IT is not a secret – at least it shouldn’t be – that the U.S. prison system is infected with radical Islamic Imams, and this has been ongoing for many years. Demster and Repub admins are equally guilty of said crime against law and order.

The American and European prison systems have become prime recruitment centers for radical Islam. Al Qaeda training manuals found by U.S. troops in Afghanistan reveal that America’s black prisoners, who constitute nearly half of the nation’s two million inmates, are viewed by terrorists as a potentially bountiful source of new jihadi recruits. Some 135,000 inmates convert to Islam annually, and almost all of these converts are African Americans.

The Saudi government, which has made the propagation of radical Islam in America a top priority, has shipped tens of thousands of Korans to U.S. jails in recent years. Through the National Islamic Prison Foundation, Saudi money finances an extensive “prison outreach” program that seeks to convert inmates to Islam and to anti-Americanism. Prison chaplains are typically Wahhabis (practitioners of Saudi Arabia’s most extreme, fundamentalist form of Islam) who have been certified and trained as religious officials by either the Islamic Society of North America or the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences, both of which are currently under federal investigation for ties to terrorism. Islam expert Stephen Schwartz states that “radical Muslim chaplains … acting in coordination to impose an extremist agenda … have gained a monopoly over Islamic religious activities in American state, federal, and city prisons and jails.”

Islamic groups have placed in many prison libraries books by a thirteenth-century Islamic writer, Ibn Taymiyya, a favorite scholar of Osama bin Laden and other latter-day jihadists. Ibn Taymiyya enunciates jihad violence as a central principle of Islam.

The seeds of such indoctrination have taken root in the minds of many who convert to Islam while in prison:

• In 2005, Bush administration officials busted a terrorist plot to attack non-Muslims at military and Jewish sites in Los Angeles on the fourth anniversary of 9/11. The plot was devised by militant Muslim converts of Jam’iyyat Ul-Islam Is-Saheeh (Arabic for “Assembly of Authentic Islam”) who had sworn allegiance to violent jihad while incarcerated at California’s New Folsom State Prison.
• Convicted terror conspirator Jose Padilla converted to Islam during a stint in a Florida jail and reportedly joined forces with terrorist recruiters after his release.
• Convicted “shoe bomber” Richard Reid converted to Islam with the help of an extremist imam in a British prison.
• Aqil Collins, a self-confessed jihadist-turned-FBI informant, converted to Islam while doing time in a California juvenile detention center. At a terrorist camp in Afghanistan, he went on to train with one of the men accused of kidnapping and beheading Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.
• In an East Texas prison, inmates were recruited with a half-hour videotape featuring the anti-Semitic rants of California-based Imam Muhammad Abdullah, who claims that the 9/11 terrorist attacks were actually carried out by the Israeli and U.S. governments.
• Federal corrections officials told congressional investigators during the Bush administration “that convicted terrorists from the 1993 World Trade Center bombing were put into their prisons’ general population, where they radicalized inmates and told them that terrorism was part of Islam.”

NEVERTHELESS, since HUSSEIN Obama took over the helm, the uptick in the Islamic infection has metastasized. The prison system has become even more toxic, if you care to imagine. Cancerous. 

MORE specifically, the Muslim Brotherhood Mafia – under which a majority of the infiltration and penetration “hides” – has TOTAL free rein within Obama Inc. Indeed, for all practical purposes, the overturning of America is nearly a done deal, though most Americans are inexplicably in the dark.

IN point of fact, the video (from mid 2011) demonstrates that from 2008 – 2011 HUSSEIN Obama’s brothers have cemented their hold within the largest county in America. This is no fairy tale. Assuredly, don’t pay attention to the doublespeak from the Deputy Chief, a Top Cop!

YET, as to the recent hiring of the DOJ’s Islamic jihadist for prison “ministering”- despite his fatwa to kill Ayaan Hirsi Ali – well, the indictment is in: Washington is run by Islamists and that is that, even though some of us knew this years ago!

An Egyptian-born imam who in 2007 said that Somali-born activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali should receive the death penalty for her criticism of Islam is now a Department of Justice contractor hired to teach classes to Muslims who are in federal prison.

According to federal spending records, Fouad ElBayly, the imam at Islamic Center of Johnstown in Pennsylvania, was contracted by the DOJ’s Bureau of Prisons beginning last year to teach the classes to Muslim inmates at Cumberland Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Md.

The records show that ElBayly has two contracts worth $12,900 to teach the classes and to provide the inmates “leadership and guidance.” One of the contracts is dated Feb. 20, 2014, and the other is dated Dec. 8, 2014.

It was April 2007 when ElBayly, the imam at the Islamic Center of Johnston, protested Ali’s scheduled appearance at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.

Ali, a former Dutch parliamentarian who fled Somalia with her family at a young age, has been vocal in her critique of Islam, claiming that women suffer greatly under the religion.

Those comments have angered many, including ElBayly, who called Ali’s statements “poisonous.”

“If you come into the faith, you must abide by the laws, and when you decide to defame it deliberately, the sentence is death,” the imam told a local newspaper ahead of her university visit.

ElBayly, along with Mahmood Qazi, the Islamic Center of Johnstown’s founder and past president, pressed university officials to block Ali from speaking.

“I don’t want her to poison anyone’s mind,” Qazi said. “She doesn’t believe in God. How can she talk about God?”

The men were unsuccessful, and ElBayly was heavily criticized for his comments, which gained national attention at the time. He apologized in a letter to the newspaper and seemingly resigned his post.

But that resignation was temporary, it turns out.

The federal Bureau of Prisons requires religious services contractors to provide credentials and other background information in their applications. One section asks applicants to list their associations with established religious organizations. According to recent news reports, ElBayly is once again the imam at the Islamic Center of Johnstown.

The application makes no mention of a required interview, though the document indicates that one is optional.

Besides the credentials, applicants have to provide two personal references and a letter of recommendation from their local religious organization.

Perhaps the highest hurdle for ElBayly to clear would be the program’s requirement to affirm, ”I do not endorse nor will I practice or use language in the institution that will support violence, terrorism, discrimination against other inmates.”

The Daily Caller sought to interview ElBayly, but he did not respond to an email request. A phone number listed for ElBayly was directed to a fax machine.

TheDC also wanted to find out more about how the DOJ’s Bureau of Prisons chooses who can teach religious classes to inmates, but the agency did not respond. The Cumberland facility also did not respond to specific questions about ElBayly’s classes.

IN the same manner in which Holder’s DOJ violates (with impunity) a myriad of laws (including hiring Imams who exhort fatwas to kill innocents), so too does the Criminal-in-Chief’s new nominee, Loretta Lynch. She believes that breaking multiple Federal laws is a “right” afforded to all who enter America, whether legally or illegally. Gangsters…under “respectable” cover. 

President Barack Obama’s nominee for Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, believes illegal aliens have the “right to work” in America, violating multiple federal crimes in the process. 

The revelation came during her first day of confirmation hearings Wednesday on Capitol Hill. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) asked Lynch about her position on enforcing America’s immigration laws:

Sessions: The president’s action would give people who came here unlawfully the right to work, participate in social security and medicare, when Congress has not done that, allows them to stay for at least a period lawfully. Let me ask you, in the workplace of America today when we have a high number of unemployed, we have had declining wages for many years, the lowest percentage of Americans working, who has more right to a job in this country? A lawful immigrant who is here — a green card holder — or a citizen, or someone who came here illegally. 

Lynch: Senator, I believe that the right and obligation to work is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here. When one is here, regardless of status, I would prefer they be participating in the workplace than not be.

On his YouTube page, Sen. Sessions extrapolates on the issue and his concern over the position held by the nominee to be the nation’s top law enforcement officer and the President’s actions with regard to providing legal amnesty to those who have crossed the borders and stayed in America in violation of federal law:

BOTTOM LINE: if America was led by Al Capone, instead of HUSSEIN Obama, suffice to assert that the nation would be run in the same illegal manner.
