Beating the drums of the RED/GREEN alliance at this blog is hardly an exercise in “idle hands are the devil’s tools” aka “idleness is the root of mischief” ( for the record, this axiom is traced back to Chaucer’s ‘Tale of Melibee’…oh, to – once again – have the luxury of reading for reading’s sake! ).

This blog’s efficacy lies within a historical knowledge of the evils wrought by communist takeovers, and similar inroads blasted through Islamic conquest. BOTH ideologies are adept killing machines and totalitarian in their constructs.

Therefore, while apartheid South Africa was hardly a model of nationhood, it was certainly not lost on this blogger what an African National Congress takeover would portend! In fact, Nelson Mandela, a revered idol of the left, was not an innocent. He understood full well the “ties that bind” the ANC to communist handlers.

In fact, having received the Nobel peace Prize in 1993, he joined a laundry list of none too deserving recipients. Westerners who fete him need to understand the utter contempt he has for them, aside from the accolades they heap upon him!

With this in mind, while duly repulsed, no one should be shocked to find out the latest, regarding the thugs who rule the ANC –

“Few outside of South Africa paid attention either when, earlier this year, the president of South Africa began publicly singing songs advocating the murder of whites.”

“The silence is so deafening that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton didn’t even publicly mention the problems when she was there last week. Instead, she was busy dancing, pledging billions of dollars and praising the ruling government.”

“I find that quite disturbing, as if Afrikaner lives do not count for the Obama administration,” Dan Roodt of the Pro-Afrikaans Action Group, PRAAG, told WND……”

“Experts say the ongoing slaughter constitutes a clear effort to exterminate the whites or at least drive the remaining ones – now less than 10 percent of the population – out of the country. In other words, South Africa is facing a genocide based on the United Nations’ own definition.”

“More than 3,000 farm murders have been documented in that time period, representing a significant number considering the number of commercial white farmers is now estimated at less than 40,000.”

“Tens of thousands of whites have been murdered throughout South Africa, too, according to estimates.”

Disemboweled, drowned in boiling water

“Many more victims have been savagely tortured, raped, disemboweled, drowned in boiling water or worse. The horrifying evidence is available for the world to see on countless sites throughout the Internet: pictures of brutalized dead women and children – even babies.”

“We don’t know exactly who is planning them yet, but what we are calling for is an international investigation that will try and determine who is planning these murders,” Stanton said.

“The ANC government downplays the problem, claiming it is mostly just “regular” crime. Experts, however, know that is not true.”

“Things of this sort are what I have seen before in other genocides,” Stanton, who also worked against apartheid, said of the murdered white farmers after a fact-finding mission to the “Rainbow Nation” in June.

“This is what has happened in Burundi, it’s what happened in Rwanda,” he continued in a speech to the Transvaal Agricultural Union in Pretoria. “It has happened in many other places in the world………”

“The government often classifies the brutal farm murders as simple “robberies,” for example. Sometimes the crimes are not even reported……”

“In some cases, experts also say, authorities are actually involved in the brutal crimes. Police oftentimes participate in cover-ups, too.”

“The non-stop wave of grisly, racist murders in the Rainbow Nation – new incidents are reported almost daily now – has led Genocide Watch to conclude that South Africa is close to the final phases of the genocidal onslaught.”

“When ANC Youth League boss Julius Malema began singing “Kill the Boer,” Genocide Watch moved up South Africa to stage six out of eight on the road to genocide – the preparation and planning. The seventh phase is extermination of the target group. The final stage is denial.”

“It became clear to us that the [(ANC) Youth League was this kind of organization – it was planning this kind of genocidal massacre and also the forced displacement of whites from South Africa,” Stanton explained.

“When a court declared the racist song “hate speech” for inciting genocide against whites, the self-styled communist president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, began singing it too.”

Dehumanization

“It is all part of a vicious campaign of dehumanization aimed at whites, according to experts. Demonizing the victims always precedes genocide.”

“Known as Boers or Afrikaners, the descendants of Northern Europeans, mostly Dutch, arrived in Southern Africa hundreds of years ago, in some cases as far back as the 1600s. Still, racists refer to them as “settlers,” implying they do not belong there.

“Whenever you have that kind of dehumanization,” Stanton explained, “you have the beginning of that downward spiral into genocide.”

“The National Socialists (Nazis) did it in Germany, and the Islamists did it in Turkey before exterminating Armenian Christians, he added.”

“The government, meanwhile, has already launched a campaign to disarm Afrikaner farmers. As Genocide Watch observed in a recent report on South Africa, disarmament of the target group is one of the surest warning signs of impending genocide…..”

“Necklacing, in which a tire filled with gasoline is placed around a victim’s neck and set on fire, for example, became a common form of punishment for dissenters and ANC opponents. Even Nelson Mandela’s wife endorsed the monstrous practice!”

“Beyond genocide against whites lurks another largely overlooked but related phenomenon: the efforts by communist forces to completely take over South Africa.”

“It is hardly a secret. The Communist Party of South Africa has always has been a firm ally of the ANC. Both of the last two presidents have been members of the Communist party.”

“As in Zimbabwe after Marxist dictator Robert Mugabe seized power, the issue of land distribution is being used to advance the same dangerous agenda in South Africa.”

“Whatever system of land tenure is adopted in South Africa, the communists – in the long run – have in mind to take away all private property. That should never be forgotten,” Stanton warned during his recent trip.”

“The idea, he said, is to crush all potential resistance.”

“Every place you go where communists have taken over, they take away private ownership because private ownership gives people the power – the economic power – to oppose their government,” Stanton continued. “Once you have taken that away, there is no basis on which you can have the economic power to oppose the government.”

“While the outside world largely refuses to understand or even acknowledge what is really going on, white South Africans are keenly aware of what awaits the nation if the communist schemes are not stopped.”

“The ANC regime has publicly stated that it wants to nationalize all land, in effect doing away with private property when it comes to agricultural land,” explained PRAAG’s Roodt.

“The Communist Party has always been the real intellectual home of the ANC, and even government ministers call each other ‘comrade’ in public,” he added.

Land redistribution

“Since the end of Apartheid, the ANC government has been working to redistribute land – much of which is still currently owned by the white minority – to blacks and others.”

“As in neighboring Zimbabwe, once one of the wealthiest nations in Africa, the schemes have mostly resulted in failure. Under Mugabe, who gave the stolen land to his cronies, estimates suggest millions of people have died from starvation. Others fled, ironically, perhaps, to South Africa.”

“Now, the ANC wants to speed up the land reform process. Some elements within the government are even advocating forced expropriation without any compensation.”

“The farm murders, analysts say, are the early phases of what may be coming.”

“More and more, the ANC regime’s supporters are turning to violence and revolution to achieve their aims of taking control over land and industry,” Roodt explained.

“Over the last few days there has been an increase in attacks on family owned farms with the intent of driving owners off their land,” he continued, echoing a widespread sentiment among South Africans that the situation is quickly spiraling out of control.”

“Hit squads target specifically women and elderly farmers as they are seen as soft targets,” he added. The government also disbanded farmer self-defense groups known as “commandos” that formerly protected rural areas.

“According to Roodt, South Africa, like every country during a communist takeover, is being deliberately destabilized. Ethnic and racial tensions are being purposefully stirred up as part of the scheme as well, he said.”

“The ANC regime has failed completely to create jobs for its mass of supporters,” Roodt told WND. “So it is using the white minority as a scapegoat, blaming them for its own economic failures due to corruption, mismanagement, nationalization, racial preferences and so on.”

“Roodt says the “revolution” could drag on, slowly, with a lot of talk but little action. On the other hand, there could be a sudden, radical shift such as what happened in Zimbabwe, where white farmers who refused to be driven off their land were tortured or murdered.”

“There could even be a Rwanda-type situation in which whites would be targeted for wholesale slaughter, Roodt warned.”

Sadists encouraging sadists

“Anything is possible,” he added, saying the ruling government was very similar to an organized criminal enterprise. “What is going on in South Africa today with the rape and killing of children, torture or farmers and racial violence, is tantamount to a sadistic society. We are ruled by sadists who encourage other sadists to go out to rape and kill.”

“No matter how bad it gets, however, Roodt and other South Africans fear that the world will shut its eyes and wash its hands.”

“To many people in the West, especially liberals and leftists, I think it is seen as normal for blacks to hate whites and oppress them,” he explained. “Because of their historical guilt associated with colonialism, whites are deemed to deserve punishment, even of the most extreme kind such as torture and mass murder.”

“Even in South Africa, the press is largely silent about what is going on. Consider that after Stanton announced his preliminary findings in late June – explosive by any measure – just one newspaper covered it.”

“Many white South Africans believe that time may be running out. Some want their own country in Southern Africa to preserve the unique Afrikaner culture, language and civilization. Others are currently working with Western governments in an effort to raise awareness and hopefully allow especially vulnerable populations to escape as refugees before the festering tensions explode into a full-blown catastrophe. More than a few, though, have vowed to stay and fight back if and when the time comes.”

“For now, activists, exiles and human rights leaders told WND they hope Americans will help spread the word about the looming potential calamities facing South Africa. EVEN after the most horrific terror attack hit America’s homeland on September 11, 2001, few have bothered to learn the requisite lessons. An average student (one hardly needs to be a genius to have an inquiring mind) should want to know : what animates/underlies a preponderance of Muslims, whose most fervent desire is to destroy western civilization?

Moreover, how can (most) westerners be so incurious? Why are millions upon millions of adherents to Islam exhorting the west’s destruction? And what price will be paid by the west’s blindness?

In a nutshell, cognitive dissonance, much like Alice-in-Wonderland thinking, offers temporary respite. But it is very lethal, and fleeting at best.

At its base, our civilization depends upon westerners waking up – before it is too late!

“Last Wednesday, August 8, “thousands of the Muslim Brotherhood’s supporters” attacked 6-October’s media facilities, beat Khaled Salah—chief editor of the privately-owned and secular Youm 7 newspaper—prevented Yusif al-Hassani, an On TV broadcaster, from entering the building, and generally “terrorized the employees.”

“El Balad adds that the supporters of Tawfik Okasha, another vocal critic of President Morsi—the one who widely disseminated the graphic video of a Muslim apostate being slaughtered to cries of “Allahu Akbar”—gathered around the presidential palace, only to be surrounded by Brotherhood supporters, who “attacked them with sticks, knives, and Molotov cocktails, crucifying some of them on trees, leading to the deaths of two and the wounding of dozens.”

“Far from condemning these terrorists, Al Azhar, Egypt’s most authoritative Islamic institution, has just issued a fatwa calling for more violence and oppression, saying that “fighting participants in anti-Muslim Brotherhood demonstrations planned for 24 August is a religious obligation.”

“Most of the aforementioned Arabic sites point out that these attacks are part of the Muslim Brotherhood’s campaign to intimidate and thus censor Egypt’s secular media from exposing the group’s Islamist agenda, which Youm 7, On TV, and Okasha do daily. [Note: the latter’s channel was recently shut down, despite Morsi’s previous reassurances that “no station or media will be shut down in my era.”]

“These threats are not new; back in April, an organization called the “Jihad Group to Cleanse the Country” threatened these media with “painful and severe punishments.” Apparently now that Morsi has become master of Egypt, threats are becoming reality, just as promises are being broken.”

“And the threats are taking their toll. Sky News, which was first to report about the crucifixions, has taken down its original article (though the URL still appears in the address box with the Arabic words “protesters-crucified-in front of-egypt’s-presidential-palace”).

“While one may argue that Sky News removed the article because it was found false, one can equally argue that it censored itself for fear that it would be next in the terror campaign against the media.”

“In reality, there is little reason to doubt this crucifixion story. Militant Muslims crucifying their opponents is a regular feature of the Islamic world—recent cases coming from the Ivory Coast, wheretwo Christian brothers were crucified, similarly by supporters of a Muslim president who ousted a Christian; Indonesia, where Islamic separatists crucified a fellow Muslim for being a military informant; and in Iraq, where Muslim militants crucified Christian children.”

“Moreover, those alleged to have been crucified in Egypt certainly fit the Koran’s description of who deserves to be crucified. According to Allah, “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this: that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off…” (Koran 5:33).

“Making mischief in the land” is precisely what the secular media is being accused of, by constantly exposing the Muslim Brotherhood and its Islamist agenda. Even the Jihad Group to Cleanse the Country, which threatens to “liquidate” many secular media, accuses them of “creating chaos to implement the American and Zionist agenda.”

The world is transfixed and questioning : will PM Netanyahu pre-empt the Iranian Hitlerite regime? or, will he allow the US to take the lead? Either way, sober (historical) judgment must prevail

Half of world Jewry stands on the precipice.

Alas, there are so many opinions floating overhead, bets should be taken at Vegas to tabulate the odds.

Be that as it may, even if a non-hostile POTUS sat at the helm, it would hardly matter. And, with an irredeemably hostile one squatting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Israel’s leaders would have to be madder-than-hatters to rely on his ‘promises’.

Damn straight.

In this regard, here are some sobering thoughts, and more than enough ‘food for thought’ for those who bleat the drums for American ‘permission’ to strike.

“Johnson warned that a unilateral Israeli military preemption could trigger severe regional turmoil, transform Israel into a belligerent state, and preclude assistance by the USA. Johnson refrained from implementing the 1957 unilateral and multilateral guarantees issued to Israel by Eisenhower. He insisted that Israel should rely on the diplomatic-multilateral option.”

“Eshkol defied Johnson. He preempted the anti-US Arab axis; devastated a clear and present danger to vital Western interests; rescued the House of Saud from the wrath of Nasser; expedited the end of the pro-Soviet Nasser regime and the rise of the pro-US Sadat regime in Egypt; dealt a major setback to Soviet interests; and demonstrated Israel’s capability to snatch the hottest chestnuts out of the fire, without a single US boot on the ground. He transformed the image of Israel from a national security consumer (a client state) to a national security producer (a strategic ally).”

“Eshkol realized that a defiant national security policy – in defense of the Jewish State – yielded a short-term political and diplomatic spat with the US, but resulted in a long-term national security upgrade and dramatically enhanced strategic respect.”

“From time immemorial, the Jewish People has faced powerful adversities in asserting its sovereignty over the Land of Israel, and by undertaking unilateral national security actions. Conviction-driven defiance of adversity has earned the Jewish People deep respect.”

“Israel’s contemporary history demonstrates that dramatic national security enhancement requires unilateral actions, in defiance of regional and global powers.”

“For example, in 1948/9, Prime Minister Ben Gurion declared independence, annexed Western Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, initiated wide construction in Jerusalem and refused to end “occupation” of the Negev and absorb Arab refugees, in defiance of a US military embargo, the threat of US economic sanctionsand significant domestic Dovish opposition. In 1977, Prime Minister Begin’s initiative to negotiate directly with Egypt, circumvented President Carter’s initiative to convene an international conference, which intended to focus on the Palestinian issue and Jerusalem.”

“In 1981, Prime Minister Begin concluded that the cost of a nuclear Iraq would dwarf the cost of preempting Iraq. He realized that diplomacy would not stop Iraq’s nuclearization, and that most Arab/Muslim countries considered a nuclear Iraq to be a lethal threat. Therefore, he preempted, destroying Iraq’s nuclear reactor, in spite of the US threat of a military embargo and a nasty diplomatic US reproach, worldwide condemnation and vocal domestic opposition, especially by national security circles.”

“Begin’s daring unilateral initiative in 1981averted regional chaos, sparing the US a nuclear confrontation in 1991, which would have devastated vital US human, economic and military concerns.”

“In 2012, Prime Minister Netanyahu is aware that sanctions against Iran are inherently ineffective due to non-compliance by Russia, China, India, Japan and some European countries. He recognizes that sanctions provide Iran with extra-time to develop/acquire nuclear capabilities. He knows that sanctions did not prevent Pakistan’s and North Korea’s nuclearization. He concluded that Iran’s time-to-develop/acquire is unpredictable and uncontrollable. He realizes that a nuclear Iran would doom the pro-US Gulf regimes; would traumatize the supply and price of oil; would accelerate nuclear proliferation; would provide a tailwind to Islamic terrorism and scores of sleeper cells in the US; and would entrench Iran’s military foothold in America’s backyard – Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador and Mexico. He understands that a military preemption – with no boots on the ground – is a prerequisite for regime change in Iran. Just like Begin, Netanyahu is convinced that the cost of a nuclear Iran would dwarf the personal, diplomatic, political, economic and military cost of preempting Iran.”

Region on the brink…ready to explode…and DEBKA exposes it all –

“The US and its allies are discussing a worst-case scenario that could require up to 60,000 ground troops to go into Syria to secure chemical and biological weapons sites following the fall of the Assad government, an unnamed American source said Thursday night, Aug.16.

This scenario postulates the disintegration of his security forces, he said, leaving chemical and biological weapons sites vulnerable to pillaging. It assumes the sites could not be destroyed by aerial bombings in view of health and environmental hazards.

“There is no imminent plan to deploy ground forces,” the source insisted. This is just a worst-case scenario.
DEBKAfile’s military sources find in this disclosure a bid to psychologically prepare the world for the prospect of chemical warfare, as the dialogue between Bashar Assad and his neighbors gains in violence.
The American special forces deployed on the Jordanian-Syrian border and in bases in Israel and Turkey clearly perceive a chemical-biological weapon threat. Military and medical preparations are being quietly put in place. Reconnaissance teams from potentially targeted countries have infiltrated Syria. They are on the lookout for any chemical missiles being moved into firing positions, although it is taken into account that Assad may be shifting decoys and that not all the real launchings can be stopped.

The Syrian ruler may also decide to transfer chemical explosives to Hizballah in Lebanon. Israel is on record as warning it would prevent this.

Medical preparations are also in place. The US and France are flying special military hospital facilities trained in the treatment of chemical weapon injuries to Turkey and Jordan.

Israeli hospitals are on war alert and have begun opening fortified emergency wards and making them ready for patients.

Tuesday, Aug. 14, IDF Home Front Command units embarked on a series of chemical attack drills in the towns of the northern district down to Afula, which is 52 kilometers east of Haifa and 110 kilometers north of Tel Aviv.

The soldiers taking part those drills wore new anti-contamination suits.
In Tel Aviv, city hall announced underground parking spaces would be available in an emergency as bomb shelters for up to 850,000 people.

Wednesday, August 15, Bashar Assad’s violence again broke new ground:
Syrian air force bombers struck Azaz not far from the Turkish border – for the first time with the aim of razing a complete Syrian town. More than 80 people were killed and 150 wounded. He was telling the Free Syrian Army rebels who had been using Azaz as their command post and logistical hub for the Aleppo battle that the gloves were off and the same punishment would be meted out to any urban areas hosting them.

The Syrian ruler also warned Ankara through back channels that if any more Turkish FIM-92 Stinger anti-aircraft missiles were supplied to the FSA, he would arm the 2,500 Turkish rebel PKK Kurdish fighters allowed to deploy on the Syrian-Turkish border with Russian SA-8 anti-air missiles for use against Turkey.

Ankara shot back: That will be war.
DEBKA-Net-Weekly’s military sources report that Assad is resolved more than ever to stand fast after the shot in the arm he received last week from Tehran.

Iran’s National Security Adviser Saeed Jalili visited Damascus Aug. 6-7 to ascertain that Syria would strike Israel and US military targets in the region with all its might if they attacked Iran.

Assad was ready to offer this pledge, but demanded in return that Tehran guarantee to exercise all its military capabilities to save him from any military or covert attempts to end his rule – whenever it was requested.
Jalili promised him that guarantee. He also held a similar conversation with HIzballah’s Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut.”

With all that is going in Washington these days some things don’t make the news the way they should. Fourteen days ago President Obama issued an Executive Order that you should know about. This order gives an unprecedented level of authority to the President and the federal government to take over all the fundamental parts of our economy – in the name of national security – in times of national emergency.

This means all of our water resources, construction services and materials (steel, concrete, etc.), our civil transportation system, food and health resources, our energy supplies including oil and natural gas – even farm equipment – can be taken over by the President and his cabinet secretaries. The Government can also draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill “labor requirements” for the purposes of “national defense.” There is not even any Congressional oversight, only briefings are required.

By issuing this as an Executive Order the President puts the federal government above the law, which, in a democracy, is never supposed to happen.

As President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he has the Constitutional authority to issue executive orders. And while similar orders have been made before by presidents from Eisenhower and Reagan to Clinton and George Bush – it has never been done to this extent.

It is still unclear why this order was signed now, and what the consequences are for our nation – especially during times of peace. This type of Martial Law imposes a government takeover on U.S. citizens that is typically reserved for national emergencies, not in a time of relative peace.

Those of us who hold steadfast to Conservative and Judeo/Christian ethics take particular umbrage when the likes of Valerie Jarrett, a stealth communist, lectures us. Moreover, internalizing that Communists & Islamists have taken hold of American power centers is too much to bear.

It is one thing to agree to disagree, at least if one is on the same American page. Her audacity and brazen chutzpah knows no bounds. But every so often radicals ( though usually very controlled, especially when in positions of power ) become reckless, allowing their well designed masks to slip. Hence, when this happens, it is much easier to peer into their darkened and bleak souls. Their utter contempt for the citizenry becomes palpable.

Enraging.

And so too did Valerie Jarrett bare her fangs, at a lecture at the Harvard Kennedy School – ‘ Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s Iranian-Born Communist Senior Adviser Takes Shot At Tea Party’.

“Iranian-born Communist sympathizer Valerie Jarrett, Barack Obama’s Senior Adviser, spoke recently during a forum at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, in which she implied members of the TEA Party needed simple instructions and outlines to understand Obama’s major government overhaul of healthcare, the stimulus package, bailouts, and his road to socialism. When asked if she thought a simple booklet would help us conservative simpletons understand Obama’s desire to “fundamentally transform America,” she agreed, stating ““Hope and Change were so catchy because it was really very simple and it was something everyone understood the definition. And so I think part of what our challenge is is to find a very simple way of communicating.”

“Her condescending attitude and remarks garnered a historical retort from The American Patriot Alliance in an open letter to Ms. Jarrett.”

Because, while Israel is responsible for everything in the philosophical sense of being an omnipotent force of evil, when 16 Egyptian soldiers are killed, it becomes necessary to find the people who actually did it.”

“Turkey’s Islamist rulers who are facing the threat of an independent Kurdish nation rising out of the ruins in Syria and Iraq also have an explanation for the situation. Turkey’s Interior Minister stated that most Kurdish PKK guerrillas are not Turkish citizens and that quite a few are actually Israelis. So in between somehow recruiting multiple Egyptian Muslims willing to die for Israel, Avi and David took a trip to Kurdistan to take potshots at Turkish soldiers.”

“Western journalists try not to report on such embarrassing outbursts because it makes their favorite Islamists look like loony bigots who can’t deal with a problem without finding some byzantine way to blame it on their least favorite minority group. The Islamists in Cairo and Ankara know better, but their ideology makes it impossible to fight other Muslims without first declaring them to be heretics or pawns of heresy.”

“Israel and America are convenient justifications for Muslims to kill other Muslims in the name of Allah. When Bin Laden wanted to overthrow the Saudis, he made war on them as the pawns of America. When the Saudis had overthrown the Hashemites, they had accused them of being the pawns of Britain. Now that the Salafis are confronting the Muslim Brotherhood, they are also accusing them of being the pawns of America and Israel.”

“Revolution is like Saturn, it devours its own children,” Danton says in Georg Buchner’s Danton’s Death, a controversial play about the French Revolution. In the modern context that line might be changed to read, “Revolution is like Allah, it devours its own children.” The Muslim Brotherhood has reacted to the attack with all the expected antics of revolutionaries eager to sup at the kiddie table.”

“One statement urges “the Egyptian people to face up to domestic forces of sabotage and subversion, beware of their sinister calls for strife and sedition”. Another calls on their own government “to implement the law firmly against the instigators of vandalism and subversion throughout the land and against their collaborators and agents involved in causing this deliberate confusion, chaos and mayhem across Egypt under the pretext of exercising freedom.”

“Predictably enough, the attack is being used by Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood to crack down on domestic dissent and replace top officials in the Egyptian military. Not to mention repeating calls for dispensing with the Camp David Accords and fully remilitarizing the Sinai. But cynicism will only take the revolution so far.”

“The Jihadists are the children of the Islamic Revolution. The brats of the upscale millionaire Islamists running networks of companies in Egypt and Turkey funded with Saudi and Qatari cash. But the vested interests that begin revolutions are not always the ones who benefit from them. Germany sent Lenin back in a sealed car under the protection of its soldiers for the short-term goal of taking Russia out of the war. Germany succeeded in toppling a moderate Russian government and replacing it with radical Bolsheviks, and, thirty years later Soviet troops were occupying Berlin.”

“The Gulf States are already quarreling with the Muslim Brotherhood and accusing it of wanting to take them over. Even while both groups are working together to take over Syria, neither trusts each other. But the real threat to them is the chaos that they have unleashed. The Muslim Brotherhood revolutionaries, like their Bolshevik spiritual ancestors, are returning from exile in the West to carry off their revolutions, but the revolution doesn’t end where they say it does…………..”

“Big fleas have little fleas, Upon their backs to bite ’em, And little fleas have lesser fleas, and so, ad infinitum.” Islamic revolutions, like their secular counterparts, have countless smaller fleas who take Islam even more seriously and are even more determined to turn society into an exact ideal replica of 7th Century Arabia.”

“The Muslim Brotherhood might have been a flea on Egypt’s back, but the Salafis are a flea on its back, and there are fleas on the backs of the Salafis. Revolutions solve these problems with an extended round of purges that ends when no one believes in anything anymore. The French Revolution drowned itself in its own blood, and the Soviet Union and the Chinese Communist Party did likewise. By the time Mao and Stalin’s last butchers were shown the door, Communism was no longer a revolutionary idea, it was just a rotting structure that would take several generations to dismantle.”

“For the Islamists the challenge is to firmly draw a line to their right and they cannot do that because Mohammed is on the other side of that line. Blaming Israel and “foreign elements” is a convenient way to avoid dealing with the logical consequences of their own ideology. “Before making his final preemption decisions on a still-nuclearizing Iran, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must first make a carefully informed judgment on Iranian rationality. In essence, he will have to determine, systematically and dispassionately, whether Iranian decision-makers are apt to be rational, irrational, or “mad.” There are, in fact, critically significant differences between these three possible alternatives; the wisdom of any considered Israeli preemption will ultimately depend upon choosing correctly, and also on predicting Iranian policy behavior accurately over time.”

“Words matter. In world politics, irrational does not mean mad, or “crazy.” It does mean valuing certain goals or objectives more highly than national survival. In such rare, but not unprecedented or inconceivable circumstances, a country’s irrational leadership may still maintain a distinct and determinable rank-order of preferences. Unlike trying to influence a genuinely “mad” leadership, it is possible to effectively deter a (“merely”) irrational adversary.”

“For the moment, and despite frequent popular caricatures in the world press, Iran is not a crazy or even radically whimsical state. Although it is true, at least doctrinally, that Iran’s political and clerical leaders could sometime welcome the Shiite apocalypse more highly than avoiding catastrophic destruction, these decision-makers might nonetheless remain subject to alternative deterrent threats. If faced with such bewildering circumstances, wherein an already-nuclear Iran could not be prevented from striking first by the more usual and credible threats of retaliatory destruction, Israel would then need to identify, in advance, other less-orthodox, but still promising, threats of reprisal.”

“Inevitably, such alternative threats would concern those pre-eminent religious preferences and institutions deeply valued by Shiite Iran.”

“A presumptively rational leadership in Tehran would make it easier for Jerusalem to forego the pre-emption option. After all, in such vastly more predictable circumstances, Iran could still be deterred by some or all of the standard military threats linked to “assured destruction.”

“Unless there is an eleventh-hour defensive first strike by Israel, a considered attack that would most likely follow a determination of actual or prospective Iranian “madness”—a judgment that could either be correct or incorrect—a new nuclear adversary in the region will become a fait accompli. For Israel, this appearance would mandate a prudent plan to coexist or “live with” a nuclear Iran. Immediately, forging such an indispensable strategy of nuclear deterrence would call for reduced ambiguity about particular elements of its strategic forces; enhanced and partially disclosed nuclear targeting options; substantial and partially revealed programs for improved active defenses; certain recognizable steps to ensure the survivability of its nuclear retaliatory forces; further expansion of preparations for both cyber-defense and cyber-war; and, in order to bring all of these complex and intersecting enhancements together, in a coherent mission plan, a comprehensive strategic doctrine.”

“Additionally, because of the residual but still consequential prospect of Iranian irrationality (not madness), Israel’s military planners will have to identify reliably suitable ways of ensuring that even a nuclear “suicide state” could still be deterred. Such a uniquely perilous threat might actually be very small, but, considered together with Iran’s Shiite eschatology, it might not be negligible. Further, while the expected probability of having to face such an irrational enemy state could be very low, thedisutility, or expected harm of any single deterrence failure, could still be unacceptably high.”

“Israel is steadily strengthening its plans for ballistic missile defense, both on the Arrow system, and on Iron Dome, a lower-altitude interceptor designed to guard against shorter-range rocket attacks, especially from Lebanon and Gaza. These systems, including others which are still in the development phase, will inevitably have leakage. It follows that because system penetration by even a single enemy missile carrying a nuclear warhead could, by definition, be intolerable, their principal benefit would ultimately not lie in supplying any added physical protection for Israeli populations. Instead, this still-considerable benefit would have to lie elsewhere, in expected enhancements of Israeli deterrence.”

“Another computational strategic caveat unfolds. A newly-nuclear Iran, if still rational, would require incrementally increasing numbers of offensive missiles in order to achieve or maintain a sufficiently destructive first-strike capability against Israel. There could come a time, however, when Iran would be able to deploy more than a small number of nuclear-tipped missiles. Should that happen, all of Israel’s active defenses, already inadequate as ultimate guarantors of physical protection, could also cease functioning as critically supportive adjuncts of Israeli nuclear deterrence.”

“Preemption against Iran, even at very great cost and risk to Israel, could prove indispensable in the case of Iranian decisional “madness.” Yet, in itself, this destabilizing scenario is insufficiently plausible to warrant defensive first-strikes. Israel would be better served by a bifurcated or two-pronged plan for successful deterrence. Here, one “prong” would be designed for an expectedly rational Iranian adversary; the other, for a presumptively irrational one.”

“In broadest policy contours, we already know what Israel would need to do in order to maintain a stable deterrence posture vis-à-vis a newly-nuclear Iran. But what if the leaders of a newly-nuclear Iran did not meet the characteristic expectations of rational behavior in world politics? In short, what if this leadership, from the very start, or perhaps more slowly, over time, chose not to consistently value Iran’s national survival as a state more highly than any other preference, or combination of preferences?”

“In such threatening circumstances, Israel’s leaders would need to look closely at two eccentric and more-or-less untried nuclear deterrence strategies, possibly in tandem with one another. First, these leaders would have to understand that even an irrational Iranian leadership could display distinct preferences, and associated hierarchies of preferences. Their task, then, would be to determine precisely what these particular preferences might be (most likely, they would have to do with certain presumed religious goals), and, also, how these preferences are apt to be “ranked” in Tehran.”

“Second, among other things, Israel’s leaders could have to determine the likely deterrence benefits of their own pretended irrationality. An irrational Iranian enemy, if it felt that Israel’s decision-makers were irrational themselves, could be determinedly less likely to strike first. Years ago, Gen. Moshe Dayan, then Israel’s Minister of Defense, urged: “Israel must be seen as a mad dog; too dangerous to bother.” With this prophetic warning, Dayan had revealed an intuitive awareness of the possible long-term benefits to Israel of feigned irrationality”.

“There is a pertinent prior point. Before Israel’s leaders could proceed gainfully with any plans for deterring an irrational nuclear adversary, especially Iran, they would first need to be convinced that this adversary was, in fact, genuinely irrational, and not merely pretending irrationality.”

“The importance of an early sequencing for this notably vital judgment cannot be overstated. Because all specific Israeli deterrence policies must be founded upon the presumed rationality or irrationality of prospective nuclear enemies, accurately determining precise enemy preferences and preference orderings will have to become the very first core phase of strategic planning in Tel-Aviv.”

“Finally, as a newly-nuclear Iran could sometime decide to share some of its fissile materials and technologies with assorted terrorist groups, Israel’s leaders will also have to deal with the prospect of irrational nuclear enemies at the sub-state level. This daunting prospect is more likely than that of irrationality at the national or state level. At the same time, at least in principle, the harms suffered from any such instances of nuclear terror would probably be less overwhelming.”

“Soon, if it has already decided against preemption, Israel will need to select appropriately refined and workable options for dealing with two separate but interpenetrating levels of danger. Should Iranian leaders be judged to meet the usual tests of rationality in world politics, Israel will then have to focus upon reducing its longstanding nuclear ambiguity, or, on taking its bomb out of the “basement.” It will also need to operationalize an adequate retaliatory force that is recognizably hardened, multiplied, and dispersed.”

“This second-strike nuclear force should be made visibly ready to inflict “assured destruction” against certain precisely-identifiable enemy cities. In military parlance, Israel will need to convince Iran that its strategic targeting doctrine is “countervalue,” not “counterforce.” It may also have to communicate to Iran certain partial and very general information about the sea-basing of selected Israeli second-strike forces.”

‘Obama Lauds Clinton Aide Accused of Islamist Ties’ is a bastardized form of journalism, even to the point of hinting at Huma’s welled up eyes, hoping to evince sympathy for the poor, misunderstood dear.

“US President Barack Obama on Friday called Huma Abedin, a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, an “American patriot” after a group of Republican lawmakers accused her of having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamist political organization.”

“She has been nothing less than extraordinary in representing our country and the democratic values that we hold dear,” Obama said at a White House Iftar dinner celebrating the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.”

“The American people owe her a debt of gratitude because Huma is an American patriot and an example of what we need in this country — more public servants with her sense of decency, her grace and her generosity of spirit.”

“In June, Representative Michele Bachmann along with four other Republican lawmakers questioned Abedin’s security clearance in a letter to the State Department’s inspector general. They suggested members of her family had connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, which the writers said may be seeking access to high levels of the US government.”

“If my family members were associated with Hamas, a terrorist organization, that alone could be sufficient to disqualify me from getting a security clearance,” Bachmann said on conservative host Glenn Beck’s talk show.”

“Abedin, a Muslim, was seated on Obama’s right at the dinner and appeared visibly moved as the president spoke to a room full of religious leaders, elected officials and diplomats.”

“Senior Republicans in Congress, including House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner and former presidential candidate John McCain, have rallied to Abedin’s defense in recent weeks.”

“Greater participation of female athletes at the Olympics was another focus of Friday’s dinner. Obama noted that for the first time in Olympic history each team included a woman.”

“One of the reasons is that every team from a Muslim-majority country now includes women as well,” he said.

“Since taking office, Obama has focused on strengthening ties with the Muslim world. At a speech in Cairo in 2009 he called for “a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world” based on “mutual interest and mutual respect.”

“Friday’s dinner takes place amid a time of seminal change in the Middle East – home to over 300 million of the world’s 1.5 billion Muslims. Over the past year, revolutions in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya have felled decades of authoritarian rule, tensions with Iran continue to escalate and a bloody 17-month uprising in Syria shows no signs of abating.”

On the other hand, if one wants a true rendition re the ‘who’s who’ (dining) terror list at the White House, plus, did or didn’t Thomas Jefferson host the first Iftar, don’t expect The-Liar-In-Chief to get his facts straight. When his fellow kinsmen are the centerpiece the lies get even bigger – Pinocchio’s nose takes on new meaning.

And, history is fungible.

Guilt by association may not apply in criminal cases but in matters of national security, associations absolutely do. As the closest advisor to the Secretary of State, Huma Abedin should unequivocally denounce the Muslim Brotherhood as well as her family’s connection to it. That should only be a start.”

“What we didn’t know is that Huma was seated next to the President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), Mohamed Magid. The two seemed to be engaged in some friendly conversation and quite comfortable with one another. This is the same ISNA that was not only listed as a Muslim Brotherhood front group that seeks the overthrow of the U.S. Government from within, but also an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial. A 1991 document, penned by a Muslim Brotherhood leader identified the ISNA as a member group.”

America Could Lose the Fourth World War

“Day after day we see or learn of more and more international anarchy and moral confusion. This dangerous state of affairs has many causes, but none is more obvious, and none bodes more ill, than President, Barack Hussein Obama—a fool as well as a multicultural moral relativist.

America’s “post-American” president is oblivious of a most important fact. A superpower like America cannot apologize for its once decisive role in international affairs on the one hand, and curtail its military expenditures on the other, without shirking the responsibilities that come with being a great and powerful nation.

Indeed, America’s responsibilities are of world-historical significance. Intelligent and decent people in many nations are aware of this. They know of America’s crucial role in the three world wars of the twentieth century. In the First World War, America prevented Imperial Germany from overrunning Europe. In the Second World War, America was indispensable in the conquest of Nazi Germany, a totalitarian regime having global ambitions. In the Third World War, America, almost single-handedly, brought about the collapse of Communist Russia and Imperial Japan.

Today, America is involved in a Fourth World War, the greatest war known to civilization. America could lose this war because of her government’s failure to understand and identify her Jihadic enemy: Imperial, Totalitarian Islam—a theologically encrusted ideology more insidious than the atheistic creeds mentioned above, Nazism and Communism.

Since Barack Obama is a multicultural moral relativist, he is mentally incapable of recognizing the immoral nature of America’s enemy, nor of defending in lucid and energetic manner what America stands for as a nation, a nation whose foundational principles are rooted in Judeo-Christian civilization. Besides, as a self-professed “cosmopolitan,” Barack Obama is not only a post-American president; he is quite literally “a man without a country.”

Nevertheless, he is the president of the only country that can save mankind from a New Dark Age, an age dominated by a nuclear-armed Islamic Caliphate.

To be more precise, I am alluding to the theocratic and global ambition of Iran, historically known as Persia, one of the most powerful empires of antiquity. The Mullahs of Iran despise Obama’s “outreach” foreign policy, a euphemism for appeasement.

As is well known, Iran is well-situated to control the oil resources of the Middle East. This would enable the Mullahs of that despotic Islamic regime to spread their deadly hatred of the West throughout Islamdom. Bear in mind that of the world’s 1.5 billion prolific Muslims spread among some 50 nations, conservative estimates indicate that hundreds of millions of these Shiite and Sunni Muslims, faithful to the dictates of Allah and the Quran, support Jihad. Many nations across the globe live under the threat of Muslim terror and Islamic imperialism.

The threat to these nations and the resulting international turmoil can only be aggravated by a U.S. policy of “detente” vis-à-vis Islam with cutbacks in U.S. military expenditures. That was America’s policy vis-à-vis the Soviet Union during the Carter Administration, hence before the presidency of Ronald Reagan. Reagan did two things to hasten—I repeat hasten—the collapse of the Soviet Union. First, he increased U.S. military expenditures against which the Soviet Union (already weakened by its debacle in Afghanistan) could not compete; and second, he called the Soviet Union “the Evil Empire,” which shamed Russia and undermined the prestige of Communism throughout much of the world.

Obama has taken the opposite course. He has reduced U.S. military expenditures and has fawned over Islam, most conspicuously by bowing to a despot, Saudi King Abdullah.

It is in this light that we are to understand the increasing moral confusion and international anarchy that has occurred since Barack Obama entered the White House, and this will only grow worse if this fool wins the November election. Indeed, America could lose the Fourth World War. ”

For this discussion it is intrinsic to note the intersection between an “occupational” interest in the Muslim Student Association, and its morphing with a mother’s growing concern. This is an understatement.

Many have heard of the “student group”, but few understand its essence and mission. Fewer have spent time watching their Dawah (the Muslim mission to convert others to Islam, mainly through “outreach” programs) efforts too.

In this regard, like most mothers of college-aged students, this Muslim Brotherhood expert visited her son at his MIT college campus, as often as time allowed. Of course, to keep a watchful eye, but from a respectful distance. You gotta know when to let go, but we all know it is easier said than done!

Moving right along….already immersed in “tracking the money laundering” of Islamic jihadists (see https://adinakutnicki.com/about/ ), and understanding full well what the Muslim Student Association represented, imagine the shock when I noticed that their offices were cheek-to-jowl with Hillel, the Jewish Student Association.

Be still, a motherly heart.

Observing their in your face “outreach” was a sight to behold, even for someone well versed in their tactics. Unfortunately, most of the kiddies – as insanely smart as “Techers” are – didn’t have a clue. Babes in the woods.

Moreover, there were rumblings about MSA’s MIT most infamous alumni – none other than Ms. Aafia Siddiqui – a 9/11/01 Al Qaeda plotter, now in jail for life !

The report disclosed that the NYPD monitored Muslim Students Association (MSA) chapters in the Northeast. The outrage, centered on the perceived violation of privacy, is based on an incorrect presumption that law enforcement had no cause for concern with the MSA.”

“The organization’s history with radical dogma, convicted terrorists and radicalized alumni tell a different story.”

“NYPD officials visited websites and forums of different MSAs and noted the posted information, all of which was in the public domain. No one hacked into any email accounts or sites as part of the surveillance. A separate story reports that an undercover officer attended a rafting trip with more than a dozen MSA members.”

“But NYPD officials say critics are off base when they claim the department did something wrong.”

“There is no constitutional prohibition against a police department collecting information,” city senior counsel Peter Farrell told reporters Thursday.”

“What’s unconstitutional is if they then use that information to chill someone’s First Amendment rights or to impose harm on them.”

“The AP report chronicles different events that some MSAs held and speakers that chapters hosted on campus and provides some lists of event attendees. The surveillance was intended to track any potential radical speakers or behaviors of the different chapters or individual members.”

“The report lists six different incidents of monitoring in 2006 at the University of Buffalo, New York University, and Rutgers University. It also lists 12 other MSAs that were tracked, but did not provide “significant information posted to their web sites, forums, blogs and groups.”

“Some of the most dangerous Western Al Qaeda-linked/inspired terrorists since 9/11 were radicalized and/or recruited at universities in MSAs,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said as an explanation for the surveillance. “We were focused on radicalization and/or recruitment, specifically by groups like Al Muhajiroun, Islamic Thinkers Society, Revolution Muslim and others………”

“The NYPD has a duty to protect New York City from terrorist attacks. And MSA leaders and members have been convicted of terrorist activities and plots.”

The list is extensive, but among the MSA alumni who went on to terrorist involvement are:

Anwar al-Awlaki, an influential American-born al-Qaida cleric who recruited a series of homegrown jihadists before being killed by a U.S. drone strike;

Aafia Siddiqui, convicted of attempted murder and assault on U.S. officers and employees in Afghanistan;

Zachary Chesser, convicted of attempting to provide material support to the Somali terrorist group al-Shabaab and soliciting attacks on “South Park” producers for an episode in which the prophet Muhammad was shown in a bear suit;

Jesse Morton, convicted with Chesser of threatening the South Park producers with murder;

Adam Gadahn, an al-Qaida spokesman who is on the FBI’s Most Wanted List for treason and material support to al-Qaida;

Waheed Zaman, who was convicted of plotting to blow up transatlantic flights;

Adis Medunjanin, who is awaiting trial for plotting to bomb New York subways;

Ramy Zamzam, who was convicted in Pakistan of conspiring to carry out terrorist attacks;

Omar Hammami, who was indicted on charges of providing material support to al-Shabbab and is designated by the U.S. Treasury Department for his terrorist connections;

Muhammad Junaid Babar, who pled guilty to his support to al-Qaida; and

Syed Hashmi, who pled guilty to providing material support to al-Qaida.

“MSA was founded in the United States in 1963 by members of the Egyptian-based Muslim Brotherhood. The Brotherhood seeks a global Islamic state and has spawned leaders of a series of Sunni terrorist groups, including al-Qaida, Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”

“The Muslim Brotherhood motto established by founder Hassan al-Banna is, “God is our objective, the Quran is our Constitution, the Prophet is our leader, jihad is our way, and death for the sake of God is the highest of our aspirations.”

“MSA members remain faithful to Brotherhood ideology. At the closing session of the MSA West conference in January 2011 at UCLA, attendees recited a pledge, “Allah is my lord, Islam is my life, the Quran is my guide, the Sunna is my practice, Jihad is my spirit, righteousness is my character, paradise is my goal. I enjoin what is right, I forbid what is wrong, I will fight against oppression, and I will die to establish Islam.”
