U.S. Leftist Media In The Service Of A Radical Revolutionary Obama Administration…What Can Go Wrong?Commentary By Adina Kutnicki

Under the guise of the ‘Freedom Of Information Act’ an increasingly non-free media is servicing the government’s agenda. Say what? In plain English (not the bastardized cocktail blend used by multicultural psychotics), the media are behaving like quarterbacks for a regime they are ideologically in bed with, as well as being nudged along – by the powers that be – to “go along to get along”. Pravda-like.

And it is not as if the above is news, but it is the case that their back benching has increased manifestly ever since “The One” (repeatedly compared to Lincoln) burst – out of nowhere – onto the national stage. The (media) fix was in.

Yet, the perils of a compliant media are self evident in third world, brutish regimes, but they are less so in a quasi-free society, whereby the appearance of freedom of expression is less than one step away from being the truth.

Make no mistake. The following are just some of the results of a government controlled media, where veering from the prescribed script is less likely than finding a virgin in a whore house – adinakutnicki.com/2012/08/01/what-happens-when-a-compliant-media-ceases-their-due-diligence-thus-parroting-officialdoms-narratives-commentary-by-adina-kutnicki/ …as journalist’s parrot officialdom’s narratives. Dangerous. Toxic. Deadly too.

While no one should be surprised at the report below, patriots should be spitting bullets – figuratively, of course – at its contents. And those who had the misfortune to see said reportage on their tv screens were very likely enraged to the nth degrees. Channel that anger, constructively-speaking. High blood pressure is a (silent) killer.

For if the media truly believes that accessing home addresses and private info falls under the ‘Freedom Of Information Act’ (twisting its legitimate mandate into contorted knots), then who is to say that patriots don’t have the same rights too. Hell, yes. Therefore, turn about is indeed fair play. And this blogger leaves it up to her tens of thousands (currently topping 100,000 since her launch five months ago, but never mind) of readership to devise ways to “out” the private info of said media birdies, under the purview of the public’s “need to know”.

‘OWN A GUN? WE KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE’ – WND Exclusive

NEWSPAPER PUBLISHES A MAP OF ALL PERMIT HOLDERS IN ITS AREA

“A New York newspaper has gone to the effort to map out and publish online – complete with names and addresses – all the people in its area who own handgun permits.

The Journal News of White Plains, N.Y., has created interactive, online maps of all handgun permit holders in Westchester and Rockland counties, while it’s also waiting on information from Putnam County.

The newspaper boasts it was able to obtain the names and addresses through a Freedom of Information request, for New York state law makes permit holders’ information public record.

The interactive maps not only give an overall picture of the distribution of handgun permits, but can also be zoomed in upon, revealing the name and address of those licensed to own a handgun, be it pistol or revolver.

Presumably, a person familiar with an area could also use the maps to obtain locations of homes where the owner doesn’t have a handgun permit.

Jeff Knox, director of The Firearms Coalition, called the newspaper’s action “an outrageous invasion of privacy and a highly irresponsible action.”

“People choose to own handguns for a variety of reasons, personal defense being the most common,” Knox told WND. “How many victims of domestic violence, armed to protect themselves from an abusive spouse or boyfriend, were jeopardized by releasing this information? How many vulnerable seniors were placed at-risk by revealing the fact that they own guns?

A gun in the home is a last line of defense against violent criminals,” Knox continued. “Publicizing the existence of the gun in a particular home can have a potentially deadly impact. Guns are highly desirable targets of thieves, and we can expect that some of the people on this list will have their homes burglarized within the next 12 months.”

Response to the online article, judging by its comments section, has likewise been overwhelmingly negative.

“This is crazy!” commented a poster identified as Curtis Maenza. “Why in the world would you post every licensed gun owner[‘s] information? What do you hope to accomplish by doing this? This is the type of thing you do for sex offenders, not law-abiding gun owners. … I am canceling my subscription with your paper today!”

A poster identifying himself as Robert Wachtel of Mahopac, N.Y., added, “This is the single most irresponsible and dangerous piece of ‘journalism’ I have ever seen. Criminals can now target a specific neighborhood, wait for pistol permit holders to leave for work and burglarize their homes looking for firearms.”

He continued, “There is no legitimate public policy purpose for having pistol-permit info available to the general public. Many states have shielded this information and made it available only to law enforcement. I encourage everyone to contact their state representatives to have this … information shielded.”

The state of New York has become a hotbed for debate on the issue of gun laws since the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Newtown, Conn.

At the forefront is the New York Daily News, which shed all pretense of unbiased journalism by publishing a frontpage headline following the shooting that read, “Blood on Your Hands,” and called for readers to sign a petition to “institute comprehensive gun control.” The paper’s editorial department further called Wayne LaPierre of the National Rifle Association a “gun-crazed maniac” who “will forever now be known as America’s maddest gunman.” It has continued in news and editorial coverage to refer to LaPierre as “crazy.”

The highly charged atmosphere surrounding the issue gave Knox yet another reason to criticize the newspaper’s action.

“At a time when prominent public personalities and political operatives are blaming gun owners for the terrible atrocity in Newtown, Conn., and calling for the deaths of gun owners and NRA members,” Knox said, “the publication of this information appears to be an overt threat and intentional effort at intimidation.

“The publication of this information just goes to demonstrate why gun owners around the country are so vehemently opposed to laws requiring registration of firearms,” he concluded. “Something like this paints a large bull’s-eye on the backs of gun owners and on the front doors of their homes, placing them and their families at risk for no justifiable reason.”

And because radical leftists have not met the back hand of Constitutional Conservatives they continually up the ante. Therefore, this NY newspaper continues apace with their “revelations” – www.americanthinker.com/blog/2012/12/gluttons_for_pain_ny_newspaper_to_publish_more_addresses_of_gun_owners.html…but it is doubtful they would have the cajones to do so in “red neck” territory.

Nevertheless, leftist revolutionaries should be careful what they wish for. For if they persist in their witch hunt, they run the risk of turning otherwise law abiding, patriotic, Constitutionally Conservative Americans into their enemies.

After all, when this one or that one places bulls eyes on their backs, what else should they expect? Indeed.

And if the left is as smart as they think they are, unlike the “bitter clingers” they disparage, they would be wise to “cease and desist”….but then again, this blogger is Constitutionally Conservative, so according to the leftist revolutionaries she is as dumb as a post.

  1. Adina, your premise to start with is wrong. Media doesnt cover the White House anymore…. interns, entertainment outlets, AP, etc…. not media. Media covering the White House died with the Bush administration departing 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

    • Yes, this is true. But the ‘appearance’ of a real media, and a free one at that, is what makes the situation so dangerous. In other words, what people hear on tv, and read in the news, is what they (mostly) believe. Since so called journalists are covering the fray, then the damage they create is incalculable.
It is all in the perception.

  2. Once again, the left ideology is showing their deviant, illogical, but crystal clear behavior. WND really needs to be taken to task for this one…

Unfortunately, I think organizer-in-chief is serious about this one. If Obama can hold back the tears long enough, he will pass some perfunctory bill… or at least attempt to. If you think this country is divided now, wait until he tries to take away the 2nd Amendment. ooh wee…

Congrats on the 100,000 page views Adina.

  3. Once again, the left shows their deviant but nonetheless, predictable behavior.

Unfortunately, I think the Organizer-in-Chief is serious about trying to pass something in 2013. But I think he is also underestimated the venom he’ll see when he tries. If you think this country is divided now, just wait until he tries to strip the 2nd Amendment… ooh wee.

Congrats on topping the 100,000 visitors Adina! Well deserved.

  4. This created a lot of outrage among gun owners, for sure. Those people who don’t own guns ought to be outraged too, since the paper essentially put a “Gun Free Home – We can’t defend ourselves” sign on their homes. Most anti-gun homeowners are smart enough not to put a gun-free sign on their front doors. They benefit indirectly from living among gun owners. The thing that keeps burglars from breaking into occupied homes is the thought of an outraged, armed homeowner coming at them.

And this is just another reason NOT to register any guns with authorities. I used to support concealed carry laws, but have long since decided that if you register a gun by getting a permit to carry concealed you have just put yourself on a government list. I like open carry states where you don’t need a permit and you can carry openly. The government has no business telling you when and where you can exercise a G-d given right. After all, we don’t need a special license to write a letter to the editor, or to write and try to sell books, short stories, blogs, and so on due to the natural right of free speech.

    Congrats on your readership, Adina.
