Just when you thought the POTUS couldn’t sink the Executive Branch to lower depths of hell, along comes dastardly directives – keep the survivors of Benghazigate hidden from Congressional investigators! Not only that, but change their identities so that “leakage” doesn’t seep through. Who does he think he is, comrade V’lad?
You read it right. Such orders can only emit from the Commander-in-Chief, as they filter down the chain of command. Unfathomably, instead of making sure that Congress – a (heretofore) equal branch of government – is given its proper access to investigate the murder of an American diplo & security agents, the second term Dictator-in-Chief is behaving, not unlike in his first term, as if he is truly above America’s founding principles. Thus, every Congressional representative must step in line with his anti-American dictates – or else.
Yet even though Benghazigate is unraveling, stitch by stitch, the Potentate-in-Chief isn’t budging. Either he has gone completely mental, or his power grip cannot be broken, whatever shakes out. ‘U.S. Senator on Benghazi survivors: They were ‘told to be quiet’ by Obama administration’
U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has said he has been in touch with survivors of the 9/11/12 attack on the American Special Mission Compoung (SMC) and CIA Annex in Benghazi. His claim? Those survivors have been told by the Obama administration not to talk about their harrowing experience. If true, would that not qualify for obstruction of justice?
Graham also calling on House leadership – to include Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), Majority leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), and Party Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to start doing its job and get aggressive with investigating Benghazi. In short, Graham identifies Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) by name. Wolf has been calling for Boehner to form a House Select Committee.

Of course, this makes Hillary Clinton’s outburst at a Senate Committee hearing this past January a bit more relevant, does it not? It also makes more hypocritical, her statement immediately following that outburst.

“The fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was because guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans. What difference, at this point, does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.”
Did you catch the hypocrisy? How can you figure out what happened if you don’t care what happened? How did this go unnoticed? They were even two sentences back to back!
Doesn’t “do(ing) everything (they) can” involve determining motive? Isn’t that one of the first rules of investigating?
Of course, prohibiting the survivors from speaking to Congressional investigators only further underscores that hypocrisy, does it not?

‘SOS at CPAC: “Where’s Admiral Gauoette?” and the “Benghazi CBA”

“SOS” is a naval emergency distress call meaning “Save our Ship”, but at the CPAC, (Conservative Political Action Committee) convention, “SOS” stands for SpecialOperationsSpeaks.com, a new organization of former US Special Ops officers who are issuing distress calls about urgent high-profile questions, and critical unanswered mysteries about the 2012 Obama Benghazi debacle.
CAPT Larry Bailey, USN (Ret.), a former senior SEAL commander and co-founder of Special Operation Speaks, demands to know, “Where the heck is Admiral Gaouette?” Adm. Gaouette was the commander of the USS Stennis Carrier Strike Group on station in the Persian Gulf area who was mysteriously summarily stripped of his command during the attack in Benghazi, Libya, in which Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were murdered.
Several days afterward, it was reported that Adm. Gaouette was summarily relieved of his command during a major operational contingency event during the Benghazi attacks for the alleged claim of “inappropriate leadership judgment.” Adm. Gaouette’s detention and total disappearance weeks before the November 2012 presidential election was a story that Capt. Bailey says “disappeared into a black hole of silence.”
Capt. Bailey, as a “Brother-in-the-Navy” of Adm. Gaouette, has some urgent and vital questions:
Where is Adm. Gaouette now, and where has he been for over 4 months?
Why hasn’t Congress called Adm. Gaouette to testify about the 2012 Benghazi fiasco, when he clearly was a key operational senior commander in-theater?
If Adm. Gaouette is under some type of detention, what does “inappropriate leadership judgment” mean, what is he specifically charged with, and does he have proper legal counsel?
Capt. Bailey urges anyone who heard or saw anything, or has even the smallest most innocuous piece of the puzzle, to tell them what that piece is. He says, “The more questions SOS asks, the bigger the black hole of silence becomes.”
Col. Richard F. (Dick) Brauer, Jr, USAF (Ret.), SOS Air Commando Coordinator co-Founder of SOS, has a slightly different, but still vital question: “Where was President Obama’s CBA (Cross Border Authority) for the Benghazi ‘rescue’ attempt when US Defense Secretary Panetta claimed Obama told him, ‘Do whatever you gotta do to save American life.’?”
Col. Brauer explains that an insertion of any US forces into Benghazi, Libya, or across any international border into a country where US forces were not deployed, would have required a special US Presidential CBA authorization to be issued. So, in effect, Obama’s telling Secretary Panetta to “Do whatever you gotta do” without simultaneously issuing a specific CBA enabling such action is like “telling a fire station to extinguish a 5-alarm blaze while the firemen were not legally allowed to even leave the fire house, go to the fire, or douse the burning building.”
So, Col. Brauer’s point is that President Obama may have known that verbally telling Secretary Panetta to “do whatever you gotta do” without his also issuing the legally necessary CBA was “passively ordering USSECDEF Panetta to ‘do nothing.’”
Col. Brauer says his group is considering filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all the documents and emails surrounding the ADM Gaouette and “missing” CBA questions.
Stay tuned; these soldier sailors have never left a man in the field, and they will never leaveAdmiral Gaouette in the field. They see the Admiral as a “man down,” and are doing everything they can to help a fellow sailor who may be in trouble.

The State Dept. official responsible for security is Undersecretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy. Was he ever called to testify? Not that I ever heard. You can find him on the State Dept’s website.
The Republicans in Congress have abdicated their oversight duties for agencies of the executive. House leadership does not support any investigations in other than a half hearted way. I can only conclude they don’t want the truth to come out because it would hurt them too.
Patrick Kennedy, a woman who’s name escapes me but she was involved in getting security where needed, another man – no name again, and Lt. Col. Andy Wood, a head security official at Benghazi (I think Tripoli, too) appeared before a congressional committee, I believe one that Darrell Issa was chairman. There’s a video on YouTube of their exchange. Kennedy and the woman did a lot of stuttering, repeating answers, ers and ahs. Col. Wood told that he and his 16 member special forces team had been shipped out of that area in Aug. before the attack.
