United States Marines Thanksgiving Day arrested Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona on charges of treason and child endangerment, JAG sources told Real Raw News.
The arrest took place at Cardona’s Connecticut home, one of several properties he and his wife Marissa Pérez, a former beauty pageant winner, sometimes share with their two children, Miguel, Jr., and Celine.
At around noon, Marines stormed the Cardona residence as Mr. Cardona and his wife were putting a turkey in the oven and preparing a green bean casserole. Specifics of the arrest are unclear, but JAG sources told RRN the couple shrieked when they found themselves staring down the business end of the Marines’ M27 rifles. Perez, too, was apprehended, and will remain in military custody while JAG investigates whether she played a role in her husband’s crimes. The couple’s adult children were not home at the time of the arrest, sources said.
Cardona became a target of opportunity in September, after White Hats at U.S. Army Cyber Command “obtained” disturbing, confidential letters Cardona had authored and sent to school district superintendents in Arizona, California, Michigan, and New York. In the correspondence, Cardona brazenly encouraged districts to hire non-binary teachers, writing, “Modern youth must adopt the principles of a modern world, at an early age. Not every boy is a boy and not every girl is a girl. Exposure to non-binary faculty will help today’s students—tomorrow’s leaders—understand gender is a choice and not mandated at birth.”
Cardona’s dispatch also mentioned hiring transvestites to increase diversity.
But the madness did not stop there.
He sent school districts additional memos the following month, reaffirming his position that cisgender faculty be weeded out and replaced by staff espousing “progressive” values. Moreover, a Faustian Cardona promoted the notion that children as young as ten—4th graders—be taught about gender-reassignment surgery and puberty blockers, which prevent the development of organic, biological sex characteristics. Additionally, Cardona said he had petitioned HHS to pressure insurance companies to fund “gender-affirming care” for school kids.
“As educators we have a responsibility to make sure students have sexual options. We must accept our role. Cisgender parents are not qualified to instruct their children of sexuality in today’s evolving world,” Cardona wrote.
JAG says Cardona, in pushing a radical agenda endangering the lives of children, exceeded his purview and must be held to account.
“His framework has nothing to do with education. It’s indoctrination. It’s corrupting the minds of malleable, impressionable children. If an adult wants a sex change, so be it. No foul. Cardona’s guilty of treason against the country and against every child and parent in the country,” a JAG source said.

In May, two European leaders at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, described the record gas prices as part of a “painful” period of “transition” to alternative energy that should not be resisted. They echoed the words of President Biden, who said just prior to Davos that the pain at the pump was part of “an incredible transition” of the American economy away from oil and natural gas.
“[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” Biden told reporters.
“You have people that are openly demanding to do more of the same things that actually made the crisis possible,” he said.

A recently boosted pilot for WBTV, a CNN affiliate, died Tuesday afternoon when the helicopter he was piloting spiraled out of control and crashed in a field near Interstate 77, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Passenger Jason Myers, a meteorologist, also perished in the wreck.
Although the National Transportation Safety Board has yet to release a preliminary accident report, two sources at WBTV told Real Raw News that pilot Chip Tayag had received a fourth Covid-19 vaccination four hours ahead of the fateful flight. They would only comment under condition of anonymity because, they said, WBTV legal issued a directive to all employees—avoid mentioning vaccines when discussing the crash, or don’t discuss it at all, on or off air.
Many employees at WBTV’s Charlotte Studio knew that Tayag was freshly vaxxed because he openly bragged about his vaccine status and beseeched coworkers to stay current on their vaccine regimens.
“Chip loved his vaccines,” one source said. “If he heard someone wasn’t up on their boosters, he’d say something. That morning he was at the studio to grab Jason. Chip was smiling and pointing to little band aid on his arm and telling folks he got another shot per CDC recommendations. He was fine then, looked healthy and was cracking jokes.
A second source affirmed the story, adding that Tayag was a skilled and competent pilot with 20 years of flight experience and thousands of hours of flight time on the station’s Robinson R44 chopper, the world’s best-selling general aviation helicopter since 1999. Built by Robinson Helicopter Company, the R44 has an excellent safety record; pilots say it’s reliable, dependable, quick, and easy to maintain.

A U.S. military investigation into the depth of midterm election fraud found that 160 former illegal immigrants who voted Democrat were given U.S. citizenship only weeks ahead of the election.
Many illegals eventually earn the right to live and work in the country. The United States has a path to legal citizenship. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a division of Homeland Security, stipulates any person seeking to become a U.S. citizen must meet the following conditions: (a) Have been a lawful permanent resident for the past three or five years; (b) Have continuous residence and physical presence in the United States; (c) Be able to read, write, and speak basic English; (d) Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of U.S. history and government; (e) Demonstrate a loyalty to the principles of the U.S. Constitution; and (f) Be willing to take the Oath of Allegiance.
The ones identified by the military, however, met few, if any, of the requirements, and appeared to have received their citizenship under dubious circumstances. At the time, the White Hat partition of the military was already probing unrelated allegations of election fraud.
On November 14, U.S. Army Cyber Command heard a tip claiming that the criminal Biden regime, and specifically DHS/ USCIS had unlawfully granted illegals full U.S. citizenship, and that the newly minted citizens promised to vote Democrat for life in exchange for their new status. Pure, undiluted proof of the crime, the tipster said, was sitting almost in plain sight on INS’ computer servers at the agency’s headquarters in Camp Spring, Maryland.
A day later, Cyber Command effortlessly hacked the USCIS cloud and found a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet holding the names(?) addresses, birthdates, and citizenship status of persons who had submitted citizenship applications on 7 September. What is more concerning is that USCIS approved all applications on October 8, a month in advance of the midterms. Even more alarming, all 160 were named “Jose Lopez,” “Joaquin Lopez,” or “Jesus Lopez,” leading White Hats to conclude that the DHS/USCIS had for reasons unknown altered the identities of or assigned new legal names to 160 individuals.
“The odds that 160 applicants, all on the same day, had identical surnames—well, that’s remarkably small,” said our source at Cyber Command. “And whoever made the spreadsheet also made a big mistake. The entries specified how long they were in the U.S., and not a one, based on what was on the page, had been in the U.S. more than two years. It also gave what looked like valid addresses, something for us to follow up on.”
Cyber Command relayed its findings to White Hats at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS,) which, though short-staffed due to ongoing investigations on Deep State provocateurs, said it would pursue leads as time and manpower permitted. Within a week, though, NCIS investigators had tracked down 17 of the “Lopezes” and elicited from each a similar confession.
All had applied for fast-track citizenship or amnesty after illegally entering the United States. Some claimed they were victims of political persecution; others said they were looking for a better life and wanted to be Americans so they could work in the country and send money back to their families in Mexico or Guatemala. All said they had been contacted by a USCIS official who promised them a favor in return for a favor—guaranteed U.S. citizenship in return for voting for Democrats in the midterms and a Democrat candidate in the 2024 presidential election. They told NCIS investigators they had fulfilled their part of the agreement, at least as far as the midterms went. Of the 17, 12 lived in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the other five had residence in Pennsylvania.
On 17 November, U.S. Marines under Gen. David H. Berger’s Command apprehended the 17 “Lopezes,” and are now holding them at an unknown location. Our source said a debate had ensued over whether to deport the illegals or hold them to later testify against their Deep State controllers. Ultimately, a decision was made to revoke their U.S. citizenship and remand them into custody.
“We know 17 or 160 votes don’t make or break an election, but this is a tip of an iceberg. We can’t explain why USCIS didn’t better doctor the records—it’s crazy. The Deep State is usually damn meticulous. It’s our belief, and, no, we can’t prove it yet, that it’s much more pervasive. And efforts will be made to not only find the other 143, but the spreadsheets we didn’t find,” our source said.

Tax records contain some of the most personal details that a person has. Alimony? Income? Spending on medicine? Many of those items and more are there.
So what is creating concern is a report from The Verge that tax preparers, including TaxAct, TaxSlayer, H&R Block and more, “have been quietly transmitting sensitive financial information to Facebook.”
The Verge cites the documentation from The Markup that explains data, “sent through widely used code called the Meta Pixel,” lists names, email addresses and a vast range of private financial information, even to include dependents’ college scholarship amounts.
The Verge report noted its article was copublished with The Markup, which is a “nonprofit newsroom” investigating powerful institutions.
“The information sent to Facebook can be used by the company to power its advertising algorithms and is gathered regardless of whether the person using the tax filing service has an account on Facebook or other platforms operated by its owner Meta,” The Verge explained.
The Markup investigation discovered that the Internal Revenue Service handles about 150 million individual returns that are filed electronically each year, and some of the common services use the secret information sharing program.
The Verge said, “When users sign up to file their taxes with the popular service TaxAct, for example, they’re asked to provide personal information to calculate their returns, including how much money they make and their investments. A pixel on TaxAct’s website then sent some of that data to Facebook, including users’ filing status, their adjusted gross income, and the amount of their refund, according to a review by The Markup. Income was rounded to the nearest thousand and refunds to the nearest hundred. The pixel also sent the names of dependents in an obfuscated — but generally reversible — format.”
Some of the services also send information to Google, the report confirmed.
“Tax preparation giant H&R Block, which also offers an online filing option that attracts millions of customers per year, embedded a pixel on its site that gathered information on filers’ health savings account usage and dependents’ college tuition grants and expenses,” the report confirmed.
The details forwarded by TaxSlayer included phone numbers, names, dependents and more.
The report explained, “The Markup also found the pixel code on a tax preparation site operated by a financial advice and software company called Ramsey Solutions, which uses a version of TaxSlayer’s service. That pixel gathered even more personal data from a tax return summary page, including information on income and refund amounts. This information was not sent immediately upon visiting the page but only when visitors clicked drop-down headings to see more details of their report.”
The report said TaxAct spokeswoman Nicole Coburn said the company takes its customers’ privacy seriously, and tries to meet all IRS requirements.
A statement from Megan McConnell, of Ramsey Solutions, said, “We did NOT know and were never notified that personal tax information was being collected by Facebook from the Pixel. As soon as we found out, we immediately informed TaxSlayer to deactivate the Pixel from Ramsey SmartTax.”

John Meringolo, a longtime Manhattan defense attorney who earned a reputation for besting federal prosecutors in high-profile cases, died Thursday. He was 48.
The veteran litigator’s father, Richard Meringolo, confirmed his death to the Daily News. His cause of death was not immediately apparent, though his father said it was unexpected. Meringolo is survived by his twin 1-year-old sons, his wife, and his parents.
“It’s horrifying,” his heartbroken father said. “It’s a very sad day.”
Meringolo became a thorn in the side of federal prosecutors after winning streaks defending notorious clients in several prominent mafia, RICO, and large-scale narcotics cases.
In 2018, he scored a mistrial in the racketeering case of Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino, the reputed head of the Philadelphia crime family.
He convinced a Manhattan jury to acquit former NYPD deputy inspector James “Jimmy” Grant of charges alleging he took bribes from corrupt Brooklyn businessman Jeremy Reichberg in January 2019.
A couple months later, he scored an acquittal for John “Porky” Zancocchio, the alleged lieutenant of the reputed head of the Bonanno crime family. Meringolo argued his client was a victim of ethnic profiling by the NYPD based on his Italian heritage.
He notched another win in the form of a mistrial earlier this year of Steve Bannon associate Timothy Shea in the federal “We Build the Wall” crowdfunding case. He also represented Shea at his second trial, which ended in a conviction last month.
The We Build the Wall case in New York was a total sham by the DOJ. The government claimed the individuals who built miles of wall on the Southern Border abused those who gave donations by spending a very small percent of the donations on their expenses.
Unfortunately, the case against them was in New York, a northern state, miles from the Southern Border. Despite having no chance of a fair verdict, Meringolo defended Shea and in the trial, at least one member of the jury believed that the DOJ was on a witch hunt resulting in a mistrial.
But the DOJ wasn’t about to give up. They went back to court and were refused to provide evidence in the first trial that helped exonerate Shea. He was then found guilty.
Shea never had a chance in the second trial with an Obama judge overseeing the case in a New York City courtroom.
After being so successful in multiple cases against the government, attorney Meringolo is dead at age 48.

The investigations that led Amiram Ben Uliel to confess to the arson in Duma were based on weeks of torture. That he was tortured is a fact, accepted as truth by the court. His confession contradicts so many facts, that his innocence was clear to anyone who read the story carefully .The torture of Amiram was much more cruel than that of A, of course. For two weeks, the Shin Bet interrogated Amiram in a similar manner as A. When they didn’t get the results they were looking for, the Shin Bet moved up to levels of actual torture to force Amiram to confess to a crime he did not commit. His later denials were ignored.

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and Office of Military Commissions will begin prosecuting Deep Staters in-absentia, meaning they can be indicted, charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced without setting foot in a courtroom, a JAG source told Real Raw News.
JAG made this decision upon confirming reports that Deep Staters named on sealed indictments were fleeing the country en masse to avoid military arrest, and specifically after CDC Director Rochelle Walensky eluded capture and hotfooted to a foreign country.
As reported on 7 November, the military had hoped to simultaneously grab Moderna CEO Stephen Bancel and Walensky at a posh Virginia eatery where they had scheduled a business dinner, but Walensky ghosted Bancel. JAG now says that while Bancel was feasting on baked stuffed clams, Walensky was at the Port of Miami boarding a cruise ship bound for the Bahamas, from where she hopped a flight to Heathrow, from where she caught another flight to Brussels.
“She is now running the CDC remotely on foreign soil,” our source said. “The nefarious types are evil, but not stupid, or have friends that aren’t stupid. They have considerable resources.”
Other Deep Staters to have fled the country include AG Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
On November 13, Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall convened a meeting of his senior staff to discuss the legalities of holding trials in-absentia. In common law legal systems, the phrase is more than a spatial description. In these systems, it suggests a recognition of a violation to a defendant’s right to be present in court proceedings in a criminal trial. In 1884, the Supreme Court held that “the legislature has deemed it essential to the protection of one whose life or liberty is involved in a prosecution for felony, that he shall be personally present at the trial, that is, at every stage of the trial when his substantial rights may be affected by the proceedings against him. If he be deprived of his life or liberty without being so present, such deprivation would be without that due process of law required by the Constitution.” Exceptions exist in situations where a defendant, in writing, authorizes a court to conduct a trial in-absentia should he, for whatever reason, voluntarily not show up.
Vice Adm. Crandall opined that military tribunals were not bound by common law constraints and that Trump’s invoking of the Insurrection Act of 1807 authorized JAG to take any and all necessary action to bring traitors to justice. He also said fleeing the country to avoid arrest was tantamount to skipping bail, a voluntary action.
Legality and the Insurrection Act aside, we asked our source about the ethics of holding trials on persons not present to defend themselves.
“Since when has a Deep State operative defended himself? All they do is pound their fists and shout into the air ‘You can’t do this to me! Do you know who I am? You’ll pay for this.’ No Deep State agent has ever mounted a real defense. Why? Because the empirical evidence against them is so damn irrefutable all they can do is scream and shout. Admiral Crandall determined it’s within the scope of his abilities to do this,” our source said.
The in-absentia trials, he added, will not be held in a formal courtroom setting. Instead, either Vice Adm. Crandall or a delegate on his behalf will sit down with empaneled jurors in a conference room, where JAG will present its evidence and ask the panel to deliver a verdict, and, if proper, recommend punishment.
“The belief is Deep Staters eventually get sloppy. They get homesick. Eventually they’ll try to reenter the country, and we’ll get them. We can then avoid a lengthy courtroom trial and escort them straight to the gallows,” our source said.
In closing, he said JAG will still hold conventional trials in addition to those held in-absentia.

It was President Donald J. Trump on Tuesday who urged the U.S. military to change its defense posture to Defcon-3 “Roundhouse” after hearing that Russian missiles splashed down in Poland and killed at least two people, but he rescinded that order after receiving an impassioned telephone call from Vladimir Putin and examining photographs of the wreckage.
When news of the attack, or accident, broke, Trump at once reached out to Marine Corps General David H. Berger, who, in accordance with the Insurrection Act of 1807, took charge of the nation’s nuclear command codes when Trump ceded provisional authority of the country to the military prior to departing Washington in January 2021. As Real Raw News has previously reported, White Hats, not the Biden regime, have sole access to the codes controlling the country’s nuclear triad, and sources say this still holds true; otherwise, Biden would have already sparked nuclear Armageddon.
Mar-a-Lago sources told RRN that although Trump immediately suspected a False Flag, he asked Gen. Berger to raise the nation’s alert level, just in case.
Minutes after speaking to Gen. Berger, Trump received a call from none other than Russian President Vladimir Putin, who insisted that any ordnance that might have struck Poland were not of Russian origin and were not launched from Russian soil.

Though they impart their totalitarian tactics in a different language, the end-game is always the same: through censoring and shaming in the court of public opinion, the truth-teller will become radioactive. Think: Rules for Radicals. Never mind that a populist majority believes otherwise!
As such, the following exposé has as much to do with America as it does with Israel. Read on.
Back in the day (more precisely, November 25, 2005), this investigative journalist was tasked with publicizing an unvarnished reporton a most public assassination – namely, that of Rabbi Kahane, (of blessed memory) at the Marriott Hotel in New York City in 1990. Alas, 15 years after this brazen jihadi attack, the aforementioned assignment came to fruition. Its basis was not an accident, nor happenstance. Its timing was hardly incidental, too.
Intrinsically, it is imperative to note: NYPD top brass were threatened (through various pressure points) not to go public with their findings – that which were developed via a connect-the-dots, Herculean investigation. Rest assured, some of the basis for the silencing can be gleaned by examining the aforementioned 2005 unvarnished report.
First things first.
Though recognized for delving into the underbelly of thorny subjects – where few other journalists dare to tread – even so, this particular request was impossible to say no to. This was so due to the direct involvement of anti-terror agent NYPD Homicide Detective Mordecai (Morty) Dzikansky (Israel National News, March 19, 2022), this writer’s brother, the lead detective- investigator on the assassination.
Not only that, the primary witness tag-teamed with Detective Dzikansky to ensure that all evidentiary material, in tandem with internal investigative findings, was made available at this end. Box after box….after box. It was akin to an avalanche.
Most significantly, Detective Dzikansky (with a hand-picked, well-oiled team, and a fluent Arabic speaker in tow) cracked the case, so to speak. Its major findings, once pieced together (in mid-1992), were nothing short of explosive. Catastrophic. Ready….set….blow…at the time of their (jihadi) choosing! Schematics included. Hint: The Twin Towers.
But, as always, backgrounders are in order. The following foretaste sets the stage(Israel National News, December 21, 2021):
Mordecai Dzikansky—author of Terrorist Cop: The NYPD Jewish Cop Who Traveled the World to Stop Terrorists and Terrorist Suicide Bombings: Attack Interdiction, Mitigation, and Response—is a retired NYPD homicide and counter-terrorism detective who specializes in terrorism awareness and training. Dubbed as the “terrorist cop,” the titles of his two books speak for themselves. In 1993, after a rash of synagogue burglaries in the Metropolitan area, Detective Dzikansky was selected as lead investigator of the then newly formed specialized Torah Task Force. The task force affected numerous arrests and successfully recovered many of the sacred Torah scrolls.
In addition, Detective Dzikansky was selected to work on terror related investigations, including the murders of MK Meir Kahane and Ari Halberstam (Brooklyn Bridge murder)….
Now that that is clarified (having been clued in from the onset), finally, the fully threaded dots were given the go-ahead for public consumption.
The logical conclusion that Rabbi Kahane’s supporters drew from his murder was crystal clear. Strangely, it coincided with the assessment of the Islamic jihad: if they can eliminate a problematic “radical” rabbi on US soil and get away with it, then the hitherto invincible and impenetrable US would become open for their jihad.
Ever since the horrific public assassination of Rabbi Meir Kahane at the Marriott Hotel in New York City in 1990, there has been a small, yet vocal group of individuals trying to get certain US authorities – both state and federal – to pay attention to his murder. Their many entreaties both for personal justice and for a wider investigation fell on deaf ears. Nonetheless, the ramifications from the inaction of these US authorities can no longer be ignored.
This small group’s personal pain at the rabbi’s cold-blooded assassination fueled their initial anguished pleas. However, there was much more underlying their silenced screams. Just as surely as night follows day, they were convinced about one glaring aspect of Rabbi Kahane’s murder: it was the opening salvo by Islamic terrorists in their ongoing war against the US, perpetrated on US soil. Previously, during the 1970s and the 1980s, the Islamists shot several devastating hits aimed at US interests overseas. Not this time.
In this regard (as an amplifier to the above link), the facts contained within this analysis are meant to serve as additional context and backgrounder.
Most tellingly, it is entirely the case that the FEDS utterly refused to interface (to the point of playing “hide and seek”) with Detective Dzikansky and his stellar team.
No matter.
In a nutshell, his cracker-jack investigators devised “inventive” ways to leave (copies) all of their evidentiary trails at their doorsteps – with video/audio tapes of said hand-overs. No place to run. No place hide.
More specifically, undeterred, Dzikansky and his team made their way to intelligence-developed hidey-holes – with special laser-like focus on Brooklyn mosques scattered throughout Atlantic Avenue and nearby locales.
To wit, this one and that one was scooped-up (trust, saw the pics….heard the tapes, with attendant Arabic translation, when necessary) for interrogation. Some were longer-term “guests” at a particular NYPD safe-house. Afterwards, this intel was immediately shared with both the heads of the FBI in NY and their Washington counterparts. CIA, alike.
Atop the FED’s obfuscation, once personally confronted, each agency head – with the FBI and the CIA in the forefront – regurgitated one tall-tale after another re the “supposed” tie-ins to the jihadi facts presented. This “see no evil, hear no evil” mindset allowed them to ignore the whys and wherefores of the assassination, as well as the looming dangers ahead; a two-tier crime of omission. Inexorably, the 1993 and 2001 attacks were not out of the blue!
In no uncertain terms, Rabbi Kahane’s (of blessed memory) assassination was “the opening shot” of a “grand jihad” on US soil.
No doubt, the FEDS share equal blame with the jihadis – it wouldn’t have happened without their unfathomable efforts to play deaf, dumb, and blind. After all, they were handed a roadmap by the NYPD!!

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and Office of Military Commissions had difficulty finding three impartial panelists to hear evidence against Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel, for every interviewee knew someone whose life the vaccine had shattered—or killed. Following a weeklong search, JAG picked the three—two male Marine Corps officers and a female Navy captain—who expressed the least ill will toward Bancel. Nonetheless, they found Bancel guilty of murder five minutes after Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall rested JAG’s case and implored the panel to deliver upon Bancel a punishment commensurate to the damage his vaccines had caused the world.
Perhaps the pharmaceutical mogul’s tenor during an opening statement set the tone for the tribunal. Defending himself, Bancel denounced the tribunal as an “illegal kangaroo court” and, avoiding eye contact with the panel, smugly said that Moderna’s Covid vaccine was clinically safe and effective and that he could not be held liable for “coincidental injuries or fatalities” because the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) had granted him immunity from prosecution in matters involving the company’s products.
“Look where you are,” Vice Adm. Crandall told him. “Do you really think we answer to the FDA?”
“Does this look like safe and effective to you?” he continued. He projected onto a large television the image of a dead soldier who had rushed to get his jab following Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s edict that all servicemen get jabbed or face disciplinary action. The soldier’s eyes had burst like a pierced balloon, then he died of cardiac arrest.
“This happened 29 hours after he got the first shot,” Vice Adm. Crandall said. “He was 19 years old, healthy and fit and ready to serve his country. Your vaccine took all that away from him.”
He then displayed copies of the soldier’s medical evaluation and Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) scores; the soldier had passed with excellence, scoring 580 of a maximum 600 points, showing he was in superior health.
With a pronounced French accent Bancel objected vehemently: “This proves nothing. How many vaccines do you give your soldiers when they enlist? I know the answer—six. How can you say one of those didn’t harm him? Maybe had an underlying medical condition your screening did not catch. And we’ve seen no evidence of anyone presenting severe side effects after receiving only a single inoculation—”
“—Is that to imply you do have substantive evidence of side effects following subsequent vaccinations, that neither you nor Moderna has shared publicly,” Vice Adm. Crandall interrupted him.
“Please do not put words in my mouth. I said no such thing,” Bancel said. “You are pinning your case on the death of one American soldier. This is truly said.”
He had in his hands a ream of paper that, he said, held the names of 70 servicemembers who either died or were injured beyond the ability to serve in the Armed Forces within 14 days of getting a first or second Moderna vaccination. Many developed myocarditis and Stage-4 hypertension. Some came down with incurable cerebral palsy. One lost all blood flow to his lower extremities, and had his legs amputated. A handful are now living with chronic neuropathies. Thirty-two died.
He asked the panel to review the documents, as he continued to verbally slay Bancel.
“Had we the time, detainee Bancel, this commission could review evidence charging you with thousands and thousands and thousands of cases of negligent homicide, all the civilian casualties, but we don’t have time for that. We have other fish to fry. Let me ask you a question: Why is it, detainee Bancel, that you are not vaccinated?”
Vice Adm. Crandall said a Navy nurse had drawn Bancel’s blood shortly after he arrived at Guantanamo Bay. The blood was introduced onto a card containing fusion proteins that detect Covid-19 antibodies.
He called to the witness stand Captain Richard G. Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, who stated his name, rank, and credentials for the record. Captain Zeber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Doctor of Optometry degree. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation, Navy Achievement, and Good Conduct medals.
As he listed his accomplishments, Bancel suddenly leapt to his feet, shouting, “This man is an eye doctor. He is not a virologist, not an immunologist. He is incompetent to comment on the vaccine.”
“You can restrain yourself, detainee Bancel, or we’ll do it for you,” Vice Adm. Crandall warned.
“Captain Zeber, or doctor if you prefer, can you say with certainty that Mr. Bancel here never took a Covid vaccination?”
The doctor replied that no test is 100% conclusive, but that he was 98% certain Bancel was unvaccinated, based on the absence of antibodies in his blood.
“I’m confused here, detainee Bancel, and maybe you can help me out; if your science is so infallible, if your vaccine is so safe and effective that you’ve recommended it to tens of millions of people across the globe, how is it that you, sir, haven’t taken it yourself?” Vice Adm. Crandall said.
“I will not answer that question,” Bancel said bluntly.
“Very well,” Vice Adm. Crandall replied, and turned his attention to Captain Zeber. “Dr. Zeber, have you thoroughly reviewed the medical reports being presented here today?”
Captain Zeber answered in the affirmative.
“Dr. Zeber, focusing only on the fatalities given here today, in your professional opinion, what are the odds of 32 servicemembers, men and women, between 18-25 years old, dying inside of two weeks of getting vaccinated, with all fatalities taking place in a 90-day timespan?” Vice Adm. Crandall asked him.
“It is a statistical improbability,” Captain Zeber said. “You have better odds of winning Powerball, getting struck by lightning, or eaten by a shark than witnessing this tragedy. If you take into account not only the deaths but also the injuries, the odds of so many servicemembers falling ill or perishing, had they not taken the vaccine, are several hundred million to one,” Captain Zeber explained.
“And can you reach a conclusion based on your assessment?” Vice Adm. Crandall said.
“I can. That there is an unequivocal causation between the vaccine and the deaths. The size of blood clots found in the deceased are like nothing medical science has seen before,” Captain Zeber said.
Vice Adm. Crandall excused the witness, then asserted to the panel that Bancel, as Moderna’s CEO, must have had full knowledge of the clot shot’s deleterious effects but concealed that data to maximize profits. Moderna’s Covid shot made Bancel a multi-billionaire.
“I sincerely hope you won’t get to spend it,” Vice Adm. Crandall told Bancel.
The panel gave its verdict and held Bancel responsible for the deaths and injuries, suggesting he be hanged by the neck until dead as restitution for his crimes against humanity.
Upon hearing the panel’s decision, a furious Bancel came out of his seat and began shaking his cuffed wrists in the air. “How can you do this? I am a businessman. I have two children—”
Bancel is scheduled to hang on November 18, at GITMO.

While most Americans sat glued to televisions and electronic devices on the evening of November 8, a blistering firefight between U.S. Marines devoted to restoring order to the Republic and federal agents loyal to the criminal Biden regime took place at the Federal Reserve headquarters in Washington D.C., with the Marines suffering a crushing defeat, Real Raw News can now report.
Although RRN takes no pleasure in highlighting White Hat losses, we have an obligation to report them, just as we do their triumphs.
On the morning of November 8, General David H. Berger greenlit an operation to seize control of the Federal Reserve after learning that the criminal Biden regime was in the process of buttressing the building’s security with a 10’ tall perimeter wall to prevent the outside world from discovering that the criminals within were minting billions and billions of dollars—fiat currency unbacked by gold—meant to reach the hands of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Sources in Gen. Berger’s office told RRN that the general spoke to both President Trump and Trump’s advisors before committing to the raid. The consensus, he added, was that the Fed would be dark and mostly empty due to it being Election Day, with only a small contingent of treasury agents guarding the 6-story, steel beam structure.
General Berger, sources added, handpicked two Marine Scout-Sniper platoons comprised of 24 men to fulfill the mission, the objectives of which included surveilling the building, eliminating or subduing opposition, and destroying the engraving & printing machines. The Marines arrived at the Fed at about 1:00 am an exploited a gap in the wall that was still under construction. While snipers provided overwatch, the other Marines stealthily approached the front doors—then all hell broke loose.
The doors flung open, and treasury agents equipped with NVGs and armed with automatic rifles unleashed a phalanx of bullets at the Marines, striking and killing four Marines as they tried to rush the doors. The Marine snipers returned fire and downed three treasury agents, while the Marines in the courtyard dove for cover and fired into the doorway with their own M27 rifles. Three more Marines were struck down as they moved to flank the doors, and then IRS snipers appeared in the windows of the upper level, taking potshots in the general direction of the Marine sniper squads. One IRS sniper took a headshot and was felled, but the Marines quickly realized they were outmanned and outgunned as floodlamps illuminated the exterior and a voice echoed, “You’ve walked into a trap and are covered from an elevated position. Drop your weapons and surrender. We have you outnumbered 20 to 1.”
The Marines began a tactical retreat, laying down suppressive fire as they withdrew two-by-two through the gap in the wall from whence they came. The Marine snipers plunked at the windows and doorway while the men on the ground evaded a hailstorm of gunfire. Another Marine was wounded during the egress, and the remaining Marines escaped unharmed.
“This was a loss,” a source in Gen. Berger’s office later told Real Raw News. “They obviously knew we were coming; we don’t know how. That place is printing money hand over fist and sending it overseas. We meant to stop it. Matters are worse now, but we’ll find a way.”
