On Thursday, July 1, a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay convicted Chair of the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff on charges of treason and espionage after hearing evidence that linked the weaselly worm to a Chinese-sponsored plot aimed at impeaching the most patriotic president to have ever sat in the Oval Office.

In July 2019, Schiff grossly distorted and wildly mischaracterized Trump’s telephone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in which he is alleged to have withheld U.S. aid in return for an investigation into Hunter Biden. Both Trump and Zelenskiy refuted the allegations, but Schiff abused his authority in pressing Congress to move forward with an impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump.

In September 2019, the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps launched an investigation to determine whether Schiff’s actions violated House Rules, whether his grievances were constitutional.

JAG’s 6-month investigation proved that Schiff, like most Deep State operatives, had an unremitting addiction to opulence and happily accepted bribes in exchange for aiding enemies of the United States, when such actions aligned with his personal goals.

JAG and the Office of Military Commissions acquired evidence linking Schiff to a Chinese plot meant to depose Donald J. Trump. Specifically, Schiff had received “gifts” from a Chinese businessman named Li Wei. Wei was a senior executive at Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., the very company Hunter Biden owns 10% of.

The gifts included a rare 1954 Bao Dai Rolex valued at $5,000,000 and a Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport worth approximately $3,000,000, the later of which he surreptitiously auctioned at Sothebys.

The Office of Military Commissions claims Schiff blatantly violated the Gifts Rule of the House Ethics Committee, which forbids federal employees from accepting gifts for favors and requires that any item valued at over $166 be reported to the State Dept.

This evidence, in part, led to Schiff’s May 24 arrest and subsequent trip to Guantanamo Bay.

His Thursday tribunal lasted only two hours, with Vice Adm. John G. Hannink calling on the 3-officer panel to convict Schiff, who appeared without counsel, of high treason.

“Schiff’s greed, compounded by his seething hatred of Donald Trump, led him down a path of treasonous behavior. He is weak and malleable, and he did knowingly betray his oath of office in hopes of making money and staging a tacit coup against the elected President of the United States. Certainly, others must have known he received these gifts, and who they came from, but that was swept under the rug by a Deep State desperate to remove Trump from office. Schiff used aliases and proxies to launder many of his ill-gotten presents, but there’s always a trail,” Vice Adm. Hannink told the panel.

Asked to answer for his crimes, Schiff admitted he should have declined the gifts, but said they were “above board” and bore no relevance to his association with China, Li Wai, Joseph Biden, or Hunter Biden.

“Of course, I know these people,” Schiff said. “But Wai is a friend mine who struck good fortune and shared some of that with me, his friend. It had nothing to do with Trump. I have loyally served this nation for many years and don’t recognize this tribunal’s authority over me.”

Vice Adm. Hannink, as he had at previous tribunals, pulled the proverbial rabbit from a magic hat: via teleconference, Schiff’s wife Eve appeared on a video screen to testify against her husband. She told the tribunal that Schiff had accepted $20,000,000 in gifts and incentives to wage war against Donald Trump. She was able to produce receipts and ledgers, as well as personal correspondence between Schiff and Hunter Biden, proving Schiff’s payouts were meant as compensation for trying to dethrone Trump.

“The documents you see on screen, we have copies of,” Vice Adm. Hannink said, and passed the incriminating paperwork to the panel. “Mrs. Schiff, have you in anyway been coerced or compensated to give testimony against your husband?”

“I have not,” Eve Schiff said. “I was tired of the abuse. I’m glad this is finally over. I was tired of the lies, the manipulation, the evil that pervaded our home. Adam was never happy with a government salary. He was telling me how he hoped to get rid of Trump and get rich at the same time.”

“You’re getting what you deserve, Adam,” she addressed her husband personally, and the screen winked off.

Shortly thereafter, the three officers weighing the military’s case found Schiff guilty and recommended he receive capitol punishment for his crimes against America. Vice Adm. Hannink concurred, and scheduled Schiff’s execution for August 13.

KNOW THIS: the last time that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was mentioned at this end was when the below two-part interview took place, November 7, 2017. Wait and see …

AND while not one to mix apples and oranges, in a manner of speaking, this interview is entirely germane, that is, when it comes to the real power brokers who run U.S. foreign policy vis-à-vis their foreign puppet-leaders — in this instance, Israel, for the most part, who do as they are told.

IN this regard, how many have wondered why Israel — fielding the strongest and most lethal army in the Middle East, as well as having the ability to punch far above its weight against the west’s most fearsome forces — has yet to bury Hamas, war after war?? Well, wonder no longer.

AS such, this puzzling behavior can be directly tied back to the initial and out of the blue political rise, grooming, if you will, of former PM Netanyahu, yes, Bibi!

MOVING right along, how many realize that throughout his entire political ascendancy he (other top Israeli leadership, too) has been less than six degrees separated from the Council on Foreign Relations and its puppet-masters? Incontestably.

ALAS, when certain highly trusted policy-making types in Israel heard that a particular “connect the dots” mainstream interview was being conducted at this end re some delicate matters, the consensus was: do not leave out Bibi’s connection to the CFR!

SO, in furtherance of much needed airing re many jarringly, counter-intuitive policy moves made by Israeli leadership, lo and behold, an understanding of this knowledge sets the stage and shores up today’s video (featured at the end), thus, exposing three centers of evil in NYC! Now, there are many reasons (some are detailed at this interview, others are not) why PM Netanyahu continually caves and fails to execute his sworn obligation to vanquish declared genocidal foes. Unfathomably, he opines the same balderdash mantra, over and over again, “quiet will be met with quiet”, as if that means anything but hot air. Thankfully, there are some rational Israelis who understand when smoke is being blown, as former MK Dr. Ben-Ari intoned:

Nevertheless, in a nutshell, the following topic must be explored, particularly to shed light on what continually appears to be irrational decision-making coming out of PM Netanyahu’s administration. Admittedly, the following is mostly verboten in “polite” society, but that doesn’t mean squat at this end.

So in furtherance of some much needed disinfectant, we cannot veer away from a pressing question, the elephant in the (Israeli) room: how did a 27 year old, even though an MIT grad (as an aside, a school which I feel great kinship towards), attract top flight American movers and shakers to an anti-terrorism conference in 1979, which he hosted in memory of his fallen brother Yoni? Get this: in attendance were CIA Director George Bush, Council On Foreign Relations (CFR) executive George Shultz, and Richard Perle, President’s Reagan’s chief arms negotiator. Hmm.

Indeed, no one has to tell me the ins and outs of counter-terror conferences, and the basic type of invited guests. Generally, such a gathering would attract qualified law enforcement personnel, perhaps even a Police Chief or two. Otherwise, it would involve counter-terror professionals, noted academics in security and related arenas, maybe some lower level government officials and a smattering of technical experts, be they bomb-techs or the like. True, if he was in the throes of his career as head of a counter-terror institute (like Director of Israel’s “ICT” International Institute for Counter-Terrorism – http://www.ict.org.il/ ), instead of some 27 year old pisher, well, that’s another scenario. The sky could be the limit.

Moving right along…only three years later, in 1982, Israel’s Washington ambassador, Moshe Arens, plucked Netanyahu to be his deputy. Credo que absurdum, how did such a fortuitous posting occur? Manna from heaven? Accordingly, even the not so doubting Thomases understood that something was amiss and pressed Arens for an explanation. And explain he did:

“People got a good laugh when they heard I phoned a furniture factory (where Netanyahu was then employed) to find a deputy. What sold me on Bibi was his organization of the anti-terror conference, and the strong impression he made on the American leaders who participated.”

Do pigs fly? Do ambassadors become easily impressed by someone’s organizational skills, however adept? Heck, if this was remotely true, I would be running Israel! I am a master at said domain and have many heavy-weight contacts who would attest to said organizational creds, never mind my other fortes.

Lo and behold, the 2001 CFR annual report, listed Moshe Arens as a member of the CFR’s Foreign Advisory Committee. Incidentally, the PLO’s Hanan Ashrawi was next in alphabetical order. Oh joy. Interesting too. Furthermore, Arens admitted that Bush, Shultz, and Perle “advised” him to advance Netanyahu’s career. Naturally, he did.

Yet, the real elephants remain: why did they groom him? and to what end?

Morgan. other members of the CFR included names like Henry Davison, Thomas Thacher, Harold Swift, W. Averill Harriman, John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, Thomas Lamont, and Paul Cravath. Paul Warburg the creator of the Federal Reserve as well as Mortimer Schiff were also members as well as J.P. Morgans partner Russell Leffingwell, and various other partners of the Morgan Dynasty.

Although mostly secretive it is believed that funding for the CFR came from large banking interests and financial interests like Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Bernard Baruch, Jacob Schiff, Otto Kahn, and Paul Warburg. Today the funds to continue the Council of Foreign Relations is received by large Corporations like Xerox, General Motors, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Texaco.

Just like the Trilateral Commission the CFR tries to appear to be a humanitarian committee to the public. The Annual Reports issued by the CFR actually just consists of a smoke and mirror public image.”

Docs to reveal Epstein financial ties to Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Foundation (a/k/a William J. Clinton Foundation, a/k/a/ the Bill, Hilary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation), and Clinton Foundation Climate Change Initiative.

A federal judge has ruled to overturn documents in the Ghislaine Maxwell case related to her and deceased business partner/boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein’s dealings with the Clintons.

In court filings obtained by the Daily Mail Thursday, Judge Loretta Preska has ordered the release of dozens of documents from Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 defamation suit, which includes a request to reveal “funding received from the Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation.”

“Among the documents which will be made public in two weeks’ time will be Maxwell’s efforts to quash requests from Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who sued Maxwell for defamation, to obtain her financial records,” reports the Daily Mail.

Additionally, Judge Preska has ordered email accounts, which were previously kept secret from the court and which may also reveal ties to the British Royal family, to also be made public.

A federal judge has ruled to overturn documents in the Ghislaine Maxwell case related to her and deceased business partner/boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein’s dealings with the Clintons.

Additionally, Judge Preska has ordered email accounts, which were previously kept secret from the court and which may also reveal ties to the British Royal family, to also be made public.

The Mail reports during a recent hearing Judge Preska said she was not convinced by Maxwell’s defense arguments that “continued unsealing of these materials implicates her right to a fair trial in her pending criminal case.”

Amid the case, Maxwell’s lawyers filed for a protective order to limit the release of financial records, as Giuffre’s attorneys sought transactional data from Maxwell’s various companies and enterprises, specifically questioning any business dealings with the Clintons.

One doc states: “From January 2012 to the present, produce all documents concerning any source of funding for the TarraMar Project (Maxwell’s nonprofit) or any other not-for-profit entities with which you are associated, including but not limited to, funding received from the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Foundation (a/k/a William J. Clinton Foundation, a/k/a/ the Bill, Hilary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation), and the Clinton Foundation Climate Change Initiative.”

The document dump could be problematic for the Clintons, as former US President Bill Clinton flew on deceased convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet, dubbed the “Lolita Express,” at least 26 times according to flight logs, and he reportedly ditched his Secret Service protection for five of those flights.

The flight logs were filed with the Federal Aviation Administration and reported by Fox News in 2016.

Maxwell’s trial facing charges for sex trafficking conspiracy and perjury is set to start in November.

WHEN one is not a health expert, said recognition translates into relying upon those who are duly qualified — and this assessment hardly necessitates a degree in rocket science. On the other side of the spectrum, one needn’t possess said expertise to acknowledge the following: when government so-called experts, shills, if you will, push this and that through an incessant drum-beat, know that political weaponizing lies underneath. And, this is no conspiracy theory!

AFTER all, since when are political leaders (wherever they ride herd) the arbiters of “all things science-based?” More specifically, when they trot out bureaucrats who used to be scientists, that is, many moons ago, what gives them the right to call the shots, no pun intended? Not only that, what about an individual’s Constitutional right to choose this and that — be they masks or what not? Even more so, when the (American) mockingbird media parrots the very same mantra, well ….

NOW that that is settled, some of us have access to those who really know what’s what, yes, medically/scientifically based.

IN this regard, when masks were mandated back in March 2020 — more acutely, knowing that it would obstruct the breathing of the kiddies, it became a hot button topic among a group of surgeons who frequent the dining table of this writer’s significant other. Ditto re the mandate to vax via an experimental mRNA shot.

FULL DISCLOSURE: whereas much of the medical/scientific discussions amounted to little more than mumbo-jumbo to these ears, the bottom line became crystal clear: masks are dangerous re overall health, most significantly, when it comes to the kiddies!! Mind you, these top docs didn’t require a JAMA (or another) peer-reviewed study to convince them. Sheesh.

CO2 levels five times higher for children wearing masks, even for short periods of time, new study finds.

A group of clinical researchers are urging policy-makers not to require children to wear face masks, after finding that such masks cause a rapid buildup of carbon dioxide in the air breathed in while wearing masks

In a new study published by The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), entitled “Experimental Assessment of Carbon Dioxide Content in Inhaled Air With or Without Face Masks in Healthy Children,” Polish researchers found that within just three minutes, the level of carbon dioxide present in the air being breathed in by school children wearing masks was six times higher than the legal limit of 0.2% carbon dioxide by volume (2,000 parts per million), as set by the German Federal Environmental Office. In open-air settings, CO2 levels are about 0.04% by volume, or 400 parts per million.

The air being inhaled by mask-wearing children was also five times higher than the baseline carbon dioxide level without a face mask, averaging between 1.312% to 1.391% depending on the mask worn.

The study, a peer reviewed, randomized clinical trial, used both standard, surgical face masks and masks with filters, but found no significant difference in impact. Joint exhaled and inhaled air with surgical masks averaged 2.65% CO2, compared to 2.677% with filtering masks.

Carbon dioxide levels in the ambient air were consistently kept well under 0.1% during the study, or under half the maximum level set by German authorities, and averaged 0.074%, never rising above 0.083%.

A total of 45 Polish school children were included in the study, ranging in age from 6 to 17, with a median age of 10.7.

The researchers noted that while the study found highly elevated levels of inhaled carbon dioxide after just three minutes, “Children under normal conditions in schools wear such masks for a mean of 270 minutes.”

The child with the lowest level of inhaled carbon dioxide was still breathing in air three times higher than the 0.2% limit (2,000 parts carbon dioxide per million), while the child with the highest level, a seven-year-old, was inhaling air 12.5 times the highest permitted level, at 25,000 parts per million.

Based on the study’s findings, the authors urged policy makers to scrap mask mandates for children.

“We suggest that decision-makers weigh the hard evidence produced by these experimental measurements accordingly, which suggest that children should not be forced to wear face masks.”

The study also cited a large-scale study in Germany, published in the Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute this April, which found most children wearing masks suffered from respiratory impairment, declines in oxygen levels, and increased fatigue, as well as more frequent headaches.

On Monday morning former FBI Director James Comey died of natural causes; his heart stopped beating after a guillotine blade severed his head.

As reported previously, on June 4 the Office of Military Commissions found Comey guilty of murder and treason and decreed that he be decapitated on or before Independence Day. At 11:00 a.m. Monday, the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps fulfilled that promise, with Vice Adm. John G. Hannink presiding over a brief ceremony ahead of the execution.

Unlike Clinton and Podesta’s executions, Comey’s lacked fanfare; only a half dozen military personnel, including Marine Corps General David H. Berger, bore witness to Comey’s grisly but fitting demise. Also unlike previous executions, Comey’s lacked an execution detail. After two uniformed MPs escorted Comey to the ghoulish apparatus and laid his head on the chopping block, Vice Adm. Hannink personally pulled the lever that dropped the 88-pound blade from a height of 14 feet. Comey’s head fell into a basket, which was then sealed and taken to an unknown location.

The execution took place near the Windward Point Lighthouse on the southern edge of Guantanamo Bay. A source familiar with the event told Real Raw News that the guillotine used to end Comey’s life was one that he and former President Barack “Hussein” Obama had intended to use on law-abiding patriots. In that sense, the execution device was symbolic of Comey’s hatred toward America and its people.

In the moments leading up to his demise, Comey started kicking and screaming as the MPs dragged him to the guillotine. He reportedly blurted, “Oh, God, please don’t kill me. I didn’t do anything wrong. I only ever followed orders. I have children. I don’t want to die. This isn’t justice.”

“You had many opportunities to accept a deal. Now it’s too late,” Vice Adm. Hannink replied flatly.

“I don’t deserve this. I don’t deserve this,” Comey went on.

The MPs secured a locking mechanism across his neck that left him immobile. His arms were spread eagle, and shackles were fastened to wrists, pinning him to the platform. When the blade fell, Vice Adm. Hannink took a moment to address the small assembly.

“We don’t enjoy this. He had several chances to avoid this fate, and he refused them all. Justice has been served today,” he said.

Speakers at Towson University’s virtual “Antiracist Pedagogy Symposium” criticized university writing curriculum and programs for being racist and perpetuating Whiteness.

The event occurred on June 17.

April Baker-Bell, associate Professor of Language, Literacy, and English Education at Michigan State University, argued that idea of Standard English among teachers is used to maintain racist assumptions about “Black language.”

Bell stated it is evident that “anti-Blackness that is used to diminish black language of Black students in classrooms is not separate from the rampant and deliberate anti-black racism and violence inflicted upon black people in society.”

“Teacher attitudes include assumptions that Black students are somehow linguistically, morally, and intellectually inferior because they communicate in Black language,” said Bell.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania English professor Cristina Sánchez-Martín stated that her efforts are designed to contribute to “undoing Whiteness” in university students’ writing.

“The repeated references to ‘correct grammar’ and ‘standard language’ reinforce master narratives of English only as White and monolingualism and a deficit view of multilingualism,” said Sánchez-Martín.

Facebook has suffered a major defeat thanks to the Texas Supreme Court. They are being sued over facilitating a child sex ring and tried to get out of it by declaring they are protected by Section 230. But, they have no problem censoring conservatives but does that keep them so busy they can’t do anything about a site that runs a teen sex ring. This just goes to show you that you don’t mess with Texas.

They can appeal to the Supreme Court but I doubt they would even take the case, meaning that the Texas Supreme Court’s ruling stands. This could cost Facebook dearly. If they make a settlement or have a big judgement against them, it could embolden others to sue over various actions instituted by Facebook. I would like to see a successful lawsuit against Facebook for censoring conservatives.

Business Insider reported:

The Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday that Facebook can be held liable for sex traffickers that use its platform to recruit and prey on child victims.

As the Houston Chronicle reported, the ruling followed three local lawsuits involving teenage victims who had met their traffickers through Facebook’s messaging tools. The plaintiffs said Facebook was negligent and did not attempt to key sex trafficking off its technology.

Facebook has argued that it is shielded by the protections of Section 230 — part of an internet law that states online platforms are not liable for what people post on their services — and should therefore not be held responsible for what is posted on its platform.

But the Texas Supreme Court said Section 230 doesn’t mean Facebook can operate as a “lawless no-man’s-land,” as the Chronicle reported.

But the Texas Supreme Court said Section 230 doesn’t mean Facebook can operate as a “lawless no-man’s-land,” as the Chronicle reported.

According to the Human Trafficking Institute’s 2020 Federal Human Trafficking Report, 65% of online sex trafficking took place on Facebook.

CBS News reported:

Data from the last two decades included in the human trafficking report showed that 30% of all victims identified in federal sex trafficking cases since 2000 were recruited online.

In 2020 in the U.S., 59% of online recruitment of identified victims in active cases took place on Facebook alone. The report also states that 65% of identified child sex trafficking victims recruited on social media were recruited through Facebook.

Twitter is also being sued for the same thing. A boy had his picture placed on Twitter and when he complained, Twitter told him the picture did not violate their standards. Another victim then joined the lawsuit. Hope it costs them a fortune.

WHEN all is said and done (within many professional and personal realms), the truth is often revealed through a most basic tool utilized by law enforcement, that is, “follow the money.” In fact, forensic accounting has been known to be the lynch-pin to many criminal and civil cases.

AS such, former AG Barr — who represented the tippy-top of the law enforcement spear — should have known that opening and closing a phantom non-profit wouldn’t fly under the radar, especially, once he double-crossed President Trump and played deaf, dumb, and blind to election fraud. On June 21 the Office of Military Commissions convicted former Attorney General William Barr on charges of treason, buttressing Donald J. Trump’s assertion that Deep State operatives had infiltrated nearly every crevice of his administration. Upon learning of Barr’s fate, Trump reportedly told his inner circle “Justice was served” and that Deep Staters masquerading as Republicans are not impervious to military justice.

Real Raw News can now report that Barr was taken into custody on May 21, when U.S. Marines operating under the guidance of the Insurrection Act arrested the traitor at his McClean, Virginia, home. He was promptly taken to Guantanamo Bay, where he lived in a 6X9’ cell while awaiting his tribunal date.

On Tuesday Barr had his day in court. In an opening statement, he said he had been fiercely loyal to Donald J. Trump prior to his ousting. He said he had helped craft many of the indictments on which the military was now acting, under the belief that Trump was interested in “draining the swamp.” But in November Barr had an epiphany; he told the tribunal that Trump had instructed him to author indictments on persons who had no ties to the political arena, and that it was his opinion that Trump’s indictments were designed to settle personal scores and vendettas, not to restore political integrity.

“President Trump subverted my trust and judicial authority. When he showed me a list of people to be indicted, I was shocked. I asked him why this or that person was being indicted, and he told me ‘Because they’re criminals, Bill.’ When I asked for proof, he told me ‘Don’t worry, Bill, we’ll find the proof.’ I refused to participate any further in his witch hunt, and that’s why I tendered my resignation on 23 December,” Barr addressed the tribunal.

His explanation didn’t seem to impress Rear Adm. Darse E. Crandall, who had successfully prosecuted the military’s case against John Podesta.

“An interesting, largely fictional telling of what happened. Let’s be honest with each other here, Mr. Barr. You were given an opportunity to resign—to save face. Not that it mattered because, unbeknownst to you, you were already under scrutiny. If you had moral and ethical issues with the indictments back in April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November, why would you wait until Dec 23 to resign? That doesn’t make much sense,” Rear Adm. Crandall said.

Barr countered that he wanted to give Trump every chance to realize he had taken a precipitous turn toward the dark side and to return to the light.

“I tried to help him,” Barr said.

“The truth is exactly the opposite, isn’t it, Mr. Barr. Trump kept you around because he keeps his friends close and his enemies closer, and he gave you every opportunity to amend your mistakes. Then you stabbed him in the back by denying election fraud and supporting a fraudulent president. And certainly you understand that bribery, especially for an appointed official, is akin to treason,” Rear Adm. Crandall said.

He showed the panel incontrovertible proof of Barr’s criminal maleficence—financial documents proving the Barrs—William and Christine—had received a $7,000,000 “donation” deposited into a 501C3 titled “Conservative Truth Initiative.” The depositor, a Chinese national with indisputable ties to the DNC, spread the funds across several bank accounts. The deposits had hit the Barrs’ accounts on 2 December, one day after Barr excoriated Trump on national television.

“I submit to you,” Rear Adm. Crandall told the three-officer tribunal, “that William Barr did knowingly collaborate with the enemy to undermine and delegitimize the democratically elected President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and in doing so betrayed his oath to the U.S. Constitution. Simply put, treason.”

“What I did was take action to protect the United States. If I had to, I’d do it again. I’d do it five times over,” Barr said.

Fifteen minutes later, the panel found Barr guilty of treason, seditious conspiracy, advocating overthrow of government, recruiting for the service against the United States, and enlistment to serve against the United States, and decreed that he be executed for his crimes in accordance with U.S.C. Title 18 and provisions specified in the Insurrection Act of 1807.

Rear Adm. Darse has scheduled Barr’s hanging for August 2.

Liberal billionaire George Soros continues his push for his preferred left-wing prosecutors across the country, this time quietly racking up a guaranteed victory with $200,000 spent in Norfolk, Virginia.

Soros’s cash infusion, which has slipped under the radar, includes $157,000 from his Justice & Public Safety PAC and $41,500 from his Democracy PAC to Ramin Fatehi, a state and federal prosecutor who won a three-way Democratic primary on June 8. He is now the only candidate on the ballot for the November general election for Norfolk’s commonwealth’s attorney.

Fatehi is the latest in a string of prosecutor candidates Soros has backed to reshape the Virginia criminal justice system. In 2019, Soros provided a significant cash infusion to three winning progressive candidates, Parisa Dehghani-Tafti in Arlington County (nearly $1 million from Soros); Buta Biberaj in Loudon County ($850,000 from Soros); and Steve Descano in Fairfax County ($600,000 from Soros). Soros also pushed $5,000 to Jim Hingeley in Albemarle County. However, unlike the other areas, most of that race’s funds did not come from Soros, but rather Sonjia Smith, a Democratic megadonor in Virginia politics.

Soros views prosecutors, who decide what crimes to prosecute and let slide, as a significant component of overhauling the criminal justice system. For years he has funded far-left prosecutor candidates in multiple areas, including Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, Kim Foxx in Chicago, and Kim Gardner in St. Louis. His cash frequently boosts the furthest left candidates running in Democratic primaries.

Fatehi favors lax enforcement and views crime as a “symptom of structural racism.” According to his campaign website, Fatehi supports decriminalizing and legalizing marijuana possession, abolishing cash bail, abolishing the jury trial penalty, and making the system honor “the principle that Black Lives Matter.”

“The old-fashioned view about public safety was not taking into account externalities,” Fatehi told The Appeal. “It was focused on the idea of crime as an evil unto itself. Where I part ways is in recognizing that crime is a symptom. It’s a symptom of structural racism, of systematic community disinvestment, of redlining, unequal school policy, the lack of jobs, lack of transportation, a lack of opportunities, intergenerational barriers to wealth building, the disinvestment in the treatment of the mentally ill – all of these things are really what produced the symptoms, but then we as prosecutors are charged with essentially trying to deal with it, and then are blamed also when they perhaps increase or decrease.”

“I think where those of us who are in the progressive movement diverge, is that we recognize that these externalities exist,” Fatehi said. “It’s incredibly expensive, imprisoning people, jailing them, supervising them. We are disinvesting from our own community. We’re pulling human capital and dollars away from things like mental health treatment, drug treatment, education, housing contracts, and so on.”

Fatehi’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment on Soros’ cash. Whitney Tymas, the treasurer of Soros’s Justice & Public Safety PAC, and Michael Vachon, Soros’ spokesperson and the treasurer of his Democracy PAC, also did not respond to inquiries on Soros’ efforts.

Soros has bankrolled numerous initiatives intending to overhaul the criminal justice system. In 2020, his Open Society Foundations network pledged $70 million to local efforts for such reforms. The cash was part of a more significant $220 million push at racial equality.

Soros also funneled cash into an effort that calls for abolishing the police. In 2019, his Foundation to Promote Open Society, a nonprofit in his sprawling network, earmarked $1.5 million to the Community Resource Hub for Safety and Responsibility. The cash funded the creation of the group, which reviewed “alternatives to policing in the context of police abolitionist frameworks” in a memo to organizers.

Leonard Noisette, head of the Justice Team at Soros’s Open Society Foundations, said the network backs communities determining “what alternatives” to policing make sense for them.

“OSF supports the exploration and development of alternatives to current policing practices, and the Hub serves as a clearinghouse of ideas and resources to help advocates determine how best to improve police practices in their communities,” Noisette said. “We defer to communities regarding what alternatives make sense for them, including substantially shifting funding for the current approach to policing/law enforcement into services that address societal challenges while doing less harm.”

The Office of Military Commissions on Tuesday convicted former President William Jefferson Clinton on charges of treason and child trafficking, but sentenced him to life in prison instead of death after he threw himself on the mercy of the court in a tearful collapse.

The three officers serving as both judge and jury rendered a verdict less than two hours into the proceedings, as Vice Adm. John G. Hannink, prosecuting JAG’s case, provided evidence of Clinton’s participation in “adrenochrome parties” and of his many visits to Epstein Island, where he and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had taken part in drug-fueled parties with underage children.

Many of those children, Vice Adm. Hannink told the panel, were victims of a child trafficking ring that Bill and his now-deceased wife had orchestrated during Clinton’s presidency. It eventually blossomed into a $1,000,000,000/year industry in which the Clintons and their friends either profited from or partook in criminal, lascivious behavior. Vice Adm. Hannink showed the tribunal transaction records proving that minors—often runaways and orphans—were routinely flown on chartered jets to Epstein Island and other secret locations, including the Clintons’ majestic $3,000,000 mansion on Whitehaven Street, Washington, D.C.

“Innocent children were coming and going from that home, and no one said a word. No one said a word because Bill Clinton controlled everything. Since all his pals were involved, no one talked back then, as talking would have implicated them or got them killed. Make no mistake, for the Clintons, killing was as easy as breathing. Bill Clinton, rapist, murderer, traitor, had limitless power to engage in reprehensible crimes,” Vice Adm. Hannink said.

As he spoke, Clinton’s attorney David E. Kendall continued his courtroom theatrics, accusing the tribunal of malicious prosecution, and showcasing flimsy evidence.

“With deference to the commission, my client never visited Epstein Island. Yes, his name appears on multiple flight manifests, but not in his handwriting. He never raped anyone, and all those women claiming he did were just seeking a moment of fame in the limelight. My client, a former president of the United States, should be shown all the respect of a man having held his position,” Kendall said.

Vice Adm. Hannink responded by producing a dozen images, which he showed the tribunal, that clearly showed Bill, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell engaging in sexual activity with underage boys and girls.

“We obtained these photographs courtesy of Ghislaine Maxwell,” Vice Adm. Hannink said. “And we have many more.”

“She rolled on me?” Clinton blurted.

Kendall objected, citing hearsay.

Before he could finish his objection, Vice Adm. Hannink maneuvered to a laptop at the prosecutor’s table and rapped on the keys. A moment later, the face of Ghislaine Maxwell, live via a ZOOM call from her 6X9’ foot holding cell in a NY prison, appeared on screen. She corroborated the prosecution’s arguments, claiming she had personally witnessed Clinton have sex with 23 different minors between 1995-2016.

In either a transformative moment or a ploy, Clinton suddenly broke down in tears. He asked the tribunal for a moment to confer privately with his lawyer, and Vice Adm. Hannink put the tribunal on recess for 15 minutes.

Afterward, Kendall addressed the court: “William Jefferson Clinton committed the most egregious crimes known to man. He is truly remorseful and regrets his crimes. He accepts full accountability. He stipulates to all charges, and asks to be spared capitol punishment. He is 74 years old and in poor health and has one foot in the grave already. His only child has been left motherless. Should she be left fatherless, too?”

‘That only child will be here soon enough,” Vice Adm. Hannink interjected.

“Death for my client would be a swift and merciful punishment. If you don’t feel he deserves mercy, then spending whatever life he has left in prison would be a more fitting punishment. He throws himself on the mercy of this tribunal in making that decision,” Kendall finished.

“Were it up to me, personally, I’d show him no mercy, but it is these officers who must decide,” Vice Adm. Hannink said.

The officers charged with deciding Clinton’s fate spent an hour in private deliberation, after which they unanimously agreed that Clinton would spend the last years of his life at GITMO’s Camp Delta, there to endure the same treatment afforded the Islamic Jihadists who had once inhabited the gruesome dwelling.

The nation’s top psychologists, entrusted with executive decisions on the treatment of mental health, are exposed in private email exchanges obtained by The Gateway Pundit pathologizing all conservatives as mentally ill and untreatable.

No amount of therapy cannot remedy “ignorant,” “paranoid,” “strange” “delusional,” “stupid,” “narcissist” conservatives who support “corruption and incompetence,” the executive board members of the National Alliance of Professional Psychology Providers contend.

In a June 4 email, executive director of NAPPP Dr. John Caccavale warns:”Trump supporters may share some of the narcissistic traits that were exhibited by the former president himself during his 2020 re-election campaign.”

The nationally renowned psychologists linked to an article corroborating his theory about Trump supporters’ narcissism titled, “Study pinpoints two aspects of pathological narcissism that predicted the intention to vote for Trump in 2020.”

In another email, Caccavale, who also serves on the board of the National Institute of Behavioral Health Quality and the American Board of Behavioral Practice, derides white people who voted for Trump.

“What about those white people who believe Democrats are eating children in back of a pizza parlor?” he bemoaned on June 17. “What about all the white Qanon morons?”

According the NAPPP website, Caccavale is a California licensed clinical and neuropsychologist, a trained psychopharmacologist and “advocates for psychotherapy as a first line treatment for behavioral disorders.”

The source who documented the email exchange, a Gateway Pundit reader, wishes to remain anonymous, insists the hatred harbored by these doctors for at least half of their patients must be made public.

“I am doctor (psychologist) who often receives emails from a national psychologist organization’s listserv that constantly promotes abusive language targeting all who are politically right-of-center,” the source told the TGP. “I believe their overt hate speech and dehumanizing vitriol toward conservatives must finally be exposed.

“The Board has acted in any way but ‘Professional’ and has repeatedly spread emails to our colleagues with nothing short of shocking disdain for anyone, including their own patients, who voted for Trump and/or disagree with Democrat policies.”

In the disturbing exchange, NAPPP board member Dr. Morris, a clinical psychologist who has developed and owned psychiatric hospitals, expresses agreement with psychologist Howard Rubin’s argument contending a recent study which found almost half of the U.S. allegedly believes dinosaurs still exist, “accounts for Trump being elected POTUS and why a lot of people believe he still should be.”

Conservatives have a collective mental illness that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy cannot alleviate, Dr. Caccavale replied on June 5.

“I just wonder how a society can survive with so much stupidity, ignorance, and adherence to mass shared delusions,” Caccavale wrote. “No CBT for these folks.”

In an October 5, 2020 email, Morris rails amongst his colleagues against Republicans and voters in red states.

“Dear colleagues, my correspondence with my congressman on this one, a republican state, always results in them giving me a BS answer and indicating that they are all for Social Security cuts in various ways. I know this is not CMS, but these people in the red states simply support this kind of thing. Voucher Vote your interest!”

Dr. Michael Zakaras, a NAPPP clinical psychologist who offers adult, adolescent and family psychotherapy, in Nov. 9, 2019 email notes, “[I] wish to present at the next napp conference unless it is in Africa{mandatory PC check)” then touts a “national ad campaign for mental health treatment. i think even ms [Mississippi] rednecks would find this funny.”

In an April 3, 2020 email denouncing Republicans for “supporting corruption and incompetence, Dr. John Caccavale says he’s in agreement with Dr. Jerry Morris about the GOP:

As usual, Jerry is correct but I do not expect anything soon coming out of the trump administration or from some states. Here in CA our governor has but mental health as a top priority… NAPPP and AMP have contacted his office to see how we can help with recruiting and policy issues. Unlike in other states controlled by Republicans, and no this is not a political statement, it’s a fact, healthcare in general is unimportant… many Republican lawmakers have stated that the ‘economy is more important than losing a few lives.’ Supporting corruption and incompetence even when that corruption is not illegal does not make for being a good person.

In a Nov 1, 2019 email, Dr. Caccavale slams Republican Rep. Vicky Hartzler, for attending a “Conversion Therapy” discussion, in which people who used to identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer say they are now heterosexual and were able to shed their previous orientation by embracing their Christian faith.

The GOP congresswoman believes “prayer alone can guide one to sound health. Science is not an option,” Caccavale admonished. “Our country is divided along many different lines but lack of intellect has to be in first place.”

So much so, a mere mortal would have been serving several life-terms in prison, that is, if justice hadn’t been rendered meaningless.

Attorney David E. Kendell spent Monday morning trying to exonerate his client, William Jefferson Clinton, despite conceding to a military tribunal that a 1993 audio recording implicating Clinton in the deaths of 76 Branch Davidians was indeed authentic. An independent audio forensic laboratory, Primeau Forensics, confirmed that Clinton had given the wanton and callous order to raze the compound with no regard for its occupants.

Nonetheless, Kendell held fast to his legal strategy: Blame Hillary Clinton.

He argued that although the tape was authentic, it was also exculpatory, because Bill and Hillary had had a private conversation 20 minutes prior to his chat with Reno, Chipman, and Sessions. Hillary had browbeat Bill into ordering the assault under threat that she would seek a divorce and leave him penniless unless he complied, Kendall explained to the three officers judging the military’s case against Clinton.

“My client is a weak man, and he was a weak husband to a foul creature, but he is no murderer. Hillary Clinton pshycologically manipulated William Jefferson Clinton at every turn,” Kendall said.

Vice Adm. Hannink cleared his throat. “Aren’t you a little old for courtroom theatrics, Mr. Kendall? These legal stunts may have worked for you in other venues—forty years ago. Your argument is irrelevant, and even if it wasn’t, Hillary Clinton isn’t here to testify.”

“No thanks to you,” Kendall quipped.

“You’re testing the patience of this commission, Mr. Kendall. There’s a limit to our latitude,” Vice Adm. Hannink replied.

After a brief recess, Vice Adm. Hannink discussed the 1999 bombing campaign against Serbian targets in the former Yugoslavia. The air raids, Bill Clinton said at the time, were carried out to halt widespread ethnic cleansing being perpetrated by Serbian forces against Albanian Muslims in Kosovo. The airstrikes ended after 10 weeks when the Serbians agreed to a peace accord that called for the withdrawal of Serbian forces from Kosovo and their replacement by NATO peacekeeping troops.

“Ethnic cleansing is an unimaginable crime, and we’re not here to question whether participating in the campaign was right or wrong. We are here to prove that Bill Clinton’s altruistic motives for involving the United States were farcical, and his true motivation, as with all things Clinton, was personal profit. That he accepted enormous quantities of cash, from multiple parties, in exchange for military aid. In doing so, he turned the U.S. military into a mercenary force, an act of treason,” Vice Adm. Hannink said.

Two weeks prior to the bombing campaign, the Clintons began receiving substantial deposits into several Cayman Island bank accounts, which, Vice Adm. Hannink said, the Clintons jointly controlled. Five million dollars from U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annon. Three million dollars from German Chancellor Gerard Schroeder. Five million dollars from Italian Prime Minister Massimo D’Alema. Four million dollars from Ibrahim Rugova, leader of the ethnic Albanians in the Serbian province of Kosovo.

Vice Adm. Hannink showed the tribunal financial transaction records that corroborated the Judge Advocate General’s Corps’ allegations.

“Where did you obtain these records?” Kendall asked.

“Snakes in the grass, Mr. Kendall, snakes in the grass. Not all of detainee Clinton’s friends are really his friends,” Vice Adm. Hannink said. “Your client was by no means a pauper, but he and his wife left office immensely wealthy people. In this case, he lied to Congress, involving our nation in a 47-day, trillion-dollar conflict for personal profit.”

“Even if true, and I’m not saying it is, you’re bringing up things that happened over 30 years ago, dated material. What will you blame on my client next? The extinction of the dinosaurs? What has my client done lately?” Kendall asked.

Vice Adm. Hannink smirked, and said “lately” would be the topic of Tuesday’s proceedings. He declared the tribunal in recess until ten hundred hours on Tuesday.

WHAT is really surprising is that well-meaning, live and let live folks are shocked ! shocked ! by a burning anti-American hatred that afflicts countless within the radical left trans community. For heaven’s sake, it is as if those who are afflicted with a mental health disorder, gender dysphoria, are expected to be rational thinkers!

MORE specifically, the trans community exhibits a visceral hatred towards America’s traditional underpinnings that are based upon Judeo-Christian values — of which the flag is its most visible symbol. BMX Freestyle rider Chelsea Wolfe, who qualified as an alternate to represent the U.S. at this year’s summer Olympics in Tokyo, said last year that her goal was to win an Olympic medal “so I can burn a US flag on the podium.”

“My goal is to win the Olympics so I can burn a US flag on the podium. This is what they focus on during a pandemic. Hurting trans children,” Wolfe wrote on Facebook on March 25, 2020, along with a link to a PinkNews story about the Trump administration’s stance on transgender girls in female athletics.

Donald J. Trump has vowed to free 500 of his supporters who have been wrongfully imprisoned for allegedly storming the Capitol building on Jan 6. Per sources involved in Trump’s Deep State purge, less than a handful of those 500 had entered the building, and Capitol police had graciously granted entry to those few. Nonetheless, Biden’s ‘criminal’ justice department has waged a war of attrition against law-abiding Trump supporters and God-fearing American patriots.

On Saturday afternoon, Trump and his inner circle discussed on a private conference call the Biden regime’s incessant war on freedom. Stephen Miller and Stephen K. Bannon, both of whom have been operating behind the scenes, expressed dismay that the FBI and ATF were still conducting “secret arrests” on innocent conservatives who had no link or only a tangential link to the events that transpired on Jan 6.

As of this writing, the Biden regime is holding 500 Trump supporters in “pre-trial detainment” at six clandestine confinement centers—concentration camps—in the outskirts of Washington, D.C. Biden’s ineffectual attorney general, Merrick Garland, has labeled them domestic terrorists and is indefinitely detaining them under provisions outlined in the Patriot Act. The detained have been denied bail, visitations, and basic rights given to convicted murders.

Trump, our source said, is outraged at the inhumane treatment his followers are receiving.

“There’s been discussion on whether to call on the military to raid these internment camps and free these patriots, but there’s concern it might cause backlash, especially since Trump still hopes to be reinaugurated in the coming months,” our source said.

Stephen K. Bannon, he added, has pressed trump to use the “nuclear option,” or military, immediately, as several jailed Trump supporters have reportedly become ill and are being denied appropriate medical treatment. At least one, our source said, had a heart attack and had lain unattended on a filthy floor for six hours before guards discovered his lifeless corpse. Another prisoner came precariously close to dying from a brain infection after his tooth abscessed and his cries for help went unanswered. Yet another nearly choked on his own blood after consuming mashed potatoes laced with glass shards.

Our source would not reveal how Trump’s team obtained the intelligence, but he insists its veracity is infallible.

While Bannon wants immediate results, Miller and Trump’s eldest son, Don Jr., have urged Trump to consider a measured approach: wait for inauguration to pardon them.

“Their fear is that if the military rescues them, they will still be on Kamala Harris’s hit list. They’ll be fugitives at large, considered armed and dangerous.
