Friends of murdered Brooklyn activist Ryan Thoresen Carson say he’d feel sorry for the teenage criminal who stabbed him to death, and would want his killing to be used to further advance left-wing policies in NYC.
Carson was attacked at around 4am on Monday morning while waiting for a bus with his girlfriend, Claudia Morales, in Bedford Stuyvesant, New York.
They had just arrived back in the city from a wedding in Long Island. His attacker has not yet been named. Police continue to hunt for the suspect, who locals say is a ‘teenager’.

Officials insisted on calling a girl a boy despite instructions from parents
A court in Wisconsin has ruled against a school in a huge case in which parents sued the Kettle Moraine district for setting up a secret process to give their children “gender” appropriate names and pronouns – and conceal that action from parents.
Luke Berg, of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, said, “This victory represents a major win for parental rights. The court confirmed that parents, not educators or school faculty, have the right to decide whether a social transition is in their own child’s best interests. The decision should be a warning to the many districts across the country with similar policies to exclude parents from gender transitions at school.”
The ruling was from the Waukesha County Circuit Court and said Kettle Moraine School District violated parents’ constitutional rights to raise their own children by allowing minor students to change gender identity at school without parental consent, and even over their objection, WILL reported.
“The order enjoins the school district from ‘refer[ring] to students using a name or pronouns at odds with the student’s biological sex, while at school, without express parental consent.’ The decision sets a significant precedent that will help achieve greater wins across the country,” WILL noted.
Kate Anderson, of the ADF, which worked with WILL on the dispute, said, “Parents’ rights to direct the upbringing and education of their children is one of the most basic constitutional rights every parent holds dear.
“Yet we are seeing more and more school districts across the country not only ignoring parents’ concerns but actively working against them. The court was right to respect the serious concerns of these parents by holding that Kettle Moraine School District’s policy, which undermines parents and harms children, violates the Wisconsin Constitution.”
The two legal organizations brought the fight against Kettle Moraine “for supporting and affirming a minor student’s gender transition at school over the parents’ objection,” the report said.
The situation involved a couple’s daughter who began to question her gender in 2020, and “for a time, wanted to go by a male name and pronouns while at school,” WILL said.
“Her parents sought professional and medical support for her, deciding after extensive research that immediately treating her as a boy would not be in her best interest. Their daughter is now grateful she never transitioned. The parents communicated their decision to district staff, but the district refused to respect their decision—forcing them to withdraw her from the school,” the organizations confirmed.
“Just a few weeks later, their daughter realized her parents were right and expressed that the ‘affirmation’ that she was a boy ‘really messed her up,'” the report said.
WILL and ADF had cited the opinions of Dr. Erica Anderson, a licensed psychologist with over 40 years of experience and Dr. Stephen Levine, a clinical psychiatrist and professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
They warned that actions like the school’s could create a negative outcome for children with dysphoria issues.
The court’s summary judgment for the parents said their constitutional right to “direct the upbringing and education of children under their control” is protected under both the Wisconsin and United States’ Constitutions, and it includes the right to decide whether a social transition is best for their child.
“The school district could not administer medicine to a student without parental consent. The school district could not require or allow a student to participate in a sport without parental consent. Likewise, the school district cannot change the pronoun of a student without parental consent without impinging on a fundamental liberty interest of the parents,” the ruling said.

Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark A. Milley has promised JAG investigators at Guantanamo Bay “an epic payback” unless he is set free and Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall surrenders to the proper authority, either his replacement, Woke General Charles Q. Brown, or Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, JAG sources told Real Raw News.
As reported previously, Milley was arrested last month on treason charges and brought to GITMO to await a military tribunal. In custody he spun an incredulous yarn—telling investigators his arrest was unlawful because he and Trump were secretly working together to expose Deep Staters in the U.S. Armed Forces, among them General Smith, 5th Special Forces Group commander Col. Brent Lindemen, and Adm. Crandall, according to Milley.
Our source said that Trump on September 29 contested Milley’s claims, saying instead that Milley embodied the Deep State’s evils and was “an embarrassment and the worst general the country has ever seen.”
“This guy is playing games or off his rocker,” Trump said on a call with Adm. Crandall. “Why the hell would he say he’s working for me knowing I’d deny it? Don’t let this guy play crazy.”
The admiral assured Trump that JAG’s case against Milley was ironclad, bulletproof.
When investigators informed him of Trump’s statement, Milley said, “Of course he’s denying it. That’s part of the operation. He can’t implicate himself.”
Several days of confinement, however, seemed to shatter Milley’s facade. United States Special Forces on Sunday propitiously interrupted a satanic ritual where Deep State lawmakers had fastened two prepubescent children—a boy and a girl–to sacrificial alters with plans to exsanguinate them for Baphomet—a demon allegedly worshipped by the Knights Templar in the 1300s—hoping the creature would destroy President Trump and his progeny.
Special Forces arrived at the sacrificial lair in Mendocino National Forest, CA, around 10:00 p.m. and saw five cloaked figures standing in a semi-circle and holding hands before a rectangular stone slab the width of two coffins. The dishonored Mark A. Milley, now at Guantanamo Bay, has told U.S. Navy investigators they “colossally screwed up” because he had been working undercover for President Donald J. Trump since J6 and that Gen. Smith’s ham-fisted mission hindered operational security, a JAG source told Real Raw News.
It was the second time Milley claimed without proof that he and Trump were private partners in an ultra-secret escapade to topple the Deep State and to which all other White Hats, including Generals Smith and Berger and the White Hat Council, were oblivious. The first came after his expulsion from the Pentagon in May 2021 when he absconded back to the Deep State after reneging on a deal—the details of this are still unclear—that would’ve spared him a military tribunal for betraying the United States and POTUS. Milley had remained at large, using body doubles to obfuscate his movements, until his rearrest at Arlington National Cemetery Monday morning, after which he was sent to GITMO for interrogation.
Our source said investigators spent several hours questioning Milley Wednesday evening, but the disgraced general either refused to answer questions or supplied cryptic, unverifiable answers. Milley insisted he and Trump were a team and that Gen. Smith, like his predecessor, was a “treasonous scum” aligned with the Biden administration.
When told that the embattled and wrongly maligned President Trump would soon receive a telephone call to confirm the story, Milley reportedly responded, “He’ll deny it. He has to. It’s part of the plan—that’s how secret it is. President Trump will take Smith and Crandall’s side, but you’ll regret all this in the end. You all will. Why do you think he let me go to begin with?”
What Milley didn’t know, however, was that Gen. They asked why Milley was unvaccinated, confirmed by bloodwork taken following his arrest, and encouraging active-duty and dependent females to vaccinate their infant children, as defined in an email he had sent to Lloyd Austin while on the run. “It deeply saddens me when the Armed Forces delay vaccinating child dependents. We provide their health care. If a lousy kid gets COVID-19 because a stupid parent is hesitant about vaccines, it compromises battle readiness because the parent must care for a sick kid. Miley would neither confirm nor deny he wrote the letter and said his vaccination status was no one else’s business.

They also wanted to know why Milley’s signature, verified via handwriting analysis, appeared on thirty-four documents enriching Volodymyr Zelenskyy with billions of dollars in cash and weapons without Congress’ approval. On each, Milley’s signature was below Lloyd Austin’s.

Tucker Carlson predicted Thursday that the general election will not be between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, and he’s probably right.
Biden is “senile,” Carlson said during a speech at an Intercollegiate Studies Institute event in Wilmington, Delaware. He added that he’s not trying to be mean, but that it’s “just true.”
Carlson pointed out that Biden is presently losing in the polls to Trump, despite Democratic prosecutors indicting Trump four times on 91 felony counts.
“They’ve done everything they can by legal means — which are in fact extra-legal means if we’re being totally honest, completely Third World stuff — to take the opponent out of the race, and they’re still losing,” he said.
“This is not going to be a race between Joe Biden and Donald Trump,” Carlson proclaimed.
He threw in as a sidenote: “By the way, if it’s [California Gov.] Gavin Newsom, we all should be very, very concerned. That guy’s scary and I mean it.”
“These issues will be forced soon. … The road from here to November of 2024 is going to be filled with developments nobody in this room could foresee. I can promise you that,” Carlson said.
“So it’s about to get very serious. … Everything is at stake,” he added, as the nation is engaged in a spiritual battle.
The commentator elaborated on this point in a speech to The Heritage Foundation in April days before he was fired from Fox News.
Carlson pointed to the Democratic Party’s radical stances on abortion and transgender surgeries for minors as examples of positions that make no sense in logical terms and must be seen as part of a spiritual fight.
Radio talk show host and Reagan administration alum Hugh Hewitt predicted in June that Biden would not be the Democratic nominee for president, saying he would bow out by the primary election season.
Hewitt drew a parallel to 1968, when then-President Lyndon Johnson told the nation he would not seek re-election after barely winning the first Democratic primary contest.
In New Hampshire, “he managed to beat [Sen.] Eugene McCarthy from Minnesota, but he was not able to beat him convincingly and LBJ dropped out,” Hewitt noted.
Johnson won the Democratic primary in the Granite State by 6 percentage points, 48-42, a bad showing for the incumbent president.
Democratic Sen. Robert F. Kennedy of New York jumped in the race four days later.
In a sense, history is repeating itself this election cycle with Kennedy’s son, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., also running against an incumbent Democratic president — Joe Biden.
On March 31, 1968, Johnson announced in a televised address from the Oval Office, “I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your president.”
Hewitt believes Biden will make a similar move.
“I think you’ll see an exit in the course of the primaries,” he said, and another Democrat, besides Vice President Kamala Harris, will jump in — perhaps Newsom.
One reason for Biden’s potential exit, in addition to his age, could be the mounting troubles his family faces as Republicans continue to unearth details about their shady overseas business deals.
The ultimate “break the glass option,” according to George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, is that “Joe Biden could pardon his son and then announce that he will not run for reelection.”
“Facing an impeachment inquiry, low public support, and a son in the legal dock, Biden could use the case to close out his political career,” he argued.
As Carlson said, there are many variables that will play out over the next year.
But the possibility of a Trump-Biden rematch is looking less and less likely.

Earlier today the US House of Representatives passed a last-minute spending bill to keep the government funded for an additional 45 days, narrowly averting a government shutdown that would have commenced at 12:01 a.m. The bill, spearheaded by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), now heads to the Senate, where it is expected to pass.
With a 335-91 vote, the House approved a 45-day temporary funding measure that excludes border security and $6 billion in funding for Ukraine.
The bill includes provisions for disaster relief funds that likely swayed some Democrats to vote in favor.
Shortly after today’s vote news broke that Kevin McCarthy pulled a fast one and made a side deal with GOP Minority leader Mitch McConnell and Joe Biden to fund Ukraine.
Sure enough. Kevin McCarthy apparently made a side deal and will hold an up-or-down vote to continue to send billions in US taxpayer money to Ukraine for their war with Russia.
McCarthy did not tell House Republicans about the deal until after the continuing resolution passed.

The arrest of a Queens man on gun charges two years ago has led federal authorities to the discovery of a Satanic pedophile extortion cult that targets minors over the internet, a report said Thursday.
Investigators uncovered the heinous group, named 764, while probing disturbing social media posts made by Angel Almeida, 23, who was busted in November 2021 and charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, according to court documents and a report from The Guardian.
In February, Brooklyn federal prosecutors announced they had filed a superseding indictment against Almeida, adding charges related to child exploitation and enticement of minors.
Prior to Almeida’s arrest, the FBI followed anonymous tips that allegedly linked him to social media accounts containing vile posts about child sex abuse — including one Instagram profile, “@necropedocell,” that featured a photo of what appeared to be a child bound and gagged.
A post on another of Almeida’s alleged Instagram profiles showed him posing with ammunition strapped to his chest, in front of a black flag bearing the logo of the Order of Nine Angels (O9A), which prosecutors described as “a worldwide Satanist … group which embraces elements of neo-Nazism and white supremacy.”
When authorities searched Almeida’s home, they allegedly found hundreds of files containing child sex abuse material on four different devices — as well as books related to O9A and Satanism, according to court documents.
They also found a “blood covenant,” an O9A drawing of a hooded figure surrounded by the group’s symbols and smeared with what appears to be blood, the filings state.
On Sept. 12, the FBI issued a public notice about 764, a “violent online group” that is “deliberately targeting minor victims on publicly available messaging platforms to extort them into recording or livestreaming acts of self-harm and producing child sexual abuse material.”
Sources told the Guardian the cult is believed to be an offshoot of O9A — and that law enforcement discovered the group through the investigation in Almeida’s case.

The FBI did not immediately return The Post’s request for a comment on Thursday.
Members of 764 are thought to “use threats, blackmail and manipulation” to get vulnerable youth — particularly LGBTQ+ minors, racial minorities and those with mental health issues — to record acts of self-harm, animal abuse, sex acts and suicide, the FBI warning states.
The group targets victims through platforms like Roblox, Discord and Twitch, as well as curated Soundcloud playlists and the encrypted messaging app Telegram, researchers told the Guardian.
There are likely thousands of 764 members, with hundreds more active members trawling these platforms regularly, they added.
Almeida also had a bizarre cultish drawing and books in his home.
Though the FBI warning earlier this month marked the first time US law enforcement publicly mentioned 764, the circle has already made headlines overseas: A German teen accused of killing his Romanian foster family is believed to have been a participant, according to Romanian daily newspaper Libertatea.
The teenager had swastika and “764” tattoos, as well as “necro” — the same word Almeida used in one of his Instagram usernames — inked on his forearm, the outlet noted.
In addition to possession of child pornography, Almeida is accused of attempting to lure two underage girls into sexual activity — one of whom he allegedly targeted for the purpose of producing and disseminating child sex abuse material, the February indictment reads.
“As alleged, Almeida posed multiple threats to our community, not only as a felon in possession of a firearm, but also through targeting children as victims of sexual abuse,” FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge Michael Driscoll said in a statement at the time.

At a recent appearance in Brooklyn federal court, Almedia — who previously served 18 months behind bars in Florida on burglary charges — scoffed at the serious allegations against him.
“What the f–k do you even call a minor? You tell me what’s a minor,” he ranted when Judge Rachel P. Kovner detailed the content of the attempted child exploitation charges.
Earlier in the proceedings, Almeida claimed that he was diagnosed “with schizophrenic bipolar disorder” in 2018, but had never been medicated for the condition.
After a lengthy evaluation process, Almeida was found competent to stand trial earlier this month. The trial is set to begin on Dec. 4.
If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.
Almeida’s counsel, Benjamin Silverman, did not return The Post’s request for a comment.

Sam Bankman-Fried’s mother lashed out at US prosecutors and the FTX bankruptcy estate, blasting them as “McCarthyite” over their recent legal salvos in the epic fraud case against her 31-year-old son.
Barbara Fried, who along with her son’s father was sued for “millions of dollars in fraudulently transferred and misappropriated funds” last week, also claimed that FTX’s debtors are on a “relentless pursuit of total destruction,” in an emailed statement to The New Yorker.
“It takes a lifetime to build up a reputation as honorable people,” Fried added in an email to the publication ahead of her son’s fraud trial set to kick off on Oct. 2. “It takes five minutes to destroy it, which they now have done.”
Meanwhile, Bankman-Fried’s parents — both longtime Stanford Law School professors — are gearing up for a high-profile trial where their son faces 155 years behind bars should be convicted on all charges relating to securities fraud and conspiracy fraud counts.
Should he lose, Bankman and Fried have already started talking about how they might handle his appeal, according to The New Yorker.

Fried’s comments came after a group of FTX debtors led by led by John J. Ray III — who’s been serving as FTX’s CEO to lead the company through its complex bankruptcy — filed a lawsuit in Delaware bankruptcy court, seeking to claw back eye-watering funds Bankman-Fried’s parents received before the crypto exchange’s house of cards came crumbling down.
The hefty sum includes a $10 million cash gift Bankman and Fried received from their son, who also gave them a $16.4 million luxury property in the Bahamas, where FTX was headquartered, the court filing said.
In addition, “Bankman and Fried also pushed for tens of millions of dollars in political and charitable contributions,” including a donation from FTX’s sister hedge fund, Alameda Research, to Stanford to the tune of $4 million, the latest filing said.
FTX’s debtors claimed that the donations “were seemingly designed to boost Bankman and Fried’s professional and social status at the expense of the FTX Group.”
The bombshell court filing also revealed that Fried urged her son to “avoid” disclosing millions of dollars in FTX donations to her pro-Democrat political action committee.

“US District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan said evidence of the former billionaire’s donations were ‘intertwined inextricably’ with charges he defrauded FTX customers by stealing billions of dollars in deposits.
‘Evidence that the defendant spent FTX customer funds on political contributions is direct evidence of the wire fraud scheme because it is relevant to establishing the defendant’s motive and allegedly fraudulent intent’, Kaplan wrote.”
The Feds had initially charged SBF with conspiring to break campaign finance laws, but had to drop the campaign finance charge after the Bahamas protested it was not part of the agreement to extradite him.
“Prosecutors said he used $100 million in stolen FTX deposits to fund those donations, which he hoped would spur the passage of crypto-friendly legislation.
In his ruling, Kaplan also rejected Bankman-Fried’s request to bar prosecutors from telling jurors that FTX had declared bankruptcy and he had resigned as chief executive.”
Kaplan said such evidence would be relevant at trial.
“In a 16-page order, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan agreed to let the prosecution present evidence to the jury that Bankman-Fried sought to bribe a Chinese official in hopes of getting access to $1 billion in funds the country had frozen. While the government has not charged Bankman-Fried with a crime in relation to the alleged incident in the upcoming trial, Kaplan found evidence about the bribe could support allegations about his motive for looting customer funds.”
Judge Kaplan had other hard rulings for SBF’s defense.
The defendant will not be able to tell the jury about his philanthropic work and charitable donations.
The prosecution will be able to introduce evidence from FTX’s television commercials.
DOJ also can introduce evidence that Fried ordered the Alameda’s CEO Caroline Ellison to amass digital tokens, like FTT and Serum that Bankman-Fried had created and endorsed.
He will also prevent Bankman-Fried from blaming regulators or FTX’s lawyers for his predicament.
“The judge, however, didn’t side with the prosecution’s request to stop Bankman-Fried’s legal team from cross-examining witnesses—likely Ellison and other top lieutenants—about their recreational drug use. The Justice Department had argued that doing was not relevant to the ‘witness’s truthfulness and would serve only to harass the witness and prejudice the jury against them’.”
SBF has pleaded not guilty to all charges, his trial set to begin next week.
