Stepping into “doo doo” is nothing new at this blog site. In fact, much of it is done sans a pooper scooper! On a personal note, when one owns a large sized Golden Retriever, the aforementioned instrument has more than enough usage. But at least she’s loyal! Regardless, if one is not prepared to get down and dirty, at least every now and again, then nuggets of important truths usually stay buried. Such an outcome is unacceptable. Untenable.

Now, it is imperative to forge ahead with this topic and place the pejorative moniker, “Birthers”, in its rightful place – the garbage heap. For even if Barack HUSSEIN Obama was born in Hawaii (quite possibly in a manger) Americans have every right, even an obligation, to put to rest their growing suspicions, as to whether or not their POTUS is Constitutionally eligible to serve. This is a prerogative of every American citizen. So one has to wonder: Why are said questioners consistently, viciously and vilely defamed? Indeed.

But before we get to the meat of the matter, along comes a “mainstream” media outlet positing the same, be still our Conservative hearts: Yahoo reports Obama born someplace else…perhaps on the moon!

‘OBAMA BIRTH-CERTIFICATE DOUBTS HEAD TO CAPITOL’

‘Sheriff Arpaio wants this in Congress. That’s where we intend to take it’

Audible gasps, shock, outrage and support for a congressional investigation were the responses by law-enforcement officers, elected officials and attorneys to a presentation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of evidence that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent.

Arpaio’s lead investigator, Mike Zullo, made a public presentation Saturday at the annual convention of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association in St. Charles, Mo., then held a closed-door session for police officers, elected officials and others.

“Sheriff Arpaio wants this in Congress. That’s where we intend to take it,” Zullo said in an interview with Carl Gallups of PPSimmons Radio.

Zullo said he was amazed by the number of law-enforcement personnel and others at the conference who were not aware of the evidence that Obama’s birth documentation is fake.

He told Gallups the overwhelming response was “absolute shock,” noting “audible gasps” could often be heard during his presentation.

Zullo said one official came up to him afterwards and said: “I have been purposely ignoring this matter – until now. I will ignore it no longer.”

Several constitutional officers, public officials, attorneys, elected officials and others are now pledging full and personal support for moving the issue to a congressional investigation, Zullo said.

He said the virtual media blackout had kept many of the officials in in attendance uninformed and they are now outraged that they have seen the evidence that they should have seen from the beginning.”

Zullo said the media is being “side-stepped.”

“We are making inroads and contacts that we have never made before,” he said. “This conference is really going to pay off in moving things forward. Very important people are now beginning to see the amassed criminal evidence of perhaps the biggest fraud in American history. They are moved – they are shocked – and they are ready for action. Plans of action are now being laid at this very conference. This meeting could prove to be monumental.”

Obama’s birth certificate became an issue before the 2008 campaign — raised first by Hillary Clinton’s campaign — because of allegations he might not qualify for the presidency as a “natural born citizen.”

Though the Constitution provides no definition, many scholars believe the drafters of the Constitution understood it to mean someone who was born of citizen parents. Obama’s father never was a U.S. citizen, and some critics suspect Obama was not born in the U.S.

Arpaio launched his Cold Case Posse investigation after Maricopa County constituents expressed concern about placing an ineligible candidate on the 2012 presidential ballot.

Zullo recently met with members of Congress concerning the evidence his team has gathered.

After examining the evidence, he said, “They’re looking … and saying, ‘My God, a fifth-grader can see through this.’”

Evidence from Arpaio’s investigation was entered in a legal case pending before the Alabama Supreme Court. It was brought by attorney Larry Klayman on behalf of 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish, who are seeking to force Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.

The case, dismissed at a lower level, is now before the Alabama Supreme Court, where strict constitutionalist Roy Moore was elected chief justice in November. The case becomes all the more intriguing because Moore is on record previously questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

The affidavit in the Alabama case, written by Zullo,says his team “concluded that there was probable cause that forgery and fraud had been committed in respect of two documents: 1) the long-form or original birth certificate computer image presented by Mr. Obama, which contained multiple errors and anomalies, many of them serious and: 2) the selective-service document for Mr. Obama, which contained a two-digit year-stamp.”

“This was contrary to specifications issued by federal regulations to the effect that the year of issue should be expressed as four digits on the stamp, and also contrary to any other selective-service registration document that we had been able to examine,” Zullo wrote.

The evidence, he said, should be put before Congress.

Zullo said Arpaio “continues to recommend that the Congress of the United States open an immediate investigation, including the appointment of a select committee, as regards to the authenticity of Mr. Obama’s documentation, whether any crimes have been committed, and to determine Mr. Obama’s eligibility for the office of president of the United States.”

The Obama administration has dismissed questions about Obama’s eligibility with mockery and ridicule.

In a brief asking that the Alabama case be dismissed, Democrats quoted late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel.

The party insisted: “In order for one to accept the claim that President Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery [and that he is ineligible], one has to buy into a conspiracy theory so vast and byzantine that it sincerely taxes the imagination of reasonable minds.”

The brief scoffs at “birthers” as a “tiny cabal of zealots” and quotes Kimmel saying: “These people could have personally witnessed Obama being born out of an apple pie, in the middle of a Kansas wheat field, while Toby Keith sang the National Anthem – and they’d still think he was a Kenyan Muslim.”

But Arpaio is one of few law enforcement authorities to look into the issue, and although his work largely has been under the radar in recent months, it is continuing, Zullo’s affidavit confirmed.

In a 2010 interview with WND, Moore said he’d seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a “natural born citizen” – as the U.S. Constitution requires of presidents – and a lot of evidence that suggests he is not.

“This is the strangest thing indeed,” he said. “The president has never produced [evidence] in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in our country. People are accepting it blindly based on their feelings, not on the law.”

More recently, when a majority of the state’s high court denied a 2012 petition filed by McInnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state’s ballot, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” were legitimate cause for concern.

Parker wrote: “Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

In his concurrence, Parker described McInnish’s petition: “McInnish seeks from this court a writ of mandamus, directly ordering Beth Chapman, as secretary of state for the State of Alabama, ‘to demand that [President Barack Hussein] Obama cause a certified copy of his bona-fide birth certificate be delivered to her direct from the government official who is in charge of the record in which it is stored, and to make the receipt of such a prerequisite to his name being placed on the Alabama ballot for the … November 6, 2012, general election.’”

Parker, who also wrote a concurrence in another case arguing Roe v. Wade should be overturned, agreed that Arpaio’s findings were legitimate cause to question Obama’s presented documents but nonetheless joined his fellow justices in denying McInnish’s petition.

“The Alabama Constitution implies that this court is without jurisdiction over McInnish’s original petition,” Parker explains. “The office of the secretary of state of Alabama is not a ‘court of inferior jurisdiction’ that this court may control through the issuance of a writ in response to a petition.”

Now, however, the case is coming from a lower court, suggesting the Supreme Court may have some opportunity for action.

Some of Zullo’s evidence:

Zullo testifies that the White House computer image file of Obama’s birth certificate contained anomalies that were unexplainable unless the document had been fabricated piecemeal by human intervention, rather than being copied from a genuine paper document.

“As of the date of this report, this investigation remains open and ongoing and additional forensic evidence continues to be uncovered, further validating the original investigational findings.”

His testimony continued, “Mr. Obama has in fact not offered any verifiable authoritative document of any legal significance or possessing any evidentiary value as to the origins of his purported birth narrative or location of the birth event.

“One of our most serious concerns is that the White House document appears to have been fabricated piecemeal on a computer, constructed by drawing together digitized data from several unknown sources,” Zullo wrote.

Zullo also noted that the governor of Hawaii was unable to produce an original birth document for Obama, and it should have been easy to find.

He said raising further questions is the fact Obama has refused to release: Original, long-form 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate, marriage license between Obama’s father (Barack Sr.) and mother (Stanley Ann Dunham), name change (Barry Sotero to Barack Hussein Obama), Obama’s adoption records, records of Obama’s and his mother’s repatriation as U.S. citizens on return from return from Indonesia, Obama’s baptism records, Noelani Elementary School (Hawaii), Punahou School financial aid or school records, Occidental College financial aid records, Harvard Law School records, Columbia senior thesis, Columbia College records, Obama’s record with Illinois State Bar Association, Obama’s files from career as an Illinois State senator, Obama’s law client list, Obama’s medical records and Obama’s passport records.

In action related to the same case, Klayman asked the court to strike the brief from the Alabama Democratic Party. He called in “frivolous and arrogant” and said “in addition to mocking in disrespectful fashion the seriousness of this case and the integrity of our judicial system, [Democrats] seek to improperly present new evidence not on the record for appeal.”

UPDATE: Eligibility resurrected ” Most recently, Grace Vuoto of the World Tribune reported that among the experts challenging the birth certificate is certified document analyst Reed Hayes, who has served as an expert for Perkins Coie, the law firm that has been defending Obama in eligibility cases.

“We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it,” Zullo told the World Tribune.

“Mr. Obama’s operatives cannot discredit [Hayes],” the investigator told the news outlet. “Mr. Hayes has been used as the firm’s reliable expert. The very firm the president is using to defend him on the birth certificate case has used Mr. Hayes in their cases.”

The Tribune reported Hayes agreed to take a look at the documentation and called almost immediately.

“There is something wrong with this,” Hayes had said.

Hayes produced a 40-page report in which he says “based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources.”

“In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated,” he says in the report.”

‘IRS Sent $46,378,040 In Refunds To 23,994 ‘Unauthorized’ Aliens At 1 Atlanta Address’

The Internal Revenue Service sent 23,994 tax refunds worth a combined $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers who all used the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).

That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011. In fact, according to a TIGTA audit report published last year, four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to “unauthorized” aliens were in Atlanta.

The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.

Each of these illegal aliens got roughly $1,300 if you average it out. Is this legal? I know its encouraged and the Obma administration encourages alot of unlawful activities. The illegal alien debate is a touchy subject. If you look at it from the facts, it’s a travesty they are allowed to do all these things including vote for your councilman, senators, congressman and so forth without even having to be here legally. The heart of that debate is just that, illegal vs legal immigrants. the government, this government and many ones before it have chosen not follow the law. Some say because its part of a plan for a North American Union? Its a form of integration that will allow the NAU to come about more easily hence our bilingual society these days. On the other hand, they are people too and when you look at the earth, there are no borders. Borders are something a government makes and since when do you trust those guys?

The Holder hammer & the Chicago plumbers

“The revelation last month that the Justice Department seized two months of telephone records from the Associated Press (AP) last year is only a small part of the story. The public admission is that the Holder Justice Department obtained only telephone records from three locations, something like 20 lines, and records of calls from the House press gallery for about two months. That’s one of the biggest lies ever told,” stated my source.

“The truth is that it was not limited to AP, and not limited to just number identification and call duration, but was an extensive and active wiretapping operation that included every reporter’s telephone conversations, landline and cell, text messages from their personal and business cellular telephones and other electronic devices. The primary focus is on the press gallery, where everything was monitored in real time.”

“Not only were the communications of reporters compromised, so were the private communications of congressmen and their aides. Listen to what I am saying,” he stressed, “the operation was much larger than anyone can imagine. Recordings, actual voice recordings, were turned over to the Obama administration, along with transcripts of texts, other communications and contacts.”

“NSA assets were used, with the NSA acting as the collection agency for their intermediate client, the DHS. Then, at the highest levels of DHS, they sifted through the information collected. But the ultimate client or recipient of the information was the Obama White House. I don’t know if other agencies were involved in sorting through the material, but DHS, and this was limited to the highest of levels at DHS under the personal direction of Janet Napolitano, provided volumes of data directly to the Obama administration. One person inside the administration I know received the data was Valerie Jarrett,” he stated.

“The other part of the lie is that this operation lasted only two months. That’s a lie. It went on well into late last year, was halted shortly after the election, but then picked back up sometime in January,” he said. Something happened in January where there appeared to be another active wiretapping operation started, but this one appeared to be more focused, or more limited in scope. Maybe, and I’m just guessing here based on some of the things I heard, that the Obama people had narrowed their interests based on the fruits of the previous operation.”

Now the ‘Holder hammer’ is coming down on anyone who opens their mouth, or previously leaked any information that could have been or be detrimental to Obama. I can tell you that Valerie Jarrett is working, out of the White House, with DHS and other agencies to co-ordinate their efforts with Justice,” the latter a reference to the Eric Holder Justice Department. “At the same time, on the media side, there is a ‘plumbers team’ headed out of Chicago, with a long reach to the New York and Washington press correspondents. So they are not only going after those on the inside, but the journalists from the other side.”

“The intimidation factor is huge if a media contact is outside of a small circle of ‘vetted’ journalists who are completely loyal to Obama and his agenda. If you are not part of that inner circle, you are a target, it’s that simple. You are seeing the formation of a state-run media and an administration that will intimidate, punish or prosecute anyone considered unfriendly to the Obama camp from the inside and the outside. Like I said, this also involves elected officials, their staffs and even in some cases, their families. And it is all being done under the color of authority and the pretext of national security,” he added.

Loyalty to the man, not the office

It was at this point I asked my source, what were or are they looking for?

“Anything and everything,” he responded. “Obviously, it’s about loyalty to the man, damn the country and damn the law. Protect the man and the agenda, which is not just his agenda, but the people who put him in office.”

“Who benefits? This is about dismantling the United States and nothing less. This is about foreign interests who have taken over our government without a shot. Look at Syria and our economy, both issues that are expected, at least as discussed within DHS, to play out this year. You had it correct on both counts when you wrote about our involvement in Syria, by way of weapons shipments from Benghazi, to open another war. You also had it correct when you wrote about the killing of the U.S. Dollar. You want to know how I know this? Because the blowback from those two issues alone, one foreign and the other domestic, are what DHS is gearing up for in our ‘homeland,’” he stated.

“Unless there are enough people who wake up fast enough, we will become involved in a war in Syria, with boots on the ground, facing not only Syrian troops but Russian forces. There will be blowback here in the United States. Along with this, you will see the U.S. dollar ‘collapse’ as the reserve currency, and social uprisings here in the U.S. over both. It will be DHS teamed with other federal agencies who will meet, with force, the uprisings. There will be chaos here, but it is expected to be different depending upon where you are at. Big cities will have the most problems, and plans are being made to cordon off cities and restrict travel at the time when these uprisings start. I really didn’t want to use this phrase, but expect martial law to be used ‘for the security’ of those affected by the turmoil.”

“Then, you will see the internet being regulated in a manner that will serve only the agenda of this administration. Either right before or during these events, so-called citizen journalists will be particularly vulnerable. Watch for a serious crackdown of bloggers, online news publications and websites, but not in the way that will be immediately obvious. The ‘plumbers team’ have coordinated their efforts with Internet Service Providers to identify the people like you and others who publish their information on web sites. At first they will cite violations of terms of service. Then, they will select a few ‘troublemakers’ and identify them for criminal prosecution. Others will experience hacking and other electronic attacks. And during all of that, there will be the Obama team flooding the internet with misinformation and disinformation. In fact, that is already taking place.”

During our conversation, I started to ask about certain journalists and bloggers who died, either from ‘natural causes’ or in accidents, suicides, and under other strange circumstances. My source interrupted before I could finish my question.

“Don’t even go there, don’t bother asking me, because I just don’t know, he stated in a rather agitated manner. I do have my suspicions about one, maybe two who got a bit too close to the truth and foolishly trusted certain people, but I really don’t know for sure.”

So, what will all of this look like, I asked, when it all comes down.

“I’ve thought about that myself, and have seen some DHS documents outlining different scenarios. Maybe not what you think,” he replied. “Outside of the rioting in certain urban areas, the low stocks at your local stores, and rationing of gas, maybe not as dire as you imagine. My best guess is a combination of the riots of the 1960′s along with the gasoline rationing of the 1970′s, at least at first. Once people who want to save the country, those with good intentions begin to organize, it will become incrementally worse,” he stated.

“Like a car careening off a cliff, but not hitting the bottom right away. It will hit jagged edges first, each time suffering more damage. Each blow will be worse than the next.”

Centralization

“Let me try to sum it up for you. It’s getting late, and I mean it’s getting late this morning and late for our country. This is all about centralization of power and pursuing an agenda that makes no sense or has any benefit to the United States. All of the things we are seeing are related. The IRS, Syria, Benghazi, the NSA, and just about everything you can name is about one thing: the consolidation of power and the centralization of authority. This party did not start with Obama, and might not end with him either.”

I interjected my surprise at this point, noting that I thought the worst, like others, that we might not see another presidential election. “When did I mention anything about an election?”

“You’re not thinking big enough,” he admonished. Nobody is thinking big enough, or has been thinking at all, which is why we’re in this position. This is a global agenda, or an agenda of the global interests, the money interests. Do you think for one second that if a person, and I don’t give a damn who it is or what position they hold, becomes a liability to those interests that they wouldn’t get rid of them? Don’t you think those in power know this?

Cryptically, he spoke of Obama’s apparent infatuation with Abraham Lincoln and asked, rhetorically whether that means anything. A country that will fall into a civil war of sorts, and all of the things common to both. Does Obama know something, or feel something? Is that playing in to his desire for oaths only to him, and not the country? Think about it.”

Time frame

As we were parting, I felt a bit like Peter Falk playing Columbo in the 1970′s television series when I said that I had “just one more question.” When is all of this going to start?

What? He turned and looked at me as if I had uttered an insult.

“It’s already begun. You’re seeing it now. If you want to know a date when our money will tank, or when the war goes hot, or when you won’t be able to get food or gas, I can’t tell you, and I don’t think anyone can. But remember what I said before, about the metals taking a hit and something happening after that. Look at the metals market. The U.S. has very little gold. Everything you see is being manipulated, from the economy to the metals to foreign policy. I believe that most politicians know how dire things are, and most are clawing their way for a seat at the global table. But if I had to answer you, and I guess I will so you’ll let me leave, I’d look for something to happen in early July as a precursor to the more major events later in the summer or fall, maybe in October.”

“But don’t try to look at dates for answers, look at events, even the small ones. Remember, their objectives haven’t changed, only their plans to adapt to the right conditions. To the unaware, it will look like everything was just one big unfortunate coincidence.”

What does the Oklahoma City 1995 bombing have in common with TWA Flight 800? More to the point, what don’t they have in common? In fact, both tragedies occurred under Clinton’s Presidency and have proven to be travesties of American injustice. Cover ups galore. Islamic jihad too.

Oh dear, this is so yesteryear, why is this site dredging up old national wounds? Aren’t the dead already buried and shouldn’t we just let them rest in peace? And what about their loved ones and their pain…never mind Bill’s discomfit, Hill’s as well. Again, why the trip down memory lane, isn’t the reign of Obama Inc torturous enough?

Well, as luck would have it – or not, depending on whether the truth is your barometer – this blog has explored the penchant for Demster (throw in an occasional Repub too) cover ups, and the parts played by their media lap dogs. And it is not as if this is “news” herein, but it is highly relevant (satisfying as well) that explosive film footage is now upping the ante. How so?

Yet before we go to this week’s “news”, let us begin at the beginning of said disasters and the media’s complicity factor. Mind you, without a compliant media none of the skeletons stay buried. None at all. As such, when a parroting media ceases their due diligence, all manner of white washes – or in this case, Allah-washing – becomes possible.

Specifically, re Oklahoma City’s 1995 bombing: Most significantly, R. James Woolsey, Director of Central Intelligence,1993-1995 tells a different tale too, diametrically opposed to the media proffered version, a version conjured up by the highest denizens in the Justice Dept. ‘BRAND-NEW TWA 800 FILM TO FINALLY SPILL BEANS?’

Jack Cashill exposed corruption behind original investigation

Seventeen years after the Paris-bound TWA Flight 800 blew up off the coast of Long Island, producers Tom Stalcup and Kristina Borjesson have released a new documentary –simply titled “TWA Flight 800” – that has the very real potential to re-open the investigation into the plane’s destruction.

Kudos, in particular, to Stalcup. A Ph.D. physicist by background, he has dedicated the last 16 years of his life to exposing what is arguably the most flagrant government cover-up in American peacetime history.

Borjesson has likewise been involved from the beginning. As a producer at CBS in 1996 when TWA 800 was destroyed, she sacrificed her future at CBS to get at the truth. Together, they have produced a documentary that is compelling, convincing and, finally, deeply moving.

The producers made two strategic moves to force the media to look seriously at their conclusions. One was to rely heavily on the testimony of a half-dozen highly credible whistleblowers from within the investigation.

The second was to avoid politics. When James Sanders and I produced the video documentary “Silenced” on this subject 12 years ago and the book “First Strike” two years after that, we made the marketing mistake of identifying the logic of the cover-up.

That logic led to the White House. Sixteen years ago, in the home stretch of a difficult re-election campaign, Bill Clinton faced a problem very similar to one that Barack Obama would face in 2012. This is something the media did not want to know, let alone share.

An event took place that threatened the “peace and prosperity” theme of his campaign – specifically, the shoot-down of this doomed airliner with 230 people on board 12 minutes out of JFK.

Although the word was not used back then, the Clinton White House, with the help of a complicit media, rewrote the event’s “narrative” to assure re-election. Again, as with Benghazi, that narrative was clumsily improvised almost on a daily basis.

Knowing the media had his back, Clinton responded much as Obama did: deny, obfuscate and kick the investigatory can down the road until after the election.

One central figure appeared in each drama: Hillary Clinton. She stood by Obama’s side in the Rose Garden on Sept. 12 as he spun reality into confection.

Throughout that long night of July 17, 1996, she holed up with Bill and Sandy Berger in the White House family quarters, assessing their narrative options much as Obama did on Sept. 11, 2012.

By removing politics from the equation, Stalcup, who appeared in “Silenced,” and Borjesson have attracted a fair share of major media attention.

In their well-researched recreation of the plane’s final minutes, they wisely refrain from saying who pulled the trigger. But the evidence that someone fired missiles at the plane overwhelms the dispassionate observer.

Through file footage and commentary, the producers do an unerring job of showing how the forces of government –particularly Jim Kallstrom of the FBI and certain actors at the NTSB – conspired to misdirect the investigation.

The video closes with names and images of those who refused to be interviewed. Several, including Kallstrom, appeared in the video in news footage. The final refusenik is Bill Clinton. He had a lot to hide.

In a confidential taped interview with historian Taylor Branch on Aug. 2, 1996, Clinton laid the blame for TWA 800’s destruction on Iran. “They want war,” he told Branch.

Clinton may or may not have been lying, but he did not want to mess with Iran, at least not right before an election he already had in the bag.

To control the post-crash narrative, the White House allowed the FBI to talk only to The New York Times. Four weeks after the disaster, the Times would report, “Now that investigators say they think the center fuel tank did not explode, they say the only good explanations remaining are that a bomb or a missile brought down the plane.”

A missile attack was too obvious and ominous. So a week later, likely under White House pressure, and without any new evidence, the FBI shifted its storyline fully away from a missile to a bomb.

“Prime Evidence Found That Device Exploded in Cabin of Flight 800,” reported the Times above the fold on Aug. 23, just a few days before the Democratic National Convention.

The Times reached this conclusion by interviewing exactly none of the 270 FBI eyewitnesses to a likely missile strike. Sanders and I interviewed scores of them, as do Stalcup and Borjesson.

But even this scenario threatened the peace and prosperity message to be promoted at the Democratic National Convention just days away. And so the story was allowed to die. For the next three weeks, there was no meaningful reporting at all.

In mid-September, two months after the crash, the FBI shifted the narrative once again from a bomb to a center fuel tank explosion, a possibility that had been ruled out a month earlier. The other media unquestioningly followed the Times. They too had a president to re-elect.

Without ever raising its voice, “TWA Flight 800” makes mincemeat out of the mechanical failure explanation. Stalcup walks the viewer knowingly through one set of evidence after another.

In an emotional sequence towards the documentary’s end, a young female family member of one of the deceased sums up the anguish that she and so many others close to the investigation have felt: “It’s very frustrating that nobody gives a sh** anymore.”

One suspects that Hillary “What difference does it make” Clinton would have only confirmed this woman’s worst suspicions.

Justice within Israel’s legal system is repeatedly stripped of any authentic value, whether in a normative legal realm or in any inherent basis of morality. Most significantly, Israel’s legal renderings are generally the antithesis to Jewish justice. But this should come as no surprise to those in the know, since extreme leftist control has vitiated any Jewish underpinnings to Israel’s legal system and its attendant power centers. A terrorist who served two prison terms for involvement in terrorism, including a plot to carry out a suicide bombing, has been awarded his doctorate in chemistry from Hebrew University,Maariv reports. The terrorist is an Israeli citizen and a resident of eastern Jerusalem. During the graduation ceremony in Hebrew University’s Har Hatzofim campus he refused to shake hands with Hebrew University President Professor Menachem Ben-Sasson. His name was read aloud at the ceremony and he was applauded by the crowd. He began working on his doctorate prior to his second terror conviction, several years after serving time in prison for membership in a terrorist organization. He did his research in the Hebrew University laboratories. At the same time, he was in close touch with local terrorist groups and assisted them in plotting a suicide bombing attack in Jerusalem. He assisted in finding a young Arab man to carry out the planned attack. The bombing was planned in August 2002, shortly after a terrorist bombed a Hebrew University cafeteria, murdering nine students and staff members. The attack was thwarted three days before it was to have taken place. Security forces arrested the would-be suicide bomber in Ramallah, and detained the “doctor” in his home in Jerusalem. He was sentenced to three years in prison for the crime. In the wake of his arrest Hebrew University decided to bar him from its laboratories for safety reasons. A statement from Hebrew University read, “Hebrew University does not prevent people with a criminal background from learning within its gates. His work was found worthy from an academic perspective, and he met all the criteria to receive a doctorate. Rest assured, the above travesty of injustice has nothing to do with the following western concept, that once a person serves their sentence they are free to move forward. Not at all. But it has everything to do with a heinous terrorist, who not only received an insanely light sentence and continued on a terror path, yet is still coddled by Israel’s derelict system! And no one should dare conflate the above with general criminal behavior, for its resonance lies within nationalistic crimes. It would be akin to allowing Al Qaeda terrorists to move on with free educational benefits and attendant government goodies, even after caught plotting additional terror attacks once released! What kind of an irrational leadership behaves this way? Again, a rhetorical question.

NEVERTHELESS, such actions do not happen in a vacuum, but are a direct result of leftist juntas exerting a choke hold on Israel’s majority Jewish citizens, particularly in the realm of the judicial, academic, media and public diplomacy spheres. Simply put, their radical ideologies guide their decision making, therefore, it is impossible to hold the most vile creatures accountable for their crimes. Terrorists are “the others” and must be treated with kid gloves, whether verdicts are executed due to appeasement or via pure ideology. Either way, the horrific results to the majority Jewish public are the same. And nowhere more so, than in Israel, are said acts graver, simply because there is no other nation whose own fifth column seeks its total destruction. So when the notion of justice becomes perverted – to the degree that those who seek to murder the majority citizenry are coddled by the system – one then comes face to face with a nation-threatening paradox: more and more terrorists have incentives, in addition to their visceral hatred, to push forward, knowing full well they will come out the winners. In a tangible sense, Israel’s system encourages (intentionally or not) the resultant outcome.

Furthermore, it is not as if there is any legal basis to mete out “lighter” sentences to those who murder in the name of Arab/Muslim nationalism. Or so it would seem. Israel’s leadership have yet to feel the full blow back of their dangerous penchant for appeasing the monsters in their midst. And by the time they recognize the error of their warped ideology it will be too late. Moreover, all those who generously contribute to Hebrew University (and Israel’s leftist university system) are inadvertently paying to educate terrorists. At the very least, donors should demand that their contributions are designated “restricted funds”, therefore, using them for anything but specified projects becomes mired in murky (financial) waters. To be sure, withholding funds would hurt their bottom line, but under the circumstances it is more than prudent to operate on the side of caution.

Those responsible for contributing to the above nightmare of Jewish injustice must receive their “just” rewards. You reap what you sow.

‘Obama’s “Mother Of All Databases” Includes Our Children’

Speaking of databases, there’s one out there that’s more than a little disturbing. It’s but one more devious plan created by none other than Barack Hussein Obama to store personal information on our children. No wonder Maxine Waters spouted off that Obama’s database knew everything about everybody – this is one of the few times that Maxine was telling the truth.

Obama actually planned this scandal back in 2009 – why Republicans and Democrats didn’t even raise an eyebrow is a total mystery. Obama helped himself to several billion dollars of our stimulus money and threw it into a pot for Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, placing him in charge of mining our children’s personal information for Obama’s database. Federal law put in place restrictions back in 1979 when the Department of Education was launched. The law specifically stated that it was illegal for the White House to have a Federal Education database. As usual, the law does not apply to Obama. Obama and Duncan promised an ungodly amount of money to the States suffering from a horrific recession if they would make a deal and trust Washington to take over the education system of our children. There’s one more minor stipulation that Obama is requesting. He wants each State to create a database containing personal information on our kids and forward that information to none other than the Secretary of Education. Obama and old Arne have prepared the template for these databases containing hundreds of personal data requirements from religion to parent’s income. Obama’s strategy is to have total control of our children and their parents from youth through adulthood. Stealth Jihad at work right under our noses!

Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood is now partnering up with our Department of Education and the State Department to create an online program (Qatar) that will connect our United States schools with classrooms abroad. As usual, they leave out some pertinent details. My bet would be this; they are partnering with Middle Eastern Countries under Muslim Brotherhood control in an attempt to convert our children. The founder of the Qatar Foundation is the same person who founded Al Jazeera. Hassan Al Banna, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, works for the foundation that offers various language courses, scholarships, and other programs integrated into the Department of Education. FYI – one of the board members of this new community organization is Vartan Gregorian. WND previously exposed vital information about Gregorian, who served as a point man in granting $49.2 million in startup capital to an education-reform project founded by former Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and chaired by Obama. So while Americans are trying to sift through the NSA scandal, it might be wise to investigate Obama’s “Mother of all databases” that is mining personal information on our youth. The State Department and Department of Education have joined hands, giving Islamic Terrorists unmonitored access to our children along with creating an unlawful database on our kids. A House Judiciary Committee hearing got a little heated on Thursday when Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) battled FBI Director Robert Mueller over the efficiency of the FBI’s investigation into the Boston Marathon bombers prior to the April 15th attack. Somehow, Mueller claims he was unaware that the mosque the Tsarnaev brothers attended, the Islamic Society of Boston, was founded by convicted supporter of terrorism Abdurahman Alamoudi. Given the amount of data we now know the federal government has at its fingertips, how incompetent does one have to be to miss this type of detail? Glenn explained that the reason the exchange began was because the FBI purged all of the information on all of the mosques that had been collected. “We had collected a lot of data, because remember, data is important, right? We have to know who’s in our country. We have to listen to all of our phone calls, we have to do everything, because we have to know who’s talking to who, but the Islamic counsels got together and they decided they wanted some information purged from the FBI records,” Glenn explained. “Now, we don’t know what has been purged and we don’t even know who’s requesting the purging. We just know that things have been blacked out, and Louie is saying to him, I want you to tell me why we can’t tell the American people the names of the people that are requesting the purge of these documents, and you listen to them. Why can’t we tell the American people who these people are? They are supposed public servants. Shouldn’t the American people know who’s serving them to help them be more safe?” Watch the exchange here:

You said things like how — the FBI did an excellent job, a thorough job, don’t know what else we could have done and according to the rugs, there’s a great deal more that could have been done and when we find out about this sensitive operations review committee, and as this article points out, if it’s true, it says that we don’t know who the chairman and members are, sensitive operations review uh committee, who the staff — that’s kept secret. The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques until four days after the April 15th attacks. If the Russians tell you that someone has been radicalized and you go check and see the mosques that they went to, then you get the articles of incorporation, as I have, for the group that created the Boston mosque where these Tsarnaevs attended and you find the name al-Amoudi, which you remember, because this man who was so helpful to the Clinton Administration with so many big things, he gets arrested at Dulles Airport by the FBI, and he’s now doing over 20 years for supporting terrorism. This is the guy that started the mosque where your Tsarnaevs were attending, and you didn’t even bother to check about the mosque. And then when you had the picture, why didn’t anyone go to the mosque and say who are these guys? Why was that not done, since such a thorough job was done?” Mueller: “Your facts are not all-together…” Gohmert: “I point out specifically — point out specifically, sir, if you are going to call me a liar, you need to point out specifically where any facts are wrong. Mueller: “We went to the mosque.” Gohmert: “Prior to Boston?” Mueller: “Prior to Boston. We were talking to Imams several months beforehand as part of our outreach efforts.”

“Outreach efforts?” Really? “So in other words, we went to that mosque, we went to that mosque as part of our outreach. We are reaching out to them, saying hey, how can we be partners,” Glenn responded. “That’s insane.”

Gohmert: “Were you aware those mosques were started by Abdurahman Alamoudi?” Mueller: “I answered the question, sir.” Gohmert: “You didn’t answer the question, were you award they were started by al-Amoudi?”

“He wasn’t everybody aware of it. These are the people collecting all the information on you to keep you safe. They are purging all of the information on who the radical Islamists are. They are purging it. Why? Because our government is on the wrong side. They have deemed that you are the enemy and radical Islam is fine, as long as it’s Muslim brotherhood. It is a very, very dangerous thing we are involved in now and they are taking away your keys to the locks, they are putting around your children’s necks and wrists and arms and brain,” Glenn added. Rep. Louis Gohmert joined Glenn later in the program to discuss the exchange he had with the FBI Director who claimed the congressman had his facts wrong.

“Were not wrong,” Rep. Gohmert quickly asserted. “Because I accused them of not doing research on the Tsarnaevs at the mosques where this were attending. And these mosques, from what I understand — and we want to drill down and find out more information — but there are other people that have been radicalized there. We need to find out and the FBI should have been curious. You know, how many people are getting radicalized at this mosque? And so when he says it was part of the “outreach” and frankly, he was — I couldn’t hear him say it was our outreach efforts until afterwards, but if I had heard the outreach, I would have drilled him on that. That means my facts were right.” Gohmert continued to explain that the “outreach” comment tracks back to a prior hearing where Mueller testified and kept responding to people that the Muslim communities are exactly like every other community in America and every other religious community in the country. “I said well, you said that, and didn’t then you talked about your outreach effort to the Muslim community and you have a specific part of the FBI that does outreach for the Muslim community, so I said, how are the outreach efforts for the Baptists and the Jews and the Buddhist, how are those groups doing?” the Congressman continued. “They think we are the enemies of this country and they are doing everything they can to support the radicals in this country. They have flipped everything upside down,” Glenn added. “It is upside down,” Rep. Gohmert agreed. ”You’ve talked about that so many times. That’s exactly what happened. ‘Obama’s Snooping Excludes Mosques, Missed Boston Bombers’

Homeland Insecurity: The White House assures that tracking our every phone call and keystroke is to stop terrorists, and yet it won’t snoop in mosques, where the terrorists are.

That’s right, the government’s sweeping surveillance of our most private communications excludes the jihad factories where homegrown terrorists are radicalized.

Since October 2011, mosques have been off-limits to FBI agents. No more surveillance or undercover string operations without high-level approval from a special oversight body at the Justice Department dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee.

Who makes up this body, and how do they decide requests? Nobody knows; the names of the chairman, members and staff are kept secret.

We do know the panel was set up under pressure from Islamist groups who complained about FBI stings at mosques. Just months before the panel’s formation, the Council on American-Islamic Relations teamed up with the ACLU to sue the FBI for allegedly violating the civil rights of Muslims in Los Angeles by hiring an undercover agent to infiltrate and monitor mosques there.

Before mosques were excluded from the otherwise wide domestic spy net the administration has cast, the FBI launched dozens of successful sting operations against homegrown jihadists — inside mosques — and disrupted dozens of plots against the homeland.

If only they were allowed to continue, perhaps the many victims of the Boston Marathon bombings would not have lost their lives and limbs. The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques until four days after the April 15 attacks, and it did not check out the radical Boston mosque where the Muslim bombers worshipped.

The bureau didn’t even contact mosque leaders for help in identifying their images after those images were captured on closed-circuit TV cameras and cellphones.

One of the Muslim bombers made extremist outbursts during worship, yet because the mosque wasn’t monitored, red flags didn’t go off inside the FBI about his increasing radicalization before the attacks.

This is particularly disturbing in light of recent independent surveys of American mosques, which reveal some 80% of them preach violent jihad or distribute violent literature to worshippers.

Nothing in the Common Core curriculum teaches children about the fate of ordinary people trapped behind the Berlin Wall. Their teachers likely think of the Wall in terms of Alfred Hitchcock’s movies.

It was only 24 years ago; roughly one generation ago, that the Berlin Wall came down. Celebrations televised worldwide were joyous, people scaled the wall, with souvenir hunters taking chunks of it home for the mantle piece. “Strikes became demonstrations, not just for new economic policies, but for free, Germany-wide elections and an end to the all-pervading Socialist Party rule. The East German government was at a loss. Soviet tanks rolled in, the uprising was put down and several hundred lost their lives. In that year, another 332,000 would leave for the West. Committed communist poet Bertolt Brecht suggested it might be easier for the government to dismiss the population and vote in a new one.

“That was it. The gloves were off. Ulbricht tightened his control, branded any and all vocal opposition as the criminal actions of those favouring a return to fascism, militarism and atomic war. Citizens’ private lives were opened to public scrutiny and direction. Religion was ‘out’, weddings were to be conducted in Registry Offices only, and young people taking Confirmation could lose their right to education. Under the direction of First Secretary Erich Honecker, all western-facing television aerials were to be destroyed. The single Trade Union was to focus on the new slogan: “World Competition” – in other words, more work!

“Art too was to be State-directed. Walter Ulbricht wanted no more abstracts of “rotten fish and lunar landscapes”, rather heroic portraits of working men, with muscular arms, powerful chests and proud smiles on their faces. Historic buildings were left to fall while new faceless identical blocks were put up in endless rows. Germany’s legacy of historic palaces became kindergartens or old people’s homes.

“… It was decided to soften the population and win hearts. In 1958 rationing of fats, meat and sugar was ended – though with no guarantees of sufficient supplies! Economically there was to be a great leap forward; industrial production was to be expanded, with the illusory aim of overtaking the West by 1961. At the same time however, many previously independent firms were nationalized, and peasants were forced into unpopular Agricultural Cooperatives. So unpopular were they in fact, that peasants unwilling to cooperate were imprisoned. But discontent remained. In 1959 another 143,000 left, and one year later, 199,000.

“During the 1960s both in East Germany and in the Soviet Union, economic policy fluctuated uncertainly between central control and a limited free market economy. Ulbricht brought new people into his administration with new ideas on market competition and productivity. For a time East Germany became world competitive but only in a very few sectors – and the living standards of East German citizens, having risen slightly and briefly, remained stagnant then began to fall as consumer shortages again became apparent. State deficits grew rapidly, world competitiveness became a far-off dream, and discontent continued to mount.

“Economic and budgetary distortions remained, making it difficult either to direct resources or to control a budget. Social subsidies remained on a variety of goods and services including public transport, rents, food and the arts. And the economy was weighed down by an enormous bureaucracy, as well as the Stasi (Staats Sicherheit = State Security), a massive spying operation itself employing thousands, “assisted” by equal numbers of Inoffiziellen Mitarbeitern or unofficial collaborators, unfortunate citizens who had been blackmailed using some minor indiscretion into informing on neighbours and their movements.

“Everyone came to suspect everyone else; after the Fall of the Wall, West Germans (Wessies) would come over to the East and exclaim how dirty everything was and why couldn’t people paint their houses. One simple reason: no paint. But if you did manage to lay your hands on a pot of paint or a length of timber, your neighbours would cross the street to avoid you, assuming that you had to be spying or a Party member.

“Only after Unification, did the full extent of Stasi activities become known, as some 180 kilometers of files and 35 million other documents came to public view. In addition there were numerous photos, sound documents, and tapes of telephone conversations. The psychological impact on the population was almost worse than their physical shortages.”

‘National Self-Determination in Israel Requires “Regime Change”

National self-determination in Israel has been violated by the anti-Zionist policy of “Land for Peace” (LFP). Like his predecessor, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is wedded to this left-wing inspired policy. However, by virtue of his being the leader of the Likud Party, which most Israelis mistakenly deem Zionist, he has become the greatest danger to Israel’s survival. (Tzippi Livni would not have dared endorse a Palestinian state as Bibi explicitly did on June 14, 2009.)

In pursuing LFP with the Palestinian Authority (PA), Netanyahu has been outsmarted by the Arabs. While he sees that the success of LFP requires the cooperation of the Arabs, the Arabs see that the success of this policy would kill the goose that has laid their golden eggs! I allude to the hundreds of millions of dollars the Arabs have received each year from the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, thanks to PA’s unceasing terrorist attacks. The difference in perception consists in the fact that terrorism pays, whereas peace sucks.

The biggest suckers are the Israelis, who have paid in blood and treasure for the intellectually bankrupt policy of “land for peace.” Their leaders have also fostered the absurd notion that this policy is also mandated by democracy, a notion that misleads Israelis who proudly believe they live in a democracy. After all, in what democracy do voters have a choice between 33 parties to lead their country? Our misled Israelis ignore the fact that no matter which party (or party coalition) has been elected to lead their country since 1993, the government invariably pursues the policy of “land for peace,” even though this policy has resulted to date in 15,000 Jewish casualties!

It’s obvious that changing parties has not stopped Israel’s territorial retreat or even diminished worldwide hostility toward the Jewish state. It seems that more important than Jewish casualties is the preservation of Israel’s inept system of multiparty cabinet government, the result of Proportional Representation with a low electoral threshold, which this has endowed Israel with the reputation of being a democracy—than which nothing is more sacred.

It matters not that after exercising their political freedom on Election Day, the citizens of Israel actually relapse into servitude, forced to experience the undeviating and degrading policy of “land for peace” that has soaked Israel in Jewish blood.

How charming are the new parties that so often spring up in democratic Israel thanks to its low electoral threshold. Too bad they invariably fall in lock-step with the policy of “land for peace” which Israel’s leaders have imposed on their people. But what more can be expected of Israeli prime ministers who prefer to appease the murderers of Jewish men, women, and children rather than kill them? Of course, these cretins and cravens can provide all sorts of excuses for their cowardice and imbecility. Like Muslims, they adopt the pose of victimhood vis-à-vis the Great White Father, Uncle Sam, on whose arms and alms they rely for their salvation. Lacking heart or spiritedness, they also lack intellect—a teaching of C. S. Lewis’s charming little book The Abolition of Man, one of whose chapters is entitled “men without chests.”

Israel’s political system has not produced men with chests, men who are not enthralled by the policy of territory for peace. Israel therefore needs much more than another multiparty election. Needed is nothing less than “regime change,” and this can only be initiated by the people, a people fed up with Israel’s obsolete and decrepit system of government.

The question then arises, “How can Israelis, proud of their democracy, be aroused to want regime change? Obviously, one must first show that Israeli democracy as a myth. This I have done in books and in countless articles. Since polls have indicated that 90% of the public regards Israel’s government as corrupt, as consisting of job-seekers animated by personal and partisan interests instead of the common good, the public opinion required for regime change exists, but it needs to be galvanized. For this purpose one needs a man—or a woman—with a chest.

He or she will find helpful ideas in Eric Hoffer, The True Believer as well as in present writer’s book The Myth of Israeli Democracy. The latter elucidates the main ideas and general structure of a normative democracy based on Judaic principles further elaborated in various books of mine. I suggest that a small team consisting of respected and talented men and women be formed to initiate a Jewish movement for regime change. National self-determination in Israel requires a Judaic reconstruction of the state. To my inevitable nay-Sayers I conclude with these words of the Alter of Kelm: “Ask not if a thing is possible; ask only if it is necessary.”

To be sure, in comparison to the juntas surrounding Israel, its political apparatus is a paragon of democracy and stability. However, its bastardized electoral system contributes to untold strategic disasters, thereby, Israel’s leadership are incapable of executing long-term nation-saving policies. More often than not, they operate in their own self interest, totally unaccountable to anyone but their main handlers – domestic and foreign.

IF anything, “regime change”, via a complete overhaul of the system, can’t come soon enough. Hopefully it is not too late.

Before word came out that the National Security Agency was tracking your phone calls.

Before it was known the FBI is looking into private conversations.

Before revelations described how the Internal Revenue Service wants to know the content of your prayers.

There was the Obama database, according to a member of Congress.

Barack Obama now holds a database “no one has ever seen before in life” that has “information about everything on every individual.”

The confirmation comes from U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., named “dishonorable mention” on an online list of most corrupt politicians.

Judicial Watch reported Waters, the ranking member on the House Financial Services Committee, has helped family members make more than $1 million through business ventures with companies and causes that she has helped, according to her hometown newspaper.

“In August 2010, Waters’ influence peddling earned the attention of a subcommittee of the House Ethics Committee which charged Rep. Waters with three counts of violating House rules and ethics regulations in connection with her use of power and influence on behalf of OneUnited Bank. After a highly controversial investigation, plagued by accusations of impropriety and corruption, on September 12, the committee failed to hold Waters to account for steering … $12 million to OneUnited, in which she and her board member husband held shares,” the report said.

In a video now getting attention once more, Waters said, “I think some people are missing something here. The president has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life.

“That’s going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before,” she continued.

“And whoever runs for president on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place,” she said.

Waters’ comments came back in February on TV One’ sWashington Watch with Roland Martin.

Martin had said, “The reality is like anything else, you’d better get what you can while Obama’s there because, look, come 2016, that’s it.”

Noted talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh at the time said, “What Roland Martin’s saying here is all of you who are looking for prosperity from the government, you better get it and get it now. Get it while you can, get it while Obama’s there, because come 2016, he’s not gonna be there, and then you’re gonna be on your own.”

Then came Waters’ comments.

“Hmm. Okay. Cool. Fine,” Limbaugh said. “What’s that got to do with getting benefits after 2016? Maybe she didn’t understand what he was talking about. He’s talking about, you better get in there, get your goodies right now because in 2016 he’s gone. Better get it while you can. She says, ‘I don’t know, Roland, he’s got this database.’ Maybe she means he’s not going anywhere. Maybe that’s what she means, folks. He’s not going anywhere, ’cause he’s got this database with information about everything on every individual. I’ll bet that’s what she meant, Snerdley. That 2016 isn’t a big deal ’cause he’s not going anywhere. That has to be it.”

Limbaugh raised the issue again this week, identifying Obama’s database as part of his ongoing “Organizing for America” fundraising and campaign outreach.

“You remember Maxine Waters…,” he said. “Organizing for America, the campaign organization that Obama has established that’s being run now, which is part of the Limbaugh Theorem, Obama is doing three fundraisers today, folks. He’s at three fundraisers today. For what? He’s not running for election again. Why are you doing fundraising?

“These are not Democrat Party things. These are Organizing for America. Now, Maxine Waters said that Obama had the most massive database ever collected in America. Information on everybody. It was unprecedented. Nobody had ever had any kind of a database like this. … Maxine Waters lets a lot of truth slip. She let it slip during a congressional hearing with some CEOs of some industry. (imitating Waters) ‘We want to nationalize. We want to take over your business.’ It was the oil industry. And the rest of the Democrats on the committee kind of hung their heads, ‘Oh, jeez,’ like she’s some sort of idiot.

“But instead, what they were doing, ‘Oh, come on, Maxine, shut up, what are you giving up the game for?’ Is what their reaction was,” he said.

Limbaugh continued, “Now, let me ask you this. People like Obama and his buddies, associates, the Democrat Party who want all this power, do you think that they could have it if they came to us and said, ‘This is what we want. We want you to elect us. We want you to support us because we want the power. We want to be able to control –’ Of course not. So how are they doing it? Well, there’s the Limbaugh Theorem to explain Obama’s detachment, but the trick is they have to mislead everybody as to their true ambition, as to their true desire, in order to acquire this power, because it is such anathema to the American human spirit and tradition.

“You acquire all of this data on people, you think about how easy it is to manipulate low-information voters with this kind of information, this kind of data. The way this bunch does it is they claim to be the kings of compassion, the kings of love. All they want to do is help people. All they want to do is give you this and give you that, make sure that can’t be taken away from you and that, so forth, and what they’re ending up doing at the same time is the exact opposite.

“Now, you know this, and this is why all of this is so upsetting. And once you realize it, it’s simple. It’s obvious to see. Then the frustration sets in, ‘Why don’t other people see it? Why don’t they believe it when I tell them about it?’ Because most people can’t conceive of wanting this kind of power. And the people seeking it never, ever give any indication that it’s what they want. Or they wouldn’t stand a chance,” he said.

Waters’ comments came even as the IRS was using apparently illegal tactics to block those groups that might reveal faults in Obama’s plans, the NSA was obtaining phone records on tens of millions of innocent Americans and the FBI was gaining access to reporters’ conversations, all scandals that have swamped the Obama administration over the last few weeks.

‘Clinton aides are suspected of criminal cover-ups for diplomats’

Both chambers of Congress and the State Department’s inspector general are examining allegations that senior officials working under Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton may have suppressed investigations into suspected criminal activity among U.S. diplomats abroad — including the alleged solicitation of prostitutes by an ambassador in Europe.

After CBS News reported on the allegations this week, lawmakers from both parties said the charges are “very serious” — and point out the need for a permanent inspector general at the State Department. A deputy inspector general has been active in recent years, but the department’s top watchdog post, tasked with investigating practices at roughly 260 embassies worldwide, has been vacant for more than five years.

A spokesman for office of inspector general said Tuesday that the probe into “allegations of quashing” by State Department higher-ups was triggered by a 2012 office of inspector general review of the department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security.

That review uncovered complaints by some officials that they were not allowed to thoroughly investigate the allegations of criminal activity. As a result, the office of inspector general has hired independent law enforcement specialists to examine the complaints and the extent to which investigators within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security are being allowed the level of independence required to do their jobs effectively.

In addition to reviewing “eight allegations of criminal misconduct” that arose during the 2012 review, Doug Welty, a spokesman for the office of inspector general, said the office is “also looking into the allegations of quashing.”

Mr. Welty made the remarks as Undersecretary of State Patrick F. Kennedy issued a statement to reporters Tuesday saying he has “never once interfered, nor would I condone interfering, in any investigation.”

Mr. Welty and others at the State Department have declined to comment on the specific allegations related to “quashing.”

But Mr. Kennedy apparently made the statement in response to the CBS News report this week that insinuated that he was involved in suppressing an investigation into the activities of a U.S. ambassador accused of patronizing prostitutes in a public park.

Citing “sources,” CBS News reported that after the accusation surfaced, the ambassador was called to Washington to meet with Mr. Kennedy, but then was permitted to return to his post.

CBS also reported that officials from the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security told the office of inspector general that they were told to stop investigating the case.

The State Department has vigorously rejected ƒ CBS report. A senior spokeswoman called it “preposterous” to claim the department would not vigorously investigate allegations of criminal misconduct.

Department officials have remained vague, however, about the details of the allegations in question.

As spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki refused Tuesday to confirm or deny whether a U.S. ambassador had been accused of patronizing prostitutes, U.S. Ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman emailed an abrupt statement to reporters, saying he was “angered and saddened” by “baseless allegations that have appeared in the press.”

“I live on a beautiful park in Brussels that you walk through to get to many locations, and at no point have I ever engaged in any improper activity,” Mr. Gutman said in the statement.

“To watch the four years I have proudly served in Belgium smeared is devastating,” he said.

The ambassador’s denial appeared to represent the first official acknowledgment of the various allegations of criminal activity cited in the CBS News report.

According to the Center For Responsive Politics, Mr. Gutman was a key Obama fundraiser in 2008, bundling at least $775,000 for the president’s campaign and the Inaugural Committee.

A separate allegation was reportedly made against a State Department security official in Beirut accused of sexually assaulting foreign nationals hired as embassy guards. In another, members of Mrs. Clinton’s security detail were accused of regularly pursuing prostitutes while on official trips in foreign countries. Another referenced a suspected illegal narcotics ring tied to State Department contractors at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.

When pressed for details Tuesday about the cases and an explanation as to whether Mr. Gutman has been cleared from the allegations made against him, Ms. Psaki responded that “there are some investigations that are still ongoing, some that have been concluded.”

“I’m not going to break down individual cases,” she said, adding that all of the allegations in question were “unsubstantiated.”

One State Department official say that the allegations of criminal activity as well as the allegations of quashing by department higher-ups may have been born out of an anonymous survey given to officials in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security as part of the office of inspector general’s 2012 review of the bureau’s activities. “One of the first things they do is a survey, sent out to employees, contractors, etc.,” the official said. “It’s all confidential and sometimes these issues come up. Then, these same people who filled out the survey have an opportunity to speak to inspectors confidentially and sometimes that’s when the allegations come up.

“Allegations are allegations,” the official added. “Not until they can be substantiated and verified do they become findings.”

The situation is drawing increasing attention, meanwhile, on Capitol Hill, where lawmakers from both sides of the isle have begun expressing concern.

“I am appalled not only at the reported misconduct itself, but at the reported interference in the investigations of the misconduct,” said Rep. Ed Royce, California Republican and chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

If there was interference by State Department officials in investigations being conducted by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, it “must be uncovered,” said Mr. Royce, who added that he has asked his staff “to begin an investigation into these allegations.”

In a letter to Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Mr. Royce wrote that “the notion that any or all of these cases would not be investigated thoroughly by the [State] Department is unacceptable.”

A spokesman for Sen. Robert Menendez, New Jersey Democrat and chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said reports that the State Department dropped or influenced investigations into allegations of misconduct “are very serious and require a dispassionate investigation of the facts.”

“The committee is looking into the alleged actions, and this situation underscores the need for an appointment of a permanent inspector general for the Department of State to assure that allegations of this sort are quickly, fully, and appropriately addressed,” the Menendez spokesman said in an email to Politico on Tuesday.

‘The U.S. Helps Reconstruct the Ottoman Empire’

Each of these United States military interventions occurred in an area that had been part of the Ottoman Empire, and where a secular regime was replaced by an Islamist one. So far, the German policy of keeping hidden its leadership role in its attempt to reconstitute the Ottoman Empire has succeeded.

Since the mid-1990s the United States has intervened militarily in several internal armed conflicts in Europe and the Middle East: bombing Serbs and Serbia in support of Izetbegovic’s Moslem Regime in Bosnia in 1995, bombing Serbs and Serbia in support of KLA Moslems of Kosovo in 1999, bombing Libya’s Gaddafi regime in support of rebels in 2010. Each intervention was justified to Americans as motivated by humanitarian concerns: to protect Bosnian Moslems from genocidal Serbs, to protect Kosovo Moslems from genocidal Serbs, and to protect Libyans from their murderous dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

Other reasons for these interventions were also offered: to gain for the United States a strategic foothold in the Balkans, to defeat communism in Yugoslavia, to demonstrate to the world’s Moslems that the United States is not anti-Moslem, to redefine the role of NATO in the post-Cold War era, among others.

Each of these United States military interventions occurred in an area that had been part of the Ottoman Empire. In each, a secular regime was ultimately replaced by an Islamist one favoring sharia law and the creation of a world-wide Caliphate. The countries that experienced the “Arab Spring” of the 2010s without the help of American military intervention, Tunisia and Egypt, had also been part of the Ottoman Empire, and also ended up with Islamist regimes.

In the United States most discussions of the military conflicts of the 1990s in the Balkans and the “Arab Spring” of the 2010s do not mention that the areas involved had been part of the Ottoman Empire; these included Turkey, the Moslem-populated areas around the Mediterranean, Iraq, the coastal regions of the Arabian Peninsula and parts of the Balkans. In the areas that experienced the Arab Spring Turkey’s role in every instance has been to support the rebels and quickly recognize them as the legitimate government of the country in upheaval.

Turkish leaders do make the connection between the conflicts in the Bosnia, the “Arab Spring” and the Ottoman Empire. Harold Rhode, an American expert on Turkey, has reported:

[President of Turkey] Erdogan’s recent [2011] electoral victory speech puts his true intentions regarding Turkey’s foreign policy goals in perspective. He said that this victory is as important in Ankara as it is in the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sarajevo, under Ottoman times, an important Ottoman city; that his party’s victory was as important in a large Turkish city Izmir, on the Western Anatolian coast, as it is in Damascus, and as important in Istanbul as it is in Jerusalem….

In saying that this victory is as important in all of these former Ottoman cities, Erdogan apparently sees himself as trying to reclaim Turkey’s full Ottoman past.

The occurrence that since 1990 each European and Middle Eastern country that experienced American military intervention in an internal military conflict or an “Arab Spring” has ended up with a government dominated by Islamists of the Moslem Brotherhood or al-Qaeda variety fits nicely with the idea that these events represent a return to Ottoman rule. Besides being a political empire ruling a territory and its population, the Ottoman Empire claimed to be a Caliphate with spiritual suzerainty over all Moslems – those within its borders and those beyond. Though it might seem strange at first, the idea of advancing the renewal of the Ottoman Empire on two tracks – breaking down the post-Ottoman political structure and promoting a Caliphate which Islamists say they long for – is really quite reasonable.

Just as the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s and the “Arab Spring” of the 2010s considered in historical perspective suggests that Turkey might be attempting to recreate its former empire, consideration of the Turkish Empire in historical perspective suggests the possible partnership of Germany with Turkey in the project given that, from its creation in 1870, Germany viewed Turkey with its empire as a most valuable client and ally. In the view of the leaders of Germany, Turkey was controllable through a combination of economic intercourse, gifts of educational opportunities, provision of technical expertise and administrative aid, as well as bribes to Turkish officials. Germany saw influence over Turkey as a means of influencing Moslems worldwide for its own interests. Thus as the German scholar Wolfgang Schwanitz has shown, during World War I Germany employed the Turkish Caliphate to promote jihad – riot and rebellion – in areas where Moslem populations were ruled by its enemies Russia, France, Britain and Serbia.

Yet in the 50-odd articles collected in an exploration of the awareness on the part of Americans of a possible Turkish connection with the “Arab Spring,” I found not a single mention of “Germany.” Only from a link in one of those articles – to an article on the International Criminal Court (ICC) which, with its indictment of Muammar Gaddafi and issue of a warrant for his arrest, provided the “legal” basis legitimizing NATO’s bombing of Libya — which gave the rebels their victory and ended the Gaddafi regime – did I find mention of Germany. From that article, “A Lawless Global Court” by John Rosenthal (Policy Review Feb. 1. 2004 No.123), one learns that the ICC is a project initiated, promoted and, to a considerable extent, funded by Germany. Given this, the idea that the ICC serves Germany’s purposes is common sense. Through the ICC connection, Germany’s promotion of the “Arab Spring” is clear. Yet it is never or almost never mentioned. This silence calls for explanation.

Later, I did come across an explicit reference to Germany’s role in it — specifically in the war against the Assad regime in Syria — in John Rosenthal’s article “German Intelligence: al-Qaeda all over Syria” in the online Asia Times — which reports that the German government supports the rebels and their political arm, the Syrian National Council (SNC), against Assad; that the German government classified [made secret] “by reason of national interest” the contents of several BND (German foreign intelligence) reports that the May 25, 2012 massacre of civilians in the Syrian town of Houla, for which Assad has been blamed, was in fact perpetrated by rebel forces; and that “the German foreign office is working with representatives of the Syrian opposition to develop ‘concrete plans’ for a ‘political transition’ in Syria after the fall of Assad.” So far the German policy of keeping hidden its leadership role in the attempt to reconstitute the Ottoman Empire seems to have succeeded.

Each U. S. military action in Europe and the Middle East since 1990, however, with the exception of Iraq, has followed an overt pattern: First there is an armed conflict within the country where the intervention will take place. American news media heavily report this conflict. The “good guys” in the story are the rebels. The “bad guys,” to be attacked by American military force, are brutally anti-democratic, and committers of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Prestigious public figures, NGOs, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies and international organizations call for supporting the rebels and attacking the regime. Next, the American president orders American logistical support and arms supplies for the rebels. Finally the American president orders military attack under the auspices of NATO in support of the rebels. The attack usually consists of aerial bombing, today’s equivalent of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries’ gunboat which could attack coastal cities of militarily weak countries without fear of retaliation. The ultimate outcome of each American intervention is the replacement of a secular government with an Islamist regime in an area that had been part of the Ottoman Empire.

Thus, it is imperative to understand what animates this “new found” thrust for the Ottoman Empire, not from Euro and Turkish vantage points, but from Washington’s perspective. In this regard, Obama Inc. is not only assisting the Turks, but also playing quarterback for Germany. And while Germany has their own interests in “controlling” the Muslim populations through Turkish/Ottoman rule, it is increasingly clear that the ascendancy of the Muslim Brotherhood in Washington, as well as throughout the Mid East, has become more than a central “interest” for Obama Inc. and other Washington players.

So travel from point A to point B and Washington’s current handiwork in Mid East fires become more than self revealing. No one should be surprised, let alone shocked, by the scandalous and probably criminal behavior of various members of the Obama administration. What else should one expect given two well-known facts: Mr. Obama is not only animated by the doctrine of moral relativism, but in seeming contradiction to that doctrine, he is a self-professed Muslim who has publicly and unabashedly exalted—in his words—the “Holy Quran,” a creed that exemplifies absolutism!

It should be stressed, however, that Islam also fosters taqiyya, the art of dissimulation. As Professor Y. Harkabi, a former director of Israel military intelligence has indicated, mendacity is “second nature” to Muslims. This mendacity is concealed by another eastern talent, the art of ingratiation. Arabs excel in this art.

A sociologist of Arab birth notes that “The Arab changes his identity with little reluctance. With Asians he is oriental, with people from the West he is occidental, with the old societies he is a traditional man, with the new a modern.”^{^[1]}

An American journalist observed that Egyptian President Abdel Nasser “was an engaging man to meet. He was equally endowed with natural charm and cunning, and he used his charm advantageously. His visitors were immediately at their ease. He was the incorruptible puritan revolutionary who never lost the simplicity of his tastes or the naturalness of his manners; the autocrat who disliked elaborate formalities and used the relaxed approach of democracy.”^{^[2]}

Secretary of State William Rogers experienced the same ingratiation in his meeting with Nasser’s successor Anwar Sadat. As he later said of that meeting: “We felt at ease in each other’s company.” Sadat constantly referred to Rogers, whom he had met for the first time, as “Bill.” When Kissinger replaced Rogers, he became “dear Henry” just as quickly.^{^[3]} The American media hailed him as a man of peace. Forgotten was his cunning attack on Israel in the Yom Kippur War. But thanks to his mastery of taqiyya, the avuncular pipe-smoking Sadat recovered the Sinai without firing a single shot.

Some mosques linked to ‘hardline, Islamic worldview’

Some analysts are suggesting Philadelphia, the historic city of “Brotherly Love,” is where the nation’s next terrorism attack will happen.

Middle East Forum terror analyst Hillel Zaremba said one reason is that the city’s mosques – one website lists 24 in the metropolitan area – are tied to a larger network.

“Many of them have ties to Islamist organizations. They have had, I use had, because they’ve gotten smarter and have scrubbed a lot of their websites of the references,” Zaremba said. “But there are very troubling indications of the kinds of things they believe in and the causes they support – that would lead one to believe that they are from a hardline, Islamic worldview.”

Zaremba points out that what goes on in the mosque has a lot to do with the radicalization process.

“You can say a lot of things about the training. You can say a lot of things about infidels, you can say a lot of things about the whole Israel-Palestine, the Palestinian nexus,” Zaremba said.

“You can have ‘Reliance of the Traveler.’ You can have a copy of that in your mosque and it’s certainly helping to develop an atmosphere, in my mind, an attitude that contributes to someone going over and becoming violent,” Zaremba said.

John Guandolo is a former FBI counterterrorism specialist and terrorism analyst. He’s also president of Guandolo and Associates, and has said, “‘Reliance of the Traveler’ is the single most authoritative book on Islamic law.”

Dave Gaubatz, co-author of “Muslim Mafia,” said that he’s researched Philadelphia mosques and confirms that the city’s locations present a very real danger.

“They rated very high for the likelihood for future terrorist attacks,” Gaubatz said.

Zaremba adds that recent events provides further evidence for the direction the city’s Muslim community is taking.

“We know that from time to time there have been arrests of troubling individuals, of people who have been deported. There have been arrests of people who were involved in terror plots that didn’t quite get off the ground,” Zaremba said.

Zaremba lists one specific.

“The so-called Fort Dix group did pray at a local mosque (in Philadelphia),” Zaremba said of the Islamists who were convicted of conspiracy after being caught allegedly planning an attack at Fort Dix, N.J.

Zaremba said when an arrest is announced, the local imams swing into damage control.

“They go around and say they could never have gotten that from us. They say they don’t know who radicalized them,” Zaremba said. “I guess it was just by osmosis that these people picked that up.”

An indication of how radical some of Philadelphia’s mosques may be is the existence of an Islamic youth program that has been described as a Muslim version of the Boy Scouts.

Zaremba says the mosques call them “Jawala Scouts.” The group was incorporated in 2005 by the United Muslim Movement. The UMM recruits young boys as young as the age of seven.

Zaremba says the boys have been photographed doing military drills and wearing camouflage.

“If you just type in Jawala Scouts Philadelphia, you can find pictures of kids going out camping with paintball guns,” Zaremba said. “What does that mean? My brother belonged to the Boy Scouts. They went out camping. Did they take guns with them? I don’t think so.

“Why are you drilling kids in camouflage and training them to use guns?”

Zaremba emphasizes that paintball alone may not be that significant. However, it’s the picture that emerges when you put together the pieces.

“People can ask why we’re making a big deal out of this. Why, because they’re training with guns and because they’re Muslim?” Zaremba said. “Yes, as a matter of fact.”

Zaremba’s assessment also involves the preaching and teaching in the mosques. He cited one website in particular.

“One of the websites had an FAQ section and it asked about jihad. The site said they reject the use of violence except in cases where holy sites and places are threatened,” Zaremba said.

He explains that the statement is important because the uniformity in Islamic teaching and how Islam defines the word “holy place” and “threatened” whether it’s overseas or in the United States.

“Those are code words. What do they mean? If you’re in Israel, that could mean the Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem and that is a provocation to Muslims because they’re not in Muslim hands,” Zaremba said. “Forget about Jerusalem. As far as Hamas is concerned, the entire nation of Israel needs to be eliminated and restored to Muslim control.

“This mosque in Philadelphia was giving a kind of a ‘carve out’ for violence because they believe that any Muslim site they believe is threatened qualifies,” Zaremba said.

The website Muslim Philly Ads lists a mosque that is affiliated with the United Muslim Movement, the group that sponsors the Jawala Scouts.

The list on the site also says one of Philadelphia’s mosques is affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and another is a Salafist mosque.

International Christian Concern’s Middle East Specialist Aidan Clay says the Salafists are pro-jihad and among the most radical of the Islamic sects. He says that if you want to see Salafists in action, simply follow what’s taking place in Egypt.

‘The REAL Power In Obama’s White House’

Ever hear of a company called The Analysis Corporation? No? Neither did most Americans in 2008. This was strange because in 2008, the company netted $65 million dollars and worked for virtually every government agency that had anything remotely to do with intelligence: The NSA, DHS, FBI, and the rest of the alphabet soup of government agencies whose chief goal was to snoop on people who might pose a threat to the government.

So exactly why in early 2008 did The Analysis Corporation find it necessary to “breach” the passport/birth certificate file of Barack Obama? Remember that? Obama, Clinton’s, and McCain’s passport/birth certificate files being “breached,” but only Obama’s being breached “on three separate occasions.” Keep in mind that in 2008, the primary purpose of The Analysis Corporation (they now go by the name of Global Defense Technology & Systems, Inc.) was to keep track of terrorists. The breach was chocked up to a “low level” computer operator having fun looking into the passport files and birth certificates of presidential candidates. We were told he was “disciplined,” although who he was or what this entailed was never made clear. We wouldn’t find out until much later that someone who holds a very high position in the Obama administration today—John Brennan—headed this “terrorist tracking” company.

When Obama won the election in 2008, the mainstream media quietly forgot about this incident. “Birthers,” as the Left has styled those who care about following the “natural born” requirement of the U.S. Constitution for President, quietly filed this fact away as it became clear that Obama’s grammar school records in Indonesia clearly identified him as an Indonesian citizen. We kept this in mind as Obama refused to provide for a full three years his long-form birth certificate. We kept this fact in mind when virtually everyone who had even a modicum of computer knowledge clearly saw that the long-form PDF birth certificate released on April 27, 2011 was not only a forgery, but a bad forgery—verified by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation.

But a new twist came in this Obama-Brennan relationship.

John Brennan almost from Day One became the de facto Commander-in-Chief as he took over the drone program, when he oversaw literally dozens of secret wars, when he virtually ran the White House—this unbelievably while Brennan was simply a homeland security and terrorism advisor!

According to the recently published book Benghazi: The Definitive Report, John Brennan, aside from having the authority to murder American citizens as head of the drone program, has been waging a series of secret wars in North Africa and the Middle East against Al Qaeda and Al-Qaeda-linked groups. How secret? So secret that he and his minions at JSOC, Joint Special Operations Command, operated not only outside the purview of Congress, but outside the purview of the Pentagon and the CIA! Former CIA head David Petraeus wasn’t even aware of Brennan’s secret wars!

According to Benghazi: The Definitive Report, the attack on the Benghazi consulate had nothing to do with, as we were told, an amateurish anti-Muslim YouTube video leading to a “protest turned violent,” but was retaliation for John Brennan’s JSOC attacks on the Libya-based terrorist group Ansar al-Sharia.

If that isn’t shocking enough, Brennan, as an almost de facto President of the United States, was secretly meeting with heads of state!According to top secret cables recently released by Wikileaks, Brennan in 2009 met with none other than the King of Saudi Arabia and then-President of Yemen Ali Abdullah Saleh! And these are just the heads of state that we know of!

Why was Brennan, then a low-level advisor to Barack Hussein Obama, secretly meeting with heads of state? Under what authority was (and probably still is) John Brennan waging secret wars in North Africa and the Middle East? Was this the real reason for the attack on the Benghazi consulate, as Benghazi: The Definitive Report makes clear? Does the intel that came out yesterday that Ambassador Christopher Stevens was murdered via lethal injection after a failed kidnapping attempt make sense in light of Brennan’s illegal involvement in Libya and attack of Ansar al-Sharia?

According to a March 14 posting on an al Qaeda-linked website, Dhu–al-Bajadinstated that Stevens was given a lethal injection that was overlooked during the autopsy. The “plan was based on abduction and exchange of high-level prisoners,” the terrorist wrote on the prominent jihadist Web forum Ansar al-Mujahideen Network. “However, the operation took another turn, for a reason God only knows, when one of the members of the jihadist cell improvised and followed Plan B.”

We went further in identifying the “high-level” prisoner as being none other than the Blind Sheikh, the “helpless elderly man” as Obama’s buddy in Egypt (Mohammed Morsi) likes to refer to him as.

Make no bones about it: John Brennan, not Barack Obama, is the real power in the White House. And when calls for a House Select Committee to investigate what really happened in Benghazi are finally answered, we will find John Owen Brennan’s fingerprints all over it.
