JUST as one cannot avert whiplash, so too it is impossible to close ones eyes (fast enough) to the continuous horrors spilling forth from the Islamic world. But even if a person possessed the ability to spin like a dervish, well, it wouldn’t be in one’s power to avoid the fall out.

WHEREAS Americans (westerners alike) are transfixed by the overwhelming carnage, many can’t help but wonder: where is the Islamist-in-Chief’s outrage (ala the same soap box he ascends when opining about the “heavy-handed” tactics used by the police against Black “youths”) when it comes to all the death and destruction perpetrated by the hands of many millions of Islam’s Sharia law adherents? Indeed, he is stone silent vis-a-vis their cruelty. In reality, HUSSEIN Obama’s shrill statements that Islam is a “religion of peace” have become akin to his second skin. What’s up with his selective outrage?

INDEFENSIBLY, by standing behind this vile mantra, all the crimes committed thereof – at least within a civilized society – renders Obama Inc. guilty as charged. In other words, by exhorting the so-called “peaceful” appendage of Islam, his support defies anyone to dare to criticize Islam’s barbarism!

ALONG this trajectory, let’s be blunt and brutally honest: sex with children has always been an Islamic “norm” and underpinned by Islamic rulings, most recently via the latest:

You should know that the “religion of peace” says it’s perfectly okay for an adult male to “marry,” that is, rape the girl.

Grand Mufti Abdulzaiz’s more recent ruling on marrying young girls comes following a similar ruling in 2011 by Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a prominent cleric and member of the Saudi’s highest religious council, who issued a fatwa, or religious edict, that there is no minimum age to marry girls, “even if they are in the cradle.”

There is nothing in Islamic, or Shariah law, that sets a minimum age limit on marrying girls.

Scholars say the age of marrying young girls and consummating the “marriage” is based on the example set by Muhammad when he married Aisha when she was no more than seven years of age, consummating the marriage when she was nine.

“The grand point of the Saudi fatwa, however, is not that girls as young as nine can be married, based on Muhammad’s example, but rather that there is no age limit whatsoever,” Middle East expert Raymond Ibrahim writes in Middle East Forum. “The only question open to consideration is whether the girl is physically capable of handling her ‘husband.’ The lives of countless young girls are devastated because of this teaching.”

Ibrahim cited the cases of an 8-year-old girl who died on her “wedding” night when her “husband” raped her; and a 10-year-old girl who hid from her 80-year-old “husband.”

SO in light of these sordid revelations, doesn’t it make “sense” that a veritable “meat market” of kiddies – entrepreneur-like – is common practice within the Islamic world, as demonstrated in Syria?

Arab men buy Syrian teen girls for marriage and sex, and according to Arab media most of the Syrian refugee girls are being sold to Saudi Arabia.

The only thing we currently hear about is that one can get a Syrian wife for 100 dinars (about $140), writes the Jordanian commentator Maher Abu Tair.

He also writes that it is a combination of the low price and the virtually non-existent conditions from the families, that has a large number of Arab men flocking to the refugee camps for the little Syrian girls.

At various forums on Internet, Arab men are seeking Syrian girls for marriage, and the requests are rife.

According to commentators, not a single imam or religious scholar has renounced the abuse. On the contrary. “There is nothing wrong with such marriages if men can afford to pay,” said the Libyan imam, Sheik Ashraf al-Aqrabi.

PRESENTING, “Consent to Hate Islam & Pure Muslims” by Dave Gaubatz –

The title of this article is “Consent to Hate Islam & Pure Muslims.” This is a very controversial title and I ask all readers to read each line before concluding I am a hater, racist, or “Islamophobe.” If you agree with my analysis of Islam and Muslims please make a comment. If you disagree I welcome the comments as well. In short, people around the world have a justifiable right to hate all of Islam and in addition to hate all Pure Muslims.

During my years of writing articles and conducting firsthand research I have always used the following definition of a Muslim: “A Muslim is a person who follows Islam and all aspects of Sharia law. If a person defines themselves as a Muslim and rejects even one aspect of Sharia law, this person, in accordance with Islam itself, is an ‘Apostate of Islam.’ They are not Muslims”. This being said, a ‘Pure Muslim’ – and not the millions of people who identify with Islam but reject Sharia law – are dangerous, violent, hate Jews and Christians, hate homosexuals, demean women, approve of the raping of a child as Mohammed did, and desire a world dominated by Islam and Sharia law are bad, bad, people. The people who give their approval of the above have no reason to expect love from the people who do not condone the rape of children, hatred of Jews and Christians, etc… The Pure Muslims should expect no right to live and work in America.

I have been to over 275 mosques in America, and more throughout the Middle East. My research has indicated that about 1/4 of the people attending mosques are ‘Pure Muslims’. This equates to a couple of million Muslims in America who desire to kill your children and mine. Although I consider myself a Christian, I do not love anyone who wants to hurt America, Israel, and our children. I leave it to GOD to love ‘Pure Muslims’, but as a mortal I can not do so.

People around the world must come to realize the Islamic ideology has no place in the civilized world. It must be destroyed by branding it as evil and an ideology formed by Satan himself. I am far from being a Christian scholar, but I find it hard to believe that any ideology that condones the rape of a six year old girl (as Mohammed did) is something the GOD of Christians and Jews desires. My definition of GOD is one who loves all good people and especially our children. Our GOD does not want a child to be harmed by any person or approved by any ideology.

The recent terrorist attack against Pamella Geller in Texas was an attack against America, Israel, and all non believers of Islam. We will see many more of these attacks as I predicted for many years. {blogger’s note: please refer to this interview, it more than clarifies the upcoming storm} The attacks will become more violent and will be directed at our children. We will see innocent children killed, kidnapped as sex slaves, and an overall attempt to make the parents of children suffer tremendously. It is not pleasant to address these violent activities, but if I do not, who will?

I recall as a child wondering how the world could stand by and allow six million (during WWII) plus innocent Jews to die in the most sadistic ways imaginable. I now wonder why people around the world allow Islam to flourish and allow Pure Muslims who kill millions to live as free citizens.

It is now time for Americans, Israelis, and all good people to stand strong and destroy Islam and the people who desire to destroy us. If the world does not come together we will indeed lose our freedoms, our country, and most importantly our children.

In America we have a president who hates America, the U.S. Constitution, and anyone who does not approve of the Islamic ideology. Obama is not a good person and our current political, Christian, and Jewish leaders must demand his resignation. Few people will step up and identify Obama as a Muslim. I do.

For decades I was appointed by the U.S. government to investigate and analyze people and organizations who are a threat to America. My analysis and identifying people and organizations who want to destroy America was accepted by all levels of our government. My reports were classified at the Secret and Top Secret levels. I do not expect our current politicians to protect America. The protection of America is up to our city, county, and state law enforcement agencies, and our military Generals to denounce Obama and his crew as a threat to U.S. National Security.

In conclusion, I hope all will come to hate Islam and Pure Muslims. I talk with hundreds of people and get thousands of emails from people who also hate Islam and its followers. The majority agree with my analysis, but the majority are scared to come forward and be as harsh against Islam and Pure Muslims as I do. You must come forward and express this view publicly, despite the threats by Islamic terrorists and their supporters. Your failure to do so will condemn our children to future violence in the name of Islam.

Al-Qaeda’s MIT Base:Derelict MIT Admins & Brotherhood’s MSA Plotters! The Linkage. Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

IT goes without saying, individuals who are deeply immersed in tracking and hunting the Brotherhood Mafia have a jump on those who are not similarly inclined. And since this investigative journalist is duly connected with all the pertinent aspects of the jihadi arena, suffice to state that nothing asserted within these pages is speculative and based on pure conjecture. Rather, its basis is borne out by more than open source. Much more.

WITH that being said, before we get to the Brotherhood Mafia’s embedded cesspool within MIT (all over American and Canadian campuses alike), it is imperative to give credit where it is due: unarguably, in the respective fields of scientific research, engineering and technology, it is one of the most acclaimed powerhouses in the world. This review is borne out through a qualified personal intersection; a recognition of what it means to attend this (otherwise) esteemed institution. Yes, hardly a biased assessment, and one which is shared by many world over. But make no mistake, their jihadi connection is irreparably tarring a heretofore pristine academic reputation. It is a grave situation, and it reverberates far beyond the campus quad. It is what it is.

BE that as it may, while some of the brightest students are busy absorbing material from its world class profs – highly sought after experts in their fields – how many realize that members of its Muslim Student Association (MSA) have an entirely different mission statement, a ‘higher’ calling, so to speak?

On its website, the MSA describes its emergence as spontaneous and disavows any link to foreign governments.[5] In fact, the creation of the MSA resulted from Saudi-backed efforts to found Islamic bodies internationally in the 1960s. Alex Alexiev of the Center for Security Policy states,

The Saudis over the years set up a number of large front organizations, such as the World Muslim League, the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, the Al Haramain Foundation, and a great number of Islamic “charities.” While invariably claiming that they were private, all of these groups were tightly controlled and financed by the Saudi government and the Wahhabi clergy.[6]

In the United States, two leading Saudi-backed organizations were the MSA and the Islamic Society of North America (the MSA’s adult counterpart), both of which received major funding, direction, and influence from Riyadh.

Personnel, money, and institutional linkages bound these organizations together from their inception, and all roads led eventually to Riyadh. Ahmad Totonji, an MSA co-founder, later served as vice-president for the notorious Saudi SAAR Foundation (a network of charities named after Saudi benefactor Sulayman ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ar-Rajhi), which closed down in 2001 after federal agents discovered links to terrorist groups.[7] Another MSA co-founder, Ahmad Sakr, served on a number of Saudi-affiliated organizations, such as the World Council of Mosques. The MSA is very much a result of Saudi “petro-Islam” diplomacy.

Current estimates suggest that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spends $4 billion annually on international aid, with two-thirds of that sum devoted to strictly Islamic development. Much of this largesse has ended up at Islamist organizations like MSA. Funded through private donations or through foundations and charities (only some of which the MSA officially reports),[8] MSA offers its Saudi benefactors a powerful tool. However, until the MSA’s tax records are made public (on January 14, 2004, the Senate Finance Committee publicized a list of Islamic organizations whose financial records are sought, including the MSA),[9] the exact extent of foreign funding for the organization cannot be known.

But even without the tax records, there is plenty of evidence for the MSA’s strident advocacy of the Saudi-style Wahhabi interpretation of Islam. In “Wahhabism: A Critical Essay,” Hamid Algar of the University of California-Berkeley writes,

Some Muslim student organizations have functioned at times as Saudi-supported channels for the propagation of Wahhabism abroad, especially in the United States … Particularly in the 1960s and 1970s, no criticism of Saudi Arabia would be tolerated at the annual conventions of the MSA. The organization has, in fact, consistently advocated theological and political positions derived from radical Islamist organizations, including the Muslim Brotherhood and Jamaati Islam.[10]

The MSA has played a major role in spreading Wahhabism. “Its numerous local chapters,” Algar explains, “would make available at every Friday prayer large stacks of the [Mecca-based] World Muslim League’s publications, in both English and Arabic. Although the MSA progressively diversified its connections with Arab states, official approval of Wahhabism remained strong.”[11]

Stephen Schwartz goes further, stating in his June 2003 testimony to the U.S. Senate’s Subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security,

Shia and other non-Wahhabi Muslim community leaders estimate that 80 percent of American mosques out of a total ranging between an official estimate of 1,200 and an unofficial figure of 4-6,000 are under Wahhabi control … Wahhabi control over mosques means control of property, buildings, appointment of imams, training of imams, content of preaching including faxing of Friday sermons from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and of literature distributed in mosques and mosque bookstores, notices on bulletin boards, and organizational and charitable solicitation … The main organizations that have carried out this campaign are the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which originated in the Muslim Students’ Association of the U.S. and Canada (MSA), and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).[12]

The MSA reflects a prime characteristic of militant Islamic groups: a refusal to acknowledge the legitimacy of secular society and personal spirituality. The MSA’s Starters Guide contains an open call to Islamicize campus politics:

It should be the long-term goal of every MSA to Islamicize the politics of their respective university … the politicization of the MSA means to make the MSA more of a force on internal campus politics. The MSA needs to be a more “In-your-face” association.[13]

IN light of the above disinfectant, a previous commentary comes into sharp relief. Resultant, the following bears the utmost scrutiny:

At the end of April, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology unveiled a permanent memorial to MIT Police Officer Sean Collier. Officer Collier was gunned down by the Boston Marathon bombers, Chechen refugees Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, three days after they blew up the Marathon.

It is painful to learn that in the late 1990s, there were students at MIT who helped recruit for the Chechen jihad and raised funds for Al Qaeda-affiliated groups operating in the Tsarnaevs’ homeland. It is even more painful that the man who led this fundraising effort was still on MIT’s staff when Officer Collier was gunned down.

Suheil Laher had been MIT’s Muslim chaplain for almost 20 years. Today he continues to preach at the Islamic Society of Boston, the extremist mosque founded by MIT students near campus, where the Tsarnaevs worshipped during their radicalization.

Americans for Peace and Tolerance have just released a mini-documentary, “Al Qaeda’s Base at MIT,” showing how MIT Muslim chaplain Suheil Laher used his leadership of the MIT Muslim Students Association as a vehicle for raising money for Al Qaeda causes around the world. We especially focus on the Al Qaeda affiliate in Chechnya, which Laher and his associates lionized, even as MIT trusted him to be its Muslim students’ spiritual guide.

Suheil Laher came to MIT as a student in 1990 and by 1998, he became the MIT Muslim chaplain. By the year 2000, he also became president of a Muslim charity based in Boston called Care International, which was founded by Osama Bin Laden’s mentor Abdullah Azzam and was originally called “Al Kifah Refugee Center.” Care International was, in essence, a fundraising vehicle for mujahideen. After the leader of Al Kifah in Brooklyn, “the Blind Sheikh” Omar Abdel-Rehman, was convicted for his role in the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, Boston’s Care International took over as Al Qaeda’s main base in the United States. Laher, then, was quite an important figure in Al Qaeda’s leadership here. His perch at MIT meant that he had easy access to the best American Muslim minds – and their world-class technical skills.

As a religious scholar and an engineer, Laher was both the spiritual and technological leader of Care International. He pioneered the Jihadist use of the new Internet medium to fundraise and recruit for Al Qaeda causes online. Laher’s personal website prominently featured Abdullah Azzam’s notorious call to Jihad, a tract called “Join the Caravan:”

Beloved brother! Draw your sword, climb onto the back of your horse, and wipe the blemish off your ummah. If you do not take the responsibility, who then will?

That same Jihadist tract was found on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s computer.

Laher’s website contained a large collection of his writings and of sermons he gave in the Boston area. These sermons are replete with calls for Jihad, such as this passage:

When the Muslim lands are being attacked, and the Muslims are being raped and killed, the only solution prescribed by Allah is jihad. Jihad is for all times. […] Jihad does not stop. Those of us who have not yet managed to go and physically help our brothers and sisters should support […] our mujahidin brethren with prayer, with money, with clothes, by taking care of their families, and at some point in person. Otherwise, we must face the wrath of Allah.

One of the MIT students who answered Laher’s call to join the Jihad in person was a bright young biologist named Aafia Siddiqui (blogger’s note: refer to ‘Scrutiny One’). She started out as a passionate and prolific fundraiser for Care International, but by the time she was arrested by the FBI in Afghanistan in 2008, she was known as “Lady Al Qaeda” and had become the most wanted woman in the world. She is now serving an 86-year prison sentence for attempting to kill the FBI agents arresting her. Her belongings upon arrest included two pounds of cyanide and plans for mass casualty attacks on New York using chemical and biological weapons, as well as literature about the Ebola virus.

While Laher’s sermons preached the general Islamic obligation to do Jihad, Care International’s website along with its newsletter “Al Hussam” (“The Sword”) promoted what Laher and his fellow Care leaders saw as the concrete performance of that responsibility. In the late 1990s, Care International focused its fundraising activity on the Russian breakaway republic of Chechnya. Specifically, Care International backed the Al Qaeda-affiliated terrorists under the leadership of Chechen warlord Shamil Basayev.

Basayev can arguably be described as one of the cruelest Islamic terrorists in modern Jihadist history. Our documentary recounts one of his cruelest acts: the Beslan School Massacre. On September 1, 2004, during a ceremony marking the first day of school, Basayev’s men surrounded the school in the town of Beslan in southern Russia and took over 1,100 people hostage, nearly eight hundred of them children. They murdered several people on the spot in front of the children and herded everyone into a sweltering gymnasium, where the hostages were kept without food or water for three days as bombs were hung up from the rafters and basketball hoops above them. On the third day, the terrorists started setting off the bombs and Russian security forces stormed the school as shell-shocked children ran the other way and were shot in the back by the terrorists. Three hundred and eighty five people were murdered, among them one hundred and eighty six children. Subsequently, Shamil Basayev bragged about his “success” at Beslan and the fact that the attack only cost him 8,000 Euros to launch. He was killed by Russian security forces in 2006.

Care International raised huge amounts of money for jihad around Boston, $1.7 million according to Federal authorities. A large portion of this money came through checks that were specifically earmarked for “Chechen Muslim fighters.” Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, Care International hosted dispatches and communiques from Basayev and his forces in the field. A Care International “Al Hussam” newsletter praised a previous Basayev hostage operation against a Russian hospital’s maternity ward:

Minute by minute the whole world watched with agony, as some of the Mujahideen (not exceeding 80), under the leadership of Mujahid Shamil Basyev took 1500 Russians […] We cannot depend on anybody’s help; we have to fight evil with evil. The operation of the Mujahid Shamil Basayev is perfect proof.

How could MIT’s Muslim chaplain have led a group that applauded and funded such a savage?

In 2003, the FBI began investigating Care International for terrorism financing. At the same time, Basayev and his organization were designated as foreign terrorists. The flow of money from Boston to Chechnya stopped. After the Beslan Massacre, Basayev complained that the lack of funding prevented him from seizing more schools in Moscow and Leningrad. Because Basayev was not officially considered a terrorist before 2003, there was little the FBI could do to prosecute Laher and his fellow activists. Three Care leaders, including the group’s treasurer, received minor sentences for tax evasion. After being questioned by the FBI, Laher walked free and continued to influence students at MIT for more than another decade. His successor as MIT’s Muslim Chaplain, Hoda Elsharkawy, is herself closely linked through her husband to Laher and to Islamic extremism in Boston, which will be the focus of our future reporting.

While Laher officially stepped down from his post as MIT chaplain in 2014, he continues to preach at mosques in the Boston area, including the Tsarnaev’s own mosque, the Islamic Society of Boston – giving a sermon there as recently as May 1, 2015. The ISB was founded by MIT students who purchased a building just down the street from campus and Laher regularly preached there. Beyond this, there is no evidence to indicate that Laher influenced the Tsarnaevs directly. Nevertheless, the legacy of radicalism at the Tsarnaevs’ mosque is very much tied to MIT and the Jihadist ideology that Laher preached as its Muslim Chaplain….

THIS investigative journalist is hardly being petty in stating the obvious: since the Islamist-in-Chief broke the backs of America’s security arms, what exactly did everyone think the expected outcome would be, other than a castrated FBI and a ‘game’ of catch up? Sheesh.

AND when America’s (DHS-related) security umbrellas are beholden to Muslim Brotherhood front groups, aren’t they too complicit in whatever shakes out under their watch? Incontestably.

BUT to be even more exact, CAIR – even as the Feds are now running for cover – is still their ‘go to’ address re Islamic this and that. Yes, they are. This is manifestly the case, even though the same Feds identified the Brotherhood Mafia as the main incubators of jihadi terror within the US!

In what some experts have termed a hostile “political warfare campaign” driven by an alliance between the administration, Islamic organizations and cooperating media figures, analysts and subject matter experts were blacklisted, and books and training materials were purged from official counter-terrorism training programs government-wide.

This “purge” has contributed to clues being missed by the FBI in major terrorism cases, including last year’s bombing of the Boston Marathon recounted this past September in an episode of For The Record:

One of the first indicators of these efforts was the cancellation of an anti-terrorism conference scheduled for August 10-12, 2011 hosted by the CIA’s Threat Management Unit.

As reported by veteran Pentagon reporter Bill Gertz at the Washington Times, the conference was cancelled at the demand of Islamic groups who objected to presentations that were to be conducted by former Joint Chiefs of Staff intelligence analyst and international law expert Stephen Coughlin (who is featured in tonight’s episode) and Steve Emerson of The Investigative Project on Terrorism. An email sent to conference registrants explained that the Department of Homeland Security would be formulating new guidelines for vetting speakers and screening presentation content.

The cancellation of the CIA terrorism conference was followed in September 2011 by a series of articles by far-Left blogger Spencer Ackerman at WIRED Magazine that claimed counter-terrorism trainers and materials used by the FBI were promoting “Islamophobia.” One of Ackerman’s targets was books in the library at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, that he deemed offensive. It should be noted that as a general rule banning books in government-funded libraries is considered rank censorship.

While a number of claims made by Ackerman in his series of articles were later found to be manifestly false, inside U.S. government agencies individuals targeted by Ackerman’s articles were prohibited from speaking publicly in defense of themselves and their work and “The Purge” continued apace.

Then in October 2011, a remarkable series of events dramatically shifted U.S. government policies largely fueled by Ackerman’s reporting.

The first event was the circulation by Homeland Security’s Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties to government agencies of a list of “Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Training Do’s and Don’ts.” Among those targeted in the DHS training ban were what the document called “self-professed ‘Muslim reformers,’” who the agency warned “may further an interest group agenda instead of delivering generally accepted, unbiased information.”

Among other “don’ts” declared by DHS was this warning:

Don’t use training that relies on fear or conspiracies to motivate law enforcement. Don’t use training premised on theories with little or no evidence to support them. Examples (from the report “Manufacturing the Muslim Menace”) of unsubstantiated theories include…Mainstream Muslim organizations are fronts for Islamic political organizations who true desire is to establish Sharia law in America.

Remarkably, some of the very organizations that the Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties had partnered with had been identified by the Justice Department as fronts for international terrorist organizations in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial in 2007 and 2008, including the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). At the time these guidelines were published, the president of ISNA, Imam Mohamed Majid, was serving on the DHS Countering Violent Extremism Working Group.

Not only had the Justice Department named these organizations as unindicted co-conspirators during the trial, but federal prosecutors had outline in court documents that these organizations were integral parts of an international conspiracy to funnel money to the terrorist group HAMAS. In one Justice Department filing, prosecutors noted that “numerous exhibits were entered into evidence establishing both ISNA’s and NAIT’s intimate relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, the Palestine Committee, and the defendants in this case.” In another filing they observed….

BUT now that the sh-t has literally hit the fan – due to the attack in Garland – well, they can’t cover their backsides fast enough.

FBI Director James B. Comey insisted in a round table discussion with reporters that the bureau didn’t know that Elton Simpson and a fellow American Muslim planned to shoot up the event by an anti-Shariah group in Garland, Texas.

OH, really?

THIS investigative journalist demonstrated – very soon after ISIS struck in Garland – that the tap dancing Feds can’t even get their stories straight, in order to distance themselves from the worst kind of charges of co-opted negligence. So one minute they ‘know nuthin’ about nuthin’ and the next they notified the local police in Garland that ISIS was heading their way! Which is it?

AS reported by the media, local SWAT intervened and killed the terrorists. Guaranteed, the local factor is hardly an incidental matter. If anything, whatever pre-warnings the FEDS had, rest assured, they were not shared with local agencies. Under wraps. As the FBI increases surveillance of potential homegrown Muslim terrorists, the security threat level also has been raised at US military bases

The FBI has ordered more domestic Muslim terror suspects to be put under 24/7 surveillance in the wake of the Garland, Texas Islamic terrorist attack and a renewed emphasis by ISIS and other Islamic terror groups for potential American recruits to launch attacks at home, according to three FBI officials.

The officials told ABC News that agents have been ordered to review the cases of so-called “marginal” or “borderline” Muslim suspects, terms that had been applied to one of the gunmen in the Texas attack, Elton Simpson of Phoenix. FBI agents were familiar with Simpson and the views he espoused, but he was not put under 24/7 surveillance. He was viewed as being “more talk than action,” one agent said.

“We do not want to risk another marginal, homegrown Muslim extremist who was viewed as dangerous going active,” said one of the FBI officials. All three FBI officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly.

Agents are now reviewing cases and “gauging” how many more targets should be placed under 24/7 surveillance.

Today FBI Director James Comey and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson held a video conference call with “federal, state and local law enforcement partners” to discuss the Texas attack and the “current threat environment,” a spokesperson for the FBI said.

But the officials who spoke to ABC News described a “panic” and “crisis” inside the FBI because the agency and the rest of the nation’s homeland security infrastructure are not built to deal with the non-stop flow of homegrown extremists and possible threats that mark the current environment within the U.S.

Another senior FBI official who was on the call with Comey and Johnson told ABC News of the domestic threat, “Every city has a subject or subjects of concern.” Speaking to reporters, Comey and senior leaders did not characterize the atmosphere as either “crisis” or a “panic” but acknowledged that the bureau if facing serious “challenges” because the system is stretched thin.

The officials said the FBI is increasingly seeing online ISIS supporters and recruiters urge Americans to direct their efforts to target their own country if they can’t travel to Syria or Iraq to join the Islamic State. In one Twitter message to Simpson from an ISIS recruiter known as “Miski” prior to the Texas shooting, Simpson was told he could more easily meet Allah by staying in the U.S. than by “touring,” or traveling to Syria.

Comey told reporters Thursday that the messaging shift has been detected in recent weeks by American analysts and it’s troubling. “If you can’t travel, kill where you are,” Comey said, explaining the new directives coming from ISIS recruiters.

ABC News contributor Steve Gomez, the former head of counter-terror investigations at the FBI’s Los Angeles division, said, “This upends the entire U.S. counter-terror protocol, which has always called for the U.S. to fight terror in the Mideast to keep it from winding up inside the homeland.”

More than a hundred U.S. residents are considered possible terror threats, the FBI announced recently. The number of “borderline” or “marginal” suspects is substantially larger and would badly strain FBI resources if they required 24/7 surveillance by agents. Typically, it takes at least 30 agents for a full, round-the-clock surveillance of just one suspect.

Comey said that Simpson was first placed under FBI watch since 2006, when the agency first learned the Phoenix-area man wanted to join al-Shabab, the al Qaeda-linked group in Somalia. Simpson was ultimately indicted on terrorism charges and convicted, but due to questions over the government’s case, he never went to prison and was sentenced to probation. The FBI officially closed its case into Simpson last year.

Two months ago, however, the FBI found out about Simpson’s newer social media postings, suggesting “renewed interest in jihad” with ISIS. Agents then tried to determine “what he was up to,” the director said. Just hours before the controversial gathering in Garland Sunday, the FBI realized that Simpson might consider attacking the site.

About three hours before the event was to begin, the FBI sent Garland police an intelligence bulletin warning that Simpson may be interested in traveling to Texas and attacking the event, according to Comey, who said the bulletin included a picture of Simpson and a suspected license plate.

Prior to that, Comey insisted the FBI had no reason to believe Simpson would actually try to carry out an attack. The incident is the starkest example to date showing the tenuous position American counter-terror officials now find themselves in.

“It’s back to the unknown, like post 9/11,” said one senior FBI officials. “Are we really one step ahead of it? The threat has evolved in the just last six months.”

In addition to the fear that people perceived as “marginal” extremists could act, the FBI is being “overwhelmed” by the exponential growth of ISIS recruitment activities in cyberspace.

“The problem is there are so many new platforms and new media forums it’s trying to catch up on that,” said one of the FBI officials. “The threats are moving a hundred miles an hour and the difficulty is differentiating between kids who are just tweeting and guys that are for real.”

IT is simply impossible to deny all the chaos and implosions engulfing America. This is a fact. However, some are bubbling under the surface, but many well meaning Americans are none the wiser. In reality, aside from a few, main media outlets aren’t touching a particularly HOT button game-changer. Radioactive.

IN this regard, anything which impinges upon the kiddies, the real future of America, will reverberate for many generations to come.

NOW, every dedicated Marxist/socialist/communist understands that societal ‘change’ starts with the kiddies, effectively, to reel them in. Mind you, even the little ones in nursery school – barely out of diapers – are up for grabs. Yup.

BUT in order to grasp the magnitude of their creeping intrusions – into the heretofore greatest democracy in the world – pay heed to the following list. Nevertheless, keep your focus on the kiddies!

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

FINALLY, the coup de grâce …‘transgender toilets’ in public schools all over America!

The largest school district in Virginia is expanding its non-discrimination policy to include gender identity over the loud objections of parents, and the Obama administration intends to impose the change on every public school district in the country.

On Thursday, the Fairfax County School Board voted overwhelmingly to expand it’s non-discrimination policy to accommodate transgender teachers and students. The vote came after the second of two boisterous hearings, at which parents overwhelmingly opposed the change.

The amended policy would apply to students as young as preschool and allow teachers to stay in the classroom if they declare themselves to be a different gender and conduct themselves accordingly. Many parents are concerned about privacy for their kids if transgender adults and students are granted access to restrooms and locker rooms opposite of their biological gender.

For weeks, board members touted the change as minor change and one that would ensure all people are treated fairly. Shortly after the vote, that story changed.

In a statement released after the meeting, school board chairwoman Tamara Derenak Koufax released a statement which said the federal government left the board no choice.

“The U.S. Department of Education has told school districts that transgender students are protected from discrimination under Title IX and has recently required some school districts including Alexandria, Va., to amend their policies to expressly include gender identity,” said Koufax in the statement.

Elizabeth Schultz was the only board member to oppose the policy change. But she says Koufax is right about the federal intrusion.

“They’ve threatened that if we do not they will pull our federal education funds, free and reduced meal money for impoverished students,” said Schultz to the Washington Examiner.

As a result, this debate may soon be playing out in every public school district in America.

“What happened in Fairfax is not just about Fairfax. It is now a national issue,” said Traditional Values Coalition President Andrea Lafferty, whose children were enrolled in Fairfax schools for many years.

“President Obama and his Justice Department and his Department of Education are going to start telling school districts, ‘If you do not add gender identity, we are going to take away all your federal funding,” said Lafferty.

But Lafferty says the school board never brought up the federal mandate until after the vote and its reasons for considering the policy until this revelation was all over the place.

“There’s been excuse after excuse. That excuse didn’t come out until they knew thousands and thousands of parents were sending them emails and calling them,” said Lafferty. “At the meeting two weeks ago, one of the board members specifically said, ‘Our policy suffices. We don’t have a problem. We don’t need to do this. But OK, we’ll do it.’”

She says the shifting explanations didn’t end there.

“As the days went by and more people expressed outrage, the story changed again. The sponsor said, ‘Let’s pass it and then the staff can tell us what’s in it, just like with Obamacare,” said Lafferty.

As maddening as the changing rationale is for Lafferty, she says the board’s treatment of concerned parents was even more outrageous. At each of the two meetings devoted to the subject, 10 people were allowed to speak for three minutes apiece.

“The parents that were in the building and the parents that were locked out were overwhelmingly opposed to this. Anybody that watched it live or watched it online, could see the arrogance of the school board speaking down to these parents. Parents are upset. They want to be involved in the process and they weren’t,” said Lafferty.

Lafferty approached Fairfax County Superintendent Dr. Karen Garza to complain about a process that stiff-armed parents away from the decision-making process. Garza disagreed.

“She vehemently disagreed with me. The superintendent and all the school board except for one or two people think parents’ voices have been heard and it’s completely untrue,” said Lafferty, who says the district studied and evaluated whether to change the start of the school day for many years but limited this issue to just one hour of public input.

For now, she insists this fight is not over in Fairfax.

“It’s never final. These people were voted in. They are not lifetime judges and they can be voted out in November. There is a possibility of legal action. There’s a lot of things that we’re looking at right now,” said Lafferty, who says every parent concerned about this issue needs to get ready for a fight in their town.

“This is coming to your neighborhood, whether you’re in Keokuk, Iowa, Tupelo, Mississippi, or wherever. You need to make sure your school board pushes back,” said Lafferty.

HERE is the upshot: parents, patriots alike, what’s your position re Obama Inc.’s latest strong-arming? Moreover, are you willing to take on your local school boards to stop them in their tracks before it is too late?

BOTTOM LINE: a true societal transformation takes decades, but at a certain point the ‘process’ can no longer be ignored and flushed down the toilet, so to speak.

IT is at this moment in time that a historical juncture is unfolding, and the fact that toilets come into play is more than illustrative and noxious. It is downright ironic.

BE that as it may, once the kiddies become indoctrinated into believing that males and females are simply interchangeable (not unlike mismatched pairs of socks), and that genders are not a (birth) fact of life, well, why believe anything ones parents (and religious upbringing) impart? To wit, the distancing between parents and children (at the youngest of ages) becomes the new ‘reality’ within America. Unbridgeable.

IN essence, isn’t this the breaking point of parental control over ones impressionable offspring, with teachers and gov’t officials grabbing said role and hold?

And if anything brings this truth into laser sharp focus, let’s just view ISIS’s attack in Garland, Texas as a ‘new’ opening shot to jihad, regardless of all the preceding attacks.

BE that as it may, talking heads, leftist apologists and Islam’s mouthpieces – with CAIR in the forefront – prefer to blame Pamela Geller and associates for any ensuing carnage by Islamic jihadists. You got that? In other words, as long as Americans give up their Constitutional First Amendment right, well, Islam’s soldiers will be appeased – for now. Alas, if Shariah Law’s Blasphemy dictate is the price to pay, so be it.

YET, before we proceed, let’s be very clear: ISIS is an offshoot of al-Qaeda, its creator, and both are hydra-like organs of the Brotherhood Mafia, regardless of the shifting kaleidoscope of alliances. Besides, getting bogged down in specific group names serves jihadi interests and confuses westerners. Therefore, whichever group is attributed to this or that operation, rest assured, they are working in tandem, even if unofficially. The aforementioned is not an inconsequential factor. Wait and see.

STILL, what does the above have to do with the stated thesis, money/gold laundering in Massachusetts (elsewhere too, but let’s stick with the Brotherhood’s jacked-up ‘Bay State‘) and more? Everything.

IT has come to this investigative journalist’s attention that an ongoing and major money laundering operation – F/B/O Sunni jihadi terror – is housed in a town (its exact name is in abeyance, for now) within Barnstable County, with an offshoot in Hyannis, the largest of its seven villages.

HOW quaint…New England’s tranquil allure. But don’t dare be fooled by the all Americana backdrop.

EVEN so, to comprehend the essence of the case being presented, it is intrinsic to possess a basic level of knowledge, relative to the overall connection between money laundering and terrorism. Specifically, it deals with gold laundering and its conversion into monies F/B/O jihad. Pay heed.

LET’S start with the case’s foundation, even though particular names, at this juncture, will be omitted too. First things first.

IN this regard, though the cesspool of the Mid East seems a world apart from ‘any city’ USA, the fact of the matter is that its tentacles are less than six degrees separated.

INHERENTLY, this discussion leads back to the oft mentioned ‘sleeper cells.’ They may comprise students on visas, so-called ‘refugees’ entering under humanitarian status or legal immigrants etc. Regardless, their goals are to assist their brethren back home to wage jihad, either from abroad or within their respective western countries.

MOST significantly, according to Islam, they are mandated to perform jihad. This is not optional.

“And the Muslim should not train or perform Jihad with the aim of supporting as specific Jam’ah or party, so that if the jihad is with other than his group he abandons it. So this one is not fighting so that the word of Allah will be the highest, rather so that the banner of the party or the Jama’ah will be the highest, and thus is the asabiyyah of Jahiliyyah, about which the Messenger of Allah said, “What is the matter with the call of Jahiliyyah. Abandon it, as it is rotten. And then he said, “whoever is killed beneath a blind banner, becoming angry for the group and fighting for the group, then he is not from my Ummah.”

AS such, they become a part of their communities as business owners, professionals, blue-collar workers, homemakers, students and what not. On the other hand, even though many live insular lives, others fully integrate – or so it seems. But regardless of their public personas, jihad is at the forefront, involving siblings, parents and even children. This is the case whether they remain on American (western) soil, or for those who visit, as tourists, their American-based families. Read on.

CONSIDER:

THE ‘persons of interest’, now living in Massachusetts, are Sunni Muslims from a very large clan spread throughout Lebanon. While this part of the Mid East is most well known for its Shia/Hezbollah/ Tehran axis – over 54% of Lebanese are Muslim – approximately 27% are Sunni.

IT is into this vortex that money/gold laundering comes into the picture. So what’s the upshot?

AN entire clan operates as successful retail entrepreneurs, and under their corp umbrella they have franchised upwards of 50 stores. They head the corp. entity. Even more so, they have a distinct presence within community-based organizations and clubs, just like many successful retailers. Hiding in plain sight. Hmm.

MOREOVER, they also own several homes in the general vicinity. Basically, they are deeply involved in buying a lot of stolen gold with cash from their ‘related’ businesses. In general, retail businesses (in the hands of white collar criminals or terror financiers) can accumulate stashes of unreported cash for this and that. One main mechanism is through the under-reporting of sales, whereby receipts barely reflect the actual income generated, thus, sales tax and other mandatory taxes are negligible. Use your imaginations.

MOVING right along, once the gold is horded it has to be melted into proper form. As a result, one of their homes is used as a base of operations, the end result being gold bars approximately 10×1 in size.

NOW, what’s their next phase to said operation? Well, the gold must be moved out of the country and back into Lebanon, and this requires a certain level of cooperation from other contacts. In any case, the gold bars are secreted within special luggage compartments, to be hauled back by visiting family members – mostly via ‘tourist’ visas – who act as mules upon returning to Lebanon. Understood?

NOT only that, but some of their cash wends its way through the purchase of additional hard assets. Pointedly, a willing home owner received a substantial sum of cash – without having to report said sale to the IRS – and these monies became laundered through a new home. A ‘win-win’ on both ends. Nevertheless, the ‘subjects of interest’ utilize various layers to fund jihad. Period.

SPECIFICALLY, once the gold bars reach Lebanon they need a reliable address to launder them. Essentially, a very specific (Mid Eastern based and operated) financial investment firm acts as their main monetary slush house. Lebanon is one of their hubs.

NOW, which group receives an abundance of cash (upwards of a million per month!) from their laundered money/gold? Well, the HABBASH Group is a main recipient and it is a branch of al-Qaeda in Lebanon. Recall, this information too: ‘ISIS is an offshoot of al-Qaeda, its creator !

MOST significantly, an informant (vetted by an impeccably credentialed counter-terror contact) handed over very detailed information (which is not posted, and for various reasons) with NAMES, ADDRESSES, TRAVEL plans etc to relevant FED agencies.

THESE agencies include the FBI, the Attorney General’s Office in Massachusetts and the IRS. They all refused to investigate said charges. Why?

CONCLUSIVELY, the following response (going back to Aug. 2011) to said (courageous) informant should serve as prima facie evidence (Exhibit One), attesting to the FEDS utter refusal to even look into the charges, which more than met the criteria for immediate investigation.

LITTLE is more emblematic of the absolute disdain that HUSSEIN Obama and surrogates exhibit towards the U.S. military, aside from their very own words and deeds. In fact, without a shadow of a doubt, it has been proven that their very actions are both hostile and treacherous. Traitorous.

SECTOR ONE: HOSTILITY TOWARDS MILITARY HEROES

“Lakin, an Army flight surgeon, was court-martialed because he refused to obey deployment orders, arguing Barack Obama had not documented his eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution.”

“What I do not understand and still don’t,” Lakin writes, “is why Obama did not just come forward with his key documents and be done with it. Instead, he ordered all of his important records to be kept under seal….”

BUT there’s more. Back in Dec. 2014, ISIS released a US-based targeted hit list with personal details of certain military personnel and their families. Yet, DHS (FED agencies) barely scratched the surface, instead, offering a pithy warning, but only after concerted backlash from military families!

The FBI has delivered its strongest warning about ISIS to date, warning military members in the US about potential terrorist attacks against them.

MOST recently, have you heard about this travesty of injustice against an active duty soldier?

If the fact that the Obama Administration has blocked aging veterans from visiting the World War II memorial and denied death gratuity benefits for fallen warriors doesn’t seem to indicate contempt for our military, how about this most recent story?

Army First Lieutenant Clint Lorance, a 28-year-old combat leader in the 82d Airborne Division from Celeste, Texas was recently found guilty of two counts of murder in Afghanistan and sentenced to 20 years in Ft. Leavenworth.

The story of First Lieutenant Lorance has not been covered by a single major media source.

In July 2012, Lorance was ordered to take command of a platoon in the southern Afghanistan province of Kandahar, a region where I also spent two and a half years training and advising the Afghan National Army. The platoon Lorance now commanded had lost its previous leader to enemy attack.

During a patrol in enemy territory, Lorance ordered a marksman to engage two unarmed Taliban fighters on a motorcycle operating as scout spotters.

In Afghanistan and Iraq, a common enemy tactic is for unarmed fighters on motorcycles with cell phones to track unit movements. In fact, enemy combatants had previously used the tactics against this same platoon.

Lorance, who was operating in a combat zone, saw the scout spotters and assessed them as a threat to his platoon. Aerial surveillance later backed up Lorance’s on-the-ground assessment.

It seems obvious that enemy scouts reporting a unit position and movements in order to facilitate an ambush would define “hostile intent.” But not according to the watered-down Rules of Engagement with which our warriors must contend.

In little more than a year, First Lieutenant Lorance was tried and sentenced to prison. Swift justice to be sure, but why then did it take four years to try and convict Nidal Malik Hasan, who fatally shot 13 and wounded more than 30 during his 2009 rampage at Ft Hood Texas?

The irony of the dilemma currently facing our troops, those who have volunteered to protect and defend our freedoms, is appalling. Shall they fight and kill the enemy but then risk imprisonment because of insidious rules by lawyers?

BEYOND contempt.

NOT only that, but aside from too many other active duty slaps to cite, what about the vets and the dastardly treatment by Obama Inc.? As such, in May 2014 it was proven: ‘Veterans deaths were an outgrowth of HUSSEIN Obama’s contempt for the military.’ Chargeable.

SECTOR TWO: SUPPORT OF THE ENEMY

ON the other hand, a polar opposite treatment – kid glove-like – is demonstrated re ISIS. So too, relative to Islamic jihad in toto.

STILL before we veer in the direction of ISIS, what lessons can be learned about the release of top Taliban terrorists in ‘exchange’ for a deserter, a Muslim convert too? Moreover, several soldiers were sacrificed in the hunt for Bergdahl, and an investigative journalist was murdered to boot. Say what? Peer within.

INCONTROVERTIBLY, ISIS is rising, yet DHS’s Jeh Johnson and Gen. Dempsey assess otherwise. Huh?

BACK in Sept. 2014, this site assessed that ISIS was deep into specific planning stages to attack America, as counter-terror contacts kept dropping this and that hint. Thus, readers were dutifully warned via a tag team interview at Inquisitr, one which was set up by this investigative journalist. Mind you, at the very same time, Sept. 2014, Jeh Johnson demurred otherwise:

“At present, we have no credible information that [Isis] is planning to attack the homeland of the United States,” Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson told a Manhattan audience on Wednesday.

Johnson is the latest in a string of top US officials to concede that the jihadist army currently in control of much of eastern Syria and northern and central Iraq is not targeting the US at present, despite beheading two captured American journalists….

SEGUEING to the top Gen. and his co-opted command, can you imagine such insanity? Well, ‘it be’ true.

According to General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, losing Ramadi to ISIS “is not symbolic in any way.” Why? Because “It’s not been declared, you know, part of the caliphate on one hand or central to the future of Iraq,” he reasoned. What will it take for the Gen. to understand that any territory taken over by ISIS becomes part of caliphate?

BLAH blah doesn’t even come close to describing such dangerous gibberish. He has lost his mind, aside from being clearly co-opted by an Islamist-in-Chief! Indeed, the guideposts were all leading in this Orwellian direction, now that patriotic Generals (and top officers) have been purged from the Pentagon. The reasons for the putsch become clearer every day.

MIND you, this is the same spineless, limp-wristed Dempsey who opined, “ISIS will win”! Alas, which is it: are they rising or not? Schmuck, make up your mind!

Allen said that ISIS propaganda serves both to attract recruits and “perverts the innocent.”

“It is only when we contest ISIS presence online and deny the legitimacy of its message – the message that it sends to vulnerable young people – and as we expose ISIS for the un-Islamic, criminal cult of violence that it really is, it is only then that ISIS will be truly defeated.”

And it is compounded by concerns about “lone wolf” terror attacks by fighters returning from the Middle East and others inspired by the group’s ideology.

“It’s hard to address recruiting until we address those hearts and minds,” Breedlove told reporters at the Pentagon. “We need to hear the voices of moderate Muslims in the mosques….”

Taxpayers Made To Pay For Islamic Indoctrination In US University

Hatem Bazian is a senior lecturer in Near East Studies at UC Berkeley. A Palestinian Arab, Bazian is also a supporter of Hamas and one of the terrorist group’s apparatchiks in the United States. Bazian was the founder of the Students for Justice in Palestine which has chapters on over 80 campuses in the United States and that operates as a Hamas support network in the United States. Bazian also co-founded American Muslims for Palestine which also links to Hamas and functions as a propaganda and fundraising mechanism to Hamas in Washington and is active with the Muslim Students Association on over 150 campuses in the United States and Canada. As an organizer, Bazian is tough to equal and he has used the California college educational system and its taxpayer-funded deep pockets to help facilitate massive propaganda events and fundraising not only for the Palestinian terrorist group, but for pro-jihadist groups across American campuses and Europe as well.

It is through his bully pulpit at UC Berkeley that Bazian also created his Islamophobia Research and Documentation Project at UC Berkeley’s Center for Race and Gender Project. Racism and Sexism are hot topics on college campuses today. The fact that Islam is not a race, nor is a concept of Palestinian nationalism one, both of theories are being sold by Bazian and his acolytes in the university sphere worldwide. Thanks to UC Berkeley and surrounding colleges like San Francisco State (where Bazian did his undergraduate studies and led a Palestinian takeover of that campus as class president), Bazian’s campaign keeps gaining legitimacy as it aids the endless war against both the United States and Israel by militant Islamists including those who are fighting U.S. troops abroad.

A perusal of the websites for Baizan’s “documentation project” and the Center for Race and Gender events page at UC Berkeley reveals endless programs, lectures, events and other promotions dealing with alleged prejudice against all Muslims and “Islam” in America as endemic racism. On May 7^th, the Center offers a book signing and lecture by a colleague of Bazian’s at Cal who claims American racism is the result of a refusal to establish a Palestinian state that would be led by notorious terrorists who support America’s and Israel’s downfall, such as Hamas.

“Islamophobia” refers to an irrational fear of Islam. It is supposedly to counter this irrational fear that Bazian staged April 23-25, 2015 his sixth annual “International Conference on Islamophobia: The State of the Islamophobia Field.” As done last year, the event was staged at UC Berkeley’s prestigious Boalt Hall Law School. Aside from providing a free venue at a distinguished law school, the event gets the entire imprimatur of one of the most distinguished universities in America. Other “sponsors” of the event included the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), who members of Congress and terrorism experts have declared a Hamas front group in America. The “Ethnic Studies” department at San Francisco State was also a sponsor, a professor of “Resistance Studies” named Rebab Abdulhadi in attendance and one of the conference lecturers who had gained notoriety by spending $6,000 of California taxpayer’s money for a sabbatical to visit female terrorist Leila Khaled in jail in Jordan to “show solidarity.” It should also be noted Hatem Bazian posted personally the conference’s schedule on the website of Bay Area Intifada, a blog that claims to promote “News, Updates, Analysis & Action Alerts for 3rd World Liberation & Decolonization from the Bay Area & Beyond.” An Intifada refers to Palestinian terrorist attacks that have killed thousands of Israeli civilians. The blog features photos attacking Israel and the United States.

I attended this latest conference with a video camera and tape recorder. I did the same thing last year and sat almost next to Hatem Bazian the entire time. Bazian was very cocky back then during last year’s event and joked about my having recorders. I wrote anarticle about that event. Only last March, Bazian staged yet another “Islamophobia” conference where he claimed Muslims were being denied a voice for their “studies” in the American university system despite his constant conferences and demonstrations to the contrary that I previously reported on and recorded.

Things were to be different at this conference. Bazian had me watched closely. On the second day, he approached me in the audience and told me I had to turn off my recorders. On two more occasions during that day, two goons came to my seat and ordered me to turn off my recording equipment , the last one threatening to “call the police.” It is against state law in California universities to hold private meetings and prevent recordings and a quick cell call to the Chancellor’s Office who contacted the campus police prevented any problems. I noted this occurred after one of the attendees during a question and answer period addressed the current panel and asked to discuss how the “Zionists” (Jews) were responsible for contributing to Islamophobia in America and how a Jewish organization was sending people to Israel to learn public relations that could be deemed as contributing to Islamophobia and how the New York police department was being propagandized by Jews.

From the get go, the accusation that criticism of Islam was racism was a central theme of the entire conference. Discrimination of women was also frequently discussed, but never in the context of Islamic exclusion of women or issues such as honor killings.

Bazian kicked things off accusing certain reporters and writers of contributing to Islamophobia. He dropped the names of Steve Emerson, Frank Gaffney and Ayan Hisri Ali, Brigette Gabriel and Pamela Geller as well as Fox News as being responsible for what he claimed was a smearing Islam to the public. Ayan Hirsi Ali’s speeches on discriminatory practices against women were all branded as “lies.” All the opening panels suggested that Islam is in no way linked to terrorism and it is the misrepresentation by such “Islamophobes” and it is racism to suggest so. What struck me was that as the conference progressed over three days it became more like a meeting of the German-American Bund in support of the Third Reich before the Second World War.

Baizan and company discussed only fleetingly the attack on 9/11 and how the Patriot Act supposedly had a deleterious effect on Muslims in America. But there was no logic to this. The fact is, the day after 9/11 the President and the US government declared that Islam is a peaceful religion and that the US was not at war with Islam itself, only militant Islamists and terrorists. This is still the US government’s position, yet the “academics” at this conference chose to suggest that any opposition to terrorism at all was just another manifestation of “Islamophobia.”

Of interest also was that Islam was not defined as a major religion, or idea, with different sects at this conference . What about Wahhabism? Or Sufi Islam, Shiism or Sunni Islam? None of these differences were discussed or explained, nor the fact that different sects of Islam sometimes fight wars between themselves. The entire conference was a “them v. us” event where any criticism or negative discussion of Islam was branded “Islamophobia,” particularly in the US or Western Europe. Terrorism wasn’t discussed at all unless to accuse the US and West of terrorism, or of false accusations against all Muslims, and no mention was given of terrorism where Muslims killed other Muslims. ISIS was not discussed at all. The Charlie Hebdo attacks in Paris were mentioned, but not in terms of their relationship to Islam as much as something westerners brought upon themselves.

Almost fifty presentations were made as examples of Islamophobia from presenters from across the United States and some even from Europe. But not all were academics or college professors or PhD candidates. Some, like Ramah Kudaimi from the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, which is the renamed International Solidarity Movement in the US, another pro-Hamas organization whose activists devote their full-time calling for the destruction of Israel and who support terrorist groups, promoted what she called the Adab, or Muslim-American etiquette to promote Islamic activism against the West and American support for Israel. Sana Saeed, a producer for Al Jazeera, the television network funded by Qatar, a Hamas funder, lectured on “The New American Muslim and Faithwashing the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict” in which she called for Muslims to meet their obligations to call for the continued attacks on Israel rather than outlining Islamophobia in the US. Bazian followed where he lectured on “How does it feel to be a Muslim? Thinking through the present colonial perspective. His speech was hardly an example of Islamophobia as much as an adversarial approach by Muslims in America to be at odds with the US government and those fighting militant Islam.

“Free ‘em all!,” Rasheed Shabazz who was listed as a Fellow at the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society at UC Berkeley, one of the program sponsors, shouted at the start of his presentation. “Free ‘em all!”

WITHOUT a scintilla of a doubt, Bazian (and a host of others throughout academia) is less than 3 degrees separated from terror, although garbed as an academic.

WITH the above facts at your disposal, whereas the IRS is used as a bludgeon against conservative groups by Obama’s surrogates, taxpayer monies are also spent feting academics who call for the destruction of Israel, as well as the overthrow of America.

IN which parallel universe is exhorting to genocide (the Mid East’s and Africa’s slaughter-fest are foretastes to their upcoming genocide – Bazian’s fellow Islamists are busy laying waste to said region’s Christian and minority communities – as they prepare to execute the same towards Jews/Israel and eventually to non-Muslims in America) a ‘democratic’ right within academia?

IN this regard, we can agree that funding said academic-cloaked programs – whose sole aim is the destruction of another people – must be the moral line in the sand which should never be crossed within a civilized nation.

AT the very least, to hold them to account, an urgent message must be sent to university officers. Firstly, demand (as taxpayers) that they open their books, relative to the monies spent on the likes of Bazian and his terror associates.

INHERENTLY, is it long overdue to withhold taxes, not as scofflaws but as a matter of justice and morality. Yes, taxpayers fund many distasteful programs, but at a certain point a Rubicon has been crossed.

HOW many ways does it need to be proven that HUSSEIN Obama is doing the bidding of the Brotherhood Mafia, even as he aids and abets Iran’s mullahs? Mind you, one alliance does not cancel out the other, it is just the way it is for an avowed Islamist. Not only that, aside from his obsession to race Iran to WMD super power status, American reps are tripping over themselves to secure deals with Iran’s oil industry, knowing full well that Iran is off the (sanctions) hook.

SO it is under this anti-American worldview which readers must judge the Islamist-in-Chief’s support of ISIS, which is part and parcel of the Brotherhood Mafia!

CONSIDER the facts:

HUSSEIN Obama has irrefutably tasked the DHS (and all related FED agencies) to ‘stand down’ vis-a-vis the threat from the Brotherhood Mafia and its ISIS offshoot. No doubt.

YET, the core question becomes: where is DHS’s Director, Jeh Johnson, in all of this, as was “Mama Janet”?

The Islamic State terror group is operating a camp in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, just eight miles from the U.S. border, Judicial Watch reported Tuesday.

Citing sources that include a “Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector,” the conservative watchdog group reported that the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, is organizing only a few miles from El Paso, Texas, in the Anapra neighborhood of Juárez and in Puerto Palomas.

Judicial Watch sources said that “coyotes” working for the notorious Juarez Cartel are smuggling Islamic State terrorists across the U.S. border between the New Mexico cities of Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, as well as “through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas.”

“These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing,”Judicial Watch reported.

Mexican intelligence sources say the Islamic State intends to exploit the railways and airport facilities in the vicinity of Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

“The sources also say that ISIS has ‘spotters’ located in the East Potrillo Mountains of New Mexico (largely managed by the Bureau of Land Management) to assist with terrorist border crossing operations,” Judicial Watch reported. “ISIS is conducting reconnaissance of regional universities; the White Sands Missile Range; government facilities in Alamogordo, NM; Ft. Bliss; and the electrical power facilities near Anapra and….

SIMILARLY, re the complicity of HUSSEIN Obama’s DHS and its purposeful abrogation of duty, the following offers additional supportive and indicting evidence:

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson denied the reports at the time. He told CNN, “Let’s not unduly create fear and anxiety in the public by passing on speculation and rumor.”

AND with the above backgrounder at your fingertips, the linkage between HUSSEIN Obama’s refusal to assist Egypt’s struggle against ISIS veers into sharper relief.

IN the main, Egypt’s President is in a life and death struggle against the Brotherhood Mafia and its entire hydra-like apparatus. Therefore, their implantation within neighboring Libya is a top danger. Taken a step further, let’s recap some footprints and their links. Full circle.

BACK in March 2011, HUSSEIN Obama entered into an illegal war in Libya. This was not a random intervention. Two men drove up to the conference center in the city of Garland, near Dallas, and began shooting at a security guard, police said on Sunday.

The Dallas Morning News reported that critics of the Mohammad Art Exhibit and Contest, sponsored by a group called the American Freedom Defense Initiative, had condemned the event as an attack on Islam, but that organizers had said they were merely exercising their right of free expression.

In January, gunmen killed 12 people in the Paris offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in what it said was revenge for its cartoons.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said state officials are investigating, and Dallas FBI spokeswoman Katherine Chaumont said that agency is providing investigative and bomb technician assistance.

The Curtis Culwell Center, a school-district owned public events space where the Texas event was held, was evacuated after the shooting, as were some surrounding businesses.

The identities of the shooters has yet to be confirmed, but the SITE Intelligence Group reported that an Islamic State (IS) fighter claimed on Twitter that the shooting was carried out by two pro-IS individuals.

Police helicopters circled overhead as bomb squads worked on the car. Harn said the bodies of the gunmen, who had not yet been identified, were not immediately taken from the scene because they were too close to the car.

“They Thought They Was Safe In Texas From The Soldiers of The Islamic State,” added the tweet. About 200 people were inside the event, said local police spokesperson Joe Harn.

TWO SHOT DEAD AT ANTI-MUSLIM CARTOON CONTEST

One gunman, known to the FBI, sent out tweets prior to the attack, including one with the hashtag, #TexasAttack, US reports say.

AS always, not only were said Islamic terrorists KNOWN to the FBI, but they blared their intent re Texas on social media! Again, why did the FEDS allow these KNOWN terrorists to operate on U.S. turf?

ABSOLUTELY, in a familiar ‘stand down’ pattern – re intel they had acquired two years prior to Boston’s blow up through interviews of said terrorists – they refused to scoop them up! The core question is: why?

REGARDLESS, no one should be foolish enough to believe that the attack at Garland took place ala ‘spontaneous combustion.’ Said terror acts are not akin to random drive-bys and garden variety criminal acts. Not at all. Forget the ‘lone wolf’ bull crap excuse.

INDEED, Islamists and their apologists whip out said nonsense in order to ‘calm’ and deflect from what is really going on. In other words, on cue, the ‘lone wolf’ scenario is meant to suggest that no one, even from within the Muslim community, can ‘predict’ what a ‘crazy’ person is going to do at any given moment. MOST significantly, careful preparation mandates ‘sleeper cells’ , called upon when ordered to attack. And it is nary a factor, whether or not the actual shooters/bombers are newly arrived via narco-smugglers or buried for months/years on end.

THE fact remains that an Islamic terror cell (ISIS or another) can be pressed into service at any given time. Incontestably, the cartoon-fest was ISIS’s opening shot in Texas.

FOR all practical purposes, Israel’s top political echelon continuously aids the enemy. What else should one conclude when a leadership repeatedly allows shipments of building materials (dual use at that!), energy supplies and everything in between into Hamastan, even as its terror leadership lobs rockets and missiles and screams for Israel’s destruction?

BESIDES, is there any price to be paid for terrorizing and murdering Jews? After all, if terrorists are allowed to rebuild and regroup, what incentive is there for them to ‘cease’ their fire? Anyone?

AS a matter of record (since Hamas’s blitzkreig during the entire summer of 2014, and firing upon Israel, at will, since April 2001), and in contravention of the blatantly illegal ‘ceasefire’ too, Hamas ‘celebrated’ Israel’s Day of Independence, April 23, 2015, with a fresh volley of rockets!

BUT let’s not quibble about ‘details’, as we walk back to reality and review the facts at hand. Indeed, the following represents a continuous pattern of appeasement under PM Netanyahu’s leadership, and with no end in sight.

NEVERTHELESS, within this blogger’s circle of contacts (mainly among a considerably high level cadre of strategic and counter-terror related professionals), no one expects PM Netanyahu to go the distance and vanquish Hamas. In fact, if he does so, well, most would fall off the edge of their seats. Assuredly, this does not mean that they are cynical in nature. Not at all. Rather, they tend to be realistic and operate from a rational paradigm, just like this blogger. Moreover, they internalize that past performance is the best prognosticator of future performance. Thus, PM Netanyahu’s record of capitulation and ‘cease-fires’ are legendary and unprecedented, even within Israel’s long list of appeasing, spineless, genuflecting and apologetic leaders! A humiliating spectacle to boot.

JUST to back track a bit, PM Netanyahu is like a broken record…déjà vu and then some. Let us hark to December 2012 and see what shakes out of his appeasement tree:

COGAT, the IDF Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories, told AFP that some 354 trucks passed through the Kerem Shalom goods crossing in southern Gaza carrying “construction materials,” without elaborating what goods were let in.

The news comes as Hamas is working to rebuild its tunnels into Israel that were used to attack Israelis in Operation Protective Edge to lethal effect.

Hamas is intensively rebuilding its terror tunnel infrastructure, with the digging reportedly taking place six days a week with three shifts each day.

Over 1,000 diggers are said to be employed by Hamas to construct the tunnels, and the current estimation is that the tunnels lead up to Israeli territory – Hamas will extend them beyond when it feels the time is right to strike.

It was cleared for publication on Wednesday that Hamas had planned to use its tunnels for a massive abduction operation during last summer’s war.

Despite the overwhelming evidence that Hamas is gearing up for its next terror war against Israel after its third attempt fell short last summer, Israel continues to ship in construction goods that are being used to rebuild the tunnels.

Last month Israel lifted a ban on the import of dual-use Portland cement into Gaza, which can be used for civilian projects or military construction such as attack tunnel construction.

In the main, PM Netanyahu is best described as a ‘serial accommodator’, comparable to a badly battered wife who just can’t help herself from going back to her abuser, one last time, for more punishment. Now, others may tsk, tsk and opine: well, the POTUS is the big man in the arena, therefore, what can poor “Bibi” do but genuflect? Hogwash.

For the record, PM Menachem Begin didn’t have a problem executing what his mantle required of him; protecting Israel at ALL costs! Similarly, Israel’s first PM, David Ben-Gurion, gave Eisenhower the proverbial finger, when he launched a war in 1956 in concert with Britain and France against an increasingly belligerent Egypt. As always, Washington attempted to stay Israel’s hand. History repeats.

In furtherance to the above charge and indictment, whereas PM Ben-Gurion took on the U.S. when Israel was little more than a military pipsqueak, PM Netanyahu behaves as if Israel is a vassal state. This is the case even though he has at his disposal the most adept forces in the region, let alone technologically advanced. Hence, the question is not one of actual force strength, but one of inner and moral fortitude. Hmm.

At its base, the moment that PM Netanyahu conceded to a PA (terror) state (during his speech at Bar Ilan University in 2009, two and a half months into his tenure…regardless of how he framed it), the fact of the matter is that he gave Israel’s ‘kosher’ stamp of approval to carve a 23 rd Arab state out of the Jewish heartland. This historical injury lands at his doorstep. Agreed, previous PM’s have been equally appeasing and beyond injurious, but the imprimatur for the above became cemented under his watch. No doubt.

Thus, he weakened Israel’s position within (already hostile, pro-Arab) international forums, once he gutted the nation’s core standing. Nearly 50 mosques, Muslim organizations and student groups have signed a statement that highlights concerns with a federal pilot program to combat radicalization and terror recruitment in Minnesota.

About 40 Muslim groups in Minnesota are voicing concern about a federal program designed to fight terror recruiting, according to a statement sent out Friday by the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

The statement, which contains the names of several mosques, student groups and other Muslim organizations, asks the Department of Justice to discontinue the program, saying it unfairly singles out members of the state’s large Somali community for their nationality and religion.

“While we support the right of all Americans to live in democratic communities free of violence, we cannot in good conscience condone or help refine programs that are fundamentally discriminatory and are likely to further subject our community members to additional civil rights abuses,” said the statement released by the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

The pilot program in Minnesota is focused on the state’s Somali community, which has seen more than two dozen youth leave in recent years to join the terror group al-Shabab in Somalia or militants in Syria. Community members who have long sought help in stopping recruiting initially embraced the pilot program as an opportunity.

The statement lists 44 Muslim organizations as undersigned supporters. {blogger’s note: all of whom are Brotherhood front groups!} “It is our recommendation that the government stop investing in programs that will only stigmatize, divide and marginalize MUSLIM communities further,” the statement said.

The groups instead suggest the following framework to combat extremism:

Support for a Minnesota Muslim community-based task force, which is currently under development to serve as an outreach resource for law enforcement agencies. (“Outreach” is code for allow us to brainwash law enforcement with the myth that Islam is a religion of peace and terrorism is anti-Islam)

Funds for anti-radicalization programs should be separated from federal counter-terrorism and law enforcement agencies. Instead, funding should come from foundations, community organizations and state and local government. (That way, we can keep funding our terrorist pals overseas)

The Department of Justice should protect groups and individuals who intervene with those they believe are vulnerable to recruitment into extremist groups. Those who intervene should not be penalized with prosecution, watch-listing or surveillance because of their association with a potential violent extremist. (Surveillance of Muslims and mosques should be banned)

The statement also calls on Congress to investigate the federal government’s “over-broad surveillance of mosques and American Muslims, absent evidence of criminal activity.” (Just because mosques are breeding grounds for terrorists, the government should not be spying on them)

Members of Minnesota’s Somali community rallied at the Capitol on Monday in support of the families of the men accused of trying to join the Islamic State in Syria. Some wore shirts that said, “Free our boys” and chanted, “We’re not ISIS! We’re not terrorists!” (Even though our sons are)

Instead of counter-terrorism activities, CAIR wants the government to focus on:

– Youth and after school programs for MUSLIMS

– Job fairs and job training programs for MUSLIMS

– Eliminate ethnic profiling at the airport of MUSLIMS

– Get more Somali MUSLIMS into law enforcement careers(AKA fox guarding henhouse)

– Increase engagement between MUSLIM religious leaders and MUSLIM youth (one of the best ways to recruit future terrorists)

Overall, Islamist money is relatively minor in the forthcoming 2014 congressional elections, but IMIP information has several benefits. It holds politicians accountable for accepting funds from a soiled source. It signals the Islamist lobby’s affections and intentions. In Indiana, Democratic representative André Carson has received almost $34,000 from Islamist sources for his congressional runs since 2008. In contrast, his Republican opponent this November, newcomer Catherine Ping, has received not a dime from them. That’s the same Carson who appeared at the 2012 annual ICNA-MAS convention, where he encouraged American schools to look “at the model we have in our madrassas … where the foundation is the Qur’an.”

NOT only that, Pelosi appointed him to the House Intelligence Committee! What does said appointment reveal, re the extent of Islamic influence peddling and penetration inside America’s bowels?

ALAS, is it any wonder that the above Congressional foxes attempted – but failed, this go around – to block Geert Wilders from entering America? Connecting the dots…

As one of the world’s most prominent critics of Islam, Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders doesn’t go anywhere without his security detail of as many as six plainclothes police officers, and he rarely crosses international borders without causing political uproar, having already been banned in Britain at one time.

So it was of little surprise that three U.S. congressmen urged Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson to deny him a visa ahead of his planned visit to the U.S. this week, due to his alleged ongoing “participation in inciting anti-Muslim aggression and violence.”

Reps. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., and André Carson, D-Ind., who both are Muslim, along with Rep. Joe Crowley, D-N.Y., wrote a letter April 23 citing “the International Religious Freedom Act which allows the Department of State to deny entry to a foreign leader who is responsible for severe violations of religious freedom.”

Nevertheless, Wilders – who insists he doesn’t hate Muslims but believes Western civilization is threatened by adherents of the Islamic supremacy taught in the Quran – showed up on Capitol Hill Wednesday and spoke at two events at the invitation of Reps. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, and Steve King, R-Iowa.

King’s communications director, Sarah Stevens, told WND the congressman invited Wilders a month or so ago to speak at the weekly Conservative Opportunity Society breakfast he chairs. Wilders spoke Wednesday on his latest book, “Marked for Death: Islam’s War Against the West and Me,” and also attended an evening reception with Congress members and staff along with representatives of foreign-policy groups on Capitol Hill.

Ellison, Carson and Crowley showed up Thursday at a news conference King and Gohmert held for Wilders in front of the U.S. Capitol and voiced their opposition to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf in a video interview.

“Personally, I find it disturbing, but mostly sad, because, you know, the people of the Netherlands are a good people, and this is absolutely true, with a great history of tolerance, great history of giving art to the world and great gifts,” Ellison said.

“And it’s unfortunate,” the Minnesota congressman continued, “that someone such as this would come over here and sort of represent himself as a member of that society.”

Wilders, for his part, would contend that Ellison actually is drawing attention to the central issue: It’s the intolerance of Muslim immigrants and their refusal to assimilate, Wilders argues, that threatens the historic Judeo-Christian Dutch culture that forms the basis of a tolerant, pluralistic society capable of “giving art to the world and great gifts.”

As for whether or not Wilders represents his country, in 2009 he remarked: “Half of Holland loves me and half of Holland hates me. There is no in-between.”

King was unable to speak to WND due to schedule constraints, but he was interviewed by the De Telegraaf reporter in front of the Capitol Thursday, who asked him for his view of Wilders.

“I think he’s solid and courageous. I introduced him yesterday as a man who will stand up and speak the truth – even if he’s under death threats, speak the truth,” King said in the video interview.

“He’s done that consistently for a decade.”

Wilders is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at an event Sunday in the Dallas area called the “Muhammad Art Exhibit and Contest.” Held at the venue where Muslims hosted a “Stand with the Prophet in Honor and Respect” conference one week after the Paris Charlie Hebdo massacre in January, the event’s organizers, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, see Wilders as representative of their aggressive defense of freedom of speech.

ADI is run by author and Atlas Shrugs blogger Pamela Geller, and author and Jihad Watch Director Robert Spencer, who themselves have been branded by Ellison, Carson and their allies as “Islamophobes.” Geller and Spencer argue their work amounts to citing the justifications from the Quran and other Islamic texts used by Muslims who employ violent acts and other means to assert Islamic supremacy.

Summarizing their complaint, the three protesting congressmen told Kerry and Johnson that Wilders’ “policy agenda is centered on the principle that Christian culture is superior to other cultures.”

“He justifies his desire to ban the Quran and Islam from the Netherlands with depraved comments like, ‘Islam is not a religion, it’s an ideology, the ideology of a retarded culture.’ We should not be importing hate speech,” they write.

Wilders’ defenders point out that the Dutch word he used to describe Islamic culture can be translated as “backward” rather than “retarded,” insisting that while Wilders doesn’t mince words, he is no hater of people.

“I don’t hate Muslims, I hate Islam,” explains Wilders, the leader of the Party for Freedom, the fourth-largest party in the Dutch parliament.

That sentiment apparently is of little consolation to many of the more than 1 billion people who identify as Muslim, but Wilders contends the orthodox teaching of Islam derived from Muhammad is an existential threat to Western civilization.

While he puts the percentage of Islamic extremists at about 5 to 15 percent of Muslims, he contends “moderate Islam” doesn’t exist and notes the Quran itself states that Muslims who accept the Islam’s holy book in part are “apostates.”

As evidence of the failure to assimilate, in a speech to parliament last year he cited a study showing that nearly three-quarters of ethnic Turks and Moroccans in the Netherlands regard those who leave the European nation to join jihadists in Syria as “heroes.” Wilders pointed out that the same percentage of Dutch Muslims condoned the 9/11 attacks.

Wilders has been under constant security protection since November 2004, when two North African Muslims were accused of planning to murder him and another outspoken critic of Islam in the parliament, Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The attack at the Hague came shortly after the murder of Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh by a Moroccan national.

Wilders was banned from the U.K. as an “undesirable person” under Prime Minister Gordon Brown in February 2009, two days before he was scheduled to show his short film “Fitna” at the invitation of two members of the House of Lords. Wilders appealed the ban to Britain’s Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, which overturned it in October 2009.

Wilders writings and film “Fitna” warning of the “Islamization” of the Netherlands and Europe prompted Turkish, Moroccan and Antillean organizations in the country to bring charges against him of criminally insulting religious and ethnic groups and inciting hatred and discrimination.

In June 2011, he was acquitted of all charges. Judge Marcel van Oosten called Wilders’ statements about Islam “gross and denigrating” but ruled they didn’t constitute hatred against Muslims and, therefore, were “acceptable within the context of public debate.”

Limiting free speech

In their letter, Ellison, Carson and Crowley assert Wilders’ right to speak freely in the U.S. under the First Amendment is limited because he allegedly incites violence and “prejudicial action” against protected groups.

They write:

In the U.S., freedom of speech is a bedrock principle that distinguishes free societies from ones living under oppressive regimes. Freedom of speech, however, is not absolute. It is limited by the legal and moral understanding that speech that causes the incitement of violence or prejudicial action against protected groups is wrong. As Mr. Wilders continues his pursuit of political power, granting him entry will embolden him to engage in further incitement of violence and discrimination against Muslims.

Legal analyst Eugene Volokh noted the incitement exception to free speech, according to Supreme Court precedent, is “limited to speech intended to and likely to produce imminent lawless conduct — conduct in the coming hours or maybe few days.”

Wilders’ statements, Volokh wrote in a Washington Post blogpost, appear to be constitutionally protected, he said, because they “don’t urge any imminent conduct (or even any criminal conduct, as opposed to long-term changes in the law). Such statements’ are “incitement” in the Congressmen’s opinion only because the Congressmen apparently view constitutionally unprotected “incitement” (or, as they term it earlier, “hate speech”) much more broadly.”

ALAS, it beggar’s the imagination that State and DHS would have any legs to stand on, in order to deny a visa to a worldwide champion of the west’s freedoms. Clearly, they realized that the timing of crossing such a red line wasn’t efficacious. Yet, they “targeted” an Iraqi nun for exclusion, as evidenced below.

President Obama has asked Americans, on more than one occasion, to search their souls on the question of race. But on Tuesday, in the wake of riots in Baltimore, he told them that unless this “soul searching” leads to concrete policy changes and more opportunities in communities of color, civil unrest across the nation will not end.

OH yeah, the Bastard-in-Chief is threatening more of the same, if America doesn’t coddle its minority thuggish elements to the max. Come again?

NEVER mind the fact that the POTUS, AG and the she-devil Mayor of Baltimore are all Black, and VERY powerful at that. As expected, the canard of ‘racism’ is stoked and White America is ‘guilty’ as charged.

ON the other hand, if the system wasn’t co-opted by criminal elements within Obama Inc., multiple charges of criminal negligence (and the like) would be forthcoming to a roster of indictable inciters to violence, as well as to those who ‘looked the other way.’

Despite a firm denial by Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, a senior law enforcement source charges that she gave an order for police to stand down as riots broke out Monday night, raising more questions about whether some of the violence and looting could have been prevented.

The source, who is involved in the enforcement efforts, confirmed to Fox News there was a direct order from the mayor to her police chief Monday night, effectively tying the hands of officers as they were pelted with rocks and bottles.

EVEN so, where does Baltimore (et al) tie into Obama Inc.’s Black Panthers and their screams to KILL Whites? Everywhere. Patience…takes time to build a bullet proof case.

FIRSTLY, gang members, many of whom are allied with the Black Panthers, have set their gun sights on killing White police officers. Hmm. Indeed, hark back to the Gangster-in-Chief’s own words, duly cited above too:

SO, what can go wrong when chief inciting elements – HUSSEIN Obama and Sharpton – lead the charge into Baltimore, ostensibly, to lend ‘assists’:

On Sunday, a New Black Panther Party leader using the name General Taco said members of the New Black Panther Party will hunt down and kill white people, The Blaze reported Wednesday. Saying that the future of the organization is “absolute total destruction” of what he called “white supremacy” and capitalism on the planet, General Taco said the group would hunt their “pink a**es down.”

Taco, whose name stands for “taking all capitalists out,” wasn’t finished. “Once [white people] die, we should dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, bury ‘em, dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, and again, and again!” he exclaimed, getting more agitated as he spoke. He justified his remarks by claiming white people have a “history” of pushing “crack, AIDS and unemployment” on black people in order to “exterminate” them. Taco’s call for racial violence is nothing new for the group.

On Sunday, the St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida, chapter of the New Black Panther Party issued a tweet calling for the murder of white people.

“Kill these racist h**keys, these cr***ers, these pigs, these pink people, It has been long overdue!” the organization said on Twitter.

In a 32-page newsletter released in May, NBPP leader Malik Zulu Shabazz suggested that violence may be the most effective way to advance their agenda.

“Black America, you must decide who will best represent you in 2012. You must decide if you will choose the ballot as a means to change, or the bullet,” he wrote, saying that “demanding change does come by any means necessary.”

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the New Black Panther Party is a “virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers.”

INDEED, the NBPP fully recognize that there is no time like the present. It is under the ‘guiding hands’ of the present occupant of the White House that they will be able to shed as much blood as possible, sans having to face the long-arm of justice.

AS such, White America, be prepared to ‘lock and load’, if necessary.

INHERENTLY, a set of urgent queries must be asked: are the ‘New’ Black Panthers – akin to their predecessors, the Black Panthers – a qualifying domestic terror group? If not, why not? If the answer is in the affirmative, the follow-ups are: why isn’t DHS branding them as such? and why isn’t the DOJ scooping them up, one by one? Rhetorical.

CONCLUSIVELY, rock solid evidence links HUSSEIN Obama – an anti-American, pro-Islamist, wholly anti-semitic POTUS – to the Nation of Islam and the Black Panthers; itself a domestic terror group. ALL three are tied into another domestic terror group, the Weathermen.

Texas Governor Ordered State Military: MONITOR JADE HELM! Why? Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

IT is surely not lost on the Republican Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, that it is best to pay attention to the concerns of the citizens who elected him. Such a calculus should be a no-brainer for any astute politician, regardless of party affiliation.

BE that as it may, under said (practical) rubric, he ordered Texas’s military to ‘monitor’ the Feds, vis-a-vis the increasingly suspect JADE HELM 15 theater of operations within Texas. We will get to that in a bit…

BEAR in mind, this was after the shuck-and-jive show from the Fed’s mouthpiece, US Retired Non-Commissioned Special Forces Officer Tom Mead . His mission was to ‘calm down’ an increasingly alarmed public…oh yeah, the tens of thousands of ‘crazies’…’conspiracy and tin-foil hatters’ too! However, an order of this magnitude wouldn’t be given, if Texas’s chief executive didn’t see a ‘there there’, regardless of political calculi.

In the question and answer portion of the presentation, Mead further explains to board members how Jade Helm, a new exercise he describes as also being developed by US Special Operations General Charles T. Cleveland, will now be conducted within the United States annually.

Further, Mead points out that the FBI and DEA will be involved in “questioning” individuals. It is unclear whether the individuals being interrogated are part of the exercise, or what they will be questioned about. “They will actually do some questioning for us at one of the airports in Arizona.” A military or civilian airport? He doesn’t elaborate.

Mead also provides a conflicted response when asked by the county officials if only US military and law enforcement personnel will be involved in the exercise. “Do you use any personnel from NATO, the UN or DHS?” one board member asks (at 12:56 in the above video). “Currently for Jade Helm it is US only. We, ah, that has been one of the discussions that, uhm, I’m not sure if it has occurred yet.” (blogger’s note: a W T F rendering…)

A sober observer might conclude (as a portion of the public already has) that Jade Helm is likely a means to acclimate America for eventual martial law. Since September 11, 2001 US citizens have experienced a steady erosion of their civil liberties associated with the dubious rationale of the “war on terror.” The increased militarization of law enforcement and now operations like Jade Helm being carried out on domestic soil further indicate how the Posse Comitatus Act, introduced in 1878 and intended to prevent the federal government from using the military for domestic law enforcement, is being steadily eviscerated, though it is important to note that as recently as 2002 the US Congress reaffirmed the significance of the law.

Even the Rand Corporation has suggested that the US military has no clear criteria concerning when and how Posse Comitatus applies to exercises such as Jade Helm. “[I]t is critical,” Rand researchers observe in one study, “that the Army develop doctrine, leadership, and training programs that can provide clear and specific guidance on when and how the Posse Comitatus Act—as well as any other laws that proscribe Army activities in the domestic arena—applies and when it does not…..

NOT only that, its planners, including the above referenced mouthpiece, will NOT answer a straight up question re the inclusion of foreign troops – “Currently for Jade Helm it is US only. We, ah, that has been one of the discussions that, uhm, I’m not sure if it has occurred yet.” Lying bastard. Okey dokey too.

TELLINGLY, this particular lie, cum evasion, underlies the core danger. Intrinsically, many alarm bells rang as to the absolute fact that Chinese, Russian and a smattering of E European troops have been training on U.S. soil! Now, anyone who understands what this means also knows that the LAST thing a patriotic POTUS would want is communist troops running loose in the U.S., let alone learning tactics from U.S. command. Ya think?

CONCOMITANTLY, training mock ups (which involved aforementioned foreign forces) were NOT designed along the contours of environments required to battle Mid East jihadists or other known enemies. To the contrary. They are facsimiles of American cities with all the trappings of ‘any city USA’, down to the English street signs! Why?

The U.S. Army has constructed a 300 acre city in Virginia, complete with subways and signs in English, to practice drills for “problems we may not know we have yet,” according to the UK Telegraph.

The site cost $96 million to build and only 2 years to complete, and replicates the typical American city, with signage that replicates those in Washington D.C. and the same architecture seen across the nation.

“This is the place where we can be creative, where we can come up with solutions for problems that we don’t even know we have yet….This is where we’ll look at solutions for the future–material solutions and non-material solutions…anything from how you’re going to operate in a subterranean environment to how you dismount a Humvee to avoid an IED strike,” according to Colonel John P. Petkosek.

The troubling part of this mock city is that a recently leaked Army manual contained plans for the military to carry out “Civil Disturbance Operations” where American soldiers would be deployed across the nation to quell civil uprising, even firing on and killing American citizens if the need arose…..read here.

BACK to Texas’s foresight and watchful eyes….

The Lone Star State’s Republican governor, Greg Abbott, is answering citizens’ concerns over Operation Jade Helm 15, a lengthy military campaign to train U.S. troops in an urban setting, with a call to arms of his own: he’s ordered members of the Texas military to monitor the special-ops exercises.

Jade Helm, as WND has previously reported, kicks off in July in seven states, including Texas, Utah, California and Colorado. The two-month campaign involves special forces with all four branches of the U.S. military working with local law enforcement, as well as with FBI and DEA officials, to respond to mock hostilities in community settings. The campaign has launched a swell of opposition from social-media posters, who say the mission is little more than an attempt for the federal government to pave the way to declare martial law.

Abbott, in a letter to Maj. Gen. Gerald Betty of the Texas State Guard, said his order to monitor the feds was “to address concerns of Texas citizens,” SFGate.com said.

He wrote: “During the training operation, it is important Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property right[s] and civil liberties will not be infringed. I am directing the Texas State Guard to monitor Operation Jade Helm 15.”

The State Guard is made up of volunteer reservists who act at the pleasure of the governor, mostly in times of catastrophe…more here.

CONCLUSIVELY, regardless of anything else, Obama Inc., in collusion with foreign leaders – most especially Chinese – are prepping for the eventuality (the timing is fluid, but the prep has to take place) of martial law.

FINALLY, what about the purged generals and the training of red-like foreign troops on U. S. soil? But never mind.

PONDER what this means: Americans are (legally) well armed, in comparison to any other nation. As such, the Second Amendment is sacrosanct. Thankfully, the Founders understood that a day would come when citizens might be required to stand up against an out of control leadership. Yes, that time has arrived. Absolutely, an armed citizenry remains the only bulwark against an increasingly totalitarian grasp.

WITHOUT a scintilla of a doubt, HUSSEIN Obama’s domestic (and foreign) upheavals are not meant to protect Americans, and JADE HELM 15 is the other end of the same crisis point. Its preparation is mandatory (with yrly exercises planned for more of the same) for an eventual totalitarian grab, one which requires not only U.S. agencies but foreign ‘assistance’ too.

INDEED, gun control is on the way, in order to implement martial law. It is not if, but when.

ONCE again, this time in California, Islam reigns supreme, at least in its public schools. Mind you, separation of church and state means squat when Islamists are controlling school boards, even as they opine that it is just a cultural lesson! In a pig’s eye…as if Judaism and Christianity would ever be taught within the same contextual lesson plan…or if Merry Christmas or Happy Chanukah is, heaven forfend, uttered within public school premises. Hell hath no fury like a leftist and Islamist “offended” by anyone who refuses to bow to their dogmas.

It happened again. A parent saw a child’s assignment regarding Islam and the parent objected to what is being taught in a public school – the faith tenets of Islam. This time in California and this time with more details as to what parents objected to in a school assignment.

SEVERAL warnings were blared but the following sets the stage: Obama Inc. funnels taxpayer revenues to Islamize kiddies. This is transpiring inside America and beyond its borders!

INDEED, housed under the guise of Common Core are lesson plans which ‘innocuously’ slide in the ‘exemplary’ and “benign” aspects of Islam. These plans are usually found within the social studies and English curriculum’s, but not exclusively so. One example (out of countless) is more than instructive, relative to the underlying goal of indoctrination.

Parents in Farmville, North Carolina want to know why their children were given a Common Core vocabulary assignment in an English class that promoted the Prophet Muhammad and the Islamic faith.

FOLKS, it was under the aforementioned deceptive rubrics which students in Douglas County, Colorado (other states too) were shown how to behave as ‘proper’ Muslims! You got that? And the school board’s claim that the outing was an ‘optional’ field trip was an Allah-wash – “Three students out of 155 did not attend the field trip that included stops at a mosque, synagogue and Greek Orthodox church. School officials said they do not know why the trio opted out. Participation in field trips is optional.”

ASIDE from the fact that 3 students had the fortitude to ‘opt’ out, it is entirely the case that children – whether in primary, middle or high school – tend to go along with the majority of their peers, aka their packs. Thus, those who decide not to attend said programs are very few and far between. Besides, how often is a 100% attendance rate within any realm of reality? Ridiculous.

Allah is replacing God in our schools.

A perfect example is happening in a school in Douglas County, Colorado. The school is forcing students to wear Muslim head coverings during a field trip to local mosque.

Peter Boyles, radio host, said he got a hold of the permission slip sent to parents for the excursion.

Here’s what it says:

“ In the world religions field trip we will be visiting the Denver Mosque (blogger’s note: its exact name purposefully omitted), the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, and the Rodef Shalom Synagogue. We will then eat lunch at Park Meadows Food Court.

Students must either bring a sack lunch or money to purchase lunch at the food court.
THERE IS A DRESS CODE FOR THIS TRIP: All students must wear appropriate long pants. Ankles must be covered. Girls must bring wide scarves or hooded sweatshirts for the mosque.”

Why are they visiting a mosque? If they do not practice that religion, why are they being forced to abide by its laws?

So many keep quiet because they worry about being politically correct or being labeled a bigot.

WHY indeed.

MOREOVER, the reflexive rejoinder that adults who visit the Vatican or a Jewish holy site are asked to dress appropriately, ipso facto, what’s all the fuss about, is not only specious but mendacious. While adults choose to visit whatever sites they want, effectively, schoolchildren have no such choice. Apples and oranges…and the (mis)educators know it.

ASIDE from the fact that it has already been proven that Islamic (leftist alike) indoctrination is key and core within public school education…certain private schools too…it is also the case that the reflexive mantra via the (mis)educators, re learning about world religions, is a whole lot of hooey and phooey.

AGREED, a world history/social studies program surely encompasses world religions, but not by ELEVATING one over the other. We must all agree on a parity between playing fields. Education, not indoctrination.

BESIDES, what about ENGLISH classes and other subjects too, where do they fit in with ‘promoting the Prophet Muhammad and the Islamic faith.‘ This is a yes or no, true or false question and not that complicated for the core mischief makers!

BUT the case against their dangerously deceptive ‘lesson plans’ are deeper than most can grasp. How about the fact that trips to houses of worship are a violation of (at the very least) the spirit of the Constitutionally mandated separation of church and state? Moreover, this is due to the fact that the public school system is part of the Federal Education Department, resultant, they have defacto control over what they plan on emphasizing, Common Core-like – The federal government is responsible for four basic functions in public education today, according to the U.S. Department of Education website.

NOT only that, even if one closes their eyes to the above absolute violation, ask yourselves: when the kiddies enter a church or a synagogue are they required to dress (et al) according to religious guidelines? In other words, are they taken to orthodox synagogues where a required dress code is the norm, where girls dress modestly and the boys don yamulkahs (skullcaps) etc? Hardly.

MOST significantly, the trip to Congregation Rodef Shalom in Denver is absolutely instructive. How so? It is a conservative congregation, but not in the traditional meaning of the word. The Conservative Synagogue Movement, much like its Reform counterpart, is as loosey goosey as it gets. Trust this descriptor. The notion of a field trip to an Orthodox Synagogue would never be acceptable to the ‘lesson planners.’ Guaranteed.

ON the other hand, the mosque visit was PURPOSEFULLY left ambiguous, not re the mandated dress code but via directly identifying the name of the mosque. Holy jihad.

THE importance and relevance of this ‘oversight’ cannot be overstated. It was not for nothing – “ In the world religions field trip we will be visiting the Denver Mosque (blogger’s note: pray tell, which one?), the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, and the Rodef Shalom Synagogue.”

THE point being, they understood that the ‘inquiring’ public would be able to identify any linkages to this and that, if a specific mosque was mentioned. Inherently, folks who dig beneath the surface – and also have a megaphone – would inform the public as to how jacked up the mosque is with Islamic terror front groups! Wanna bet?

BOTTOM LINE: it can no longer be explained away that Islam is being taught as a just one part of the ‘world religions’ curriculum…blah, blah, blah…so why the fuss and angst.

INCONTESTABLY, once the kiddies are taught the shahada and the five (lying) pillars of Islam, well, let’s just call it what it is: outright indoctrination, and with a dose of subliminal/brainwashing messaging in between. Damn them all to hell and back – the (mis)educators and their Islamic (leftist) counterparts.

BEFORE we delve into the ‘liberal fascist’ tactics adopted by Obama Inc. – vis-a-vis conservatives via Gestapo-like goons – it must be recognized, in general, a preponderance who hoist the appendage of ‘liberalism’ are increasingly exhibiting fascistic tendencies.

STIPULATED, if anything is emblematic of said charge, the militant Gay Lobby (aka ‘Gay Mafia’ ) is a prime exhibit. Even as they herald the mantle of ‘liberal tolerance’ as their ‘holy’ grail (in the meanwhile, physically and verbally intimidating those who refuse to accede to their dictates, and tarring them as so-called ‘intolerant bigots’), they threaten to kill, blow up and otherwise terrorize their opponents. Pot kettle.

ONTO Wisconsin, the ‘birthplace’ of the Labor Union, a mid-western state with an extreme leftist bent!

NOW, before we proceed to the recent storm trooping, the charges at hand stem from a previous budget proposition. Back in 2011, Governor Scott Walker attempted to bring fiscal sanity to the state of Wisconsin, and said action stirred Obama Inc.’s goon squads into a frenzied and fiendish meltdown.

The 2011 Wisconsin Act 10, also known as the Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,^[1] was legislation proposed by Republican Governor Scott Walker^[2] and passed by the Wisconsin Legislature to address a projected $3.6 billion budget deficit.^[3] The legislation primarily impacted the following areas: collective bargaining, compensation, retirement, health insurance, and sick leave of public sector employees. In response, unions and other groups organized protests inside and around the state capitol. The bill was passed into law and became effective as of June 29, 2011. Public employees exempted from the changes to the collective bargaining law include firefighters and most law enforcement workers.^[1] The bill was ruled to be constitutional by the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2014, after several years of litigation.

AS stated, 2011’s fiscal re-ordering let loose Obama Inc.’s goons, to the point in which like-minded surrogates felt safe enough to threaten Governor Walker’s entire family, if he didn’t reverse course and safeguard the union’s demands! Mafioso tactics. No doubt.

Dave was not prone to exaggeration. He is a former marine who had headed former Gov. Jim Doyle’s security detail. He is the consummate professional.

“Governor, I’ve been at this awhile, and when the hairs stand up on the back of my neck, you have to be concerned,” Dave said. “They know where you go to church; they’ve been to your church. They’re following your children and tracking your children. They know where your children go to school, what time they have class, what time they get out of class. They know when they had football practice. They know where your wife works, they know that she was at the grocery store at this time, they know that she went to visit her father at his residence.”

We talked about some of the additional measures he would take to keep the family safe. Dave increased the size of our detail and assigned troopers to keep an eye on the kids at school. (Both of my sons were attending a public high school, and the Wauwatosa police officers really looked out for Matt and Alex too.) He also explained that we could no longer do simple tasks like going to the curb to pick up the mail, which would now have to be screened…..

We soon began to get a steady stream of death threats. Most of these Dave and his team intercepted and kept from Tonette and me. They were often graphic (one threatened to “gut her like a deer”), but for the most part they amounted to little more than angry venting.

But one afternoon, as I prepared to go out to the conference room for my daily press briefing, Dave came into my office and shut the door. “Sir, I don’t show you most of these, but I thought you ought to see this one.” He handed me a letter addressed to Tonette that had been picked up by a police officer at the executive residence in Maple Bluff. It read:

HI TONETTE,

Has Wisconsin ever had a governor assassinated? Scotts heading that way. Or maybe one of your sons getting killed would hurt him more. I want him to feel the pain. I already follow them when they went to school in Wauwatosa, so it won’t be too hard to find them in Mad. Town. Big change from that house by [BLANK] Ave. to what you got now. Just let him know that it’s not right to [EXPLETIVE] over all those people. Or maybe I could find one of the Tarantinos [Tonette’s parents] back here.

Lots of choices for me.

The letter had a Green Bay postmark, but there were no fingerprints or other indications of who had sent it. Dave explained that it raised red flags because, unlike most of the hate mail and death threats we received, it was very specific. The sender talked about following our kids to school, the street where we lived, and threatened not just me but my children and my in-laws….

CLEAR as a bell.

FAST forward to Obama Inc.’s most recent storm trooper tactics, but this time they were not directed at Governor Scott Walker and his family. Rather, they were bull’s-eye focused on supporters of Governor Walker! Branching out.

Fox’s Trace Gallagher explained how prosecutors were allowed to go after conservative groups like the Wisconsin Club for Growth. Then, he said, it expanded to supporters. Cindy Archer was one of those supporters.

Recounting the NRO story, Gallagher said that “late one night she was jolted awake by what she thought was a home invasion. It turned out to be a police raid. More than a dozen police officers holding a battering ram, yelling and pounding on her door. She said she was trying to calm down her dogs and get dressed with her body in full view of police. When she opened the door, she kept begging them not to shoot her dogs.” Archer, the NRO explained, was “one of the lead architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10 — also called the ‘Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,’ the measure that sparked what we dubbed the “Wisconsin Insurrection.”

Police refused to let Archer speak with an attorney, and told her not to speak out about her ordeal to anyone. Doing so, they threatened, would see her face contempt of court charges. Police left with her laptop and cell phone, David French said at NRO.

“The entire neighborhood could see the police around their house, but they had to remain silent,” French said. “This was not the ‘right to remain silent’ as uttered by every cop on every legal drama on television — the right against self-incrimination. They couldn’t mount a public defense if they wanted — or even offer an explanation to family and friends.”

Archer was not the only conservative to experience Gestapo-like tactics at the hands of police. Another victim, identified only as “Rachel,” was also targeted by a pre-dawn raid in which police carted off personal possessions, some of which had nothing to do with the search warrant….read all the chilling details…
