PM Netanyahu’s CONTINUAL Islamic (& Leftist) Appeasement Endangers The National Interest…Intersecting With Jihadists In America…Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

Lurking in the background always awaits a monumental, catastrophic and earth shaking price for national submission, and Boston’s jihad is one such explosive extraction. For if not for American leadership’s (an indictment of both parties) tolerance of (and in some instances collusion) Wahhabi-infused mosques all over the nation, the Chechen jihadists would have been left spitting in the wind, despite their desire to “please” their Pagan Allah –

Similarly, Israel’s appeasement after the 1967 war  (despite a hard fought win which was so spectacular in its CLEAR cut results…still studied in warfare colleges for its brilliant campaign is reverberating till today – . As a result, no rest for the weary….exhausting…Most intrinsically, there is no shelf life to submission for it always comes back to haunt, regardless of the methods employed.

So, once again, Jews (MK’s too are given the boot) are ordered: stay off Judaism’s holiest site -( otherwise World War Three will ensue…as if it hasn’t started already, paradoxically due to western appeasement – !

‘Bibi Capitulates To Muslim Threats, Orders Feiglin Off Temple Mount’

The Waqf threatened Netanyahu with “World War Three” should Feiglin go on the Mount on Monday.

For the past ten years, MK Moshe Feiglin (Likud-Beitenu) has been visiting the Temple Mount in Jerusalem on the 19th of the Hebrew month, every month. But on Sunday, April 28, 2013, Feiglin received a phone call from Deputy Commander Moshe Barkat, Chief of the Israeli Police David Precinct, which includes the Old City of Jerusalem.

He informed me that, on direct order from the prime minister, I would not be permitted to enter the Mount tomorrow,” MK Feiglin wrote in his Facebook page.

A source close to Feiglin told The Jewish Press that the deputy commander told the MK that the Waqf, the Jordanian charity organization which runs the Temple Mount, warned the Prime Minister’s office that should Feiglin go up on the Mount on Monday, it would “start World War Three.”

No one wants that. Except that the same Waqf has been cautioning about new world wars frequently, and is often involved in organizing, rather than trying to prevent them.

According to Feiglin, the prime minister has no legal authority to give such an order, because it violates three basic laws:

1. Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty, which gives each person freedom of movement, and requires the state to protect this right.

2. Basic Law: The Knesset, which grants every MK complete immunity in carrying out his duties.

3. Basic Law: Jerusalem, which says: “The sacred sites shall be protected from desecration and any other violation and from anything likely to violate the freedom of access of the religionists to the sites they hold sacred, or their feelings concerning those sites.”

Also: “Any and all authority applying to the area of Jerusalem that is granted by law to the State of Israel or the Jerusalem Municipality, shall not be transferred to a foreign entity, political or governmental, whether permanently or temporarily.”

“The only legal way to prevent me from going up to the Temple Mount tomorrow (without changing existing law),” says MK Feiglin, “is if, in the opinion of the officer in charge of the place there exists an immediate, clear and present danger.”

But, having given him the warning a full day in advance, Feiglin argues, security forces should have ample time—had the prime minister only told them so—to organize and prevent dangerous gathering and violence.

According to MK Feiglin, the Prime Minister’s decision “confirms what I was told by the police command when I asked to tour the Dome of the Rock, that the Temple Mount is under Muslim sovereignty.”

This unfortunate decision, writes Feiglin, can be added to reports this week about transferring broad supervisory authority to UNESCO in Jerusalem, as well as the reality of a de facto construction freeze in Jerusalem, as Housing Minister Uri Ariel warned last week.

The source close to Feiglin says the MK will obey Netanyahu’s directive, but that as of tomorrow Feiglin would no longer be voting the Likud-Beitenu party line.

“When, just before Jerusalem Liberation Day, the Prime Minister orders an Israeli Knesset member that—contrary to Israeli law— he not to go up to the Temple Mount, it means that the Prime Minister has officially and openly revoked Israeli sovereignty on the Mount and given it to the Muslim Waqf,” MK Feiglin wrote.

“This is an entirely new situation, more severe than before, and I must consider now how to force the Prime Minister to respect the sovereignty of the State of Israel in its capital Jerusalem,” he concluded.

Some acts of appeasement are hidden below the radar and their effects barely register among the newly submitted. Others are so “in your face” they fly off the Richter scale. Such is the case with PM Netanyahu’s (latest…in too long a line) capitulation to Jordan’s Islamist Waqf, as Israel’s PM pays further “jizya” –…to “keep the peace”; a “calm” which is only in the mind of appeasers, the likes of which Americans experienced through Boston’s jihad. Pretending that what is isn’t is a recipe for further Islamic extortion, without even receiving the actual “peace”! A bargain with the Islamic devil…

Yet if you believe that PM Netanyahu’s appeasement-train is slowing down, think again. Ponder the following, and you will glean the mental sickness gripping Israel’s top leadership. It is not a pretty picture.

‘Palestinian who murdered an Israeli man was just out of jail’ DEBKAfile April 30, 2013

An Israeli man waiting for a lift at the Tapuach junction near Ariel was repeatedly stabbed by a Palestinian who then snatched his victim’s sidearm and shot him dead. The victim was later identified as Evyatar Borovsky, 31, father of five, from Yitzhar. The attack occurred near Ariel early Tuesday morning. The Palestinian, Salem Asad from a village north of Tulkarem, then turned the gun on Border Police officers and was shot and injured himself.  Asad was released a month ago from four years in jail for lobbing rocks and bottle bombs at passing Israeli traffic. A claim of responsibility for the attack was released by a Palestinian group over a TV network associated with Hamas.

‘Mosques to get Millions for Security, Nothing for Synagogues’

Mosques and monasteries to get millions of shekels in security to prevent ‘price tag’ vandalism. Jewish victims get nothing.

The Ministry of the Interior will invest an estimated 15 million shekels in protecting mosques and monasteries from vandals, IDF Radio (Galei Tzahal) reports. Currently, there is no plan to provide Jewish holy places with similar protection.

Minister Gidon Saar has reportedly approved funding for extra security, including security cameras, for dozens of Muslim and Christian places of worship. Among the buildings that will be protected are several that were vandalized in the past along with others that have never been vandalized, but are considered at risk due to their location.

Over recent months several mosques and monasteries have been painted with offensive graffiti or otherwise vandalized. The attacks have widely been attributed to Jewish nationalists, although few of the vandals have been identified. The trend to point to Jewish nationalists is sometimes mistaken; in one case, an attack attributed to “price tag” nationalists was later found to have been committed by Arabs.

Sagi Keisler of the Binyamin and Samaria (Shomron) Residents’ Councils asked Tuesday if Saar has any plan to provide similar protection to Jewish places of worship. He noted the recent vandalism in Mitzpeh Yericho, which included the desecration of a Torah scroll, as proof that Jewish sites have been targeted as well.

In recent years synagogues have been targeted in arson attacks in JerusalemRamle and elsewhere as well.

Keisler also suggested putting up security cameras at junctions to prevent rock attacks on motorists, and on farms to help fight the phenomenon of thefts and vandalism targeting Jewish farmers.

“If the Minister of the Interior managed to get a sum of 15 million shekels of taxpayer moneyfrom residents of Israel, and Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria, in order to care for Arab property, do we not deserve a similar investment in the protection of our bodies and property?” he asked. …their insanity is boundless.

Despite the above, Americans (westerners) should still learn Israel’s hard fought lessons as to “hardening targets”; “mop ups”; and attendant security measures. But don’t believe for a nanosecond that Israel’s political leaders have a clue how to assert a national spine and secure Israel’s long-range national interest (despite some possible short-term temporary “relief”) and honor.

Spineless leaders ALWAYS revert true to form, as evidenced by the  actual blow back –…and nothing but more terror should ever be its expected result –

Learn these bitter lessons well!

UPDATE: h/t – Americans For A Safe Israel

I Cannot Continue as if Nothing has Happened:  By Moshe Feiglin

The following is a letter that Moshe Feiglin wrote to his Likud MK colleagues after he was barred from ascending the Temple Mount earlier this week:

Dear Friends,

(Caricature by Asher Schwartz at the
I will not be able to make the following clarifications at the faction meeting, so the right thing to do is to send them to you in writing. I will be happy to add details on a personal basis. The following facts are supported by documents and recordings.

For over a decade, I ascend to the Temple Mount – usually on the 19th of every Hebrew month – and guide the visitors there. Over the years, a basic core group has formed, whose members wait for our monthly ascent to the Temple Mount with my guidance. Two months ago, I visited the Mount for the first time as a Knesset Member. When I requested entry to the Dome of the Rock (as opposed to the El Aktza mosque, the Dome of the Rock is not a mosque) which has always been a tourist site, a friendlywakf member blocked my path and explained that entry is permitted to Moslems only. I did not argue with him and asked to call in the local police commander. To my amazement, the officer explained to me that for all practical purposes, the place is under the sovereignty of the Moslem wakf. In an answer to a letter that I sent the same day to the Chief of Israel Police, the police essentially admitted that this is the state of affairs. In other words, Israel’s sovereignty at the innermost core of Jerusalem was secretly transferred to the Moslem wakf – with no Knesset decision on the matter being made.

This is the place to explain that the wakf allows any Jew to ascend the Mount as a tourist, but doggedly fights against any show of non-Moslem affinity or sovereignty there. Any citizen or MK can ascend the Temple Mount with a camera and sunglasses, as if he had just arrived on a charter flight from Japan. But if the “tourist” will dare pray a non-Moslem prayer (thus expressing the connection of the Mount to other religions) or to stand at attention during the Memorial Day siren – or any other exhibition of non-Moslem sovereignty on the Mount – the wakf custodians will instigate pandemonium.

As I was blamed for not coordinating my visit to the Temple Mount (an action that was never demanded before) and in order to prevent derogatory remarks – I wrote to the Police Chief, to notify him that I planned to ascend to the Mount on the Sunday of Chol Hamoed Pesach – even though I am not legally required to do so. After receiving my notification, Interior Minister Aharonovitz called a meeting in his office attended by the David District Commander and legal advisors. After various clarifications, it was agreed that I would indeed ascend to the Mount on Pesach, on the date that I had requested. I arrived (with my son) happy and light-hearted on Chol Hamoed Pesach, ready for my festive ascent to the holy place. In light of the agreements with the police, I was convinced that there would be no problems and that this time – the police were prepared to make it possible for me to actualize my legal right as a citizen – and even more so – as a Knesset Member.
Sure enough, the police allowed all the Jews who had gathered that morning to enter the Temple Mount. But they asked me to wait for the District Commander. Initially, I thought that perhaps the District Commander wanted to accompany me on my visit. But instead of accompanying me, the District Commander told me that he prohibits me (and only me) from ascending, due to wakf threats of violence if I would enter the Mount. I asked the District Commander why he was surrendering to threats of violence, punishing those who conduct themselves according to law. Moreover, I am a Knesset Member, which affords me legal immunity. The District Commander’s answer was, “That’s the way it is.”

That time, as well, the police blamed me, strangely claiming that they were forced to prevent my ascent because I announced my planned visit on my Facebook page. That is a preposterous claim. I am not a private person and I do not ascend to the Temple Mount as such. I am a Knesset Member – a public representative – and it is unthinkable to demand that I conduct myself in secret.
Nonetheless, at a chance meeting with the Minister of Internal Security in the Knesset, I agreed with a heavy heart not to announce my next ascent on the 19th of Iyar on my Facebook page. I explained to Minister Aharonovitz that the media know full well that I ascend on the 19th of the month, but that I would not initiate any announcement.

This Sunday, the 18th of Iyar, the Commander of the David Region called me and told me that by “direct instruction from the Prime Minister,” I would not be allowed to ascend to the Temple Mount the following morning.

At this point, the final mask has been lifted. I could no longer evade the issue and blame lower level officials. Nobody attempted to claim that there was a local security problem. After all, I was notified the day before my planned ascent, when the Mount was completely quiet. The situation became crystal clear: The Moslem wakf terrorizes Israel’s government, decides which MKs will ascend the Mount and which will not – and it is none other than the Prime Minister who implements their directives.

This is not a personal issue. Today, the police informed the Knesset Interior Committee that was scheduled to tour the Temple Mount next Tuesday, the 27th of Iyar, Jerusalem Day Eve, that it will not be able to visit on that day or any other day – due to the wakf’s objections. Whoever represents the sovereignty of the State of Israel in the eyes of the sovereign on the Mount – the wakf, is not allowed to visit there. Once again, the wakf demand is implemented by the government of Israel.

I do not have to explain the severe significance of these events to the Knesset Members of the National Movement. All the red lines of Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem have been trampled and breached. This is in addition to the infringement of the law inherent in these decisions, the violation of the Jerusalem Basic Law and other Basic Laws. These decisions make a mockery of the immunity and sovereignty afforded to Israel’s Knesset Members. We are facing a new reality that obligates us all to act in an unconventional manner.

I would like to make it clear that the last thing that I want is to find myself in a conflict with the Prime Minister, who I highly respect and am careful to honor. I clearly have nothing to gain from that. Clearly, I do not wish to create difficulties for the rest of the members of the faction. Just the opposite: When I was elected to the Knesset I made no demands. I was happy to accept the duties and tasks that were offered me and I believe that it was obvious to all that I have put every effort into giving the maximum for our common goals.
But what is all my work in the Knesset worth if the Knesset, as it turns out, surrenders Israel’s sovereignty in the heart of Jerusalem?

Who is the sovereign in Jerusalem when the Moslem wakf determines which Knesset Member is allowed or not allowed to ascend to the most holy of places – to the Temple Mount? Who exactly are we fooling? Have we forgotten our vow, “If I forget thee, Jerusalem, may my right hand be forgotten”? What is this vow worth if we ignore the terrible reality in which the wakf dictates to Israel’s government what to do on the Mount, in defiance of the law?

If we could have deceived ourselves until now that we are the sovereign and the wakf acts as an extension of our sovereignty, it has now become clear that it is the government of Israel that acts as an extension of the wakf. We are paving the way for them to rule the entire Land, as the poet of the National Movement, Uri Tzvi Greenberg, warned: “He who rules the Mount rules the Land.”
A red line has been crossed. It was forced upon me with no chance for discussion and does not allow me (and in my opinion, does not allow you, either) to continue to conduct “business as usual.” How can I face myself if, for the good of my political future, I will abandon the Temple Mount?

With a heavy heart and totally converse to my original intent, I am forced to suspend all my regular parliamentary activity. I know that we have just begun this Knesset term and we all have goals and ambitions to accomplish as much as possible. But there are moments in life when one must put everything aside and act according to his conscience. The Temple Mount, the rock of our existence, is calling us. This is the moment.

Moshe Feiglin

Indeed, let this American-Israeli repeat – “If I forget thee, Jerusalem, may my right hand be forgotten”, and “He who rules the Mount rules the Land.”

Two sides of the same Jewish Zionist coin.Simple as that!

Israel’s Leadership Unfit To Lead: Capitulating To Hamas & “The One”, Regardless of The Spin…Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

It is decidedly impolitic, as well as impolite, to call one’s leaders fools and knaves. Kal v’chomer, even more so, when ones leadership are tasked with protecting half of world Jewry. Indeed, a monumental burden. G-d forgive me.

To be sure, a preponderance (though not all, but this is best left for another discussion) of Israel’s top leadership are seeking to secure Israel’s national interests. Nevertheless, operating “butt backwards” hardly gets the job done. In fact, it is more than accurate to posit – at lease since the onset of the “Oslo Peace/Death Accords” dementia – that they have failed miserably. There are thousands of Jewish graves, and many more maimed for life, serving as testimonials to the above. Rational folks would think that new strategies would have to be considered – as minimum, yet mandatory requirements – to save the Jewish homeland. Wouldn’t one?

YET, Israel’s deluded leaders obsessively harp on “democracy” and the need to “rise above” those who wish to destroy the nation. Such warped views manifest into besieged thinking, therefore, its leaders become addled and construct counter intuitive “strategies”. Alas, they comport the nation’s business as if democracy is a suicide pact! It is not. According to their warped views, anything, and everything, may be sacrificed on its altar. This may seem over the top to some, but not to those who know Israel’s modern history, its leaders, and their “strategic policy-making”.

Let us recapture some of the above truths, and they are gleaned through the following highlights:

Leading the pack is Dr. Martin Sherman via his policy center, Israel Institute For Strategic Studies – A nation-saving address, if one qualifies as such.

Atop the Iranian spear, stands Professor Louis Rene Bereshead and shoulders above the rest. He spells out (in excruciating detail) how Israel’s mishandling of the Iranian menace has brought Israel to the brink of disaster – Not only that, but as Chair of Project Daniel he handed a blueprint to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on this existential issue – In all honestly, isn’t tarring the leadership as fools and knaves being too polite, considering their grave malfeasance of duty?

In concert, adding to the trio is Professor Paul Eidelberg (, requiring little introduction to these pages – .

Topping it off, the inestimable Caroline Glick takes Israel’s leaders to the woodshed, over and over again – . They are more than deserving of her skewering. Chop…chop.

The above failures of leadership led to November 2012’s unfinished foray into Gaza, but not due to any operational failures by the IDF and its intelligence arms. They performed brilliantly. This is without a doubt. Alas, the politicians, always led around the nose by Washington, allowed the Islamist-in-Chief to dictate Israel’s war plans, as if he is the master of Israel’s fate, and not Jerusalem’s leadership. Ghetto Jews.

Hence, the ground troops never entered to clean out the nest (everyone knows that a “root canal” is mandatory to achieve victory, once the air force/special ops paves the way, and this doesn’t take a military or political genius to figure out), and Israel’s spineless leaders reverted true to form –

And sooner than later, once Hamas (like all terror groups left standing) enjoys the time to regroup/rearm, they will possess even more lethal weapons to perfect the killing of Jews/Israelis –…unless one believes they have now taken up knitting and quilting.

So where is Israel now, just a few short months after the “cease/death fire”, in relation to Hamas? It is a sure bet, not only are they negotiating with Hamas, but giving them everything they wanted from the get go! In plain language, why the hell did Israel go to war (defensively, no less, after yrs of missiles and rockets raining down on Israeli heads) if they are caving in anyway? Does insanity know no bounds? Apparently not. Of course, Israel’s leftist media will spin these developments into pretzel-form, maintaining that the leaders have finally come to their senses. That giving into their demands is what they should have done years ago, and then everything would have come out  peachy. Well, leftists never get tired of appeasement, but nationalists are getting sick and tired. Yes, we are.

‘Report: Israel, Hamas Holding Secret Talks Through Egypt’

Israel may agree that Egypt’s border with Gaza be opened, as part of secret negotiations being held with Hamas.

Israel has been holding secret negotiations with the Hamas terror movement since the end of its Operation Pillar of Defense, Channel 2 News reported on Friday.

According to the report, the Egyptian-mediated talks are being held as part of the ceasefire reached between the sides at the end of counterterrorism operation in November and which said that both sides will refrain from attacking one another and the sides will work to reach understandings.

Channel 2 News indicated that an Israeli delegation that arrived in Cairo on Thursday came to Egypt for the purpose of holding talks with Hamas, through Egyptian mediators.

Until now, the negotiations have been conducted under a veil of secrecy, said the report, which added that according to the understandings reached between the sides, Israel will agree that the Rafiah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt be opened for the passage of commercial goods and construction materials.

As well, one of the items being discussed in the talks between Israel and Hamas is to open the border crossings for the transfer of agricultural materials. At the same time, reports in the Arab media have indicated that one of the issues around which the meetings revolve is the terrorist prisoners being held in Israeli prisons.

Despite the constant claims by Gaza’s terrorist rulers that Israel is imposing a “siege” on the region, Israel has consistently allowed humanitarian aid into Gaza, approving internationally funded and monitored projects in the region. Since 2011, 235 projects have been approved. In September 2012 alone, 16 new projects were approved.

Israel has also supported the private sector in Gaza, and has approved the transfer of raw materials for private sector construction, including roof tiles, building stones, dry wall, mosaics, adhesives, plaster, etc.

Hamas, however, has not been satisfied with the aid it receives from Israel and has been trying to punish the residents of Gaza by attempting to reduce the scope of Israeli goods entering the region.

With Israel tightly supervising the materials which enter Gaza through its border crossings and with the borders with Egypt being closed, Hamas has smuggled in materials, including weapons and explosives, through underground tunnels which connect between Gaza and Egypt.

The terror group is making at least a million dollars a day in “tax” money from Gaza smugglers, providing “protection” to smugglers and collecting payments for the service, then using the smugglers to order goods for their own use.”

Adding to our collective misery, here they go again, even as this American-Israeli has shown them the error of their ways. So, instead of letting terrorists starve, as they execute hunger strikes from Israel’s jails, what do Israel’s appeasing leaders do? They release them! ‘Freed Terrorist Hunger Striker Declares Victory…A terrorist freed after a long hunger strike tells PA media he feels ‘victory over the occupation.’ For crying out loud, why aren’t they listening to the following:

‘Op-Ed: No Crime Without Punishment’

There is a method to the madness.

Adina Kutnicki
The most effective way for a leadership to demoralize its citizens is to demonstrate to them, through both calculated words and unfathomable deeds, that their foundational moorings are unjust. Israel’s leaders have precisely pinpointed their attacks to be able to steer its Jews away from Zionism to post-Zionism, regardless of all their protestations to the contrary that they too are reallyZionists.
Zionists are made to feel, through a myriad of actions intentionally undertaken by the Israeli regime, that not only is a post-Zionist outlook just, but that persisting in a Zionist outlook will cause many more Jewish deaths. The leadership understands that creating visual aids is a powerful tool. There are few more devastating sights than helplessly witnessing the release of captured terrorists, and the pardoning of many more terror leaders.
While, on a daily basis, Jewish soldiers and security officers risk life and limb to capture these killers, the Israeli leadership treats their heroic actions as nothing more than a
To further their post-Zionist goals, the secular elite pounced on several wellsprings.
game of cat-and-mouse. Not only is this message seared into the souls of the soldiers, thus demoralizing them, but also into the consciousness of the terrorists. How many times have we witnessed the humiliating spectacle of newly captured terrorists smile for the cameras, wave victory fingers, and brazenly state that they expect to be released, while being hauled off to jail?
The terrorists have surely imbibed the message that a catch-and-release program is part of the Israeli leadership’s plans – no matter how heinous the terrorists’ crimes. If you were a terrorist, wouldn’t you, too, internalize the same hopeful message? No such positive message is aimed at the Jews.
Of course, there are varied excuses and babblings about why these releases are necessary – that “diplomatic” concerns dictate such “bold risks for peace;” that “windows of political opportunities” can’t be missed; and the tried and true refrain of “two states living side by side in peace.” To all the “sacrifices for peace,” these platitudes are nothing but a dagger in their already bleeding hearts.
In actuality, there is a goal-oriented method to the leadership’s perceived madness. That is, the remaking of our Jewish homeland into an Israeli (rather than Jewish) State. This persistent and dangerous vision imbibed by the ruling elite (particularly since the Oslo Accords) dare not be misinterpreted and left for another day. While this nightmarish scenario might seem like madness, or a pie-in-the-sky plan, to the average Zionist, secular or religious, this is the plan. Shimon Peres’s New Middle East‘ is the reason why scores of PLO terrorists were resurrected from the dead in Tunis, only to be implanted right into our heartland; shades of “capturing and pardoning” should come to mind.
To further their post-Zionist goals, the secular elite pounced on several wellsprings. To get to the heart and soul of the matter, they co-opted the Education Ministry. Through small, but steady incremental measures, they revamped a previously robust Zionist education. Ever since the tutelage of Shulamit Aloni, core Zionist ethos has been almost eviscerated. How better to brainwash the youth than to strip them of their Zionist roots?
To actually visualize and internalize their post-Zionist aspirations, many probing questions must be asked and answered. Why would a normal, supposedly Zionist Israeli leadership agree to turn tens of thousands of nationalist Jews into refugees, when no other country would dare commit such a violation of Jewish rights? Not only that, but the leadership ensured (through benign neglect) that the refugees would become helpless and hopeless pawns in their New Middle East plan – all in order to shatter their dreams of a Greater Israel, encompassing our historical and Biblical heartland. They broke every promise of their oft-repeated refrain before the expulsion, “There is a solution for every community.” Two years later, the Knesset is still promising and making clucking sounds, but, as expected, all comes to naught.
In addition, every time the IDF gets close to vanquishing our enemies, they are rolled back. Instead of operating as an offensive force, they have been mandated to wage a defensive war, whose core goal is “containment,” certainly not victory. Why?
Even if one tries to convince oneself that Washington and others prevent the IDF from achieving victory (through various measures), it still doesn’t take the absolute onus off the leadership. First and foremost, it is their sworn duty to protect their citizens.
In essence, Israel’s leadership has become legal outlaws. World-recognized, international criminal law expert Professor Louis Beres states, “Terrorism is a crime under
Israel’s leadership has become legal outlaws.
international law, and incontestably one of the most serious. The precise offenses that comprise this crime can be found at the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism…. [Every] state has an obligation under international law to prosecute and punish terrorists…. [Any] person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible and liable to punishment….”
In addition, Israel’s Basic Law is very clear. Israeli leadership is obligated to protect the enshrined civil and human rights of its citizens – Zionists included. Doesn’t all the above violate this sacred law?
Look, my blood is boiling to the nth degree (all the way from the US) watching the spectacle of bloodthirsty Jew-killers (successful ones or not) once again mugging for the cameras and waving their “Palestine” flags. Their relatives are smug in the reality that their loved ones are now home, while Israelis at home mourn their own losses and are humiliated to boot. What precisely will it take for millions – yes, millions – of Jews in Israel to take to the streets, to finally rid themselves of the dangerous albatross around their necks?
Nullum Crimen Sine Poena.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. History has proven this to be the case. Therefore, only those who have the mettle to stand up, be counted, and say NO, dare lead the Jewish homeland, despite this or that triumph under their watch.

More than fools and knaves…

UPDATE: PM Netanyahu & A Lawless Syrian Border…Decision Time Is Imminent…Will He Step Up?Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

It often appears as if this blog is continually whacking Obama and his lawless regime. It is. Yet it is not as if Israel’s leadership leaves much to be desired. Not at all. In fact, if one had to sum up their main deficit it would be impossible. There are too many. But when push comes to shove, a glaring shortcoming comes to mind – appeasement.

This attribute is not only revolting and embarrassing, but it is deadly. And when an imperiled nation continually aligns its security with another nation – even its “best friend” – it behooves Israelis to sit up and take notice. Not only that, but to demand to know: why are their leaders incessantly flying off to Washington, every time a national strategic imperative is in the offing? Moreover, in light of the fact that an Islamist-in-Chief is at the helm, and his new DM (& soon to be CIA head as well) has proven to be in bed with Arab/Muslim interests, why in hell did PM Netanyahu send his leftist-bent DM to consult with Arabist DM Hagel? Has he lost his mind? Not exactly.

As revealed in previous commentaries, spineless leaders are simply incapable of making strategic decisions – Forget about the fact that PM Netanyahu was a Sayeret Matkal commando – – his brave ship has sailed.

It is too often the case, when military types become political honchos the first thing they lose is their nerve, becoming squishy leftists in the process. A recipe for national disaster.  Why? Ask their psychiatrists. Nevertheless, the result is deadly, as Al Qaeda and its offshoots are poised to take over areas abutting another ! Israeli border, if PM Netanyahu doesn’t buck up.

‘Syrian no-man’s land bordering Israel and Jordan is up for grabs’

DEBKAfile Exclusive Report March 2, 2013,

Israeli military drill on the Golan
Israeli military drill on the Golan

The four Syrian mortar shells exploding on the Israeli side of the Golan Saturday, March 2, flashed a signal to Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that the moment is at hand to step in and decide how to dispose of the expanse of southern Syrian bordering on northern Israel. This urgency sent Defense Minister Ehud Barak flying to Washington Friday March 1, to meet new US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel next Tuesday.

At the top of their agenda for discussion this time will not be Iran but, DEBKAfile’s military sources report, the disappearance, except for scattered military units, of Bashar Assad’s ruling presence and army from the Syrian areas abutting on Israel and Jordan. The collapse of Assad’s defense lines on these two borders generates a new strategic situation of major import.
Most Israelis, including their media, are too deeply engrossed in the ins and outs of Netanyahu’s struggle to form a coalition government to notice that a no man’s land has opened up on the Syrian Golan, the Horon province (where the Syrian uprising first erupted two years ago), and the Yarmuk River dividing Syria from Jordan.
At the same time,  the Assad army is all but gone from there and the Syrian rebels are constrained from moving into the abandoned territory by three considerations:

1. They are short of the manpower for seizing and holding it;

2.  Their commanders have evidently not caught onto the brilliant international, strategic opportunity waiting to drop in their laps;
3.  The Druze community in their mountain fortresses overlooking the territory is poised to prevent any outsider takeover.
Israel is confronted with a choice between leaving the long-menacing areas overlooking the Sea of Galilee and its north-eastern regions to an unknown fate – or asserting control itself.
At this point, Israel’s armed forces still have three options:
a)  Directly capturing dominant points in those no-man’s land areas as guarantees of a say in who eventually dominates them.
b)  Military support for a Druze land grab.
c)  Military collaboration with Jordan to control the fate of the abandoned lands abutting both their borders.
There is still time to pre-empt developments that would be detrimental to Israel’s security: One such development would be a deal being reached on how to dispose of the abandoned territory between the Assad government and Syrian opposition in the talks opening in Moscow Tuesday, March 5.
This deal would open the door for ensconcing on the Israeli border Muslim extremists, such as the pro-Al Qaeda factions fighting with the Syrian rebels.
Barak’s mission to Washington is to align Israel-US positions on these and other urgent topics with the new US defense secretary. DEBKAfile’s Washington sources are skeptical about his chances of success in view of the Obama administration’s decision to pass the resolution of the Syrian question to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

This leaves the initiative up to Netanyahu. He has shown exceptional skill of late in ducking clear decisions on such matters. However, indecisiveness at this moment could cost Israel dear in the future.”

Upon reading the above, does it appear unreasonable for this American-Israel to be hyper-concerned, even if booms do go off?- Whereas every offensive/defensive measure is more than mandatory, it is a far cry from taking hold of territory; land which will otherwise be grabbed by the enemy to target Israel’s citizens, rendering them little more than ducks in a shooting gallery.

Thus, the combination of spinelessness/toadying is coming to a head via Syria. Soon thereafter, decision time re Iran is coming due. Though both threats are morphed together, as Syria is a client state of Iran and so is Lebanon, the abandoned land on Israel’s border is a neon sign for Al Qaeda and tentacles, if PM Netanyahu doesn’t pre-empt.

Most significantly, recall the recent “ceasefire” with Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia’s progeny, and how PM Netanyahu acceded – once again – to Washington to “cease” Israel’s fire – What kind of leadership behaves like a yo-yo, pulling its forces in and out of war zones, effectively, allowing another nation to call its shots – literally? A tethered one.

If past is prologue, wondering whether PM Netanyahu has the internal fortitude to man up is more than in order. The lightening speed of events on Israel’s northern front (or any of its borders) necessitates more than a pair of binoculars and requisite knowledge of the encircling perils. It requires a spine of steel. There is every reason for pessimism.

UPDATE: pessimism, re Netanyahu’s ability to step up, particularly due to his leftist DM – the ever scowling Barak – is indeed warranted, even though this blogger couldn’t predict that its efficacy would eventually come from Washington’s quarters –

PM Netanyahu’s “Red Line”…Iranian & N Korean Symmetry…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s UN Gambit…Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

Only a willfully blind person couldn’t see where the Islamist-in-Chief has been heading, respective to Iran’s nuclear death project. Being a genius was hardly a prerequisite. Common sense, and a modicum of knowledge, was more than enough.

Repeatedly stated at this blog – even to the point of sounding like a broken record – Israel’s leaders are, in no small measure, guilty of grave dereliction of duty. Now, this does not obviate all the aforementioned heroics performed by Israel’s special forces and assorted intelligence crews – a much deserved bow! We salute you.

Nevertheless, the buck stops with PM Netanyahu, knowing full well the Islamic proclivities of the wayward Commander-in-Chief. For heaven’s sake, Israel’s PM is a smart dude (a graduate of the “other school” across the Charles…that one”…the one where the real smarties go, unlike the “other one”, where papa can buy your entrance…never mind), as well as highly attuned to the jungle surrounding the nation. Not only that, but he served in Sayeret Matkal!

Told you he was a smartie, eloquently expressed herein – ” Regarding Iran and the threat it imposes over Israel, Netanyahu said that the designs of the enemies of the Jewish people have “not changed with the rise of the Jewish state. That is the millennial desire of the enemies of the Jews, fired by Jew hatred in antiquity andmedieval times and in modern times to eradicate the Jewish people. That has not changed. It may have taken a back seat for a few decades after the Holocaust, it was politically improper, but it has come back with full force, in the renascent Islamist anti-Semitism, the anarchist left and that strange bond between them that you’ve spoken about many times, and also in the failure of those who should know better to stand up against the de-legitimization of Israel…..” – – but spineless leaders, however bright they are, cannot step up, at least when the risks of doing so outweighs their “cautious” internal mechanisms –

More on target than most, DEBKAfile’s sources have this to add, and the “trial balloon” floated by an Obama surrogate SHOULD send shivers down Jerusalem’s and every westerner’s spine.

‘US plan for UN to endorse Khamenei’s fatwa? Shock in Jerusalem’

DEBKAfile Special Report February 17, 2013

From a British blog
From a British blog

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad declared Iran was a “nuclear state” during his Cairo visit two weeks ago. Saturday, Feb. 16, supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei shed more light by saying, “Iran is not seeking nuclear weapons but no power could stop Tehran’s access to an atomic bomb if it intended to build it. “
DEBKAfile: Iran’s leaders are therefore quite frank about the state of their nuclear program:  the components of a nuclear weapon have been procured – defying Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu red lines – but Tehran has not yet crossed the threshold to assemble it – although this could be done modularly.
And if the Islamic Republic has acquired the components and knowledge for surreptitiously building one bomb, it stands to reason that three or five would be no object.

On Feb. 12, DEBKAfile revealed that Iranian scientists attended the latest North Korean atomic test. Six days later, the Sunday Times repeated the story, naming Mohsen Fakhrizade-Mahabadi, the senior Iranian scientist of Iran’s nuclear weapons program, as the official present. Our Iranian sources strongly doubt that Mahabadi was there because he is too afraid of kidnapping or assassination to ever leave Iran.
We also revealed how the Iranian-North Korean nuclear partnership worked and the division of clandestine labor between them. Their arrangement – to which Washington and Jerusalem prefer to turn a blind eye –assigns to Iran the development of small nuclear warheads for delivery by missiles and to North Korea the development of ballistic missiles able to land a warhead at any point on the planet.

The two governments work smoothly in tandem, regularly pooling the data obtained from advances in their respective programs.
One such advance was Iran’s successful launch of a monkey into orbit at an altitude of 120 kilometers on Jan. 28 and its apparent return it to earth.  Washington tried hard to throw cold water on the Iranian feat, but Tehran countered by citing Western sources as confirming the launch.
A gap still remains in their accounts: Washington does not question the launch of a space capsule – only the monkey aboard.
However, the North Korean test of a “miniature nuclear device,” combined with Iran’s ability to launch a capsule with a monkey payload into orbit, add up to their having achieved a nuclear warhead capacity through shared technology.

After registering these menacing strides, officials in Jerusalem were dismayed to learn that instead of planning to cut them short, US President Barack’s Obama’s circle in Washington was studying a bizarre plan for the opposite objective.

It surfaced in an article published Tuesday, Feb. 12, by Ambassador Thomas Pickering, a veteran American diplomat who is influential in the framing of Obama’s Iranian policy.
This what he wrote: “In years past, he (Khamenei) issued a fatwa condemning nuclear weapons. Washington could take advantage of this fact by drafting a UN Security Council resolution endorsing the fatwa. This could be a small step toward boosting Khamenei’s international profile while simultaneously pressuring Iran to follow its own religious decree.”
Instead of dismantling these rogue nuclear programs, Pickering was proposing to legitimize Iran’s possession of a nuclear bomb capacity that only stopped one step short of assembling a bomb.
For the Shiite republic, UN endorsement as a nuclear power would be an epic triumph with ramifications for many years to come on its standing and the shape of the Middle East and Persian Gulf.

It would also endow Khamenei’s fatwa with false religious value – and not just for Sunni Muslims. Khamenei has neither the authority nor the erudition for issuing a binding Shiite fatwa either. Yet Pickering proposes extending the supreme leader a religious honor denied him by the leading Shiite clerics of Qom.
This fatwa has always been dismissed until now as a piece of propaganda designed to disguise the military aspects of Iran’s nuclear program and support Tehran’s claim that it was purely for peaceful use and research.
The stratagem floating around the White house for buttering up Khamenei and granting his edict international legitimacy just weeks before President Obama’s March 20 visit to Jerusalem is causing consternation among his Israeli hosts. It is a worrying pointer to the direction in which his Iran policy is heading.”

Not a gambler, but am willing to wager that PM Netanyahu’s heretofore “red line” has been tossed in the trash can. Why? Feast your eyes –

Besides, if over the last 4 years, when the Iranian Hitler was so much farther away from the bomb and Jerusalem didn’t buck Washington’s dictates, what chance is there they will do so, now that the Iranian Hitler has essentially crossed all “red lines”? Though they operate best when their backs are up against the wall, actually, pushing towards the sea, the Iranian danger requires the steadiest pair of hands.

Losing this bet would be a blessing, but living in dreamland has never been an option. Nor a strong suit. Why start now? Hope and pray that PM Netanyahu suddenly wakes up with a steel spine!
