WELL intentioned or not, it is chiefly those living (with the exception of honest brokers intimately involved/covering events from “ground zero”) in the eye of the Islamic jihadi storm, that is, Israelis, who should take the journalistic lead. For until one experiences what it is like to spend hours/days on end in a safe room, a/k/a mamad, “the better part of valor is discretion.” Yes, “silence is golden.”
NOT only that, but for the heretofore unseen techno wizardry of army-trained Israeli defense contractors – with ELBIT and RAFAEL taking the lead – Iran’s firestorm of Ballistic Missiles, Cruise Missiles, UAV’s, etc., the outcome would have been an absolute disaster, regardless of U.S. participation. Also remember that we have seen, following October 7, that whatever actions Israel takes, the West continues to hate us.

While Mr. Biden might not be able to remember what he ate for breakfast, we remember that the American military killed large numbers of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, without any worldwide outcry.
–Where was the diseased world media when an Iraqi family of nine was killed during a US bombing raid on terrorists in Baghdad in February 2008?
–Where were the thousands and thousands of marching barbarians when the US accidentally blew up an Afghani family of ten traveling in a car, killing seven children, in August 2021?
And when you think there could be no greater Western hypocrisy, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s demands of the Jews–demands!– that Israel investigate and punish those Israeli officers involved in the deaths of the Gaza aid workers, though he would not even admit that the Americans had killed the ten Afghani family members following those deaths on his watch.
After being caught in his lies, Austin announced that there would be no investigations or punishments of American officers involved in the Afghan deaths, because in war these things happen and civilians die. No one likes it, but that is the truth.
Meanwhile, British Foreign Minister David Cameron has also criticized the Jews for the Gaza aid workers’ deaths. He further warned the Jews that continued UK support should not be taken for granted.
Let us remember that it was the British whose officers commanded the Jordanian army in 1948 when they expelled every Jew from the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem. It was also British officers who commanded Jordanian soldiers as they burned down 57 synagogues in the Jewish quarter in 1948.
And we will always remember that it was the British who stood down the road, watched and happily did nothing to stop the Arab barbaruans as they massacred 78 Jewish doctors and nurses in a convoy heading to Hadassah Hospital on April 13, 1948.
And lest we forget, just as an errant bomb killed the aid workers in Gaza, the British accidentally bombed a school in Copenhagen on March 21, 1945, killing 87 children and 18 staff.
Following the deaths of the Gaza aid workers, the unbelievably impotent Biden threatened to suspend American aid to Israel. Did the Americans threaten to end their support of the British after the death of the Copenhagen school children?
An important part of the West’s campaign against the Jews is to also use the welfare of the Arabs of Gaza as a club to beat Israel.
However, the West always held the key to ending the war in Gaza.
All they had to do was negotiate the surrender and evacuation of Hamas.
In 1982, the West arranged for the blood-soaked Yassir Arafat to surrender and depart from Lebanon as a solution to end the Israel-Lebanon war.
Why has not one country in the world suggested this now?
Why has not one media outlet campaigned for a Hamas surrender?
Why has not the antisemitic United Nations asked Hamas to surrender?
Why has not one foreign official traveled to the Middle East to promote an end to the war with Hamas surrendering?
Why have they not brought planes and ships to evacuate the Gazans, most of whom want to leave, and settle them elsewhere?
Why? Because the West hates Israel —and their hatred is deep within them and embedded in their DNA.
So be it.
We have not survived for 4,000 years as a people because of the non-Jews’ hatred of us, but in spite of it.
We know what the West is. We know what the Arabs are. And we know who we, the Jews, are.
We also know that the soul of the White House is sympathetic to the 40 young intern-savages who signed a letter demanding Israel withdraw from Gaza and surrender to Hamas. If the White House did not support these sentiments, they would have fired these brain-dead interns.
The heart of the State Department is also in agreement with their own workers who signed a similar letter condemning Israel. Of course, at State the fastest way to advancement has always been outdoing your colleagues in Jew-hatred.
This is the State Department that said it was better to leave unused 350,000 existing US entry visas for Europeans from 1933 to 1945, rather than let any more stinking Jews into America.
And that was not a display of the usual State Department country club antisemitism. That was a matter of life and death. And the State Department slammed the door shut, and we Jews died.
Looking a little deeper into the letters by interns calling Israel’s war genocide, it is critical to remember that these interns would not have been hired unless they were adherents to the woke religion, as are the White House and State Department staffs.
And they also would not have been hired had they worn crosses or Stars of David during their interviews.
Indeed, the White House interns and State Department staffs were probably encouraged to write their Jew-hating letters by their superiors.
Haman, himself, would know that those in Washington were his kind of people and he would have knocked on the State Department door seeking a job. And with his background in building gallows for Jews, he would have been fast-tracked onto the government payroll.
On October 7 the Arab barbarians killed 1,200 Jews. They used guns, they burned, they beheaded, they raped and then they kidnapped.
We Jews must see the world as it is, not how we wish it was. In truth, the Arabs are the Arabs. Massacres are what they do. Raping is in their blood. Kidnappings are in their souls. This is how they have behaved in country after country they have lived in.
So it is with the West….they are who they are. Just as in the past, the West has again shown the Jews that we have only ourselves to ensure our future.
Alliances with the West are only a matter of political expediency. They are not expected to last long.
Treaties and agreements with the West are only maintained temporarily. Ask the South Vietnamese who were guaranteed that the North would not conquer them after the Americans departed, ask the Ukrainians who were told they should give up their nuclear arms because the West would protect them from the Russians, ask the Afghanis and the Iraqis about Western assurances.
And critically, we must not forget that there is no real peace with Jordan and Egypt.
This is our world. There are no guarantees, there are only great dangers, and our enemies remain animals, sometimes garbed in keffiyehs and other times in business suits.
This was the same uncertainty the Jews lived with in Babylonia, Alexandria, Cairo, Baghdad, Rome, Athens, Berlin, Paris, Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, Moscow, Vienna, Budapest, Bucharest, Kiev, Lvov, Minsk…..

I don’t run my life and make decisions by fear. Neither do I ever want to frighten anyone. But I also don’t believe in sticking our heads into the sands of denial and ignorance, being unprepared for possible disasters.
This isn’t conspiracy. It’s a proven fact. Infiltrators – enemies of the state, terrorists – have already penetrated the U.S. southern border and are right now living among us and plotting evil against us, closer to your home and neighborhood than you might know. I’ll prove it.
First, if you didn’t know, here are five Border Crisis Startling Facts from the House Committee on Homeland Security:
Reported CBS News: “The numbers speak for themselves. When it first launched on Dec. 1, 2003, the consolidated watchlist – now known as the Terrorist Screening Dataset – included approximately 120,000 people. By 2017, the last publicly confirmed numbers, it included nearly 10 times as many: 1,160,000 individuals. Now, at the end of 2023, the Terrorist Screening Dataset contains the names of approximately 2 million people the government considers known or suspected terrorists, … according to a CBS Reports investigation.”
From what countries are the illegal aliens and those on the terrorist watchlist coming?
In November 2023, Pew Research reported that the total number of illegals entering the U.S. from countries other than Mexico has “grown rapidly. In 2021, this population was 6.4 million, up by 900,000 from 2017.”
In February 2024, Pew Research further reported that “most border encounters now involve people from countries other than Mexico and the Northern Triangle [i.e., the nations of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras].”
“Among countries with the largest numbers of illegals are India, Brazil, Canada and former Soviet Union countries” and China (Over 8,000 illegals from China were encountered at the southern border in December 2023 alone.)
Beth Blankey from the Center Square explained, “In fiscal 2021, 23,471 Chinese nationals illegally entered the U.S. nationwide. This number increased to 27,756 in fiscal 2022 and to 53,700 in 2023.
“Current numbers are on track to exceed previous fiscal years, with 36,912 having been apprehended through February 2024. The greatest number to illegally enter in a single month was 8,518 in December 2023.”
(It’s important to note here, as the Center for Strategic International Studies reported, over the past 25 years, Chinese espionage has increased every year except the year after former President Trump came into office.)
Last, let’s not forget illegals crossing into the U.S. from the state sponsors of terrorism and those who harbor terrorists like Iran, Afghanistan, Somalia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq and Pakistan.
What most Americans don’t know (and the feds don’t want them to know) is that “Thousands of ‘special interest aliens’ [SIAs] from numerous countries, including the Middle East, have been arrested by Border Patrol agents while attempting to cross the U.S. southern border illegally over the last two years, according to internal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data leaked to Fox News.
“‘Special interest aliens’ are people from countries identified by the U.S. government as having conditions that promote or protect terrorism or potentially pose some sort of national security threat to the U.S.
“That data, confirmed by multiple CBP sources and reflects apprehensions between ports of entry between October 2021 and October 2023, shows that agents encountered 6,386 nationals from Afghanistan in that period as well as 3,153 from Egypt, 659 from Iran and 538 from Syria.”
I’ll never forget reading a 2017 letter from U.S. Sen. Markwayne Mullen, R-Okla., businessman and former professional mixed martial arts fighter and also the second Cherokee Nation citizen elected to the Senate, who warned as a U.S. representative that terror groups were entering the U.S.: “Al Qaeda had a vested entrance in illegally sending terrorists into our country over our northern and southern borders, according to a declassified Counter Intelligence Agency (CIA) report. ISIS propaganda material was found encouraging illegal crossings on our southwest border. ISIS knows of our nation’s immigration loopholes and is actively seeking to utilize them. The Los Angeles Times reported in 2012 that Osama Bin Laden pursued recruiting terrorists with Mexican passports to plan another attack on the United States. DHS announced that in 2017, they came across more than 2,500 individuals on the terrorist watch list with plans to travel to the United States. This means that on average, seven suspected terrorists are stopped daily attempting to enter our country and harm our citizens.”
2,500 potential terrorists with plans to travel to the United States over seven years ago? Imagine how many have illegally entered our country since then!
Well, you don’t have to imagine because we now have names among the record numbers of terrorists caught (and many released!) at the border or from among the 1.7 million gotways.
The House Committee on Homeland Security recently reported, “In the Committee’s annual Worldwide Threats hearing last month, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray confirmed the national security threat posed by the growing number of gotaways at the southwest border – especially as America’s enemies, including Iran-backed Hamas and Hezbollah, have been emboldened to spread their malign influence following the October 7 terrorist attacks on Israel. Wray also alluded to Chairman Green that the national security consequences of the crisis have turned every state into a border state.”
A primary example is Hezbollah, the Shiite militant group based in Lebanon, which is largely funded by the Iranian regime. Before al-Qaeda perpetrated the 9/11 attacks, Hezbollah had killed more Americans than any other terrorist group, and they have also been caught plotting to kill Americans multiple times. For example, in 2019, a highly trained Hezbollah sleeper agent named Ali Kourani was convicted for his intelligence gathering in New York City airports and at other potential targets for an attack. Kourani was smuggled across the U.S. southern border from Tijuana into California by a Hezbollah-affiliated man who smuggled more than 300 Lebanese aliens into the U.S. over a three-year period. In 2017, Samer El Debek was arrested in Michigan for helping Hezbollah plot attacks on Americans and Israelis. Hezbollah – and, by extension, Iran – has global criminal networks that extend into Latin America. Taking advantage of the Lebanese diaspora in North and South America, Hezbollah successfully extorts Lebanese-owned businesses, has laundered hundreds of millions of dollars of drug money through the Lebanese Canadian Bank, and has raised massive amounts of revenue through elaborate drug and cigarette smuggling.
Unsurprisingly, Hezbollah has historically allied with Venezuelan and Colombian cartels to expand their cocaine trade and money-laundering operations. Their involvement with the Medellin cartel is well documented, as is their cooperation with the Venezuelan regime, which facilitates a foothold for their global crime-terror operations. …
Terrorists have global networks that operate beyond their home bases in the Middle East and Africa. Alarmingly, they are already inside major American cities, and more are expected to try to cross the southern border. Just recently, the San Francisco Field Office Intelligence Unit (part of CBP) warned that terrorists inspired by the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt to enter the U.S. through the southern border. In August 2023, a human smuggler operating in Mexico with ties to ISIS reportedly assisted at least a dozen Uzbekistan Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) over the southern border. These migrants claimed asylum and were let into our country with the large groups of migrants that have been surging across the border over the past two years. If the Biden administration had control over the border, these aliens would have been detained while CBP figured out who they were. Aliens from Uzbekistan are classified as SIAs because their citizens have committed terrible terrorist attacks on the U.S. in the name of ISIS, such as Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov’s 2017 Manhattan truck attack and Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev’s threats to kill President Barack Obama in 2015. These attackers exploited the legal immigration system to gain entry into the U.S., but the Uzbeks that recently entered through our southern border illegally correctly calculated that this route is now the easiest.
And the evidence for cooperation between foreign terrorist organizations and cartels hits even closer to the U.S. southern border as this Naval Post Graduate School’s report detailed on Cooperation Between Mexican Drug Cartels and Al Qaeda or ISIS.
Please read this April 3, 2024, confrontational letter from the House Committee on Homeland Security to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas about several known terrorists recently captured and released into the country, including a member of the U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization al-Shabaab.
These are the terrorists in the U.S. the feds and liberal mainstream won’t tell you about. Why? Because they want to keep the border open; they want you to believe that nothing but “good people” are crossing the borders. The UN World Food Programme (UNWFP) admirably aims to bring “life-saving food to people displaced by conflict and made destitute by disasters,” and to “help countries and communities prepare for and cope with climate-related shocks.” Such a broad and important mandate is intrinsically global, so one would hope that this NGO distributed its resources and focus as fairly as possible, on a per capita basis, rather than preferring certain nationalities, religions, or races.
But Arif Husain, the Pakistani-American who heads the UNWFP, which he joined in 2003, has some very strong preferences that emerge from his Twitter feed and press statements. Husain clearly prioritizes hunger in Gaza over territories where exponentially more people have been affected by famine for far longer, according to the data published by his own organization. The website of the UNWFP alphabetically lists 14 territories with a food emergency; if they are ranked by the total number of people affected, Nigeria has the most (26.5 million) and Gaza has the least (1.1 million). Note that the UNWFP is hardly hostile to Gaza, to which it has already granted statehood (the UNWFP’s page for Gaza is called “the State of Palestine”).
Husain has tweeted more about hunger in Gaza than anywhere else since October 7th. Nearly all of Husain’s Twitter feed since then concerns Gaza, and his bias particularly stands out in his Tweet of November 23, 2023, where Husain notes that “Evil comes in all ways, shapes and forms!” and shares the infamous video of the ex-Obama official harassing a NY street vendor. While such harassment is indefensible by anyone (VIP or not), it’s hardly at the level of raping, burning, beheading, and massacring 1,200 people and abducting another 240; yet Hamas’ October 7th atrocities against Israel never inspired a single tweet about “evil” from Husain. Indeed, his Twitter feed is conspicuously silent from October 7th until October 15th, when he reposted about the need to help Gaza.
Because Husain is a widely quoted and respected figure, his obsessive focus on Gaza contributes to the disproportionate media coverage of and the global spotlight on hunger there. Indeed, as early as January 11, the New York Times noted this trend: “While hunger crises in regions such as South Sudan and Tigray have unfolded with little media attention, there is intense international scrutiny on Gaza.”
In the January 1 New York Times article titled “Half of Gazans Are at Risk of Starving, U.N. Warns,” Husain is quoted as saying, “I’ve been doing this for about 20 years…I’ve been to pretty much any conflict, whether Yemen, whether it was South Sudan, northeast Nigeria, Ethiopia, you name it. And I have never seen anything like this, both in terms of its scale, its magnitude, but also at the pace that this has unfolded.”
But the NYT article negligently publishes Husain’s sweeping claim without any further investigation, comparative analysis, or caveats. Both the NYT and Husain apparently forgot about two far bigger famines during Husain’s tenure: the 2003-5 famine that killed about 200,000 in Darfur, and the 2011 famine in Somalia that claimed 260,000 lives. Facebook has taken the next step in its agenda to censor comments critical of Islamic terror, disabling the account of Frontpage Editor Jamie Glazov, his publication has confirmed.
Facebook has a long history of banning speech that opposes Islamic violence, and the new report explains the censorship was announced after Glazov posted a recent episode of his “Glazov Gang” program, which featured radio host Alex Newman.
The focus was the threat to America from the Islamic terror group’s butchering last Oct. 7 of some 1,200 innocent Israeli civilians, sometimes in horrific ways such as beheading babies and burning families alive.
The report explained on April 4, “Facebook disabled the account of Frontpage Editor Jamie Glazov.”
The report explained, “Facebook notified Jamie that it had removed his post and disabled his account because the post violated its ‘community standards’ and posed a threat to ‘the security of people on Facebook.’ Jamie has appealed the disabling of his account but has received no response.”
The magazine noted, “Why, exactly, is Facebook trying to cover up the barbarities Hamas inflicted on Israelis on Oct 7 – and the barbarities that it promises to inflict on innocents around the world in the future? And why is Facebook disabling the accounts of individuals who are telling the truth about it? Meanwhile, Facebook’s Oversight Board has decided that calling terrorists ‘martyrs’ is an acceptable form of free speech. This, of course, opens the door for Hamas supporters to celebrate the murder of Jews. Facebook did this in response to pressure from Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats.”
The result, the report explained, is that celebrating “Hamas murderers, rapists and kidnappers as ‘martyrs'” is fine on Facebook but Glazov “isn’t allowed to tell the truth about what Islamic terror means not only for Israel, but for America.”

WND has reported that Facebook for years has intervened in free speech of “counter-terrorist activists” who were being restricted by Silicon Valley.
At the time Sam Westrop, the director of the Middle East Forum’s Islamist Watch, wrote for National Review that many critics of “Islamist political ideology” have found themselves subject to bans and restrictions on social media “for articulating reasonable ideas and criticisms that deserve debate rather than restriction.”
At the time YouTube recently banned a video he uploaded four years ago that had received about a million views, he pointed out. It featured Muslims and non-Muslims “on both sides of a balanced and well-moderated argument and broadcast on British state-funded national television.”
At the time, Google also censored videos from Prager U by moderate Muslim or ex-Muslim voices such as Kasim Hafeez, Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Khurram Dara. In 2017, Ex-Muslims of North America, which offers “a home to apostates” facing persecution, was targeted by “a coordinated reporting and flagging campaign,” even though “nothing it posts on social media is remotely hateful,” Westrop said.
It was in 2015, Facebook removed a post of an image of outraged Muslims captioned, “Jokes don’t kill people, Muslims who are offended by jokes kill people.”
And a woman in Germany was banned from Facebook for 30 days for posting a set of two pictures: One showed the Iranian women’s national volleyball team from the 1970s, wearing T-shirts and shorts. The other was of the current Iranian team, wearing hijabs and clothes that cover arms and legs.
Facebook also trotted out the “community standards” claim when in 2017 it blocked and then shut down the pages of two popular moderate Muslim groups managed and followed by Arabs who reject not only violence and terrorism, but Islam as a religion.

A bridge near the Kerr Lock & Dam in Sallisaw, Oklahoma was shut down on Saturday after it was struck by a barge.
“The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to Sequoyah County after a barge hit a bridge near the Kerr Lock & Dam,” 4029tv.com reported.
“US-59 south of Sallisaw at the Kerr Reservoir is completely shut down at this time due to a barge that has struck the bridge. Troopers are diverting traffic away from the area. The bridge is going to be shut down until inspections of the bridge can be made,” Oklahoma Highway Patrol said on Saturday.
Engineers reportedly inspected the bridge and reopened it for travel later Saturday.
A shocked bystander who captured the collision on video dialed 911 to report the incident.

‘They have figured out how to bring us down’
Investigative journalist Lara Logan posted an alarming message concerning the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on Tuesday, indicating multiple intelligence sources say the disaster was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on U.S. critical infrastructure.
The structure was hit by a cargo vessel on the overnight hours, plunging at least eight people into the frigid water of the Patapsco River, six of whom are still missing.
“Multiple intel sources: Baltimore bridge collapse was an ‘absolutely brilliant strategic attack’ on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason Dixon line exactly like the Civil War,” Logan’s warning began.
“Second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled.”
She continued:
Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution.
The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.
Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute.
Attack perfectly targeted.
“They have figured out how to bring us down. As long as you stay away from the teeth of the US military, you can pick the US apart. We are arrogant and ignorant – lethal combination. Obama said they would fundamentally change America and they did. We are in a free-fall ride on a roller coaster right now – no brakes – just picking up speed.”
The footage shows the cargo ship never got in the approach lane in the channel. You have to be in the channel before you get into that turn. Location was precise/deliberate: chose a bend in the river where you have to slow down and commit yourself – once you are committed in that area there is not enough room to maneuver.
Should have had a harbor pilot to pilot the boat. You are not supposed to traverse any obstacles without the harbor pilot.
They chose a full moon so they would have maximum tidal shift – rise and fall. Brisk flow in that river on a normal day & have had a lot of rain recently so water was already moving along at a good pace.
Hit it with enough kinetic energy to knock the load-bearing pylon out from under the highway – which fatally weakens the span and then 50 percent of the bridge fell into the water.
All these factors when you look at it – this is how you teach people how to do this type of attack and there are so few people left in the system who know this. We have a Junior varsity team on the field.
Tremendous navigational obstruction. Huge logistical nightmare to clean this up. Number of dead is tragic but not the whole measure of the attack.
That kind-of bridge constantly under repair – always at night because there is so much traffic and they cannot obstruct that during the day. So concern is for repair guys who were on foot (out of their vehicles) working who may now be in the water – 48 degrees at most at this time of year.
When you choke off Baltimore you have cut the main north-south hazardous corridor (I95) in half. Now has to go around the city – or go somewhere else.
To move some of that cargo through the tunnel you may be able to get a permit but those are slow to get and require an escort system that is expensive and has to be done at night.
For every $100 dollars that goes into the city, $12 comes from shipping. Believe this will cripple the city of Baltimore at a time when they do not have the resources to recover.

More than 18 hours after the 1:30 a.m. collapse, the U.S. Coast Guard ended its search-and-rescue operation for six people who were on the bridge when it fell.
It’s a “really heartbreaking conclusion to a challenging day,” Maryland Gov. Wes Moore told reporters.

From time immemorial, in good times and in bad, Jews make sure to celebrate the marking of each holiday affixed onto the Jewish calendar. As such, with Purim during wartime, the merriment of this joyous day was tempered by restrictions imposed due to security concerns. HAVING passed away on Purim (16 years ago), Frank Kutnicki, of blessed memory (often referred to as a ‘gentle giant’ of a man), co-founded the first “Second Generation Club” in northern New Jersey, Bergen County, in our home, in 1986. It became a ‘home away from home’ for a few dozen adult children — most of whom, finally, felt comfortable among peers who understood their unique childhoods, and, as a result, adult challenges.
ASIDE from the special bonds of friendship, they developed their own newsletter, and contributed first-hand research (that they conducted) to national and global Holocaust Archives. The arguments before the Supreme Court this week over a case challenging the Biden administration’s collusion with tech companies to censor the ideas and messages that he doesn’t like has revealed one justice holding a stunning perspective.
She’s worried that the First Amendment, which was written to hamstring the government from censoring ideas, messages and speech, hamstrings the government’s agenda to censor ideas, messages and speech.
“My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the federal government in significant ways in the most important time periods,” Ketanji Jackson, a Joe Biden appointee, told lawyers representing plaintiffs who sued over the censorship scheme that involved the Biden administration working with tech companies to silence some information.
She continued, “And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country, and you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.”
The issue arose during the COVID-19 pandemic, the lethal virus that most likely emerged from a Chinese lab that was experimenting on how to make viruses more lethal and more transmissible.
It killed millions around the globe.
But there were multiple controversies over government-mandated shots, and alternative treatments. The Biden administration worked to suppress any criticism of the shots, which have since proven to have triggered hundreds of thousands of cases of side effects that ranged up to death.
Further, it demanded the suppression of alternative treatments that have proven in many cases to be effective.
Jackson told lawyers representing those whose ideas were censored: “So can you help me? Because I’m really – I’m really worried about that because you’ve got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government’s perspective, and you’re saying that the government can’t interact with the source of those problems.”
A report at Fox News reported, “Social media users were shocked and slightly bemused” at her perspective on the First Amendment, which specifically bans government censoring ideas and speech.
The case, Murthy v. Missouri, has plaintiffs challenging Biden’s administration’s alleged coordination with Big Tech to censor certain messages.
Fox reported the case stemmed from a lawsuit “brought by Republican-led states Missouri and Louisiana that accused high-ranking government officials of working with social media companies ‘under the guise of combating misinformation’ that ultimately led to censoring speech on topics that included Hunter Biden’s laptop, COVID-19 origins and the efficacy of face masks — which the states argued was a First Amendment violation.”
One problem is that some of what the Biden administration claimed was “misinformation” actually was accurate, and some of what it claimed was accurate actually was “misinformation.”
The report said Jackson appeared to suggest the government can violate the First Amendment in some circumstances.
Fox and Friends Weekends co-host Will Cain confirmed, “Hamstringing the government is THE POINT of the First Amendment!”
And California state Rep. Bill Essayli, in the report, confirmed, “That’s literally the point of the Bill of Rights. The government’s powers derive from, and are subservient to, the rights of the People.”
“I would be more concerned if the First Amendment did not hamstring the government in significant ways,” said Reason senior editor Robby Soave.
And, Fox said, podcaster Tim Pool turned blunt: “This is not funny This lady is dangerous.”
“WOW. The person who doesn’t know what a woman is, also doesn’t know what the First Amendment is,” The Libs of TikTok account posted on social media. The social media influencer cited Jackson’s refusal to answer, during her confirmation hearing, what is a woman is.
The report noted, Tim Young, a comedian, explained, “The same justice who doesn’t know what a woman is … doesn’t understand what the First Amendment was written for…Does this come as a shock to anyone?”
“Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey told Fox News Digital Jackson was ‘absolutely right’ about the First Amendment restricting the government,” the report said.
“It is hamstringing, and it’s supposed to. The whole purpose of the Constitution is to protect us from the government, and the government exists to protect our rights. But here, the federal government is ignoring our First Amendment protections and weaponizing the federal government to silence our voices,” Bailey said.

An illegal alien from Lebanon who admitted to being a Hezbollah terrorist was caught at the US border near El Paso, Texas.
22-year-old Basel Bassel Ebbadi was apprehended by Border Patrol on March 9th. After being questioned, he told authorities, “I’m going to try to make a bomb.”
He intended to go to New York to carry out his plans.
He also confessed that he trained with the terrorist organization Hezbollah for many years and was an active member involved with guarding weapons.
A Lebanese migrant who was caught sneaking over the border admitted he’s a member of Hezbollah, he hoped to make a bomb, and his destination was New York, The Post can reveal.
Basel Bassel Ebbadi, 22, was caught by border patrol on March 9 near El Paso, Texas. While in custody he asked what he was doing in the US, to which he replied: “I’m going to try to make a bomb,” according to a Border Patrol document exclusively obtained by The Post.
In a subsequent sworn interview, Ebbadi said he had trained with Hezbollah for seven years and served as an active member guarding weapons locations for another four years, according to internal ICE documents.
“Ebbadi’s training focused on ‘jihad’ and killing people ‘that was not Muslim,’ he said, according to the New York Post.
An estimated 11 million plus illegal aliens have crossed the border in the last three years.
That number equals about the population of 41 individual states.

During the 2020 presidential race, Mark Zuckerberg handed out, through organizations like the partisan-founded Center for Tech and Civic Life, some $400 million that essentially was used by many local elections officials to recruit Joe Biden voters.
Never before in American elections had such a richly funded influence operation been conducted, and some states reacted by banning the injection of private money into those public election processes.
The report explains there’s a series of webinars posted on CTCL’s website that lecture election officials about working with leftist “fact-checking” special interest groups and putting a bull’s-eye on “disfavored” speech.
“The series also instructed administrators on how to ‘persuade’ elected officials to align with their policy preferences and on ‘cultivating relationships’ with friendly journalists,” The Federalist reported.
It was CTCL Training Associate Christian Franco who explained, in the report, “Policymaking has been deeply influenced by misinformation, and democratic norms are being threatened. As a result, the list of every election official’s responsibilities is growing.”
The Zuckerbuck election influence operation is considered by many, along with the FBI’s interference, to have turned the results in 2020 from President Trump to Joe Biden. The FBI’s agenda included warning media companies to suppress accurate but damaging information being reported about Biden family scandals, and a subsequent polling shows that likely gave Biden the victory.
During this 2024 election cycle, Democrats have created, often out of “evidence” never before considered for use in a criminal case, a long list of charges against Trump, and they are trying to obtain at least one conviction before the November vote, so they can label Trump as “convicted.”
Polls show he actually is leading Biden in just about every state.
The Federalist reports CTCL was founded by several people, Tiana Epps-Johnson, Whitney May, and Donny Bridges, all coming from “the New Organizing Institute.”
The Washington Post says that’s “the Democratic Party’s Hogwarts for Digital Wizardry.”
The report explains how CTCL developed a plan to get around state bans on private funds in elections by setting up a program to bring “together election officials, nonprofits, counties, cities, and states” to demand $20 billion in congressional funding for election offices.
A spokeswoman said she knows advocacy will be needed to “fill everyone’s budget gaps,” but Biden already has been at the trough, issuing executive orders that every federal agency and department work to recruit voters, often tasking federal bureaucrats with working with leftist and Democrat organizations.
One of Franco’s suggestions is to find “allied groups can help you design outreach strategies, hire lobbyists, build partnerships, raise funds, [and] conduct trainings.”
Recommended as “allied” groups are “left-wing groups like the Democracy Fund and Rock the Vote,” the report said.
Josh Goldman, a manager at CTCL, said it is election “experts” whose voices must be considered.
Because others are offering “misinformation.”
“That’s not good for you, your office, your voters, or our democracy,” he said.
Kurt Sampsel, another manager for CTCL, suggested whose information should be valued.

A prominent Boeing whistle-blower, a former quality manager who raised concerns about manufacturing practices at the company’s 787 Dreamliner factory in South Carolina, was found dead on Saturday with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to local officials.
The whistle-blower, John Barnett, was in Charleston for a deposition for a lawsuit in which he accused Boeing of retaliating against him for making complaints about quality and safety.
Quality problems involving both design and manufacturing have plagued Boeing for years — most prominently after the crashes of two Boeing 737 Max jets in 2018 and 2019, and again since a fuselage panel blew out on a Max flight shortly after takeoff two months ago.
Mr. Barnett filed the complaint against Boeing with the U.S. Labor Department in 2017 under the AIR21 Whistleblower Protection Program, which protects employees of plane manufacturers who report information pertaining to air carrier safety violations. He left the company that year.
Boeing’s lawyer deposed Mr. Barnett on Thursday and he was questioned by his own lawyers for half the day Friday. They were scheduled to complete the deposition on Saturday morning, said Robert Turkewitz, Mr. Barnett’s lawyer in the case.
When Mr. Barnett, 62, did not show up on Saturday morning and did not answer phone calls, Mr. Turkewitz said he grew concerned and called Mr. Barnett’s hotel. Mr. Barnett was then found dead in his pickup truck in the hotel parking lot.
The Charleston County Coroner’s office confirmed the death, which it said appeared to be “a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.”
The Charleston Police Department noted the coroner’s finding in a statement and said it was conducting an investigation. “Detectives are actively investigating this case and are awaiting the formal cause of death, along with any additional findings that might shed further light on the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. Barnett,” the department said.
Mr. Turkewitz said Mr. Barnett’s experience at Boeing had deeply affected him.
“It was really weighing on him, what was going on, and reliving all these things that had happened and the stress it had caused,” Mr. Turkewitz said.
Mr. Turkewitz said he planned to proceed with Mr. Barnett’s case, on behalf of Mr. Barnett’s family. “What John wanted was at least for it to make a difference,” he said.
In a statement, Boeing said, “We are saddened by Mr. Barnett’s passing, and our thoughts are with his family and friends.”
Known as Swampy because of his Louisiana roots, Mr. Barnett worked at Boeing for nearly three decades until he retired in 2017. He had worked at Boeing’s factory in Everett, Wash., before moving to a new factory in North Charleston, S.C., in 2010 to work on Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner, a wide-body jet that was the company’s most important new plane in a generation.
