The Nexus Between Barack HUSSEIN Obama and ZOHRAN MAMDANI: Deep State Mafia SLEEPER CELLS Implanted to Collapse America; the Torchbearer and the Lit Fuse!

Aided and abetted via the poisonous fingerprints of the DEEP STATE MAFIA, a highly shielded {emphasis placed} Illinois State Senator (1997-2004) was catapulted into the U.S. Senate – which (2005-2008) set the stage for Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s venomous, anti-American infiltration and penetration into the White House! Incontestable.

In point of fact, this investigative journalist analyzed his absolute treachery – inflicted upon America (and the wider world) via a compendium of evidentiary proofs attesting to all of his wildfires. Book-worthy.

Indeed, within “BANNED: How Facebook Enables Militant Islamic Jihad” (August 2016) he is front and center in Chapter 3: “What Does The Obama Administration, The ‘Fourth Estate’, And Academia Have In Common?“, as well as throughout the pages of this explosive book.

Atop the above incendiary devices, let the following serve as a mere sampling of his treasonous underbelly – as he slithered into position to aid and abet the likes of ZOHRAN MAMDANI; this generation’s detonator! Mind you, for decades, BHO has been (and still is) the absolute puppetmaster across the DemonRat Party!

Alas, onto ZOHRAN MAMDANI; the Islamist-in-Chief’s detonator!

According to Washingtontimes.com (July 6, 2025)

Less than a decade ago, Zohran Mamdani was a “C-list rapper” joking about living rent-free in his Manhattan apartment near Columbia University, where his father teaches political science and African studies.

The 33-year-old New York state assemblyman is now a step away from being the next mayor of New York City.

Mr. Mamdani steamrolled one of the state’s most infamous political figures in the Democratic primary by vowing to make the city more affordable through rent freezes, free bus service, free child care and city-run grocery stores.

His rise from a little-known state lawmaker with a thin legislative record and limited work history to a political rock star has left the Democratic Party establishment reeling.

Still, the big question is whether he is a flash in the pan or a glimpse into the future, and whether such an inexperienced person, albeit with charisma and strong political instincts, is equipped to lead the nation’s largest and wealthiest city.

His rivals say the silver-spooned neophyte’s candidacy is a dangerous political sham.

“Zohran Mamdani has never had a job,” the campaign for Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat running as an independent against Mr. Mamdani, said on social media. “He went into politics and passed zero legislation and then skipped 50% of his assembly votes to run a failed mayoral campaign.”

Mr. Mamdani’s path to the Democratic Party’s mayoral nomination began in Kampala, Uganda, where he was born to an Indian father and an Indian American mother, a renowned filmmaker.

He moved to Cape Town in 1996 and then to New York when he was 7 years old, three years later. His family lived in a Columbia University-owned apartment and benefited from a tax break he wants to scrap, according to the New York Post.

Mr. Mamdani attended a private middle school before being accepted into the Bronx School of Science, a crown jewel of New York City’s public education system.

Mr. Mamdani — in a 2016 podcast in which he joked about living in his parents’ “plush apartment with no rent” — said the experience opened his eyes to a universe that was less White and more brown.

He played soccer and said he co-founded a cricket team, where he was surrounded by teammates from first- and second-generation immigrant families from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

He began spending more time on the other side of the East River, in the more ethnically diverse communities in Queens.

“If I hadn’t gone to Bronx Science, I would have remained within a privileged bubble my whole time in New York City,” he said in a 2016 “Encompassed” podcast, which shares the stories of the school’s graduates. “I love where I’ve grown up, right next to Columbia, but I don’t identify with it as a community.

“What makes Queens feel like home to me is who is there, also the class of individuals,” he said.

In 2014, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Africana studies from Bowdoin College in Maine before returning to New York, where he volunteered for a city council campaign and worked as a foreclosure prevention counselor while moonlighting as a rapper known as Young Cardamom.

In 2018, he became a naturalized citizen. In 2020, he ran for the state assembly in the 36th Congressional District, which includes Astoria, one of the most ethnically diverse communities in the world.

“My job is to help families on the brink of homelessness stay in the homes they worked their whole lives to earn,” he said in a 2020 state assembly candidate statement. “Every day, I come face to face with the human consequences of decades of pro-corporate and pro-landlord politics in Albany.

“Every day, I’m reminded that all this suffering isn’t inevitable — it’s a choice that our representatives make to put the interests of their campaign donors over the well-being over their constituents,” he said.

Mr. Mamdani defeated a 10-year incumbent Democrat whose family immigrated to Queens from Greece when she was an infant and who had a similarly liberal platform. He criticized her for endorsing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over Sen. Bernard Sanders in the 2016 Democratic presidential primary and Rep. Joseph Crowley in 2018 over activist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. He also accused her of being too close to the Queens Democratic Party.

According to a New York Times analysis of his legislative tenure, Mr. Mamdani has introduced about 20 bills and passed three relatively minor measures since arriving in Albany.

The Mamdani campaign did not respond to a request for comment for this article.

The lack of a record has sparked a race to define Mr. Mamdani, who leads in the polls despite having millions of dollars spent on attacks against him.

He is a democratic socialist running on possibility, hope, and ideas aimed at lowering the cost of living. He’s also tapping into the lingering disdain for Mr. Adams, and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, each of whom have been involved in scandals.

Mr. Mamdani pledges to raise taxes on the wealthy and corporations. He wants to raise the minimum wage to $30 per hour by 2030 and establish city-owned grocery stores.

He has also vowed to bar Immigration and Customs Enforcement from conducting enforcement operations in New York City.

In response, his rivals cast him as a snake oil salesman, arguing his ideas are delusional, and would be a disaster, and focusing on some of his past rhetoric.

They highlight how he refused to say Israel should be a Jewish state, supported the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, and refused to condemn the “globalize the intifada” slogan.

He also vowed to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he sets foot in New York City.

Mr. Mamdani overcame the attacks in the Democratic primary. He received the endorsement of Mr. Sanders, the democratic socialist and Godfather of the modern far-left movement in the U.S.

Mr. Mamdani also picked up an endorsement from Ms. Ocasio-Cortez. Her victory over Mr. Crowley in 2018 electrified left-wing activists.

Brad Linder, the city’s comptroller and highest-ranking Jewish leader, vouched for Mr. Mamdani in the race, helping him withstand accusations that he is an antisemite.

Mr. Mamdani received a significant boost from the Working People’s Party and the powerful Democratic Socialists of America, whose grassroots army backed Ms. Ocasio-Cortez and helped him raise money and the campaign knock on more than 1.5 million doors.

“My joke has been it felt like it hit a level where like canvassing for Zoran was the new brunch,” said Morris Katz, the lead media strategist for the campaign, this month on the “Pro Politics Podcast with Zac McCrary.”

Mr. Katz said Mr. Mamdani’s rise has a lot to do with him being a generational talent with a unique ability to connect with people on an individual level and distill complex policy ideas into digestible, clear nuggets.

“He just knows who he is. So he is not having to spend the brain power that I think a lot of people have to spend on, like: ’Wait, what do I want to say? Wait, is it bad if I am saying this?’ There is just a comfort level that I think comes through,” he said.

“I also think he is the guy at the party everybody wants to talk to … even if he wasn’t the Democratic nominee for mayor,” he said.

In addition to his charisma and unrelenting campaigning, Mr. Katz said a simple message has helped Mr. Mamdani overcome the inexperienced attacks.

“You may not know what it looks like for Zohran to govern, but we know what it looks like to have Andrew Cuomo or Eric Adams to govern,” Mr. Katz said, adding the message boiled down to: “Good judgment is better than bad experience.”

If elected, Mr. Zamdani will be 34 years old, marking him the youngest New York City mayor since “Boy Mayor” John Purroy Mitchel won the job in 1914.

Mr. Zamdani now faces a fresh round of challenges.

Former Gov. David Paterson and other Democrats are trying to stop him. They are urging either Mr. Cuomo or Mr. Adams to drop out so the anti-Mamdani vote can unite behind a single candidate.

Meanwhile, New York Republicans are doubling down on his lack of experience.

“Zohran Mamdani is unfit for any office, let alone the second hardest job in America,” said New York GOP spokesperson David Laska.

“He stands against everything America stands for: he is openly communist, racist, antisemitic and anti-police,” he said. “If Mamdani becomes mayor, the exodus of businesses and citizens from New York will increase, and the city will spiral into economic decline, lawlessness and division.”

If a socialist/Marxist/Islamic-leaning clone of the Islamist-in-Chief was conjured up to take over the destruction of America for the next few decades, well, no one comes closer than ZOHRAN MAMDANI!

Ask yourself: is this the result of happenstance, right place/right time, a coinquidink or something more sinister!?!

You decide.

Trump Acts as Qatar’s (Saudi Arabia’s, Too) Sword/Shield; Coddles Blood-Thirsty Islamic Jihadis!

What the Hell is Going On!?! …. PART ONE

FIRST things first: this investigative journalist and Islamic Jihadi expert is never too proud to admit: mea culpa! Effectively, when the truth smacks upside the head, well, as adults often tell  youngsters when caught laying the blame at another’s feet for their misdeeds: “own it.”

ADMITTEDLY, six ways to Sunday, Trump enjoys full support at this end. Now, between commie/anti-American Harris and the DemonRats, incontestably, he is the uneqivocal MAGA choice. But in no way, shape, or form does said backing equate to turning deaf, dumb, and blind to the gravest error, bar none, when it involves cozying up to Qatari/Saudi Arabia Jihadi dictators –  Sunni counterparts to Iran’s Shia bloodthirsty theocratic killers.

INDEED, as is known: “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” is an apropos truism when it comes to the centuries-long hegemonic struggle between Sunni/Shia Islam. Intrinsically, they always lock- arms when their murderous plots are designed against America, “the Big Satan”, as well as Israel, “the Little Satan.” No amount of Allah-washing will change this deadly/diabolical fact. Full stop.

MOREOVER, apologists are reliably keen to excuse the inexcusable – most of whom understand less than a thimble’s worth about Islam, let alone the Koranic dictates that drive the unquenchable bloodlust coursing through the Islamic world……https://adinakutnicki.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/islam_and_blood.pdf. Alas, par for the deadly course, they are jumping aboard the expected bugaboo:  the so-called necessity of Al Udeid Airport, southwest of Doha, as a mandatory price to pay with stone-cold Islamic Jihadis! Know this: utter, unmitigated hogwash.

AS a matter of fact, since 1991, this forward base for the U.S. (and others) is a mega coup for Qatari interests, and not the other way around. Effectively, Qatar and the rest of the theocratic regimes would cease to exist, but for the aforementioned protection racket. Tragic, but true. Thus, the urgent question vis-a-vis American interests, as well as Israel’s, yes, the only true and reliable friend in the region, becomes: what the hell is going on with Trump & Co. to extend them even more shield and cover? Wait and see.

Mark Levin Fumes Over Trump’s Chummy Tour of the Arab World, Citing 9/11: ‘These Are Terrorists’

Fox News host Mark Levin is NOT pleased with President Donald Trump’s current diplomatic tour of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which, given his history of reflexive pro-Trump rhetoric, is notable.

Trump spoke to the Saudi Royal family and other very important global business leaders during a remarkably convivial economic investment confab on Tuesday that ended on the same note as most of his political rallies: with The Village People blaring the gay disco anthem YMCA. Trump later flew to Doha, Qatar, for more meetings aimed at securing Middle Eastern investment in the American economy, despite serious concerns about human rights abuses on the part of the would-be investors.

But, without mentioning President Trump by name, Levin was remarkably critical of the commander-in-chief, taking to social media to blast Saudi Arabia for playing a “significant role on the 9/11 slaughter of our people.” He also condemned Qatar for having “protected the leader of the 9/11 attack from the FBI, before he was able to launch his war on America that killed our people.”

Levin posted on X:

Saudi Arabia played a significant role on the 9/11 slaughter of our people. I didn’t hear their Crown Prince even apologize once yesterday for what they did to us. And I know the 9/11 families are reeling from this.

And Qatar protected the leader of the 9/11 attack from the FBI, before he was able to launch his war on America that killed our people. The debate about whether the plane is a legal gift is beside the point. Qatar is a terrorist regime that has murdered Americans.

I cannot let bygones be bygones and those Americans who suffered the consequences of what these monarchies did cannot either. I can’t stop thinking about all the innocent people who went to work that day, and were on those planes, and all the firefighters and police officers who died horrible deaths.

As for Iran, if they get a nuclear weapon that’s on our generation. And our country will suffer the horrible consequences. These are terrorists. They don’t think like us and they don’t love life like us. We must have the guts and wisdom to protect ourselves.

In a separate post, Levin praised Trump, but not without dinging him for using “lines used by the Soros-Koch isolationist crowd about neocons and interventionists” in his speech to the Saudis. Levin linked to a Jewish Insider article about the speech and noted via X:

Isolationism or globalism? Or both?

Actually, POTUS’s speech included some of the lines used by the Soros-Koch isolationist crowd about neocons and interventionists, but the irony is that it was given in the context of a globalist outreach effort to make economic and military deals with and between Middle East monarchies/dictatorships and the biggest of America’s globalists/internationalists/corporatists. We don’t know the details but if they’re great deals for we, the people, that’s wonderful. I truly believe the President is THE best at making GREAT deals. Nonetheless, this looks like globalism wrapped in isolationist language.

ADDITIONALLY, a second notable voice chimes in, the executive editor of Commentary Magazine.

The Qatar Lobby Is Exactly What the Israel Lobby Never Was

By Abe Greenwald

When visiting several struggling U.S.-allied countries, I’ve been approached by well-meaning, pro-Israel officials and foreign-policy thinkers who ask me some version of the question: “How do we get an ‘Israel lobby’ of our own?” And each time, I’ve explained: You don’t. Because the Israel lobby isn’t what you think it is. First, the supposed money and power of the Israel lobby is wildly exaggerated by anti-Semites. Second, the American connection to Israel is unique. Its roots are deep and complicated.

The affinity between the two nations goes back to the Founding of the U.S., our self-conception as a New Jerusalem, and our destiny as a beacon of God-given liberty. That feeling has grown and spread and been bolstered by the many bilateral ties and shared interests between the U.S. and the modern State of Israel. Pro-Israel organizations and networks in the U.S. aren’t buying political favors; they’re strengthening the longstanding and wide-ranging organic links between America and the Jewish state. That’s impossible for another country to recreate.

It turns out, what these people really wanted to know was how to create their own version of a Qatar lobby. An explosive and insightful article by Frannie Block and Jay Solomon at the Free Press reveals that Qatar has done exactly what Israel has long been accused of doing. It’s paid nearly $100 billion to purchase American power and permission, and it has ingrained itself in American media, energy, real estate, education, foreign policy, and more. As a result, it’s getting its way.

To say there’s no organic connection between the U.S. and Qatar doesn’t suffice. We’re a democratic republic, they’re a dynastic kingdom. We believe in liberty, they’re theocratic slaveowners. We strive to maintain global security, they menace our allies, finance Islamist terrorism all over the Muslim world, and provide terrorists safe haven inside Qatar. To be sure, it’s been costly to smooth over all this dissonance and get Washington to look the other way. Which is why, according to the piece, “Qatar spent three times more in the U.S. than Israel did on lobbyists, public-relations advisers, and other foreign agents in 2021.” That’s just one year. In total, it’s worked. We’ve been bought by the enemy.

Anti-Semitic paranoiacs claim that the Israel lobby has shut down criticism of Israel in the U.S. Meanwhile members of Congress talk about “evil” Israel pulling the strings of American policymakers, and seas of protesters flow through the streets calling for Israel’s destruction.

Qatar, on the other hand, has successfully tamped down unwanted criticism. It bought off one of its most vocal critics, Republican adviser Elliott Broidy, for more than $150 million. Think about what the Qataris have spent on people you’ve heard of. And Qatar has purchased the acquiescence of many others, Republicans and Democrats, with investment contracts and campaign donations.  The article reveals that after one university professor denounced Qatari terrorist support, he received a reprimand from a “very senior” Pentagon official who told him that such criticism “endangers” the Al Udeid Air Base, a massive U.S. military facility built in and paid for by Qatar. Yet Al Udeid itself endangers American security. As Block and Solomon report, “maintaining the air base in Qatar comes with a significant string attached: The Gulf monarchy has said it would oppose military strikes on Iran from its soil.” So Qatar has a say in critical U.S. military policy.

There’s so much more. From grade schools (over $1million paid to the New York Department of Education in three years) to the presidency (the airplane, the resort deal, and beyond), Qatar has bribed its way into vital American institutions. One result is this: When you see students, media personalities, politicians denouncing the nefarious Israel lobby, you’re watching what the Qatar lobby has paid for. And if you’re parroting those voices, it’s purchased you as well.

Abe Greenwald is the executive editor of COMMENTARY.

INEXORABLY, now that we have heard from two inestimable, well-known figures who are equally outraged at Trump’s mind-numbing prostration/cowing/bowing/scraping before the worst of the worst, the below deep-dive into Qatar (by extension, Saudi Arabia’s full-throated participation in 9/11/01, alongside Qatar/Iran/Iraq, et al.) was commissioned years ago by the highest qualified counter-terrorism colleagues, who, understandably, must remain anonymous.

ONCE imbibed and thoroughly digested, well, no one (Trump apologists, most pointedly) should dare to be shocked….shocked…..when a succession of “sleeper cells” (identified herein in 2012 and onward) across America explode on command. As always, forewarned is forearmed.

ISIS Rears Its Jihadi Head, Again, in Texas! How Many Times Has it Been Exhorted: ISIS Has Been Vanquished!?!

By Adina Kutnicki

Biden Regime ISIS

First and foremost, before we veer to last week’s arrest of an ISIS -‘inspired’ jihadi in Texas: Irrespective of this or that moniker attributed to jihadi terror appendages – yes, hydra-like, be they Sunni or Shia – the fact remains that they are as interchangeable as one’s collection of underwear. Indeed, the Koran mandates that Jews, Christians, and every non-Muslim on earth MUST bow down to Allah’s supremacy, and it is non-negotiable. Be it ala the sword, or another coercive measure, it makes no diff!

For instance, did you know…..

And since past is ALWAYS prologue, it should have been expected: As recently as 2022 – and post all of the murderous jihad perpetrated via Islamic fronts – the merging of leftist, multicultural, Jewish/Christian devotees lends a dangerous tailwind to the aforementioned carnage.

As analyzed within Israel National News, Jan. 2022,

Will American Jews learn anything from the Colleyville (Texas) Jihad?

As such, in light of the above truth-telling (regardless of the discomfort), more than ever, reality should dictate the following bullet-proof guiding principles, that is, if one seeks to navigate through geo-political minefields and save as many lives as possible.

Not only that, it is hardly incidental or coincidental that said guideposts are found within Judaism’s texts.

Specifically,

  • “He who becomes compassionate to the cruel will ultimately become cruel to the compassionate.” – Midrash Rabba, Ecclesiastes 7:16
  • “Tzedek tzedek tirdof, justice, justice shall you pursue” (Deuteronomy 16:20) is self-explanatory. For is there anything more just than rising up against those (wherever they reside/hide) who seek to kill you!?!

Alas, back to last week’s arrest; its (partial) ins and outs, that is, in order not to dare to offend the so-called “religion of peace!”

Houston man charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS

Thursday, November 14, 2024 | PRESS RELEASE Via DOJ | United States Attorney’s Office Southern District of Texas

Defendant allegedly created pro-ISIS propaganda

HOUSTON – A 28-year-old man has been indicted for attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani and FBI Special Agent in Charge Douglas A. Williams Jr.

Anas Said is now in custody and set for a detention hearing at 2 p.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter Bray. Authorities arrested Said Nov. 8.

According to court documents, multiple social media accounts linked to Said contained messages and posts that allegedly revealed that Said supported ISIS and the violent attacks carried out in its name.

Law enforcement executed searches of Said and his residence, vehicle and electronic devices. According to court documents, analysis of the seized devices ultimately revealed Said’s activities relating to the creation and dissemination of propaganda on behalf of ISIS.

If convicted, Said faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 maximum fine.

FBI Houston’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) conducted the investigation with special assistance from Houston and Sugar Land Police Departments and Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The JTTF is comprised of Houston Police Department, sheriff’s offices in Harris and Montgomery Counties, Sugar Land Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, IRS – Criminal Investigation, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Secret Service, Houston Metro Police Department, Customs and Border Protection and Federal Air Marshals Service.

An indictment is a formal accusation of criminal conduct, not evidence. A defendant is presumed innocent unless convicted through due process of law.

Akin to night following day, know this: The most compromised DOJ in U.S. history, will do anything/everything, within their weaponized arsenal of so-called justice-seeking, to downplay the whys and the wherefores of the arrest of Anas Said. Even more so, the DOJ’s assigned mouthpiece will exclaim, with a most somber-looking, straight face: Said’s actions are that of a so-called “lone wolf”; that the citizens are now safe and they are on the job!!

Needless to assert: Those of us steeped in the netherworld of jihadi terrorism know that such an assertion is more than a flying pig moment in time. For, in reality, the following was analyzed, July 2018 (plus countless other times beforehand)!

Jihadi Terror: Here, There & Everywhere – Yet, Apologists Abound! The Unvarnished Truth Revealed

SPECIAL DISPATCH From Northern Israel: A Front Seat To Jihadi Terror…Sirens Followed By Earth-Shaking KABOOMS!

WHILE many admirers of Israel, inside and outside its borders, are reluctant to criticize Israel’s leadership during an existential, multi-front war, this American-Israeli Zionist – living in the eye of the storm, literally – begs to differ. For it is precisely during this most perilous time that the heat must be turned up under their feet. Boil-like. Naturally, it is best to do so when the waters are calmer, in a manner of speaking. Alas, too many so-called media types in Israel do not possess the balls to state the obvious.

BUT never mind. Let’s just hark back to 2015, to set the record straight. Then, and only then, honest brokers can truly internalize how we got from there to here.

INDEED, it is among countless global interviews that this Islamic jihadi expert sets the stage via,

DEAR reader, please bear in mind that everything stated within has more than the required (and vetted) supportable evidence. Mind blowing.

IT is along this fiery trajectory that due diligence, as always, requires uncomfortable truths to be exposed. For instance, a mere two days after Islam’s barbarians invaded Israel’s southern front, October 7, 2023, the below told beyond harrowing tale(s):

FAST forward to the one-year “anniversary” of the bloodiest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, and, lo and behold, Israel’s security forces executed the most spectacular feat in the history of urban warfare!!

The Single Greatest Mossad Operation OF ALL TIME

(Toggle the above link to its starting point!)

SO much so, this magically, delicious operation has been repeated, over and over again – admittedly, its exquisite execution is admired even by those who hardly support Israel’s survival.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2024/09/21/israel-lebanon-pager-explosions-hezbollah-warfare/

NOW, in light of said military prowess (be it ala explosive devices or other stellar war plans), how can it be that Israel’s honchos have allowed, yes, they did, KABOOMS to go on and on for so long, that is, ever since Islam’s barbaric appendages took hold many years ago!?! Rhetorical.

AGAIN, all of the dots, from there to here, can be found within the above links!

STILL, for those who are not convinced of this and that, well, this writer can attest to unremitting blasts of sirens, with IAF jets roaring overhead – warning of incoming hell-fire – on a regular basis, unfathomably, with earth-shattering missiles landing nearby! If not for possessing a “mamad”, a/k/a “safe room” of the highest quality, well…….

The Paradox of Israeli Politics:Vote Right, Get Left… By Adina Kutnicki

Many supporters of Israel are continually bedeviled by a glaring contradiction within Israeli politics.  How can it be, regardless of which party wins the election, that leftist policies are invariably implemented?

As a backgrounder, from 1977 to date (excluding an eight-year period), Likud won elections based upon a platform of a “Greater Israel.”  That being the case, nevertheless, it was under Likud PM Menachem Begin whereby the entire Sinai was relinquished.  While there are too many substantive examples to enumerate, essentially proving that leftist policies continually supplant right-wing Likud electoral platforms, two stand out as “poster children” and therefore warrant special attention.

Likud’s Ariel Sharon was elected on February 6, 2001 by a landslide margin, defeating Labor’s PM Ehud Barak 62.4% to 37.6%.  Sharon’s win should have handed him a wide berth to govern from the right, regardless of outside pressures.  (It behooves mentioning that Israel’s structural deficiencies, due to proportional representation and fixed party lists — as opposed to truly democratic constituency elections — vitiates democratic electoral outcomes.  Professor Paul Eidelberg elucidates the prescriptive polices required to achieve said reforms at his policy institute, the Israel-America Renaissance Institute.)  However, policies of appeasement were in full swing during Sharon’s first year.  This was especially ironic, particularly since the well-known hawkish general — nicknamed “the bulldozer” — was nowhere to be found as his politician counterpart “fought” Arab terror.  Moreover, there were higher casualties from Arab terror attacks during Sharon’s first year in office than in previous combined years.  It wasn’t until the bodies started piling up, coupled with a hue and cry from the general public, that Operation Defensive Shield was finally belatedly launched on March 29, 2002.

Similarly, Sharon, paradoxically dubbed the “settlement builder,” executed the wholesale expulsion/destruction of the once-glorious Gush Katif “settlement” enterprise, as well as that of communities in the northern Shomron.  The expulsion/destruction took place despite a Likud-led referendum (due to massive nationalist outcry) which squashed any mandate to push forward with “disengagement.”  Even though Sharon promised to abide by the referendum, he did no such thing.

How can this be?  How can an overwhelming majority of the electorate’s voice be negated, thus allowing the left to rule, regardless of the majority’s wishes?

Briefly, according to Dr. Martin Sherman (an eminent Israeli political scientist and the founder of The Israeli Institute for Strategic Studies) in “Who really runs Israel?” (Ynet, 4/21/2010), “[a]lthough the right wing consistently wins elections, it never really gets into power. It is a phenomenon that can only be explained by the existence of some influence extraneous to the political system that imposes policy outcomes that diverge radically from those that should be expected from regular operation of political routine.”

Furthermore, few understand the “unholy alliance” among Israel’s civil society (funded and fueled by foreign NGOs), AKA its ruling elites, and their pernicious affect upon Israel’s policy outcomes.  They operate with impunity inside media, legal, diplomatic, and cultural institutions, mainly schooled by post-/anti-Zionist academics headquartered within social sciences/humanities departments.  The above unelected functionaries act as cheerleaders/disseminators for rulings imposed (or about to be) by a predisposed leftist, pro-Arab court system.  In turn, pressure is exerted upon the political leadership to execute their dictates.  Indeed, Israel’s court system has supplanted its legislature.

The toxic mixture of civil society elites servicing unelected Supreme Court justices (they choose their own replacements) led to the following recent — out of volumes of others — pro-Arab ruling.

According to Moshe Dann (a Ph.D. historian) in his op-ed “Who makes the law?” at the Jerusalem Post (March 28, 2012):

Once again former chief justice Dorit Beinisch and a few of her colleagues have usurped the role and powers of the legislature and sought to create new law. The same tactic of appealing directly to the Supreme Court which does not examine evidence has used in legal disputes over contested areas such as Migron. But in Lessans’ case (a dispute over the ownership of dunams in Kedumim, located in the Shomron) the court went beyond deciding on a specific place and issued a discriminatory edict. The justices did not rule on who owns the land since the Arab claimants clearly do not. They ruled on who did not own the land, namely Michael Lessans, because, according to the court, the right to acquire land by chazaka does not apply to Jews. (Holy smokes) This ruling should send shivers down the spine of everyone who respects the rule of law.

Due to the above, and to so much more, it is overwhelmingly the case that Israel’s policy-making and electoral systems (one piggybacking upon the other) must be overhauled.  It is no doubt a Herculean task.  Nevertheless, instead of lamenting that nothing can be done, all supporters of Israel must shoulder the burden.  In fact, as referenced herein, there are two core policy institutes ready to fix Israel’s broken system.

An accurate articulation, coupled with nation-saving policy strategies, can be found at Dr. Sherman’s policy institute.  In tandem, mandatory changes to Israel’s electoral system (its structural flaws) are requisitely addressed by Professor Paul Eidelberg’s institute.

If all lovers of Zion become involved — in whatever way possible with both of these institutes — Israel’s policies will consequently reflect the will of its majority, Zionist citizens — ushering in a true Jewish democracy.
