iranian officials. … Such impotence has not been seen from America in front of a country such as ours.”

Obama revealed that although the Iranian president refused to meet with him, he did hold a telephone conversation with Rouhani and that he was hopeful there would be a positive outcome in upcoming negotiations over Iran’s illicit nuclear program.

Although Rouhani in several interviews stated that he has full authority to negotiate and that he was hopeful the nuclear issue could be resolved, a powerful member of the Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee revealed last week that Rouhani has only been authorized by the supreme leader to change tactics but not policy. He said there would be no negotiations with America on the principles of the Islamic regime or anything else.

A recently revealed video of Rouhani before the Iranian June presidential elections shows him boasting about deceiving the West and advancing Iran’s nuclear program during his tenure as the head of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear negotiating team.

According to a source in the Revolutionary Guards intelligence unit, who cannot be named for security reasons, the regime’s ayatollahs got exactly what they wanted: a commitment from America to accept the regime’s nuclear program and a statement from the president of America not wanting regime change in Iran.

Rouhani’s approach of moderation on the surface has isolated Israel as the regime knew that America would not take military action against Iran under Obama but was not sure about Israel, he said, and that’s now secured.

Most tellingly, this is where “negotiations” stand, as the Islamist-in-Chief assists Iran over the finish line –

Nothing remains of the Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s four stipulations for accepting a nuclear accord with Iran. Not a vestige will reach the Geneva conference agenda after Washington brushed aside every one of those stipulations, which were: to halt uranium enrichment, remove enriched uranium stocks from Iran, shut down the Fordo underground enrichment plant and suspend construction of the heavy water reactor in Arak for the production of plutonium.

Secretary Kerry threw a bone to the Israeli government in his comment Sunday via satellite to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee summit in California: “I want you to know that our eyes are open, too. While we seek a peaceful resolution to Iran’s nuclear program, words must be matched with actions. In any engagement with Iran, we are mindful of Israel’s security needs.”

Of utmost significance, as always, in relation to Israel’s security interests, the onus lies with Israel’s PM. Now, whereas the hour before midnight is fast approaching, those of us in the cross hairs can only hope and pray that PM Netanyahu is not uttering his regular rhetorical flourishes and is deadly serious:

Addressing a Knesset session marking the 40th anniversary of the Yom Kippur war, Tuesday afternoon, the prime minister said: One lesson Israel learned from the Yom Kippur war was “never disallow the option of a preemptive strike a priori.” While this option may not meet all situations, it deserves careful and earnest consideration.

Netanyahu went on to say: The potential international reaction to such an attack is of less consequence than the price in blood Israel is apt to pay from a future “strategic blow” and the necessity to hit back.

Lest anyone believes that this American Israeli (living in the eye of the Iranian storm) has any patience for the prognostications delivered through a writer’s imagination, let alone takes them seriously, in regard to this existential issue, you would be correct. However, there are always exceptions to rules and this is one such time. MOST significantly for Israel, as well as the entire west, those in league with Barack HUSSEIN Obama want nothing more than for Iran to gain the ultimate weapons of mass destruction. Why, just ask yourselves, are they dragging their feet through their fealty to jaw-jaw, knowing full well that it will NEVER stop Iran (despite sanctions) from getting within spitting distance to the bomb? Basically, these delaying tactics are necessary to bring about World War 3, after which the “New World Order” will become a fait accompli.

Yes, there are those who will tsk, tsk over such words, as the meanderings of much more than a vivid imagination. Fine. But the guideposts are indeed pointing in the above direction, so much so that its explanations (historical parallels too) are more than resonant with the wildfires in the Mid East, as the leader of the free world assists the most hard-line leaderships to gain power.

Think about why EVERY counter intuitive measure, to deal with the world’s most dangerous and fanatical regime, is in play. It’s no accident.

BEFORE patriots (even those of us expats from as far away as Israel) bring out the party hats at the advent of some (hopefully) good news, it is imperative to view the following report as just one initial step, out of many others, which must ensue to “right” the ship of state. Anything less will be a fool’s errand.

NOT to be a blow hard, but this site championed said trajectory from the onset of Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s despoiling of the People’s House, back in Jan. 2009. On the domestic front, his “hope and change” “transformation” mantra became an immediate concern – a glaring red light – as his socialist/red policies jumped forward – march.

Foreign policy-wise, the POTUS’s “outreach” tour to the Muslim world in 2009, starting in Cairo, read more like a siren/love song to Islamists, than to those who championed freedom world over. None of this should be news to those who have been keeping apace with his crimes against the American people.

In fact, the biggest hint of all emerged when he bushwhacked Iran’s freedom fighters – as they valiantly fought to remove the boot of the mullahs from their necks in June 2009 – at the same time that Barack HUSSEIN Obama acted as an Islamic shield for its brutal Hitlerite regime ! Indictment sealed – against the POTUS and Iran’s freedom seekers.

Due to the above, plus so much more, every opportunity was utilized to shine a spotlight on his crimes, thus, the imperative to commence impeachment proceedings. Wrapped up in a bow, regime gone wild set one end of the stage, as did a book review requested by the publicists for Bringing Down America. A deeply disturbing assignment.

**To clarify the indictment as much as possible several commentaries were penned, starting back in 2012, with an actual charge of fraud. Heavy and heady.**

**Shortly thereafter, Benghazigate’s underpinnings surfaced to the fore, and more heft was added to move the indictment forward.**

As an outgrowth, the POTUS’s impeachment loomed larger, yet not from the aforementioned direction. What else was he hiding? More tellingly, other groups started jumping aboard the impeachment bandwagon, and whose voices do you think were joining the fray? It’s all laid out within.

As a result, a growing chorus can be heard for his impeachment, and a 36 page compendium was compiled to effectuate said goal. Hmm….which leads us straight up to the House….

GOP Leaders Cite Inability to Halt Government Shutdown

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann introduced a resolution to impeach Obama this morning and referred the matter to the House Judiciary Committee. Senior aides close to judiciary chairman Bob Goodlatte say hearings will begin Thursday.

“I think it’s high time President Obama be held accountable for his crimes,” explains Bachmann. “For two weeks now, vital government services have been disrupted, federal workers have gone without pay and national memorials have been closed, all because of the president’s refusal to negotiate over Obamacare.

“This isn’t just poor leadership. The Obama administration is corrupt to the core. The scandals surrounding the IRS, Benghazi, the Fast and the Furious (sic) and Solyndra have shown us this cabal will do anything to stay in power.

“But in shutting down the government President Obama has committed economic treason against the United States of America, and he must be removed before it’s too late. The Constitution provides us the mechanism of impeachment. It’s time to end this dictatorial regime and return the presidency back to the American people.”

The U.S. federal government shut down on Oct. 1 after House Republicans refused to fund it unless President Obama agreed to repeal his signature health care reform, the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as Obamacare.

Although most polls show that a majority of Americans blame Republicans for the shutdown, many in the Tea Party feel President Obama is at fault for not immediately acquiescing to their demands.

“The tipping point for me was closing the World War II memorial,” says Texas Republican Louie Gohmert, who voted for the bill which effectively shut down the government. “I can’t believe Obama did that. I mean how dare he put politics ahead of our veterans.

“All this clown needs to do is repeal the most important law he ever passed, and then this will all be over. Why is that so hard? The Tea Party represents almost 22 percent of Americans. Only a dictator would refuse to give us everything we want. Obama should be more than impeached — he should be in jail.”

Hearings in the judiciary committee are expected to last for two weeks, after which the committee will create specific impeachment charges and refer them to the full House. If a majority of House members vote to impeach the President, the matter is referred to the Senate, where the Democratic majority makes ultimate success unlikely.

“We probably won’t be successful,” admits Ted Cruz, one of the few Republicans in the Senate supporting the impeachment process. “But we have to try. This guy is worse than Hitler. We have to do something.”

While the gov’t shutdown surely rates as more than dysfunctional, signifying the inability of the Commander-in-Chief to behave as a leader operating in good faith, the fact of the matter is that his “in your American face” contempt, his “FU finger”, opens up the discussion for impeachment, even if unlikely to pass the Demster vote-controlled outcome. And even if a deal is inked at the 11th hour to “save” the gov’t from free fall, it is apparent that whatever shakes out is less than a band aid for a sinking ship of state. In any case, turning up the heat to a boiling point is more than doable. It is mandatory. It is a patriot’s obligation. Alas, a major operation is needed to save the entire body politic from disintegration…as Texas’s Lt. Guv adds his two cents…and fearless Sarah rocks and rolls toward impeachment too.

So, armed with more than enough open source information, as well as bomblets which have never entered the public domain (for reasons which can not be discussed herein), this site pushed forward for impeachment proceedings, even as naysayers intoned: good luck with pie-in-the-sky expectations.

WITH each and every passing day, the noose around American citizens is tightening, but many will still evince palpable shock when its effects strangle the life out of them. And while this blog is certainly not suggesting that Americans won’t be able to elicit actual breaths, nevertheless, the ability to choose life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness will be gravely diminished, as declared in the Declaration of Independence. Count on it.

This is no doomsday hypothesis, but a clear-eyed focus on what has been transpiring over the last 5 plus years, however, its stepping stones/seedlings sprouted decades ago. As a matter of actual record, those who planted said seedlings are now the gatekeepers to the Radical/Islamist-in-Chief ! Talk about less than six degrees of separation…and certainly not happenstance.

Getting back to the focal point – the noose – this blog keeps zeroing in on the issue of “martial law”, and it is not due to a lack of pressing concerns to report on. But in order to execute “this or that” plan, it is objectively necessary to rein in those who would otherwise object to TOTAL governmental control. Hence, in tandem, they are absolutely gunning for gun control.

Ratcheting up argument over federal shutdown

A Democratic congresswoman from Texas has declared “martial law” is the solution to the current partial shutdown of the federal government.

The comments from Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, took some listeners by surprise, since a common understanding of “martial law” would be of an authority – a president or a military commander – using military force to impose its will on an uncooperative people.

Think machine guns, tanks and jail cells.

It came up during Lee’s speech on the House floor on Monday, when she was lamenting the plight of those left with uncertain futures because of the partial federal government shutdown brought on when Senate Democrats refused to consider compromises to a budget plan offered by House Republicans.

She said, “Our economy is bigger than the European Union. That means countries like Spain, Germany, France, England, all those members who as well are our allies, but look to America – how shameful it is for someone to be held, and if you will, tied up by their own individual personal interests.

“One would ask if the Founding Fathers, as imperfect as America was as she began, had come from the 13 colonies and various districts, and probably interests, and had held to those specialized interests, would we have created a nation that started out by saying we organize to create a more perfect union? Albeit that there were groups of populations that did not have dignity and justice and citizenship at that time, something that I could look back at in bitterness, but I do not, because this is the greatest nation in the world. But we are not showing ourselves that way.

“It is not the truth to suggest that there are not enough voters, members of Congress, that would vote right now today to open this government. It is something called a continuing resolution, but it’s a bill that you put on the floor that has been passed already by Republicans and Democrats in the United States Senate. ”

She said, “This is not an idea of anyone over another person. Republican and Democratic senators have already voted for this clean bill that we could vote on today. We have martial law. What that means – and my colleagues know what it means – is that you can put a bill on in just minutes.”

She accused Republicans of forcing people to decide “amongst your children which ones to feed.”

At Washingtonsblog was the comment: “The last time we heard Congress members use the phrase martial law was when Congressmen Brad Sherman and Paul Kanjorski, and Senator James Inhofe, all said that Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson warned of martial law if the TARP banks bailouts weren’t approved.”

A commenter suggested Jackson Lee was using it in the context of House rules that call for one day between announcing legislation and a vote:

“Instead, under ‘martial law,’ the leadership can file legislation with tens or hundreds of pages of fine print and move immediately to debate and [vote] on it, before members of Congress, the media, or the public have an opportunity to understand fully what provisions have been altered or inserted…”

Critics noted that Jackson Lee wasn’t exactly following the Constitution anyway, because she advocated for House approval of a spending bill from the Senate.

“Article I, Section 7, Clause I of the Constitution … states, ‘All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives,” said one of the YouTube users who uploaded the video to share with Americans.

One other observer, who also loaded the footage onto YouTube, noted, “Can someone please explain why the representative from Texas used this language?”

Regardless, no matter how you parse it, loose-lipped Rep. Besides, this is a woman who is not exactly known for possessing much brain matter between her ears!

Sheila Jackson-Lee might be the dumbest person in congress. She might even be the dumbest person outside congress. If there were ever a global championship for idiots, the country could send her there. And leave her there; because unlike Lassie, she wouldn’t be able find her way back on her own……

Dumb ass that she is, make no mistake, she is VERY dangerous. How so? Not only is she a radical leftist, but an Islamist devotee. No worries. Really?

As this site dutifully reports – a place where bull crap is never part of the calculus – what is, however uncomfortable, is. The spin stops here. So, on enumerable occasions alarm bells sounded on the ever present jihadi threat. Specifically, eight months ago, a commentary alerted the readers to the so called “case closed” jihadi plane redux, highlighting airplane “dry runs” as an ever present looming Islamic threat. Not only that, but the amount of non-reported “incidents” pale in comparison to those actually reported. Yet, what else can one expect from a regime which deems a “soldier for Allah” a non-jihadist, and attributes said terror to “workplace violence”?

Orlando, Florida — It was a flight bound for Florida, and some airline pilots believe it also may have been a dry-run for terrorists.

The 10 News Investigators have obtained an internal memo that details a frightening incident that brings back memories of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Since then, federal efforts have gone in place to prevent a similar attack, leading many to believe another attack what happened on 9/11 could never happen again.

Wolf Koch, who flies Boeing 767s for Delta Airlines and is the Aviation Security Committee Chairman for the Air Line Pilots Association International, says that belief “is very foolish.”

Koch describes the events of 9/11 as “an incredible attack on us. It was very well orchestrated and they’re going to try it again… 100 percent, no question in my mind. They’re going to try it again.”

According to Koch, many other flight crews are concerned the planning may already be underway.

A memo obtained by the 10 News investigators from the union that represents pilots for US Airways says that “there have been several cases recently throughout the (airline) industry of what appear to be probes, or dry-runs, to test our procedures and reaction to an in flight threat.”

Koch says, “What most security experts will tell you that if a dry-run is occurring, the attack will shortly follow.”

The pilots say the most recent dry-run occurred on Flight 1880 on September 2. The flight left Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. and headed to Orlando International.

Crew members say that shortly after takeoff, a group of four “Middle Eastern” men caused a commotion.

The witnesses claim one of the men ran from his seat in coach, toward the flight deck door. He made a hard left and entered the forward bathroom “for a considerable length of time.”

While he was in there, the other three men proceeded to move about the cabin, changing seats, opening overhead bins, and “generally making a scene.” They appeared to be trying to occupy and distract the flight attendants.

The 10 News Investigators contacted both US Airways and theTransportation Security Administration both confirmed the incident. US Airways says it won’t discuss the details of security measures, but that it works closely with authorities.

The TSA told us it takes all reports of suspicious activity aboard aircraft seriously, and the matter requires no further investigation at this time.

However, a current Federal Air Marshal who works flights every week says of the TSA, “They’re liars. They’re flat out liars.”

The Air Marshal, whose identity we are not revealing because agency rules prohibit him from talking to the media, says the TSA doesn’t want the flying public to be aware of the problems with terrorist probes.

The Air Marshal and others we have spoken to say several flights they have worked were targets of dry-runs and that most of his colleagues believe no matter what the TSA says, the incident aboard Flight 1880 is serious.

Until now, there has been absolutely no publicity about the US Airways flight from D.C. to Orlando International Airport, but security experts say incidents like this should not and cannot be ignored.

As the Federal Air Marshal and industry insiders tell us, “We’re waiting for the next 9/11 to happen, because it’s not a question of if. It’s a question of when.”

Just like in relation to the jihadist attack in Boston, whereby Obama Inc. turned deaf, dumb and blind to all the warning signs re the Chechen jihadists, so too they will feign shock, shock when, not if, the next airplane(s) explodes on American soil, incinerating many thousands of innocents along for the ride!

As is said, “it ain’t over until the fat lady sings” (is more than a crude colloquialism) but it is decidedly appropriate herein.

Well, Iran’s “fat lady” is singing all the way to sanctions relief and with its bomb making facilities intact. This is the very same course of “negotiation” which Obama Inc. “promised” – through years of jaw-jaw – would stop Iran from gaining the ultimate weapons of mass destruction, even as they vow to wipe Israel off the map, and from the halls of the UN too! Imagine if Israel ever made such a threat….the hell that would unleash upon the nation, and from all over the world no less. YET, Iran’s leaders were still feted and never skipped a beat, despite the so called sanctions. A double standard is hardly an apt charge. Instead, calls to boycott and divest from Israel barely raise an eyebrow, as if Israel is the “bad” actor. For the record “Here Is Israel”.

Now, no one familiar with this site can suggest that the above sanctions smoke screen, to thwart Iran’s annihilatory intentions, ever held any credence. In fact, it was DOA from the onset. And it was through a deep understanding of the Islamist-in-Chief’s goals, plus internalizing/analyzing the record of spinelessness from PM Netanyahu, that this blogger never veered off course. Indeed, always stopping short of victory, while acceding to Obama Inc.s dictates, hardly qualifies as winning strategies. The path of least resistance. Granted, booms in the night were noted herein, but hardly dent-worthy in the overall scheme of dangers.

Israeli Air Force F-15 and F-16 fighter squadrons this week carried out exercises testing their capability to conduct missions at long ranges from base, the Israeli military said Thursday, Oct. 10. The drills included air-to-air refueling and dogfights against foreign combat planes. They were conducted together with Hellenic Air Force aircraft and naval units over the western Peloponnese and the Myrtoon Pelagos of Greece, shortly before the Six Power talks begin in Geneva on Iran’s nuclear program.
Israeli commentators noted that the drill broadcast a message to Tehran that Israel’s military option for bombing its nuclear program was alive and kicking. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu bombarded European TV media with interviews warning their leaders that the Iranians were conning the world while continuing to develop a nuclear weapon capability. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” he said.
Prime Minister Netanyahu was acting as though he believed he still holds three spanners for throwing into Iran’s nuclear program:

1. The Israeli military as embodied in its air force;

2. European leaders, who are dismayed by President Barack Obama’s precipitate rapprochement with Tehran. Addressing them, Netanyahu warned: “Better no deal than a bad deal.”
3. The US Congress, on which he counts to block future presidential applications to approve the lifting in stages of sanctions against Iran, simply by withholding approval of his agreements with Tehran.
However, the truth which every Middle East and Western leaders knows by now, is that the battle against a nuclear Iran is lost.

President Obama has wound up his secret negotiations with Iran and instructed US delegates to put on the table of the Geneva negotiations on Oct. 15 the understandings or deals he has reached with Iranian leaders.

Those understandings are about to be endorsed by the P5+1 (the five permanent Security Council members plus Germany) for implementation in stages. They will leave Iran with the capacity, reduced but intact, to continue to enrich uranium along with its ability to use clandestine sites to house the nuclear weapons they are able to produce.
Netanyahu may keep on calling this a bad deal. But after all, it took shape on his watch as prime minister. And after Barack Obama became president in 2009, Israel failed to stall Iran’s race for a nuclear bomb – not in Parchin, Arak and Fordo – but in the White House.

The prime minister staged the long-distance air force drill more for domestic consumption than for use as a deterrent to impress Tehran. The Iranians have succeeded far too well in their diplomatic maneuvers to take much notice. They are sure the Netanyahu government will tire of its campaign, end up aligning once again with the Obama administration and swallow its deals with President Vladimir Putin on Iran, just as it did for Syria’s chemical weapons.

Ego aside, would want nothing more than to be proven wrong, after all, living in the eye of the storm makes “right or wrong” less than a footnote, thus, allowing millions of Jews/Zionists to breath easier. YET, PM Netanyahu continues to opine:

In the midst of what many see as warming diplomatic ties between Iran and the West, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu continues to warn the world on the dangers of a nuclear Iran and told the New York Times in an interview published on Friday that he would not let the Islamic Republic have nuclear weapons.

During the interview Netanyahu reportedly pointed to two photos above his desk in his Jerusalem office, one of the British WWII leader Sir Winston Churchill and the founding father of Zionism, Theodor Herzl and said: “They were alone a lot more than I am…..”

Nevertheless, it is neither hyperbole nor hysterics to state that PM Netanyahu’s FAILURE to act – so far – has been the worst misstep of leadership under any Israeli leader. NOW, that is not an easy statement to make, since the 1973 Yom Kippur War would not have occurred had PM Golda Meir been on the ball, instead of listening to her bombastic advisers, as well as Washington’s arm twisters to “stand down”, even as Egypt’s colossal army, with Syria in tow, amassed at its southern and northern borders. History repeats. Most recently, the accursed Oslo Peace/Death Accords, signed under PM Rabin’s stewardship, pale in comparison to Iran getting the bomb.

The charges laid out are not whether Israel’s leaders have the ability to stop Iran – they do. Dolphin subs…EMP strike…pick a door. Yet, despite ALL of PM Netanyahu’s verbal bluster, again, as is said, “the proof is in the pudding”, as their centrifuges never stopped spinning under his watch – PM Netanyahu’s rhetorical flourishes beside the point!!

The hour before midnight is fast approaching, with hardly a few weeks left to spare. So, if this American-Israeli wakes up one morning to the sound of sirens wailing, signaling to take cover, that Israel is attacking Iran’s WMD sites, it will be a huge relief, even if the shit hits the fan for weeks to come. So be it. However, more than likely, the opposite will take place. Israelis will probably awake to the grim news, yes, Iran is a nuclear power and that is that.

There are so many illegal actions swirling overhead on Capitol Hill it is nigh impossible to keep abreast, even if one is as tuned in as this blogger tends to be. Invariably, some poopings will fall through the cracks, yet it is not for lack of effort or relevant access.

Be that as it may, several remain a focal point, most intrinsically: Benghazigate, IRSgate, NSAgate, DOJgate as well as Fast & Furious. But before we catch up with one in particular it is instructive to take note of the following: if there is no “there there”, then surely opening up “this and that” to the public – and subjecting its aftermath to the light of day – should be warranted and certainly not hushed up. You think? Yet, if the opposite is the case, to hell with the First Amendment, and hiding under the guise of “security” and other made up out of whole cloth concerns suddenly becomes a mitigating factor. Give us all a break…so many tall tales…who can keep up!

Indeed, freedom of religion (NOT including the jihadist kind) and freedom of expression (but screaming fire in a crowded auditorium, for example, is hardly “protected” expression/speech) is sacrosanct, at least it is supposed to be in America. As such, some who retire from security-related posts are inclined to pen their memoirs, even though they are usually vetted by their former employers/superiors. No problem with that.

To be sure, no one at this site is suggesting that national security isn’t a critical concern, however, pointing out a program which ACTUALLY endangers U.S. interests – for whatever reason – must be fair game. If not, some who harbor less than an American agenda will continue as is and many citizens will be at risk. Well, in third world countries silencing whistle blowers is the norm, but is it the “new” normal in America? Hope not. Which leads us back to Fast & Furious and the censorship fight ahead.

ATF tries to block whistleblowing agent’s Fast and Furious book

1st Amendment battle over ‘gun-walking’ expose

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is blocking the main whistleblower in the Fast and Furious case from publishing a book for pay, claiming his retelling of the Mexico “gun-walking” scandal will hurt morale inside the embattled law enforcement agency, according to documents obtained by The Washington Times.

ATF’s dispute with Special Agent John Dodson is setting up a First Amendment showdown that is poised to bring together liberal groups like the American Civil Liberties Union and conservatives in Congress who have championed Mr. Dodson’s protection as a whistleblower.

The ACLU is slated to become involved in the case Monday, informing ATF it is representing Mr. Dodson and filing a formal protest to the decision to reject his request to publish the already written book, sources told The Times, speaking only on the condition of anonymity.

The battle also could have repercussions on Capitol Hill, where the two lead investigators who helped uncover the Fast and Furious scandal, Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell E. Issa, Calif. Republican, had written a foreword to the book, the sources said.

ATF officials declined Sunday night to discuss Mr. Dodson’s specific matter, citing personnel privacy. But the officials said it was possible for an agent to be rejected for publishing a book for pay but get permission to publish it for free. No manuscript for any Fast and Furious book has received approval for unpaid publication, however, the officials said.

Mr. Dodson was the first ATF special agent to go public in 2011 with allegations that his supervisors had authorized the flow of semi-automatic weapons into Mexico instead of interdicting them, touching off a scandal that toppled most of the top leadership of ATF in Washington and Phoenix. The controversy also led to angry recriminations in Mexico, which dealt with a wave of violent crime linked to the weapons, and high-profile congressional hearings that embarrassed the Obama administration.

Mr. Dodson began penning a book late last year about his role as the central whistleblower in the case and in June sought formal permission for outside employment that would allow him to engage a publisher and publish the book.

Documents show that one of Mr. Dodson’s supervisors in Arizona, Assistant Special Agent in Charge Carlos Canino, rejected his request July 19 and was backed in the decision by the agent in charge of the office, Thomas G. Atteberry, four days later.

Their rejection made no claims that the book would release sensitive or classified information or compromise ongoing law enforcement proceedings.

Rather, the supervisors offered a different reason for their decision. “This would have a negative impact on morale in the Phoenix [Field Division] and would have a detrimental effect on our relationships with DEA and FBI.”

The ATF general counsel’s office subsequently sanctioned the decision, all but killing the book project.

“An employee’s supervisory chain may disapprove any outside employment request for any reason, at any supervisory level,” ATF attorney Greg Serres wrote Mr. Dodson on Aug. 29, underlining the word “any” for emphasis. “The Office of Chief Counsel cannot approve outside employment requests in lieu of the supervisory chain’s disapproval.

“Therefore, your request to engage in outside employment is denied,” he said.

Separately, a top ATF official has been reviewing Mr. Dodson’s manuscript for any concerns about sensitive or classified information, potentially leaving open the possibility a process by which it could be published for free, a senior law enforcement official told The Times.

The gun-walking strategy — part of an undercover case called Fast and Furious — violated ATF’s long-standing policy to interdict weapons from straw buyers.

In all, ATF officials permitted more than 1,700 semi-automatic weapons to flow through the hands of straw buyers for the Mexican cartels, with many crossing the border.

Senior ATF officials hoped to trace the guns to crimes, then make a bigger case against the Mexican drug lords. The strategy, however, backfired when hundreds of the weapons began showing up at crime scenes on both sides of the border, including at the December 2010 murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

The Justice Department initially denied guns knowingly had been allowed to flow across the border, then months later reversed course and admitted the tactic had been used for more than a year. The change in story led to allegations of a cover-up.

The revelations exploded into public in spring 2011, catapulting Mr. Dodson and other ATF field agents who had objected into dual investigations by Congress and the Justice Department inspector general.

President Obama and Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. both claimed they knew nothing about the strategy until the controversy erupted, but the president has invoked executive privilege to block Congress from seeing certain documents, thus thwarting the completion of that probe. A court recently ruled in favor of Congress in the ongoing legal dispute.

Both the congressional and inspector general investigations concluded that the gun-walking tactics were poorly conceived and put lives in jeopardy. The fallout forced the ouster of numerous top officials, including the U.S. attorney in Phoenix, Dennis Burke, and the acting director of the ATF, Kenneth Melson.

The ATF, under new director B. Todd Jones, says it has imposed sweeping procedures to ensure gun-walking doesn’t occur in future cases.

The book dispute with Mr. Dodson, however, is not the first First Amendment controversy to erupt in the aftermath of the scandal.

Last year, Mr. Jones raised alarm in Congress and inside his own agency when he released a videotaped message that warned agencies that there would be “consequences” if agents blew the whistle on wrongdoing outside their chain of command.

The message led to claims that whistleblowing would be chilled, and ATF subsequently clarified Mr. Jones‘ remarks to emphasize that the agency would not interfere with legitimate whistleblowing activities.

Patriots are receiving blows from both ends, sort of like a double-barreled shotgun. On the one hand, a hammer effect is chipping away at one freedom after another. This is no longer debatable, it is fact-based. On the flip side, those who are tasked to protect citizens’ rights are doing no such thing. Consider the detrimental, runaway results from AG Holder’s fiefdom, and then juxtapose them against the military-style gearing up of police forces.

Does it appear that there is any official entity a citizen-patriot can reliably count on? Not from this laser-focused patriot’s lens.

ON so many levels the following report evinced deeply held guttural emotions, and intertwined within was the abiding connection that this American-Israeli’s “blood brother” had with the subject matter. He fought (literally) against Arab jihadists, as well as against Jewish traitors. A dagger to the (Zionist) heart.

But to understand the core of the issue, one must also internalize the never ending damage wrought by Israel’s hard core left, as well as the many betrayals from Israel’s leadership (whichever party has the helm…Israel’s Paradox:Vote Right, Get Left ) who actually operate on their behalf.

In particular, the so called “disengagement”, in August 2005, was really a hideous expulsion/destruction of over 9,000 Jewish patriots. “The Bitter Fruits Of “Disengagement” hardly does the horror justice, but its basic essence is more than resonant.

Yet, where does this blogger’s “blood brother” come in? Everywhere.

Specifically, as a Sayeret Matkal commando, Tsafrir Ronen, was involved in defending Israel from near and far, and most notably as part of the force during the raid on Entebbe. However, there were many dynamics to this incredible Zionist, a champion among champions. One of his many endeavors involved a frontal determination, through a concerted, action-oriented struggle, to return Jews to their communities which were destroyed at the hands of Israel’s leadership, both in Gush Katif and the northern Shomron during the blasted “disengagement”. As a result, he was a leading pioneer of “Homesh First”, a starting point to returning the land to their rightful Jewish owners.

Among Mr. Ronen’s many accomplishments was the establishment of the “Nahalal Forum,” which encompassed right wing, secular Zionist Jews. He also helped establish Kibbutz Gilgal in the Jordan Valley in 1973, and in more recent years was associated with efforts to help Jews settle in Judea and Samaria.Tributes poured in mourning Ronen’s loss. The “Homesh First” group said that “Tsafrir Ronen was a true partner in the efforts to return to Homesh.” Women in Green called him “a proud Jew who fought for the Land of Israel with his whole heart and soul.” MK Aryeh Eldad said that “Tsafrir was a tireless fighter for the Land of Israel and the right of Jews to settle in all its parts.” His funeral will take place on Sunday at 2PM in the moshav Moledet in northern Israel.”Tsafrir Ronen’s writings expose Jihadist Muslims’ self-confessed, manufacturing fabricating a “Palestinian national” identity as a political device to de-legitimize a Jewish sovereignty amidst a Muslim region. Mr. Ronen references this in his article,Hadrian’s Curse: The Invention of Palestine as a Psychological Weapon for Conquering Eretz Yisrael which was recently announced is being developed as a documentary for Israel Broadcasting. Mr. Ronen wrote:

So, knowing that Israel’s rabid and rancid left are basically dancing on the destroyed Jewish communities and (no doubt) some grave sites too, while they agitate/collaborate with the enemy, well, that’s a treachery too far. IF Tsafrir were still alive, let’s just say that these Jewish traitors and their Arab counterparts would have had nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, for he would have absolutely challenged them at their anti-semitic rally, chased them like few others would dare. This is a fact. And, this is also why – among other reasons – he was one in a million.

Israeli leaders in Samaria were horrified to learn this week that Israeli leftists with the Yesh Din organization took part in an Arab celebration on the ruins of the Jewish community of Homesh.

During the celebration Jewish symbols at the site were replaced with PLO flags, and a banner was waved that depicted a man in religious Jewish garb with a spear through his mouth.

Yesh Din was instrumental in causing the celebration as well. The group’s lawyers filed the lawsuit that lead the government’s legal adviser to declare that the government would transfer Homesh to Arab hands.

Acting head of the Samaria Council Yossi Dagan – who himself was expelled from Sa-Nur, near Homesh – was appalled to hear that Yesh Din had been at the rally. “The extreme left has hit an unbelievable low,” he said.

There were people at the celebration rally who called to murder Jews, he noted.

“We’re used to incitement and even libel from extreme-left organizations. But even for an extremist group like them, this crosses a red line, and brings them to depths I wouldn’t have dreamed they would reach,” he continued.

“I’m trying to picture how they have the audacity to seek donations from Israelis on the one hand, and to participate in anti-Semitic rallies where people call to murder Jews on the other,” Dagan said. In contrast to the group’s self-definition as a peace-seeking organization, “the security situation is likely to deteriorate due to its activities and provocations” in the region, he warned.

He called on the government to take a strong stance on the matter by stripping Yesh Din of its NGO status.

Yesh Din gets roughly 94% of its funding from foreign sources, among themthe European Union. In 2012 the group got over 1.1 million shekels from the EU, 1.2 million from the Norwegian foreign ministry, 120,000 from Holland’s embassy in Israel, and 120,000 from the British Foreign Ministry.

The Palestinian Authority also played a troubling role at the rally. One of the men who held up the anti-Semitic poster depicting a dead Jew has reportedly been identified as Samir Dausha, a senior PA legal official in the Shechem region.

Yesh Din: It’s the Occupation
Yesh Din director Haim Erlich admitted that the group had representatives at the Arab rally in Homesh, but denied that the overall tone of the rally was anti-Semitic.

“During the event celebrating the restoration of lands, one anti-Semitic banner was indeed displayed by a Palestinian man who does not live in the area. After a short time, at the request of various people, the banner was taken down,” he said.

Now, let’s move onto to the pernicious Israeli left and their deleterious damage to the one and only Jewish homeland – Israel.

Nevertheless, the majority’s wishes are continually marginalized, and herein lies much of the rancor and push back from nationalist Jews, of which I am immeasurably aligned with.

Adding to the morass, the fact that Israel has yet to adopt a Constitution (Professor Paul Eidelberg, a renowned American-Israeli political scientist cited above – a PhD from the University of Chicago – has drafted/shaped many of Israel’s future Constitutional components, and they are held within the Knesset as place markers) muddies the waters. In word and deed, this is a fatal flaw which allows many offenses – which would otherwise be deemed treasonous – to fly under the radar, despite Israel’s Basic Laws.

As to the mental aberration, why Jews (hailing chiefly from the left) side with sworn enemies, well, this is a question which Dr. Kenneth Levin, a Harvard psychiatrist, as well as a PhD historian from Princeton, answered in his masterpiece; a monumental, epoch feat of scholarship “The Oslo Syndrome: Delusions of a People Under Siege.” To make a long story short (and to save myself from a throbbing headache…this subject irks to no end), a chronically besieged people – and the Jewish people qualify like none other – often end up internalizing the hatred and delude themselves about the malevolent intent of their enemies. The visceral, non-quenching hatred is too onerous to bear, therefore, fantasy becomes blurred with reality. Feeling totally out of control, they invent a fairy tale, not unlike chronically abused children. But this is just its tip, the rest must be gleaned through the book itself. It is an eye opener and jaw dropper….

As to the New Israel Fund, its dangers to Israel are such that a separate commentary was written about its noose around Israel’s neck. May they all rot in hell.

Full disclosure: this American-Israeli has a very large extended family in Israel, most of whom are right wing nationalists, while some consider themselves “centrists”, whatever that entails. Be that as it may, every family has its “black sheep”, but these misfits are usually just a familial embarrassment and that’s that. However, “left sheep” are often another breed and herein lies the difference, for they may very well become dangers to the nation. Now, not the sort to name names in this context, but there is one (and may very well be more, since it is hard to keep track of such a large family) Israeli cousin who is a hard core leftist, and she likely gives “aid and comfort” to our Arab enemies. Her FB page (in Hebrew…and this makes it worse, being that it is in the mother tongue) reads like a love/siren song to our Arab enemies and more than a bitch slap to fellow Zionists, let alone family members. Livid.

Alas, everyone (within and outside family confines) is entitled to their political persuasion, but no one is allowed to provide aid to the enemy. Period. In this regard, the above relation is just as dangerous as anyone else, regardless of family kinship.

There is no other group in the world which compares to Islamists in regard to their unparalleled, unabashed, impervious belief in Muslim supremacy. Their “righteous” indignation. Their absolute hegemony. It is this radical ideology which has imperiled the entire world, as they swathe across the globe with unquenchable blood lust. The worst is yet to come. In fact, the “marriage” of Islamists with WMD’s assures a deadly on target outcome.

Aside from countless Islamic attacks – in just a span of a few days – Al Qaeda jihadists (Americans in tandem) mutilated “infidels” in Kenya and it is hardly shocking because barbarism is core to Sharia Law. Without even pausing, fellow Islamists headed to Nigeria and gunned down 50 students, as additional ‘sacrifices’ to Allah – their bloody idol of worship – “Molima Idi Mato of the Yobe state College of Agriculture in rural north-east Nigeria told AP that the gunmen had killed as many as 50 students in their sleep after midnight Saturday. They also torched classrooms. Security forces are still recovering bodies. Some 1,000 students fled. Similar school attacks in the region have kept it on a military state of emergency.”

Islamic adherents, even those who do not actively spill blood, but assist – in a myriad of ways – by lending them cover are equally dangerous. They must be stopped.

WITH the above merely as a backdrop, the leader of the free world promoted a similarly imbued Islamic adherent, Mohamed Elibiary, to a chief position at DHS, even though this Muslim Brotherhood devotee demonstrates a palpable hatred for America and western ‘infidels’. Brazenly evidenced through tweets and social media he feels confident to forge ahead. More specifically, he will subvert America from within via “The Plan“, for at his disposal is the entire spectrum of ‘homeland security’ at his jihadi fingertips. Worse than a national nightmare. Global in scope.

Homeland Security advisor admits radical Islamic ties

Nothing good can ever come from having the proverbial fox guarding the henhouse.

But so it goes with Mohamed Elibiary, the self-described Muslim Brotherhood supporter recently promoted to a senior advisory position within the Department of Homeland Security.

The Washington-based, national security think tank, Center for Security Policy, published a disturbing 33-page report based on a series of interviews with Elibiary about his admitted ties to a man who raised funds for Hamas and “other radical Islamist causes,” all while serving and advising the Obama administration.

Judicial Watch reported on the findings, noting that Elibiary “has regular access to classified information and is a prime mover behind two of the Obama administration’s most dangerous policies; normalizing relations with domestic and foreign Islamist groups (including the Muslim Brotherhood) and arduous enforcement restrictions of laws related to material support for terrorism.

The report gives the following sampling on Elibiary who:

Began as a teenager a tight friendship with a self-described Islamist named Shukri Abu Baker, who later was convicted of financing Hamas through his US Muslim Brotherhood entity, the Holy Land Foundation;

Donated to the Holy Land Foundation monthly since his first encounter with Baker until the Foundation was shut down by the US government;

Defends the innocence of this Hamas financier and depicts his prosecution as a case of political persecution;

Opposes the largest terrorism-financing prosecution in US history and the overall targeting of the US Muslim Brotherhood network;

Admits knowing the Muslim Brotherhood “social network” (as he calls it) in a “much more personal manner than the Average White Guy…”

Supports a partnership with Islamists, particularly the Muslim Brotherhood, in the US and abroad.

“I simply find it counterproductive to American national security interests to treat the Muslim Brotherhood like the mafia, Nazi party, fascists, communists or any other entity we politically ostracize,” Elbiary said, according to the report. “[Muslim Brotherhood members] naturally exist everywhere at this point, but that’s not a problem in and of itself because there have been MB members inside the US abiding by the law for a very long time.”

According to Judicial Watch, who noted the report’s information that Elibiary has ties to a U.S. Islamic group that promotes Sharia “as the only legitimate law according to Islam:”

As troubling as this may seem, Elibiary wields tremendous power in national security issues, promoting a narrative that the Muslim brotherhood and other Islamists are moderates. He has also worked to purge even the most basic information about the doctrinal drivers of terrorism from U.S. government training materials. The root cause of terrorism and Islamic extremism is not the Islamist ideology but legitimate gripes against Western policy, Elibiary insists in the interview.

When former Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced Elibiary’s DHS appointment in 2010 Judicial Watch reported that he was a backer of the Ayatollah Khomeini and a well-known Egyptian jihadist named Sayyid Qutb. In fact, Elibiary participated in a tribute to Khomeini, the ruthless Iranian revolutionary whose teachings continue to govern Middle Eastern terrorist organizations like Al Qaeda. Last year JW reported that Elibiary leaked classified documents to a media outlet that had declined to do a story supposedly exposing DHS’s promotion of “Islamophobia.”

Are we really to feel comfortable that the homeland is secure with Obama administration advisors like this in our midst?

It is not often that two closely fused, but seemingly disparate dynamics merge/meld together like neatly woven threads. Herein lies one such (historical) moment in time.

Readers will recall a recent charge, fully laid out within the following thesis: tragically, under the (mis) reign of Obama Inc. U.S. law enforcement has become increasingly militarized, and it is not for nothing. Far from it. In fact, a fluid plan is in place to call upon regular police forces to clamp down, via martial law, patriotic unrest, which will result (sooner or later…as night follows day) from all the purposeful deconstruction and destruction within America by Obama Inc – one pillar at a time.

So while their plans march on, so too are patriots planning their own revolts. Slowly, but surely, they are taking charge of their fates, and even smaller events will “progressively” reach their breaking/boiling point.

However, this go around, piggybacking upon the biker’s collective ride, along comes non-intimidated truckers, as they prepare to up the ante. Time will tell how many police agencies throw off the yoke of the dictatorial Feds and abide by their sworn obligation to protect the people, even if it means confronting their own dictatorial leaders!

TRUCKERS AIM FOR ‘ARRESTS’ IN CONGRESS

Bikers came to Washington, D.C., by the thousands only a few weeks ago to express their patriotism for their country and their frustration at those running it, and only days later truckers in a loosely defined group holding a conversation on Facebook said they would do something similar.

The details now are becoming clear, and one component of the trucking fraternity has announced plans for arrests.

Of members of Congress.

With or without help from police.

According to a new report Monday in US News, a coordinator for the “Truckers Ride for the Constitution” rally said truckers not only will clog highways in Washington, express their frustrations and their opposition to political agendas, they will do so emphatically.

“We are not going to ask for impeachment,” Earl Conlon told US News. “We are coming whether they like it or not. We’re not asking for impeachment, we’re asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office.”

The report said Conlon had cited a citizens’ grand jury as the means for indictments. That movement already has “indicted” Obama and other federal officials, but as they are jurors convening without a court sponsorship, their charges largely have not gone far.

Conlon told US News this might be different.

“We want these people arrested, and we’re coming in with the grand jury to do it,” he told the publication. “We are going to ask the law enforcement to uphold their constitutional oath and make these arrests. If they refuse to do it, by the power of the people of the United States and the people’s grand jury, they don’t want to do it, we will. … We the people will find a way.”

Conlon, from Georgia, said he is handling logistics for the Oct. 11 rally, and said the drivers will circle the city “three lanes deep.”

But he did not explain how an “arrest” would be made without approval of existing – and armed – law enforcement agencies.

Conlon said truckers think Obama committed “treason” by allegedly funneling weapons to al-Qaida-linked rebels in Syria, and members of Congress in support of the Syrian rebels are accessories.

Organizers say thousands of truckers already have confirmed plans to participate.

“If all I get is one or two congressmen walked out of there in handcuffs, that will be a shot across the bow that will ripple across all branches of government. … I hope they are all civil enough and brave enough to step out onto the congressional steps,” Conlon said.

WND previously has reported that some participants say they do want impeachment.

In fact, WND recently reported that truckers calling for the restoration of a constitutional republic were joining with other Americans rallying on overpasses across the nation for Obama’s impeachment.

Sources reported the truckers were teaming up with Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment to line the routes into Washington with flags during the Oct. 11-13 event.

Truckers Ride for the Constitution leader and organizer Zeeda Andrews, a country singer and former truck driver, said Overpasses Founder James Neighbors reached out to her, suggesting the two groups form an alliance. Neighbors said the partnership is a “natural” merger for a common cause.

“Thousands of truckers have seen us across America,” he said. “We’ve gotten emails from them, thanking us for waking them up. The biker ride in D.C. happened. Then, the next thing you know, the trucker thing did, and we got even more emails from truckers across the country, thanking us.”

He added, “We are going to be out on the overpasses and at truck stops, encouraging the truckers to head to D.C., to join in with the others. They, in exchange, are encouraging their families who are at home to join us on the overpasses.”

Facebook tries to shut truckers down

It was shortly after they were starting to organize, on Sept. 22, that Facebook removed the truckers’ Facebook page, “Truckers to Shutdown America,” which had accumulated 86,000 “likes” within days of its launch.

“Political opponents attacked the Truckers to Shutdown America page within days, and they exploited a little known (to the public) feature on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter called ‘community standards’ flagging, which allows them to instantaneously shut down an account on these social media platforms,” the truckers group explained in a press release.

“[A]n administrator of the page offended someone by saying, ‘God bless you, and God bless America.”

According to the group, radio talk-host Pete Santelli, of “The Pete Santelli Show,” has indicated that he “intends to take legal action against YouTube and Twitter on behalf of all truckers, their supporters, as well as other members of the public who are similarly harmed by these unconstitutional ‘community standards.’”

The truckers also then launched their website, RideForTheConstitution.org, and created a second Facebook page called, “Truckers Ride for the Constitution.”

‘Wake up the sleeping giant’

What do they intend to accomplish with a convoy into Washington and nationwide rallies on overpasses?

Neighbors explained, “The goal is to wake up the sleeping giant, the people of America.”

Truckers co-organizer Benn Pam said the rally will be quite a patriotic scene.

“I think it’s great,” he said. “There are going to be thousands of trucks on the highways, flying flags. There are all of those people who are in the Overpasses campaign flying flags. Between the two groups, we may be covering a good part of the national highway network.”

Officials expect more organizationsto join the rally.

Time to rally, contact lawmakers

Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment national coordinator and co-founder Rick Halle said he’s hopeful that the event will get Congress to remember its commitment to the Constitution.

“The ultimate result would be for our representatives to start taking their oath to protect and defend the Constitution seriously,” he said. “At the very least, we will get the message out to others who believe, as we do, that government corruption is rampant and that they are not alone.”

However, Halle admitted that Congress will only feel pressure if enough people rally in the streets and make their voices heard by calling their lawmakers.

“We believe that we will also wake some people up so they start paying attention,” he said. “If enough people wake up and start contacting their representatives, then we believe that they will have no choice but to take notice.”

NOT unlike their biker counterparts, truckers are not exactly timid types, and they tend to be the sort to deal with conflict head on. And while the bikers elicited a whole lot of noise and muscle, they also set the pace for a picked up showdown.

In reality, what are the chances that the anger of these two subgroups is a good thing for the namby pamby leftists in Capitol Hill, and will turn out the way Obama Inc. wants it to? Simply put, who are they more likely to take seriously: general naysayers, or the above group of action-oriented patriots?

NOW, clearly the co-opted enforcement agencies will, for the most part, obey “dear leader”, however, revolutions start out when least expected. It is the convergence of 5 plus years of anti-American putsches placed upon the American people, with the culmination of Obamacare’s vise-grip, which has awakened the once sleeping patriotic giant.

So, if you are inclined to place bets, this American-Israeli suggests wagering on the above patriots, and they will be joined by other subgroups in the near future, evidenced by the SEALS joining in too. The (patriotic) genie will hardly go back into the bottle.

And while PA Arab terrorists spawn from a variety of splintered factions, a preponderance are Islamic adherents in toto. As a matter of factual record, ever since the accursed Oslo “Peace”/Death Accords – demonstrably delineated as Professor Louis Rene Beres deconstructs the tangled narrative of the “peace” process – the very same PLO/PA/Fatah “peace” partners, currently sitting across the table from Israel’s delusional leaders, were birthed from the PFLP’s Marxist roots. Their godfather, “Chairman” Arafat, received his KBG tutelage under their Marxist umbrella. You know, the very same terror leader who received the Nobel ‘Peace’ Prize, as he spoke from the halls of the UN with a schmatta on his head and a pistol holstered to his hip, proudly cursing the PA’s erstwhile partners for “peace”! Twisted insanity.

Never mind. Once upon a time, the Palestinian terror movement against Israel was plainly “multipolar.” With substantially more constituent centers of regional power, a frankly common Palestinian ideology was unnecessary. In those “early days,” going all the way back to 1948, what really mattered was a conspicuously expressed antipathy to “The Jews.”

In some ways, at least for Israel’s self-declared Palestinian enemies, those early days were a sort of Dickensian “best of times.” Under a broadly welcoming canopy, Palestinian “diversity” was able to emerge and reign triumphant; even certain atheistic and Marxist elements were then generally permitted to make collaborative cause with “Islamic fundamentalists.” Emphasizing operational collaboration, no particular ideology was encouraged or allowed to become a singularly dominant or hegemonic orthodoxy.

In short, regarding policy matters of the Palestinian terror movement, convenience and mutuality of interest defined both the guiding standard, and the unifying watchword.

Here, history is clear. An apparent largesse was evident even inside Yasser Arafat’s Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), the umbrella terror group formed in 1964. Significantly, that was three years prior to the Six Day War, hence, three years before there were any so-called “Israel Occupied Territories.”

What was the PLO actually seeking to “liberate,” during those three particular years?

This is not a minor, or outdated query. It is a distinctly core question, one that should now be asked, especially of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, and U.S. President Barack Obama.

The answer, of course, was (and remains) all of Israel, all of the micro-state that is still identified on both Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hamas maps, as “Occupied Palestine.” But, today, despite an enduringly bitter “bipolar” schism between the two principal surviving Palestinian factions, there are compellingly new requirements for permission to join in the exterminatory battle against Israel. More precisely, all prospective Arab “liberators” must now first accept and meet a qualifying litmus test of Islamic purity.

Now, only Jihadists, only those who are properly in Ribat (religious conflict, fighting for “Islamic land”), can participate meaningfully in the divinely-mandated “armed struggle.” The overall fight, it follows, has changed from being a preeminently secular and tactical conflict, to one that may wittingly ignore all of the more ordinary or usual strategic imperatives. This all-consuming “struggle,” expressed as terror, is founded upon certain overriding commitments to “sacred violence.” In other words, it is, most essentially, a present-day expression of religious sacrifice

Basically, the relevant “anthropology” is straightforward. For the Palestinian terror movement against Israel, violence and the sacred remain inseparable. Indeed, religious sacrifice is what Palestinian insurgency is now ultimately all about.

Looking even more deeply, Palestinian terrorism, in the fashion of all religious sacrifice, is intended to protect the Palestinian community from its own violence. By carefully choosing victims outside itself, the terror-sacrificers are thereby able to erect a suitably protective cordon sanitaire, prevent outside “contagion,” and expectedly restore harmony to their otherwise explosive community.

In the Islamic Middle East, religion instructs Palestinians as to what must be done to stave off any insufferable intra-communal harms. The main lesson is focused on the surrogate victim, here, the “Israeli,” the “Zionist,” or the “Jew.” Sacrificed by a thoroughly primal religious dogma that merely masquerades as politics, it is inevitably this proxy victim of terrorism, and this scapegoat alone, who can presumably rescue the terrorists from themselves.

Vital foundational links between religious sacrifice and violent insurgency have had a long and potentially instructive history. To acknowledge and gain useful insight from this pertinent chronology, we may look back to ancient Greece, specifically, to Plutarch.

The first century biographer’s Sayings of Spartan Mothers, names the proper female parent as one who had deliberately reared her sons for civic sacrifice. Such a venerated Greek mother was always relieved to learn that a son had died “in a manner worthy of his self, his country and his ancestors.” On the other hand, those “unworthy” Spartan sons who had failed to live up to this enviably bold standard of sacrifice, were carefully singled out for both unqualified reprimand, and community-wide humiliation.

One woman, we may learn, whose son had been the sole survivor of a disastrous military engagement, killed him brutally, with a tile. Culturally, it seems, this was then the only fitting punishment for his incontestable cowardice. Later, the eighteenth-century Swiss (Genevan) philosopher, Jean Jacques Rousseau, citing to Plutarch, described another citizen-mother’s tale as follows: “A Spartan woman had five sons in the army and was awaiting news of the battle. A Helot (slave) arrives trembling; she asks him for the news. `Your five sons were killed.’ `Base slave, did I ask you that?’ The slave responds: `We won the victory.’ The mother runs to the temple, and gives enthusiastic thanks to the gods.”

But why relate these seemingly irrelevant tales from ancient Greece? The answer is simple. There are serious lessons here for Israel, especially as U.S. President Barack Obama continues unhesitatingly to reinvigorate the “Road Map.” Even now, it is impossible to deny that the deepest roots of Jihadist terror originate from cultures that display similar views of sacrifice.

In these largely adversarial and mostly Arab cultures, the key purpose of sacrifice always extends beyond any presumed expectations of civic necessity. This rationale goes directly to the very heart of individual human fear; that is, to the palpable and mesmerizing locus of existential dread.

Here, today, in the Arab Middle East, terrorism, as sacrificial practice, has become a sacred expression of religious obligation.

In these largely faith-based cultures, sacrifice derives, in part, from a desperately hoped-for conquest of personal death. Above all, by adopting such practice, the Jihadist terrorist expects, often desperately, to overcome or conquer his own terrifying mortality.

Even Palestinian-American terrorist, U.S. Army Major Nidal Hasan, actively sought the death sentence for his murder spree at Fort Hood on November 5, 2009. As he explained in open court, “If I die by lethal injection, I would still be a martyr.”

What could be more clear? What earthly promise could possibly be more gratifying than a pledged conferral of immortality? What promise could possibly be easier to understand?

Americans – and westerners in general – are conditioned to believe that their leaders, especially their top leadership, are allowed to execute this and that without qualification. Not exactly. Yes, there are Constitutional constraints, but there are always measures to circumvent Congress, particularly via Executive Orders. Indeed, Presidents have utilized them over the years, some more sparingly than others. But it is not the quantity which is at issue here, but the (legal) quality.

And herein lies the crux: whatever ones party affiliation, the fact of the matter is that it has always been a given – that is, up until now – that the leader of the free world has America’s best interests at heart, even if one disagrees with their methods of governing. Not anymore. It is this core differential which lies at the root of America’s deep divisions; with those who support Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s “transformation”, as opposed to those who vehemently want to block its implementation. The readers know where this blogger stands. EVERY patriot must take a stand. No more pussyfooting around.

In this regard, why should anyone be shocked by the above, for it is not a secret wherein the POTUS’s familial roots lie, even though a herculean effort is in play to block its full viewing. But the double whammy is that he is a hybrid, and this is not in relation to his bi-racial background. Not at all. It revolves around his red/green alliances and his allegiances thereof.

More specifically, the case was made for impeachment herein, and this was not done with malice aforethought, even if not a direct legal parallel. The fact of the matter is, if this was a criminal case, the provable elements would be overwhelmingly in favor of patriotic Americans.

Consider, and just as a foretaste: how much proof is needed to call for Obama’s impeachment? Adding to the weight of the indictment, back in Nov. 2012, as Benghazigate’s bubblings came to the fore, there was sufficient reason to probe further into Obama Inc.’s anti-American thrust. Most significantly, the POTUS’s impeachment looms ever larger, as his Brotherhood Mafia holds a sword of blackmail over his head! Thus, an increased rallying cry can be heard above the din, calling for his removal.

According to U.S. Code 18 USC Section 2339A, it is a treasonous act to arm a State Department-designated terrorist group. Barack Obama on September 16, 2013 signed an executive order essentially exempting himself from the law in order to allow him to send thousands of tons of weapons to what he calls “freedom fighters”—the Syrian rebels that openly identify with al-Qaeda. The executive order, however, is not retroactive. This means that the 1000 tons of weapons that our own CIA distributed to the rebels on August 21, 2013— including thousands of shoulder-fired missiles capable of taking down a commercial airliner—is clearly a treasonous act. In fact, this was just one of dozens of weapon transfers prior to September 16, 2013 that the Obama administration has made to a terrorist group that murdered thousands of Americans on 9/11.

One must internalize the depths Obama & goons will go to to silence those who dare to criticize their dictates, especially those with the “audacity” to do so in full national view! Just use your imagination, then place yourselves within any strong-arm dictatorship, and think of this moment in American history as the “softening up” process. The warning shot across the bow. Obey “dear leader”…or else.

Mind you, this is a not regime which tolerates any dissent, as “mysterious’ deaths have become “fall-back” options. But the IRS, in and of itself, is the most feared behemoth within American society, as it touches almost every citizen’s life, one way or another, therefore, its illegal co-option is more than threatening.

IRSgate clearly demonstrates its gargantuan reach, and the resonance it has with (most) Americans, regardless of other societal divisions.

So, along comes Dr. Ben Carson, an erudite, powerful speaker, let alone a renowned neurosurgeon, as he tears apart Obama Inc. and its push towards “affordable” healthcare, all the while attending a prayer breakfast as a featured speaker! Talk about a bushwhack between their eyes, and then some. Huh…and Obama’s goons decided to get even….instead of reflecting on this world class doctor’s recommendations and insights. What a bunch of no talent (other than for deconstruction and destruction) governmental ingrates.

Just months after he gave a speech earlier this year that challenged America’s leadership in President Obama’s presence, Dr. Ben Carson was targeted by IRS agents who requested to review his real estate holdings and then conducted a full audit without finding any wrongdoing.

“I guess it could be a coincidence, but I never had been audited before and never really had any encounters with the IRS,” Dr. Carson said in an interview Thursday with The Washington Times. “But it certainly would make one suspicious because we know now the IRS has been used for political purposes and therefore actions like this come under suspicion.”

Dr. Carson is a world-renown neurosurgeon whose rise from poverty and a single family home, and his medical work with pediatric patients was celebrated in a movie called “Gifted Hands.”

He has electrified the conservative world with speeches and columns since his February National Prayer Breakfast speech in front of Mr. Obama, in which he decried the “moral decay and fiscal irresponsibility” of America in recent years. He writes a weekly column for The Times.

Dr. Carson first hinted at the problem earlier this week during a speech in Alabama when he made a vague reference to having his first “encounter with the IRS” earlier this year.

Dr. Carson told The Times that IRS agents contacted him in June — less than four months after the speech — and requested to review his real estate holdings. After finding nothing that concerned them, the agents then informed him they were conducting a full audit of his finances, and then asked to go back an additional year to review his records, he said.

They finally ended the review in August after finding no problems, Dr. Carson said.

“They told me everything was in good standing and left,” he said.

Asked whether he thought the audit was a retaliation for his speech, Dr. Carson quipped: “I guess I’m surprised it took them that long.”

He said the more serious issue is that the IRS has been politicized — “something that should never have happened” — and that leaves all of its activities open to suspicion.

Most succinctly, back in February 2013, Real Clear Politics tells the tale in ‘Somebody Has To Stand Up To The Bullies’. The righteous and valiant doc calls Obama Inc. what they truly are and smacks them broadside too. Oh yeah.

In this regard, a previous commentary relates why Obama Inc. is hell bent on imposing Obamacare, and its essence lies in ultimate control, not only of a significant portion of the economy, but as a path to gun control.

As such, what are the chances that the IRS and other entities, won’t be utilized to silence and more, as many of their enforcement agents will now be carrying shotguns? Less than slim to none. A piker’s dream.
