Following Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) complaint, Police open criminal investigation against Facebook Israel for terror incitement

IT is not for nothing that this investigative journalist wrote the sole book on Facebook’s nexus to Islamic jihad, namely, BANNED: How Facebook Enables Militant Islamic Jihad (with co-author Joe Newby), published August 2016.

AS it happens, a mere few short years after Facebook’s launch, February 4, 2004 (none too incidentally, the very same day that its mirror-like counterpart via the Pentagon’s DARPA-based LifeLog Project went down), it became patently obvious that a “welcome mat” is being laid out for Islam’s warriors (with the radical left in tow), and in all of its manifestations. And since the aforementioned book was published, nothing has changed, other than the brazenness of said applicable support. No sense in pussyfooting around.

SUCH is its many dangers, it became imperative to keep the pressure up and the heat on. In this regard, a series of exposés can be found at several well-trafficked sites, most recently, at Israel National News.

ALAS, it is hardly surprising that the following complaint by PMW had to be brought before the Israeli police — a lot of good it’s going to do.

AS night follows day, rest assured, the requisite hand-wringing, empty promises, and an apology or two will be offered by Facebook’s honchos to tamp down the complaint, that is, before “business” as usual is resumed. Guaranteed.

Following PMW’s complaint, Police open criminal investigation against Facebook Israel for terror incitement (October 21, 2021)

Palestinian Media Watch submitted a complaint on May 23, 2021 to Israeli police against Facebook Israel and its CEO for aiding and abetting Fatah incitement to terror, under clause 24(b)(1) of the Anti-Terror Law.
PMW has now been informed by Israeli police that it has opened an official investigation pursuant to our complaint. Conviction for someone who “publishes direct calls to commit acts of terror” is up to 5 years of imprisonment.
Background: In April and early May, Mahmoud Abbas’ PA and Fatah were actively inciting violence and terror. The Palestinian population was furious that Abbas had cancelled elections to prevent a Hamas victory, and Abbas was trying to distract them with a terror wave in defense of Jerusalem. With over a quarter of a million followers, the avenue of choice for the PA and Fatah to promote violence and terror was Fatah’s Facebook pages.
On May 9, 2021, PMW alerted Facebook, writing to the CEO of Facebook Israel Adi Soffer Teeni, that Fatah was using its many Facebook pages to publish calls to commit acts of terror. PMW demanded that Facebook close Fatah’s Facebook pages.
PMW warned Facebook: “If you fail to act as the violence [in Jerusalem] rages and as Fatah and its leaders continue to abuse the Facebook platform to spread violence, we will have no choice but to submit an official complaint to the Israeli police against Facebook in general and key personnel in particular, for the aiding and abetting the violence. We expect your quick and decisive response.” [PMW letter, May 9, 2021]
However, Facebook continued its policy of allowing Fatah to post incitement to hate and terror, and to publish direct calls to commit acts of terror, thus fanning the terror in Jerusalem and the rest of Israel throughout the Gaza war with Hamas.
PMW submitted the complaint to Israeli police against Facebook Israel and its CEO for incitement to terror on May 23 and recently was notified by the police that a formal investigation of PMW’s complaint was opened. Given the clear evidence (see below), we hope that the police will act swiftly against Facebook to determine if prosecution is warranted against the Israeli Facebook staff who made the decision to enable Fatah to use Facebook to promote terror. In addition, we hope the police will demand the closure of the Fatah’s Facebook pages that, as PMW has shown, have been actively fanning the flames of terror for many years.

Palestinian Media Watch submitted a complaint to Israeli police against Facebook Israel and its CEO Adi Soffer Teeni on May 23, 2021 for incitement to terror under clause 24(b)(1) of the Anti-Terror Law. PMW has been warning Facebook for years that it is a fundamental part of Fatah’s terror promotion, and has supplied Facebook with hundreds of examples of hate and terror promotion on Fatah’s Facebook platform as documented in numerous PMW reports. Facebook claims to be very strict about eliminating hate speech and promoting violence and closing other hate disseminating Facebook accounts. However, Facebook has made a decision to keep open the official Fatah page, thus allowing Fatah to disseminate hate speech against Israel, glorify terrorists who murder Israelis and even be a platform for Fatah’s calls to violence and terror. Given the importance of social media as a disseminator of incitement to violence, Facebook’s behavior has been life-threatening and places them as a central cog in Fatah’s terror infrastructure.

In PMW’s complaint to the police against Facebook Israel, we noted that on May 8, with Arab violence raging in Jerusalem including attacks on police and on Jews walking in the streets of Jerusalem, Fatah used 9 different Facebook pages, including its official Facebook page with 234,305 followers, to disseminate its call for violence, including:

“The Fatah Movement with all its elements and leadership calls to continue this uprising… Fatah calls on everyone to raise the level of confrontation in the coming days and hours.”

Most significantly, Facebook also played a central role for Fatah in disseminating the calls to start the violence. PA leader Mahmoud Abbas in anticipation of his imminent canceling of the Palestinian elections needed violence to distract the Palestinian population’s likely anger. As Abbas and Fatah have done in the past, they used the religious theme of defending the Al-Aqsa Mosque as a call for violence. Fatah posted on Facebook an old video of Abbas from 2014 calling for violence “in defense of Jerusalem.” However, the post did not mention it was from 2014, and made it seem like the call for violence was current. A Palestinian watching the video would think Abbas made the speech that very day, introducing it with these words in the present tense: “The message of [PA] President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas to our people in Jerusalem – we will defend Jerusalem with our lives. Long live Fatah, the defender of our land, our holy sites, and our people.” [Facebook page of the Fatah Commission of Information and Culture, April 23, 2021]

In that speech, Abbas defined Jews’ presence on the Temple Mount as “defiling” the nearby Al-Aqsa Mosque and its plazas and told Palestinians that “They [Jews] have come, and they must not come to the Sanctuary (i.e., Temple Mount). We have to prevent them, in any way whatsoever from entering the sanctuary.” [Facebook page of the Fatah Commission of Information and Culture, April 23, 2021, accessed Oct. 19, 2021] Fatah publicized this call on its Facebook page, knowing that Abbas was about to cancel elections.

Only two days later with violence and terror growing in Jerusalem, Facebook was used to promote more terror by Fatah Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi. Tirawi said that “resistance” – i.e., terror and violence against Israel – was an “obligatory personal commandment” – an Islamic commandment imperative for individuals, the primary commandment in Islam for an individual, and literally cursed anyone who did not participate in the violence as a “mute devil”:

“Fatah Movement Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi… said that the ‎resistance of the residents of Jerusalem to the occupation (i.e., attacks on Israeli police and Jews) is a holy battle ‎that they are fighting alone, and he considered supporting them, coming ‎to them, and participating with them in the battle to defend Jerusalem ‎and the holy sites an obligatory personal commandment (fard ayn), and ‎whoever shirks this is a mute devil who, with his silence and passivity, ‎allows the occupation to tyrannically rule the Palestinian residents of ‎Jerusalem, the holy city, and the holy sites.”‎

On April 26, 2021, Fatah published another post on Facebook that encouraged Palestinian minors to participate in acts of terror with the words: “Do not look at my young age.” The images showed children involved in violence.

On May 10, Fatah called on the masses of Nablus, through Facebook, “to escalate the resistance… Let us set the ground on fire under the occupation’s feet.” [Facebook page of the Fatah Movement – Nablus Branch, May 10, 2021]

On May 12, 2021, with terror and violence raging in the mixed Jewish-Arab Israeli cities, Fatah again used Facebook to incite the Arab masses in Israel to violence and terror. It posted a video celebrating “The fire has ignited and the rifle has sung,” showing footage of Arabs rioting together. The song specifically focused on the rioters within Israel “from Acre to Tira” – two Israeli cities – calling them “self-sacrificing fighters.” To assure that everyone understood they were calling for terror on the Facebook page, the video included the words “The dawn of freedom is painted with blood”:

Lyrics: “The fire has ignited and the rifle has sung
O homeland, ask for the young people and have hope
The fire has ignited from Acre to Tira (i.e., Israeli cities)…
[The children] have grown older and not forgotten the land
Who could forget the Paradise of Palestine? …
The fire has ignited, Karameh, Karameh
The Palestinians, together with all the heroes
Self-sacrificing fighters have appeared, and woe to those who ignore it:
The dawn of freedom is painted with blood”

Palestinian and Israeli Arabs responded to the PA/Fatah calls for terror. Within Israel fires were set in 112 Jewish homes, 386 Jewish homes were plundered and 673 were damaged; 849 cars were set ablaze; and there were 5,018 rock-throwing attacks; and 10 synagogues were wholly or partly burned down. In response, a small number of Jews attacked Arabs and their properties on a minor scale. No mosques were burned; 13 Arab homes were damaged; 13 Arab-owned cars were burned; and there were 41 rock-throwing attacks by Jews. [Walla, Israeli new site, May 16, 2021]

Given this and other evidence of terror promotion on Facebook and the destruction that accompanied the incitement, PMW hopes that the police will act swiftly to investigate the responsible Facebook’s officers in Israel.

In addition, PMW again calls on Facebook to stop being a platform for PA/Fatah terror glorification and promotion, and close these Fatah Facebook pages that, as PMW has shown, have been promoting terror for many years.

In addition, PMW will be turning to our friends in the US Congress to see if Congress will investigate and determine to what extent US Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg have been involved in the decision to allow Facebook to be a platform for Fatah to incite violence and terror against Israelis and Jews.

1. We hereby submit a complaint against the Facebook Israel and its CEO, Ms. Adi Soffer-Teeni, for the crime of aiding in incitement to terror, according to clause 24(b)(1) of the Anti-Terror Law.

2. While violence was again flaring in Jerusalem, Fatah – the organization and its leadership – was again misusing the Facebook platform to fan the flames and incite to violence and terror.

3. After days of violence and terror in Jerusalem against Jews and against Israeli Police, Fatah used 9 different Facebook pages, starting with its official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/officialfateh1965/) to disseminate its call “to continue this uprising… to raise the level of confrontation.” In other words, a direct and explicit call for terror:

“The Fatah Movement with all its elements and leadership calls to continue this uprising… Fatah calls on everyone to raise the level of confrontation in the coming days and hours in the Palestinian lands, the points of friction, and the settlers’ roads.”

Given that the usage of Facebook’s platform to spread incitement and direct calls to violence is not just a violation of the Anti-Terror Law but also a clear violation of Facebook’s Community Guidelines, Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) reported the posts to Facebook, and demanded that Facebook immediately close all the Fatah pages that incite to terror. PMW’s letter to Facebook is attached as Appendix B. Facebook chose to ignore the demand, and during all the days of violence and terror that are continuing to this day, Facebook is continuing to publish the calls to terror for Fatah. Thus, Facebook is an effective and central mechanism for publishing calls to violence and terror to the 234,305 followers, on just its official page alone.

6. Clause 24(b)(1) of the Anti-Terror Law determines that whoever “publishes direct calls to commit acts of terror” is liable to 5 years of imprisonment.

7. It should be noted that shortly before Fatah disseminated its call to violence via Facebook, and even before the outbreak of the violent incidents at the Temple Mount, Facebook allowed it to broadcast a hateful video in which Palestinian Authority and Fatah Chairman Mahmoud Abbas urges Palestinians to prevent “in any way whatsoever” the entry of Jews to the Temple Mount (in Abbas’ words the entire Temple Mount compound is “the Al-Aqsa Mosque”). According to Abbas, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre belong to the Palestinians only, and the Jews “have no right to defile it.”

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas: “It’s not enough for us to say: ‘There are those carrying out Ribat’ (i.e., religious conflict over land claimed to be Islamic). We must all carry out Ribat in the Al-Aqsa [Mosque]. It’s not enough for us to say: ‘The settlers have arrived [at the Mosque].’ They have come, and they must not come to the Sanctuary (i.e., Temple Mount). We have to prevent them, in any way whatsoever, from entering the Sanctuary. This is our Sanctuary, our Al-Aqsa and our Church [of the Holy Sepulchre]. They have no right to enter it. They have no right to defile it. We must prevent them. Let us stand before them with chests bared to protect our holy places.”

Note, that in Abbas’ words all Jews who want to express their religious beliefs on the Temple Mount are “settlers”. This video, which comes from official PA TV, was broadcast on the official Facebook page of the Fatah Commission of Information and Culture on April 23, 2021.

8. Only two days later, on April 25, 2021, Fatah Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi published a post in which he expressed his appreciation for the young terrorists who clashed with Israeli Police. Tirawi added:

“The occupation government is sponsoring the invasions of the settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, organizing them, and providing them with defense and protection to enable their acts of aggression, which are expressed by defiling the Al-Aqsa Mosque and providing legal authorization for the entry of the settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque plazas, as preparation for its division and for full control over its management, and in order to enable the Jewish religious extremists to begin carrying out their plans that seek to expropriate [the Al-Aqsa Mosque] and build the alleged Temple in its place, while exploiting the world’s preoccupation with its affairs, in the shadow of the fracture in the Arab position…”

9. On April 26, 2021, Fatah published another post on Facebook that encouraged Palestinian minors to participate in acts of terror through an image in which minors, one of them masked, are seen throwing objects.

10. Under these circumstances, there cannot be a shadow of a doubt, that at a time when Jerusalem is burning and the level of violence is rising, the only goal of publishing Fatah’s call “to raise the level of confrontation” is incitement to commit acts of terror.

11. In fact, Fatah’s Facebook post that called to raise the level of confrontation was published on May 8 and two days later, May 10, – was the day on which the level of violence rose significantly.

12. May 10 was specifically chosen by Fatah as the day for increasing violence since that was the day on which Israel celebrated the historic unification of Jerusalem.

13. Needless to say the acts that were committed by the terrorists, including serious acts of violence at the Temple Mount, the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem, and the Old City of Jerusalem, meet the definition of the term “act of terror,” as determined by clause 2 of the Anti-Terror Law.

14. What is more, during the wave of violence Facebook provided Fatah with a convenient platform to continue spreading additional incitement and calls for violence.

15. On May 10, 2021, Fatah called on the masses of Nablus, through Facebook, to go out and participate in clashes against Israeli Army forces – “Let us set the ground on fire under the occupation’s feet”:

“As a sign of support for the rebelling residents of Jerusalem and for the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and as a sign of resistance to the [Israeli] break-ins into it and its desecration by the extremist settlers, the national action factions in the Nablus district call on you to escalate the resistance on the seam lines with the occupation and with the settlements. We call on the masses of Nablus to come to the Hawara military checkpoint tonight [May 10, 2021] at precisely 9:30 p.m. so that the occupation will be made to hear the voice of the resistance, and in order to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to support its rebelling young people. The gathering will be in front of the Kia [car] company.

Let us set the ground on fire under the occupation’s feet.”

16. On May 12, 2021, Fatah published a video on Facebook glorifying and inciting to violence. Under the title “The fire has ignited and the rifle has sung; O homeland, ask for the young people and hope,” on a background of images of clashes with Israeli Security Forces, and amid a volatile situation on the ground, Fatah incited the masses by saying:

“The fire has ignited from Acre to Tira (i.e., Israeli cities)
A handful of children who were raised on a mat
And they have grown older and not forgotten the homeland
Who could forget the Paradise of Palestine?
The fire has ignited, honor, honor,
The Palestinians, together with all the heroes
Self-sacrificing fighters have appeared, and woe to those who ignore it
The dawn of freedom is painted with blood.”

17. On May 14, 2021, Fatah published an update on Facebook as follows:

“Fatah emphasized that mass processions are now coming out from all the Palestinian cities in order to wage confrontations with the occupation at all the friction points at the call of all the Fatah branches…”

At the same time, Fatah published a song on Facebook praising dead terrorists going up to Jerusalem:

If only my mother was in your place.”

18. On May 15, 2021, Fatah published more incitement on Facebook and an additional call to violence. In the post, which was also directed at Israeli Arabs, Fatah called:

“To come out in processions of rage in all the cities, villages, and refugee camps, to continue the preparedness and confrontation on the seam lines and bypass roads with all possible means.”

19. To complete the picture, we would note, that this is not the only crime that the Facebook and its CEO are helping Fatah to commit. Fatah’s various Facebook pages are full of posts containing praise for various terrorists, including (just from the beginning of April 2021):

10 different posts praising terrorist Khalil Al-Wazir (known by his nickname “Abu Jihad”), who (according to the Palestinians) was responsible for the murder of 125 Israeli citizens in terror attacks. See here:

One post praising terrorist Muhammad Oudeh (known by his nickname “Abu Daoud”) who took part in planning and committing the murder of the Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics:

4 posts praising terrorist Marwan Zalum who was responsible for many terror attacks in the Hebron area: He sent the terrorist who in a shooting attack murdered the infant Shalhevet Pass in her stroller on March 26, 2001; provided the explosive device used in a suicide attack at the entrance to Jerusalem’s Mahane Yehuda open market on April 12, 2002, in which 6 Israelis were murdered and 80 wounded; organized the planting of a bomb in Adorai’im, south of Hebron, which murdered Israeli soldier Shai Cohen on July 9, 2001; and initiated a shooting attack at the entrance to Kiryat Arba on July 12, 2001, in which 1 person was murdered.

20. Beyond everything mentioned above, Facebook even helped Fatah’s attempts to obstruct the investigation of a terror attack. Shortly after the shooting attack on May 2, 2021, in which three people were wounded – one of whom, Yehuda Guetta, later died of his wounds – one of Fatah’s Facebook pages published a call to residents of the area in which it urged them to destroy evidence:

“Our lauded people, honored members of our people, we call on you to get rid of the contents that were stored in the [security] cameras of your homes or your businesses today, and not to transfer any media content among yourselves that the occupation (i.e., Israel) is spreading.”

21. Given that Facebook and Ms. Soffer-Teeni have decided to continue serving as a platform for the Fatah organization to publish calls to violence and terror, and are even refusing to remove the Fatah organization’s posts inciting to terror and violence, despite the fact that the content of the posts was brought to their attention, it must be assumed that this was done as a conscious decision and as partnership with the Fatah organization to spread incitement to terror.

22. And given that Facebook is not closing the Fatah pages and is refusing to remove Fatah’s posts praising and glorifying terrorist murderers, and is even aiding Fatah in disrupting the investigation of a terror attack, it must be assumed that this was done as a conscious decision and as partnership between the Facebook and Fatah.

23. Based on the aforementioned, we demand that an investigation be launched against the Facebook and its CEO.

The disreputable, faux Biden administration and its media cohorts have perpetrated yet another fallacy on the American public by claiming that Colin Powell died of “Covid-19 complications” despite being fully vaccinated. Although breakthrough infections that result in death are becoming more common and broadly reported by alternative media, Colin Powell had never received a positive Covid-19 diagnosis or displayed symptoms commonly associated with the China virus, said an administration whistleblower speaking under promise of anonymity.

The administration and the media have released scant details on his death, obfuscating both where he died and the approximate time of death, but were quick to blame his demise on Covid-19.

Powell, who had suffered from multiple myeloma, a blood cancer, committed suicide early Monday morning, our source said.

“Powell died at home after consuming a bottle of prescription sleeping pills,” he said.

According to him, Powell’s wife Alma awoke at 3:00 a.m. and noticed that her husband was not breathing. She discovered an empty bottle of Ambien, which had been nearly full the night previous, tucked amid the bedsheets.

“Alma called 911. She said the bottle was almost full because Colin had filled it only a few days ago. 911 routed the Call directly to the White House, which has never been heard of. No paramedics, no ambulances showed up at his McClean, Virginia, home—only the FBI,” our source said.

Two FBI Special Agents and an agency forensic pathologist arrived at the Powell’s residence shortly after 4:00 a.m. They found Mrs. Powell in a state of hysteria, screaming and crying at the top her lungs as she hovered over late husband’s corpse. After a thorough examination of the bedroom, one agent found what appeared to be a suicide note on the floor beside the Powell’s bed.

“I’ll love you always, Alma, you and the children. But I am old and sick, and I know they’ll find me soon, like they have the others. I don’t want my legacy to end that way. I pray you can all forgive me, for what I’ve done, and now what I no longer have to do. The man in the glass tower must not rise. I place myself in the Lord’s hands; I’d rather He judge me than them,” part of the note purportedly read.

Powell, who had identified as a Republican, was a RINO—Republican in name only. He was an outspoken opponent of Donald J. Trump, and he had endorsed both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden’s bids for the presidency.

“The FBI made a call directly to Kamala Harris, and she told them they’d have to spin the death to make it appear as if he died from Covid,” our source said. “The FBI is a tool of the Deep State.”

The administration and the CDC have been instructing health institutions and city and county coroners to falsify death certificates to make it seem as if every human fatality over the last two years was a result of Covid-19.

Hot on the heels of a series of explosive exposés by this investigative journalist at Israel National News – regarding the stepped-up global dangers emanating from the overall policies at Facebook – namely, We Need to deep-dive into the dynamics of Facebook (September 20, 2021), The Facebook octopus ( August 18, 2021), Facebook and Freedom (August 3, 2021), and a host of others at highly-trafficked news sites and aggregators, it is neither accidental nor incidental that a top-level whistle-blower from Facebook, Frances Haugen, recently dropped a bombshell interview at CBS’s 60 Minutes (October 4, 2021) with veteran journalist Scott Pelley.

One may rightfully inquire: who is Frances Haugen? Well, armed with 15 plus years of experience at several social media giants within Silicon Valley, until recently, she was senior Product Manager at Facebook. Possessing two heavy-duty degrees, one in Data Science as a computer engineer, as well as an MBA from Harvard, her academic credentials are impeccable. Facebook wooed her (despite their back-pedaling, now that the cat is out of the bag) and placed her in charge of their newly developed and improved “Civic Integrity Team.” What irony.

She was privy to across-the-board privileged information, again, never mind their denials that she possessed said access.Haugen’s main responsibility was to ensure that the many products designed and developed by FB’s various company platforms, at all times, maximized revenue streams. This is well and good. After all, capitalism is the engine and hub which drives innovation and has allowed America to remain the heretofore leader of the free world.

But there’s a major caveat to this general principle. Since Facebook is the de facto Internet since nearly every site connects to it – by extrapolation, it controls the information which flows across its entirety. The fact that it seems to be propping up the far left on the one hand, and Islamic extremists on the other, may set the stage for global and national disasters. (See the links in the opening paragraph.)

In this regard, Facebook’s company positions seem in direct conflict with the public interest within a civilized society. Moreover, they traverse beyond any ideological divide. After all, setting wildfires is hardly an acceptable business model for an American-based mega entity.

The platform is a power like non other. This is precisely how CEO Mark Zuckerberg (along with his mirror-like counterparts at Twitter, and up and down Silicon Valley’s censors and arbiters of social discourse) is able to silence President Trump, never mind countless other heavy-weights (and possibly millions of others) who hold conservative viewpoints.

Back to the bombshell interview. As reported at Fox Business,

“In addition to the temporary outages, Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen is set to testify on Tuesday morning against the social media giant. On Sunday, Haugen was revealed on CBS’ “60 Minutes” as the woman who anonymously filed complaints with federal law enforcement that Facebook’s own research shows how it magnifies hate and misinformation, leads to increased polarization and that Instagram, specifically, can harm teenage girls’ mental health.

“Haugen claimed that Facebook betrayed “democracy” by allowing the algorithm to push misinformation on its users during the 2020 election. She said the company recognized the risk of misinformation and added safety systems to reduce that risk, but she accused the company of loosening those measures after the election.

“‘As soon as the election was over, they turned them back off or they changed the settings back to what they were before, to prioritize growth over safety,’ Haugen said. ‘And that really feels like a betrayal of democracy to me…..'”

The interview was designed and timed to blow shortly after Jeff Horwitz (and his team) revealed a treasure trove of internal documents at the Wall Street Journal (WSJ, September 13, 2021) via The Facebook Files. In the realm of investigative journalism, incontestably, timing really is everything.

Not only that, it is not for nothing that Horwitz’s findings are highlighted September 20, 2021 at Israel National News. Indeed, in the aforementioned professional arena, it is often the case that one may be conducting an in-depth investigation, yet never know that others are peering through the same looking-glass, in a manner of speaking.

All of which segues back to what has become a problem beyond measure across the West in general, as well as within remote corners of the world; whose peoples struggle to break free and want their voices to be heard.

In a myriad of ways, the censors at Facebook possess free rein to block all those who refuse to toe the line as they see it. Presently, there appears to be no end in sight. This is so for multi-faceted reasons. But in all fairness, it reverts back to before “AOC +”, the radical lawmaker who took over Congress;.

Millions have been blocked and punished, it appears, for expressing conservative views and values. If one espouses patriotic ethos, if one’s perspective leans in the direction of a socially conservative bent circle of Facebook friends, who, for the most part, are staunchly Judeo-Christian in nature, that enrages so-called progressives. A double crime is committed if one dares to hold steadfast to both pro-American and pro-Israel ideology.

There is an epic showdown in Congress at present to ram through a 2,701 page mammoth Infrastructure Bill – the likes of which will strangle many generations to come with untold debt. This is aside from all the socialist programs the Biden regime seeks to shove down the throats of millions who want nothing to do with them. What does this have to do with the topic at hand? Everything.

The radicals who truly rule Congress have elevated the bugaboo “climate change” to a deified status. But without getting into the whys and wherefores, the fact is that this, in one way or another, has its fingerprints stamped all over the above plans.

Ushered in under “the Squad’s” anti-American, anti-Semitic wings, the marching orders are clear: there will be zero tolerance for any prominent voices (let alone any average Joe blow) raining down on “climate change”, a/k/a the Green New Deal. To said end, the likes of veteran journalist John Stossel has resorted to suing Facebook for defamation. Apparently, the “fact-checkers” took issue with his fact-based reporting entitled “Government Fueled Fires” and silenced his voice. It seems that pointing out that forestry mismanagement fueled the fires across California, among other negligent acts, must be muted.

In a nutshell, where are the pitfalls, and what’s to be done?

Firstly, the pitfalls.

In seen and unseen ways, the Facebook, Inc. Political Action Committee buys up influence within both parties, well beyond lobbying groups who regularly operate on Capitol Hill in the run-up to this and that election cycle. Simply put, their muscle can be felt in every corner of the Beltway. Is it any wonder that every Congressional smoke and mirrors show ends up with nothing more than empty promises wafting out of its Chambers?

But make no mistake. It is not as if there aren’t political (and legal) solutions. Atop the list, lie two main tactics: the bust-up of Facebook’s monopolistic hegemony via a myriad of sub-sections under the U.S. AntiTrust Law; the precedents of which can be viewed within the break-up of yesteryear’s vulture-like utility companies and a slew of oil conglomerates.

In order for any break-up to acquire real teeth, the removal of Facebook’s absolute shield and cover must be repealed. It is housed under the umbrella provided by 47 U.S. Code Section 230, that which it hides behind to block all those who refuse to toe the so-called progressive line.

Effectively, under the twenty-five-year-old Communications Decency Act (an oxymoron, if there ever was one) of 1996, a/k/a 47 U.S.C. 230, Facebook meets the standards set out there. Thereby, it can operate sans a minimum of government oversight, completely unfettered.

As it stands, Facebook cannot be held legally liable as a regular publisher can, or as a speaker for anyone who provides content there. More trenchantly, the Act precludes any cause of action which is inconsistent with its overall basis. What it boils down to is this: essentially, those who create or develop any part of the Internet, as a service provider or a system, are protected from legal actions.

And this is precisely why Congress must revisit and repeal the aforementioned quarter of a century old Act. As a matter of record, it was conceived eight years before Facebook exploded onto the scene in February 2004. What this means is painfully obvious: what was appropriate in 1996 can no longer stand as is, and on its own merits. Israel has begun the process of calling Facebook to account.

As a wise editor once said to me, “to effect change, one must give up on the niceties.” Simply speaking, this means that when dealing with problems which appear insurmountable, more heavy-lifting will have to be exerted, rather than less, even at a personal cost. Silence is no longer an option.

The relevance of the above advice cannot be overstated, that is, when considering all the professional risks undertaken by whistle-blowers, in their quests to right monumental wrongs.

To risk one’s hard-earned career to step forward to blow the whistle is not for the faint of heart. Even more so, one needn’t agree with any of Haugen’s politics, reasoning and viewpoints (explained within the 60 Minutes bombshell) to recognize a most important life lesson: one’s most valued commodity – when departing this earth – is one’s good name, a/k/a, their Shem Tov.

Conclusively, as a 37-year old woman in the prime of her career, if anything, she surely merits our consideration for coming forward.

“I used to say if I can make an arrangement where I had a stand-in or front-man or front-woman and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff and I could sort of deliver the lines while someone was doing all the talking and ceremony, I’d be fine with that because I found the work fascinating,” Obama quipped.

While the hypothetical plan wouldn’t be the most constitutional or legal way to stay in office, Obama explained that it would be one way to achieve the level of satisfaction and excitement he experienced while in charge…..

Hunter Biden’s life ended Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. when the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in cooperation with the Office of Military Commissions hanged him to death. His execution happened only a few weeks after a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay found him guilty of treason—a capital offense—and a myriad of sex crimes against underage women.

Hunter Biden’s last hours alive were remarkably like those of other Deep State agents. He was awoken at 6:00 a.m. and offered a last meal. Then, GITMO security escorted him to the exit of Camp Delta where a Humvee and three armed Marines awaited his arrival. He was then driven to GITMO’s southern edge, where the same gallows from which Bill Gates had been hanged earlier this month loomed before him.

Around the gallows stood a small assembly of military brass—Rear Adm. Crandall, Marine Corps General David H. Berger, and U.S. Army lieutenant General Johnathon P. Braga, commanding officer, U.S. Army Special Forces Command.

A Naval chaplain and an anonymous soldier, who manned the gallows, stood atop the platform.

RRN has been asked to keep confidential the names of other high-ranking officers in attendance.

After Biden ascended the shallow flight of steps leading to the platform and had a noose slipped around his neck, Rear Adm. Crandall asked if he had any last words, or wanted to give a statement of contrition.

“You can’t do this to me; I’m a civilian. I’m not a politician. I’m not in the game,” said a defiant Biden.

“Game?” Rear Adm. Crandall queried. “You’re about to be hanged, Mr. Biden, and you’re talking of games. You probably thought this was a chess game and saw yourself as a rook or even the queen. You were always a pawn, and you put yourself in the game, as you put it, and you ran amok, afoul of everything this country is supposed to stand for.”

“It was all Barack. He’s calling all the shots. He’s behind everything from Covid-19 to a tanking economy to wanting to see the country tear itself apart. All I ever did was have some fun,” Biden pleaded as the anonymous soldier tightened the noose.

“The time for telling us what we already know is over,” Rear Adm. Crandall said.

The chaplain gave Last Rites, and a moment later the trap door swung open beneath Biden’s feet. His neck snapped.

“I don’t take any sense of perverse pleasure in overseeing these executions,” Rear Adm. Crandall told the assembly. “But justice today has been served.”

On Monday afternoon, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo learned his fate, having been held responsible for the needless deaths of thousands of senior citizens who perished during the first wave of a largely manufactured global plandemic. He was sentenced to death after a 3-officer panel at Guantanamo Bay heard testimony from former members of Cuomo’s staff, nursing home and hospice employees, and the worker of a freight company who claimed Cuomo had threatened to bankrupt the company unless it converted 18-wheelers into a fleet of roving freezers and crematoriums.

From the moment he entered the courtroom, Cuomo was combative, belligerent, and argumentative, hurling obscenities at both Rear Adm. Darse E. Crandall and the panel chosen to weigh the merits of the military’s case against him. He admonished the Office of Military Commissions, calling it an affront to the criminal justice system and the “American way of life.”

“Never in my gubernatorial career or my years as a lawyer have I seen such a fucking miscarriage of justice. You people are really pieces of shit,” Cuomo said during a brief opening statement.

The brevity of his argument was not by choice. Had he the chance, Cuomo would have castigated the court until his voice went hoarse. But Rear Adm. Crandall quickly put an end to Cuomo’s theatrics and shenanigans by instructing GITMO security to gag his mouth and shackle his ankles to a chair.

“We have zero tolerance for staginess and theatricality in this chamber,” Rear Adm. Crandall said. “The witnesses will be heard.”

The first witness to appear on ZOOM was a woman named Michelle Steiger, a former administrator at the Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn. She testified that on March 26, 2020, the facility received a sudden influx of alleged Covid-19 patients, 65 in all, from area hospitals, even though the senior living facility had enough beds to accommodate less than half that amount.

Ms. Steiger: We were told the patients had Covid-19 and ordered to take them into our facility

Rear Adm. Crandall: Ordered how?

Ms. Steiger: We received documents signed by Andrew Cuomo and the health commissioner, Howard Zucker, saying that they’d pull state funding unless we accepted all Covid-19 patients sent to us. Few of our existing patients had tested positive, and of the first 65 they sent us, only 7 were positive for Covid-19. But we were told to say they all had Covid-19, because we’d be better financially compensated, even in the absence of a positive PCR test. We were told to falsify medical records, to say people who didn’t have Covid-19 had it. And to expect a new group of patients every week.

Rear Adm. Crandall: But Cobble Hill Health had no room for that many more patients?

Ms. Steiger: That’s correct. In another correspondence, we were told not to worry about that because a pickup was to be arranged each week to remove existing Covid patients and replace them with new ones.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Replace them? Had they died—of Covid-19?

Ms. Steiger: I’m unaware of any patient dying from or with Covid-19. In our environment, people die, yes, of heart attacks and non-Covid respiratory ailments. But we were told to code all deaths as Covid fatalities.

Rear Adm. Crandall: I see. Certainly not all patients in your ward suddenly dropped dead. What happened to the ones who were alive to make room for new patients the hospitals sent to you?

Ms. Steiger: For the live ones, trucks, like the ones that haul frozen goods across the country, arrived every other week or so, and the patients were taken and placed in the trucks. I don’t know where they went or what happened after that, but these were old and frail people, and there’s no way they survived long in refrigerated trucks.

Rear Adm. Crandall: And the patients who had expired, for whatever reason.

Ms. Steiger: Different kinds of trucks, fitted with furnaces. The bodies were hurled into them.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Didn’t you realize the criminality of your actions and participation, Ms. Steiger?”

Ms. Steiger: Of course. But I—we—were afraid, afraid of losing our jobs and of other things. One staff member who threatened to go to the press was told CPS would take her children if she didn’t keep quiet and follow instructions.

Rear Adm. Crandall: One last question. Why transport people from hospitals to nursing homes at all? Why wouldn’t he just have had these alleged Covid patients picked up at the hospitals?

Ms. Steiger: I could only speculate.

Rear Adm. Crandall: The tribunal will indulge your speculation given that you’ve spent 25 years working in the facilities, but the officers are instructed to not consider your statement as evidence.

Ms. Steiger: Hospitals are enormous institutions with thousands of people, most of them pretty healthy. If someone did have Covid, there’d be a risk of the infection spreading across all the staff and patients. Hospital acquired infection is a leading cause of death in hospitals. The infirmed at nursing homes are very old and very sick and don’t have much life left in them. I guess it was no big deal if they died.”

Rear Adm. Crandall: Finally, did you receive any compensation for going along with this agenda?

Ms. Steiger: I did not.

Rear Adm. Crandall excused the witness and slid documents onto the table behind which the 3-officer panel was seated. The papers bore the signatures of Andrew Cuomo and Howard Zucker. One, which Cuomo had sent to 8 nursing homes in lower New York State, instructed staff to “assume patients were Covid-19 positive regardless of test results if they exhibited even a single symptom of the illness,” such as coughing, sneezing, wheezing, or shortness of breath.

“We cannot jeopardize the health of the general population. All patients exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 should presumptively be considered to have it unless directed otherwise by New York State Health and Human Services,” Cuomo or Zucker had written.

After a brief recess, Rear Adm. Crandall introduced the next witness, Marco Miranda, a former driver for Brooklyn-based freight carrier BZC. He said he had been employed with BZC for 15 years and had spent most of that time hauling produce between the United States in Canada. In March of 2020, however, the company had given him new instructions.

Rear Adm Crandall: Mr. Miranda, in your deposition you said you were one of several drivers who picked up patients at Cobble Hill Health Center, is that correct?

Mr. Miranda: Cobble Hill and other places.

Rear Adm. Crandall: And that operating on instructions given by BZC, you moved patients from those facilities into refrigerated tract—”

Mr. Miranda: I didn’t move nobody. The staff at those places moved them and put’em in the truck. Me and my partner just did the driving, that’s all.”

Rear Adm. Crandall: But you can confirm they were alive when placed in the vehicle?”

Mr. Miranda: Oh, yeah, they were breathing all right. Some of them even flailed their arms and the nursing home people sedated them for transport.

Rear Adm. Crandall: How were they stored?

Mr. Miranda: Bunks, cots, 3-high were installed on either side of the trailer. They were put there and strapped down.

Rear Adm. Crandall: What is the temperature inside a refrigerated trailer?

Mr. Miranda: Oh, it’s like your fridge at home, we can dial up or dial down the temp, anywhere from 65 to -20 Fahrenheit. We were told to bottom out the thermostat.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Did you know that the persons inside, who were alive, would not survive long in those temperatures?

Mr. Miranda: Wasn’t my business. I did what I was told. Look, man, you didn’t cross the Cuomo brothers—if you did, bad shit would happen to you and your family. I have a wife and 3 kids to think about.

Rear Adm. Crandall: So you’re saying with certitude that Cuomo was behind the orders?

Mr. Miranda: We knew who was calling the shots.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Where were the patients taken?

Mr. Miranda: There was a mass grave site dug on Hart Island. We drove to City Island, and people was waiting to unload the bodies and put’em on a ferry to Hart. I never touched a single one of them. All I did was drive.

Rear Adm. Crandall: In your deposition, you said you saw Cuomo at the unloading site, is that correct?

Mr. Miranda. I saw the bastard. Even snapped a pic on my phone.

Rear Adm. Crandall entered into evidence a photograph of Andrew Cuomo standing beside six men in HAZMAT suits who were unloading frozen corpses from the trailer and moving them onto the ferry.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Just a few more questions. Ballpark figure, how many persons did you transport between March and September of 2020.

Mr. Miranda: Thousands. And we wasn’t the only one. We had five trucks going all the time.

Rear Adm. Crandall: And were you promised anything in return for your testimony today?

Mr. Miranda: No. I know what we did was wrong. But we were scared. Like I said, you don’t fuck with the Cuomo brothers. I just pray God forgives me.

The last witness to appear was none other than Melissa DeRosa, who had been Cuomo’s principal ally, aide, and mouthpiece. She resigned her position after many women accused the former governor of sexual harassment. She provided to the Office of Military Commissions countless papers and electronic files that corroborated the testimony of earlier witnesses.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Mrs. DeRosa, we know you’re reluctant to speak here today, but can you say as fact that your former employer, Andrew Cuomo, seated before us here today, did indeed profit from the actions he’s alleged to have taken and that he did so to foster an agenda—that agenda being to artificially amplify the threat Covid-19?

Mrs. DeRosa: Yes, I can testify to that. The documents I’ve provided spell it all out.

Rear Adm. Crandall: And do you know as fact that Andrew Cuomo is responsible for the murders of thousands of senior citizens who might otherwise be alive today were it not for his actions?

Mrs. DeRosa: Tens of thousands.

Rear Adm. Crandall: Were you afraid of Cuomo?

Mrs. DeRosa: Terrified.

After excusing the witness, Rear Adm. Crandall instructed the tribunal to carefully read the documents and to thoroughly consider the testimony it had heard. The panel sequestered itself in an antechamber and deliberated for three hours before returning a verdict of guilty on all counts, recommending that Andrew Cuomo be hanged for his crimes.

An execution date is pending.

AND being that this writer’s book (co-authored with Joe Newby) is replete with ample evidence of the same, the fact of the matter is this: those in positions of leadership in the U.S. who refuse to take heed, well, they are either ignorant in the extreme, or indirectly/directly complicit. Osama bin Laden’s declarations of war against the United States prior to 9/11 are viewed quite differently in hindsight than they were in the 1990s, when they were delivered with little notice in the West.

Now, al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, known as AQAP, has released a video boasting about the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan and vowing another attack on the scale of 9/11 but even “more painful.”

The video, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute, or MEMRI, is titled “A Message to the American People: You Have Yet to Understand the Lesson.” It features Ibrahim Al-Qousi, a former prisoner at the U.S. facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Al-Qousi said, regarding the disastrous U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, that “the greatest loss America suffered, besides its material and human losses, is its reputation and prestige as a superpower and the most powerful country in the world.”

The Taliban won a “magnificent victory, he said, for they “have understood the essence of this religion and the nature of the conflict … they are men whose hands — by the grace of Allah alone — buried a third empire in the soil of Afghanistan and restored the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to rule by the shari’a of Allah, even if America and its allies hate it.”

‘A weak horse’
Islam expert Robert Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch and a fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, commented that if “there is anything that the State and Defense Departments did not or would not understand, it was the role that religion played in the conflict.”

“Foreign policy experts for years dismissed statements akin to Al-Qousi’s declaration that victory was won in Afghanistan ‘by the grace of Allah alone’ as mere boilerplate, not realizing that for the Taliban, it was the essence of the entire war,” Spencer wrote in a column for PJ Media.

“That’s why they’re in power today in Kabul, thumping their chests over having defeated the United States.”

Spencer recalled bin Laden’s famous quip that when “people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature they will like the strong horse.”

Apparently, Spencer said, al-Qaida has noticed that America under Biden “is decidedly a weak horse.”

In the video, Al-Qousi ridiculed President Biden’s claim that the U.S. “succeeded and achieved the goals for which the war was launched,” the killing of bin Laden and the assurance that Afghanistan “will not be a base from which jihadi groups threaten the security of America and its allies.”

Al-Qousi asked: “Was it really worth America paying these heavy costs to achieve these two goals? Could America not have achieved these by any other way to avoid such significant losses?”

‘The first thing we are calling you to is Islam’
Spencer observed that “if the ideology of the enemy had been recognized from the beginning, the entire conflict might have been framed in a vastly different way.”

Al-Qousi said Biden apparently didn’t learn the lesson of America’s experience in Afghanistan, advising that Americans “refer to the repeated speeches and messages of Sheikh Osama bin Laden.”

The al-Qaida jihadi quotes bin Laden decrying U.S. support for Israel, but Spencer warned that those “who think America can end the jihad by abandoning its Middle East ally are naïve.”

Al-Qousi doesn’t mention, Spencer noted, that in his 2002 letter to America, bin Laden declared, “The first thing we are calling you to is Islam.”

As long as America does not submit to Islam, the jihad will continue, Spencer said.

‘Not a carbon copy of the 9/11 attacks’
Now, Al-Qousi is warning Americans: “Your security is still at risk as long as you do not comprehend the lesson and as long as you do not act to remove the reasons for which the September 11 events took place.”

Military Indicts Venal Gavin Newsom

Emboldened by his resounding victory over Republican contender Larry Elder in the rigged 2021 California recall vote, Gavin Newsom has proposed to the state’s Department of Education a plan for radical “racial equality reform” that, if passed, would require students who are 50% or greater Caucasian to take classes on Sharecropping and earn lab credit through toiling in avocado fields.

Newsom pitched the concept to California’s Superintendent of Education, Tony Thurmond, only a day after holding a clandestine meeting with Kamala Harris, who endorsed the idea and said that she’d use the full power of her office to heighten awareness on racial inequality. Harris and Newsom agreed that the program was non-exploitive and would give participants a finer understanding of the “white privilege” they, their parents, and their forefathers have enjoyed for generations.

Thurmond countersigned the plan but said that amendments and stipulations were needed to mitigate political upheaval and soften potential backlash from the state’s few conservative lawmakers. He suggested limiting fieldwork to 5^th graders and above, although grades K-4 would incorporate “white privilege theory” into classroom curriculum.

“The earlier they learn, the better,” Newsom said of Thurmond’s recommendations. “But maybe we should find a way that the younger children, if they want to, can do lab/field work picking avocados too. We don’t want them to feel left out. We could have the parents sign a release form, a waiver, or get a doctor’s note saying the children, regardless of being small or young, are fit to do the work.”

Newsom told Thurmond that Caucasian workers of the next decade need to learn new skills to survive the shifting racial demographics that could one day lead to their “indentured servitude.”

In response, Thurmond asked how the Department of Education would decide which students meet the 50% or greater Caucasian criteria.

“If they have a black father and white mother, or vice versa, they fit the bill,” Newsom said. “Same for Hispanics, who are the original owners of California. One hundred percent Caucasians are easy to spot, I agree, but we can develop a litmus test, and make use of Census data, to guide our decisions. We don’t have to go through someone’s entire ancestral tree—that would take too long.”

As the program centered on Sharecropping and White oppression, Thurmond said that students enrolled in the course ought to reap some reward for their labor, for the Sharecroppers and landowners in pre-Civil War Mississippi divvied annual harvests.

“The students can keep 5% of the avocados they pick, for school lunch. It will teach them about White oppression and teach them the meaning of work,” Newsom said, adding that he could skirt child labor laws because field work would take place during school hours. “We can even call it field trips.”

Thurmond asked Newsom whether students of the course would have to abide current CDC mandates on masking.

“Can you imagine the criticism I’d get from Kamala, Tony [Fauci], and Rochelle [Walensky] if we eschewed those mandates. That’s a ridiculous question. Of course, they’ll have to wear masks, both in the classroom and in the field,” Newsom replied.

Thurmond, who affects education policy in California, said he had high hopes for the agenda but wanted to solicit opinions from school boards in Los Angeles, Sonoma, and Monterey counties—the state’s principal liberal strongholds—before drafting a memorandum of intent.

“If we get this right, other states will follow our lead, but we’ll have the honor of having done it first,” Newsom said.

Military Convicts Hunter Biden; Death Penalty! Ocrober 10, 2021

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Wednesday convicted and sentenced Hunter Biden to death after 6 women appeared via ZOOM to testify how Biden and his handlers had lured them into no-escape situations where they were drugged, raped, and threatened to remain silent “or else.”

The first, a woman identified only as “Ashley,” recounted a disturbing tale about how her parents had introduced her to Hunter Biden at a 2016 diplomatic function in Washington, D.C. She was 15 at the time of the encounter.

“My parents were political donors and got invites to events. That man…Hunter Biden was at one of them. I was with my parents and their friends when he came over to say hello. He gave off creepy vibes to me right away…I was about to excuse myself to grab a soda when Hunter said he’d get it for me. I started to say ‘no thank you,’ but he was already walking toward the bar…or whatever it was. As he handed me the drink, he brushed a finger over mine and it sent chills down my spine. I shouldn’t have drank the drink. I felt lightheaded and my legs felt rubbery. Everything went blurry. And next thing I know he is holding my hand, leading me up a staircase.”

Rear Adm. Crandall and the 3-officer panel sat in silent contemplation as Ashely relived the horrid event in her mind. Handcuffed and seated across from them, Hunter Biden glanced away from the screen on which Ashley, tears welling in her eyes, continued her story.

“It was like my parents had just vanished. My body literally went numb and my speech was slurred. Next I’m on a bed, and he’s looming over me undressing himself and then…me. Everything was fuzzy but it was him. And then he put a camera on a tripod and got into the bed with me…and raped me, vaginally and anally.”

Rear Adm. Crandall asked her if she saw the villain in the tribunal chamber. She pointed directly at Hunter Biden and said, “Him.”

He then set a laptop on the prosecution table and told the officers they would bare witness to Hunter Biden’s crimes shown on a grotesque video, although everything except Hunter and Ashely’s faces had been blurred. The video showed a naked Hunter Biden flopping around atop a top a young girl whose face was identical to Ashely’s. She seemed spaced out, crying “stop, stop, stop” as Biden repeatedly raped her.

“We obtained this video from one of Biden’s devices. Ashley, is this you in this video. I know it’s difficult to see,” Rear Adm. Crandall said.

“Yes,” she muttered.

Hunter Biden objected: “May I pose a question? Is this tribunal expected to believe I whisked this girl away, drugged her, and did these things—when she was accompanied by her parents? This video is fabricated, false.”

“When I came to and realized what had happened and told my parents, they called me a liar, too,” Ashley said. “They told me it never happened. That it must have been a nightmare. I no longer speak to them.”

Five more young women appeared on Zoom to tell eerily related stories, and the 3-officer panel had to suffer through video snippets of Hunter Biden’s assault on each of them. Biden made vain and ineffective attempts at refuting their testimony and the veracity of the videos, but the tribunal didn’t give any credibility to his rebuttals. The last girl to testify claimed that Hunter and his father raped her together, but the video only showed Hunter, not Joe.

Regardless, the tribunal reached a swift decision, finding Hunter Biden guilty on all charges and recommending he receive the death sentence for his crimes. Rear Adm. Crandall agreed, and he scheduled Hunter’s hanging for October 15.

Israel backs down on Iran threshold

Israel, Iran, the US and Russia are engaged in secret talks for Israel’s acceptance of Iran as a nuclear threshold power in return for a US-Russian guarantee that Tehran will not cross the threshold to make a nuclear bomb. DEBKAfile: Kremlin sources say that reports of a forthcoming summit between Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, possibly on Oct. 22, attest to those talks making progress towards a deal.

A strong clue to this secret ploy also came from Washington. Last week, an Israeli delegation led by National Security Adviser Eyal Hulata met with his US counterpart Jack Sullivan for what was officially billed as a discussion of Plan B, should President Joe Biden’s bid to revive the 2015 nuclear accord with Iran fail. This presentation was meant to distract from the secret track afoot brokered by the two big powers on the Iranian nuclear issue.

Straight after the two security advisers ended their talks, Secretary of State Antony Blinken was on the phone to Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow. He next called Israeli FM Yair Lapid and arranged for them to meet in Washington next week.

DEBKAfile draws three conclusions from these interchanges:

Russia is for the first time (since the original 2015 nuclear accord) joining the US in an intensive round of secret talks for resolving the Iranian nuclear issue by diplomacy.
Moscow, although Iran’s leading nuclear power provider, is amenable to a mediation effort for bridging the nuclear dispute between Tehran and Jerusalem.
Putin agrees to join the Biden administration in guarantees that would bar Iran from going past the threshold to actually develop a nuclear weapon. Moscow would further guarantee Iran’s honoring of the new accord, on which Moscow, Washington, Iran – and Israel, too, this time round – are toiling.

If this move goes according to plan and Tehran refrains from heaping up unexpected obstacles, a new nuclear accord may be in the making. By late October or early November, it may have matured ready for Iran and the original six powers (US, Russia, China, France, Germany and the EU) to affix their signatures, certified for the first time by Israel.

It may be premature to assess the regional implications of this deal should it comes to fruition. However, the Bennett-Lapid government appears to be willing to back down on Israel’s most fundamental policy objective, namely, never to allow Iran to reach the point of a nuclear threshold power. It would also mean that Israel may be finally satisfied with a joint US-Russian guarantee against Iran acquiring a nuclear weapon.

That this secret diplomatic track is alive was hinted at by certain nuances in Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Avivi Kohavi’s words on Oct. 5, during the ceremony marking the changeover of intelligence (AMAN) chiefs. (Maj. Gen. Ahron Haliva takes over from Maj. Gen. Tamir Hayman). “Preparations for destroying Iran’s nuclear capabilities will continue in every arena and at all times,” said Gen. Kohavi. “Those preparations continue to develop and improve.” He went on to stress: “In case of any circumstances that may arise, we are bound to stand ready with an effective and timely military answer.”

The army chief’s words were couched in conditional terms and the future tense, indicating that Israel’s “preparations” were advancing but not at this point ready to go. While Kohavi made it clear to Tehran that Israel’s military plans were firmly in place for any eventualities, he refrained from language that might spoil the diplomatic game.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has affected the world of virtually every single American. From the initial diagnosis of the first COVID case, he has been the national point-man. Our nation has been urged to follow the mandates of this so-called scientific expert.

As the truth behind the virus has unfolded, so too has the credibility of Anthony Fauci. He has flipped back so many times on policies and recommendations, most Americans cannot fathom what true science might actually look like.

It turns out that much of what Fauci has said may not be based on science at all. His comments about the origin of the virus now appear to be self-motivated attempts to cover his own tracks.

As more is revealed, Anthony Fauci looks more and more like a self-serving bureaucratic liar. A recent video has emerged that may paint the good doctor as not only a liar, but a manipulator of public health mandates.

In October 2019, months before the pandemic took control of the world; Fauci is caught on tape with his health professional cronies discussing a way to force flu vaccinations on everyone. The whole idea that the virus was somehow an accident is fast losing credibility.

It now seems completely plausible that the release of the deadliest pandemic in a century may well have been done on purpose. Some experts agree the release of COVID was purposeful, a part of what global elites consider the “Great Reset”.

It would drive home the necessity of being jabbed with a vaccination into a fearful world population. The whole exchange between Fauci, Rick Bright and Michael Specter is creepy. Specter started off by insinuating that the medical community should somehow “blow up the system”.

They discussed how novel outbreaks of disease could help trigger a worldwide vaccine mandate. Anyone who has fostered so-called conspiracy theories, thoughts and feeling that this pandemic was not an accident, may be more right than they think.

Michael Specter: Why don’t we blow the system up? I mean obviously, we can’t just turn off the spigot on the system. We have and then say, hey everyone in the world should get this new vaccine that we haven’t given to anyone yet. But there must be some way that we grow vaccines mostly in eggs the way we did in 1947.

Anthony Fauci: In order to make the transition from getting out of the tried-and-true egg growing which we know gives us results that can be beneficial, I mean we’ve done well with that. There must be something that has to be much better. You have to prove that this works and then you’ve got to go through all of the clinical trials: phase 1, phase 2, phase 3, and then show that this particular product is going to be good over a period of years. That alone, if it works perfectly, it’s going to take a decade.

Rick Bright: There might be a need or even an urgent call for an entity of excitement out there that’s completely disruptive, that’s not beholden to bureaucratic strings and processes.

Fauci: So we really do have a problem of how the world perceives influenza and it’s going to be very difficult to change that unless you do it from within and save.. I don’t care what your perception is, we’re going to address the problem in a disruptive and in an iterative way because she does need both.

Bright: But it is not too crazy to think that an outbreak of novel avian virus could occur in China somewhere. We could get the RNA sequence from that.. to a number of regional centers if not local, if not even in your home at some point, and print those vaccines on a patch of self-administer.

It’s really rather peculiar how the flu kind of disappeared over the last 18 to 24 months. Now we have something far more serious according to our trusted medical professionals. We have a full-blown virus creeping across the globe, killing people.

Now they have their trigger mechanism to governmentally order all humans get vaccinated. Well fellows, we hate to inform you, but the United States is a democracy. You’re going to need a different plan to force every American to consent to an untested shot.

Similarly, the very fact that PM Bennett — a faux nationalist/rightist leader from YAMINA — made a deal with Mansour Abbas, the leader of Ra’am, that is, the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia Party in Israel in order to become PM, well, what else can be expected, but the abandonment of Zionist interests? Bulls-eye.

A bill submitted by MK Eli Cohen (Likud) mandating that the salaries of IDF soldiers be at least half the minimum wage, was defeated by a vote of 48-53 Wednesday.

The salary of conscripts ranges from NIS 810 for soldiers in the home front to NIS 1,620 for combat soldiers. All coalition members opposed the bill.

Former Intelligence Minister and Cabinet Member MK Eli Cohen strongly criticized the government ministers, saying: “Only last March did Bennett say that soldiers deserve a normal wage and promised that wages will rise. Liberman added that he will significantly reward regular soldiers and raise wages.”

“With a budget of NIS 452 billion, they found a budget for Abbas, for IDF pensions, for a loan to the Palestinian Authority, for the inflated Norwegian law, for ministers without portfolio, for two ministers in the Finance Ministry, but for conscripts despite their promises, they did not find even one cent,” Cohen added.

After the bill failed, MK Cohen said: “The Bennett Lapid government bragged about navigating finance – there is money for the Muslim Brotherhood, there is no money for IDF soldiers. shame! The government today turned its back on IDF soldiers and opposed the law to raise the salaries of soldiers. No wonder Bennett, Liberman, Ganz and all the fat IDF retirees in the Knesset fled the vote. They are unable to look the soldiers in the eye.”

The Likud party stated: “In the previous term, we increased the salaries of soldiers by 50%. Today, the Bennett government gave NIS 53 billion to Mansour Abbas and NIS 0 to raise the soldiers’ salaries. This is what a bad government that depends on the Islamic movement looks like. ”
