One of the many gifts of living in America, a freedom-based nation, is that citizens (emphasis added) are truly free to vote for their candidate(s) of choice. No doubt, the ability to execute said decision is inviolate. Such is the case, irrespective of whether anyone agrees, or not. Full stop.

It is along the very same electoral trajectory that an individual (and group) can campaign on behalf of this one or that one to their heart’s content – even if a particular candidate is viewed as the “devil incarnate”, and their opponent as the “patron saint.”

But whereas this is the case with individuals, it is an absolute no-no for non-profits. As will be seen below a 2017 Executive Order, the IRS mandate, for all intents and purposes, stands as is. This is so despite President Trump’s Executive Order On Religious Political Activity.……

The precise language of the President’s controversial Executive Order does nothing to actually change the law.  The Order directs federal agencies “to the greatest extent practicable and to the extent permitted by law” to “respect and protect the freedom of persons and organizations to engage in religious and political speech.”

“In particular,” the Order says, “the Secretary of the Treasury shall ensure, to the extent permitted by law, that the Department of the Treasury does not take any adverse action against any individual, house of worship, or other religious organization on the basis that such individual or organization speaks or has spoken about moral or political issues from a religious perspective, where speech of similar character has, consistent with law, not ordinarily been treated as participation or intervention in a political campaign …”

Most significantly, the DIRECT endorsement and full-on campaign for a candidate by the violator at hand (patience, dear reader) is in no way supportable under President Trump’s order, that is, an “organization speaks or has spoken about moral or political issues from a religious perspective….”

PRACTICE POINTERS

  • Charitable nonprofits and foundations may not “participate in, or intervene in (including publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for political office.” 26 U.S.C. Section 501(c)(3). This prohibition applies to any and all candidates for federal, state and even local elections. See IRS Regulations, Section 1.501(c)(3)-1(3) (iii).
  • The Supreme Court Decision, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, does NOT change how other laws limit election-related activities of charitable nonprofits recognized under Section 501(c)(3).
  • If a candidate for public office approaches your nonprofit and asks to speak at a function, what should the response be? “NO” if the candidate plans to talk about his or her campaign; “Yes” if the candidate only talks about the charitable nonprofit and topics related to the mission, and if other candidates are also invited. Since it’s difficult to “control the message” when a candidate is speaking, many nonprofits avoid the risks involved in order to scrupulously maintain a nonpartisan position.
  • Some have observed that “once a candidate, always a candidate,” however, technically an individual who is an incumbent, and has not announced s/he is running for office, is not a “candidate.”
  • Organizations with substantial political or lobbying objectives may be recognized as tax-exempt under Code Section 501(c)(4). The rules that apply to 501(c(4) organizations are different from those that pertain to 501(c)(3)s, and permit 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organizations to engage in substantial lobbying, as long as it is “germane” to the organization’s program, among other limitations. Lobbying is NOT the same as political campaign activity. Engaging in lobbying by charitable nonprofits is permitted, but expending more than an “insubstantial” amount of energy or resources towards lobbying activities can be problematic. Charities that engage in a “substantial” amount of lobbying expose themselves to IRS penalties (“excise taxes”).

Now that that is established and firmly upheld by IRS rules and regulations, surely those in violation thereof should be stripped of their nonprofit status – or so it would seem.

In this regard, it has come to this investigative journalist’s attention that a particular Shiite mosque (with Sunni teachings on hand), American Muslim Diversity Association (located at 44760 Ryan Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48314, a suburb of Dearborn….phone #: 586-804-7130), is stumping for their candidate of choice – a VERY clear violation of IRS nonprofit rules and regs! Trust, AMDA is hardly the lone mosque involved in this illegal activity throughout America. But, so far, it is the one caught red-handed in this highly active Islamic region.

Even so, don’t dare be fooled. Their leadership must be aware of the “do’s and don’t’s” (through another IRS directive for nonprofits, that is, a yearly audit of the organization’s financial statements by an independent CPA) that all mosques (churches, synagogues, et al.) must abide by. Nevertheless, they also understand that Muslims are considered a “protected” group in America and will be given a free pass. But that doesn’t mean that massive pressure put to bear won’t change the unfair and dangerous calculus. Patriots, you got that?

As a none too incidental or insignificant tidbit, permission has been granted to expose who “dropped the hammer”, so to speak. Well, Dave Gaubatz, CAIR’s nemesis, that’s who! In fact, he “visited” American Muslim Diversity Association on March 6, 2020, having conducted first-hand research – as only he knows how to! Understood? 

More specifically, found among their (IRS-forbidden) fully displayed literature….talk about brass balls….prima facie evidence is seen below for ALL (emphasis placed) to view and pass on….and on….

But not to be lost in all of their blatant in-your-face disregard of rules and regs – mind you, which other non-Muslim nonprofits have to abide by – it is highly germane and noteworthy to know who AMDA’s candidate of choice is. Indeed, it is none other than Comrade Bernie! They are full throttle behind him. This is so because “reds and greens” have the same end goal: America’s destruction. This seemingly “strange” alliance is emblematic of the truism “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.” And this is precisely why Reps Omar and Tlaib, as well as the jihadi from the Brooklyn, NY ‘hood, Muslima Linda Sarsour (trust, all three are full-throated Mohammedans), are standing shoulder to shoulder with AOC in support of the so-called Democrat-socialist! EVER since this Brotherhood Mafia expert stepped into the jihadi arena, a laser beam has been focused on Erdogan, Turkey’s President and Brotherhood Mafia strongman. The heat ramped up when it became absolutely clear that Turkey’s  turning point – a full throttle pivot away from a (more or less) secular outlook in the public square – coincided with his ascendancy (in 2003) to PM. 

WHILE there are multiple geo-political fault-lines for zeroing in on Erdogan, chief among them is the public’s misconception that Turkey can still be a bridge between east and west. Hogwash. That was then, this is now. As such, it is urgent to continually rip off Erdogan’s Caliphate-driven Islamic mask – in specific, for the sake of America and Israel, as well as for the wider west. 

IN this regard, before Erdogan’s most recent destructive swathe against the west is examined below, it is imperative to take a look-back into key, bulletproof backgrounder.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, National Intelligence Agency (MİT) chief Hakan Fidan, Deputy Undersecretary for the Prime Minister’s Office İbrahim Kalın and advisor Sefer Turan were also present at the meeting, Anadolu Agency reported. The meeting between Mashaal and Erdoğan came around four months after their latest meeting. It came at a time when rumors suggest that Mashaal, currently in exile in Qatar, is searching for another place to live.”

BUT once the above is digested in full, what must be understood and internalized is Erdogan’s (with fellow Islamic leaders in tow) decades-long blueprint to bring about the west’s implosion. He recognizes (unlike historically ignorant and appeasing western leaders) that this demise will not come about through frontal jihad, but through other bombs, that is, hijrah + demographic explosions! Yes, the main knock-on effect, that is, whenever Mohammedans implant their feet within non-Muslim lands. 

EFFECTIVELY, through continuous “Migration For the Cause of Allah”, yes, “soft power” ala “stealth jihad” will pave the way for the west’s eventual collapse – and with frontal jihad as its final nail, if necessary. 

ALL of which brings us to the here and now – as per Erdogan’s latest thrust into Europe, that which will inevitably impact America!

PER the New York Post, March 3, 2020:

Turkish tyrant Recep Tayyip Erdogan is only trying to blackmail the European Union with his latest let-loose-the-refugees ploy — but he could end up destroying it.

On Friday, Ankara announced it was opening its land and sea borders with Europe, thereby letting potentially millions of refugees and asylum-seekers from Syria and beyond head for the EU via Greece.

Erdogan is eager for Western help as his forces battle the Syrian army near Idlib — the last rebel-held stronghold. Turkey has gone on the offensive after an airstrike (likely Russian) killed 33 Turkish soldiers last Thursday. Turkey is winning that battle — but Russia might intervene to turn the tide.

Either way, the fighting has pushed more Syrian civilians toward Turkey, and Erdogan (whose nation already hosts 3.5 million refugees) opted to pass the problem on to the EU.

But Greece refuses to let them in: It has suspended all asylum applications for a month and vowed to deport all illegal entrants.

Already, thousands of migrants have clashed violently with Greek riot police wielding tear gas, batons, stun grenades and rubber bullets — and Athens says it will start using live ammo next. Other refugees are trying the sea route; a small child died when a dinghy full of migrants capsized Monday.

EU law forbids Greece’s actions, but Athens refuses to be overwhelmed — and the rest of Europe doesn’t want a return of the 2015 refugee crisis, either: It’s still feeling the aftershocks, including the rise of anti-immigration parties, as well as Brexit.

Indeed, a fresh wave of refugees could push Italy over the brink: Coronavirus has already shut down much of its most productive regions, and Rome isn’t that far from fiscal problems that could make the Greek debt crisis of 2007-8 look mild.

All this, when overall EU leadership is at its weakest in decades: Britain is gone, Germany’s Angela Merkel is on her way out with no clear successor and France’s Emmanuel Macron is deeply unpopular at home.

It doesn’t help that the EU never settled its own refugee policies after 2015: It just bribed Erdogan into enforcing its own borders — and now he’s demanding a bigger bribe.

It may be as simple as sending Erdogan the Patriot missiles he wants to fend off Russian planes, or it may require Europe to finally figure out how to settle some refugees without inviting another flood, but the EU can’t get out of this one via its usual answer — kicking the can down the road.

NOW, while the March 3 article is, on its face, an accurate assessment, it falls way short of being a core analysis, as examined throughout these pages.

INCONTESTABLY, in very basic geo-political terms, Erdogan appears like a garden variety hijacker – accede to Turkish demands, or else! Indeed, while bankrupting (through unsustainable welfare programs handed out to millions of illegal immigrants) Europe surely aids in its collapse, said demand is being used as part of Erdogan’s multi-faceted toolbox towards the ultimate goal, again, overturning Europe into part of the ummah, the Islamic supra-national community!

MOST significantly, once Europe is nearly subsumed, the Islamic thrust within America – via fully awakened sleeper cells – will commence with lightening speed campaigns all across the nation. RESULTANT, it is way past time to place her on trial – despite her triple-pronged protected status, that is, the impenetrable “victimhood” umbrella afforded to Muslims, the woe is me femi “Me Too” card, and the race card bugaboo. Yes, a trifecta of shield-like isms! Mind you, this vile anti-American, anti-semitic b*tch is not gay, otherwise, she would have all four bases covered.

My name is Abdihakin Osman Nur and I live in Minneapolis Minnesota. I am an American citizen. I am the person who spoke to the media and said that Ilhan Omar married her brother and made legal papers for him to stay in America, I confirmed that the marriage was fraudulent and that I was personally aware since I was a close friend and neighbor to both Ahmed Hirsi and Ilhan Omar. It is also an open secret in the Minnesota somali community but everyone is afraid of problems from supporters of Ilhan Omar some of whom have felony criminal records. This issues started in August of 2016 and the first media person whom I spoke to was Scott Johnson who writes for Power line blog. I shared his posts on my Facebook and I was met with vicious online harassment and threats including insulting me for being in a wheelchair and insults to my person as a disabled man. They caricatured me as wearing diapers. I finally decided to put them on all the things that they were doing in suppressing the information through intimidation and threats and so I told the writer of daily mail to put it on the record.

Since that day I have received veiled threats about my safety, insults online and threats of a set up in which to have me locked up. I have had fake complaints to try and shut my Facebook down. They have also told a media personality on YouTube to threaten me and she did so live on a YouTube video.

I would like to inform the public and the government of the USA. If anything were to happen to me and my safety that Ilhan Omar and her team will be responsible. I also ask for the support of the American people in case I’m set up or something happens to me because I have talked.

CARDS ON THE TABLE: This investigative journalist lays no claim to scientific/medical prowess. In fact, recognizing this truth is an easy peasy admission to make. Besides, there is no shame in doing so.

THAT being established, it is also the case that tapping into a roster of medical/surgical experts is always less than a stone’s throw away from yours truly. That close.

THE point being, a few weeks ago, while at an oft-held social gathering, the discussion turned to the outbreak of the coronavirus and its reportage from various corners. Mind you, one of the (regular) guests is a well-known infectious disease specialist – who prefers to remain anonymous, while he and his team labor tirelessly on coronavirus research at the Galilee Research Institute, in southern Israel – and is very emphatic in his base-line assessment: China’s first claim, that is, that it started at a food market in Wuhan, had more holes in it than a mountain of swiss cheese. That many. But as he went into this and that (long-winded) epidemiological discourse, it became obvious to the scientifically-minded that coronavirus has more in common with bio-warfare (a.k.a. bioterrorism) than with other known flu-like viruses! As to the scientific calculi at the dinner table, again, it flew right past this head. Mind-numbing.

EVEN so, with the above in place, the upshot became more than clear: Its spread must be contained with all due speed, hopefully, via a much anticipated vaccine at the Institute. Afterwards, its fingerprints, its unleashing (emphasis added), becomes (worldwide) priority Number One!

Wuhan: An US author, Sylvia Browne had made predictions about the deadly coronavirus outbreak in her book 12 years ago.

This prediction was made in the book titled, “End of Days: Predictions and Prophecies about the End of the World”. It was co-written with Lindsay Harrison.

Severe pneumonia-like illness

In the book, Browne predicted that in around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe. It was also predicted that the virus will attack the lungs and the bronchial tubes. The virus will resist all available treatments, the author added.

The author had also predicted the end of the virus. She mentioned that it will vanish quickly. However, the virus will again attack after 10 years before disappearing completely, she added.

It may be mentioned that the author had died in 2013.

Cambodia is a country that is infamous for their human trafficking, child sex trafficking, and child sex tourism. The location where Smolek was stationed was a hot spot of this type of illegal activity, and it’s possible that he had been privy to some damning information on Hillary Clinton. While it can’t be confirmed exactly if Smolek had dirt on Hillary Clinton, one investigator by the name of George Webb is putting the pieces together as he searches for clues in Washington D.C. where Smolek’s body was pulled from the river. His website Webb stated:

“Yet another State employee is found mysteriously dead, his body pulled from the Potomac after being reported missing. While we still put the pieces of this man’s untimely death together and investigate what he possibly knew about Hillary’s human trafficking ring, what’s extremely chilling is Smolek’s possible ties to Debbie Wasserman Schulz, who was a person of interest in the mysterious death of Beranton J. Whisenant.  Whisenant was a lawyer who was investigating Shultz and the DNC’s voter fraud in Texas, and he was set to testify about what he knew. But before Whisenant got the opportunity to reveal possible evidence that could bring down the entire DNC, his dead body washed up on a beach in Broward County, the VERY SAME COUNTY where Kurt Smolek lived.

We’ve received reports that Philip Haney, a DHS whistleblower on the Obama administration, has been found dead.

We have not yet received independent confirmation from the Sheriff’s Department, but sources within law enforcement have verified that there’s a death investigation underway.

If you have seen a few episodes of Behind the Uniform or have ever watched Fox News, you probably recognize the name Philip Haney. He was the DHS whistleblower that dropped the hammer on the Obama administration regarding the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS.

He was also a friend to many at Law Enforcement Today. We have an exclusive interview with him at the bottom of the article that was conducted on Behind the Uniforms before his death.

Multiple sources tell us that Philip’s body was discovered outside San Francisco, CA, last night. The current indications point to him being shot to death.

It is unclear when it happened or how. The details are still emerging. As soon as we have more information, we will provide an update.

Friends of Haney told us that they spoke with Haney earlier this week and he’d “never been happier”. They’ve suggested there’s absolutely no way he would have taken his own life… and reinforce that he’s had many enemies since he blew the whistle on the Obama administration.

Close friends of Haney tell us that his wife lost her battle with cancer in 2019. Haney was engaged to be married later this year. The author of See Something, Say Nothing was preparing to go back on the road in advance of the upcoming election. He was currently living in California, just west of San Francisco.

In 2018, Haney told Intercessors for America prayer activists that he had been working on a “special assignment” in Minnesota to stop Rep. Keith Ellison from being elected Minnesota’s Attorney General. As we approach the 2020 elections, friends of Haney’s told us he was planning on doubling down on efforts to “protect America from progressive leftists socialists”.

Haney was a guest on IFA’s now-weekly pre-election prayer call, where when asked by IFA’s Dave Kubal what’s at stake in the 2018 midterm elections, Haney said:

“What’s at stake is our sovereignty, the right to choose the form of government we would live under.”

He continued:

“This is a moment that’s generational,” said Haney, “and now is the time for us to stand up and take our place in representation of government as ordained by God and to reaffirm the values that our country was founded on, and choose life, not death.”

According to Haney, the Constitution is threatened by “progressive leftist socialists” and by the Islamic movement. He said their goal is to impose Sharia law:

And that’s where Keith Ellison comes in. He’s actually a hybrid between both. He represents and is supported both by antifa, MoveOn.org, the Democratic national party’s position on abortion, open borders, sanctuary cities, every platform of the left, whereas on the other side he’s also affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, which is the global Islamic movement that seeks to establish Sharia law.

Haney, who is credited with helping capture more than 300 jihadists, is best known for blowing the whistle on the Obama administration for shutting down an investigation he was leading that could have potentially stopped, among others, delete and scrub records the terrorist attack in San Bernardino.

That attack, occurring on December 2, 2015, left 14 people dead and 22 seriously injured from gunshot wounds at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino.

The perpetrators, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple living in the city of Redlands, targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and holiday party, of about 80 employees, in a rented banquet room.

Farook was an American-born U.S. citizen of Pakistani descent, who worked as a health department employee. Malik was a Pakistani-born lawful permanent resident of the United States.

After the shooting, the couple fled in a rented sport utility vehicle (SUV). Four hours later, police pursued their vehicle and killed them in a shootout. On December 3, 2015, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened a counter-terrorism investigation. On December 6, 2015, in a prime-time address delivered from the Oval Office, President Barack Obama defined the shooting as an act of terrorism.

A school in Michigan has decided to discipline students for what they do and say at home, and now is getting sued for overstepping its authority.

The case has been filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan on behalf of four students who summarily were suspended from the Saline High School because of a private snapchat conversation.

The school found out about the offensive language that was used, and took action immediately, even though the conversation had nothing at all to do with the school, according to David Kallman, of Kallman Legal, who is working on behalf of the students and their parents.

The case asks for a declaratory judgment, damages and injunctive relief for the violation of their constitutional rights to due process and free speech.

Two of the students have been returned to classes, but two others have been recommended for expulsion, Kallman reported.

The snapchat occurred on a Sunday evening between friends and acquaintances, he reported. African-American and Caucasian children were using inappropriate and offensive language in a joking manner and in the context of immature banter among friends, Kallman reported.

MOST significantly, as intended, decade after decade of said radicalized “teaching methods” has ripped apart America’s ethos, root by root. A  high-school teacher may have evacuated his entire class because one student was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, according to a video that was posted on YouTube.

The video, which was originally posted in an article on The Daily Caller, features audio of what is allegedly the teacher and the student arguing, reportedly recorded by one of the students in the classroom.

“I can’t sit here and learn?” another voice, reportedly belonging to the student who was wearing the hat, asks.

“Not with that hat on,” the teacher allegedly responds.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar has introduced a package of seven bills that she says aims to overhaul US foreign policy and help fight human rights abuses around the globe. 

Introduced on Wednesday, Omar’s package of legislation, dubbed the “Pathway to Peace“, includes provisions to ensure Congress has oversight powers on US sanctions and declarations of emergency, guarantees that US security aid is only granted to countries protecting human rights and redirects $5bn from defense spending to create a global peace-building fund. 

It also enters the US into the list of countries participating in the International Criminal Court (ICC), lifts US visa bans on ICC officials, ratifies the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and creates a global agreement on migration.

“Today, I am proud to introduce the Pathway to PEACE, a bold vision that prioritises multilateralism and diplomacy over militarism,” Omar said in a tweet on Wednesday after introducing the legislation.

Directors from the Cato Institute, Human Rights Watch, the Center for Victims of Torture and others have voiced their support for the package of bills.

The plan is set to become “a new progressive baseline” for US foreign policy, said former President Barack Obama’s foreign policy adviser Ben Rhodes.

Well, let’s take a quick glimpse into Wahabbism’s current thrust and sway throughout the west. Only then, will its dangerous circle-back to the U.S., so to speak, be squared – CAIR-like!

A year ago, Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel of Germany rebuked Saudi Arabia for financing Wahhabi mosques worldwide. In the case of Germany, he added, such mosques had fostered extremists who threatened public security. That campaign by Saudi Arabia as well as other nations or organizations in the Gulf has been fueled by oil-wealth and has taken strategic advantage of Saudi control of the holy sites in Mecca and Medina. And it has been carried out by states that rely on the military, security, and economic ties with the United States and by other Western nations.

Is Wahhabist ideology a problem, and if so, for whom? The answer is yes, it is a problem; and it is a problem not only for those concerned with public safety in Germany or other Western nations, but for just about everyone except those preaching it.

The questions that Gabriel and other critics of Wahhabist ideology do not address are these. What is Wahhabism? What makes a particular mosque, teaching circle, set of books, treatises, audio-cassettes, or Internet site Wahhabist? And given that there are few if any self-identified “Wahhabis”, how might one distinguish Wahhabism from Salafism more widely?

“Wahhabism” refers first and foremost to the teachings of the 18th-century Arabian preacher and activist, Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab, who in 1744 made a pact with a local chief from the Saud tribe. This pact set the model for subsequent Saudi-Wahhabi rule: the clerics—Ibn Abd al-Wahhab and his successors—would decide what was proper Islam and the rulers— Muhammad ibn Saud and his descendants—would enforce the cleric’s interpretation of Islam, control territory, administer the state, and eliminate improper beliefs and practices.

Ibn Abd al-Wahhab preached a radical understanding of Takfir, that is, the declaration that certain beliefs or practices are apostasy. He taught that the vast majority of Muslims living in his time were in fact apostates, as had been the majority of Muslims since the eighth century. It is not enough for Muslims to carry out the daily prayers, fast during Ramadan, give alms, attempt to make the pilgrimage to Mecca, and affirm that “there is no god but God.” To avoid the charge of idolatrous polytheism, he taught, they must also renounce all beliefs and practices that negate, implicitly or explicitly, the oneness of God. Apostates who do not repent are to be executed. Whoever doubts that that the beliefs and practices condemned by Ibn Abd al-Wahhab are apostasy is himself an apostate. Whoever hesitates to support the appropriate punishment for the apostate is himself an apostate.

AS promised, the above – and what follows – beats a straight and direct path back to approximately 90 percent of the mosques across America. Indeed, this is not an exaggeration, nor up for debate. Fact-based.

ANYONE who recognizes what’s what re ‘black-face’ Trudeau understands this and that, too: holier than thou, so-called liberals are racists of the worst kind! Yes, they are. Even more so, what they accuse conservatives of is a projection of their core beliefs – psychological profiling, beside the point.
NOT only that, their fellow travelers in the U.S. – most of whom are ensconced within today’s Democrat-socialist party – continuously scream to the high heavens re their ‘heartfelt’ concern for blacks and minorities, yet, it is their political muscle which is destroying inner cities across the nation and failing to raise them out of poverty! On the other hand, their nemesis, Trump, has ensured that they are no longer relegated to the plantation-like strangle-hold of their Demster captors. Indeed, rank hypocrisy of the nefarious kind.

THAT being laid bare, Trudeau and his Canadian ilk share both an ideological bond and a dual-based common denominator with their northern Dem-socialist neighbors – in terms of their affinity for all things red-green at play. Trudeau’s outright support for ANTIFA (the red-based side of domestic terror), akin to the thumbs-up from his American counterparts, must be deemed prime, corresponding exhibits. Yes, to be silent IS to agree, too.  

That’s why Justin Trudeau’s refusal to speak out against the Antifa violence in Quebec City is huge failure of leadership on his part.

Any Prime Minister – particularly one with such a large social media following – could do a lot of good by being clear that there is zero tolerance for violence against the police and against members of the media.

After all, without law and order and without a free press, our society would cease to function.

This isn’t about taking a political position. If a far-right group had attacked police and journalists, it would be just as important for Trudeau to condemn them. In this case however, it’s simply a fact that it’s a far-left group that committed these acts of violence.

Refusing to condemn is tacit approval

Trudeau’s refusal to condemn the violent Antifa actions is a tacit approval of them. The longer Trudeau goes without condemning it, the more it seems he is okay with what happened – which is an unacceptable position for a Canadian “leader.”

INEXORABLY, not one candidate from the 2020 Presidential (Demster) field would condemn ANTIFA’s brownshirt-like terror tactics!

Despite the well-documented violence of the radical left Antifa group — the Department of Homeland Security classifies it as “domestic terrorist violence” – not one of the 23 Democrats running for president would condemn Antifa when repeatedly asked by CNSNews.com over the course of 12 business days.

Politico reported, “Federal authorities have been warning state and local officials since early 2016 that leftist extremists known as ‘antifa’ had become increasingly confrontational and dangerous, so much so that the Department of Homeland Security formally classified their activities as ‘domestic terrorist violence,’ according to interviews and confidential law enforcement documents obtained by POLITICO.”

Politico went on to quote a senior law enforcement official:

“‘It was in that period [as the Trump campaign emerged] that we really became aware of them,’ said one senior law enforcement official tracking domestic extremists in a state that has become a front line for clashes between the groups. ‘These antifa guys were showing up with weapons, shields and bike helmets and just beating the shit out of people. … They’re using Molotov cocktails, they’re starting fires, they’re throwing bombs and smashing windows.’”

Several controversial Islamist organizations have been awarded with a new round of funding from the Trudeau government’s Canada Summer Job program, according to True North News.

The Trudeau government’s handling of the grants has been mired in controversy and mismanagement since they announced a values attestation, which initially required organizations to sign a pro-abortion pledge or be deemed ineligible for funding.

Because of the controversial pledge, several organizations with Christian values — including summer camps and soup kitchens — were denied funding last summer.

Once again this summer, the Trudeau government’s funding is raising eyebrows. The feds awarded the Islamic Society of North America-Canada (ISNA-Canada) with $25,787 in Canada Summer Jobs funding despite having its charity status revoked by the Canada Revenue Agency for allegedly funding a militant terror group.

According to official records, seven chapters of the Muslim Association of Canada (MAC) were listed as approved for funding.

The Trudeau government’s dedication to Islamic ideology is obvious and blatant. For this very reason establishment media will not expose the truth. Government and media working in collusion is a signal an element of communism has permeated society.

Alas, no one should be shocked, shocked that the NYC Dept. of Education is being probed – by the FBI, no less – for ‘deep-rooted fraud!‘ Not only that, couple it with the fact that NYC is run by a corrupt Marxist/commie Mayor, Bill de Blasio – married to an equally corrupt wifey, Chirlane McCray. Yes, the die is cast. Birds of a (bent and twisted) feather.

The feds have started looking into allegations of widespread academic fraud in New York City schools, a Queens lawmaker says.

City Councilman Robert Holden met this month with officials in the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York after his call for a federal probe of “deep-rooted fraud” in the city Department of Education.

“I’m encouraged by my meeting with the US Attorney. His team is taking this seriously,” Holden told The Post.

FBI agents have already contacted several whistle-blowing teachers whose names he provided, Holden added.

A spokesman for US Attorney Richard Donoghue declined comment.

Holden sent a letter in November to Donoghue in Brooklyn and US Attorney Geoffrey Berman in Manhattan, saying “an apparent pattern of conspiracy to cover up” grade-fixing, cheating and other wrongdoing might warrant an investigation under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which covers criminal enterprises.

In Atlanta, eight educators were convicted under a RICO statute of manipulating student test scores and sentenced to prison in 2015.

Holden turned over records compiled by former and current faculty members at Maspeth High School in Queens, where teachers say administrators encouraged cheating on exams, enforced a “no-fail policy,” and retaliated against staffers who didn’t play ball.

Meanwhile, Holden and The Post received additional whistle blower-letters from anonymous “investigative staff” with the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools.

A similar letter sent last summer said SCI was sitting on cases alleging waste or misconduct by Mayor Bill de Blasio, First Lady Chirlane McCray, Chancellor Richard Carranza and other “high-level executives,” to protect them. Special Commissioner Anastasia Coleman denied the accusation. Meanwhile, Holden and The Post received additional whistle blower-letters from anonymous “investigative staff” with the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools.

The new letter blasts Coleman for a “numbers game” — boosting stats with minor cases rather than focusing on more serious misconduct and systemic corruption, in an effort to make herself look good.

For instance, the letter says, SCI in 2019 launched a probe of a DOE employee “seen urinating in public a few blocks from a school.”

The case was assigned to “Team 1,” an elite unit that is supposed to probe sexual contact between staff and students.

The team was also burdened with cases in which administrators “merely forgot to check a box” in submitting a complaint.

“While SCI is doing more work, the quality of the cases being pursued is zero-to-none, and cases that are systematic in nature or that do show major fraud can’t be worked on because of a lack of resources or time,” the letter says.

It also complains that SCI lawyers “have taken up to 300 days or more” to review and close cases — leaving DOE employees in limbo even if accusations are unsubstantiated.

What’s more, SCI has started closing cases “in-house” rather than sending reports to the DOE, the Conflicts of Interest Board or other agencies, to cover up the delays — and avoid making them subject to public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law.

Councilmen Mark Treyger, education committee chairman, and Ritchie Torres, investigations and oversight chairman, have said they plan to hold a hearing on SCI’s performance and effectiveness next month.

“It’s increasingly apparent that we need an investigation to investigate the investigators,” Holden said.

Coleman did not respond to the allegations. “SCI will not comment on pending matters or internal deliberations and office management,” the agency said in a statement.

De Blasio spokeswoman Jane Meyer said the city has not received notice of a federal investigation.
“We take allegations of cheating very seriously, and immediately after these allegations were brought to our attention this summer, we reported them to SCI,” Meyer said in a statement Sunday. “The DOE has not received notice of any federal investigation, but will cooperate fully with any investigation they undertake.”

AS a young student of geopolitics (a sub-section of political science), this writer learned early on that its basis, for all practical purposes, is slippery as ice. The contrast couldn’t be any starker to a secondary area of immersion, that is, forensics. Akin to night and day. Effectively, one is non-scientific – despite the jibber-jabber from political and academic quarters – and the other is decidedly science-based. Polar opposites.

Nevertheless, despite the amorphous state of geopolitics, it does have a starting and entry point. To wit, said openings should be viewed in terms of geography and power politics; with the goal being a so-called “grand strategy” for both wartime and peacetime based on a nation’s geographical location (and standing) on the global stage.

IN this regard, effectively, nation-states base their foreign policy objectives upon “grand strategies“, be it purposefully or inadvertently. Generally, they tie into the leadership’s global ambitions. Still, at times, they operate in opposition to a promised set of domestic arrangements and parameters. In turn,  it is this push and pull, a “tug of war”, if you will, that often becomes the locus of domestic, populist conflict.

THAT being established, the U.S. – as the leader of the free world via its exceptional status – has a special obligation to protect the cornerstones of Western Civilization. Like it or not. At the same time, this so-called role of “policeman” can create tension and friction (directly or indirectly), domestically and foreign-wise. Nevertheless, when a patriotic POTUS is at the helm, it is far easier to entrust that the overall national interest is the primary driving force and factor, as mandated.

The Iranian nuclear deal is a full capitulation to Iran’s terrorist mastermind Mullahs, and the latest in a series of betrayals of the American people and allies by the Obama administration.  At the highest level of the administration, Barack Obama’s Senior Advisor, the Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett, prioritized rapprochement with the terror state.  Throughout the process and negotiations, she had the backing of billionaire investor (and Obama-backer) George Soros, and his multi-headed network of tax-exempt foundations.  Their efforts were driven by deep-rooted anti-Semitism and personal greed.  Meanwhile, since the mid-1990s, a small but very connected Iranian lobby (funded, in part, by George Soros) has been laying the groundwork for normalizing relations with Tehran.  Operating through a variety of non-governmental organizations and political action committees, the lobby courted Democrat and Republican politicians.  With the election of (Soros-backed) Obama in 2008, the Iranian lobby had very receptive ears in the White House.  International business interests were courted and effectively bribed with access to Iranian markets, until finally the deal was realized, approved, and sealed by a vote of the United Nations Security Council.

The Israeli intelligence 2020 assessment published on Tuesday, Jan 14, estimates that if Iran continues its nuclear program at the present pace, it will have 25 kgs of highly enriched uranium by winter 2020 and a missile capable of carrying a nuclear bomb in two years.

This estimate matches the forecast Israel made five years ago, DEBKAfile’s sources note, when six world powers signed a nuclear accord with Iran for curtailing its development of a nuclear bomb. What happened was that the $150bn reward received by Iran was invested in advanced weapons systems and in establishing paramilitary groups under its control for planting around Israel’s borders.

The assessment released today is hardly compatible with another estimate in the 2020 intelligence paper that rates as low the prospects of war by Israel’s enemies. Does that mean that those enemies, Iran and Hizballah, will hold off until they accumulate a stock of nuclear warheads? The most pressing question is this: What is Israel doing about the advancing nuclear threat?

Its leaders have refrained from publicly discussing the threat since tensions between the US and Iran became critical. Last week, President Donald Trump declared: We will never allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon. On Tuesday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Twitter: “We know exactly what’s happening with the Iranian nuclear program. Iran thinks it can achieve nuclear weapons. I reiterate: Israel won’t allow Iran to achieve nuclear weapons. I also call on all Western countries to impose snap back sanctions at the UN now.”

He was referring to the decision taken earlier in the day by the UK, France and Germany, co-signatories of the 2015 nuclear accord, to activate the dispute mechanism embodied in that accord after repeated Iranian breaches.

This process is long and cumbersome. Hence Netanyahu’s impatient demand. Complaints are first referred to a Joint Commission, then to the foreign ministers, and finally to the UN Security Council, with long pauses in between. For Iran’s non-compliance with its obligations, a vote could “snap back” the international and multilateral sanctions lifted under the accord.

IPSO facto, is there even a scintilla of a doubt, as per the exponentially grave damage an anti-American POTUS can pose to the nation, let alone the free world? If not, why not?

The crime of pedophilia in the Orthodox community does exist and even one instance is a blight; a mark of Cain; a wall of shame, if coupled with deafening silence.

Within any civilized and normative realm, the crime of pedophilia is considered beyond the pale. So much so, inside the hierarchy of the prison system, a “chomo”, slang for a child molester, is at the absolute bottom of the prison pool. That says it all.

With that in the forefront of your mind’s eye, it is hard to find that a community which justifiably prides itself on the highest standards – most especially, vis-à-vis family, religious, communal, and educational values – would stand silent in the face of the existence of any case of pedophilia at all in its midst.

More often than not, the reaction has been akin to “circling the (communal) wagons,” an attempt to keep the issue hidden. Except that those needing protection are not the pedophiles, but the violated and highly traumatized children!. Intrinsically, what kind of message does said thinking send to the children, after all, who are the future of the Jewish community, regardless of locale? Above all else, how can this be?

As painfully evidenced within several exposés at this writer’s site, the crime of pedophilia in the Orthodox community does exist, however, and is a blight; a mark of Cain; a wall of shame, but has been coupled with deafening silence. The subject matter at hand is so serious that bypassing it is unthinkable. Inextricably, keeping this topic under communal cover is a non-starter, regardless of its shameful nature and personal attachments.

In the first instance, it hits too close to home and is akin to a dagger in the heart, including this heart.  When instances were exposed in Yeshiva University’s past, it hit very close to home.  My father – of blessed memory – worked tirelessly at Yeshiva University for 45 years, as a Rabbi in its main Administrative Center in Washington Heights, Manhattan. In fact, he taught at its esteemed school for Rabbinical Studies, REITS, when he first arrived in New York from war-torn Europe. YU’s essence, that is, its raison d’être, is to graduate students who will impart values aligned with, and in keeping to, actions that are viewed as a “light unto the nations.” Effectively, it can’t possibly be realized unless those cases were exposed.

Hot on that reportage and on its heels, the egregious crimes allegedly committed by Malka Leifer have exposed the insidious nature of pedophilia, as well as the ricocheting nature of the devastation wrought in its wake, ping-ponging from Australia to Israel and vice versa. Even more so, this case may connect to a wider net of pedophilia in Jerusalem and various surrounding communities.

Despite the discomfit and shock the findings surely evoke, there are hopeful signs. More and more victims (most of whom are now young adults) are finding the courage to come forward – having found their voices and a sense of power through a smattering of long overdue “noisemakers”, as they ring forth from various corners of the community. As a knock-on effect, the victims no longer feel alone; forced to suffer in silence with their perceived shame ans stigma.

Chief among the heroes within the Orthodox community – in this highly delicate arena – is the blessed organization Jewish Community Watch (JCW). It is through their Education Center that the veil of secrecy has finally – dare it be said, miraculously – been lifted from the “crime of all crimes”: pedophilia. The header at the organization’s site states it best. Plainly and simply, it reads:

Child sexual abuse is scary but you don’t have to feel powerless. This area will outline steps you can take to prevent child sexual abuse, as well as give you a better understanding of its devastating implications. You can also find tools for speaking about abuse with your loved ones, including tips for communicating with children and early detection methods.

At the end of it all and at its base, those who stand silently by in the face of such evil, as they “circle the (communal) wagons” to protect the perpetrators, are equally guilty. Clinton, Inc.’s Body Count Piles Up: FBI Agent Commits ‘Suicide’ – Foundation’s Pilfered Billions At Stake! Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

NEVER and never have so many corpses piled up under such ‘mysterious’ circumstances – other than in third world juntas and jihadi hell-holes – aside from those linked to political hits within Clinton, Inc.’s orbit.

IN fact, as per the continuous pile-ups, if any U.S. equivalent is its mirror image, it is ala the Mafia, the Mob. Yes, that bastion of RICO-charged criminals. Mind you, even said outlaws have kinda…sorta….slowed down – thanks to Rudy Giuliani’s take-down of the ‘Five Families’ in the 1980’s via the Mafia Commission trial, that is, under the brilliantly designed RICO statute. Indeed, aggressive law enforcement can do wonders!

STILL, a main difference between the two criminal entities is the following tactical detail: while crime bosses have been known to whack their enemies in plain view, or whenever they can get the jump on their target(s) – be it in broad daylight or under the cover of darkness – on the other hand, Clinton, Inc. contracts out its hits to appear as if they are wholly unrelated to anything other than a ‘suicide’, a random criminal act, some sort of mechanical malfunction (auto or private plane), and the like. Piss-poor via bad luck, too.

BUT before we segue to this summer’s latest ‘suicide’ – indeed, some of us refuse to view it as nothing to see here….moving right along – a recap of Clinton, Inc.’s murder sprees is a journalistic necessity to satisfy proper due diligence. A moral one, too.

CLINTON, INC.’s MURDER SPREES: RECAPPED

Investigative Journalist Jen Moore was found dead (Aug. 20, 2018) in a suburban Washington D.C. hotel room Monday, according to police and shocked and distraught friends and colleagues.

Moore died of an apparent seizure. Police are closely investigating the cause of death after former FBI Agent Robyn Gritz, a friend of Moore’s, made inquiries with homicide detectives Monday afternoon in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Preliminary reports from police said the death was not the result of suicide.

Moore’s body was found by employees at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Washington, D.C. East – in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The investigation is ongoing. An autopsy had not been scheduled as of late Monday.

Moore, an advocate who investigated abused and trafficked children, had been in the process of investigating allegations by a 26-year-old man that — as a young boy — he was sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton and pimped out at private sex parties attended by other D.C. elites.

In fact, just four weeks before her death, Moore filed details of the alleged victim’s claims with the Department of Homeland Security, detailing the allegations against Clinton. Moore contacted Homeland Security beginning on July 6th through July 9th, records show. A week later, she contacted the FBI with identical details about the victim and the shocking allegations against Clinton.

FBI sources report no case has been opened on the evidence supplied by Moore. Homeland Security officials could not be reached for comment.

Moore had approached True Pundit’s Thomas Paine in June with the allegations against Clinton. Paine conducted a series of face-to-face interviews with Moore and the alleged victim in various locales. By July, the victim agreed to tell his story to Paine. But Moore and the traumatized victim wanted to contact Homeland Security and the FBI first to see if they would open a criminal case against Clinton prior to publicizing the claims.

“Jen thought that with a criminal probe, federal agents could use the victim possibly to dangle in front of Clinton to see if he made a mistake or tried to pay him off,” Paine said. “She was worried about the safety of the victim and was working to find him safe harbor until this story broke.

Now she is the one who turned up dead.”

Paine and True Pundit were vetting the details provided by the victim. Paine said the allegations were “credible” and the victim’s testimony and details were beyond convincing.

Paine said Moore accepted the risks with the story and understood things could get very ugly very fast. Per conversations with True Pundit’s Paine:

In the exchange below, Moore discusses an extended stay with the alleged Clinton victim after his interview with Paine. During the interview, the victim sporadically vomited and shivered as he recalled details of his alleged abuse, Paine said.

Since her death, a recording has surfaced of Moore, often referred to as “Task Force” as a nickname, being interviewed by radio and YouTube journalist Farmer Jones. The recording was made just a month before she was found by employees at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Washington, D.C. East-in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Police have ruled out suicide and on Tuesday, True Pundit reported Moore as having died from an apparent seizure. Autopsy results are still not available and the investigation is ongoing.

ALAS, how ‘coincidental’ is it that another dead body, yes, a so-called ‘suicide’, just happened (July 17, 2019) within Clinton, Inc.’s immediate investigative orbit??

A blockbuster report from True Pundit indicates that an FBI agent who committed “suicide” was involved in uncovering a massive Clinton foundation money-laundering conspiracy that allegedly plundered the U.S. Treasury out of billions.

FBI Special Agent Sal Cincinelli allegedly committed suicide last year in stunning news that shocked his family. Cincinelli was found dead at the Container Bar in Austin, Texas “with at least one gunshot wound” in July 2019. He had quit a life as a high-powered Wall Street trader to join the FBI and help clean up the corrupt financial industry.

Mike Moore, who writes at True Pundit under the alias Thomas Paine, broke the news on his podcast that Cincinelli may have lost his life due to his work investigating the Clintons.

“So we’re finding that deceased top FBI Special Agent Sal Cincinelli was a member of a team that was investigating the Clinton Foundation and had witnessed and investigated the fact that large amounts of money were being moved by Hillary Clinton through the Clinton Foundation, coming in coming out, that trace back to the State Dept. during the time that she was Secretary of State,” Moore said on his podcast.

“This is the first time or the first proof that anybody has that she was actually taking money from public money from the State Dept. while she was Secretary of State and moving it around to her cronies linked to the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton cartel and Cincinelli was part of the FBI who was looking into this,” he added. “And incredibly, this has been on the desk of Attorney General William Barr who hasn’t done anything with it.”

The allegations, which have been substantiated by sources that have spoken to True Pundit, are that billions in taxpayer dollars were taken from the U.S. Treasury and placed into the coffers of the Clinton Administration.

“We are talking about billions of dollars that were stolen, siphoned, funneled,” a top-level federal source said. “Not millions. Billions. It’s absolutely massive and other members of the Obama administration are involved.”

Federal agents are reportedly very frustrated that the Department of Justice is overlooking the scandal, with AG Barr – who had previously worked under globalist President George H.W. Bush – apparently maintaining the status quo within the deep state.

“You look at the size of this corruption and realize why Hillary warehoused all her State Dept. emails on a private server and destroyed thousands upon thousands of emails so that no one could get a look at the side deals,” Moore said.

Cincinelli may be the latest man whose name could be added to the Clinton kill count, as people who investigate the Clintons or get in the way of their pursuit of power tend to turn up dead in mysterious fashion.

MOST significantly, how many more dead bodies have to amass (is a football stadium full enough of a body count?), in order for Hill & Bill (and accomplices, materially involved and indirect facilitators) to be (publicly) hauled off to prison for a life-time prison sentence, as long-standing justice surely demands?
