“Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he could approve the use of military force against Iranian atomic assets with or without backing from other governments, the New York Timesreported on Monday.

Netanyahu has repeatedly warned his country could launch an armed offensive if sanctions and diplomatic outreach fail to resolve fears over Iran’s suspected pursuit of a nuclear-weapon capability. Tehran maintains its atomic ambitions are strictly nonmilitary in nature.

“When David Ben-Gurion declared the foundation of the state of Israel, was it done with American approval?” Netanyahu told Israeli Channel 2 TV in remarks aired on Monday. “If someone sits here as the prime minister of Israel and he can’t take action on matters that are cardinal to the existence of this country, its future and its security, and he is totally dependent on receiving approval from others, then he is not worthy of leading.”

“I can make these decisions,” he said.

The remarks were certain to intensify long-reported friction between Washington and Tel Aviv over how to address the nuclear standoff, though President Obama has affirmed Israel’s prerogative to determine how best to ensure its security, according to the Times. It was unclear if the prime minister’s comments were a pledge of action or primarily intended to prompt additional financial and political action against Tehran by other governments, the newspaper said.

“I am not eager to go to war,” Netanyahu stated. “I have been creating very heavy pressure, and part of this pressure comes from the knowledge some of the most powerful nations in the world have that we are serious. This isn’t a show, this is not false.”

Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert separately said Netanyahu was “spitting in [Obama’s] face” and “doing anything possible to stop him from being elected president of the United States.”

“What’s all this talk, that we will decide alone on our fate and that we won’t take anybody else into consideration?” Olmert asked. “Can someone please explain to me with which airplanes we will attack if we decide to attack alone, against the opinion of others — airplanes that we built here in Israel? With which bombs will we bomb, bombs that we made by ourselves? With which special technologies will we do it, those that we made by ourselves or those that we received from other sources?”

The prime minister responded: “If what I just heard is that on this matter which threatens our very existence, we should just say, we should just hand the keys over to the Americans and tell them, ‘You decide whether or not to destroy this project, which threatens our very existence,’ well, that’s one possible approach, but it’s not my approach.

“My approach is that if we can have others take care of it, or if we can get to a point where no one has to, that’s fine; but if we have no choice and we find ourselves with our backs against the wall, then we will do what we have to do in order to defend ourselves,” said Netanyahu, whose nation is widely accepted to be the only nuclear-armed state in the Middle East.

Tehran might have averted the possibility of an immediate offensive by moving to render some of its 20 percent-enriched uranium into a form less easily converted to bomb fuel, but specialists said the material can be altered to its prior state until it is transferred into an operational atomic system,Reuters reported on Monday.

Iran says the higher-enriched uranium would fuel a medical research reactor, while other governments contend the substance could allow for faster production of weapon-grade uranium of about 90 percent purity.

A Western diplomat said returning the uranium to its more weapon-ready gaseous form “would take a bit of time, but not more than a month or two, using technology the Iranians have already demonstrated that they have mastered.”

Still, Iran’s production of powdered uranium oxide using the higher-enriched uranium “could help us buy some time for diplomacy,” said a second international relations insider in Vienna, Austria.

Former State Department analyst Mark Fitzpatrick said “the conversion to oxide is relevant because it demonstrates that there is a civilian purpose for the 20 percent product and because the time for reconversion would have to be factored into the breakout scenario.”

The specialist said “it would not be practical for Iran to make a dash to produce weapons starting with enriched uranium that is in oxide form.”

Iran’s recent uranium move might signal an openness to resolving the atomic dispute diplomatically, said Mark Hibbs, a senior associate with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

“The problem is that Iran has a history of making voluntary concessions and then pulling back from those concessions” he said. “They do this again and again.”

Iran appears to be ramping up a campaign of computer-based strikes and other moves in reaction to a U.S.-Israeli clandestine campaign incorporating similar elements, Reuters reported separately on Tuesday. The most significant actions possibly instigated by Tehran include the launch of an unmanned aerial vehicle into Israeli territory, according to the news agency; the device — said to have been operated by Hezbollah in Lebanon — was shot down by Israel close to the country’s Dimona atomic site.

Iran has sparked fear among certain U.S. observers by markedly increasing its electronic attacks, Reuters reported. An October offensive against gas shipping sites in Qatar and the Saudi petroleum firm Aramco rendered tens of thousands of computers inoperable and represented the most elaborate computer strike to date against an independent firm, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said. He did not explicitly attribute the move to Tehran.

“The cyber attacks and Hezbollah drone both represent an escalation from the Iranian camp,” said Ariel Ratner, a one-time State Department insider under the Obama administration. “But a lot of what is going on here is a matter of signaling to each other.”

The possible Israeli aerial bombardment of an armament production site in Sudan could be one such communication, according to Reuters.

Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis head Bilal Saab said “Israel is flexing its muscles militarily and also sending a message to Tehran and Washington that it will not hesitate to use force to defend itself.”

“It was a show of force meant to send political messages and achieve precise and immediate military objectives, those being the prevention of Iranian shipment of sensitive hardware to its proxies,” Saab added.

Meanwhile, one official said the United Kingdom might deploy additional forces in the United Arab Emirates as part of a potential regional force buildup targeting Iran, the London Telegraph reported on Tuesday. The insider said the possible step would support a call in the U.K. Strategic Defense and Security Review for a “flexible network of allies to deal with different threats.”

“We need the courage to give these sanctions time to work,” British Prime Minister David Cameron told the National newspaper in remarks quoted on Monday. “But I’ve also made clear that if Iran makes the wrong choice, nothing is off the table.”

Senior-ranking Israeli officials discussed the nuclear standoff with British counterparts last Thursday, the U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office said in a statement on Monday.

International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Yukiya Amano on Monday said his organization would continue pursuing a potential arrangement for addressing questions over possible nuclear weapon-relevant activities in Iran, Agence France-Presse reported.

“We will continue negotiations with Iran on a structured approach. I hope we can reach agreement without further delay,” he said after noting that Tehran has not provided adequate assistance to IAEA efforts to resolve those questions.

Iranian Ambassador to the United Nations Mohammad Khazaee, though, said the U.N. nuclear watchdog’s concerns are based on “some forged reports and … graphs which are not credible.”

“One may easily conclude that such information is as credible as the childish cartoon that was drawn here in this hall on September this year by the notorious Zionist regime’s prime minister,” Khazaee stated, referring to Netanyahu’s address to the U.N. General Assembly.

The official said “Iran … is fully committed to its legal obligations, and its nuclear activities are, and have always been, exclusively for peaceful purposes,” Reuters reported on Monday. Iran believes the establishment of comprehensive capabilities pertaining to atomic reactor material is an “inalienable right” under the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, he added.

“The application of a discriminatory, selective, highly restrictive and politically motivated approach in nuclear cooperation … has given rise to this impression that being an NPT party is not a privilege, because rather than facilitating, it impedes nuclear cooperation,” Khazaee said.

Elsewhere, Tehran would end shipments of unrefined petroleum to other countries if it comes under additional Western economic penalties, Iran’s Fars News Agency quoted Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi as saying on Monday.

“The lack of Iran’s oil in international markets would lead to increase in its global price,” he said. The European Union has adopted a ban on purchases of Iranian petroleum and the United States has taken other actions against Tehran’s oil sector.

A deputy for European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton commended steps by Australia to increase financial pressure on Iran, the Sydney Morning Herald reported on Tuesday.

The “ball is in the Iranian court” in light of a recently submitted set of trust-boosting proposals aimed at initiating new multilateral discussions, Helga Schmid added. Senior Iranian diplomats have met three times this year with counterparts from the six countries — China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States — in an effort to address the nuclear standoff.

Resolving the impasse through diplomacy remains the chief priority, according to the official.

‘It is not only about Israel. It is, of course, a threat to Israel, but basically it is a very huge destabilizing factor for the region, and it would lead to a nuclear arms race in a part of the world that is already running very high in tensions — this is our concern,” Schmid said. ”I cannot say now what will happen next … we have made a very good offer, a confidence building package which should be quite attractive to Iran. It is now for Iran to respond.”

Iranian atomic efforts were among the subjects addressed in a meeting between Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard and British Foreign Secretary William Hague, the Australian Associated Pressreported on Tuesday. During a discussion with French President Francois Hollande, Gillard reportedly reaffirmed her government’s support for “strong sanctions” targeting Tehran, according to a separate AAP report.”

Twenty four hours have passed, since the west awoke to its collective nightmare – the re-election of the Radical/Islamist-in-Chief.

But as my late mom (G-d rest her soul) used to intone – buck up…stop pussyfooting around. Not one to suffer pity-fests, she taught yours truly that lying down and surrendering to defeat is never an option. With this in mind, here’s the marching orders: pick yourselves up and dust yourselves off. Time is of the essence.

Armed with more than enough ammunition – than most lawyers entering into court – the indictment is sufficient (if MASSIVE pressure is brought to bear against Congress, otherwise he will get away with his crimes, as will his surrogates) to land him in the docket for impeachment, and for other punishments down the line. Constitutional lawyers should be aligned and ready to take action. Pro bono is a patriot’s duty. Yours truly racked up more than her share of non-paid time.

And while the crime itself revolves around illegally circumventing Congressional approval (for action in Libya), the cover up will likely be the hook…line…and sinker.

5 November 2012: “Most thinking Americans are outraged about the cover-up pertaining to Benghazi. Questions about the deaths of four Americans, including a U.S. Ambassador, posed to Obama and his spokespeople have been met with vague, carefully worded, well parsed and deliberately misleading responses. Why? To cover up incompetence and intelligence failures?No, because there were no intelligence failures!

To say that the lack of response or calls for assistance was due to a communications breakdown is like calling a five alarm fire that completely destroys an important structure and everything in it, deliberately set to cover up a crime, an accident. And in this case, the fire department dispatchers are co-conspirators in the arson! In addition to not sending the fire company, they are now busy making sure that the fire investigators they are now sending to investigate what happened are maintaining their cover.

While the public is aghast at the damage caused by the fire, they are not paying attention to the crime it covered, hoping that it will all be relegated to the ash heap of history. We must look through the smoke from the burnt embers and pick through the ashes to see what was covered up by the fire. When we do, we will find the singed blueprints of activities so nefarious that they will explain the cover-up. To best understand the cover-up, it helps to identify and understand the crime.

Full disclosure of the Benghazi situation would expose an agenda that would surprise many Americans and answer a lot of questions about what’s really going on in the world, even offering explanations for such issues as Obama’s low-bow to the Saudi Royals to the exposure of a plan for the global power structure. It’s that big and that revealing, and that important.

There’s a real-life game of Risk being played by Obama and the major powers of the world, and Americans are involved in the game by default. Much like the actual Parker Brothers game of military strategy and world domination, Benghazi acts like a snapshot in time of the players, exposing the armies and their positions on the board. In those terms, it shows that Benghazi was a skirmish of significant import, and reveals the agenda and strategy of a number of players.

As Americans, however, you were not asked whether you wanted to play. Your role was predetermined for you. The color of your army, that of the Muslim Brotherhood, was picked by Obama for you. Unlike the game of Risk, the real life version produces real causalities. Obviously, four Americans are dead, but no one seems to be talking about forty thousand more men, women and children who have been killed in Syria as a result of the real world actions caused, in large part, by Obama’s actions in Libya. Or the tens of thousands refuges created. This is the real world version of Risk.

And therein lies the rub. It is this agenda, this plan, this foreign policy in action that is at the very heart of the events in Benghazi. It is this deliberate course of action that has led us to the brink of a regional conflict in the Middle East that could further ignite World War III. As Fellow Americans, do we really want to be part of another war? Is taking us to the brink of World War III and beyond in our best national interest? If it’s not in our best national interest, then for whom are we doing the dirty work? Let’s look at the players, game board and the game pieces to see if we might find answers.

Motive

In this real world game of Risk, Obama appears to be following the instructions of a super secret mission card. The “Benghazi mission” was to facilitate the destabilization of Syria at the hands of “freedom fighters,” overthrowing Assad and the installation of a sympathetic Muslim Brotherhood backed regime. The installation of such a regime is of critical importance here for reasons that will become obvious later.

At this point, however, it is no secret that the rag-tag groups of rebels or freedom fighters are no match for Assad’s military. They are disorganized and ill equipped to depose Assad. Also, Assad, under the guidance and support of Russia, had so far escaped the full wrath of NATO for his part in putting down the various attempts to oust him from power. And the game clock was running out.

Means & Opportunity

The anti-Assad rebels were in need of assistance in the form of weapons, training, military coordination and discipline. At the behest of Saudi Arabia (a player with no army pieces in this game), Mr. Obama agreed to step in to provide material and manpower, but he had a dilemma; he could not do so openly, with the full knowledge and consent of the U.S. Congress as they would never approve of such an operation (think Iran-Contra in terms of strategy, but with a much different intent).

The operation, therefore, had to be conducted under the radar. Mr. Obama could not be directly linked to this agenda, so the exports of weapons had to have some cover and provide some distance between Obama and the boots on the ground in Syria. This is where alliances were formed, and obfuscation reigned supreme.

As we were in Libya under the pretext of securing caches of weapons and arms left after Qadafi, Obama sent U.S. Ambassador Stevens to take charge of the logistics. Stevens was selected as he had vast experience and contacts on all sides in the Middle East. He was the perfect “go-to” guy by all sides.

Under the cover of securing and “destroying” arms as publicized, Obama’s covert operation diverted the functional weapons to Syria, while destroying the non-functional weapons and broadcasting their destruction in the media as eye-candy. From the time Qaddafi was deposed and killed through the attack of September 11, 2012, reasonable estimates suggest that between 30-40 million pounds of missiles, guns and even chemical weapons (gas) had been confiscated from Libya and shipped to various prepositioning locations in Turkey and directly into Syria for use by anti-Assad “rebels.”

In addition to arming the anti-Assad rebels with conventional weapons, there was a concurrent plan that would have been the icing on the cake, so to speak. An event that would have put the objective on a fast track to completion.

Imagine the outcry from the civilized world that wakes up one morning to the news that Assad had “gassed” his own people. Except it would be a false flag event that would set-up Assad. That would be an invitation to NATO and the West to intervene, using the same or a similar template we have seen Mr. Obama use. Again, the game clock was running out on Mr. Obama and his handlers, and there is no guarantee that he will see another term to get the job done. Such an event would usher in the forces of NATO and expedite plans.

Alliances and Coconspirators

As we begin to remove the layers of obfuscation, we can see that Obama is actually doing the “heavy lifting” for Saudi Arabia and the advancement of the Muslim Brotherhood agenda. For anyone doubting this assertion, simply follow the money. Where did the money originate for the boat shipments of arms? At its most basic level, who filled the gas tanks?

More visible is the able assistance to this operation provided by Turkey. Somewhat of a fair weather friend, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan looked the other way as weapons were being secreted into staging areas in Turkey near the Syrian border, for their ultimate transfer to the rebels in Syria.

Turkey was not the only country used for this operation. Jordan and Lebanon also received their fair share of arms, where Muslim Brotherhood backed rebels were (and continue to be) materially supported by the CIA under Obama’s orders.

Meanwhile, Assad was being schooled and assisted by Putin and the Russians, and had a working relationship with Iran.

Putin’s line in the Sand

It is admittedly difficult to “side” with Russia on a worldview level, but in this case it’s at least understandable. Putin, seated at the game board across from Obama, was aware of this gun running operation and Obama’s attempts to meddle in his backyard. On a number of occasions during this operation, Putin warned Obama and the West to stop. Undeterred, the covert arms running operation continued.

This is where the Turkish counsel general comes into the picture, and the entire operation begins to unravel. Turkey knows which side is buttering their bread, and realizes that they are caught in the middle between Obama and Putin and have much to lose. Perhaps Russia had evidence, possibly satellite images of the anti-Assad freedom fighters being trained on how to load the gas canisters onto missiles. The clock continues to run down, yet the operation is continuing. Turkey gets a call from Russia; they’ve been caught in this plot of international intrigue and Putin is not at all happy.

Spy vs. Spy

What happens next is stuff of spy novels, double agents, film noir mafia movie scenes. Imagine this: the Turkish counsel general calls Stevens, the point man in this Obama-sanctioned operation, and tells Stevens that he’s got to meet with him right away, it’s most urgent. Perhaps Stevens tells the Turk that he’ll meet him in Tripoli later in the week. The Turk says no, we’ve got to meet in Benghazi, at the CIA operations center right away.

Despite concerns for his own safety, Stevens ultimately agrees and the meeting is scheduled for dinner time. Now think about the timing. The meeting was not scheduled for breakfast or lunch, but dinner – at the end of the day, when the cover of darkness is about to engulf the area. It was a set-up.

As Stevens meets the Turk, the stage is being set for a classic “mob” hit, but not just your run-of-the-mill hit. It’s an international “mob hit” with two purposes. First, stop the flow of arms to Syria, and also send a message to Obama and others that Syria and Russia is not to be trifled with, and in so doing, expose the operation to the world as well.

It’s been reported that during the meeting, the “hit teams” were closing off the streets and other access points around the CIA operations center. They were getting ready to assault the compound. It is interesting that the Turk is able to leave unmolested from the compound, by now surrounded by those dispatched to carry out the hit.

After the Turk’s departure, it is likely and even customary that Stevens sent a cable to Washington, perhaps letting Clinton and Obama know that there is a problem – the operation has been compromised. Obama and his cohorts know the operation has been compromised, and they enter into a full cover mode. Difficult to believe? Then why has no one yet questioned the Turk who met Stevens?

Gates of hell

Shortly after the departure of the Turkish counsel general, the attack began. Again, after the Turkish counsel general left. Who was behind the attack? Ultimately, it would certainly be reasonable to suspect Russia as the “mob boss,” but like a mob boss, Russia would not carry out the hit. Furthermore, there are enough willing participants in the area that the actors could be pulled from any number of “rebel” groups.

As the attack began, calls for assistance were made. Using the fire department analogy, no fire trucks or firemen were dispatched. Why not? It is here we need to look at the dispatchers and not the firemen for answers.

Sending the full military to respond to Benghazi would have exposed them to other teams in the area that they knew were there and caused the Libyans and the world to see exactly what was going on. Instead of being a cover-up for which they have yet to be held accountable, it would have been an international incident that would have exposed the entire affair. Many Americans still remember Iran-Contra, and this is much worse. So, what were the “dispatchers” doing while the fire raged?

They were engaged in a real world game of Risk as Benghazi burned, Americans died, and Obama and his spokespeople lied.”

Did the dead vote? Of course. Did illegal aliens too? Undoubtedly. Did fraud play a part? Ditto. Did Black Panthers – domestic terrorists – intimidate voters…NAACP alike? Yes and yup. ‘Contents of Classified State Department cable illustrate why Huma Abedin should not be Hillary’s Deputy Chief of Staff’

Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge has obtained a classified cable sent by Ambassador Christopher Stevens directly to “the office” of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on August 16th, just a few weeks prior to the attack in Benghazi.

In this interview with Greta Van Susteren, Herridge pulls no punches and says flatly that “the State Department has culpability” in the attack and that the cable serves as “the smoking gun warning” because of its specificity, which included naming Al-Qaeda and Ansar Al-Sharia (the group that claimed responsibility) specifically. Take note, beginning at about the 1:50 mark. Greta asks Herridge for some specificity about who received the letter. Though Herridge doesn’t give names, she provides detailed information about where it went after revealing that Christopher Stevens is the one who signed it:

“(the cable was) copied to her (Hillary) and then it routes out, in this case, probably typically to diplomatic security, their near east Asia desk and others but it is specifically addressed to her office.”

Specifically. addressed. to. Hillary’s. office. Here’s the video (h/t Right Scoop): Ok, so it was “route(d)” out of Hillary’s office to an appropriate under secretary / bureau head tasked with heeding the very specific pleas of our ambassador. Yet, no one has been disciplined for not heeding what amounts to a distress signal, an S.O.S., a cry for help. Why? When someone discusses “Hillary Clinton’s office” does that include herDeputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin? Did Abedin see any of these cables at any time?

Based on her background, that is an extremely relevant question that needs to be answered. We are not alleging that Abedin saw the cable or had anything to do with it not being acted on. However, her potential access to and influence with Secretary Clinton in such situations, coupled with her familial connections / conflicts of interest when it comes to the Muslim Brotherhood, demonstrate perfectly why she should have been disqualified from holding the position she now holds.

Here is an extremely important point to consider. Huma Abedin’s parents were put in charge of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) by a representative of the founder of the IMMA – Abdullah Omar Naseef. Naseef also has a history of being an al-Qaeda financier. Huma herself served on the IMMA Board WITH NASEEF from at least 1996 – 2003 and continued to serve on IMMA’s Board until 2008 / 2009, when she assumed her current role.

Based on these unassailable facts, should someone with Abedin’s background be working in Hillary’s “office”, especially when the reach of that office extends to danger spots for Americans in Muslim lands?

Again, we are in no way saying that Abedin had any knowledge of this cable whatsoever but we are saying that the circumstances leading up to the attack on the consulate, as well as who Stevens viewed as a threat (Al-Qaeda and Ansar Al-Sharia), illustrates perfectly why someone with Abedin’s background should not be put in the position. Such a person’s associations matter, not because of guilt or innocence but because of potential conflicts of interest in matters of allegiance.

‘Official says White House pledged to blame Israeli leader for collapse of peace talks’

JERUSALEM – “A senior Palestinian Authority negotiator has told WND that if President Obama secures another four years in office, he will use his second term to target Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as the main party to blame for the collapse of Mideast peace talks. The negotiator further claimed that Obama quietly pledged to the Palestinians a campaign at the United Nations to renew U.N. Security Council Resolution 242, which calls for a Palestinian state to be established in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and eastern Jerusalem. The PA negotiator said the White House had asked the Palestinians to slow their drive for the unilateral declaration of a state at the U.N. General Assembly. The negotiator further said Obama had promised the PA that the establishment of a Palestinian state will be one of the main priorities for a second term. “We were told that the negotiations for a Palestinian state will be a main goal for Obama,” said the negotiator. “Netanyahu will be declared the main person responsible for the collapse of the peace process.”

The claims come as Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was blasted by the rival Hamas group yesterday for his statements to the Israeli media last week calling for a Palestinian state in what is known as the 1967 borders – the West Bank, Gaza and eastern Jerusalem. Hamas has stated the “liberation” of the entire land of Israel is their goal. Senior Hamas figure Ismail Haniyeh called Abbas’ remarks “extremely dangerous,” alleging they contradict longstanding Palestinian territorial goals.

While discussions about a Palestinian state seem to take for granted that such an entity will be led by Abbas and his Fatah party, WND reported last month on Hamas’s growing strength in the West Bank. Hamas, allied with the Muslim Brotherhood, already controls the Gaza Strip.

WND quoted Palestinian security sources revealing Abbas’ Fatah party had launched a quiet campaign targeting Hamas military installations in the strategic West Bank, as well as the alleged infiltration by Hamas of Fatah security forces. In the Fatah stronghold of Nablus, PA forces last month dismantled a cell of Hamas’ Al Qassam Brigades, the so-called military wing of Hamas, the security sources said. Two of the six arrested in that raid were members of Fatah’s own Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, paid by Hamas to collaborate. The Al Aqsa members were accused of providing Hamas with inside information on the movement of Fatah security forces. The PA also discovered and dismantled an underground jail built by Hamas near the city of Ramallah, purportedly as a place to house an Israeli soldier or Jewish resident of the West Bank that Hamas was planning to kidnap as a show of strength.

The sources said the PA in last month launched a campaign against elements of Fatah’s Al Aqsa Brigades suspected of being bribed by Hamas, including Fatah militia members accused of serving as sleeping cells for Hamas. Hamas infiltration of Fatah was said to be the Achilles heel that ultimately caused Fatah forces to fold with little resistance when Hamas took over the Gaza Strip in 2007. The strategic position of Hamas has been greatly enhanced by the rise to power of the Muslim Brotherhood, including in neighboring Egypt.”

‘Libyan Leaks: More Secret Documents Reveal Obama’s failure in Libya’

“Barack Obama’s claim to election fame – that Al-Qaeda has been destroyed – needs a reality check, according to a group of anti-Al Qaeda Libyans in exile. “We beg to differ,” they exclaimed. “Obama gift-wrapped Libya, handed it over to Al-Qaeda, and we can prove it.”

The group stated they have come into possession of some highly classified documents that in their view, “will bring the Obama Administration down.” They were not bluffing; they provided the first installments of official classified documents which we provided in some of our previous reporting. “The rest,” they say, “will be provided when Mitt Romney is in office. His election is our only hope for humanity,” they said.

These documents include evidence of highly sophisticated weaponry provided to jihadists which leads them to doubt that any solutions will take place under what they called “The Obama regime”.

We have come into the possession of an array of records obtained from top-level sources inside the Libyan government. They include passports of Al-Qaeda operatives and identifications of terrorists from many nations—Chad, Egypt and Pakistan to name a few—which are now all camped in Libya as they enter by crossing borders guarded and managed officially by what they called “government appointed Al-Qaeda leaders.”

This explains why the drafts of two letters on September 11th expressing worry that the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi was under ‘troubling’ surveillance and that the Libyan government failed to fulfill requests for additional security. “It wasn’t failure,” these pro-U.S. agents said, “but the Libyan government’s mafia-like system, subordinate to Al-Qaeda and installed with the blessings of the Obama administration that is responsible for the deaths of Americans in Benghazi,” they said.

The wealth of intelligence includes countless documents, which we will soon turn over to the National Center For Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism. They show evidence of bribes [see image to left] by the government to top-officials, weapons dealing, and bank siphoning by al-Qaeda operatives, to include copies of bank transactions that illustrate the subordination of the newly established Libyan government to Al-Qaeda. These included Bin Laden’s personal driver Sufyan Gammou and Abdul Wahhab Hassan Qayed, the brother of the recently assassinated Abu Yahya al-Libi. Qayed was officially put in charge of Libyan border control. This arrangement is responsible for the passage of large amounts of Al-Qaeda operatives into Libya.

In one classified document (see image to right) it stated that, “…it was commissioned that Fadlallah Haran Musa is to head the centers of the National Security Fares in Barqa [east of Libya] and to also commission Khalid Atiyeh to be his assistant.” These two, according to our sources, are “Islamist operatives connected to Al-Qaeda.”

Sufyan Gammu of Ansar Al-Sharia in Darnah (white cap and long beard) is one of the most wanted men from Al-Qaeda. He used to be the special driver for Usama Bin Laden and is now roaming free in Libya, protected by the government.

Salem Al-Barrani Dirbi of Al-Qaeda is now the leader of Abu Salim Martyrs Brigade, which was kept in check by the previous regime, spoke openly in this video (wearing blue), telling his story about how he is now free from the previous regime after having lived in hiding in the mountains since 1996; he boasts about living freely in Benghazi today.

Also noteworthy is Abdul Baset Azzouz. Known for his vicious and cunning abilities, he was the first adviser to Ayman Al-Zawahiri and became the leader of Al-Qaeda in Darnah, Libya. He can be seen in this video, giving his testimony from Libya (wearing yellow). Azzouz can even be seen recruiting entire communities in Libya to join the jihadists.

Then you have Abdul Hakim Al-Hassadi (right), member of the Jama’at Islamiyeh fighting forces in Libya, who left in 1995 out of fear of the previous Gaddafi regime. He fled to Afghanistan where he stayed until he returned in 2011, with the blessings of the Obama administration and NATO forces.

Al-Hassadi was accompanied byMuftah Al-Dawadi (left), who was an inmate in Abu Salim for his membership in Al-Qaeda after carrying out terrorist operations in Sibrata; he has now become the main conduit to facilitate the production of false travel documents for terrorists.

Perhaps most troubling is Abdul Wahhab Hassan Qayed, the brother of Abu Bakr Hassan Qayed (aka Abu Yahya al-Libi), the number 2 man in Al-Qaeda who was killed by U.S. drones. In the photo to the left, Wahhab is seen to the right and his now deceased brother to the left. Abdul Wahhab now works in the Libyan Interior Ministry in charge of Border Control and Strategic Institutions in Libya.

There is also Sami Mustafa Khalil Al-Sa’di (on right), who obtained his degree in Sharia from Pakistan in 1999. He is now a member of The Assembly of Scholars in Libya after being released from Abu Salim prison on August 20th, 2011 for his membership in Al-Qaeda. He currently holds the position of Guardian of The Martyrs Families in Libya.

We also have Sadik Belhaj (far left in photo) and Al-Sadeek Al-Ghaythi (near left) – leaders of Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and formerly close associates of Bin Laden – in charge of border security who were given large sums of money to create a special, separate force outside of the government’s reach by the ministry of defense and by what the Obama administration considers to be a moderate leader, Abdul Hakim Belhaj, who recently broke his silence on Radio Darnah on the Samir Shalwi program one day after Stevens was killed, according to pro-Qaddafi dissidents whose claims (here andhere). This appearance was also confirmed by Congressman Mike Rogers.

On the program, Belhaj allegedly said the following:

“I am indeed a member of the fighting in Jemmah Islamiyah; I’m proud of it; I will not deny that. For this, I have spent the best years of my life in the prisons, under torture and I’m still a member of this group. I will not give up on its edicts. Everyone must know this in the West, before the East. I’ve committed Jihad operations in all parts of the globe from Morrocco to Yemen to Somalia to Algeria, even to Afghanistan and Pakistan. I give great respect to Sheikh Ayman al-Zawahri and to the first teacher, Abu Musaab al-Zarkawi. I was saddened when Hassan al-Qaidi in Pakistan was martyred. Me and my brothers Sheikh Khalid al-Sharif, Sheikh Al-Mahdi, Al-Haradi, Sheikh Hassem, Baher, Abdul Rauf, Karah have formed a committee in Tripoli and we will not allow any foreigner, no matter who he is, to dictate what we do. We give thanks to the Mujahed, Sheikh Ismail al-Salabi, for his daring proclamation to the Darnah television station and we tell him that we are with you in every word you spoke, that there is no place for America, Great Britain, and all the West in Libya. Libya is a nation of Islam and Jihad. The light of Islam will shine forth from it despite the noses of everyone. The weapons are here and the Mujahideen from every corner of the earth are here with us and we have all the weaponry – that was prohibited before – with us now. We will not hesitate to use it against anyone who touches the land of Libya and that is the end of this discussion.”

The weapons Belhaj (at right) spoke about were referenced in a document Obama signed in March of 2011, a secret order known as a Presidential “finding” that authorized support for the rebel jihadism, which now could easily include an additional 20,000 missiles in Libya. According to our sources who were in Libya, the numbers are tenfold: “The Russian ambassador in Libya informed us its really 200,000 missiles.”

The Washington Post also reported:

“It’s almost a certitude that at least part” of the Libyan opposition includes members of al-Qaeda, said Bruce Riedel, a former senior CIA analyst and adviser to President Obama. Riedel said that anti-Gaddafi elements in the rebel stronghold of Benghazi have had “very close associations with al-Qaeda” dating back years….I would hope that we now have a good sense of the opposition in Libya and can say that this is 2 percent, not 20 percent,” Riedel said. “If we don’t, then we are running the risk of helping to bring to power a regime that could be very dangerous.”

Several documents officially tie Belhaj to the leadership in Libya, to the support of him by Qatar and Saudi Arabia, to his funding of the rebels in Syria, and more. As we reported previously, Belhaj is a known terrorist who was also in U.S. custody at Guantanamo.The Obama administration allowed him into Libya during the war to oust Gaddafi. Obama seemed to have no objection to Belhaj’s leadership position after the revolution. The classified documents reveal that Belhaj actually controls most of the Libyan government, which are puppets under the control of the Islamists. The Obama administration is knowingly supporting Al-Qaeda control in Libya and North Africa.

We have even obtained Belhaj’s fraudulent passport (pictured above right) as well as a document showing one of his smuggling operations of 16 kilos of gold (above left), which was seized by the Turkish government at the Istanbul Airport. This letter from Belhaj, includes his appeal to the Turkish government to return 16 kilos of gold seized when his runner was making a connecting flight to Qatar to fund Jihadists. According to our sources, the gold was ultimately returned, successfully arrived in Qatar, and was used to fund the rebels in Syria.

Salem Al-Shaykhi (right) is another who was released from Abu Salim prison after serving two years (1986-1988) for his Al-Qaeda affiliation. Now, the Libyan government has appointed him as head of the Islamic Waqf.

The Al-Qaeda support coming from the newly installed governments is not only in Libya, but in Tunisia as well, as one report reveals (translated from Arabic):

This is the typical modus operandi in which terrorist groups join al-Qaeda. The Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), which has been led by Abdel Hakim Belhaj, had an increasingly cooperative relationship with al-Qaeda. The two groups officially joined together in 2007, the same year Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri referred to Belhaj as a ‘brother’.

It is high time that America learns about the Libyan Islamist rebel regime, which is claimed by Obama to represent a democratic and humanitarian alternative to Gaddafi; that is utterly false. As the West Point study reports:

“Today, it is clear that the United States is providing modern weapons for the Libyan rebels through Saudi Arabia and across the Egyptian border with the active assistance of the Egyptian army and of the newly installed pro-US Egyptian military junta. ‘Iran suspends uranium enrichment. Gesture to boost Obama’s reelection’

“Sources in Tehran put out word Sunday, Nov, 4, that Iran had suddenly suspended 20-percent enrichment of uranium, stopping a short step from building a nuclear device. The sources were not official. However, an Iranian lawmaker on the majlis foreign affairs and national security committee, Mohammad Hossein Asfari, was quoted as saying that the move was a “goodwill” gesture, ahead of a new round of talks with the US scheduled to take place after the presidential elections in two days. He said if sanctions were not lifted in response for the “softening” in Iran’s position, enrichment would be resumed.

Other sources report that enrichment continued uninterrupted. Tehran is therefore poised to jump either way. DEBKAfile sources note that on Oct. 20, US media reported that President Barak Obama and Iran had agreed on one-on-one talks to resolve the nuclear issue directly after the elections if Obama was returned for a second term as president. The White House then denied those reports. However, two days before the election, Tehran is transparently throwing its weight behind Obama’s campaign by suggesting to the American voter that he is the best candidate to solve the nuclear crisis without resorting to the war option.

Obama’s staff has been building up to this critical moment, step by step. In late September,DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources report, they met secretly with Iranian emissaries and agreed that direct negotiations would be launched after the election. A team in the White House went to work on position papers for the talks. It is headed by Gary Samore, coordinator for arms control and weapons of mass destruction, and Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman who led the US delegation to the failed six-power negotiations with Iran.

This team was presented to Israel as the authors of an “endgame paper” that was to be put before Tehran as an ultimatum. But no such paper was ever shown to Jerusalem.
Last Tuesday, Oct. 30, Israel’s defense minister Ehud Barak, told the Daily Telegraph on his way to London that in August, Iran quietly chose to convert 38 percent of its 20-percent stockpile of enriched uranium into fuel rods for civilian research purposes, “thereby delaying the moment when it could have built a nuclear bomb and delaying the moment of truth by eight to 10 months.”

These remarks painted Iran’s leaders as rational politicians, at odds with the hate-filled fanatical face shown to and by Israel. Barak only “forgot” to mention that this “gesture” was also a cover-up: Tehran had just completed the clandestine transfer of the entire set of 3,000 advanced centrifuges to the underground enrichment plant in Fordo, thereby expanding its capacity to produce medium-enriched uranium and replenish its stock.
While acting in the Obama interest and appearing to vindicate his pro-diplomacy policy, Tehran gained both time for finalizing its nuclear aspirations and two big advantages:

1. Iran overtly sacrificed just over one-third of its 20-percent enriched uranium stock, enough for one nuclear device, for the sake of clandestinely pressing forward on the production of fissile material for a whole arsenal of four to six bombs.

2. Iran managed to get its top-performance centrifuges hidden away in an almost impregnable “immune zone.”

Last April, Barak himself declared that the transfer of Iran’s nuclear program into “immune zones” would be a red line for Israel. Having made it nonetheless, Tehran is again sitting pretty and already naming a price – lifting of sanctions – for an unofficial and unverifiable claim to have halted 20-percent enrichment. But with the US presidential election almost too close to call two days before the vote, it could tip the balance.”

‘Obama’s Communist Cooperation Campaign Proceeds Apace’

“America’s most prominent, dedicated communists support Barack Obama and are actively campaigning on his behalf. If that sentence makes you uncomfortable, then you have two choices: continue reading and face your fear, or stop reading and get back to whatever activities you normally use to drown out disturbing thoughts.

In an age of mass media disinformation and distraction, one expects the politically neutered majority to find the legitimate vocabulary of open political discussion — freedom, communism, socialism, oppression — uncomfortable and strange. These words disturb their moral tranquility — that sense of “no big deal” normalcy that allows them to carry on with everyday activities, unperturbed by the kinds of questions that make prime-time entertainment seem…well, like a waste of time.

Unfortunately, many among the conservative establishment class share this reticence about using the correct words for things. They are squeamish about direct talk, but, being “thoughtful” types, they cannot just turn up the volume on the television and ignore the whole thing. Instead, they apply their sizeable IQs and plentiful degrees to inventing clever arguments to persuade themselves and each other that such talk is antiquated or irrelevant. And then they go on their merry way, offering expert analysis of the Obama presidency without ever once using any of those quaint old words from the supposedly simpler, bygone days.

Fine. If the professional career conservatives want to avoid labeling Obama himself, or any member of his administration or party, with any of those allegedly outdated words — bless Allen West — might they at least be willing to allow the true lexicon of “old-fashioned” (i.e., real) political discourse to enter the conversation around the fringes? For example, if a self-defined communist uses a speaking engagement to urge voters to get out and support Obama because his agenda is the surest practical path to communism, and if that communist is glowingly welcomed to this event by a Democratic congressman, might not a few Republican establishment pundits and statesmen just ask, politely and with the utmost moderation, “What’s with all these communists stumping for Obama?”

Okay, they will never ask any such question. One can theorize all day long about why they won’t: the educational establishment, the Frankfurt School, political correctness, cynical careerism, what have you. But while all such theorizing is important and useful, we must not forget that none of those reasons actually prevents anyone from reinserting proper English into the discussion. For those of us neither working in the establishment nor seeking a career there, and therefore not afraid of being judged “quaint” and “antiquated,” the question stands: what is with all these communists stumping for Obama?

Let us keep this short, simple, and, in the name of social justice, gender-equalized.

Angela Davis was the Communist Party USA’s vice presidential candidate in 1980 and 1984 and is a former Black Panther. In 1979, the Soviet Union awarded her its Lenin Peace Prize. (I kid you not; they also made her an honorary professor at Moscow State University.) Davis spoke in Detroit on October 25. One of the local dignitaries there to prepare the audience for her remarks was Congressman John Conyers, who noted the timeliness of Davis’ appearance on a “night where we not only remember history but plan how we’re going to make history…Dr. Davis, you’re right on time!”

CPUSA reporter Mark Walton informs us that the focus of Davis’s speech was the election. Attempting to battle the disappointment some of her comrades have expressed regarding the rate of progress in implementing the Obama agenda they voted for in 2008, she urged, “As we go to the polls, let us recall that no one thought it was possible to elect a black president.”

She then pleaded for patience with Obama’s practical implementation of the program, noting that “we should never expect to elect a president to lead us to the Promised Land…we have to do it for ourselves.”

After thus defending Obama and urging her audience to vote for him, as well as offering the obligatory condemnation of “Israeli apartheid,” she concluded by declaring that “we need peace, justice, equality, and socialism for us all.”

“Socialism for us all” — that’s her final, bottom-line argument for getting out and voting for Barack Obama.

Sam Webb is the current chairman of the CPUSA and has written the Party’s official endorsement of Obama’s 2012 re-election bid. On October 23, he was in Wisconsin for a round of appearances and radio interviews. In a perfect mirror of Obama’s own campaign talking points, Webb stressed the importance of stopping the Romney/Ryan plan to “undo 60 years of gains” in “women’s rights, immigrant justice and movements for racial and LGBT equality.” (Okay, Obama usually says “50 years” — trying to appear less extreme than the CPUSA, I guess.)

As CPUSA reporter Joseph Zimmerman explains, when asked about the current state of the Party, Chairman Webb emphasized the importance of working with “as broad a coalition as possible, similar to the sort of people’s movements of the 1930s and 1960s that lead [sic] to progressive legislation that families now count on in their daily lives.” In other words, communists must work for their agenda through Obama and the Democrats, as they did so effectively through the FDR and LBJ administrations.

In response to a question regarding the state of Wisconsin’s “workers” movement since the failed recall of Governor Walker, Webb maintained that the setback has strengthened the movement, and declared that in this presidential election, “the message will be clear. The American working class is going forward, not back.”

Going “forward.” How about that?

For the umpteenth time, the question for all those considering voting for Obama who do not actively support the intentional overthrow of the American constitutional republic in favor of an openly socialist authoritarian regime is a simple one: “Why do you think the leadership of the Communist Party USA is out in the battleground states during these final days of the campaign, aggressively stumping for Obama?”

The answer, of course, is self-evident, as well as being explicitly and repeatedly stated by the communists themselves: they believe that Obama’s agenda is the most practical means to the socialist workers’ state.

A final question for the non-America-hating Obama “moderates”: “If the CPUSA’s longstanding party-line judgment on Obama is correct — that is, if his agenda really is the surest path to communism — why are you still supporting him?”

If you believe that the communists are completely misjudging Obama, and that his platform is not actually consistent with their goals, then I challenge you to take a look at their own case for his agenda and try to disprove their assessment. The same challenge goes out to all those in the Republican establishment who have spent the last four years inventing a new euphemistic vocabulary in order to escape the uncomfortable demands of correct English.

To be fair, Congress has kept its pro Israel relationship (mostly) intact, and certain actions from the regime have been in Israel’s favor. HOWEVER, the amount of damage, via leaks and assorted anti-Israel/anti-semitic verbiage (albeit through his surrogates),has been incalculably hostile and deleterious to Israel’s well being.

Think of it this way – it is as if a wife beater’s claims are to believed, simply because he says sorry and brings her flowers, but after a savage beating! Would any rational person accept said sincerity? Of course not. But a cowed, Stockholm Syndrome afflicted wife would. Similarly, the Obama Presidency has been nothing short of a browbeating beat down to its ‘friend’, aside from the occasional kisses and hugs.

Phew.

‘Ministry rejects Amos Gilad’s rebuke of Egypt’

“Defense ministry rejects senior defense official’s characterization of Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood’s rule as “terrible dictatorship.”

The comments by Defense Ministry security and diplomacy chief Amos Gilad do not reflect the positions of the security establishment nor do they reflect the positions of Gilad, the Defense Ministry clarified on Friday.

The Defence Ministry clarification comes in response toremarks made by Gilad earlier in the day at the IDC Herzliya’s “Strategic Fridays” event, in which he said that “There is no talking going on between (Israel’s) and Egypt’s political echelons, and I don’t think there will be.”

The Defense Ministry highlighted the positive aspects of Gilad’s lecture, pointing to the fact that Gilad’s central themes were the strategic importance of upholding the peace treaty with Egypt and maintaining good bilateral relations between the two countries.

The ministry concluded that Gilad had no intention of interfering with internal Egyptian politics but rather merely was expressing concern over possible upheaval in the Middle East.

In this respect, Gilad had referred to what he described as the radicalization of Egypt following the Muslim Brotherhood’s rise to power, saying “a terrible dictatorship sprouted from the desire for democracy (in Egypt).”

He also said that “[Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi] will not speak with us [Israel].”

Nevertheless, Gilad stressed that Israel must preserve the peace treaty with Egypt “at any cost.”

‘OBAMA ADMIN’S ‘LOOSE LIPS’ UNDER INVESTIGATION’

Grand jury to review use of classified information for political gain

“Members of a “citizens’ grand jury” will meet next week in Ocala, Fla., to look at allegations that the “loose lips” of the Obama administration led to the deaths of dozens of members of the U.S. military and the imprisonment of a Pakistan physician who helped locate Osama bin Laden – all to “bolster” the “political agendas” of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

A proposed indictment prepared by attorney Larry Klayman, a former Justice Department prosecutor, alleges actions by the current White House – such as Biden’s decision to reveal the identity of the military team whose members ultimately eliminated bin Laden – violated the best interests and security of the nation.

It quotes Kurt Tidd, vice admiral in the U.S. Navy, who said in a sworn Freedom of Information Act statement denying access to military information, “Although it is known that [Department of Defense] conducts military and intelligence operations in foreign nations, publicly disclosing a particular military or intelligence activity could cause the foreign government to respond in ways that would damage U.S. national interests.”

Klayman pointed out to WND that by a U.S. Supreme Court ruling, the grand jury is not a branch of the judicial, executive or legislative branches of government, but an entity to itself.

“Loose lips” is part of the World War II advisory to Americans that “loose lips sink ships,” a warning against releasing any information that could be used against the U.S. by its enemies under any circumstances.

According to the 1990s ruling in U.S. v. Williams, the Supreme Court determined the federal courts lack the authority to require a prosecutor to present specific information to a grand jury.

The opinion rejected the argument that the concept of “checks and balances” allows a court to “exercise supervisory power over grand jury proceedings.” Therefore, Klayman told WND, it is the ideal vehicle to bypass all of the political attachments of the judiciary and cut to the chase in evaluating a president’s actions.

“Justice Antonin Scalia held … that the grand jury’s functional independence from the judicial branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing and in the manner in which that power is exercised. Unlike [a] court, whose jurisdiction is predicated upon a specific case or controversy, the grand jury can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not,” he wrote.

In the same commentary, Klayman explained, the Founders of the country established the grand jury as an alternative to “violent revolution.”

It is a process by which “Americans themselves can enforce the law. This is our only recourse to hold the president and his accomplices truly accountable for their actions.”

On a website set up in support of the citizens’ grand jury, he writes, “With government corruption and treasonous acts running rampant, particularly with regard to President Obama and his administration, many have asked what ordinary American citizens can do to legally mete out justice. … There is only one strong legal mechanism that can be invoked. That is the so-called ‘citizens grand jury.’”

Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and later, FreedomWatch, has throughout his career identified and prosecuted government corruption, taking on powerful politicians on both sides of the aisle, up to and including Bill Clinton.

Klayman said there will be evidence, expert witnesses and other information provided under the authority of the 5th Amendment. Obama and Biden will have to appear, he added, or be evaluated while absent.

“Ocala in 2012 will become the Philadelphia of 1776,” he said.

The proposed indictment, which would be final only after review by the citizens grand jury, includes allegations that were spurred by the U.S. military raid in Pakistan that killed bin Laden.

While the Navy SEALS were successful, their identities were revealed only when Biden “was at a dinner at Washington’s Ritz Carlton Hotel and he said, ‘Let me briefly acknowledge tonight’s distinguished honorees. Admiral James Stavridis is a, is the real deal. He can tell you more about and understands the incredible, the phenomenal, the just almost unbelievable capacity of his Navy SEALs and what they did last Sunday… Folks, I’d be remiss also if I didn’t say an extra word about the incredible events, extraordinary events of this past Sunday. As vice president of the United States, as an American, I was in absolute awe of the capacity and dedication of the entire team, both the intelligence community, the CIA, the SEALs. It just was extraordinary.’”

Weeks later, insurgents in Afghanistan shot down a U.S. military helicopter, killing 30 Americans, “most of them belonging to the same elite Navy SEALS unit that killed Osama bin Laden,” the proposed indictment alleges.

Also, “As a direct result of this leak, Shakil Alfridi, a Pakistani doctor who aided the Central Intelligence Agency in tracking down Osama bin Laden, was arrested and sentenced to 33 years in jail when the Pakistani authorities discovered Afridi’s involvement with the CIA after an internal government probe.

“These leaks on national security coming from the White House undermine the men and women who put risks on their lives for us. This is not helpful. I suppose it could have served some short-term political gain, could have … told some nice story,” said U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., now the GOP nominee for vice president.

“But let’s ask this question: If you’re a doctor in Pakistan and the American government asks you to help in the future and you see that, what do you think you’re going to do? How are we going to get people to help us in the war on terror if this is how we treat our allies in the war on terror?”

The White House decision to grant Hollywood access to the raid details – for the purpose of movie that apparently will portray Obama and the hero – also was raised as an issue.

“Days after the raid, Hollywood was invited into the White House so that they could receive a briefing on exactly how the raid took place,” said Fred Rustman, a retired CIA officer, “What kind of sources we had. What kind of methods we used. All for the purpose of making a Hollywood movie.”

On another subject, there are allegations that Obama “ordered the release of classified intelligence assessments and documents that detail Israel’s most sensitive military zones. Released were staging grounds (air base) and logistics in Azerbaijan where Israel Defense could easily strike Iran. Israel, a United States ally, had a secret relationship with Azerbaijan or at least, it had. Azerbaijan had granted Israel access to airbases in its territory along Iran’s northern border for potential use in a military strike against Iranian nuclear facilities, a report published Wednesday in Foreign Policy magazine quoted senior U.S. officials as saying. ‘The Israelis have bought an airfield,’ an official said, ‘and the airfield is called Azerbaijan.’ … The Foreign Policy report by journalist Mark Perry, said the Obama administration believes the Jerusalem-Baku relationship is raising the risk of an Israeli strike on Iran. Senior U.S. officials have said that Israel’s military expansion into Azerbaijan is complicating U.S. efforts to defuse Israeli-Iranian tensions. ‘We’re watching what Israel is doing in Azerbaijan. And we’re not happy about it,’ one official said,” according to Klayman’s presentation.

Other questions have been raised on Obama’s orders regarding cyberwar, Obama’s secret kill list, and other issues.

“Information leaked was done so intentionally and wantonly without regard to, or concern for, the national security of the United States and whose only purpose was to bolster and promote Defendant Obama’s and Defendant Biden’s political agendas,” Klayman’s presentation explains.

Expected to be offered as evidence, too, are the testimonies of a number of people who have spoken out on the issue.

It is hardly likely that any indictment will be brought to bear before the election. However, the gravity of the issue requires forbearance and infinite patience.

It was Jarrett more than any other who made a manchurian candidate out of radical community organizer Barack Hussein Obama, having first hired his fiance Michelle Robinson back in 1991 when she was still Deputy Chief of Staff to Chicago Mayor Richard Daley.

Jarrett took Michelle, now Mrs. Barack Obama, with her when she left the mayor’s office to head Chicago’s Department of Planning & Development.

Until joining the Obama administration, Jarrett was CEO of the Habitat Co, a real estate development and management company, where she found notoriety as a slum landlady.

These positions of power fade in comparison to what Valerie Jarrett has been up to during the lead in to the November 6 election:

A break in the magician’s fog

While the creation of an October surprise of this nature could be relegated to the historical dustbin of speculation, it is here that a seemingly random series of dots – or events – come into view and the magic trick becomes exposed to those looking for the clues.

It was on July 31, 2012, about a month before the September 11 attack in Benghazi that a mortar ripped into the wall of the CIA occupied military intelligence building (research into ownership suggests a possible UK connection), now apparently designated as “the consulate in Benghazi.” The explosion did not cause any deaths or injuries and consequently, it did not make many headlines.

It is here that I rely on my well-placed intelligence source to help me understand the magic trick onstage. According to my source, our intelligence operatives noticed something unusual near that building. Seven members of the Iranian Red Crescent were milling about, almost like they were inspecting the damage. It was as if they were looking to see if the walls were reinforced, and assessing the response to that facility. The next instant, they were gone.

It was reported that the seven member contingent of the Red Crescent were inexplicably kidnapped by “armed men.”

Fast forward to October 6, 2012, about the time when Valerie Jarrett was reportedly meeting with Iranian officials in Qatar. The kidnapped Red Crescent delegation was suddenly, inexplicably and unceremoniously released unharmed in Libya after 65 days in captivity.

Rumors inside the intelligence community suggest that the Jarrett “October surprise” meetings with Iran were contingent on the release of the Iranian Red Crescent workers.”

Tuesday’s election is the reason why the Obama regime works feverishly to close the window on the tragedy in Benghazi.

“The Facebook page for Fatah in Lebanon has posted this picture of a mother dressing her young son with a suicide belt. Palestinian Media Watch has documented the ongoing glorification of violence and Martyrdom by the PA. This picture was posted on the Fatah Facebook page together with an imaginary conversation between the son who is being sent to his death and the mother encouraging it. “Why me and not you?” the child innocently asks his mother, who answers that she will continue to have more children “for the sake of Palestine”:

“My mother dressed me in a strange belt (i.e., a suicide belt).

I asked her: ‘What is this, mother?’
She said: ‘I will put it on you and you will go to your death!’
I said to her: ‘Mother, what have I done that you want me to die?’

During the years of the Palestinian Authority terror campaign (the Intifada, 2000 – 2005), Palestinian Media Watch documented that the PA actively promoted Martyrdom(Shahada) as an ideal that children should strive for. Music videos for children indoctrinating them to see Martyrdom as “sweet” were broadcast hundreds of times on PA TV. In recent years, Martyrdom for children continues to be glorified by the PA in contexts for children but with lesser frequency.

The following are two examples of encouraging children to seek death as Martyrs for Allah, and one example of two girls embracing this ideal:

This video, designed to offset a child’s natural fear of death, portrays Martyrdom as both heroic and tranquil. The film’s hero, a teenager, leaves a farewell letter describing the death he is seeking as pleasurable:

‘Palestinian Statehood, Terror, and the US Election’

“Whenever an insurgent group resorts to openly unjust means, its actions become incontestably terroristic. Even if the ritualistic Palestinian claim of a hostile Israeli “occupation” were somehow reasonable rather than invented, the corresponding right of entitlement to oppose Israel “by any means necessary” would be false.

Significantly, any openly unjust means would remain an obvious expression of terrorism, even if these means were sponsored by a now accepted sovereign state. Alternatively, in these post-independence circumstances, such means could also become a war crime.

Whatever the particular issue at hand, international law always has determinable form and content. Its principles and practices cannot be fashioned and re-fashioned by individual terror groups or by terror-supporting states in order to satisfy certain presumed geo-political interests. This is especially the case wherever terror violence purposely targets evidently fragile and vulnerable civilian populations.

Whatever their cause, national liberation movements that fail to meet the test of just means can never be protected as lawful or legitimate. Even if we could accept the intrinsically spurious argument that Hamas and/or Fatah are somehow able to fulfill the explicit criteria of “national liberation” movements, it would remain perfectly obvious that they still do not meet the recognizable standards of discrimination, proportionality, and military necessity. These authoritative standards of humanitarian international law are made most prominently applicable to insurgent organizations by the common Article 3 of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, and also by the two 1977 Protocols to the Conventions.

These core standards are also binding upon all combatants by virtue of broader customary and conventional international law, including Article 1 of the Preamble to the Fourth Hague Convention of 1907. This rule, generally called the “Martens Clause,” makes all persons responsible for upholding the “laws of humanity” and, reciprocally, the “dictates of public conscience.”

Under international law, the ends can never justify the means. As in the case of war between states, every use of force by insurgents must be judged twice, once with regard to the justness of the objective (in this case, a Palestinian state that seeks to be built upon the ruins of a correspondingly dismembered Israel), and once with regard to the justness of the means used toward achieving that annihilatory objective.

In law, murderers of mothers and young children who take an undisguised delight in the blood of their victims can never be “freedom fighters.” Indeed, if ever they should become entitled to such a laudatory designation, we would then have to recalculate the authentic meaning of international law. More precisely, we would have to concede that such law was really nothing more than a quaintly veneered authorization for unhindered evil.

American and European supporters of a Palestinian state continue to presume that Palestine would become an agreeable part of a two-state Solution. For these optimistic believers in “peace,” this 23rd Arab state will gratefully coexist with a still-standing Jewish state. Both U.S. presidential contenders should understand this presumption is plainly contradicted by the undisguised expectations of leading Palestinians, and is regularly dismissed everywhere else in the Arab/Islamic world.

29 October 2012: As a veteran investigator, I’ve learned long ago to shed my blinders and look at the larger picture, or look at all of the dots to see if any might connect. In the realm of politics, it also seems reasonable to consider the quote attributed to Joseph Kennedy in 1960: “There are no accidents in politics.” Furthermore, it is important to reconstruct the actions of all suspects, or in this case, elected officials, to determine “motives and means” amid a hefty dose of theatrical diversions that would make an accomplished magician envious.

October surprise

“The concept of an “October surprise,” or a news event with significant potential to influence the presidential election arose exactly forty years ago, when former National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger under then President Richard Nixon announced that an end of the Vietnam War was at hand. Applied to the present day, what one comparable announcement could be made that would have the same impact in scope and influence favoring the incumbent Obama. Given all that we know, let’s postulate that it would be an agreement hammered out between Obama and Iran where Iran would agree to halt its nuclear ambitions. That certainly would appear to be an accomplishment worthy of domestic and international praise, in spite of any inherent fragility.

In the shadow of the events in Benghazi, let’s connect a few dots to see where they take us.

The Earl Warren of 2012

Barack Obama promised Americans that he is committed to investigate any intelligence and security failures in Libya. To this end, it was announced in the Federal Register on October 4, 2012 that Thomas Pickering would be the chairman of the U.S. State Department’s Accountability Review Board, a commission charged with investigating the deaths of Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi. But who is Thomas Pickering and why was he selected to head the investigation?

Summoning the ghost of Earl Warren, Pickering appears to be a logical choice to select if one were to have an interest in controlling the public disclosure. Pickering, it appears, has quite a cozy history with Iran as extensively documented by Matthew Vadum in his October 24, 2012report.

The magic act continues

While the magician on stage activated the theatrical fog and diverted everyone’s attention elsewhere, the activities behind the scenes were in full swing. Concurrent with the appointment of Pickering to throttle the outflow of information about Benghazi, Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s Iranian born Senior Advisor, jetted to the nation of Qatar. Although her activities were concealed by the magician’s accomplice – the dutiful Western media – it was reported by theAsia Times last week that Jarrett met with senior Iranian officials to negotiate a deal pertaining to Iran’s nuclear weapon ambitions.

Talks about any such meetings or potential deal were quickly denied by the White House. What else would one expect, as premature disclosure would certainly ruin the outcome of the magic trick being performed right before our eyes.

A break in the magician’s fog

While the creation of an October surprise of this nature could be relegated to the historical dustbin of speculation, it is here that a seemingly random series of dots – or events – come into view and the magic trick becomes exposed to those looking for the clues.

It was on July 31, 2012, about a month before the September 11 attack in Benghazi that a mortar ripped into the wall of the CIA occupied military intelligence building (research into ownership suggests a possible UK connection), now apparently designated as “the consulate in Benghazi.” The explosion did not cause any deaths or injuries and consequently, it did not make many headlines.

It is here that I rely on my well-placed intelligence source to help me understand the magic trick onstage. According to my source, our intelligence operatives noticed something unusual near that building. Seven members of the Iranian Red Crescent were milling about, almost like they were inspecting the damage. It was as if they were looking to see if the walls were reinforced, and assessing the response to that facility. The next instant, they were gone.

It was reported that the seven member contingent of the Red Crescent were inexplicably kidnapped by “armed men.”

Fast forward to October 6, 2012, about the time when Valerie Jarrett was reportedly meeting with Iranian officials in Qatar. The kidnapped Red Crescent delegation was suddenly, inexplicably and unceremoniously released unharmed in Libya after 65 days in captivity.

Rumors inside the intelligence community suggest that the Jarrett “October surprise” meetings with Iran were contingent on the release of the Iranian Red Crescent workers.

Connecting the dots – exposing the magic trick

It is here that I needed to rely on my intelligence source to assist me in seeing through the clouded world stage. Do the dots connect?

Could it be that Obama’s “October surprise” was to announce that an agreement had been reached with Iran, that they would halt their nuclear ambitions much like the Kissinger “peace is at hand” announcement? If so, and if Iran had any involvement on a nation-state level in Benghazi, wouldn’t it seem logical that the truth about the attacks needed to be managed without any such mention of Iran? Who would be the best person to head such an investigation? And if Iran was behind the pre-planned and sophisticated 9/11 murderous attacks in Benghazi, could it be that the July 31, 2012 mortar attack was a probe of that facility’s defenses in advance of a future attack? That would explain the curious disappearance of the 7 member Iranian “Red Crescent” team, and their equally mysterious reappearance, unharmed, 65 days later.
