NEWSFLASH: Commentary by Adina Kutnicki

Having read ‘The Legal Foundation & Borders of Israel Under International Law’ by Howard Grief, a preeminent international legal scholar, it became judiciously clear that our rights to Judea and Samaria (AKA, ‘West Bank’) are legally irrefutable. However, for political calculations (mostly led by leftist functionaries, elected and non-elected) our legal, historical (and no less important, biblical) rights have been impugned.

Suffice it to say, this small, yet vocal stance by leading Israeli jurists is nothing short of stunning. Stay tuned.
