State court kills school’s plan to secretly change student pronouns

IN no uncertain terms, to reverse the socialist/fascist/wokeism trajectory of America — much of which is targeted towards the kiddies, yes, turning them into sexually confused automatons — those who claim to safeguard future generations must be willing to take action. Indeed, to be silent is to agree!

TO said end, every child is a target, that is, from each sphere of influence; political, educational, judicial, social, cultural, and those betwixt and between. Nothing is out of their grasp via the cult of transgenderism. Madness.

Officials insisted on calling a girl a boy despite instructions from parents

A court in Wisconsin has ruled against a school in a huge case in which parents sued the Kettle Moraine district for setting up a secret process to give their children “gender” appropriate names and pronouns – and conceal that action from parents.

Luke Berg, of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, said, “This victory represents a major win for parental rights. The court confirmed that parents, not educators or school faculty, have the right to decide whether a social transition is in their own child’s best interests. The decision should be a warning to the many districts across the country with similar policies to exclude parents from gender transitions at school.”

The ruling was from the Waukesha County Circuit Court and said Kettle Moraine School District violated parents’ constitutional rights to raise their own children by allowing minor students to change gender identity at school without parental consent, and even over their objection, WILL reported.

“The order enjoins the school district from ‘refer[ring] to students using a name or pronouns at odds with the student’s biological sex, while at school, without express parental consent.’ The decision sets a significant precedent that will help achieve greater wins across the country,” WILL noted.

Kate Anderson, of the ADF, which worked with WILL on the dispute, said, “Parents’ rights to direct the upbringing and education of their children is one of the most basic constitutional rights every parent holds dear.

“Yet we are seeing more and more school districts across the country not only ignoring parents’ concerns but actively working against them. The court was right to respect the serious concerns of these parents by holding that Kettle Moraine School District’s policy, which undermines parents and harms children, violates the Wisconsin Constitution.”

The two legal organizations brought the fight against Kettle Moraine “for supporting and affirming a minor student’s gender transition at school over the parents’ objection,” the report said.

The situation involved a couple’s daughter who began to question her gender in 2020, and “for a time, wanted to go by a male name and pronouns while at school,” WILL said.

“Her parents sought professional and medical support for her, deciding after extensive research that immediately treating her as a boy would not be in her best interest. Their daughter is now grateful she never transitioned. The parents communicated their decision to district staff, but the district refused to respect their decision—forcing them to withdraw her from the school,” the organizations confirmed.

“Just a few weeks later, their daughter realized her parents were right and expressed that the ‘affirmation’ that she was a boy ‘really messed her up,'” the report said.

WILL and ADF had cited the opinions of Dr. Erica Anderson, a licensed psychologist with over 40 years of experience and Dr. Stephen Levine, a clinical psychiatrist and professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

They warned that actions like the school’s could create a negative outcome for children with dysphoria issues.

The court’s summary judgment for the parents said their constitutional right to “direct the upbringing and education of children under their control” is protected under both the Wisconsin and United States’ Constitutions, and it includes the right to decide whether a social transition is best for their child.

“The school district could not administer medicine to a student without parental consent. The school district could not require or allow a student to participate in a sport without parental consent. Likewise, the school district cannot change the pronoun of a student without parental consent without impinging on a fundamental liberty interest of the parents,” the ruling said.

The same fight is developing in school district after school district across the nation these days as the administration of Joe Biden has adopted the idea of promoting transgenderism as one of its main goals while in office.

The family ended up withdrawing the 12-year-old girl from the district because officials there insisted on maintain their own transgender agenda – in opposition to the parents’ wishes.

Today’s ruling elites champion policies every previous generation of Americans would have regarded as outright evil. At the top of that list would be the supremely radioactive issue – illuminated by the hit summer film “Sound of Freedom” – of the widespread trafficking and sexual slavery of children, as well as the shocking prevalence of pedophiles in the United States of America. Indeed, the U.S. is the largest market for child sexual abuse in the world.

According to Tim Ballard, who has led many missions rescuing sex-trafficked children around the world, the Biden administration actually ENABLES AND PROMOTES the trafficking and sexual slavery of children with its horrendous border policies, its push for early sexualization of children, championing children’s “right to consent” on everything including mutilating transgender surgeries, and so on.

FROM the get-go, know this: sans the full-on indoctrination and penetration of radical, left-wing ideologies within U.S. academia, well, the above video would not have come to pass. Shiver the west timbers!

ALAS, it is beyond a shadow of a doubt, “woke-ism” is a mental illness — albeit, couched in touch-feely packaging. Not only that, every which way one peers through this Orwellian looking-glass, out pops a so-called progressive with the most dangerous, regressive and repressive demands.

IT is along this twisted trajectory of teachings that much of the craziness enveloping public discourse emerges. Ask yourselves: how can it be that so-called rational human beings, male or female, refuse to define “what a woman is!”

BUT never mind. There are some who will defy the PC, braying, censoring mobs to state the truth, regardless of the costs.

CONSIDER:

‘Code of conduct’ also could result in ban on treatments

Are you “non-woke,” not particularly politically correct and certainly not on board with the extreme ideology of contemporary America where men can simply say they are women and you are supposed to call them “Miss”?

One hospital system is kicking you to the curb.

A report at Just the News documents how Mass General Brigham, a “wealthy” health-care system in Massachusetts, is imposing a “code of conduct” on patients.

The code covers not only “verbal threats” and “vulgar words” but also threatens patients with action for “offensive comments about others’ race, accent, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal traits.”

“Unwelcome words” are not allowed.

“MGB warns that it may ask [patients] to ‘make other plans for their care’ in response to some violations,” the report confirmed.

They also might be banned from any future care that is not an emergency.

The hospital declares, “Words or actions that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile, or harassing are not welcome.”

Just the News revealed that the code “gives no minimum number of violations before a patient would be kicked out or banned…”

The bull’s-eye is on a wide range of patients now, according to Do No Harm, an advocacy group that fights “wokism.”

The group warned failing to use preferred pronouns could be considered to be harassment and disputing the existence of systemic racism could, in fact, be determined to be “racist.”

“Do No Harm noted that one of MGB’s founding members and Harvard Med’s training hospital, Brigham and Women’s, launched a pilot last year that explicitly granted ‘preferential care based on race’ to redress past wrongs, even while acknowledging it might be illegal,” Just the News reported.

Officials, however, refused to reveal whether “misgendering,” or using a person’s legal name instead of a “transgender” identifier they have chosen, would count as a violation.

“The code of conduct is an internal framework that will be used to evaluate each potential incident,” spokesman Mark Murphy told Just the News by email.

“Patients who repeatedly act in disrespectful or discriminatory ways may be asked to make other arrangements for care,” he said. He said there could be considered “extenuating circumstances, such as emotional distress or severe pain.”

WHEREAS the military has gone down the rabbit hole, in a manner of speaking, it is not for nothing. 

AFTER all, when the nation’s U.N. Ambassador tells a group of domestic terror thugs — ‘Rev. Al’s’ vanguard — that America’s Founding Document & Principles are steeped in ‘white supremacy’, well, what else is there to say? Explain?

ALAS, just as night follows day, West Point — the once venerable, hallowed military institution, the army’s officer training program — is now fully infected. DOA. 

MOST significantly, the damage accrued to America’s first-line of defense, that is, the military — the heretofore fighting arm(s) of  the world’s super power  — now has a full-blown set of nails ready to embed into its coffin. Absolutely.

AS such, whereas the total array of knock-on effects may not be visible for a while, know this: Sans a shadow of a doubt, the injection of ‘wokeism’, in its many manifestations — in the forefront, the teachings of national hatred, that is, starting with its Founding Principles, in tandem with the military’s ‘feminization’ —  will, eventually and inevitably, be its death keel. 

ASK yourselves: How can one fight to the finish for a nation that was birthed, and still steeped, in ‘racism’ and countless ‘sins??’ Bulls-eye.

INDEED, that’s the whole point of injecting all of the above (and much more) poisons into West Point, as well as every other arm of the U.S. military!

America’s military service academies are using “anti-racist” and critical race theory teaching tools to recruit and train their faculty and future officers.

Administrators at West Point are embracing the radical cultural Marxists polices that have swept American college campuses by storm, according to documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

According to West Point’s long-term plan, the once prestigious military institution will not only adapt critical race theory into its curriculum but will also use such practices in admissions.

A West Point diversity and inclusion plan for 2020 to 2025 asserts that in order for the academy to remain competitive with the civilian sector among potential applicants, the school must appeal to the sensibilities of “America’s younger generation.” Inclusivity will matter just as much as marksmanship, the document asserts.

“The Armed Forces represent the nation it defends, including reflecting our nation’s diversity,” the document reads. “It is imperative that we leverage all aspects of the nation’s diversity … to create and sustain an inclusive organization that attracts the best that the nation has to offer. We must create an environment that appeals to the aspirations of American’s younger generation. Only then will we be successful in competing with the civilian sector for the highest quality recruits.”

West Point did not respond to a request for comment or explanation.
