GOP Senators say US at risk for major terror attack.

GOP Senators John Barrasso (R-WY), John Cornyn (R-TX), Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Pete Ricketts (R-NE) returned from a visit to the southern border with a renewed statement against the DHS: some illegals have been found carrying explosive devices that are “tailored for terrorism.” The FBI Director says that the threat of a terror attack has risen sharply, yet the Biden administration has done absolutely nothing to protect the homeland. If anything, their policies have been part of the increased threat.

“We have just returned from our southern border, and it is painfully clear that with Joe Biden’s open border policy, our country is really at an increased threat for a terrorist attack. After Hamas released a statement encouraging lone wolf actors to create more terror, FBI Director Wray told Police Chiefs to pay attention. The FBI arrested one of those “lone wolf” would-be attackers on October 19. Sohaib Abuayyash is a foreign national who was illegally living in Texas after his visa expired in 2019. He was allegedly planning to kill Jews. Yet in Wray’s speech to police chiefs, there was no mention of any current terror threat by lone wolf terrorists.

The Biden administration, the DHS in particular, is not doing anything to protect the country from the influx of illegal immigrants. All of that with another massive migrant “caravan” on its way to the United States.

In both September and May 2023, explosive devices were found in the possession of illegal immigrants at the border. The homemade IED device found in Douglas, Arizona in May of this year was listed as “inoperable.”

In September of this year, CBP Agents found what appeared to be another IED – an improvised explosive device. The good news? Sorry, there isn’t any of that. The DHS recently released a terror suspect into the mainland US.  He was picked up at the border on October 3, and released into the nation. Fortunately, a few days later he was rearrested after the government found out about him being wanted in his home nation for terrorist activities. He is a Senegal national. Not all of the terrorists who cross our border have been located.

None of these things count the number of people on the terror watch list that have been caught coming into the US…or the “gotaways” that are in unknown locations. Explosive devices “tailored for terrorism” are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

Mayorkas and Biden are in direct violation not just of their oath, but of the Constitution. They should be arrested and face trial. If you could find a judge and jury that aren’t leftist fools.
